Was working great til I updated my phone. Ever since I updated to iOS 16, it only shows part of the app leaving the rest of the screen black! Very disappointed because my 3 yr old uses this app daily!

A couple of thoughts. If you included lowercase letters with the phonics sounds only, that would be amazing. When kids read, they read mostly lowercase letters and will need to know their sounds. Learning how to write the letters while their phonics sound is being said to them repeatedly will help them learn the letter sound quickly. Also, a lot of your characters and floating hands are white. It would be nice to see a diversity of characters to show the kids.

Feel bamboozled. Paid for this app, assumed there would be in app purchases as my child went along. Didn’t know I had to subscribe monthly. So now I’m just out of a few dollars and have no use for it....

Toddler loves it. The app was great! But now it’s not working. It loads half the page black and doesn’t let you touch anything. Bugged that I paid the subscription to have it break like this. Update: they fixed the issue and it’s back to being great! My toddler loves this and learns a lot, I feel like.

App changes subscription with out warning!!. This App will change your subscription to the 1 year without warning! I did not receive an option to do the monthly subscription option and was charged for the whole year.

Good High Quality Content For Early Education. This is the best app for early education that I have found so far. Keep up the good work. The subscription price is very reasonable for the quality and variety of content offered in the app. I highly recommend this app for preschoolers. Feedback to the developer - In the Story book, pages flip automatically. Please allow kids to turn the page at their own pace. There needs be a setting for manual flipping which I couldn’t find.

Offline loading option would be great. Very nice variety of games and learning topics. My 3 yo is often without internet so while the app lets you preload individual games (which work offline once you're already in the game), if you try to open the app from scratch the initial loading sequence doesn't let you enter the app without internet. If possible, would be awesome if you could get into the game without internet and access all the previously downloaded games.

New updates 👎🏻. I really liked this app for my son, it held his attention and was easy for him to use. But I am not a fan of the new update to the app, I find it harder to navigate and find the activities my son favors.

Now. Every month yal sign me out and now I kaint sign in but yal took 2months worth of subscription . I need somebody to contact me ASAP! (Update) 3months of subscription. That’s we still haven’t been able to use. And nobody’s still contacting me. 🤨

Great Learning for Toddlers and Young Kids. Bimi Acadamy is our 3.5 year old’s favorite game and it is educational and fun. Also the music is good, which is a plus because so many kids apps have “annoying” sounds. This should be the #1 kids app in the world, let’s make it that.

Stealing. I bought this game for my child and in the middle of the subscription they wanted to charge me again for something I already paid for. Said my email wasn’t found and I couldn’t login. Won’t be supporting this brand and I’m warning anyone else. Very disappointed because he liked this. I’ll find better

Awful app with keep asking for money by lock games even you have paid. I purchased the full version for 123 learning and year subscription plan. However, all games are locjed on my device and ask me to pay more to restore purchase when I am still subscribing. Please refund. Thats awful experience

Loved but now…. I purchased back in June 2021 for my 3 year to start getting ready for school and we LOVED it! Flip side is apparently she hasn’t been able to use it for the last few weeks on her iPad the app goes to a white screen but all the intro music still plays but my iPhone version works perfectly!?!? Granted I pay monthly for this but the app isn’t for me nor do I want to hand her my phone to let her play so this is super frustrating.

Son loves the app but…. My 3yr old son loves playing the games, making music and listening to stories but my biggest frustration is that the app never stays logged in, and doesn’t have an option to save password. Almost every time I open it for him it asks us to login again. We use it on an iPhone, iPad, and Amazon fire tablet.

I love all of the Bimi boo apps !. I never write reviews on apps but My soon to be two year old learned so much on all the apps from bimi and she loves them she playing but also learning every time she sees the bear just gets happy saying bimi mommy it’s cute I love it and I’m always telling my mom friends about it!!

The new update is confusing. My daughter loved this application and could navigate it so well. Then they updated it with pictures that don’t make sense!

I pay weekly and CANNOT get into the app. I have been charged weekly and haven’t been able to log in for weeks!! BUYER BEWARE!! I was logged out and cannot get back in. I am cancelling right now as they will not send me a password.

Awesome company and apps. I am blind and autistic and play these games on two different tablets and my phone. I use both an android tablet and an iPad and I have had no problem using these apps with either of them. They work pretty much flawlessly. The only issue I have is the interface on my phone is a bit wacky on this app but other than that for tablets, it is awesome! I also have the preschool games app my Samsung Galaxy, a seven light that I use to play kids games on and I can tell you right now that it is amazing! I like that it plays similar to a game for a Neurotypical adult even though it’s made for kids. this series is awesome. Another suggestion I would have is where you could access the books using a specific section for books. Right now the only way you can access. The books is through the learning path which is on my phone. That really stinks. I think you guys should have a library so that any anyone that wants to read and listen to the stories can do so. the only thing you can access for stories is the cut scenes. I love the variety of games and that there are so many different types of games that you don’t see on a lot of other apps, the instructions are very clearly given, and the voices of some of the characters are not as annoying as other apps. Especially the main character that teaches you. I like that the voice is like that of a teacher versus a little kid. I like apps where the main characters are more like an actual teacher than a little kid. So I totally appreciate this. Keep up the good work, you guys roc!!!!!!k

Won’t work at ALL with latest IOS update. The screen is only halfway there, with most of it being just black. The pieces you can see don’t let you tap on anything - literally unusable.

Great learning app for toddlers. This is a great app for toddlers. My now 3 year old has been learning from it now for about a year. She has become very smart in speech, motor skills and identification of things. She started with the free versions and I decided to purchase the full versions once she got the hang of it. She completed a few of their apps so that proved to me that they are effective and I clearly saw the awesome results. I now purchased Bimi Boo Academy app and she’s going through it like cutting butter. After a couple days later she’s now on lever 3 on the learning path. I highly recommend Bimi Boo for toddlers for education and to prepare their little minds and hearts for success. Thank you for these apps Bimi Boo team, us parents and our toddler are blessed. May Jehovah God continue to bless you for producing these apps for us parents.

Can’t even run the trial. There is no option of going for free trial without giving payment details to developer. So offering trial is pointless. Wasted my 10 mins of life for this rubbish

You cannot refuse to pay. This app only lets you in if you pay. Not an option otherwise, you have to. Otherwise you can sign out and pay pay on a different account you just made.

They’ll lock you out as soon as you pay a subscription. No sooner did I buy a years subscription for my son before he starts Kindy and also to keep him entertained extra during the Covid19 pandemic, all of a sudden the app had logged me out and now when I log in it says I need a valid email address. Despite having the an email sent from That app to my email address and also saving the email and password on my website and app passwords part of my settings in order to remember it and easily apply it if needed. Clearly they are a scam to get your money and once they do you don’t even have access to the App anymore.

Alert. I got a monthly subscription to this app, it worked for a few times my kids were really entertained but now I can not access it because it does says my email is incorrect. I have read another review and this seems like an operation mode. I want my money back, this is a scam!

Worth the subscription. Kid loves it, plays it everyday and lessons are invaluable. The “learning path” is put together so well! I’m an educator and approve of this fully. Note: I cannot find how to unsubscribe, I do not plan to but can’t figure it out. Would be nice to be in options.

Bimi Boo. The Free Trial began on Saturday then I signed up for Bimi Boo

Purchased but now lost access. We purchased this game. We had to reset our iPad and now it’s asking us to pay again. Won’t restore the purchase. How ridiculous is this? Can’t trust these digital companies for anything.
