Needs fixing. I liked it until it became all about making $. Just to keep safe this holiday cause I’m gone I have to spend money to get gold but no this morning when I get on because they decided to do a kill event when I’m about to get on a flight I get attacked 15 times back to back by the same person. 2 hits was enough now I’m down 2,000,000 influence person gave me back my underboss. Not even 2 minutes later when I rushed to heal to put my troops away another person attacked me brought my influence down, and now my underboss is going to be executed. It’d be nice to have a 3 day a way shield just cause of the holidays. But now I’m loosing my underboss I paid $5 to get Medusa and I’ve given this game so much of my time to build up. But if your away for one minute your screwed over. I’ve wasted $50 on a game that I’d put more in if they made this more friendly to favor people who want to spend time with family this holiday. Also would be nice if they do something about the men who dm you and get sexual to you then because you won’t send nudes to them they attack you.

The women. I just started this game, and already I have noticed ( I can’t believe that no one is saying this) I have noticed they have half naked women, and you earn their nakedness. At one point their is steam in the shower, and you have to sit and wait to wipe the steam off of the shower glass to see her body. It doesn’t really bother me, but it condones young kids being perverts. At least put an M for mature rating on it, so the young ones aren’t the victims. Thanks guys, other than that, awesome game!

Banned. So I received a message in game stating that if I didn’t return money for a pack that was bought and never received in game that I would be banned I go to log in today and it says that contact gm in game but how when my account is banned please check bank statements because you will be charged and not even know it I had a pending charge on my card for two weeks because I had transactions blocked on my card so tell me how I received something when my card didn’t allow the charges to go through but yet when I unlock my card they still charge my card like I’m pretty sure that can see all purchases and if was received or if the sale was declined and when I requested a refund I received a nasty message stating that if I didn’t return the money within a certain timeframe that I would be banned the game is good overall but it needs major changes starting with their customer service and it’s a shame that a lot of people leave this game because of such reasons all I know is if I don’t have access back into my account then I maybe one of those same people

The equipment update really killed this game.. It’s was hard enough trying to get contracts from the kingpins to upgrade each specific piece of equipment. You’d rarely get any materials from, most times it’s just speed ups and resources, but again it’s a 1 out 10 chances you’ll ever get a contract. With this update, no longer will you just have to upgrade the equipment from Plain to Simple to Rare. Easy steps right? Well now, you’d have to go from Plain 1 to Plain 2 to Plain 3 to 4 then to Simple. And that’s for every grade level of equipment. This is a major disadvantage for players who don’t have grand equipment, because there are hundreds of high level players who do have grand and didn’t have to suffer from this update. With this update really the only way for you to get the contacts you need is to just pay for packs, because again the developers made it so that only the kingpins and sometimes your babes will give you contracts. But the kingpins don’t give you contracts even though they’re supposed to. To the developers, you guys need to fix the contracts issue. You guys need to make it so that we the players can get contracts from the mystery crate, the faction shop, the task shop, opening faction gifts. Because the kingpins just aren’t cutting it apparently. And not everyone is rich enough to spend thousands of dollars to play.

Fun, get your wallet out. So. You have to join a faction. If you don’t everyone will pray on you. You should spend a little money at the beginning. If not, the newb protection will wear off before you can defend yourself. This game “can” be f2p but you would have to be dialed in pretty frequently. All and All I have fun, and spend money. I hope they put out more story content. What they have is really good but not enough of it. I think a good visual novel story section that has updates and seasons would go a far way. It would give you more to do aside of faction duties and campaign battles. The campaign battles are redundant. The fun really is in the social parts of the game.

To much of a gamble. For a year now I have played this game and I have had fun playing it, but also for a year now I have purchased and earned grand crates that tell you that you will get one of the following (grand contract, 1000 gold, etc) and out of 60 plus of these I have received 90% simple (lowest tier) items. What a waste of time and real world money when it is a rarest moment to get that which is advertised. Well on this day of posting it has happened again during an event that I saved up 840 bottle caps for so I can get a grand contract item and guess what… I received yet another simple. The developers here need to fix the outcomes of crates and give a higher chance of receiving what you work for or pay for. So at the end of the day I am coming to the conclusion that my time with The Grand Mafia has come to an end.

Not worth the day to day headache. Game itself isn’t bad, decent plot and all, but for the social aspect of it is truly disappointing. Many users, on a daily basis, causing unnecessary drama over the smallest of issues… giving the impression that they’re making every attempt possible to change human nature — frequent drama in the public chat channel over “unfinished resource tiles”, which, to state the obvious, are programmed to be infinite in games like this, especially when those very people have other options. To further add to the disappointment, they bully those who speak up for themselves or their allies or excuses when you try to reason with them logically. If they were smart enough, they should realize the truth, that they’ll always have that particular problem regardless of what efforts they make. Overall, I’d say to just spare yourself the headache and find another game where you don’t have this kind of drama on a day to day basis.

Don’t play!!. I love this game and have spent tons of money on it. However when I reached out to the GM to point out that there are a lot of players who are selling and buying accounts which is a direct breech of terms of service i got no reply. So I requested a refund for purchases that I have made since I found out about the breach of contract in the game. If the developers aren’t going to hold up their end of the terms of service contract then why should I have to be accountable for purchases made in their fraudulent app. I still got no response. So I went directly to Apple to request a refund. Apple refunded my purchase. I logged into the game to find a message saying if you don’t pay back the refund your account will be blocked. Really you can’t respond when I am trying to report players abusing the game, but when I get a refund then you want to respond??? Don’t download this app. Is a scam to pull you in so you spend more money. Even if you spend money though the players who spend more than you will always take priority over you. You don’t matter to Yotta Games unless you are a big spender.

Gold weapon crates!!! SHOULD BE A LITTLE BETTER!. I love this game let me start off by saying that. I have 4 accts, 4 very much active accts. Here’s one of my biggest problems with this game there is a few but this one I tell ya! When you open a gold crate and you have to buy all your gold crate coins except the one you get free every other day. There should be absolutely no reason that simple weapons are even a reward, should be rare, elite and grand….. I just traded in 8 gold crate coins 8…… I got 7 simple weapons and 1 rare. 1 😳 I don’t complain when I drop all the money I do on this game cause sometimes you get lucky with the rewards….. No way shape or form have I ever felt the weapons crates were fair. I know I spend more then a lot in all the factions I’m in yet have no grand in comparison to my faction members. It’s very saddening as I’m about to be done spending money all together at this point. Cause lately even those ones I used to let slide for garbage rewards I just don’t see the point in wasting my hard earned money anymore.

Pay to win. The game has a lot of potential but it's so aggravating to put so much time and effort into a game and actually be good at a game and it not netter because someone can pour several hundred dollars into in app purchases and be 5 times stronger than you. There is absolutely no balance between paid players and free players. If you're not going to pour 2 to 3 hundred dollars a week into this game then be prepared to be a farm for someone who does. To the developers: there needs to be more balance in the game. I do every event, every PvE interaction and am active in an active clan and I'm weak in our city because many players pour money into the game. Give free to play players a chance to actually play the game without having to hide behind a bubble. An idea for a mafia game: make the only things available for in app purchases cosmetics. Make power/influence depend purely and wholely on skill and time spent working in game. You will make money from the cosmetics and the players will actually have fun.

Love it. Love the game been playing for a month or so and if you just grind away at the game you don’t have to purchase anything although I did put a bit of money in it. My only thing is the banner that comes up when you for example ask for help comes up right over the speed up line and you have to wait till it goes away before you can see how much you can speed up with the one click. Other then that it’s a great game. But yes like someone else said having a second investment queue would be awesome.

Love it ♥️. This game is my go to over actual games even I would play n spend money playing this than games like call of duty G fr ! Go get this game whoever ain't got it and is reading this I just wish they'd make it to where the enforcers you buy after you buy them u can get tokens like regular bbosses instead of having to pay for them all the time the whole way throughout upgrading them Wish it were easier to get more building materials and invest faster as well

Intricate and addicting. TGM has become my go to mobile game. The level of detail, graphics, and options are fun for any play style. The game keeps you coming back. Higher levels do require longer time investments but thats part of the fun. Ive been playing 2 weeks and still learning. The learning isnt tough, theres just a lot to the game. The GMs have done a great job with the help system and guidance to get new players off and running to a good start. Like many micro service game offerings, this one has plenty if you want to invest short term or by subscription. It is NOT a pay to play, it is much better. There is a lot of balance in the game to keep it fun for players at all levels. Nice job…kudos to the staff amnd developers.

Rampant Cyber bullying. This game is toxic and is full of rampant cyber bullying, in the city I am based in (306) there is an entire faction spreading rumors that one poor girl is committing sex acts with her family members. They changed their names and pictures to copy hers and keep spamming the main chat with their disgusting claims daily. Reporting this does nothing as the game may mute an account for an hour or so, but by their own admition the members of the faction state they don’t care because the game allows multiple characters they just make new characters log in and use them to spam hate while not using their main, creating a toxic environment. This game violates Apples TOS and should be removed from the App Store. Don’t waste your time **edit** I received follow up support from a ticket that if people are unhappy with the toxic environment they should just migrate to a different server, taking no responsibility for the environment they have fostered

GEEZ!!!UPSET PLAYER. So first off lemme say that ur game was amazing and everything but ... always buts when it comes to low ratings so BUT I’m extremely upset that I put all this time into making my faction getting it built up and everything and then I go offline for a bit i don’t even know how long definitely wasn’t 24 hrs tho but anyways I go offline and when I come back online I have this message saying (LEADERSHIP HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED) and like what the....so all my hard work on that faction went to waste because I was inactive for like 12-15 hrs REALLY I should’ve given a 1 star but I actually liked ur game up until that point I will not WILL NOT!!come back to this game until I see that u either change whatever time it is that u have the inactive time for the leader up a few days or completely take it away u know if someone is inactive for like 3-5 days then u can transfer leadership but not even a full day and mine is gone sheesh here I was about to actually spend a lil but a money on this game just for my faction!! So they could get the crates as well but nope not now I’d rather dump money into clash of clans o something cuz ur game is no longer worthy of money until it’s fixed I’m sure im not the only upset ex faction owner ....😡😡😡🤬

Fix it NOW!. This game can’t translate certain words. I pressed translate the words some words dont change on languages Spanish and French. I see players have their city on land on the map. If those players dont play over 7 days let them restart the game. Exclusive privileges is too expensive. Lower its price. The GM screen on pc is too short make it bigger. The is screen is fine on ipad. The screen size doesn’t have to change its size. Making messages in iPad and pc in the game the grand mafia needs to fix the messengers for its chat in the chat room is not right. The messages only makes the people type small messages. let people make long messages. I have left the because this game/company should fix the problem. Battle enraged. Within 2weeks they destroyed my resources and troops. (This issue came on Ipad and discord.)If this happens to people FIX IT!

Disappointed. Gov war season 3 so many glitches and the developers and staff ignoring the issues and refusing to correct the wrong doing of the system. Fighting the government building a double raid becomes set and Ming dismisses the building and the system leaves Ming in the building and releases all the support causing the hero to be captured. We hold the government building for 8 hour and instead of shielding the building the time reset to 11 hours needing to hold, while after a double raid was set on the building so we left the building and the shield open but the system still gives the title to the team. On an arsenal battle they closed the shield too early, we send the videos that our members took and the staff still ignored the issues of their system and again never fixed the titles. Why spend so much money on a game when the system messes up and the staff does not care to correct the mistakes they have caused

Hackers galore! Devs don’t care. Hackers are taking over this game and the devs don’t care. Why should they, when loads of people are paying them thousands of dollars for a cute little turf skin?!? So now hackers rule the game. And this is going to have people quitting left and right. I, for one, will not put another penny into this game and will make sure as many people are aware of this as possible! Hey devs! I sent you screenshots of a faction from #222 hacking into #404. Crickets…….. It has gotten worse and you do nothing!! Also, don’t bother reporting people for anything. Expect to see Swastikas, bullying, people stealing your images and making them their profile pics, etc. The devs don’t care one bit. Reach out to GM in game? You get a message saying the secretary is not in and to leave a message. And you will NEVER get a response. Reach out on FB (as they suggest), nothing. After a year of playing, two accounts, and a TON of money dropped into the game, I’m over it. Not that the devs care. There are still literally hundreds of thousands of players who spend BIG $ regularly. I’m talking THOUSANDS of $ dropped in a day like it’s nothing. No customer service and too many aholes running the game? Not my cup of tea.

Still looking for a well managed game without major bugs!. This is the 7th game of this type I have tried, with no luck. This one is fun, you need to pay a little to grow more quickly, but lots to do to keep you entertained. Now, 12 days into it, and I cannot sign in, none of us can. Each game is happy to take the money, but unable to deliver a fun, bug-free experience. I can get frustrated for free so will try another game. Decided to allow 3 strikes, now #2 has hit. In the first attack on me, a narrator pops up to guide me, an ad for healing speed ups appears, meanwhile I am stuck trying to clear the mess so I can play. Selfish and stupid programming.

App stopped working. I haven’t been able to use the game in more than 24 hours. I submit tickets but receive no response and there has not been a new version of the game. I am glad I didn’t buy packs… what a waste it would have been to have my account go so dormant if I had spent money on it. The early days of the game are when you want to grow quickly and this is approximately 1 week in and the app will not load. I know it works for some because I can see I am getting direct messages from friends. I do not recommend this game! Edit to add that they say to contact them on fb and I did not before this review went up. There has been zero response.

Enjoyable but pvp raids are way to strong…. Here’s my issue….. Been playing for 2 years. Built my troops up to 7m. Yes I don’t spend a lot but to have all of that effort/time erased by one raid is just not right. I’m very good with keeping my shield up but I went offline one day and forgot to put it up and bam gone… I think I was offline for 15 mins. After that my drive to play this game is gone. I still log in but I just don’t have the same feeling for it anymore. I’m sure there are many like me. If you think I’m gonna drop $1000 bucks to get my troops back your tripping. Maybe adjust raid damage to be a little more forgiving instead of babe updates and more packs to purchase. There are core issues with this game that are never addressed. They just continue to add cosmetic changes.

Non existent support. I messaged the in game GM on November 2nd. Here is is November 17th. Thats 15 days with no response. This is ABSOLUTELY a pay to win game. 100%. See the responses where the devs say they have events and rewards blah blah blah. These events cannot be won by free players. The rewards are garbage. The cost to get the strongest fighters (T4) is in the thousands. Yes. THOUSANDS. I have managed to unlock T3 and i am in the game about 1500. And i am still looking at possibly 2-3 grand to get to T4. So yea. You will NOT survive if you cannot spend a TON of money. Disappointing because this is a cool game. Even when you spend money they want more! One of the events is a purchase event. Lots of games have these types of events, spend money, get a reward. Like spend a few bucks and boom reward.... well when you have to spend $200 for the first reward.... yea. Thanks for nothin... do yourself a favor. Download a game like this that actually rewards you for spending money, and has some sort of support from the creators.

Terrible Customer Service. The GMs right down to VIP are terrible!!! New event not working on 3 accounts. I have towers in my inventory but guess what cant see the event!! Surprise!!!!!! Cant get an answer from anyone. You screwed me on Honor and points for my faction event a couple weeks ago. Now this. You are pushing people out who dont spend a ridiculous amount of money. You offer 200 gold as a fix? Seriously??? Glad yall have no problem screwin people who actually put work into their accounts. ALL GMS ARE TERRIBLE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SO NO I CANT CONTACT ANYONE!!! Discord never even responded to my issues. And the GM in game hasnt responded in at least 10 days. Now what? Im still waiting for a new one. This is ridiculous.

Money hole or else. Where to start? When this was first brought out the advertisement was nothing like the game. To actually play the game you have to be willing to spend amazing amounts of cash or you will be used and abused by those that actually do. Those that spend money can use you as a farm for resource gathering. You get enough resources to start increasing they come along and take them from you. I have had glitches and problems with the game. You report the bug and in a number of days you receive a reply that you can go on Facebook or discord and talk to other players. Come on how are other players going to recode the game? While they are bringing in large amounts of cash. You get to either pay them thousands to be a big player and accept that they may do something that screws up the game for you. Or you accept that you will only be a resource gatherer for someone you don’t know. To claim it is a strategy game or war game is absolutely false. It is a spend money game.

Rip off/extortion. Is a great game until you try buying packs, bought a 4.99 speed up pack for building and resource speed ups and it charged me for 3 but was only given one. I got a refund for the 2 packs I did not order or ask for and was messaged that I robbed them of their money and was going to get banned if I didn’t return it, I explained the situation to them and said I only got 1 pack for the price of 3 so I won’t be returning my 10$ that was taken from me and they said I had 6 hours to send them the money or I would be banned. Horrible customer service and terrible pricing either it’s more than listed or not what’s listed at all. ALWAYS CHECK BANK STATEMENTS WITH THIS GAME

Fraud charges. This game was fun at first. But you realize you need to start spending $$$ if you want to move up in the game. which I have spent alot of money at first. I decided to stop purchasing packs. then all of a sudden I get an email notification of a charge from the game. which was clearly fraudulent. I reported to the game developers to look into this issue and they responded that they only can see the purchase order from google??? Really?? you have renewal subscriptions in your game app. you can clearly tell who, what and when the purchase was made. Looks to me the game developers are scamming people in this game and making fraudulent auto charges. I deleted the app and will not play anymore. its sad I had to leave new friends. But I can stay and play in a game that was made overseas just for someone to steal and hack my account. DON’T play this game. you will be scammed. I hope apple bans the game creators and this game.

Don’t cry wolfywolf. I see some chump crying about the game allowing others in a faction to switch leadership when they were only offline for less than 24 hours. If you were a great leader your team would have put you back in. News alert you do not even have to be offline. Your R4s can boot you even if you started the faction. So choose R4s you trust. Great game. A lot of ongoing bugs in certain events like flip/match freezing up and not allowing a player to continue once the flip a x3 or x2. Already reported to GM several times. Other than that great game. Great graphics. Best mafia style game I’ve seen so far. The paid players grow extremely large and smash smaller players. They should be moved to certain areas or only be allowed to attack down so far but other than that great fun game. Been playing over 2 years now.

Customer service. The game itself isn’t bad. It’s addicting and takes forever to achieve the goal of getting the most powerful fighters. Unless you’re willing to spend thousands of dollars. The one star is for the multiple times I encountered problems where I had to reach out to the game for help and each time they acted like they could care less. For months I played and spent far too much money. I started seeing charges for $9.99 that I didn’t make and didn’t receive any game packs for in return. I disputed one charge and got it refunded, which resulted in the game suspending my account and demanding I return the refund to continue playing. I contacted their help email and they continue to tell me pay the refund and your account will be unlocked. It seems ridiculous to me that after all the money I actually spent on this game they screw me over by scamming me for $10 packs that I didn’t purchase. Don’t waste your time on this game.

Legends exist. This is a current review after 857 consecutive logins. This game remains and is still HIGHLY addictive. Yes the “spenders” can be a bit obnoxious and the game feels a unbalanced in “governors wars” BUT if you’re stubborn, competitive, and curious, the grand mafia is for you. Loaded with multiple events and options/ways to grow, a chat interface to speak with other members, and some decent graphics this game is surely here to stay. I’ve played since the game was with yotta and hope to see phantix find a way to prevent mass wars between 5b clans and clans with leaders that are 5b by themselves. I’d like to hope they’ll keep ads from the game (because you will never get adds in this game so far) and they take it to a new level. T5 maybe? Lots of great game play, check it out totally worth the download.

Governors War. I love the game. I have only been playing for a few months and I have built a decent team. The only problem I have is when the Governors War event happens. I believe that the the developers should have the factions that are huge in influence play their own Governors War. A faction with 90 Billion influence should not be in the same Governors War as a faction that has only 3 Billion in influence. There’s no way the 3 Billion influence faction can occupy buildings and get points. I think those higher influence factions should have their own Governors War. In other words Governors War should go by the influence numbers of the factions to in order to make it more fun and truly be a war.

Lost enthusiasm for this game quickly. You know, I really thought I would enjoy this game and I have until I realized it that unless you have been playing for a long time like most of the other players, all this game is is a bunch of bullies picking on anyone new who tries to join. And that is no fun for me. I realize this is a strategy game, but how is there any strategy where I can’t even fight back the people that are completely wiping out my territory because they’re so much stronger than me I’m gonna give this a little bit longer, but I think I’m just gonna end up deleting my account because it’s no fun anymore. And I don’t have money to spend on the game for protection programs so I guess unless you have money to play this game you can’t play The Way it supposed to be played and that’s not right either.

i want my account back. I’ve been playing this game for over a year and I had an account that was already really high up and I could’ve sworn I linked it with my facebook account, but then I had to delete the app to save up storage and when I re-installed it, it wouldn’t let me get the account back and said my facebook was not linked to any account. I’ve tried contacting the GM about it and they never get back to me, I also tried messaging through the discord but no one got back to me either and it won’t let me message the facebook page. I had to create a new account but I want my old one back. Please help me because I enjoy this game so much and it would be 100 times more enjoyable with an account where I made so much progress. I’m really sad all my hard work went to the trash.

I do like this game but you need to learn the rules. You can play this game without spending any money but you will be bait or a farmer for other people if you choose not to stay protected. Some of the events are boring but others seem to like them. I don’t like the re-runs of events, yet it gives you a chance to get better the next time. You will definitely need to talk to others or do a lot of reading to learn all the ends and outs of this game. It is very in-depth.

Unbelievable. A group of us tried it out from Game of Thrones Conquest. Have k35s with lvl 69 dragons. So we spend a bit. They advertised a pack and our crew leader bought it. Didn’t have the Hero listed. He immediately got a refund from Google then purchased the correct pack. The GMs wrote him demanding he send money immediately to a Paypal account. He responded it was a glitched pack and he bought the real one. Told them to take away gold and rss from the charged back account. They threatened him and he showed them the google play agreements and that he purchased the other pack. They demanded the PayPal again which violates everything. They banned him. Then they banned another player when he asked questions, so he charged back a pack to see what would occur and the same PayPal letter was sent. They banned him too. We are all leaving the game. Funny thing is 1 Jeep showed up and soloed guys in the 20-30m influence with t3s. No losses. Was sad to watch. In a new kingdom this happened. Strange how it soloed accounts that it would take a massive amount of rallies to zero with those meat shields. Good luck guys. They are dirty

BUYER BEWARE OF FRAUD. I purchased some packs which I received and paid for. They were not subscriptions. I was double charged for my last three purchases. I spoke with Apple Apps who looked into it and refunded my money. Next I get threatening messages from the game GM telling me to give them back the refund or they would lock my account, which they did, thus stealing my money for the packs I did pay for. They are trying to bully and strong arm people. What they did is larceny by fraud in my state. I am not the only one complaining of this... there are many others. I wouldn’t make any purchases via this app. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. I just received their standard reply that they send to everyone they do this too. They are extortionist and their acts are criminal. Be aware of their tactics!

Trash 🗑. Will break you $. The game itself; visuals, concept, and objectives: I would rate a 5 star review. HOWEVER; basically it’s been multiculturally ransacked of value. PEOPLE, don’t waste your time downloading or get comfortable playing. They’ve made millions, and continue to make even more regularly. It’s pretty much a game you play, love it. Stop playing EVERYTHING ELSE. THEN……. Everything you’ve put your time in is destroyed in a VERY SMALL fraction (not even a one hundredth) of what you invested in it, TIME. It’s MORE valuable than platinum. As much needed as water or air, TIME. !!!!!The developers don’t care, long as their pockets stay lined with NEW $. What they Should DO; is make it so spenders that live in fairly tale castles ARE UNABLE to annihilate underdeveloped people. At least a year ago it took longer for my dreams to be crushed. Now a year later the MODERN DAY BULLIES found me or I noticed this time and quit BEFOREHAND! Unless you have Bill Gates or Michael Jordan $ DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! The developers can’t give you that back, Time!

Please watch out. First of all as far as gameplay goes its a good gaming interface. But when it comes to how their terms are setup is the worst I have seen in all the games i played until now. I have invested so much money and time in this game but watch out that players can buy packs for other players on this game and they do not have a limit for it. In my season 1 governor's war we were a winning faction until our opponent decided to buy t4 associates for his whole faction and paid for their international relocators to move cities. When we complained about it with proofs to in their discord channel all they said was oh ya he might have more money. So that means only the richer can survive on the game and normal people have no chance to play the game legit. Play only if you have a lot of money to spend or just dont bother downloading the game.

Would be nice if…. Just recently downloaded the game. Started off great, loved it. Created a faction, had a full roster, still having fun. Go to bed for the night, wake up about 10 hours later to find that during the time I slept I lost control of my faction for “being gone too long.” Lost control of my faction because I was sleeping! Ridiculous! Okay, moving on. Made a new faction, another full roster. Went to work for an 8 hour shift. Unable to get on the game during that time. Finally able to get on after shift only to find I lost control of my second faction for the same reason! What gives!!? I put a bit of money into the game already to help the factions I made, only to get control ripped away from me because of either a basic human need to sleep, and a responsibility to my job! Bull crap! Needs fixed ASAP. Because if I lose this 3rd faction I am uninstalling the game.

To the developers. You’ve responded in my last review to contact you guys about my account and to possible fix the reason the game keeps. Freezing during the opening video. 😒😒😒. this last update was the worst and totally made my character, basically, useless! 1. there are not any notices for MASSACRE DAY! now, if you have the pleasure of being with a large faction and the influence is over 300,000,000 or more, you are pretty safe and don’t care about notices. HOWEVER, if you are not, i am not, you are getting TORE UP because you were not told. No one is going to be on this game 24/7 just to make sure you don’t get attacked because the GM or whoever isn’t sending notices out. We just had Massacre Day on Thanksgiving that no one was informed about and, another one today, that no one knew about either. I find it fishy that i can not get anyone to answer me either! 2. the babes...🤦🏾‍♀️ olivia, the first one, is the ONLY ONE THAT IS NOT TRANSPARENT! the second one, is out of control. you can see her naked breasts and her stomach is see through. the third one is a floating head and arms. the fourth one is head, shoulders, arms, and feet. luckily i have not unlocked the fifth one, but, i can see her silhouette and know that she does not have legs. just a floating top half. 3. the only thing that i have been told is to update my game, but guess what, sherlock? i am using the UPDATED version. unreal. and no, i do not want to hear that “it’s a war game” crap. sadly, these changes have made me rethink any more purchases and gameplay. just unreal. not happy. 😡

Don’t buy anything!. It WAS a fun game until this past week. Then I’ve found that the devs do not help with issues. It took weeks to develop a “Mansion” and upgrade it. Upon its upgrade, I did not receive “Specialties Points”. That’s a huge deal. Reported to devs. NO response. None. Nada. Another thing. A person I play with purchased a pack and the items he received did not match what he purchased. I know it was the game’s fault as I was watching. He reported. Response. NOTHING. Devs take zero responsibility. So, as stated earlier, do NOT spend money and prepare for bugs. One last thing…read the reviews. You’ll notice that all negative reviews get a canned answer, right? Expect the same ridiculous response from the devs if you play.

Not one response to give me a city immigration pass that I asked about weeks ago. They ignored me and there is no way to immigrate to a different city. This is not right and I’m expecting a FREE IMMIGRATION PASS so I can play the way I wish to. I’m not going to have some game keep me in a city just because. Bad customer service. Very rude customer service they do not want to fix their own mistakes and accuse me of lying and cheating. Maybe because I am not Chinese I am receiving this treatment. I keep having lag disconnection for hours a day when I have Internet connection and can use everything else except their game and they accuse me of creating the lag myself. I have screenshot of all the communication with them to show how they treat their own customers and I am not the only one they have treated this way and I will not accept any scams. I have been complaining about the issues I've been having with no solution provided. I have a ticket open with the devs for so long and they keep dragging it on and accusing me of cheating instead of working on fixing their own mistakes and bugs. Needs work... Cool game I spend a ton here. I just hope they add a second investment queue like they have for construction, new events, T5 troops and traps, also city hall event battle should last the whole day so everyone has a chance to fight we are in different time zones not everyone can be on at that time (I missed city hall event it was at 4am my time zone over at 5am), and we need a city vs city event where top factions from each city free port to system selected battlefield for war, make it so during event same city factions can reinforce each other during event, when the event is over everyone is sent back to their city with a strongest leader event and city hall event to follow days later. Great game by the way just few suggestions to help make game a bit more fun.

Not for everyone. This reminds me of the way games were before before the creators realized they can make more money off ads. You know, at first you have rapid increments of success, and then once you become addicted to the dopamine hits you get from building, collecting, and constantly tapping everything slows way down and to get your fix you’ll become frustrated and spend money. I haven’t spent money because pragmatism tells me that what ever you purchase on these games will be gone nearly as soon as you get it. It’s a cash grab targeting naive people who can be convinced to waste money on addiction disguised as fun. Casinos use this strategy. I’m just surprised it still works in 2023. To be fair, I can see where it would be a nice way to kill time, but I wouldn’t recommend it for people with tons of time on their hands, have addictive personalities, and/or short attention spans.

Way to needy. Spend or get beat up. I played about 2 months. You have to constantly be doing something in the game. If not you’ll get kicked out of your faction. Being in a high level faction is a must. Way to many rules made up by faction leaders. These rules should be built into the game. Such as what level of mansion you can attack. Too many bully players. Myself included. If you don’t spend a lot of money you will be left behind and kicked out of your faction. I’d say expect to spend $100 a month or more if you want to keep up others. It’s not so much the money that made me quit, but the amount of time required to keep up.

No help No response from help center. The game has glitches which seems to happen often. During these glitches I’ve seen myself and others lose hundreds of dollars in resources, troops, and other stuff. We all have asked for help or explained through the GM and no response at all. Nothing after weeks. If you’re looking for a game that you’re going to spend money on I would very strongly look elsewhere. There’s other games out there where they actually help their players instead of doing nothing. The amount of time and money people invest only to have TGM turn their back and do nothing is unacceptable. BUT, if you have a problem making a purchase you’ll get instant help. When TGM changes and stops doing nothing and starts doing something with the GM help function, then I’ll change my review.

Poor/slow iPad app updates. I’ve played everyday for 2-1/2 years! The game is fun & will hold your interest, but advancement in the game is geared towards those who are willing to spend a lot of money to play. Additionally, if you play on an iPad, the latest app updates are slow to be released & are often quirky with many sftwr coding errors, many that require you to shut the app down completely & restart the app. Reports to the GM regarding issues are NEVER responded to making game play slow & awkward.

I can tell you now I had a 200,000,000 influence account which over the course of 6 months I spent almost $10,000 AUD ON TO REACH in a newer city which I was a well known, respected and high player on in city 172/173. Of course this is MY issue but it still entails what the game is and what the developers are - moneys grabbers. In order to have competitiveness within this game you will face a paywall. The game is purely pay to win. When it comes to governors war, if you have anything less than 100,000,000inf you will PERISH. In order to get to 100,000,000inf you need to spend money within the time frame of the city opening and the governors war start. The GM doesn’t give a damn about any issue that arises. There’s no dev correspondence for issues within the game, bugs, or failed purchases, the events are repetitive, the players are racist, sexist and homophobic, not to mention if you have a female as your profile picture or identify as a female you will be stalked by multiple disgusting guys daily. The ad’s are NOT the game, the ads are just to attract you. It’s a birds eye view repetitive, time consuming basically idling game, diamonds not to mention - most disgustingly hardest resource to get a hold of and is the most needed so you basically HAVE to pay for them. All in all horrible game, horrible developers, Yotta Games should be ashamed of themselves.

The Grand Mafia. I’ve been playing the grand mafia for 3+yrs now, I’m addictive to it, only game that’s worth playing nowadays, I’ve made some really good friends from all over the world. On my days off I’m spending 12 to 16hrs playing yes I’m single though. Can be expensive to play, depending what u want out off the game the more spend the more powerful u become, but u get to play inside mini games with great little rewards as well.

Not at all like the advertisement. I downloaded this game after seeing the ads and the ads show you making a choice of what to do in certain situations, and those types of games are ones that I like. This game is not at all like that, it’s just another campaign game like ‘Game of War’ and ‘Boom Beach’ except it has a mafia them for it. I was so disappointment that it was deleted within 1 hour of being downloaded.

Bullies. The game constantly has glitches. It will take your money without authorisation and when you report it the developers don’t care. Apple refunded my 99 cents but the developers wanted it back so they bullied me and blocked my entire account until I paid it back. It was my secondary account that I don’t buy anything on. My main character was on a different account they lost that one too. I won’t be bullied. There are other platform games that look after their players better.

Great fun, but a little buggy.. Really enjoyable story of the game and I like how you interact with it but most of the time when I open the app it won’t let me upgrade certain buildings or things. It just says that it’s loading and then doesn’t seem to upgrade at all, which is frustrating. Apart from that it seems pretty good.

Money thieves. Good game, but when I reported some double charges for in game purchases, they put my account on hold until I pay again. This isn’t how to deal with requests but is outright fraud. It means all previous purchases are worthless. After Developers response: We talked by email. You insisted I re-bought the items refunded by Apple. There was no acceptance about the double or multiple charges you have locked me out the game for, despite me reporting the issues. This remains fraud. I therefore requested refund for items that I did buy but, due to your locking me out of the game, no longer have access to. In game support hasn’t even acknowledged my reports. I can’t give zero or minus stars but would if I could.

Good and bad. I played this game for a while, then deleted the game. The interaction at the beginning was great but after that it got extremely boring. Then it decided to not load the game at all. Ok game ruined by bullying factions. The game interface is good with a good storyline which is easy to follow. There is a GM (General Manager) inside your mansion which is useless. That is the place to go to ask questions yet they are never answered. I’m not sure why that feature is there. As you progress through the game upgrades take days which is a very long time. You lose interest in the game when these are occurring because there is nothing left to do until the next upgrade. However there are regular events which keeps things interesting most of the time. The larger factions such as ViP are bully’s and they seem to believe they control the rules of that particular city. When their players continually attack you with an influence level of 20k+ you virtually lose everything. All your resources are stolen which are vital for repair and build. All your troops are either killed, injured and put into the sanitarium. You need resources to repair, grow more troops or get those left out of the sanitarium. Without resources you need to rob resource tiles which is hard when you don’t have troops to do this. These factions need to be controlled to limit this because once you are hit time and time again, you feel like leaving the game. Bad for the developers!!! You would prefer to have active players right? Lastly the promo to the game is nothing like the game itself. Why not make the promo the same as the game.

Why is this nothing like the ads?. The game is incredibly complicated and seems to consist of just pressing tasks constantly with none of the gameplay suggested by all the adverts for it. I have been playing for days and have still no idea what I am doing really and still waiting to see a single thing shown in the ads. Glitch GM won’t even reply. Had spent 1000k put a bubble only to come back losing 271k troops and most of wall. GM did not even reply back. Very frustrating because now I cannot really be part of war unless I spend again.

Game is good. (GM) customer service not so much. Good game, addictive once you get into it. Plan to spend some money to speed things up! Just pray you never need help, customer service is horrible and they ignore your messages or problem. Hoping you just go away! I regret getting into the game due to the (GM) customer service given!

The game description is misleading. The whole game is 5 things: 1- walk your « mafia » to grab resources and build your strength which takes forever. 2- pay real money to fast forward that. 3- get attacked by big « mafias » that are probably ran by the game programmers (it’s always the same) and are impossible to deal with while they take your resources and destroy your mafia. 4- pay more real money to rebuild 5- Repeat You will spend a lot of money in small currency on this game if you’re not careful. If you don’t your mafia stays small and weak so they keep attacking you so you end up buying « packs » with real money to survive. The game itself is not interactive. Big cash grad by the app owners. I like my money too much so I deleted the app. If you think about it it’s an ingenious idea from the game owners to make money. They are both the owner of the app and the big bad guy in the app but they pose as real players.

Terrible support. I am truly disappointed with the support on this game. I am a paying player, and I am defending a player who has spent more than 10k easily. However, my warnings, my evidence, my complaints went unanswered. A group of players on this game were allowed to expose personal information about another player on this game in a public setting. I provided evidence of this groups intention to expose this player, and the game chose to do nothing about it. I am truly disappointed, and will no longer be spending money on this game anymore. Shameful.

I love the style and the gameplay but there are some communication issues when it comes to translating foreign languages, making talking to foreign people very frustrating and confusing If that problem is resolved, I believe this game could be so much better and easier for many players looking for factions and communities to join

Disappointed. Do not invest money in this game, they double charge once out of many other charges, and won’t leave you alone when apple refunds for the double charge for the one item you bought, and locks you out of the game was fun but they have no respect for there customers

Developers cheat, fake ratings. The developers themselves play this game and cheats. The app ratings are also inflated by themselves. Game is all about spending, so they purposely stir the pot.

Too Many PayAdds. In the beginning it’s not too bad. But eventually there are so many in-game adds wanting money. There is only one “build tool”. It indicates that a second one is available for $35 USD, and it expires after so many hours. Some adds are asking for a lot more money $$$. DISGRACEFUL!!!

Great Game. I have been playing for a few years and have spent a sum of money. The only thing I don’t like is that there are some players with extreme power to win all the time. I realize it is a war game but this makes the game less interesting. Also could you implement a snooze or passive mode if player is not active for a specified time period. Thanks for the amazing characters and story line. Let’s see if you guys can create a console game.

Great game. I love this game. It is addicting and there are always event going on. My one concern is how unfair it is when people spend money. Is there any way that you guys can create a different server for people that don’t spend money on this game. It would be able to give people a chance to enjoy the game more instead of just getting burned down because they don’t spend money.

A game that’s takes your money and screws you. I’ve spent about 200 dollars to build my base, started having problems while playing like getting kicked off a lot, not being able to collect gold in faction chat, couldn’t play on governors war map, couldn’t use weapons lab at all. When support was contacted and did a reinstall of game, well it’s been a month now that I can’t get on to play my game. So I’m out 200 dollars and a game to play, worse game ever played and wouldn’t recommend to anybody at all unless you want to end up like me. THANKS FOR NOTHING SUPPORT!!

Disappointed. I’m giving this game one star and this is the reason all server are dominated by Chinese players, because its much cheaper for them to buy packs compared to US and all the other countries like Canada and Europe the game is basically the same as Mafia city! If you are not wealthy,This isn’t the game for you...multiple players in different server already have over 1 billion influence and with that being said you can’t compete with that!!! And once your city hall opens anyone can migrate to your city and wipe out and your alliance off the map,oh and go figure they are all Chinese players. It’s honestly just a another fun money pit like all the rest of the mobile strategy games out there really pisses me off!!!

Account is having issues and GM won’t respond it’s been 4 days. My account is acting up where it won’t let me move turf or leave gov war because it claims I have a crew traveling in city which is false and it won’t let me hit king pins either. I put up a 3 day bubble because I could not move my turf to log back in later and I was over 100+ million influence lower because not only did my bubble not stay up but I couldn’t move in the first place back to my factions territory. I have messaged GM and sent screen shots to no avail and I’m outraged due to the money and time I have invested.

Welcome to the family. Tom’s of fun, and I have made friends with players from all around the world! The game does require a lot of grinding, and you can “pay to play” to speed things up. First thing for new players: find a faction to join. Don’t settle down. Get comfortable moving cities and factions.

Pretty good, still needs some work.. First off, I got the game cause of the dumb advertising and said to myself, “how bad can it be?”. Instead I loved the game. Amazing community. But that’s really it. Prices for packs are expensively high for good stuff. Packs are thrown in your face way to often for new players. That’s honestly all my complaints. I recommend people should download this game. Seriously, it’s actually a very good game for mobile. The Rgy faction rules!!

This game is stunning. Tbh this is one of the better games on the AppStore. The models and gameplay mechanics are great. However who ever is in charge of the advertisement department needs to do a better job ( No offense) but the advertisements does not do the game justice. Other than that I am really enjoying this game so far!!.....The developers really did a great job with this game guys. BTW this is a legitimate review, I am not getting paid to say this.

Rip off/extortion. Is a great game until you try buying packs, bought a 4.99 speed up pack for building and resource speed ups and it charged me for 3 but was only given one. I got a refund for the 2 packs I did not order or ask for and was messaged that I robbed them of their money and was going to get banned if I didn’t return it, I explained the situation to them and said I only got 1 pack for the price of 3 so I won’t be returning my 10$ that was taken from me and they said I had 6 hours to send them the money or I would be banned. Horrible customer service and terrible pricing either it’s more than listed or not what’s listed at all. ALWAYS CHECK BANK STATEMENTS WITH THIS GAME

The Grand Mafia Game Review. I want to give a 5 star rating. Only because I love this game and I would like this game to be made available on XBox or PlayStation so that I can continue through a bigger screen and see everything in a better view than on my phone. I would definitely purchase this game if it was an XBox game. I love this game and I hope your profits grow if you add it as both an XBox and PlayStation game! Good luck — from a happy gamer!

Fun until you get everything robbed from you in one night. Overall it’s a cool game, but I’ve been playing for nearly a month and lost almost everything in one night because god forbid I choose to sleep instead of making sure my stupid boss doesn’t get taken. All of my resources got stolen, and my underboss was taken twice. Literally two weeks worth of progress is gone just because I wasn’t chronically online. So if you actually value your life and time outside of this game, either don’t get it or prepare to be severely disappointed.

Poor/slow iPad app updates. I’ve played everyday for 2-1/2 years! The game is fun & will hold your interest, but advancement in the game is geared towards those who are willing to spend a lot of money to play. Additionally, if you play on an iPad, the latest app updates are slow to be released & are often quirky with many sftwr coding errors, many that require you to shut the app down completely & restart the app. Reports to the GM regarding issues are NEVER responded to making game play slow & awkward.

Great Story. I love games that deal with the Mafia. The Grand Mafia has such a deep story and a lot of companions with their own special backing in the family. The element of choice in the story is amazing. Being able to choose weather you want to handle a situation peacefully or with violence is just amazing and The graphics aren’t that bad either. But I am just starting out so I imagine that I will find things that need work.

Great game. This game is one of the most interesting strategy games I’ve ever played. So many lessons I’ve learned here alone that are applicable to real life. It enables the user to strategically think, plan, sharpen problem solving skills, and test out actually concepts from 48 Laws of power, and 33 strategies of war. Super fun and can be highly addicting

Waste of time. I won’t invest any more money as this game is a joke unless you are in one of the controlling faction groups. All you do is rebuild the same troops they decimate week after week. They murder your people and it’s a joke and not worth the investment if your money or time. It’s absurd and the definition of insanity. Go play something with less stress. This just ticks you off from day to day. The game is laid out well and functions with unique options. it’s just stupid to play if you aren’t at tier 4. Growing and rebuilding what the big dogs tear down is all you do day over day.

Pay to win. I really enjoy playing this game but the pay to win factor in this game is so bad. For god sake there’s a event where to get all the rewards you are forced to spend $1000 over a 5 day period. Not to mention the people that are millions of influence about everyone else cause they bought every pack in the game. This game is very expansive and there are really no ways for free to play or $30 less players to keep up with the ones that pay hundreds. If you are not willing to spend hundreds of dollars would not recommend wasting your time on this game.

I took back what I said. In my previous review I wrote about they billing me incorrectly. I took it back as I was confused about the Apple billing receipt. It's billing correctly. They didn't over charge me. Anyway, back to the game, It's a fun game if you find the right clan. Most of them are just toxic. Yes, it's p2w but you can still be a part of the clan even you don't spend any. I have a friend in the game spent 0 and got very close to my influence. Overall It's a good game to kill time

Player profiles. The game is ok, im enjoying it however it would be a good idea to add in how long it’s been since players have been on. It makes it extremely difficult to recruit people and we never hear anything back from them when we private message them, we sure won’t be wasting time and effort if we know this little piece of info when we look at their profiles.

This is a really great game but he could do some improvements. This game is really good to know but there is some stuff that could make it a little bit better you could actually add the choices within the ads that would be pretty fun as like a game mode I started this game because of the ads and I didn’t know any of this was to come but to be able to play the ads that you show I would really enjoy other than that the game is perfect thank you so much for my experience

Proceed With Caution. I got hooked on this game. Lots to keep up with and a social aspect of joining a faction that will end up resulting in pressure to spend money. I spent quite a bit but the unfortunate truth in this game is if you spend a ton… it can be lost easily. There’s no game retained value. You will lose troops (purchased value) if you slip up one time or are not paying attention enough. The factions are a bit of a joke too. Lots of big spenders and cheaters/exploiters with ridiculous amounts of influence and power in the game. They prey on newer plays which is bad for the game. There are much better games out there that do not require this level of attention. I’m all for binging a game here and there but some of the users on here are hostile and pathetic. I recommend finding more balancing in the game. The losers who spent thousands on the game are kings among bots…. They don’t realize it.

Amazing game!. Reminds me of the Godfather, it’s perfect in every way and not meant for children! It’s exciting and very fun to play, the battles are awesome, graphics are beautiful and it lets you be your own boss I mean it’s story driven but your the boss doing stuff your own way by choices you make. This game truly is a 10 out of a 10 it’s perfect!

The game has gone so far downhill that you never get grand contracts anymore for upgrades. You are always going to be weaker than the millionaires playing against you. You get stronger and the “developers” add a new thing to spend $50,000 dollars to make you weaker and the rich people playing stronger. DON’T LISTEN TO ANYTHING the “DEVELOPERS” HAVE TO SAY! they only want to rob you of your hard earned money. The GM always gives you a lie answer when you ask a question. I you spend a fortune like me the VIP GM gives you a lie for an answer. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER EVER EVER START PLAYING THIS HORRIBLE LIFE RUINING “GAME”

Great game. This is one of the most fun games in a long time. It keeps me intrigued with so many things to do. Also has a very well written story line as well. I would recommend to others. Only thing weird or, bad thing to say is only R4’s and R5’s should be the only ones allowed to promote or demote members. I can see how that would be frustrating to someone who creates their own faction just to get booted. Very uncool

Don’t bother. Started fine was growing joined what I thought was a good group of people in their alliance. I was new so didn’t know really what to do so asked for help, none comes I do the operation wrong and then the leader yells at me and threatens to boot me. Life is too short to deal with idiots and that’s what u have here , some of the dumbest people I’ve ever talked with. The game itself isn’t good kinda boring after awhile. There’s no direction on how to do the many different side games and is money hungry. There are many better games in the App Store and with much better people

The game is focused on getting you to pay more. All this game is about is getting you to transfer USD to play it’s a very brainless game that rewards players that pour money into the game I spent hours on here trying to level up but you really can’t do it without spending hundreds of dollars if you ask me this game is worthless and you shouldn’t spend your time or money on this it’s very boring, wait time for construction usually takes days unless you pay for it quicker the game is made for you to keep putting money into it which makes it very unappealing. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

ME. The GM is not working. Complained since yesterday about the crew that challenge a kingpin. It keep telling me they’re out and I can’t challenge any other kingpin but they’re back and are not working. It’s like it get stuck. I have a faction call up which I have to use stamina and I have less than 4hrs please I need help because the GM isn’t working

To many foreigners. Get rid of the foreigners and this might be a better game. The process of a free member is slow as sheet. The game forces you to pay by slowing it down till ya give in. However this game will never see a dime from me. I rather quit the game than lose my real money. You only win on this game if you end up paying or know the cheat glitch. And yes there is one cause in main chat they were talking about it all night. Making sure there buds got in on it. Other than that it’s just as messed up as the mafia was. If your not a paying member they turn on you for not paying your real money.

Fun and Easy. Playing Grand Mafia is something I never thought I would play. Though I grew up playing Saints Row and GTA, phone games just don’t do it for me. Until I found this game. It is easy to play, easy to understand, not frustrating when you don’t have enough money or energy, it’s easy to obtain. Wouldn’t recommend it for anymore under, say thirteen due to it being gang violence of course but nothing brutal or bloody. Five stars from me!

Fun game but be careful with purchases. I’ve been playing this game for a little over a year. It’s been a lot of fun except there have been a few instances where I have made a purchase and then the charges to my AppleID are doubled or I am charged twice separately. I reached out to Apple for a refund and then the game has warned that I need to repay the money or my account will be restricted or banned. I reached out to the in game GM and the discord server and so far I’m being completely ignored.

Not worth it. You’ll have fun building up your empire only to have it ransacked at least once a day and you’ll never be able to get your defenses back up in time before the next attack from a player that is dumping money into this pile of hot garbage. If you have bottomless pockets, just buy a console and ANY of the MAFIA games by Hangar 13 and 2K. You’ll only pay once and have a WAY better time on a game that’s actually designed to be fun. Again, don’t waste your time or money on these stupid pay to play games on your phone. Developers like this one are akin to those pesky scam callers trying to get you to buy target gift cards.

So far so good. So far this game had been pretty good on the game play campaign and storyline. I haven’t had any purchasing issues but at the same time I’ve avoided buying the bigger packs in the game so far I’ve spent a little over $20 and my Mansion is a lvl 12. The only thing I’m stuck on is how to Rank up in faction. Also how to make my crew members stronger less men more power.

Changes. I would prefer if the game didn’t always offer me stuff, especially when other players are attacking my turf and I’m opening the game again. Depending on the situation, it’s daunting to have it ask me to buy something when I can simply protect myself during the idle time while the enemy is marching my way, if any.

Log in issues. About 25% of the time the game doesn’t load. I like playing these types of games but being able to log in at the right time is the difference between protecting your city to being wiped out because you couldn’t log in. Only other bad thing about the game is a very high level players can pick on a beginner and just keep wiping them out. Gets frustrating that within minutes after your protection shield goes down you get bombarded by high level players in huge factions.

Good game. This is a very good game I believe there are many things that need fixed although like for example as of right now I have troops that are just missing and I can’t use to of my lots to move things also they should make a server where no one can buy anything you would just have to grind just a thought

If You’re An Insomniac. This is the game for you. It will put you to sleep! BORING! BORING! BORING! BORING! I gave it an Unconscious Rating of 10 Valium's. You spend an excessive amount of time in “Put You To Sleep” dialogue. Oh, yeah, there is one brief computer generated battle about 10 minutes into the grueling introduction but it gets worse after that. It’s as if the battle are verbal. Debates! Who can talk the most. I finally got so sick of trying to fast forward the gruesomely, monotone pontificating I deleted the game, wrote this review, and played a zombie killing game to wake my mind back up from the coma this game out it in. I give it a rating of 5 out of 5 ARGHS!

App stopped working. I haven’t been able to use the game in more than 24 hours. I submit tickets but receive no response and there has not been a new version of the game. I am glad I didn’t buy packs… what a waste it would have been to have my account go so dormant if I had spent money on it. The early days of the game are when you want to grow quickly and this is approximately 1 week in and the app will not load. I know it works for some because I can see I am getting direct messages from friends. I do not recommend this game! Edit to add that they say to contact them on fb and I did not before this review went up. There has been zero response.

A giant money grab. They constantly update the game to fatten their pockets but don’t even add basic things such as being able to SEE THE TIME when you play, and they STILL haven’t added support for the dynamic island on the iPhone 14/15 pros. The GM also never responds so don’t waste your time. Not being able to see what time it is when you play is just a sneaky way to keep your customers in tuned to your game. And the dynamic island is a basic feature included in these phones. It’s not hard to find the support for it. Apple freely gives out the information needed to do so.

Just another copy of every strategy game. I’ve played a lot of strategy games that are all exact copies of each other, like King of Avalon, Infinite Galaxy, State of Survival, Warpath, a few other ones and now this one. Grand Mafia doesn’t do anything different or better than those, and in fact has a worse UI and is harder to understand. I’m a sucker for these and I like the mafia theme but unfortunately this is a weak copy.

Investment. I still playing this game but getting annoying when I invest resources or gold and when adding my points I got 3 or 10 k points depend of how many times I spend gold instead of 150 k or more points. Remember if I just get 240 points 20 times =4800 minimum. There’s 1200 and 6200 points that multiply by 4 to 8 round getting and average of 20 k per round. Who is getting my points

One of the best. Pretty hard to find good Mafia games via apps, first app I’ve downloaded in awhile I immediately love it visuals are great tons of things to do, interactive interface with other online players tons of perks ways to earn and win first day made it to level 15, great game so far pretty addicting.

Great Game But Needs Work. I don’t usually play games like this but I instantly got hooked to this game im about 8 months strong into the game and ended up spending money on it after a while of playing ( which isn’t really my thing). Just wish we can add a help button to troop speed up the same way it is for construction and also maybe another training queue , being able to trains 2 sets of troops at once would be great

Repetitive gameplay, developer won’t delete my account.. I have been trying for about eight months to get my account deleted because this game is repetitive, not at all like the ads, and allows extremely powerful players to run all over weaker, newer players, preventing them from successfully building up strength to resist without spending a ton of money. I have asked at least ten times for my account to be deleted and have filled the account deletion form out at least five times, but my account hasn’t been deleted yet. When I try to fill the form now, I get an error saying my email is formatted incorrectly. DELETE MY BLOODY ACCOUNT!

Unbalanced and unfair. I have spent quite a bit of money on this game. And because we are not big enough to fight off alliances 4x stronger then ours. They just join gw at last minute AFTER it’s already began and was balanced. To now have 0 chance at getting ANY buildings or rewards!!! So don’t waste your money!! Unless you have millions to spend!! I also bought the gw pack that gives daily rewards. In gw1 and it was $20 lasted the whole gw but this gw2… same $20 but HALF the rewards!!! Only lasts 30 day! Absolutely ridiculous!! No matter where you jump. Your bullies can just follow because they can. Nothing stops them. Bullying should not be tolerated on ANY platform!!! EVER!

WOW. I was blown from the very first seconds this game started it was like a black and white with red colors novel and voice acting and a very interesting story I wasn't expecting that, I thought it was a supergeneric click game but I was pleasantly surprised! And also when the first lady came out it was in a beautiful realistic real-time cinematic or something to that effect. I just started playing so we'll see how it goes, I have an empire to run! 😎

So much wrong with the game.. So if you pay, prepare to get ripped off and have nothing done about it. The only way you may get help is if you chase them forever. This game is basically ran by people who drop coin in this. A lot of coin, because paying doesn’t necessarily get you anything. If you spend your way to T4 you’ll get help from the GM. That’s literally thousands of dollars. If you get a refund they’ll close your account. The toxicity and bullying of this game is ridiculous. I’ve seen someone’s actual death exploited, racism exploited, actual relationships exploited. There’s been other toxicity in this. They’re aware of it but don’t care. The mods really need to step in on this game. It’s funny how the same people who say “oh it’s just a game”, are the same ones getting heated and doing stuff when you give them a taste of their own medicine. So glad I quit this game.

The BEST. This game is awesome. Lots to do with A slight learning curve. But once you get past that it gets really fun. If I could change anything it would be the people. I’ve met some really great people and some not so great people. But you’ll have that everywhere you go. The group that makes the game really tries hard and they fix things quickly.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly Truth about this game. The Good….The game has some fun events and it will kill spare time. The Game Developers do address bullying, sexual harassment, and other unfavorable things in some what appropriate time line, but can take days or even weeks. The Bad…..Do not get sucked in as far as time goes like many do because before you know it you’ll be spending hours on this game. The Ugly…..To advance in this game you’ll need to spend money and I just don’t mean a little. More like hundreds and at the very least a few thousand…like 3-5k and that’s being generous. Some that I know have spent upwards of 25-40k. Now on top of spending hard earned money the Game Developers are not willing to help or correct problems that are their fault ie…missing rewards for events, account problems, people using cheats/bots in the game. It is a fun game if you’re not going to spend money, but PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

WORTH PLAYING EVERY DAY. I honestly downloaded this game thinking it was just going to be another low budget / throw away game, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The developers put so much thought into this game, so there’s always something to do. Huge community, and it’s only getting bigger! “10/10, 5 Stars.” I highly recommend checking out this game, it might just be your new daily routine. ;)

Keep the two dollars. I thought it was kind of fun. That lasted six days. After the 7th day, a lovely fella whooped my gang. His 150k gang smashed my little 13K gang. Underboss taken and released. Cool! That wasn’t so bad…next day another guy comes along with 82K vs 14K (yes I gained 1K), boss captured, random….maybe this time he will be executed instead of released…the suspense, more waiting… Save time, go read, take hikes, spend your money elsewhere where you don’t have to wait so much. The babes just say stupid dialogue over and over. They do give bonuses after you wait… or buy more packs… Thanks for the 6 days…

Fantastic. The gameplay is great, same system and mechanics as game of thrones (pc version) Like all of these games it’s pay to win, which is fine but the prices are fairly high which causes a lot of people to give up and quit leaving the server population low I still say it’s a great game and very fun and most would enjoy it a lot if your into this type of game.
