Not keeping accurate data. I recently joined the WalkFit app. The first few days I was really pleased with the app, but then all of sudden, I lost data for the previous day. Then the following day things were not tracked correctly again. I decided on WalkFit because of the daily goals and challenges, so when this wasn’t tracking correctly, it was very discouraging and disappointing. When I contacted WalkFit via email from the app, I was told to logout and log back in. Well, when I did that, the app reset me to day one. I am extremely disappointed that in neither the email from Nicole at WalkFit nor in the app was there a warning message that if I logged out, I would lose everything.

Appears to be a Scam. Signed up for a 3 month subscription and payment verified as having been received via Paypal. When I went to the app to get account set up the app is asking for payment AGAIN. Paypal advises to resolve with company but the link they provide to contact the company seems to be broken. I can’t contact them via the app because I don’t have a completed account due to not wanting to pay for a subscription. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me because I’d like to give the app a try. So far this has been a very suckie experience but at this point I’d advise anyone to NOT try it due to my unfortunate situation with them. Follow-up. Was contacted by developer with suggestions for resolution. It really was a User Error situation so upgraded to 4 stars. Can’t upgrade to 5 because I haven’t used the app only s few times. It does cast very nicely from Iphone to smart TV which makes it very nice to use. Slow but thorough followup with no “canned” answer. I could tell the developer actually researched the issue and I appreciate it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this app to anyone wanting to get a workout in from the comfort of home.

sync issues. Been having issues: the reel stops and it’s a white screen, still hear the workout in the background, but no reel. When I start it again and finish, it doesn’t count as completed or give me # of steps achieved. Today’s workout - the reel was not matching up with the audio description of each segment - after restarting when white screened appeared I purchased a 3 month subscription, disappointed because I was having fun with it, but the glitches happen too many times, disrupting the workout.

This app works!. I have had the WalkFit about for a little over a month and in that month I have lost 15lbs. The pre-planned workouts, rotating through different speeds, coupled with portion control have made all of the difference. Also with each workout being slightly different in some way, walks are never boring or repetitive. If you don’t think you can lose weight by just walking, I challenge you to give this app a try.

Integration Disappointing. I love the idea of this app and even paid for it for 1 year. The problem, however, is I have to carry my phone everywhere for it to accurately track my steps. I wear an Apple Watch and it won’t sync with that. The only device it integrates with is Fitbit. Disappointing for those that have other devices. I don’t carry my phone on me at work all the time but I’m constantly using my watch so this doesn’t accurately track my daily steps and walking.

I’m finally enjoying exercise. I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about. This app so far has been extremely easy to understand and is getting me into a routine that is just my size. I’ve tried so many apps for tracking and they just weren’t fun or required me tracking all my food too but this is exactly what I need. Give me daily goals within my reach and are quick enough I can do them in my home office in between meetings. This is really great. Thank you for putting this program together for me to take my weight loss journey without frustration.

App out of sync. When the app works correctly, it’s great and helps you reach your goals. That being said, multiple times the app was out of sync with my actual workout/walk. My treadmill would show I had been walking for 51 minutes, but the app was only on 30 minutes. After contacting customer support & following their instructions, the app was back in sync and working, but that didn’t last long at all. It’s frustrating because if you are purchasing this app, you are wanting that extra help to get you to your fitness goals; however, when it doesn’t work how it should, that’s no help at all

Do not buy. Do not buy this app. Your phone already does all that it offers. After purchasing there are multiple prices listed but it forces you to pay the highest offering and at least a month subscription to get started. The app claims to provide you with a plan but in the set up - you set all the numbers yourself. The app then requests access to your phone’s fitness tracker to use their step data. All it does it track your steps that your phone already does. No plan created as it advertises. No recommendations- you set the plan, your phone does the tracking. Waste of money. Also, before you can see a single thing, it is already pushing other expensive products.

Don’t waste your money!. This app is horrible. I downloaded on Sunday and began using it Monday. It worked perfectly through Wednesday but all of a sudden yesterday all of my data changed and was incorrect. At 10pm last night the app showed I had over 8000 steps - when I woke up this morning it changed it to 4300 total steps? I also have an Apple Watch and Health app that I synced to it that shows the correct data yet somehow the app is incorrect. I tried to email support and said I was disappointed and if the data was inaccurate i would have to cancel my subscription and they went ahead and cancelled it so I guess they don’t care that their data is incorrect. Super disappointed- don’t waste your time or money on this!!!

Didn’t get what I paid for!!. I was excited to use this app with my new treadmill and it is disappointing that the ONLY thing this app tracks is that I completed a workout. Even though my Fitbit is integrated with this app and sends over my steps and calories, all of the information deletes at the end of the day and the previous day’s metrics are non-existent. Data for the challenges is not saved. Reaching a 3000 step milestone is not recognized, even though the current steps show 5000. Have to turn off the lock screen on your phone when doing a workout because if your phone goes to Lock Screen, it closes the app and you have to restart the workout. I contacted support and they sent instructions for an iwatch (I don’t have that), Apple Health Integration (shouldn’t have to depend on that to get data for this app) and Fitbit (data deletes at the end of the day). If I wanted a walking timer, I could have gotten that for free.

Good App…except. Because of my #1 lost a star - with app I did get exactly what I wanted. Results were seen by sticking to plan. Now for the couple downfalls -1) CUSTOMER SERVICE replies- did what app suggested to reset my profile; when asked to sign back in I tried resetting my password; got 1 reply saying try FAQ, ok didn’t work replied that email and now over 10 days still nothing - Cancelled the subscription 2) at times when wanting to skip warm ups the app would glitch with wrong exercises on display and unable to be corrected with out starting over. 3)when placing walk on pause you can’t leave that walk without loosing your progress resulting in having to start over and skip to fast forward to spot.

“Contact us” isn’t working. I was planning on using the app for my very first time this morning. I clicked on today hoping I was going to get a preview of the workout but it started running the timer instead. I tried reaching out to support to help me get it reset to todays workout because I am now automatically on day 2, but the contact icon isn’t working …. I don’t want to rate this as a bad app so I’m hoping someone on their team will respond to this review and tell me what to do. Not really enough instruction on how to use the app unless I’m just missing it? Don’t give up on this app…..that’s not what this review is about.

Good app, poor billing practices. While I like the App, after trying it and paying for the 1 month auto renewable trial, I decided I would not use it as I had hoped. I went on my phone and thought I had cancelled it a week before I was going to be charged for the next year. (The charge for the trial month was nearly half the amount for a whole year auto renewable trial! ) Since I paid for it by double clicking on my phone, I mistakenly thought I could cancel it on my Apple account on my phone. Instead, I found that I was charged for a whole year. When I contacted them, and sent a screen shot of my purchases, it did not show up, making me believe I had cancelled my account before the time they had told me I would be charged for the next year. They pointed out the very fine print saying I needed to contact the app company to cancel. I have to wonder how many of those of us of a certain age with cataracts have been charged for another year because of this? I was offered the chance to go ahead and use the next year though I had wanted to cancel. However, I was afraid I would find myself doing this again next year!

Bugs / Not Accurately Tracking Full Workout. I started using this app a week ago and think it has the potential to be one of the best exercise apps. But, there are bugs that need to be fixed in order for the app to get there. The workouts are great but I’ve had several instances of the app not properly tracking my workouts or crashing. For example, I completed a 38 minute workout, but the app only showed I completed 30 minutes. While this might seem like a minor issue, it is extremely frustrating to push myself through a full workout, just to not have all my progress tracked. I would also recommend improving the Apple Watch UI to be more user-friendly. If these bugs are not resolved soon, I will be canceling my subscription and deleting the app.

Scam. I signed up online, paid the subscription in advance however when I attempted to login it would not recognize my email and password. I tried to use the “forgot my password” reset option… didn’t work. I reach out to WalkFit they attempted to troubleshoot giving me the same instructions. I even recorded my screen to let them see I did not receive their “forgot my password” email. I’ve asked multiple times if it doesn’t work, just issue me a refund. I was told they would escalate the issue. Randomly I started receiving soliciting emails from “Tom” about “getting started”. I reached out again now asking for a refund and they have not responded. Now, I have to call my bank to have the charge disputed and get a new debit card because they refuse to issue me a refund.

I love this app. I am not a runner and I walk almost every day and was having a hard time loosing weight. When I got this app it helped me gain more muscle and loose 12 pounds so far. The only negative I can say is that there is many times that I only have a certain amount of time that doesn’t fit with the next day I have for the plan I am doing. So I either go to a different plan or do half of one.

No way to test without immediately signing up. Am I missing something? I’ve never purchased a membership to use an app sight unseen. I don’t have a problem paying for a subscription AFTER I see that it’s some worthy of my payment. No trial period plus lots of tracking info sold to who knows who all add up to a major turn off. I’d also like to add that attempting to leave this review required typing this part in another app and copy pasting. Is there some attempt to stifle unfavorable feedback? Thanks for reaching out. I did sign up and completed the process. It’s not for me. The app was glitchy and did not track well. The program also did not seem to take my original responses into consideration for the program is developed. I told it that I walked at least 3x week and about an hour a day. The suggestion was to walk for 30 minutes. Still not impressed but it might work for someone who is not so active.

Some adjustments and glitches. The app is generally good with lots of variety. I have two main issues. 1) the music is so much louder than the narrator giving technique instructions. Really need to turn down music level while they are talking. 2) More often than not, the daily workout will glitch about 2/3 of the way through. The technique listed on the screen will change to the next one but the video doesn’t match the step listed. This is really annoying and the only way I’ve been able to overcome this is to pause the workout and then end it completely and start over again and try to skip to where it glitched. This totally screws up your momentum and you also have to guess where you were when it bugged out. Pls fix this!

Offensive Paid App I Will Not Use. For starters, it asks if your body type is “flabby”. I’m not sure if this app was created by an English-speaker, but that word is considered derogatory— not a great start, WalkFit. Second, they ask for height and weight (fine) to calculate BMI, even though BMI has been widely discredited as even an indicator of health— activity, not weight, is a greater indicator of overall health. Third, it looks to just be a paid app with no free option. I couldn’t find a way to X out of the page with paid plans. So answering all their questions was a waste of time as I don’t want to pay to have an app tell me to walk.

App doesn’t track steps correctly. I’ve been waiting for 3 days for someone to get back with me. I get all the steps in that are needed and get a message that says goal met but the next day it says I only got a small portion of the required steps in and goal was not met. It looks like I haven’t met any of the goals for several days now. I’ve been taking screenshots the past 2 days showings that all goals were met and then the next day everything is different and no goals met. For $30, I expect the app to work correctly.

Lost features with April update. I was loving this app, however with a recent update some features were taken away that I miss. And nothing new seemed to be added in their place. Specifically: - Where are the warm up & cool down sections? I didn’t always use them, but they were nice to have. And it was easy to add or remove as needed to customize the routine. Why not continue to have them as an option? - I miss the “Day 1, Day 2, etc” naming. The new names are just a jumbled mess of repetitively named routines. It is hard to keep track of progress with the new names.

What a joke of an app!. A developer that charges a subscription fee for elementary information that can easily be found through a simple Google search, for FREE. Do yourself a favor and one-star review this app to the ground. Use the money that this developer wants you to spend and apply it towards an Apple Fitness+ membership instead. I am surprised that these kind of rip-off scam apps get through the Apple screening process. I mean, seriously! Oh, and to top it all off… the app requests to track you (which I decline) BEFORE you have even given them any money for their service - hahaha, completely laughable!

Too Artificial. I am using the app because I’ve paid for a month. And it actually is working on my body. I have more energy and my leg shape is changing, according to my housemate. I’m 67 and don’t want to drive the 20 to 30 minutes to the closest gym and this is a lot more affordable. I only give three stars because it is so phony. There is no personality there is no reality at all in the app. The music is bad and too loud so you can’t hear the voice describing the exercise that you’re doing. But, it’s working for me so it still gets three stars :-)

I got ALL my steps but it shows I didn’t!. At first, I thought this was a great app but I was SEVERELY mistake . I got all my steps in but, until recently, it has only recorded a fraction of what I did. $30/month is a freaking joke. I can get the SAME thing through my Apple Health for $10/month! Be aware of this app. It may look great but it is a big huge joke! Shame on the creators and the should be ashamed of the trash they developed! I wish there was a zero or a negative star rating because I would be hitting that negative. Horrible bad and it preys on people wanting to earnestly lose weight. It is discouraging when you get all your steps and then some and it screws you! Up yours Walk Fit!!!!!

Excellent for older joints. My only complaint about my experience so far is that the workouts can stop aligning the video portion with the movements and/or go blank. As I’m still learning the moves, it is frustrating to not be able to watch along. Other than that, this app has been a perfect motivator to get me back to moving after years of military PT and numerous musculoskeletal injuries along the way that have taken a toll on my flexibility and endurance.

Money pit. I seldom leave a 1 star review. The app is misleading. It asks for a paid subscription and even after you choose a level you feel comfortable purchasing, it forces you to buy add ons. It says add ons are optional but you can’t go past the screen. If you leave the app you have to re enter the entire information from scratch. Remember if you made the mistake of signing up for paid subscription you need to go in your settings and unsubscribe. Deleting this app will not get rid of the paid subscription. I unsubscribed in 10 minutes. Save your time and find something else that fits your fitness needs.

Doesn’t work - I use treadmills. Hi. I’m talking to the developers please. I didn’t realize until after I purchased your app, that it doesn’t work with a user if you’re using a treadmill, “GPS tracking is disabled for treadmill workouts”. It only tells me what to do, and if I follow your prescribed time, how much calories and distance I should have achieved. But on a treadmill I ran farther and burned more calories, and of course gained more distance. But in this app, it doesn’t allow a user to change the calories burned, distance, or time. I really need to be able to make those changes to use this app. Your description led me to believe that it would work with me, your target audience. . Until then, please refund me my money. I would greatly appreciate it.

Not as advertised or worth any $$. First off they rope you in with screen shots from the App Store that look wonderful and then when you download the product they demand you purchase it to enjoy it right off the bat with no trial period (1st sign of a scam), then I faithfully believing the product offered as advertised the screens shown from the App Store and described there. However after purchasing the 1 year subscription I was opening a simple step counter and guided walking excersize tool. The app did not perform at all as described in the App Store or have screen graphics such as the ones they offer there as well. In fact the walking and heart fit manufacturer app was offering more than this one and made me worry that this is only a “SCHEME “ used to lure people like me to pay for useless apps. And I messaged everyone and am as of yet unable to cancel and get my money back.

No Grace. I enjoyed the tracking but at least once a week it would switch from walking to warm up or walking to cool down in the middle of the walk and try to start over. Frustrating! Even more frustrating was my final day before renewal. In the middle my walk the session ends and I’m locked out. It didn’t even let me finish my timed walking for day. So, I see there is no customer Grace just the desire for charges. Tomorrow I will continue walking with a different app.

Hard to use. This app will be good one day. Right now it is a mess. It stops the timer when you lock the phone so you have to run with the phone unlocked in your hands. Also it lowers the music when the voice comes on and you have to go to the music app (timer stops when you do that) then you have to pause the music and resume. Then you go back to the app to resume the timer and have to keep the app open. Every time the voice comes on you have to do it again. All of this becomes quite fun when you are running. Quite disappointing. Update: I did contact your support and I was told to cancel my subscription.

It doesn’t work!. Well first of all, it is not free! But the worst part is not that, the worst part is that this app doesn’t work. I am not talking about losing weight, I am talking about counting steps, keeping track of calories, steps per day or workout. That should be the basics… at least that should work, so expect to see the steps of the last 3 days just adding up on your calendar for 3 days ago, and you ask yourself well what happened for yesterday and today. It is not helpful to know three days later that you should have walk a little more that day. Very disappointing, do not recommend!

Love the app, HATE the new voice. Ever since the last update I can confidently say I HATE the new narrator. I can barely hear it over my music when prior to this update I could hear the narration and cues just fine over my music because the app made the music slightly quieter to ensure the cues would be heard as long as you launched the music from the app. Now, the narration is almost comical. It’s high pitched and fast. It honestly sounds like an old school Nintendo Mii trying to talk. I HATE it. Also, when music is playing after I launch it from WalkFit, I cannot even hear the cues anymore. It makes walking less enjoyable and more of a hassle. I enjoy having music going while working out. I wish the narrator and this simple setting wouldn’t have been changed with the new update. Everything else in the update has been awesome, but these are the reasons I can’t give the app the 5 stars it deserves.

Complete waste of money. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE. I really wish I had read through the reviews before paying for this app. What a joke. First of all it falsely advertises that it has an Apple Watch app. You’d think that the app should work independently on the watch without needing the app to also be open on the phone but that basic assumption is not the case. Moreover despite all the integrations that should be in place the app cannot seem to calculate pace with the data from the Apple Watch which forces me to not only have to run the app on my phone but also walk while holding my phone in order to get the actual value of the workout. Seems like the developers have been getting feedback but are choosing not to act on it and instead have decided to rely on tricking new users to pay the money upfront for such a terrible app.

Wait. I need to learn how to use it.. I couldn’t make sense of how to use this app. Still a bit fuzzy to me, BUT, their support cares enough to get back to questions and try and clarify how the app works. If you are new to this app, take time to explore the work outs and ask questions. The aha moment for me to unlock a better understanding of it: The duration of the walk and time of completion will vary upon your pace. Likely obvious to most, but to me it was not. I followed what the target speed was supposed to be and assume I’d complete de work out based on what the workout preview said. I suggested the app offered a way to allow users to set their own work outs based on time and pace for some of us with domination and control issues. :-) I will stick to it for a moment. What this app has that most don’t is variety. Variety matters a lot when it comes to walking.

DONT BUY THIS. Whatever you do do not buy this app. I should have read the reviews like others mentioned. I couldn’t even look at what it was about without paying or starting the exercise. On day one I realized the app doesn’t work in the background so when my phone went to screen saver the timer stopped working. So at the end of my workout it said I only walked 12 minutes however I had left my house 45 minutes before that. Total waste. I’m so glad I only did 1 month up front. I made sure the background refresh was on and still nothing. No idea how it has over 4 stars.

Some frustration but if glitches were fixed, I’d be happy with this.. ***update from 3 stars to 4: the developers are super responsive and clearly listen to issues and respond quickly. Apart from leaving a review, I emailed and got a quick response. The connection works just fine now. Final issue is that when I walk, I need to close app and reopen to get the step count to refresh. For me they don’t change in real time. But not a deal breaker. I find the app motivates me. Just started using the app. I like the mini short workouts for the times you want to be home and have something short that you can do several times a day rather than one long walk. That said, I’m frustrated by two things in particular: one is that the music is louder than the voice of the person giving directions. The other is that more often than not, the app tells me the workout could not be down loaded and to check my connections. Soooo frustrating! I have a strong signal so I have no idea what’s wrong but if this continues, I won’t stick with this.

I haven’t been fooled in a while. I’m currently out of shape. Haven’t gone to the gym in over 6 months. Gained all the weight back and just wanted to get back into shape. The introduction and process of how it asks you what your current body type is and where you want to be was the attractive part. I didn’t mind paying $4.99 for a week to see how it goes as the app promises a personalized exercise routine based on the set up. Once you pay then you are prompted to pay for something else I don’t even know what for. Like it was so complicated to understand I was like nope. Once I bypassed that I then was granted access to the app and it is also complex to look at and nothing like the demo they bait you with. I should’ve read the reviews first, the real reviews say the same thing. This app is basically a scam and not useful for any reason other than taking your money. I’ll be requesting a refund.

App needs work. I have a fitbit and the app still needs apple health turned on. The app would correctly count my steps via fitbit and it would show I completed the steps then the next day the total steps are less than the required 4K even after it showed I completed the steps. It syncs back to the health app. I would have to carry my phone with me when ever I walked to get the steps. Not happening that is why I have a fit bit. The music is too loud to hear the workout instructions. I did inform tech support yet nothing has been fixed.

Walk fit app. First when you sign up I was not able to choose a free trial. It only let me choose the option of $4.99/week and the was for the whole month. Which I would have chosen just one week to start , but it took my payment for the whole month. When I went in the agreement rearms it showed a $4.99 for just the week if you want to cancel it . But again it would not give me that option. Also when it shows the chart with your weight and height once I downloaded the app I could not find any charts to look at to see how much walking to do. So I would only rate it a 2.

Not worth it!. This app isn’t nearly as effective or easy-to-use as advertised. The beginning seems promising as you put in your goals, weight, etc. but once you pay for the subscription, you quickly realize it’s not worth it!! You cannot view a workout plan as advertised and it doesn’t accurately track data. The app would be better if there was a calendar with an actual walking workout plan that users could view including expected length and duration of walks. As is, the app is not conducive to a lifestyle that involves planning. Also, a huge fault is that it does not connect to any devices or app such as an Apple Watch or Fitbit for data. Basically the app uses phone data only so you always need to have your phone with you in order for it to track data like steps. I was very disappointed to find this out as the app does not appropriately track or gather correct data of my movement. For example, my health app and Apple Watch app currently say I have about 1,200 steps for the day but because I wasn’t holding my phone for them, the app says I only have 66. Confusing and not worth the price. Save your money!!!

Not what they say they are. I bought walk fit with every intention of doing well with it. The app does not sync with a Fitbit so unless you have an Apple Watch or carry your phone all day you won’t get your actual results. After discussion with help center I requested a refund but they talked me into sticking with it and offered me a year free. Today I went to use the app and I am locked out and alll my correspondence with this company was deleted from my mail. This is not a reputable company if this is how they respond to complaints. Don’t waste your money very disappointed with how this worked out!!!!!!!

Help who do I call!. I paid for a year on this app Feb 22, 2022. It was working fine and today I open the app and it’s asking me to pay again. I’ve only had it for two weeks. Who can I call to figure this out. It has no customer service number. And I have done all that I can do on my end and it is not rebooting the app. I have a copy of my purchase and an up to date iPhone so there should be no reason as to why this app just all of a sudden when back to main page. It won’t let me in to all I have done for the past 2 weeks. Please someone leave an email in response or a phone number. So we can figure this out.

Don’t buy!!. If what led you to subscribe was the graphics and the promise to show you what you would need to walk to lose your desired weight, I’m sorry to tell you what you see is NOT what you get. Total waste of money it is not easy to use and there’s no benefit to this app. There’s benefit to walking and tracking just no benefit to paying them to do pretty much nothing for you yet take your money. Also it wouldn’t let me leave this review. It kept deleting it, I had to write it in another app then come and copy paste it here so that it would stick. This is flat out stealing people’s money.

Love it but some issues. Narration is really bothersome. And during warm up and cool down the volume on my music dips for the whole time. A setting to just get the chimes to change pace or Exercise would be great. So music doesn’t dip in volume. Also when you accidentally close the app you lose the workout you’re in. And can’t resume from where you closed the app. Have to basically start over. Other than that it’s a great easy way to keep motivated and workouts are great.

Don’t let the rating fool you. This app is not worth it.. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this. I saw it had 4.5 stars but I don’t know why. For the amount this app costs it should be much better than it is. Too many glitches and not intuitive to use at all. I really wish I could get a refund, because, after using it once I don’t plan on using it again because the experience was so bad. The app won’t operate in the background like most fitness apps do do when I went to something else on my phone or when it went into power saving mode it didn’t count my steps. Also when you select music to play through the app it lowers the volume when the instruction voice comes on but when it stops it does not raise the volume back up. So I had to turn the volume up on my headphones. Then without warning it would raise that volume back up and blast the music in my ears. You also can’t use it with your Apple Watch so I have to pull out my phone every time I want to check my progress. The free basic Apple fitness app is ten times better than this and FREE! If you are going to charge for something it should offer something more.

Off to a good start but…. First day with the app - I like the setup and the choice of workouts and I look forward to following those. BUT - especially for those of us that walk outside (not on a treadmill) could you make the UI easier to follow please? I have no idea how fast I’m walking, so having a target pace is great but I need a big, easy to read display that I can see without reading glasses while I’m working out. Even better would be a cadence sound and a pulsing icon on screen, like a tick every other step, something that I can easily match while walking. That would make this an awesome walking coach.

bare bones. A decent daily walking guide that changes up the routine — slow, fast, very fast, moderate — delivered by a robotic voice that pronounces “moderate” as “moder” “ate”. I’ve grown fond of this anomaly. While you walk you can see how your pace compares with the “target” pace. This used to be in good old miles per hour — then the other day without warning it changed to some unit of measurement I cant make sense of. Why? You can also see how many calories burned and how many steps you took, which is nice. In your profile they ask your height and weight and age and then…no analytics. Not sure why they ask! For more than the $29 per year you can get ofher things.

Great when it works. I have gone through all 45 routines for my fitness plan. I liked the way they got progressively more difficult, but never nothing I couldn’t handle. I like the Wellness Walkabout routine the best and that’s the one I started doing every morning. But it only runs correctly about half the time. Sometimes after the first few exercises it will repeat the exercise I’ve just completed instead of going on to the next one. Then I have to start it over. And sometimes it works fine until about halfway through. Then it will switch back to the music and exercises from the first part, and the only part that works is the voice and the timer. There are variations of this just about every time. And it happened before on some of the other routines. I am a subscriber to this app and I think it should be working better than it is.

more development needed. i thought this app had promise! i checked off every box necessary, then whabam! i have to pay to lose weight, just like majority of every weight loss program. if you want consumers downloading your app, make their plan free, make sure there’s a post notifications option to remind your customer that there is walking that needs to be done. if you want to make money, there should be an extra plan that a consumer can purchase that includes diets, gaining muscle, or even workouts focusing on one part of the body. i guarantee, people who see that they have to pay will delete the app as fast as they saw it. to make your consumer buy, you already have to offer something spectacular! for instance, in games people enjoy they have to work for a lot of the stuff they want/own in the game, and usually there’s features where you can buy more, or buy a premium. i think, that is a rather suitable for this app, you offer the walking plan first for free, and advertise other plans the consumer can buy like exercises and diets. hope you take this criticism for good!

If you have an Apple Watch don’t bother. I paid for the subscription thinking I’d be nice for someone to look at my goals and tell me “this is how you can get there.” Well they kinda told me how to get there with goals that aren’t explained well within the app. Also, the app will not pull workout data from your Apple Watch and does not record when in low power mode. I just went for a mile and a half walk this morning before work (about 5,000 steps for me according to my watch) and my app is saying I’ve done 1,500 steps… beyond disappointed that the ratings were so high and misleading. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS

Scam. I saw it on the add and it says that app will tell you how many steps to walk to loose weight. Everything it does just counts your steps. My apple watch does it for FREE. Don’t scam people, you promise a fitness plan but its not a plan. Its a TRACKER.

bad. the moment you put in your height and weight it tells you you’re overweight which is very disturbing. i am 16 and this made me even more insecure

Downtimer stopping and music volume is low. Hi I love the app but it has issues. Once I start the day, the music volume dims down and cannot put it up. The timer also stops when I minimise the app. It’s turning the experience into something I am not liking. Please advise

Payment of 1 year of $97 taken out! Refund now!!. To the owners of this app. I can see the same issue of the last review that I am having. Yes we downloaded the app but I read the information and no where was a clear definition that $97 would come out of my account. Actually I deleted my app only a few minutes after getting it. I think this is a scam of sorts, not only the costings, the assumption of deduction of 1 year only. Please refund my money as I am a soul parent with little income who was just wanting a guide to a walking tracker, hence finding a free one. Very misleading and regardless of your reply very sneaky. I think you should be reported to an ombudsman or regulatory body. I look forward to receiving my refund. You can see a proof of purchase and morally you can also see I deleted the app, or that doesn’t matter?

Pathetic. Pathetic app..if I could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Daylight Robbery. Rubbish app. Takes your details and that is literally all it does. Shows a standard 4 week plan graph of how to loses weight. No step counter. Nothing. Daylight robbery.

Great so far!. I’m really enjoying the app so far. I was almost put off by some of the reviews, but clearly those people didn’t read the instructions and information as they joined up and agreed to the payment schedule. I’m glad I still gave it a go. I’ve found all the exercises I’ve seen in the ads. The extra ones (like the dance ones) that aren’t in your fitness plan can be a little tricky to find initially, but everything is there. I like the visuals for pacing and the audio prompts. And for the indoor exercise options I like to mirror my phone to my tv and follow along. My kids like to join in when I do that too. One thing that would be really useful is an iOS widget option that would allow you choose to display a daily affirmation, or reminders to meet your goals (like if you haven’t been for a walk that day yet, similar to Duolingo), or just show how many steps you’re up to, so they appear on your phone Home Screen. Is this a feature that we might see soon, please? Another thing that would be cool is to link up with friends and do the challenges together. Like maybe have a group option to motivate each other. Haven’t been using it long, but for the time I have used it I’m really enjoying it and would recommend it as a fun and easy tool to get in some daily, low-impact exercise.

Scam website. Buyer beware - no refunds AT ALL. Absolute sharks

Not user friendly. Don’t know how to use and the app keeps trying to get me to buy it again even though I already paid for it for a whole year I won’t buy this again

Scam scam scam. Do not purchase - nothing foe your money

Impossible to unsubscribe. Does anyone know how to unsubscribe I have looked in the app The App Store And website

SCAM. I tried to unsubscribe…did so through apple and am still being charged a year later!!! How do I get a refund… never used it!!!!!

Needing confirmation.. I tried out a three month trial of this program but am not wishing to continue. I went into cancel account and clicked on the delete account button. But I am still receiving daily encouragement messages. How can I be sure that I have cancelled the program and will not be charged automatically for another three months. ???

s. . The whole thing is a huge disappointment. I signed up, reading that I could cancel in 24h and have no charge, but it’s a lie. You get charged.

Avoid. It’s a trap. Auto charging starts on install. Found it impossible to cancel.

Warning! Misleading. I downloaded the app. Filled in my details + then was forced to spend $22 to be able to view my program. You can’t even see your recommended program in full after paying. It just gives you daily targets without any sense of what you’re aiming to achieve. Not a great user experience and I don’t think it’s fair you have to pay before you get to see your program and decide if it’s right for you. I want a refund.

Scam. Stay away, useless scam app.

Shuts Down. I’d like to be able to give a review but the app flashes briefly when I hit the icon then closes. Have uninstalled and installed but nothing. Disappointing.

Scam. This app asks for payment over and over when already paid and won’t allow access to the app. There’s no contacts for assistance. Do not buy this app.

Unprepared. I joined this programme thinking i had a week or so to get a sense of it. This kind of thing really has to work for the person. Not only could i not get a trial, there is also no clear plan. Sessions just start. No build up of explanation. For me, at 60, prep is essential.

Don’t waste your money.. It’s a croc. The ad had a cool weight loss vs distance/steps but once you pay $46 (!!) you go in and it doesn’t have this feature at all. It sends notifications to ‘check your progress’ but they don’t work when you open them up. What a waste of money. Can’t believe I fell for the advertising. You can get free aps that give you more functionality. I want a refund.

Secret spy. I didn’t even know it was on, but it was tracing me and my walking trips.

Beware Scamware. The app does nothing unless you pay a ridiculous fee to even review a plan, stay well away it’s little more than approved Malware.

Scam. No option except to pay money?

Price. How much id this app. Where sre the prices illustrated?

Subscription system is unclear, app itself is inscrutable. I am currently seeking a refund for this app. I downloaded it, went through its survey questions to establish a walking plan, then I was presented with a payment options page. I opted to pay for a month. After taking my money it landed me back at the beginning of the survey. Completely impenetrable nonsense in other words. No matter how I tried I could not unravel the apparent mystery of how to move forward into the actual app that I had just subscribed for. My Apple account assures me money for subscription has been taken. I immediately unsubscribed so I would not be made to pay another month. But now for the time wasting task of searching for a refund via Apple. Jesus. So dodgy. So dull. I think I’ll just go for a walk by myself.

This is most definitely a scam. The app itself is a scam, you simply choose how far you would like to walk everyday which is a pretty standard function across the multitude of free apps out there. Also the App Store has this app rated at 4.3 and mentions that there are 122 4 star reviews which is not true. Report this app if you have the opportunity to.

How?. How can you still be supplying this app with the incredibly bad reviews. Shame shame shame

Not a bad idea but poor execution. Used for first time, played to tv via appletv so I could easily watch the steps. The video did not match the listed activity, and the video would change halfway through the activity. Pretty poor Update - am sure I unsubscribed after leaving the above review but just had payment taken out for next month. Went back to unsubscribe, had to go through process 3 times ‘pressing cancel’ before it finally cancelled. Not happy.

Unsubscribe from app. Please unsubscribe me from your app it was not put on my phone by me.

This App is a scam. Don’t purchase this app Put simply - it does not work. It logged me as having completed 111,000 steps one day (impossible) The next day when I sat in my couch all day .. it logged me as completing 111,000 steps. The developers apologised .. but did nothing to refund my money. Saying I needed to go through the Apple Store. A complete waste of $$$$ and time ! Most unsatisfactory

Scam!!!. I don’t recall subscribing to this app but to my surprise I’ve got charged today. I don’t even have the app on my phone anymore, I have downloaded it before for sure but never used it so I’ve deleted it right away. How do they just charge like that? It’s ridiculous! I want my money back scammers!!!

Glitches. I have been using this app for 5 days. Each day I have done my daily walk and two other workouts. I am logged into both iPhone and iPad, both are linked to my Fitbit. They (phone and iPad) do not sync to each other even though it’s the same account. I upload my daily steps and tomorrow all data is blank. It tells me I have missed workouts on phone that I did on iPad. Other than that I am enjoying the workouts, but these issues need to be fixed. Should also be able to cast to tv ( if I can I can’t work out how)

Scam. This app just helps it self to 1 year at $97:99 ,yet I only wanted to try it ist, and press daily at $1:99 and if I wasn’t happy to cancel within 3 days I cancel on the second day, now there’s nothing on this app where I can request a refund. Not happy Need my money back

Unauthorised subscription. Downloaded free version. Then realised it was a subscription. So I deleted the app from my phone. A few days later received an email to say thank you for signing up for a subscription of $179. This was not authorised by me and they don’t have my credit card details but it’s scary to think sone part of my email or Apple ID has been hacked!

Don’t waste your money.. Honestly don’t waste your money with this app, as other out there do the same thing plus more for free

SCAM. I’m requesting a refund as I paid for a yearly subscription and you charged my account and now I can’t even access what I paid for. It’s now asking me to redo to the survey and pay a different amount for a subscription. Your app is certainly unclear on any information. And now reading your reviews I wish I hadn’t spent any money on here but i find it funny you respond to everyone stating they should follow the instructions in the app to request the refund. However I can’t even access any information other then to redo the survey again and give you more money. I WANT MY REFUND BACK NOW!

Terrible app. This app is awful it keeps asking for your initial data an then payment, even though I have paid it won’t go any further than the payment screen, I want a refund please. This app is useless as it is, except for the part where it takes your money

Click bait scam. Just feeds you through to a pay wall, very expensive. Waste of time

A problem with my subscription. Not happy at the moment - just renewed my subscription and it still won’t let me access the data which I have paid for up until January next year. Even though I have paid for my subscription it is still telling me to update my subscription!

Scam. This app has taken my money but doesn’t go anywhere. It doesn’t work.

Read the terms first. Maybe ms Roman should have read the terms and conditions first and as such would have found out it’s a paid for app before going further

Avoid. No personalised plan is provided. It’s just a step tracker, save your money and use one of the thousand free apps that do this. Rubbish!

Rort. What an absolute waste of money

Not free. Misleading info - This is not a free app with in app purchases - you have to pay a subscription to use it.

False advertising- Ads don’t reflect what you get in this app. I bought this app based on a series of ads on Insta. After I paid and could access the app fully, I realised the activities on the ads weren’t available. I contacted the supply team (who were prompt and friendly) and they told me that although they were currently running the ads, the exercise features they promised were not available. A waste of money.

Waste and no refund. Do not buy this! I bought a year subscription and only used it twice, as it was difficult to navigate. Then tried to get a refund, which I was inside the 14 days, and I got no response from anyone. Shame because this app has some great potential, if only it was supported the way it says it would be; on all levels.

Empowering Accountability. Implementing weight loss groups and a chat feature in WalkFit could enhance user engagement and accountability. It would foster a supportive community environment, promoting communication and motivation among users.

Charged without even knowing after clicking on app. Charged for a year when just clicking on the app. Impossible to find account settings to cancel the subscription.

Scam and bugs. This app is just a scam. I thought I was being charged for a daily amount and it charged a yearly subscription. Not to mention the app keeps crashing. Do not try it.

Please refund my money!!!. I purchased this app and now that I have it, it’s terrible. It won’t sync with my garmin and is extremely basic. It has been less than 24 hours since purchased. Please refund my money as per my request sent to your support team.

Why allow us to download the app for free?. You ask full of personal questions then you ask at the very end for us to pay you money ? What kind of an app is this? Why apple allows this to be on their platform? Very unethical!

Cost?. I did not see the “cost for my country” displayed within the app. I’ve entered an awful lot of information without knowing. How much is the subscription?

Don't waste your time. Can't use it without a payment plan

Not impressed. Do i get my money back after i cancel my trial? Cause all this app does is count steps i already have a good free app for that that doesn't change me 30 dollars.

Déçu. Je suis tellement déçu de cette application..j ai payé un abonnement d un mois on me charge un abonné de 12 mois et je ne peux même pas y avoir accès … juste de l’arnaque

Very disappointed. I got this app thinking it would help guide me on how much walking I need to do a day in order to help reach my weight loss goals. You enter the info and then are asked to pay which I signed up for a 3 month subscription to give it a chance and then the stupid app doesn’t do anything to guide you. Only offers “time walking exercise” but no where does it offer guidance. I really wish I could just get my money back. What a scam.

Programme pour perdre du poids. Au lieu de faire perdre du temps, vous devriez dire en partant que ça coûte quelque chose.

So embarrassing, should be paying before even know what you get. That is totally scam, if developers believed in their app, they would have given free trial and then ask for payment, that’s embarrassing

Hard to Cancel. I did not use this app enought so wanted to cancel it. The app does not show up under "subscriptions" so not possible to cancel it on your phone or computer. They just took another monthly payment and I haven't found a way to cancel it yet.

Not worth the price. No customization plan. The speedometer shows two speeds only 3.5 mph or 0. So you can’t really tell if your speed is correct. It’s basically a glorified pedometer. There is no way to contact support. The Contact Us tab on the app doesn’t work (all the other links do - surprise). I’d like a refund but of course if you’re can’t contact anyone you can’t ask for a refund. Seriously - stay away.

NOT AS PRESENTED!! Don’t bother.. I purchased it yesterday and paid an additional $6.99 for a nutrition plan over and above the walking plan (which is essentially a step counter) and it is nowhere to be found. No help option either. I was so hopeful!

App. Can not sign in when changed to a different phone , no place to sign in, only to sign up again at a more higher cost Needless to say I donated just under 16.00 for the next month

Nothing will download. Like other users I have been unable to download the exercises. The error message says there is an issue with my internet. There isn’t. Support does not respond to queries. Frankly an entire waste of money

Unusable. Paid for a 1 year subscription and haven’t been able to download any workouts yet. Says my internet connection is bad. My internet connection is fine. This is the only app that doesn’t work. If I have to uninstall and reinstall everyday, it’s not worth my time. The time I waste to try and download a workout is ridiculous. So not worth the money!

Automatic Payment. I signed up For one month and one month only. Imagine my surprise to see you automatically Withdrew additional funds

Je veux me désabonner immédiatement

Very frustrating, glitchy at best. I want to like this. I enjoy the workouts and the daily motivation however… why can’t I just connect to Fitbit? If I disconnect Apple health it just constantly tells me to connect it. Why? I don’t carry my phone when I’m on the treadmill or doing a workout so it doesn’t track anything. That’s why I have a Fitbit. And I can’t connect Fitbit and Apple health. I don’t use Apple health because I don’t carry my phone around constantly, also pretty hard to do a workout from the app on my phone while carrying my phone so it tacks everything. I did 2 workouts today FROM the app and it tracked neither of them. I hit all of my goals but nothing tracks in the app except my steps, and even then it doesn’t actually KEEP that information. Fix it. So far it’s been a waste of money. I want to JUST use Fitbit. Make it so it tracks from Fitbit ONLY. PLEASE.

Cancellations. Can not find a way to cancel my subscription. Now I’m force to pay another year subscription

Horrible. When you open this app, it prompts you to purchase another app for 40.00 - non-refundable, and you cannot go further than this prompt. So I just purchased an app that I can’t use. Bye bye $$. This should not be allowed.

Not worth the subscription. Find the app to be crappy at best. Integrations only pair with Fitbit? Not even with the Apple health app? For an Apple iOS product? Seems a bit pathetic. Especially for those of us who buy the product. Complete rip off.

Abonnement. Impossible d’annuler l’abonnement dans les réglages. Je dois passer par Apple !!!! . De plus trop dispendieux rapport qualité/prix!!!

App Failure. Paid for 3 month subscription, loaded app onto phone and tried to use it. The only workout was my fingers to request a refund the same day as purchase because it keeps having a connection failure. Don’t think it’s me. Every other app I have opens immediately.

0 point barre. Ne fonctionne pas du tout et ce matin après plusieurs essais, je me suis désabonné. Je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement. Fait moins de 24 heures.

Disappointing - obtained refund through App Store. Agree with the negative reviews. Overpriced for an all that does not link to fitbit etc etc. Good news is I contested the charge on App Store and they refunded my subscription (had paid for a year - ouch). Thanks App Store! Wish I’d read these reviews first!!

Fonctionne pas. J’ai payer pour 1 mois et impossible d’obtenir le plan reste toujours bloqué à la page du paiement. Me rembourser svp.

DO NOT INSTALL OR PAY SUBSCRIPTION. You can’t even see the app and it’s contents without paying a huge fee. At least give a trial or something. And from the other reviews it’s seems that even after paying it definitely isn’t worth it, just tracks walking and gives basic workouts (services which you can easily get for free else where). Do not install and definitely do not pay for this. It’s a waste of money, complete scam.

Not worth it. Your essentially paying $40 for a pedometer.

Won’t start workouts. Simply won’t start a work workout when I started the program so I have requested a refund.

This is a scam DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app. This app is a scam They charged me after I cancelled And then they tried to double charge me again for an app that does not work

Would be perfect if Apple Watch compatible. Great app. I would give it 5 stars if it was compatible with the Apple Watch

Can’t access the App. I’ve had the App for a few days now, but I can’t use it... it is stuck on the select a payment plan and will not let me in. When I select the 3 months plan that I paid for it says I paid for it and should manage my account. I left messages with support but no answers yet. I hope I get my few days back once it’s fixed. So far, not a fan of support.

Don’t waste your money!. Don’t waste your money on this app! $40 for the exact same thing a Fitbit will do! All this app does is track your steps and then you choose a program to walk. 30 min walk, just use your own clock to track time! Such a scam!

Disappointed. Little function for the money. I should have checked other reviews before subscribing for a month. Cancelled and deleted.

Bad app. Couldn’t even set up the profile before paying. Beware

Facturation. J’ai acheté mais a chaque fois que j’ouvre l’application ça me demande les mêmes informations et me demande encore de payer je me demande si c’est pas une attrape déçu

Not worth it. No real value to this app. I have it connected to my Fitbit, but it doesn’t seem to retain step count from day to day. Todays total is there, Yesterday’s is gone. There are so many glitches. I’ve emailed support twice but they don’t respond. Save your money.

Bon mais…. Programme simple et facile a suivre cependant l’appli ne se synchronise pas sur mon iphone et ipad. Je ne renouvellerai pas après la période de 3 mois qui est en US et qui n’est pas spécifiée ors de l’abonnement.

High hopes, but…. The music for the “dance” ( not really ) is horrible. There’s no dancing—just the regular indoor walking routine. Any possibility of your adding since good music? I mute the sound. I have done only the indoor walk and dance so far. The two women on screen aren’t moving in sync with the sound and I wish they’d show the moves more definitively before the routines begin. I’ll keep using it for now with hopes you’ll update it. Thanks

Not worth it!. I should have checked the reviews. Pointless app. Cheaper to get a pedometer! Track your own steps.

App Needs Work. This App does not give accurate readings. I have brought it to their attention several times. However there has not been any change. This morning I was jogging or fast walking and the App showed my speed at 3.2 MPH. I was walking prior to that and the speed shown was 4.2 mph. How can that be accurate? So, I stopped my 3 month subscription because the designers have done nothing to get the App to give accurate readings.

Scam… free download but have to pay monthly. There is no free trial. This app asks you all these personal questions then asks for a monthly subscription if you want to see anything. Don’t fall for this… you don’t know what your getting into.

Disappointed. I wish I checked before subscribing the app wont install in the device and charge already plz fix it before charging money.

Skip it - there are better. This app has no try before you buy option. I have my Apple Watch and my phone and my other tools to tell me how many steps I walk every day, I don’t need an app to do that. This app doesn’t tell me how much I need to do though. At least, not intuitively. As someone who vets apps and technology for VC firms, this is really unimpressive. I’d love to know what my plan is, I respond well to plans, but here, you’re flying blind. There are much better apps for these purposes. Skip it.

The ads made it look better than what it is!. I signed up for a week plan to test it out and I didn’t see a free version, this basically just tracks my steps and gives me some extra stuff to look at, but nothing my apple fitness doesn’t already do. I need them to give me a goal to obtain not me put one in. Makes zero sense and kinda mad I wasted the money. I basically cancelled after I set up my profile. If I’m missing something then it’s too hard to figure out I guess.

Too much talking. Please please add the ability to turn off the extra talking at each interval. I don’t feel I need the same 30 second description of what it means to “walk fast” in an annoying computer voice at ear splitting volume while I’m trying to listen to a podcast 8 times in a 30 minute walk. Also the app is a battery drain. If I don’t quit the app after morning use it phantom drains my phone to empty by lunchtime.

Problems with the app?. I paid my subscription and the app will not let me “begin.” It keeps making me start over with my information and gets to the pay screen I hit continue and it says I have a paid subscription but can’t use it past that screen. I have restarted my phone, swiped away everything and it still does the same thing. Am I doing something wrong?

Nothing for free.. There are basic applications which can give you a good level of information for free, goodness, you can find a whole training schedule online in a few clicks but I thought this would be much easier, self guided, tips on what to do but, no, straight to a subscription model... ugh! Find something online, it’ll be easier than filling out all the information they ask you to get started.

Calculations. Hi I signed up for the three Month program. Why isn’t the app calculating my steps, calories... everything shows 0. I’m in day four and have been caring my phone while walking

Fake advertising. I purchased this app because it was promoted as it telling you how much you had to walk daily in order to reach your goal weight. Well it doesn’t! It didn’t even tell you how long it will take you to loose your weight with the goal YOU set. You choose your goal and it tracks it. That is it! Other apps I already have so the same thing-for free. Useless app. Do not recommend this purchase. Runkeeper does the same thing for free!!!!

Waste of money. This app is nothing more than a step counter, and not very good at that task. It's extremely expensive and does nothing. I thought I was getting a plan to lose weight. Don't waste your money. I paid for a yearly plan, stupid, and there is no way to cancel. I've already made sure it doesn't renew but this app is useless. Yesterday all my step counters including Home showed over 1000 steps more than this app. No explanation so I'm not sure what this app is counting. REFUND!!

Misleading!. I followed a link from Facebook, subscribed and it wouldn’t let me progress. I assumed it was because I had set a goal during the set up that may not have been achievable in one month. However, when I resell extend the three month option, it charged me again and still wouldn’t let me progress. I think it wanted me to select the one year option. Dishonest app. Don’t buy it!

App is not worth it to me. They walk you through to everything they need to build a plan for you then yank the rug out and say if you want to see the plan then you need to pay almost $5.00 a week or try their monthly or yearly plan. A waste of my time. If they want to be a decent app, then let people use the basic plan but charge for more coaching or other plans or for additional users. But this sucked.

Not worth download can’t do anything without paying. There is not point in advertising this as a free app if the only FREE part is filling in your information. There is not free options to use the app. I would much rather know up front an app cost money and decide if it is of value to me than to believe it is free to some degree to later realize I was tricked. Not impressed or pleased.

Download Mistake. I downloaded and paid for this app by mistake. I thought it was My Fitness Pal. Within minutes, I requested a refund but to no avail. Customer support stated I had to go through my Apple account to get refunded. Company took no ownership to help fix the problem. So disappointed, $30+ for an app that doesn’t sync with an Apple Watch, FitBit or any other step tracking device. Works only with your phone.

Most Unfortunate…. Unbelievable….as soon as I find something that I think it’s going to be an M turning, then all of a sudden I get asked to pay for using something that’s going to benefit my health. I get so tired of losing out on something that supposed to help benefit me due to money marketing. I was really looking forward to using this app, and now I’m just thoroughly disappointed.…

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Waste of time! You go through everything, your goals, your weight, your height etc. only to reach a pay wall. All you can do is go back and enter in things again. There is no getting past the pay wall. App is absolutely pointless unless you’re going to get the expensive subscription. Btw your phone and Apple Watch do all these things already. 0/10 do not even bother downloading.

Awful. Don’t be scammed like me. I bought this app and it is awful. I connected it to my phone data and it is giving me less than half the steps from my iPhone/Apple Watch. Also, you cannot use with a treadmill. I tried to use the contact button to ask questions and that also didn’t work. Would love to figure out how to get a refund as I purchased yesterday, but finding that unlikely

Awesome app. After a revision of a knee replacement I had suffered a broken bone and a ruptured tendon during surgery and this app had me back up moving as soon as the doctors released me and I have had to up my goals and I am so proud of that

Paid for it but couldn’t open it. So, I went through the process of downloading, setting up the app and paid for it. When I went into the App I was prompted again to set up and pay. There was no way for me to log in or contact the company so I cancelled the App with Apple. Obviously, something needs to be fixed on the product end of things. 😔

Waisted money. I regret that I purchased a one year subscription. This app is not intuitive and does not provide success feedback. The coaching is annoying; after the first few times she explains working level, she should simply tell you if you are walking fast enough or slow enough for each interval. She keeps repeating the definition of the levels each time it changes.

No idea what this app does!. I downloaded this app as I was intrigued by an ad. Sadly I can’t try the app as it requires a subscription. I am not opposed to a subscription fee for an app/service. However, I need to at least been able to preview the app first. This app is asking you to buy a service site unseen. There should be a way to preview the app via a free trial (even if it is only 1 week or 1 day)

Could be more efficient. You out in all of your info, goals, etc and then after all that tells you the subscription fee. That should be the first thing users see so that way they don’t get their hopes up and then not want to invest. Your ads say nothing about a cost and I find that misleading. Bummer, I didn’t even get to fully use the app. There are better apps out there that are free and super helpful.

A Total SCAM. I purchased the year subscription, but could get no further in the app. It just kept wanting me to pay for another subscription. Now I’ve paid for a year but have absolutely nothing to show for it. It’s a scam. They don’t even ask for an email or anything else to set up an account so how could you possible ask questions if you have any. Just a way to scam people out of money. STAY AWAY!!

Why can’t I link it to my Fitbit?. I don’t walk with my phone on me and rely on my Fitbit tracker for my step count. I’m frustrated that it doesn’t allow you to link that. Other than that it’s a very useful tool.

Can we get it to work with Apple Watch?!?. I can not hold my phone while walking or working out since I have severe arthritis in my hands. Please get it connected to Apple Watch, I paid for the year but it’s not hitting my goals due to this issue. Thank you

Great overall concept… BUT. I was initially excited about this app, but should have read ALL the reviews. I basically donated the cost of the app. For starters this app does not support Apple Watch which is insane when calculating your steps. I rarely take my phone everywhere. It is also disappointing that the app is not more intuitive. A explanation of moderate and fast is not needed.

Pointless. This app has nothing to offer that you cannot do yourself. Do not pay money until you see the plan first. You are paying for someone to tell you to walk faster or slower- something i did not know and would have never bought had i known because i do not wear headphones so i can watch for cars and crazy people.

Clumsy App. Bought a one week subscription. I connected to Fitbit but the steps were never in sink. Today I walked 2500 steps and it registered over 8000. Has done this on several days. I resubscribed for another month because I did like the routine and program. They charged me $9.99. The app had an update which I did. When I went back into the app it was in “get started mode” and required me to subscribe again. No Thank You!

Don’t like this app at all!. I wish I could give minus star! There is noting about this app to worth 20$ for 28 days! First it doesn’t sync to apple health or watch! Then if you miss a day you can’t continue work out from the day you’ve missed and the most ridiculous part is when your phon goes on auto lock it stops working! So you need to set your auto lock on never during workout to avoid it pauses!

Not worth the money. I paid $20 for a month and it literally has only a handful of walking plans. It has a counter that you can probably get free on another app or with a Fitbit, which I already have. I definitely thought there would be more information and plans for the price. Very disappointed. Also, I just realized it doesn’t always count my steps. I had my phone in a stroller and it didn’t count my steps pretty much the entire time. Save your money, buy a Fitbit.

App doesn’t work. I purchased the app. Answered the questions, but I was never given a workout, the app keeps looping me back to the 3 payment plan subscription and says I’m subscribed and that’s where it stops. So I decided to cancel and it says I can cancel and still have access through March but there is no access, no walking plan, just loops back to choose a plan

Another pay app. I just wanted to know how much I need to walk to lose weight. So o took time to download and fill out all the information only to find out you get no information unless you pay. If this is going to be the case make the app pay instead of free. In my opinion this is false advertising by saying it is free when you have to pay to get any information at all. Terrible!

Wants payment before it shows you anything. Genuinely excited about a new fitness journey and started building a bank of helpful tools. This app wanted minimum payment of $4.99 for the week before I could even see anything in the app or what it was all about. Who hands money over without knowing what you’re getting in return?? It’s a no-go for me

Rip off - DO NOT BUY. Expensive! No free trial to find out: - pedometer only integrates with Fitbit and isn’t very accurate. - voice directions are frequent, loud and long and interrupt what you are listening. No way to modify this in settings. - no way to see progress on a locked screen, so you have to have the app open and look at it to see progress (which interferes with the pedometer)

Scam. I paid for the app and used it for a few months. It ask for a renewal. I noticed they renewed it themselves so it will not expire till the of 2023. A Year from now. When I open the app it’s asking for more money but yet charged me already. No way on how to get a hold of them either so I’m hoping this will get them to work on my app. Since it’s paid for.🤦🏻‍♀️

Disappointing, doesn’t work right if you pay. I tried this app and I eventually paid for a subscription only for it to work worse . I tried using it today only for it to keep popping up and now I can’t use it anymore .. my mon gets a free fit guide on her phone . So I’ll have to switch if this keeps happening. So tired of apps making people pay even though they said there free

Waiting my refund. I will put no star if I could. The apps show up and without I knew it it’s installed and made purchased via iTunes. I uninstalled never open it. I contacted Apple support to cancel subscription they said I need to contact the developer to know how long the refund will take. I contacted the developer they said they are nothing to do with the subscription, only able to response regarding the application.

Not happy. I just purchased this app to calculate how many miles to walk to lose weight and paid the yearly subscription. I don’t see this option available. I want my money back.

Wow. This is not a free app at all, after inputting all your info, it immediately takes you to a subscription option page. The “cheapest” option is $20/month. Yeah, no. Also- when inputting your weight, it literally stops at 331. It won’t let you put anything higher than that. For a weight loss plan, you would think that maybe we could comprehend that some of us may be heavier than that? Kind of humiliating to those of us over that number. That needs to change.

If walking 1 mile is your thing. I wanted a walking plan based on my current level. I walk 4 miles per day. The app only goes up to 2.5 miles. I tried to change my settings and in crease step count or mileage goals, it won’t adjust the plan. Waste of money. I found this out within the first 5 min of the download. This is very misleading. I wouldnt be able to even use this. Refund please.

It's useless. i paid for the yearly membership and it has been a waste of money. 1. The ”accomodations” can me gotten free on other apps 2. Some days after getting in the complete 10k steps.... After walking extra in order to make sure i met goal, the following day the information would drop showing that i did not meet the goal when the evening before showed a closed or even filled in circle 3. The customer service is garbage. You have to beg to get followup only to be told you have to deal with the app store.

Today 8.4.21…. It was a great day today…a cross training day for me, so not much walking! I swam a 1/2 mile and also enjoyed doing some paddle board work on the lake, as well. A unique, but, very special start to Day 1 of my Walking App! Big day of walking planned for tomorrow! Fire Up!

Don’t get this app. After filling in the preliminary information they make you subscribe before even getting to see their plan. I signed up for a month and was completely disappointed - the plan kept crashing every time I went to open it. I closed the app and restarted. It would be better if they give you a week or day free trial before making you pay. I used it a total of two min and now I’m out $20. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

Good App. This is a good app. I’ve been able to keep up a daily routine using this walk fit. What I would like to see is if it could connect to my fitness pal to record my exercise. That would make it a whole lot better.

Never worked right. I had this app for a while, and it never, ever worked properly. If you want to toggle between, for example, today and yesterday, it might bring you back to a random day 5 months ago instead. If you try to pull up days on the calendar function, same thing. It did not improve when I updated the app. Wondering if it is a real app at all, or just a money grab.

Very disappointed. Used this app for three days and it was a confusing mess. It recorded steps on the wrong days and the days did not even appear sequentially. The computer generated voice was a turn off for a paid app. I liked the guidance while walking and felt like it was a good workout but the glitchiness of tracking and the robot voice left much to be desired.

Connection. This app would be so much better if you had more menu options such as outdoor walk or indoor walk. You also need to be able to connect this app to the Apple Watch so that the steps can be counted more accurately…since you ask us to set up a step count goal when starting this app.

Useless. I bought the app November 17 and used it for the first time the next day. It was not at all what I thought. First, I walked for about 35 minutes but the app said I walked for 116. It also said I walked 3.2 miles, actually, I walked about a mile and 3/4. It also had information dating back to November 9. Like I said, I purchased the ap on November 17! Trying to work with the support team, but what I really want is my money back. Totally useless app.

WAAAAAYYY TOO MANY Notifications!!. This app will never leave you alone until you delete it! Multiple notifications daily, HOURLY!!! Not even useful information, just spam. There’s no stopping those notifications unless you delete the entire app! Tried everything. Do not download this app unless you are lonely and want to create a relationship with your notifications!

Wish it showed your goal/ time line. It’s quite deceiving by getting you to purchase the subscription like it will show you a plan but never does… I wish I could get my money back because this is not what I was expecting at all. It’s very basic and no mention of the 4 week goal after you sign up or what needs to happen I. Order to meet that you just set your own goals which I would do with out this app…

Not worth the money. This just appears to be a basic pedometer count goal. The app is not at all intuitive. It attracted me with ads that listed a table with BMI and required steps but once you get the subscription it is a poor experience with no way of knowing what exactly is the objective. I should have opted out the moment there was no trial. Please save the buck and get something better. I am surprised to see 4 star reviews here.

WASTE OF TIME. makes you go through the whole process like you tell them your height weight how old you are what body type are you trying to achieve and that’s awesome BUT WAIT! After you put all that information in THEN it tells you have to purchase a week month or year to even use this app and If I could write it zero stars I would
