Fail. Another Honda fail.

Memos mixed up. The only way the app sorts through all of the preshift memos is my alphabetical order down or up. How silly. It needs to be sorted by DATE. I shouldn’t have to shift through a hundred memos little bitty time stamps to find what I’m looking for

Preshift memo. The shift memos are out of wack. When I click on the spot app there are shift memos not on this app . Please fix soon

Never works. Dear Honda mobile app developers…you’re overpaid. This is by far the worst app I’ve ever been forced to use to access my jobs info. Hopefully Honda customers can’t see these reviews and assume that Honda’s are built as bad as this app was. Get it together!

Works when it wants to. The app works roughly 60% of the time before it wont let me log in for about a week or 2.

Mandatory App Upgrades. Mandatory updates are too frequent. having to log back into the app after mandatory updates is pointless. Should retain login memory after mandatory updates.

NG since last update!. Seems like app is more glitchy since last update. Cannot access “Saved Content” anymore. Click on it and it’s just blank!

App is Broken. This app is broken and they don’t seem interested in fixing it. The pre shift memos are in no particular order, which makes viewing the latest memo a pain. This seems like a simple fix. Whenever you save an article and go to click on it later, it just brings up a blank page. The spot app was way better than this junk. FIX IT!

Memos not in order by date. It’s a cool app but you have to look for the most current preshift memo. The dates of memos are all jumbled and out of order.

Any way to fix the glitch?. Never had an issue on google play with this app. Guess it’s an apple app thing to not update and work correctly. I have to uninstall and reinstall to be able to see updates. Be nice if they could get the glitch fixed but what kind of thinking is that.

Memos. Current memos about day to day things such as production halts and things like that are not posted like they should be. Also, when it does give you a notification of something, sometimes the notification will not leave or come off the app.

Last update Showing Feed is from November 2020. The app worked fine at the beginning. Now, the last thing showing in the feed is from November 30th. I get notifications that there is new information, but once you open the app it doesn’t show it. It is constantly buffering, and the information is never updated. You eventually have to shutdown the app. It is basically of no use at the moment.

Not good. Great idea ... but locks up every time there is a notice. “You’re next in cue!”

Updates needed. Needs to be updated more often calendar events are inaccurate new notifications do not clear after opening

Awful, just plain awful. I’m in Canada, as a contract I was able to ha e use of the app however since being hired permanent I simply can’t login, I’ve had a back and forth with the so called support and nothing! It’s been two full months and still nothing, I give up. Honda needs to be better then that

Needs update. Notifications don’t clear just keeps increasing the number every time a post is put on.

Terrible app. It’d be nice to go on this even once a month and have it work. There’s clearly no effort being put in to making this a good app. Very disappointed especially with everything being online today.

It’s working great. I’m so glad to be able to get all the information in a mobile format. Just started to look around and so far it’s looking great.

Notifications. Can we get an update so the notifications clear please?

Login issues. App works ok for a week or so, then have troubles trying to login in. Have to delete app and reinstall for it to work. It then works for a week or so, then the same issues.....very frustrating.... Please fix

Problems with Login. I downloaded the app months ago and it worked fine for a bit. Then I started having issues trying to login. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It seemed to work fine again. The same thing keeps happening every few weeks. Not sure if this is an issue because I am in Canada, but the app is supposed to be a tool for all Honda associates, not just American Honda associates. It is very frustrating especially that everything is being accessed online nowadays

Garbage. App is useless, just like the developers. App never works, developers don’t respond to support requests. Had this app for years and haven’t been able to open it for over a year. Deleted and reinstalled many times, sent in support requests with no response.
