No longer connects. The VPN no longer connects since I've updated to Big Sur. Hopefully we get an update soon that will fix this.

Why?. I didn’t Like this App Because it’s not free ):

Doesn’t work at all. I paid for the service and it didn’t work at all. There is nowhere in the app you can cancel your subscription and you get charged right away even though they claim there is a free trial.

No monthly plan. They say they offer a monthy plan but all they will let me select is a $60 plan I don't want. It's a bait and switch app. Avoid it.

Simpe and easy. Very easy to navigate, I like the simplicuty!

Meaning the amount of continuous work that goes into a successful VPN service is all day every single day forever. If they stop working and securing and keeping the service consistently updated the service will quickly become nonexistent. I appreciate the constant and consistent effort support and updates. I am a longtime user and even though I benefit from it in my annual subscription to the browser and vpn service I still bought annual subscriptions for the mobile vpn service and the computer service because I want to make sure that you guys have the funds you need for the wonderful services you provide. I hope you continue to do amazing! Thank you so much I also hope the consumer market becomes less ignorant over time so you don’t have to continue to answer questions lacking so much basic knowledge to answer the question you must ask is competition intentionally asking unanswerable questions or are the masses really getting this bad? I wrote this because you do a great service and I want y'all to know there’s a lot of happy customers out here that wouldn’t have a back up. Kowabunga!

10/10 VPN!. It’s fast and secured, so unbelievable that this is free

Everything is great except one thing…. This VPN is almost perfect, the app is beautiful, easy to use, has a lot of locations, some neat features, the price is reasonable, it does lack some professional settings like being able to choose which protocol you want to use, but the biggest - and main- problem (for me) is that this app doesn’t work in Iran, none of the servers work, none, I’ve checked all of the locations. So if you want to use this in Iran, don’t buy it, it won’t work, otherwise, it’s a reasonable choice.

Latest Update Removes Purchases. After updating to the latest application version of “Aloha VPN” they have revoked access to my Premium services and are once again making every updated user pay, pathetic. And I will be taking this to the higher-ups to report!

Unnecessarily blocks ports. This product is easy to use, but it blocks SSH (Secure Shell) traffic, which uses TCP port 22. I reported this issue, but it has not been resolved after nearly two months. I am looking at other VPN solutions, since I require the use of OpenSSH.

Faorite!. I started using this browser about three years ago on Android and was imedeately impressed by its automatically shielding me from constant pop ups and everyday became a joy as I uncovered more things it does! So I got it for my Iphone as soon as I could find it, and over time its abilities and functions increasedd my surfing joys.Now I use it for nearly all my daily internet jaunts or chores. I only have one last hope for myself regarding this awesome browser, and it's not a complaint; I long for the day when I can set a profile picture like I can do in Chrome. That's it. Be able to set an American Eagle or any other such symbol of freedom, as my profile pic. But it's a HOPE/ LONGING, by no means a complaint. Keep up the awesome work Ya'll!

Good, but.... I wish I knew I had this VPN with my subscription to the premium browser before paying for other VPN's, but this is largely my go-to VPN now on MacOS and iOS. It's visually well presented showing where you're connected (ie: a graphic of the Opera House showing an Australia server) along with IP info for connected/disconnected states. My only beef is that some websites present errors when connected with this VPN which I had not seen with other VPN's and they work when you disconnect Aloha VPN. On MacOS, because it's static on my home Wi-Fi it's rock solid and never disconnects manually. On iOS when you move between Wi-Fi and Cellular networks, sometimes you have to disconnect and re-connect to get the web to work - it would be better if it were more seamless in moving between networks. Overall I like this product, it's well priced and I'll continue to use it as my go-to VPN - I just hope the developers iron out a couple of the kinks. Cheers.

User Friendly. so far so good, very fast VPN

Good, but…. I wish I knew I had this VPN when I first paid for the premium browser (I mustn’t have read the fine print and ended up paying for other VPN’s until I realised - now I just use this). It’s a good product - works well in MacOS and iOS - good visual representation of connectivity status, country of connection and IP information. My only beef is it doesn’t seem to ‘follow’ very well - for instance it’s rock solid when on wi-fi at home but if I leave and my phone goes to a cellular network, it either stays ‘connected’ but blocks activity until I disconnect/reconnect or it simply disconnects without warning Also when connected some websites don’t allow traffic until you disconnect it. I don’t believe I’ve seen that before with other VPN’s. I’d like to see push messages on iOS/MacOS when connectivity status changes in a future update. Overall I think it’s a solid product which can only improve with ongoing updates. Combined with the browser and the price point compared to other solutions it’s competitive and I’d recommend it. Hope to see future updates - keep up the good work.

Not bad. It’s not a bad app I’ve had it for a about a year now. It’s great for your everyday websites. But if you like browsing a bit more interesting sites eg wiki(tor) you’ll find that it’s extremely slow you can wait up to a 5min before it ether says time out or just doesn’t connect. I guess that’s why you only pay $49 while other VPNs you pay a lot more. Also works great with there private folder/ web browsing app.
