Worked Great Until a Few Months Ago. I have used this app in its various iterations since 2015. It used to be a very quick way to check my balance and transfer between piggy banks. For several years it was the only bank I used. It is no longer my primary and that’s a good thing because I would be much more upset. It now takes several tries to sign in, and often a few more to actually see any data at all. Also, I can go into the app after it being closed out/signed out for several days and see my data briefly - although if I try to click on more than two or three things it will boot me out. It is definitely exposing my personal data, not to mention funds. I can not sign into the website, which is where setting changes need to take place, at all. I’m not sure if they have a new less experienced dev team, or new leadership that do not understand how valuable their dev department is and are meddling… but it’s ruined the user experience entirely. Buggy and unreliable is not what I want to associate with a financial institution holding my money. I hate to loose an account of this age, but I don’t see how it’s viable to continue to put funds into it.

Worked fine, until recently. This app worked perfectly fine until recently. I signed in and was told I had to update my password. Ok, fine. So, I tried and it told me there was an error. I tried to sign in again and I got the same error message. I tried to change my password again and I was told I couldn’t attempt to change my password more than once in 24 hours. I waited 25 hours and I tried again with the same result. This happened the next day, and the day after, and the day after. Since I no longer have access to the account, I withdrew my direct deposit to this card. I’m not going to use it if I can’t access it, no negotiations. I now have my earnings deposited into another account.

Not so good. I’ve tried multiple times (as a new user) to log in using my card yet it’s not letting me continue, this is a little disappointing because I had high hopes for this app but im frustrated with it and honestly this needs to be fixed it’ll say “continue” then after you hit it, it switches to “verifying” for a brief moment until it goes back to “continue” and no matter how many times I hit it, it still does NOT work which is very disappointing. Won’t be using the app.

STAY AWAY!!!. Please do not open an account with these people. There is absolutely no way to close your account. Even when you stop using them and they”close your account”, you can log back in anytime and all your information will still be there. It’s a violation of privacy if I stop using a service and they keep my information for anyone who gets access to the account to use. And their customer service staff is very, very unprofessional.

No Longer Functional or Practical. This app has been hit and miss on functionality for a long time, but ever since the last update I have been completely unable to log in at all to check my balance or see transactions. Please update and fix. I know I’m not the only one having these problems since the last update. I’ve tried reaching out to Customer Service and gotten nowhere. They are non-responsive. Would not recommend this app, you are better off logging in on a desktop.

Stupid updates. Every time I update the app, there’s a problem when I try to use it so I have to delete the app and then reinstall it. EVERY TIME! And I don’t even see a difference with the updates so what exactly is being updated? And why does it ALWAYS interfere with the use of the app? I just updated it and I can’t even use the app now because it says to make sure you have the updated version and are on a reliable network, which I am. It seems that each time it gets updated, it becomes more and more impossible to use.

App issues. This app used to be excellent. Now about once a month, I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it because it says something went wrong. It’s annoying. Please fix this glitch or I will just use my bank account to have my money deposited into.

Loading problem. Have had and used the exceed card/app for years. But lately the app has has problems signing in. Once it does let me in it either takes forever to load but then goes back and wants me to confirm my transfer from a piggy bank again. Or it loads but then a few seconds later it goes back to the log in screen. I click to sign in again and it just does it over and over.

Unsatisfied Customer. I hate that I’m being charged 3 dollars to put money in my account when no other bank charges that. Then all banks except for you just deposit a check into your account. You all make us cash the check and charge for that then deposit the cash and charge for that. I find that ridiculous. Since I retired from Walmart it seems I’m being taken advantage of and I’m not very appreciative of it. In my opinion your bank is less than satisfactory. I’m waiting for my deposit to come in and I will be changing banks.

Unable to connect to server I’ve called in and they say there are no issues. 12pro max and this passed week I have been able to use mobile app it having trouble connecting to server Called the bank there is no problem on there end.

Never had a problem after 10 years of service!. I use Exceed thru my work because they make it available to me. I’ve had 2 issues in 10 years. One was family member using my card without my permission, other was Norton Antivirus charging me 2 months early. Both were easily corrected. I recommend this banking system. If you know your money, they know your money. They recognize the descriptions in your transactions and are willing to help. Yes, you do have to call and ask for refund firstfrom a wrongful charge and you should. Don’t you want to be in control of your $’s??

Do NOT USE MONEY NETWORK. I’ve been a money network user for about 8 years. It was issued to me as a walmart associate, I loved it never had a problem. Until I left the company I’ve had two issues with them in the last 3 months first was holding my money for to long after a hotel stay then it was not wanting to issues me a refund when my account was hacked. Each time all the people I spoke with all the supervisors were incredibly rude and contradicted each other. I’m canceling my account as soon as I get my money back

Works very weird recently. I’ve been used this app since months, it was okay and notifying me about everything, it just happened since two months till now, I’m not satisfied with it and I will change my paying to a different bank! Why?!! Many reasons; let me share with you some! First, it doesn’t notify me about any bank transactions or any activities happening there! Notifications though it’s on for this app it doesn’t work. Second, I always log in hardly after it was very fast and easy. Third, it doesn’t show me activities section, it always says NO ACTIVITY! What does that mean! There was activities and transactions! So, I don’t know really how much I got paid and how much had been withdrawn! Fourth, even its physical care does not work properly specially at my workplace which it associates with! Fifth, even after all my attempts, the app works just that weird and I’m very concerned about my money there. Sixth, there is no way to block parties that I don’t want them to charge me! Finally, don’t waste money and time, and don’t use this app, card and bank because it will work for you for few weeks and then, you will see many problems and all of them are unresolved type! Thank you and good luck for all!

Constant login issues. The app doesn’t seem to remember my phone no matter how many times I add it as a trusted device. Face ID hardly ever works and constantly gives me an error message. Roughly half the time when I attempt to log in it makes me check my email to verify it’s me despite not having 2FA turned on. Then it has the audacity to ask me if I want to add this to my trusted devices…as if I haven’t done so already 100 times before. Aside from the login issues the app seems to work just fine for me. It just doesn’t make for a pleasant user experience when immediately after opening the app you’re having issues. Especially if you’re just trying to quickly hop on to check your balance or something.

I shouldn’t have issues checking my balance. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. This week it’s not . Making me update my password.. then doesn’t allow me to change said password. I’ve been unable to log in for a week now. Not to mention my money was once stuck in a piggy back acct feature that the app has.. but if you cant log in you can use the piggy bank feature. So proceed with caution, I too like so many others will be removing my direct deposit off this card. Too many problems. I’ve been using this card since my Walmart days .. sad that it can’t get it together . This card was once beneficial .

Better before update. I like the app. I’ve had no issues. The new update took away my ability to see my balance without having to log in. Was one of my favorite features. Disappointed with that. Other than that , good app.

Good when it works... It’s kinda hit or mis when trying to log in. Over the last few years I’ve had issues just trying to log in. Like the app is always under “maintenance “ then have to try hours later or even the me to day to log in. Now currently, the app attempts to log in, half loads to show your account & then logs you out. Which is quite frustrating when trying to manage bills, life , & etc. please fix.

TRASH. I literally started crying. for some reason I only have nine dollars on my account and I’m just trying to order pizza because I’m so hungry. I’m only 17 years old I shouldn’t have to be dealing with this Literally this is the worst ever because it doesn’t even let me make an account every time I try to make one, it doesn’t even take me to the next freaking page. I hate it. I hate your company. I hate everything about you guys and it deserves one star. it feels like the company scamming me and just taking my card information. I don’t know but do not get the app. I’ve literally spent 30 minutes half an hour of my day wasted on my day off trying to see the purchases, I’ve supposedly made.

I love this app. This is the best app ever you get it when you working but when you’re not working for that company, you can still continue to use the card. This is the best app ever.

Never again. I’ve had an issue with this card since I’ve gotten it. When I need a new card because someone had used it they send me a new card but I have to wait 3 months just to get it because they can’t get my address right. Couldn’t touch 2 of my own paychecks for 2 months because of them. They decline my disputes I put in for SOMEONE ELSE USING MY DEBIT CARD and what do they di? Decline it and let my money get used by someone else. Taking my business elsewhere thanks.

How Great. I’ve never encounter a problem with my card. Free access to your money and no charges at all in Walmart. I would recommend this card to everyone. You can download the app and control your money from your phone. One of the Greatest choice I’ve ever made.

Not usable. This app is practically unusable at the moment. Recently I have been running into more and more bugs lately and I don’t know what’s going on with this app as it’s been running smoothly for me for two years. I recently left walmart and set up my direct deposit with my new job and ever since then it’s been slow, laggy, and uncooperative. Hoping this will be fixed soon.

Horrible card. I had a very horrible and upsetting experience on this card. I had a disputed charge ,after I received an email notice saying that it was resolved and give back my money,after 2 weeks,they took back my refund,I called hotline and they said they can’t do anything about it. So just stole my money,helpless policy! Don’t deserve even 1 star rate…should be ZERO star rate for your helpless policy and customer hotline,you stolen my money!

Glitchy. This app is constantly glitchy. Face ID does not work most of the time and even when you manually enter passwords etc it shows a network error message. Just frustrating. My employer uses this app to pay us but it is the worst ever not to mention my account was compromised several times "on their end" in the past and they took forever getting me my money back..

Able to get in now. I was reading the latest reviews about how since the last update 2 weeks ago people have not been able to log into the app. Well I have only had this problem for the last couple days that I have noticed, and really only cause I couldn’t see my balance. I took a chance and delete app then redownloaded and it let me log in with no problem

I like the card it’s self but…. I’ve never had problems with the card personally. What I have a problem with, is an ATM already charges you to use it (in my case $2.50) then the card it’s self charges you $2 as well. You have to spend $4.50 to withdrawal money, and then the card also has a monthly “maintenance fee” as well. I understand that they have to make some money some way but come on… I feel like if you’re going to charge a monthly fee then you shouldn’t also charge an ATM fee as well. None of the ATMs in my area are free. If you guys fixed this, then I would consider to keep using this card. Having this card is just costing me too much money. I’m having to pay out a good amount of money to withdrawal my OWN money. SMH. Fix this!

Unable to connect to server. I’ve been using this app for a while, never had a problem. But after the last update, it keeps saying unable to connect to server. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem remains. It’s annoying that I have to log onto the website to get information on my account. Please fix this problem.

Touch ID. Update: The app is still garbage. Idk what happened but every time there’s an update it won’t log back in. And you get an error message. It’s 2024 there’s no reason they shouldn’t be able to make a working app at this point. Bring back the old money network app. It worked so much better. Used to love this app. Since the latest update how ever it’s barely usable. Why on earth did they get rid of Touch ID ?!?! Also unless you’re connected to WiFi it says it’s not a secure site and won’t let you log in. I’m sorry but you have more chance of someone hacking your account through a WiFi connection than cellular. I don’t mind the 2 step verification. But not every time. Since you no longer have Touch ID anytime you want to do anything you have to sign in using the 2 step. I’m hoping this is just a glitch in the latest update. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Loved this card. This card is one of the few reasons I miss working for Walmart. It is a beautiful thing that these large corporations that admittedly pay employees at-or-very-near minimum wage are able to offer a money management solution that allows people to break away from the endless fees of the major banks out there.

Don’t get this card!. I had to get this card threw my employer. Now they told me they would never ask for my social security card (picture) or same with my drivers license. Which they did then they decided to lock my card and can’t pay my bills!! Even my employer didn’t understand this. Saying they may send me a check in 7 days. Well you better do something and fast because I’m talking to a lawyer! Thank God I have life lock for this reason alone! I would definitely not trust these people. Take it from me they don’t keep any word they say!

It’s ok. I gave them only four stars because they not compatible for Apple Pay and I got hacked when used it in a vending machine at work so I want to and it to Apple Pay so it don’t happen again

This app is not a good app. Ever since I got this app have had nothing but problems out of it. Had to change my password twice and reinstall it cause it stopped working. Such a headache please fix this problem.

Always having issues. The last 6 months or so I’ve had nothing but problem after problem. The latest is now saying “Alert make sure you have the latest app version and on a reliable network” Well I’m good on both so not sure what the issue is now. I’ll be switching asap to direct deposit on an actual bank card instead of keeping Exceed for direct deposit.

Inconvenient at times. This app can be very frustrating to handle. I prefer to use Face ID to open all of my apps and it hardly ever operates on this app accurately. It constantly gives me an error message, to which I have to type in my password and then it has to verify if it’s me every time through text message or email. I hope this is just a glitch but even if I just want to see my outstanding balance, it says N/A until I unlock the app.

unable to connect to server. i’ve been using this app for quite some time now since it’s one of the main ways to know how much money i have on my card. for the past two weeks i haven’t been able to log into the app and keep getting the error “unable to connect to server try again.” i even called the number on the back of my card to let them know about the issue (that was at least a week ago now) and nothing has changed. it gives me this error regardless if i’m on wifi or using my data. it’s quite frustrating that i’m having to jump through all these hoops (such as logging in on the website or calling the number on the back of my card) to figure out my balance when the app is clearly the easiest way. i’m unsure if anyone else is having this issue and i’ve asked my HR at my job about it and he hasn’t heard of anyone else having this problem.

Just me. I like your services However can the transfer of funds be quicker for primary to secondary If not why and should I look form some other financial institutions for quicker service. Thank You!

Fix it. I guess I’m not the only one who can’t get on through the app..if you’re reading this and can access your funds online on the money network website

Needs an update. The app used be great. Seems the last few updates have made it lag. It takes forever to get logged in, only to be kicked out. Start the process over four to five times and give up to try again later. I have found it quicker to just log in using the web browser.

Money Network Card. I like cars, but I wish the would deposit/release my money before 4/5 pm, especially when rent is due and has to be paid before 5 pm. I know people who have a different card who receive there pay by 10am the day before payday or two days before payday.

Exceed Money card. The exceed money card is absolutely amazing,convenient , & easy to use. Choosing to get this card was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Especially when I come to shopping online , transferring money from one account to the another, & to reload money on is FREE charge.

Unable to connect. I have not been able to connect to my app for about 2 weeks now. Keep getting an error screen informing me to try again . If still able to call number on the back of my card. I would appreciate this bug to be fixed. Most my direct deposit goes into this account and I have to frequently move money to pay bills or send to family member.

FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This app is getting worse with every update they do to it. Go back to the original or fix what’s wrong. It’s not fun when you’re at a store and need to move money from piggy bank to main part of the card so you can buy stuff only to find out you can’t because the app don’t work. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good/Disappointing. Since downloading this app I have trouble getting into it. The password gets stuck, cannot save my phone as main phone in order to access my account. The app closes then get stuck on the login or screen to send text or email to access account. Getting into this app is so frustrating and difficult. Positive note is the app is good for collecting financial information for bill pay and savings!

Worse card in the world. This is one of the worst cards i have ever had. Customer service barely speaks English, filed a dispute and the claim paper work and the claim decision was mailed to me AT THE SAME TIME. The stated they contacted the merchant and made a decision based off of past history with the merchant, and the whole point was the MERCHANT stated the charge came from someone else’s merchant account and not mine. Called back argued with tier one and asked for a manager and they kept me on hold for 20 mins. I would NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS CARD OR BANK SERVICE. All around terrible! Take your money out and just close the account is my advice to EVERYONE!!

Not a modern card. Most every card will allow you to access your money up to two days early. Especially with a direct deposit. Not exceed. Ur deposit will sit pending for days!! I also had dispute with Uber charges that were made from California and Walmart dispute that’s not even where I live exceed did nothing BUT BLOCKED MY CARD AND SENT ME A NEW ONE! I had to call the DA OFFICE! I will be changing cards after this month. Very disappointed!

Locked Out. I have an Exceed card for several years. I have had problems with it. I have been locked out and unable to get into my mobile app for days. I called customer service and they have not been able to help me. They updated their system and locked me out of the app. I have had it so long that so have forgotten my credentials to get in. I was told that they can unlock my card from wherever they are. I don’t want anyone doing that remotely!! I think that is a hazard and I am unhappy about this. I need to do something different because this money is needed for me to survive!!

Better off with a real bank. It’s almost impossible to try to get refunds and deposits back onto my account. I’m having to wait 31 business days for all refunds and deposits to go back. Easier to handle everything in cash or with a real bank. I mainly use this account to just pay bills. Stayed at a hotel and paid $100 deposit fee but needing to wait 31 days to get it back even after the hotel told them that everything was processed through correctly. Seriously though, just use cash or a real bank account.

Exceed Mobile App. I do like this app but most times when I try to check my balance it doesn’t work properly. It seems to be working fine now so maybe when I get paid this week it will work. I’ve been having to call the toll free number to check my balance. Thanks

Better now. I wrote a review with 1 star due to the problems that suddenly appeared after their update such as logging on and seeing my balance, but seems right now, no problems for a week now so I’m back to loving this app

Love my card. I love my exceed card just wish it would stop showing pending transactions so many time it’s like it’s stuck on my app

Trash. There's no way this app has 4 stars. I've been trying to sign into this for 15-20 minutes having to uninstall and reinstall just to get one part of the app to work. It's ridiculous. Really about to switch banks bc why am I going to keep this if I can't get to my money? Annoying.

Update Needed. The app needs an update or something.. I should not have to press the sign-in button 3-4 times after entering my password for it to finally go through. This is ridiculous. I’ve been struggling with this app all day when trying to view my funds. It’s very laggy

Worked until last update. I had no problems with this app until recently after the last update. Now it continues to log me completely out and then gives me an error message stating I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to log in. Why should I have to do that every time I want to check my account?

Please change it back!. I loved how simple and easy it was to navigate the app before the update. Now I really don’t like it, I’m sorry but it looks lifeless. I really like this app but I hate the new look, the old look was perfect and didn’t needed to be change at all.

If I can give no star I would!!!. Both Exceed and money networks app are no longer letting me see my balance and I reached out to customer service and said there’s nothing wrong “change my password” I’m to the point if I cant get access to my account I will take all my money I will no longer be using neither services

Can’t accept money from friends. Why do I get a email for me to accept money from friends instead of accepting it though the app when I get the email and click on the link I try to log in and then it takes me right back to the login screen can the developer fix this please it’s very frustrating

Worked just fine before. Did the update and now every time I try to log in it tells me to make sure I have the latest version…. I do have the latest and not so greatest version! Why mess with something that worked fine before? Now I’m having trouble moving money that I need.

Won’t let me get into my account. I’ve had no problem with this app now. It won’t let me login it just keeps telling me to make sure it’s on the latest update which it is and to make sure I’m on reliable network and I am I have deleted and redownloaded the app and it keeps telling me the same thing and I don’t know what to do so please fix this

👎🏾. This is a HORRIBLE app. Works fine for a few days then it starts messing up and eventually I’ll have to uninstall and reinstall the app and this should not be happening?! I don’t understand why there’s updates for this app, yet, the issue persists! I’ll just be calling the customer service number/using the website from now on. I’m so done with this garbage app.

Has be been terrible. Since the new update slow , takes forever to piggy bank to upload, very concerning with needing to see piggy bank account and to transfer money Have used this years but thinking leaving the whole exceed network and wound not advise people to use this

Issues. Had the app for years with no problems. Now lately I’ve had issues logging in. Login info is correct but it sits there. Have to close it down, and try several more times. When I’m finally able to see account info it’s blank.

New app not as good as the old app.. I like some of the new features but not the quick view for the account balance. It takes me several times refreshing it to finally get my correct balance. The old one would do it immediately.

App. This app is so ridiculous because we cant see hour hrs worked and we cant print our paystubs from the app so is not helpful at all and also you can view last yrs check stubs which is not worth it having this app and sometimes we can even view our valance because is saying somithibg webt wrong try later!!!! Seven Years of service. I’ve had this app for seven years, and while it does work it takes forever to load my information. I shouldn’t be sitting for ten minutes waiting for my balances to load. Please fix this issue.

Please check your app is failing. Please check your app is giving an error and that just started a few days ago. I even went to check if you guys prob made and update and is nothing there. Your app was working right until few days ago now stop working a least isn’t working right now for iPhone 11 Pro Max and is the phone I been using all the time.

I hate the new app. Ever time I try to sign in, it requires me to verify myself by sending a passcode to me email. This is so inconvenient, especially when trying to make a purchase in a store and being unable to quickly check my available balance right away.

Doesn’t respond. I often have a hard time transferring money or locking or unlocking my card. I’ve uninstalled it reinstalled it, but it always takes a long time to respond. It’s a bit frustrating when making a purchase even when I do it ahead of time.

Bad app. Your app barely works. I have a time trying to transfer money from my savings to my main account. I always have a hard time trying to sign in and when I finally do sign in, my account is glitchy and won’t show both my saving and my main account amount! So I can’t transfer money. This is ridiculous.

New update isn’t as good. My favorite part about the app was the quick lookup. When you pulled up the app it instantly had a screen that told you how much you have. To do anything you obviously had to log in which I liked. But being on the go a lot I loved that I could see how much I had without logging in fully. It was quicker and easier.

Not working. Can’t login keeps saying to update app even after uninstalling and reinstalling app.

Fix it. honestly, i love the app and check is regularly, but since the last update, i’m no longer able to see my balance at all. i can’t log in no matter how many times i try. this is really sad, but something needs to be done. i’m also happy i’m not the only one having this issue either because maybe you will actually do something about it

Needs update. I forgot my password and when i try to reset it. It won’t let me no matter how many times i press the continue button after typing in my info. Fix this ASAP

Horrible service. This is the worst company ever to have a card with …. I spoke to four different representatives and they all told me different story’s on how I should get my refund on a money network check I am so angry because it my rent money and I can’t pay my rent on time due to money network mess up …. I will never use this card again

Can’t log in or view amount on card.. Keeps popping up “make sure you’re on the latest app version and on a reliable network.” App is updated. And my iPhone is completely updated as well. And I’m using my phone data which never has problems before.

Cannot log in. Over the past month I have encountered multiple issues concerning not being able to log in and check my account balances. This is so frustrating and I’m about ready to pull the plug and change my online banking to ally. This is happening to a LOT of users and we’re getting fed up! Fix ASAP or it’s Bye-Bye Exceed!

Communication. Customer service people do not speak good English and is very hard to understand and communicate with

No stars, honestly. Recently the Exceed app has become more of a headache to use than it had been prior. With having had to constantly reset my password and Touch ID because Exceed wouldn’t recognize either to recently telling me that something went wrong and uninstall and reinstall the app, it’s garbage.

Good bank. Good bank been using it for about a month and since I’ve started using it I’ve had 2 problems where it says unable to connect to service but other than that it’s been good

Recent updates are flawed. Since recent updates, when I go to sign in or use Face ID the app tells me to delete it and reinstall. This has happened over five times now in past few months and is ridiculous. Please fix it.

Never had a problem with it. Honestly if ur a teen this is good for u 🤷‍♀️ never really had a problem with this bank… customer service can be kinda eh but overall good bank had it since I was 16..

Easy lock. I literally don’t even have to call my bank, I can easily just lock my card right now!!! So quick bruh

Not the best. I have used this app for two years and I am constantly having to delete it and sign in MULTIPLE TIMES just to get my balance or it shows up “no transactions available” when looking but I call the card and I know for sure there is money on the card! Very frustrating.

App has stopped working. Sense last update I cant log in to check my balance. Please fix.

Crashes a lot!. Use to work fine but for the last couple months it’s been crashing and telling me to uninstall and then reinstall it. Also keeps turning off biometric sign in on its own.

The annoyed. I have had this card through my job for 10+ years, and the app for about 5… In the last year they have been taking 3-$10 out here and there for different fees… As for the app, every time that I use it it wants me to confirm that I’m me… I spend more time in my eMail than anyone could ever want to… Oh and there’s a few now to replace your card…

Ridiculous. To pay bills I have to write a check. To write a check I have to call. Huh? I have a routing number and an account number…but don’t try to use it like a normal routing and account number. Huh? Seriously the routing and account number is only for deposits to your account. If you need to pay something, like say your car payment, you have to “write” a check. To write a check, you have to call the number on the back of the card. There is so much convenience to online banking and this literally takes us back 10 years. I don’t get it at all.

Don’t like the new update. I’ve used this app for years and with the latest update I doesn’t show my balayage anymore as soon as I click the app making you have to sign in every time you want to see your balance which makes it more frustrating lately

Update. Can you guys update the app I can’t access my account the app won’t open up this has been going on since yesterday

Excellent Service. This banking app works better than or at least just as good any I have had with little to no fee’s to worry with.

Terrible App. This app is terrible. Constantly signing me out, gives me issues every time I try to sign back in, and takes up to 5+ mins for me to get it to load up and even show my balance most of the time. It had also asked me to delete the app and redownload it. When I do so it has trouble downloading. Just one issue after another.

Refund. I am still waiting for money to be put back into my account from a online order I did not make I have feeler out all the paperwork and I’m still waiting be carful with this card because they will let stuff go through even if there isn’t enough money to cover it and the wait forever go give your money back

Want let me rest my password. It keeps saying try again later I uninstalled In reinstalled the app in its giving me the same response I called customer service they gave me a temporary password which works but it want let me get pass making a new password it keep saying try again later

New app version. Cannot stand the new version of the app it is glitchy and takes more time to use … give us a choice to use old or new…
