No issues yet. If I’m being honest it’s average. I haven’t run into any issues yet but this is an app it’s bound to have problems at some point. As far as service my refills have always been processed but with no more or less efficiency than I would get if I called and used the automated system or called and spoke with a person. Other than that this app doesn’t have a interface for “customer service” so as I stated it’s average. Don’t change it don’t upgrade unless you have too it does what it’s suppose to and works fine.

Great Time-Saving App!. Our family has had all our prescriptions at the same Hannaford pharmacy for a very long time and for good reason. Never had any issues with anything there so didn’t really see the need to start using this app until 2022 despite using apps for nearly everything else. Finally decided to try it out and it does make everything easier. I can see everyone’s current scripts and history and can order straight from there without having to have the actual bottle with the # on it which is super helpful to stay on top of things when working or traveling ect. The ability to scan the bottle also is great and I don’t have to call anymore which also saves time, and we all know time is money!

Hannaford pharmacy app. The new app is so much better than the old one. I don’t get booted out every 2-3 seconds. I am able to scan my prescriptions fast and also able to go to another family member for refill on the same sign-in. Checking when it is ready is also much faster. I am very pleased with the Updates.

Best Pharmacy Ever!. I travel several extra miles to this Pharmacy rather then my local CVS or Walgreens. Not only are the GoodRx prices significantly lower but they spend a lot of effort to make sure you get the lowest price possible. A steady stream of smart motivated interns makes this Pharnacyvthe best I’ve ever seen and Kimberley the senior Pharmacist runs an organized ship. Kudos to all!

Always fantastic!. The staff at Red Hook Hannaford pharmacy are always so nice and helpful. The app is very helpful and time saving as well. I really appreciate that when I have to call the pharmacy I always get a live person who are always cheerful and informative! I lived in many different places and by far Hannaford Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I ever used. Thank Goodness for them!

Love The Auto-Refill Option!. Love the pharmacy app and auto-refill. It makes my life so much easier to take several different monthly prescriptions. I have a hard enough time keeping everything else in order—one less thing on my plate. Also, the scan to refill makes regular refills super quick and easy.

Lackluster. The app is severely lacking in my opinion. Is it ‘easy to refill a prescription’? Yes, but that’s where it stops. There are no updates or communications regarding the status of the refill. If the doctors office has been contacted or if the insurance company needs to be contacted. The RX numbers aren’t updated when new ones are filled. There is no option to message the pharmacy or provide feedback. Looking into other pharmacy options due to recent experiences.

Add the ability to hide prescriptions. Please add the ability for the user to hide prescriptions from view. Some prescriptions are only ordered once. Some prescriptions are discontinued or replaced with new prescriptions. If these are left in view, it makes it confusing for the user. The ability for the user to hide prescriptions to manage their own list would be a significant improvement.

A++++ Service. We switched all of our prescriptions to the Merriam Avenue Hannaford Pharmacy almost exclusively because of the staff! Amy, the other pharmacist(s) and, especially the staff, who regularly interact with customers, are always friendly polite, attentive, professional and genuinely interested in providing the best service possible.

DDanner. Always receive excellent customer service at the 290 North Main St pharmacy at every level. Whether by phone or in person they are all great. Always go over and above if you have any questions or need additional assistance with insurance or doctor’s instructions, etc. I have been a customer since the pharmacy opened it’s doors and I have and will continue to recommend their services to others. 😊

A few tweaks. It’s so nice being able to refill on the app as well as see the provider is being contacted if needed. But it’s misleading when it shows it as “prescription filled”. A few times I’ve intentionally driven to the store to get it, and it’s not filled. Also-I wish we could add family members even without a current prescription in hand. This would be great for those times when you have a sick child and you don’t/ can’t head to the store to check. Or keep calling unnecessarily as the pharmacists are busy as it is. Finally, I wish we could delete prescriptions we don’t need anymore.

So far, so good (and a developer suggestion). So far I haven’t had any issues with the Hannaford Pharmacy app, but I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. 1) There should be a way to archive past prescriptions from appearing in your list of medications. This would be particularly helpful for someone who has taken different dosages over time of the same medication so as not to inadvertently select the correct medication but incorrect dosage for refill. I also find it just distracting to scroll through ones I no longer use. 2) In using the scan label feature for refill, when you get to the “confirm refill” page, it doesn’t say the name of the medication, just the rx#. I would have liked to be able to confirm specifically what I was refilling.

Could be a great app with a few tweaks. I needed to transfer a prescription to another store as i had gone out of town for the weekend. I haven’t gotten this prescription before so i couldn’t scan the number . Everytime i went to the history screen to get the RX number and then had to return to the personal info screen all my previous entries were gone and i had to start all over and then i forgot the RX number etc.....

Happy camper!. Love that I/we can do our grocery shopping and pick up prescriptions all in the same store/building! That, I might add, is always clean; with friendly staff, and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is soooo convenient, especially when one has mobility issues. Keep up the good work! Endless loop of making me create a new user ID. A few months ago the app locked up every time I attempted to login and I’d get a message “you need to create a new user ID due to a system upgrade”. Finally, I created a new user ID and got back in. The problem is almost every time I’ve gone into the app every few weeks for a refill, I had to create a new user ID again. I finally got fed up and called support. I’ve now gone through this process a few times. Locks up and says I need to create a new user ID. I call support and they reset the account 48 hours later. It just happened again. I’m fed up taking so much of my time to try and get a few clicks to work to refill a script.

Nothing but trouble. I used this app for some time prior to the system ‘upgrade’. Since then it has not worked correctly-doesn’t recognize user name/password won’t load and now has dropped family members and says it can’t find master account. I have called the helpline multiple times but it never seems to get fixed. And yes, I have done everything they have told me to do including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. And restarting my device. Very frustrating

I LOVE Hannaford Pharmacy. The staff treat me like a well-known neighbor. We’ve been using this pharmacy for a decade, and I feel like they know me and my family. They give me personal, professional, caring service. When we enrolled Mom in hospice, and I came by to get the comfort pack, the pharmacist came out from behind the back counter and asked, “How’re you doing?” With tears in my eyes, I said, “We’re doing okay, one day at a time. Thank you for asking.” With this shorthand speech, I knew she was telling me she cared. She wasn’t intrusive. She was kind. I felt seen and supported in this struggle. Thank you.

Honestly this app would could be better. For example, Hannaford made a mistake on a prescription now I have to come 45 minutes into town 2 mornings in a row for medication. I have extreme panick n anxiety disorder to the point Hannaford pharmacy in Ellsworth almost called 911. My one mg have always been take as needed I have an email from the doctor but even tho my prescriptions are there the website shows i need more.

Pretty good...but.... I love the app and the idea of an app. HOWEVER, I always have items that list as due for refill that I no longer take (often were one time prescriptions, OR were old lower dosages) that NEITHER me nor my Pharmacist can get rid of. I as the patient know better than anyone what meds I take and I should be able to either delete or hide those prescriptions that I don’t take anymore. Otherwise in its current state, it just makes it confusing for the patient, which is the complete opposite of what the intent of the app is. Come on Hannaford, you’re 90% there...cross the finish line and FIX this app !

The app is great. But myself and my husband have always used two different pharmacies, both Hannaford’s though. We’ve never transferred our prescriptions because it’s just easier. The app won’t allow us to use 2 different locations for refilling our prescriptions, so I always have to call and make sure my prescription hasn’t been transferred. Other than that the app is fantastic, very easy to use and convenient.

When it worked it was great. Doesn’t work since updated.. Ever since the latest update I cannot log in. Trying to log in I get a message saying I need to create a new account due to the new security update. When I do this, I get a message saying I already have an account. I tried to recover my password but I need my user name. There is no way to retrieve that. Around and around I go. I deleted the app and reinstalled and that worked for exactly one login and now I’m back to square one and reinstalling doesn’t help anymore. When I call for support I’m directed to talk with the pharmacist. Last I knew the pharmacist is very busy and not an IT Support specialist.

Couldn’t be Easier. Prescription refills take all of 1 minute…log into the app, select the meds I want refilled, select a time when I can pick them up, Submit. Takes all of 1 minute. Then, when I get the text that they’ve been filled, off I go to pharmacy. This prevents me from wondering if they filled it yet, and it saves me a phone call to ask (which also save the pharmacy from having to drop whatever they’re doing to answer my (and probably hundreds more) calls just to give out status.

Super helpful and quick!. I love this app. I would typically forget to refill my prescriptions because I had always been meaning to call, but the time would slip away for me. This way, I can literally just scan my prescriptions right after I finish taking them in the morning. It’s super helpful and very easy to use :-)

Finally Awesome Again. I loved the app and it was very easy to use UNTIL Hannaford updated their system. The old app wouldn’t work anymore and I was having trouble getting set back up on the updated app/system. I asked several time for help and was told just to wait because they were working on the updated system. I stopped asking for help and stopped trying to use the app for months. Finally today I decided to give it one more try. It worked it worked it worked!!! I am so happy and the updated app/system works great!

I love Hannaford pharmacy. I switched from another pharmacy a few months ago because I was having issues with getting a hold of the pharmacist when I needed to. I’ve had zero issues with my Hannaford Pharmacy or my prescriptions. I am always able to speak with the pharmacist when I need to.

Prescription Refills Review. I refilled two prescriptions through your app and it was super easy and quick. I’ve also used your phone for refills in the past and that works very well also. And a big thank you for having curbside pick up. What is annoying is having to enter a nickname to do this review and it having to be different from any other.

Doesn’t work half the time. Most of the time when I try to log into the app, I wait about 30 seconds before a screen pops up stating an unexpected error has occurred. I have not been able to use this to refill my medications in about 2 weeks. Fix your app so I can not have to worry about making phone calls during the day.

Reliable and accurate. The pharmacist’s, Erica and Robert, are both friendly professional faces who have consistently made it easy to communicate with around my families prescription needs. The pharmacy technicians, I consider them vital to our needs of any updates of insurance premiums, refill needs and contacting providers if needed. Buxton Hannaford pharmacy is reactive, friendly, consistent, reliable and impeccable customer service in a safe confidential space.

Pharmacy App doesn’t work. Since the company changed their computer system 4 months ago my app hasn’t worked. I have deleted it from my phone and tablet a number of times and reinstalled it but all I get is Account not found. I have talked to numerous people on the phone and they have all been nice but I still can’t get into my account. I used to love the App but now I am thinking of switching pharmacies for one with more convenient hours. The App is what was keeping me.

Getting refills couldnt b easier!. Just scan and its set, if you getting something that your pharmacy doesn't keep stocked then the day it will be ready may be inaccurate but if you ask them how long it takes @ the counter to come in you can plan fairly easily. I used to have to call and this is much easier 🙌🏼 really glad they made an app 🤗

Easy to use. The App lets me know when a prescription is ready for pickup as well as what the copayment will be. If there are refills available it will allow me to refill by just a simple couple clicks. No hassle. I don’t have to call the pharmacy nor do they have use any of their valuable time taking my call. I especially like being able to know that they have received my prescription from my doctor and then as I have said when it is ready for pickup. It also has a convenient listing of your history of the meds that you have had filled.

Staff is excellent. I switched to Hannaford a long time ago and the staff is amazing! The only complaint is that I think over time, they have gained so many customers that it is difficult for them to keep up as a small town pharmacy. Especially since they seem to be short pharmacists often which has now changed the hours to closed on weekends. This doesn’t effect me but assume for some people, it can be difficult to get there during weekdays only. Overall, I love having a pharmacy close to home.

I wish I had tried the sooner. This app is so nice and easy to use, I really wish I would’ve tried it sooner. I’m terrible at refilling my prescriptions and I always run out before I remember to refill them. So this morning while taking a certain medication I realized I was a little low went right to the app and put it in the queue to be refilled. Thanks Hanniford!

Meds. It is so easy to use this app. This way I can do it myself w no problem plus easier to read the numbers. The people at Hannaford are always ahead of me. And they are great calling the doctors if I need more. Thank you for making this app. easy to use for people like me that has a hard time w computer

Hannafords pharmacy. Used this app and loved it for the longest time. Seems they updated the app and now it won’t let me access my information. An error message comes up and says because of the upgrade I would need to create a new account. I went through all the steps on multiple occasions and each time it says I already have an account and won’t let me create a new one. Incredibly frustrating. May have to look at Walgreens as an alternative. Just awful.

Prescriptions. I am truly thankful for the Pharmacy staff at Hannafords (Riverside store). I was having problems with my last Pharmacy as they weren't available for several days. I have a rare autoimmune disease that I have to have my medicines at all times. When I'm out of my meds I go into Anaphylactic shock. We my throat swelling shut. I walked into the Riverside Hannafords Pharmacy they were very understanding and immediately got my Prescriptions for me that very day.

Hannafords make it's easy. I always look forward to picking up my priscriptions now when I used to dread it at certain pharmacy's they wouldn't be very nice or they would always have an issue with weather it be they couldn't get my medicine for a couple days even though they knew it was due every time around the same time. I remember one time i waited two weeks for a medcine and by the time they had it I wasn't feeling so good . Ever sense I switched pharmacy's it's made my life way easier and I'm no longer anxious when refill time is due and the employees are all so sweet and just nice humans so thank you hannafords pharmacy. The longest I've had to wait for my scripts is the fallowing day. Keep up the good work it don't go unnoticed

Hannaford Pharmacy App. I’m happy Hanafford has an app now. This was the only reason I used to use Walgreens. It is much more convenient and my Rx’s are now ready when they claim to be. Everytime I called in an Rx, as soon as I got the txt saying my Rx was ready, nearly everytime my mother went to pick up, they would never be ready. ++

I am so upset with this it never works now it won’t validate my new account. I had an account for years it’s important for my meds and this app stopped working months ago made me change to a new account and never would work says error so I tried to make a new account on a diff phone this time and it let me but now it won’t go past the pin validate section I enter my pin to validate and it just sits there there is no enter button done button nothing but enter pin and it does nothing so now I just have absolutely no way to get on my account and see if my meds are ready or sent correctly and pharmacy is no help. This is ridiculous why is this not being fixed !? I don’t know what to do it won’t work I can’t make A new one and there saying my main account I always had don’t exist so the app is shot I guess it’s not being updated or fixed by any devs thanks for nothin

Review -I appreciate the Hanniford pharmacy staff ( Delmar and Clifton Park). Pharmacist and techs are always helpful, professional and courteous. They are patient with cost comparisons ( I use good rx a lot) and they are always patient with price adjustments. If a drug isn’t in stock they are as helpful as possible (ie partial fill if able) and informative about when to expect the med to be available. Scheduling immunizations is easy and the staff is again courteous, respectful and professional.

Great pharmacy and app. Love the pharmacy and app. I have used other pharmacy apps in the past and although they have looked more user friendly they are not. I would rather have a more utilitarian look on an app that works great than an eye pleasing app that doesn’t work half the time. They are more concerned with providing great care than an eye pleasing app. Great job!

Amazing customer service!!!. Every person is very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about their job duties. They are always so kind, even when people are extremely rude to them. They go above and beyond for each person. I will only go here simply due to the amazing customer service! :)

Best Pharmacy in Capital District. The Delmar Hannaford Pharmacy staff always go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction. When a major pharmacy chain couldn’t (or wouldn’t) order a prescribed medication I needed, the Delmar Hannaford Pharmacy immediately obtained it for me and always keeps it in stock. When my insurance company made it difficult to pre-approve prescriptions, the Delmar Hannaford Pharmacy persisted until I received the medication I needed.

Top Notch Pharmacy!. Always ready with our scripts, always professional service, and always knowledgeable with our diabetes’ products. As a family, we are grateful for Hannaford employees!!!! Thank you for going above and beyond by making the phone calls and getting the medications we need!

Great Pharmacy. I have been going to Hannaford's Pharmacy for many years, and have found the staff professional, helpful and friendly. Unlike other pharmacies in the area, I rarely have had an issue with getting my prescriptions when due for refill.

This app is helpful. The app is easy to use for refilling prescriptions. I love being able to just scan the label because I know the information is correct. It also has an unexpected benefit. One day I was at a doc appointment and realized I forgot my list of medications. I had the idea to open the app and look to see my prescription history. Everything I needed was right there!

No stress vacation. I downloaded the hannaford rx app while we were up here in Maine because I needed to temporarily transfer some prescriptions while we were on vacation. The app made it so much easier and less painful to do that. I highly recommend using it.

Always, aLwAyS on Top of their Game.. I’ve been a customer of the Bridgton ME Pharmacy since they opened. I’ve always had excellent service with the entire staff. They’ve gone to bat for me with prior authorizations or delays beyond their control. They’ve stayed on top of any delays. They really stood out during the major COVID era. Their location and hours are very convenient. I’ve also had excellent service at the Norway location. Very knowledgeable.

Password reset is impossible. Signed up 4 years ago. I cannot get the right combination of all those fields to reset the password. Calling Hannaford customer care has been incredibly frustrating with the first one sending to the pharmacy! Second one tried to say the same thing, then tried to help. They are simply not set up for app support at all. I’m disabled. I need to know when my important meds are ready without going to the store. I am also an experienced web and app designer. This stinks!

Family Oriented. I absolutely love my Hannafords store. At the pharmacy I am always treated as if I am important when I know there are so many customers. Heidi is my absolute favorite pharmacist!! She has always been so personable and encouraging. She was there with me through my surgical weight loss journey, breast cancer, and other surgeries I had. Her interaction with her customers is commendable!! Thank you Heidi!! And the Techs have always been so helpful and done there best to help me when ever I had any issues!

Customer service is exceptional. I feel the amount of knowledge and helpfulness at this location makes it worth the drive for me. I have a Hannaford close to my house within 2 miles but prefer to do business with this store.

Great experience. Duansburg Hannaford pharmacy is always a pleasure to work with. Everyone is so nice and answers all my questions. They always have coupons to make my prescription cheaper. Always a nice experience.

Mostly good. Two issues: Sometimes can’t request new RX from prescriber via app. If a medication is either started/refilled, it displays as “filled” but isn’t actually ready until it says “ready for pickup”. Working on the wording might help avoid confusion, because “filled” sounds like it’s done.

So much more convenient than through the phone. The app is easy to use, intuitive, bug-free, and does what it says it will. Not much more you can ask for.

Great people. The pharmacists at Hannaford are some of the nicest, helpful, and courteous people I have met. I have used other pharmacies before and to them you are just a number. At hannaford they treat you like a human and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with their services.

Hannaford RX app does not work. Since this app was changed this past year I have not been able to use. When I try to refill a prescription, it tells me that I need authorization for refills so I called my doctor to get a refill and they informed me that the pharmacy should have three or four more months of refills on record. I’m not receiving any text messages anymore, when my prescriptions are ready. The category for scripts to be picked up is no longer available so I never know if my scripts are ready to pick. I never had any issues with this app until this past year. Whoever developed this app royally screwed up. Very frustrating - time to look for a new pharmacy

Great Customer Service. The service at this pharmacy is always very professional courteous and a pleasure to work. The app also makes refilling a script very simple could be much easier.

My preferred pharmacy. I am extremely happy with the expert help and service I receive with Hannaford pharmacies. I have had the opportunity to be a customer in Turner Maine as well as Goffstown NH and have found the expertise of the pharmacy team and the customer service staff to be the very best.

Pharmacy. Last summer, I thought about changing pharmacies because the lines were so long and refills not ready. I think they have been doing much better over the last several months.

Great, this time. Had great deal of trouble getting onto the app site for several days. Finally I deleted the app and went to download it but only saw the “open” prompt. Clicked on it and it opened to my account without a prompt for login or password. I guess it’s working….?

No one like them!. This is my preferred pharmacy. I have a pharmacy closer to me but they never seem to have prescriptions that my sister absolutely needs, so they go here because I know they will have it.

No longer works. This app no longer works. It stopped working in April 2023. It no longer shows if RXs are ready for pickup. It just has not worked since April. I literally have no idea when my prescriptions are ready. I can’t refill them using the app. I now have to call the pharmacy constantly to see if they’re ready and refill them. The website portal does not work either.

Best pharmacy. I cannot say enough about the strides they have taken to accommodate people through this virus. Being able to have a script delivered out to my car is extremely accommodating for me and hope it continues through the bad weather. The customer definitely comes first.

Refill. Easy to refill by scanning the label. However, they gave one choice of pickup date/time which is 3 days away. I understand they are very busy, but waiting 3 days for a refill seems a tad excessive. Thanks for asking me to write a review.

Convenient. App is more convenient than login in online for refills but I wish once I was logged into it that it would stay logged in. It would be five stars if you didn’t have to login each time you use the app.

Service and hours. Wonderful accommodations for refills. I appreciate the drive up window which was the main reason for changing pharmacies. The service is great minus the inventory day. Text messaging the completed refill takes out the wondering of timing. Thanks, Hannaford!

Great app until they broke it. In November 2023 an ‘update’ was installed that locked out hundreds of users. A message says due to system upgrade you must create a new account. When you try to create it, you get an error message stating that the information already exists. Hannaford customer care refers the call to another team and says a call back will come in 48-72 hours. Extremely irresponsible and poor service.

Life is easier with this app. This app makes it so much easier to get my scripts refilled. Thank you for having this option available!

So easy to use!. It takes far less time to order meds on the app than it does to call. It took less time than writing this review!

Great Pharmacists. Hannaford pharmacy is hands down THE best pharmacy around. They always give excellent customer service. Using the RX app makes refilling my meds so easy. And if there is ever an issue, the pharmacist makes sure it’s taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about them.

No technical support telephone number. Number given on the app is for the general Hannaford customer service call center, they refer you to your local pharmacy. If you call them, they give you the same number as on the app. Do not loose or forget your login or password you will get lost in the loop above and be unable to retrieve it. Most importantly you will not be able to access or control your medical prescription information.

A want for better. So many things I find you simply cannot do on this app like change your phone number.. why?

Hannaford Rx. Tonight the app worked perfectly and the scan function seemed very much faster Earlier the app returned an error message which led you to assume that it didn’t go through. But when tried again it reported that it was already requested.

Pharmacy. The first time I dealt with the pharmacy, I was amazed. Danielle went out of her way to help me transfer a prescription from another pharmacy that would be closed for 10 days. We have now transferred all our prescriptions to Hannaford!

Easy refill process. I scanned one prescription and typed in the other prescription number. The process took less than five minutes, and I was able to set up auto refill. Very simple and convenient process.

Five Star. This Pharmacy always goes above and beyond for their customers. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, friendliness and knowledge. My family has now switched to Hannaford for our Pharmacy.

Potentially dangerous. This app supposedly lists all prescriptions that are due to be refilled. I used it for months, carefully checking to be sure it caught 100% of prescriptions due to be refilled then began to rely on the app to remind me. Big mistake! I took the last pill of an important med and the app STILL didn’t have it on the list ready to request a refill. When I manually entered it for refill it went in with no error, so the data was in the system but the app just didn’t work right. I’m back to manually watching my med refill needs and calling them in.

Lousy app. There is no known way to remove a deceased person from the account. I went to my store who had no clue. I was told I had to call through the app to request this. I tried the virtual assistant then spoke to a live person who told me I had to go through the store. I asked if I could delete the app then download it again to set up a new account. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. When she came back she had no clue. I’m extremely disappointed in this setup. Ridiculous

Great Service. My experiences with Hannaford Pharmacy have always been professional, helpful and friendly. The ease of reordering by scan, or having a text from the pharmacy when refills are due, complete the ease of getting medications. Being able to make an online appointment and receive vaccines at the pharmacy during a grocery shopping trip is very convenient. Thanks to the hardworking staff for implementing ease of service and a friendly atmosphere. GRM York ME

Worst Rx app ever. This is by far the worst app I have ever used. I probably have at least 12 profiles because the forgot password function doesn’t work. Face ID doesn’t work on my iPhone 14 pro max, app and iOS is up to date. Doesn’t even come close to cvs or Walgreens. And what’s worse, there’s zero tech support. The last time I called, I got transferred to my local pharmacy. Like what are they supposed to do? Love the people at my pharmacy but this app is archaic with a terrible UI/UX.

Change is tough. With the system change prescriptions have been a bit messed up. All have continued to be kind and patient through the issues.

So easy to use. The Hannaford prescription app is incredibly easy to use and you have some choice in when to pick up your prescription.

Terrible!. For some reason I haven’t been able to log in for about a year or so. I am instructed to create a new account every single time. I always hope it’s going to work, but it never does. This means I can’t refill a prescription when it’s convenient because I have to have the physical bottle on hand. I could take a picture of the bottle, but why not you just make the app work?

Personalized Service with a Smile. The Pharmacy at Hannaford in Hampden has the feel of “old-time” - they know my name and always look for the best price option. They really provide service with a smile!

Easy, avoid the wait. Very easy app to navigate. I haven’t had any issues with it. Great in the time of pandemic when you don’t want to spend any unnecessary time at the grocery store waiting for a prescription to be filled.

Love this app. I am a new customer to the Hannaford pharmacy and have just started needing refills. When I asked about an online option the pharmacy technician was excellent in helping me out. This app works well and is very convenient.

So easy!. We sure have come a long way from paper prescriptions! You don’t even have to type in your prescription number—just scan, tell them when you want to pick it up and you’re done. Easy peasy!

Getting better for sure. Would love the ability to put prescriptions on auto refill, and to actually align them so that they will come do it at the same time. I would also like the ability to hide scripts that I no longer need.

Easy to set up and use.. Not much to say other than it’s super easy to set up and use the app. Very convenient. I shouldn’t put in a good word because now the line will be longer. 😜

Easy to use & accurate. One of the best apps out there. No need to call the pharmacy. Open the app, scan the label of the prescription to be refilled, select the date and time to pick the refill up, and you’re done.

Staff excellence. In any organization, the employees are its most valuable asset. And the customer facing staff can make or break all perceptions. The counter people at Hannaford’s Pharmacy in Winthrop ME are the best. Even when the line is long and customers are getting edgy, the staff always present a customer centric attitude. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Scan by phone is EASY. Never tried this before, but scanning the bar codes on the prescription labels was super quick and easy. Where a doctor authorization was required (our of refills)that was automatic. Great!
