Quick and easy to use. This app is user friendly and super convenient. With the push of a few buttons I’m able to pick up my pictures at a local CVS in an hour or less. My only complaint is that each local CVS store that I have used have automated systems that continue call me long after my photos have been picked up and paid for reminding me that my pictures are there. I wonder where the disconnect is? Other than the annoying reminder phone calls I would recommend using this to quickly print quality pictures.

Good app just one thing... Originally i was using Walgreens photo app to print pictures but after it repeatably becoming frozen and glitching I decided to try printing photos from CVS. This app ran very smoothly and did not take longer than a minute to upload photos. The only flaw I found was that there was no option to print 4x4 pictures, which was the size I wanted. I ending up going with 4x6 and hopefully they won’t be too large

Easiest app to use very convenient. I love this app. I needed my pics printed the same day went over to staples (which is where I usually go) they told me because I need over 75 pictures printed I’ll have to give them 24 hours. Left abd went to Walgreens the stupid kiosk wouldn’t read my flash drive and I couldn’t do anything there either. So I called cvs and the woman I spoke too informed me of this app. It’s a life saver. Everything took no longer than 10 minutes; between picking the photos (directly from my phone) and making my order (oh and you don’t need to put a card on file or anything to go through with the order so big plus!) I then got a confirmation that my order was being processed and that I can pick it up in store in an hour. So 25 minutes pass by and I decide to call see if the order was really processing abd the same woman I talked to earlier tells me that it’s printed and she’s putting the pics in an envelope as we speak. Love it never going back to staples for printing anything again!

My experience. I was getting my Father’s Day gifts ready n needed pictures fast. After 3 frustrating hours at another store I decided to give CVS a try. I made it at the last hour, however Daniel took care of me. He was very knowledgeable on the screen. I didn’t have time to learn so he took over. I am so grateful to him for his patience and kindness. Great customer service. Thank you Daniel. I really appreciate your time. 🤗🤗🤗

Pictures too easy!. In this world…these post smart phone days, it is just amazing what new apps that come out to make all of our lives that much easier. Well if you are into taking photos as I think most of us are then you will likely find this app very useful. The days of trying to get a spot at a kiosk at CVS or wherever you go are over! Now you just grab your smartphone…hit the icon and you are viewing your pics and you make your print decisions from the comfort of wherever…the only drawback I have found is that I order maybe too many prints!

CVS photos. It was super easy to order all photos and add to cart!! Before I placed my order it said there would be a 59 minute wait so I ordered threw the one hour. My pickup time was 258 pm and I arrived at 335 pm and was told my pictures were not printed yet. The ladies were very nice but unsure of the issue and I only ordered at this location due to needing the photos for scrapbooking this afternoon. I live almost an hour away from this location and I’m visiting family for the holidays and now we can’t move forward with our plans. I’m hoping they at least discount our photos for having to wait way beyond our pickup time.

This App is a blessing!!. Okay so I have been putting off ordering photos for so long because I was waiting to place a big order through big places like vistaprint or Shutterfly. Then I found this app and realized I could just pick my photos, print them at the closest cvs store, and then pick them up within an hour most often sooner than that! I ended up printing so many pictures as Christmas gifts this year and for such a great price! The app was extremely user friendly and convenient. I went into the cvs store and told the employees about how happy I was with the app and they loved it too and said keep watch for lots of deals! They give discounts all the time! 5 stars, 10/10 definitely recommend.

Very easy!. The app worked great! Super easy to navigate, I was able to change my mind with sizes, deleting photos, easily kept up with my back and forth. I rated this app 4 stars because unlike the kiosk at the store I couldn’t lighten or darken the pictures (maybe it is a possibility and I just didn’t know how to do it, however I don’t think that was the case), but I was able to easily choose the size of the picture (4X6, 6X6, etc.), zoom in and out, change the frame from portrait to landscape, choose the amount of prints per photo and see how much each picture was individually. I also liked that I don’t pay for the prints until I pick them up from the store! How great is that? I easily chose the store I wanted to pick my prints up from using a map that located the stores all around me and I tapped on the store from the map that I wanted. It then confirmed the location. Overall my first experience was great and I printed 76 pictures in total and started with 115.

Impressed with the speed, disappointed with the quality. I placed four separate orders and sure enough, they were all ready within an hour of placing each one so it definitely delivers there. However there are a few things regarding quality I would like to mention. Almost all of my photos have color distortion, bleeding or blurring, and they were cropped incorrectly. With photos that include people’s faces, the details on the faces look like they’re slightly off; as if it wasn’t aligned. Overall, they’re acceptable quality but it definitely gives the feel that it was rushed

Good app, just a few suggestions. Overall very satisfied with this app. The user interface is intuitive and the photos print very quickly. Just a couple minor issues I had when using the app: 1. I prefer to only allow apps to access the photos I want to use by selecting them. The app gives you a chance to select photos when you first open it, which is helpful, but after that I couldn’t figure out how get back to the selection screen when I wanted to select more. I ended up just allowing access to all my photos using the settings but I would have preferred to be able to go in and change my selections. 2. The store locations on the map are not always correct when you go to select a store to pick up at. My usual CVS was shown 2 streets over from where it’s actually located. I thought the app didn’t have my store at first. However, when I selected an alternative store it turned out to be my usual store, just shown in the wrong location. Again, these were both minor issues and in the end did not make the app unusable. Overall, this is a good app and I will be using it in the future.

Honestly incredible. When I tried this app the first time I literally didn’t believe it had worked because it was just too easy. It did work, and in fact is THAT easy. I print photos all the time now and it takes little less than a minute to get the prints going and they’re ready in under an hour.

Quick & easy. The print quality at CVS was great and the paper seems to be good quality. Prints were ready when promised. The app is a bit clunky, unless you want to give access to all photos. If there’s a way to add additional photos after the initial sign in, I couldn’t find it. iPhone settings will allow you to add access to individual photos as you go along but that seems like an unnecessary step. Maybe it’s me? I not even other reviewers have mentioned this issue.

Easy to Use. I was completely surprised how easy it was to order photos from my phone using this app. I was able to adjust photo sizes, crop and move center of photo. For a digitally challenged individual, I really enjoy having updated photos at my office and home. This allows me to choose the photos I really like.

So good!. It was quick and easy to use. My CVS has not so great photo kiosks so this made it so much easier to print out a lot of photos. I could quickly pick the pictures I wanted, crop them and choose a quantity and order! The convenience is great as well, the app tells you a good time to pick up the pictures you ordered and has them ready and freshly printed. The app also sends an email and text when your photos are ready so you don’t have to guess. HIGHLY recommend if you go to CVS.

Order is VERY late. I’ve ordered before with minute photos but this experience has me really disappointed and frustrated. It’s been more than a week since I ordered and I still haven’t received my shipment. I’ve been charged but have yet to see it. It’s taken so long I’d rather cancel the order but I can’t find the option. Would strongly recommend against shipping photos. For the most part the in store pick up is fine, although I have had the issue of not getting my full order and getting a part of someone else’s order. Not a huge deal as this is infrequent.

Easy, convenient and affordable. This is the first time I’ve purchased photo cards. The app was easy to use. I was able to create and order within minutes. There are many design options and it doesn’t cost much more than generic boxed cards. As long as the finished product is of good quality, I’ll definitely use this service again.

Cvs photo app. This is way better than the walmart photo app. The process of picking photo and ordering them is fast and easy but the one downside is that when you have uploaded the photos the app starts to lag a lot. maybe my phone is slow or something but it made it hard to edit photos and crop them. I had about 170 photos in my shopping cart so probably not a problem for smaller orders

Printing pictures just got easier.. I mean how much easier can it get when you can just select the photos you want to print right from your phone’s camera roll send them through this app, the store gets a notification, and within 20 min minutes your prints are ready. Not only is it convenient, but the app is easy to navigate, and it saves so much time because you don’t have to be in the store to place your order. So happy that I walked into CVS and discovered this service being available in place of the kiosks being out of order.

Broken printer not accounted for. First time user, and was really excited about how easy it was. Selected my photos, completed my order and it said they would be ready in an hour. Perfect, I wait for email that they’re ready. It doesn’t come… for two days. Finally I go into the store and ask what was going on. Turns out the printer had been broken for a week and they don’t know when it would be fixed. It would be nice if the app got feedback from the store when critical equipment was down and then gave the user an alert about this when selecting their pick up locations. Hoping for better luck at Walgreens!

Horrible. The first time I downloaded this app, it took me about an hour to upload all the photos I wanted to print. Only to have the app completely shut down to a point where I couldn’t even open it back up. I had to delete the app, and re-download it. Once I re-downloaded it, I thought everything was fine. I spent another hour re-uploading all my photos & submitted my order. Once I picked up my order, about 20 of my photos were missing! So again, I had to scroll through all my photos AGAIN and submit another order. Such a waste of time.

Great app but didn’t actually cancel order. This app was easy to use and the photos were beautiful. However, I paced an order and about 5 minutes after placing the order (said they would be done in an hour) I noticed half the pictures were not in the focus I had put them in. Half of the photos were cut off. So I proceeded to cancel the order. It said the order had been canceled. Then I placed the order again which all went smoothly. However, when I went to pick the photos up, they gave me both orders, the cancelled one and the new one

Amazing CVS photo app!. Very good!!! I love. the best thing is that I can be touring and the photos I take of my phone at the moment I send them to some CVS that I am on my way and I pick them up ... they are like almost instant photos ... SUPER! It’s not time consuming and it’s very simple to use and the fact that you can have your photos printed out within an hour at CVS is super amazing. I just recently got this app and had photos done at CVS and when I picked them up I was shocked because the quality was astonishingly great and it was just what I had ordered. The prices are cheap and they have several deals for certain days that you can use at checkout which is much appreciated as by the time you place your order it’s barely anything. Plus it came in handy for my granddaughter's project for school. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Easy to use and quick turnaround. This app is incredibly easy to use and gives you the ability to edit pictures before you place the order. Every order I have submitted thus far has been ready within a few short hours and they always turn out great!

CVS Picture App. So EASY!!!! I just click through my photos on my phone or IPad. Too easy that sometimes I could get in trouble and have to go back and delete some! 🤩 Crop if needed, pick size, orientation and check out! Pick up at and pay at store. With pictures, always wait to pay in case you don’t like some of them…

Very basic. This app seems usable enough if you want to just send photos as-is to CVS for printing and pickup. But there are NO editing features other than cropping. And the app description talks about ordering magnets - but I see no options for that. I may use it out of desperation but it won’t be my first choice for getting photos. Ok maybe I won’t use it at all. It requires a phone number for no reason. And although a store has been identified, I keep getting an error message that I need to pick a store! So I can’t even place an order.

Easy, convenient, and quick!. I love that you can add photos, exit, and return later to see all previously added photos still there. I used app to collect photos for printing to make my daughter a photo album. I love that it let me add pictures little by little each day, until ready to print. Sending order to store was as easy as pressing order button. Pay in store. No payment info needed to order pictures to store. If you’ve got a CVS near you and need photos printed, look no further!

Easy and convenient. I have always needed to ask my tech-savvy family and friends to order photos for me. Using this app allowed me to do everything by myself! It was easy to access the pictures in my phone and easy to edit them! One click of the button to send the pictures to a CVS near me, and I’m done! I will no longer put off ordering prints of pictures!

Fast and easy. I always forget to print photos - this makes it simple if you just need some photos printed and quickly but always forget! The printing quality has been great from CVS, I’ve only done a small photos as of yet. It would be great if other photo purchasing options like the photo gift cube could be added to the app, but for now I can do things like that online.

Great app, but prompt is needed!. I am a first time user. It was easy up to the point of knowing whether or not my photos were actually already placed in the store queue for printing. I thought they were, but I had not been notified by the app re progress. So I went back into the app and started clicking buttons at the bottom and discovered I had to select the 6 photos I had uploaded into the account. I would have given it 5 stars, but for this shortcoming. Also, the buttons at bottom of page did not readily describe their functions. Final test will be whether the photos are ready at time stated! Now that I have sort of stumbled along this first time, I will use it more.

My pictures!. My pictures where great! It was really great quality and the glossy pictures look great on my wall! It took only one hour for them to be ready to pick up! I had took longer then that and they held on to them for me. It was really great quality and I wouldn't think about returning them! It was on sale for 39 cents a picture and it was a true deal to snatch up me I got 50+ pictures for only 20 dollars!!!

Love it. Super super easy they didn’t make it complicated it wasn’t issues with errors with my photos like the rest of the apps like Walgreens and Walmart they have all kinds of!’s and issues with they can’t do this photo in that photo without it looking like this or that does CVS is really really good and it was super super easy and they made it super easy by asking me if I want to go back or double clicker triple click because I am doing posters three different posters for my ex-husband‘s funeral and they just made it extremely easy by me not having to click numerous times to do duplicates or anything I just went in there clicked one time with the pictures that I wanted chose exactly what size I wanted and then they asked me how many duplicates I wanted at the end it was a super easy process I definitely recommend them

So much easier to use than a laptop. After spending hours transferring pictures from my phone to my laptop to order pictures online, I realized I missed a few. So I decided to download the app to try it out. I just ordered 8 more pictures in seconds! If only I’d thought to use the app, I could’ve saved so much time and frustration. Looking forward to seeing if there’s any difference in how they turn out from the 2 different methods of ordering,

“CVS machine down”. According to the staff, the photo machine “was down” (even though there were tons of photos waiting to be picked up). They did not notify me the machine was down and acted like it was my fault I was there to pick up my photos when I was told they would be ready. I even gave it an extra 20-30 minutes so they could have them done when I arrived. I get things break but you need to notify people when you can’t fulfill an order. Super disappointed with the experience and even more disappointed in the 2 staff members interacting with me.

Better than Walgreens. I have spent countless hours trying to use Walgreens horrible photo app, and ended up losing it all several times from interruptions or errors… so I gave up and switched to CVS hoping it would be better. It was. In about one hour I now have a large order sent to the shop. I know where my photos will be printed from now on…and I have about 8000 to be getting printed, too bad Walgreens. Only complaint I have is that the ability to move forward and backwards throughout the process is either not clear or not able and either way that should be fixed, for instance I wasn’t sure how or if I could go back to select a few more photos to replace the ones that wouldn’t load but I didn’t want to risk losing all that work again, so I just completed without a solid 100. All in all, a million times better than Walgreens and I hope the prints reflect that as well!

Much easier than dealing with my printer at home. This is an intuitive app that allows you to print photos from your (whatever, I phone tablet, device). It easy to use. My only knock on the app is that I will occasionally get a call from cvs saying that my photos are ready days after I have picked them up. Wonderful for personal low volume use. Very convenient.

Online payment. It would be cool if you could pay for your photos through the app. I placed an order thinking my husband could pick it up on his way home from work, but I wasn’t given the option to pay for it on the app (you can pay online through their website so I assumed it would be the same on their app) so I have to drive across town to pay for them and pick them up 🙃

Phone # Problem. The app was great until I put in my phone number. I typed it in as I would usually do with dashes. It kept giving me an error message that I needed a valid phone number. I finally figured out I was supposed to type it in with no spaces or dashes!! As far as I could tell, there were no instructions telling you to do that. It was very stressful thinking that there was no way for me to get my pictures printed. I even called the store, and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong. Luckily I finally tried something that worked.

Great app but unable to access images in album if not done initially at installing app. I had selected only 2 photos to be downloaded on the app. I did not want my entire album to be downloaded. But it was poor resolution. So I needed to download better images to print with better resolution but I couldn’t access my album. I had to delete the app and re-install it to add images. Is there a way to access images during the buying process without having to allow access at the beginning of installing the app? I couldn’t find a way to do that. Therefore, I gave 4 stars.

An almost fine app!. The app is easy to use and to submit an order. The only thing I’d like to see is a way to navigate to a certain folder on an iPad, rather then having to look through all of the hundreds of photos I have in order to choose what I want. If the app could navigate to a certain folder in the iPad photos, then I could create a folder with just the photos I wanted printed, and the process would be a lot faster and easier.

Fantastic App. This is sooo much better than the instaprint kiosk at Walmart where you plug in and hope the machine isn’t down and sit and wait then once again hope someone is working the photo department. The app took seconds to install and use. Photos were uploaded with many sizing choices and ready to pick up at my local cvs or whichever location is best for you. I got a confirmation and was informed when ready. Super easy!!

CVS one hour pick up. This app is pretty good. They print your pictures fast ( within the hour) and the quality of the picture is as good as the picture you send. So if your picture is poorly lit then your picture will be dark. Because the are printing them fast they do not make any adjustments. Just be careful when selecting a store. Sometimes the app has a had time figuring out where you are and then pulling up all the CVS’s around you. Even when you search by name the town you are in. That is my only complaint but as far as printing straight from your phone to the store and having the prints in your hand in less than an hour! I’m happy!

Best way to print pictures. I have used the cvs app twice to print out pictures they turned out better and cheaper than expected. I will definitely keep coming back to this app to print my pictures. I love the fact that my cvs is open 24 hours. I can get my pictures by an hour or sooner.

No Cancellation Option. I am not satisfied with your APP. I placed an order with a local CVS, and upon arrival they stated that their print machine wasn’t working. I really need to have photos printed today and searched everywhere in your app to cancel the order so I could order at another CVS store; yet you don’t offer this option. I don’t want my personal photos printed at this particular CVS since I’m going elsewhere to have them printed. Please add a cancel order feature for customers? Also, your APP should have a feature to detect if a particular CVS store print machine is inoperable and provide customers with other functional local CVS stores to choose from where their print machines are functioning. This was a huge inconvenience. It’s 2 days later and my photos still haven’t been printed.

Ordering prints. The Counter Assiciate,ZAY, was very helpful and very knowledgeable in this area of the Photo Studio. The only thing I want to say is I believe you are over charging for your canvas products . Also there was no choice in the online ordering for matte finish or Glossy or Lustre ! I tried to go within the heart CVS App to make a choice but I was not able to choose. Back to the associate, he's very good at what he does.

Convenient but confusing. This is the easiest way that I have been able to get pictures from my phone printed quickly at a good quality from CVS. However I found there were several extra steps to uploading pictures, then selecting which ones you want to print, in addition to going through to select which sizes. Even more confusing were the suggestions to add custom magnets and alternate items mixed in with the pictures I was getting. I had to check several times to make sure I had ordered what I wanted and not any additional strange items

Very easy to use!. I tried using the CVS Pharmacy app to order photos and it got to the end and locked up on me and I could not go past it. Another app I downloaded would not allow me to view Albums which is where I stored specific photos I wanted printed. This app was perfect! It allowed me to view the Album in my phone I wanted to select the photos from and easily crop any that were different ratios. Very easy to locate the store you want the order to be sent to as well. Definitely recommend this app over all others! Thank you for developing a simple, easy to use tool for ordering photos at CVS.

The amount of 5 star reviews on this is baffling. Is it easy to use? Yes. Is it reliable? Nope. I placed an order for a few photos on this app around 8am and it said my photos would be ready at ANY time after 8:57am. I walked in at 10:30am asked the girl in the front register for my pictures. She could not find anything. She told me there was no record of my order at all. I show her the app and how I placed an order and it said ready after 8:57am. She didn’t know what to say other than sorry. I proceeded to just get on the kiosk and print the photos there. When I got home I threw the pictures away. They were terrible quality. They looked like a filter was out over them (when there wasn’t). The colors didn’t match ex. A green tree on the picture in my phone was yellow on print. My son was wearing a sweater on one and it looked like it was badly photoshopped in him. Waste of money. Then at 9pm the same day my husband goes in and the girl at the register asks if he’s here for the prints (she had just seen him in a picture). How did this even happen??? From no record to it magically popping up hours later. Ridiculous, those went in the trash as well.

Photo printing with ease. I enjoy this app a lot. My grandmother has dementia. Being able to quickly provide her with the photos we have on our phones has brought a lot of happiness to her life. There aren’t many bells or whistles, but you can do some basic edits plus crop, change orientation and select from a decent selection of print options. I’m a 90’s kid who misses the days of physical photos. My CVS is a few blocks away and I can bring forgotten digital moments back to life. One time, the app didn’t want to work for me for a few days. Pretty sure this was because my phone was at max capacity for storage. No other issues in the almost 2 years I’ve been using it.

I’ve Never Yelled At My Phone More. Well, I was ordering over 200 photos. That’s a lot at once, I know. It was for a diy gift for my 1 year wedding anniversary - that’s tomorrow.. I will say, it was really nice to be able to get pictures the same day because I forgot to order them more timely before my anniversary. But while using this app, I have never yelled at my phone more than I have today. It crashed just about every 10 seconds. It did save my progress with my order, which I appreciate, but trying to just order them was such a big hassle. First world problems, lol. Also, the address to the store I placed my order was wrong and it took me all the way out in the middle of nowhere... frustrating. Especially because I had to go across town on my lunch to pick them up. Short story long, please know how much this app crashes and look into that. Thank you.

Glitches make purchases impossible. I went through thousands of photos to select about 50 of the best I liked, and after putting them into my cart the app just immediately crashes on me. I cannot complete the final step of putting in my information for pickup and locating the nearest CVS store without it just bugging out and crashing. It’s so frustrating because it took a while to select the photos and I don’t want to have to dig through them again. If this is fixed I’ll move this to 5 stars.

Love the app - one call out. I recently placed an order and walked over to my selected store to pick up. The selected store shared that their printer was down and could not print. Would not have been a big deal if it wasn’t work related. Would love if the app could update which locations were experiencing tech issues or delays. That’s all. Everything else is great.

App is nice! Wish it had a coupon add option!. I was able to call the store and confirm that she could fix the coupon issue with the 4x6 prints offered on the website but not the app. So that is ok but it would have felt more reassuring if I could have see the coupon add before asking the pics to print. If not for that - this app would have been 5 stars CVS! Good job!

Nice and easy to use. Easy to use app. Just wish there was a way to remove past orders after picking them up. I searched the app and the web couldn’t find out how to do that. I had an order from 3weeks ago with images I deleted out of my phone still showing up. Just want a way to remove old orders and would gladly install back.

Simple!. I had tried 3 to 4 different apps before this. They all were complicated, didn’t turn the picture properly, even took 15 to 20 minutes to download the pictures. I’m not lying when I say, this app took 2 minutes, it was simple, easy, and now I’m off to other things. Thank you!!

So easy. Incredibly quick and easy to print out photos. Definitely not professional printing by any means but perfect for quick snap shots to put a collage together or a quick gift! I like that they have a border that shows you the frame size so you can adjust your photo around.

This is amazing!. This is an amazing app! It helps me so much when I want things printed. I for one don’t have a color printer so it is very nice! And during this time of year! This app is a very easy way to get things printed! It is not complicating at all to me. The only thing I think they could improve is saying how we will be paying.

Great quality photos. I placed my order online and it was not as time consuming nor confusing to get it done. Easy per year and great quality photos. My pics were inexpensive and I was also able to get same day copies!

So easy & user-friendly!. It was less than 10mins for me to choose, edit & place my order! I knew which photos I wanted so I had placed them in their own separate album on my phone so all I had to do was “select all”, edited a few and voilà! Thank you, wish everything was this easy! Lol

First time. This is the first time I tried to use this app. It was very easy to maneuver through directions were very clear it was easy to change sizes and crop photos and have them sent to the local store. If the pick up goes the smooth this will be a wonderful app!

Quality Service. Quick quality print. The app was extremely easy to use. No complaints here. I am impressed and will definitely use the service again as well as recommend it to others.

So simple. I always had a hard time making prints but this app finally made it easy for me.. I get to print directly from my phone.. it takes literally like 15 minutes for them to be ready for pick up and I run into the store pay for them and be on my way. So convenient. And picture quality is excellent.

Quick & Easy. I am so pleased with this app. It’s so easy to use and now I can finally print family pictures to put into our family photo album and picture frames. I have tried a different app for I believe Rite Aid and it did not accept my photos and print it. I’m glad that I gave this app a chance.

So fast & easy!. I always dread having to go and order photos, things to the CVS photo print app, it is made it tremendously easy to select photos from my phone and have them printed and ready for pick up within an hour! Evelin

Convenient. CVS is a little more pricey than Walmart and other stores when it comes to photos however, the app is just so much easier to use and they have a lot more to offer for the one hour pick up, I’d rather just pay the extra money if it’s only for a few prints. Worth it to avoid the headache of Walmart’s photo desk

Prints not there after receiving order ready email. I got an email saying my prints were ready. Went to the cvs but they couldn’t find them, they found my order that said it had printed, then they tried to reprint but it said error and cvs said I had to plug in my phone in the store and pick the photos. Very frustrating to get the email that they were ready when there had been an error and a waste of my time. I left and will print somewhere else.

Mirrored photos???. I do anime glass paintings and I use this app to print out pictures to make them so I need to mirror the photo in my cameraroll before I print them because if I don't, it'll become mirrored on the glass but the problem is that when I printed out 6 pictures, only 2 of them came out mirrored. Could you fix this please? If I want them mirrored, they should print out mirrored. Thanks

First Timer. I usually print my pictures at home but decided to try the CVS app today. I wanted to delete the pictures I uploaded to the app and reload them without effects but I could not find a way to do it. I could not find a way to add more pictures. I’m sure there has to be a way but it was nowhere to be found. I hope the prints turn out ok.

Easy process. It’s an easy process but remember to edit your photos before checking out so that the faces don’t get cropped out. Also be selective on which CVS you choose to get your prints from because some have great quality and some don’t.

Easy easy easy!. I’ve been using cvs to develop my photos for years. This is so convenient especially when my children have a class presentation requiring photos of the kids these days having a developed photo of anyone is rare!

Pictures. Your directions were difficult to follow for a first time user. Once I realized that I only had 71 pictures I tried for over an hour to get 4 more to get to 75 photos at 10 cents each. When I was not allowed to do this I was forced to give up. When I got up this morning I noticed that you charged me full price. I was only able to get the 4 additional pictures to by placing another order for these 4. My total order is now for a total of 75 pictures at 10 cents each for a total of $7.50.

Easy to use!. I was able to upload 29 photos for printing at my local store - to pick up when I get my prescription, how convenient! Also, viewing and modifying sizes to ensure the best print was simple and intuitive. I've even sent my mom the link to get the app!

Simple to use. Very intuitive. Couldn’t be easier.. This is my first time to use this app. It seemed very easy to use I will discover how the pictures look when I pick them up later. Hopefully this will be a new way for me to get pictures developed quickly.

Simple interface and easy to use. The app is a breeze to use and provides several sizing options to fit the frame size you need. It was easier for me to add my photos into an album in my Photos app before selecting them in the Minute Photo app, but so many more positive things about this app and service, like super fast turnaround time of your prints.

Great service. When I arrived to pickup the Photos the lady was only Abe to locate 2/4 I ordered . Even though I was there way longer than I expected . The Cashier went out her way to make sure I was taken care of . For that I’m grateful . It could’ve took over an hour but , the way I was treated by the cashier was customer service at its finest . I wish I knew her name ! God bless her!

Great Experiences. I have been coming to this location for quite some time, and the customer service here is amazing!!!! It’s always clean, fully stocked and someone available to help you when it’s needed. I would recommend anyone to shop at this location on Oates Drive in Mesquite...... Amazing prices and so Quick!!!. Had my prints done within 15 minutes and they came out beautifully! The cost was really inexpensive compared to other places I have used! The icing on the cake is how absolutely wonderful everyone in the Ottsville, PA CVS are! They have outstandingly helpful and caring people working there! Kudos!

Why have a limit?. I understand you don’t want to print off the crap to the pictures that people aren’t gonna come pick up for potentially won’t come pick up then you should potentially make people pay after they reach a certain point online or through the app because it’s incredibly annoying to have to submit multiple orders if it reaches a certain limit. Customer service was wonderful at the location

Works well—mostly. Intuitive interface, but sorts photos oddly. The ‘recent’ album on the iPhone isn’t available, which can make tracking down the pictures you want to print a little laborious. I ended up creating a new album just to print the most recent saved pictures on my camera roll. Pretty solid otherwise! It’s snappy and easy to use.

Awful Customer Service. I spent about $25 on pictures to have them delivered. They never arrived and I have proof due to the tracking number. I have contacted their customer service (which is just an email address, no other way to contact) about 5 times in the past few months for a resolution and they still haven’t responded. I won’t ever be ordering from here again and I recommend to use something or somewhere else to get your pictures from!! They don’t care about the customer enough to even respond at all.

Super Easy. this app makes ordering pictures straight from my phone super easy! i can edit pictures in my cart, and if i want to go back to my gallery to add more pictures to my order, i dont have to start all over like in pervious methods. love it

Easy, but.... Its a really great app to use if your in a rush or lazy to stay in a store for too long! Its pretty self explanatory so i had no trouble finding the way it works. The only thing that was unfortunate is the sizes the app contains. It has standard sizing but i think it would better if it had small sizes like 4x4, 4x5, 3x3, etc. However, overall its a great app!

App is garbage. The CVS store I went to to pick up the photo was in maintenance and they didn’t even have photo printing ability, yet this app approved our photo for that location anyways and keep saying the order is processing. Finally I went to the store and they informed me that the photo printers were offline due to a remodel. I wasted my time and money driving to CVS to pick up the photos. I do not recommend this app. You don’t know if your photos really will be printed if you risk trying with this app. Go somewhere else.

Perfect!. I hate going in person to have photos made, and this app made everything easy! It was so simple to choose what photos I wanted to print, as well as very simple to adjust the size and placement of the photo. This is all around a great and easy to use app!

CVS photo app is very user friendly 😃. I had been putting off having some pictures printed for my business because I thought it would be this long drawn out process. The CVS photo app was so easy to use, that is saying a lot considering I usually struggle with all things involve technology.

Customer Service. I love this service. I would give it a 5…but I had poor prints delivered (matte finish) and the envelope was ripped and wet. I tried to find out how to reach this company, but it was hard to find an easy contact. When I finally searched and found an email…I wrote them. Sadly, it’s been days and I haven’t heard back from them about remedying the situation. Because these prints were mailed, I don’t know who to turn to for help. I wish it was easier to contact someone and ask questions. Bummed.

Quality is insufficient. I placed my order in the app, not sure why I could not just do so from my computeronline. When I opened the envelope I picked up at CVS, I was very disappointed. The print quality is not very good and the color fields are not aligned, which creates a halo like effect around color transitions. The pictures also look compressed and pixelated and I made sure I passed on the print optimised versions. Lastly, they have all been cropped in a way that changes their compositions to the point that I cannot use them. Wasted time and money, unfortunately.

Good app!. This app has definitely improved, I love the addition of the automatic sizing where it won’t just print every picture in the same size because some of them wouldn’t look right. I also like the addition of the “check your heads” to make sure that nothing is cut out of the photo.

Easy to use. I love this app so much. It’s so easy to use and convenient when ordering not only hard copies of pictures from my phone but gifts for family members. I can order pictures for my extended family out of state and keep them in the loop in what’s going on with my family. Thanks!

I love this app & simplicity. I frequently send photos to my grandma out of state and this is my go-to app. I simply select each photo, size, and pick up is ready within an hour and then they’re on their way. Sometimes the photo quality is lower on edited photos but nothing noticeable unless it’s me. I really do enjoy this app and how simple it is.

Almost perfect. I really enjoyed working with your app sept it seems to add extra items to my cart. Last time I did this I got to the store there were multiple orders that I did not plan on. Hope this time is different but the way it was turning out the car was filling up with the orders that I did not approve. I like the edging the card stock and I like your templates however I am not interested in adding incorrect orders to my card and thenFeeling bad when the clerk says that I have more orders. Your app is Fritzi.

No way to add coupon. Having an $150 limit makes big orders difficult when there’s no way to decrease the cost by adding the coupon. Adding at check out during pickup is a hassle and would be much simpler in the app.

Excellent App!. Makes it so easy to print your favorite pictures! You can edit your photos easily too! First time mom here and it has been wonderful to print baby pictures conveniently through the app. and then pic up in store!

So Pleased ☺️. Ms. Diane was with another guest at check out. I waited patiently for her a the Photo station. After acknowledging me, she complimented me on my photos. She made me smile so hard that I went to the car and gave her a autographed copy of my latest book. She is a jewel! She was right, my photo came out AMAZING!

Just all around better. I usually used Costco but they closed their photos so I tried Shutterfly and wasn’t happy. CVS’s app is so much better than Shutterfly’s app. I couldNOT figure out Shutterfly’s in store pick up option and they have very high delivery fee just to get pictures in 6 days. CVS is easier, faster and within the cost I would expect to pay.

Beautiful photos and amazing service!. CVS Minute Photos have always been so reliable. I can order something at night and pick up my photos the next morning. I love to scrapbook and the CVS photo quality is perfect for it! Also, photo collages printed to CVS can make the best birthday gifts/cards.

Convenient and 100% Satisfactory. Never used to print photos. Now that I’ve discovered the app I print photos regularly. Nice that it’s done quickly and the photos turn out good. The apps warns you if the resolution isn’t right or if you need to adjust for cropped heads etc.

Photos. I needed photos for Christmas presents and this was the easiest app to order from! I tried the regular CVS pharmacy app but it kept saying try later so I tried the CVS photo app. It took me a few minutes to order them and they will text me when it ready in about 1 hour! Definitely recommend this!
