Great customer service. Amazed with their customer service I had bought this game for my son months back when it was a one time purchase and was upset that it changed to needing a monthly subscription to access the games. With messaging their support team, i was able to get a quick response and Sid was kind enough to help me out and gave me back full access to the games i had bought!

I want back my money. This is crap stop playing after 1 day

No sound and failed to share across devices. This app looks cute, but there is no sound. I tried several troubleshooting steps and still no sound on any device. Cancelling after free trial.

Scammed. My daughter loves this app. It’s a very good activity and I do highly recommend it. However we have purchased the full version. And now it is requiring we purchase a monthly subscription to the new full version. Blocking content we purchased. Very disappointed in creators or owners.

The ads are annoying even after paying. My kid keeps tapping the ads and gets stuck! Why do they have ads in the game even with a subscription?

Best baby games under 2yrs. I’ve been hunting for games for my 16 month old to play on her own and this one completely hit the mark. She’s still a bit too young to play the other games like matching a certain number of items in a jar to the correct amount or following anything in number order so most of the games were a bust. I loved that these games were centered around something she could do - tap incessantly on the screen! There are also multiple games that can leverage that action like popping bubbles, exploding fireworks, even coloring! She loves these games and we get peace and quiet during dinners outside our home. There is a great free option (I have this one on my phone) and I purchased the full pack for less than $10 on her iPad. There are plenty of free modules in each category but you do get much more with the small purchase of the full pack. I highly recommend for the tiny ones who can’t read yet!

Stole my money. My son loves this app. I even paid for it because he was learning colors and animals and other stuff from it. They are now trying to force me to pay for it again as a subscription. I am so disappointed because it was a great app and he found it so engaging. This is not okay and I want my money back.

Need to purchase a subscription for a game I already purchased??. I PURCHASED this app for my toddler MONTHS ago. And for the past week she hasn’t been able to play with it because it keeps saying I have to pay for a weekly or yearly subscriptions to an app I ALREADY PURCHASED!!!!! And when i try to restore purchase option, it says we aren’t connected to the internet. Someone from this company’s app support needs to reach out immediately!

No sound after update.. EDIT: I updated the app like they said but there is still no sound. My son loved the Dino app so I paid for it. Then the app totally changed and the Dino popping games disappeared. Thank you for finally adding back some of the popping games. But I can’t get the sound to work so my son plays it in silence. I tried reinstalling but nothing works. I even emailed support but no response. Not what I paid for.

Bring the old app back!!!. This WAS my 2 year old’s favorite game! Always cracking up at feeding the dinosaurs and his favorite, the dinosaurs running and popping the balloons. He loved it so much I paid for the app, and that’s rare for me. He clicks on this app now and just scrolls, and finds nothing worth sticking with. I’ve tried showing him all the new games, but he’s not impressed one bit. Just exits out and goes to another game. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT… why the change?! It was great before!

Love this game. My 2 yo and 9 yo love this game. It can keep my 2 yo occupied for a long time! The reason for a 1 star is that the game crashes every time you exit a game and try to open a new one. This has caused a few meltdowns for my 2yo that doesn’t fully understand that it just needs opened again. Will get 5 stars if this bug is fixed. This has been going on for probably a year and I’m disappointed I spent money for it to have a bug for this long.

Scam! Truly beware!. So we purchased the in app one time purchase to unlock all games about four months ago. Everything was working perfectly until the most recent update now requires you to do a monthly subscription in order to unlock all games. We already bought the games when they were a one time purchase, but now it will not allow us to access any of them. Any attempt to restore purchases via the link in the app, conveniently just says that it failed and to verify Internet connection even when Internet connection is clearly working. And what happens when I try to reach out to the developer if you go to their website via the app support link in the App Store it links to a email form that is completely broken and comes up with an error. Anytime you try to submit a communication. Apple obviously is saying that the in app purchase is not refundable and to contact the developer but once again, there is no way to actually contact the developer. a little more research it looks like the developer is somewhere based in India and any other way to contact them is a dead end, phone numbers, everything. I even emailed a couple random emails that I can find online but to no response. Essentially no resolution to a problem that could’ve been resolved by refunding the people that have made one time purchase before rolling out the subscription model, or allowing them to be grandfathered in and be able to actually restore purchases in game

App keeps asking for feedback. You have to pay a subscription AND then are constantly interrupted with an a pop up ad asking for feedback. The x is tiny and hard to press even for an adult and it takes you to the App Store every single time. I have cancelled my subscription so quickly and do not recommend this app if you have small children. This app would be great if it was actually kid friendly or if that pop up asking for feedback was limited.

Not worth the money, they change the agreement. I paid for this app months ago when you could just buy the game, it didn’t said anything about monthly payment or anything, from nowhere it wasn’t working off line and It was when I noticed that it was requesting for monthly subscription but when we were on line it was working as usual, but now my daughter was crying because she couldn’t open any of the games without paying a monthly fee, you should respect at least the costumers before this change, I will delete this app because it doesn’t worth a monthly fee.

2YO favorite app. This was my two year olds favorite app. She would play on it all the time and ask for it. There was an update that changed a lot and didn’t allow her to use the app after purchasing the upgraded app. Nothing frustrates a 2 year old like not being able to play the whole game. She stopped playing it because parts of it didn’t work for her. I reached out to the developer and they immediately helped with the situation. They had extremely fast responses and helped us immediately. The app went back to being her favorite. She has learned so much already. Thank you.

FIX THE GLITCH!!!!!. I have already paid for the full version and almost EVERY SINGLE TIME my 2 year old opens the app and try to play her favorite game it’s telling her to PAY FOR THE FULL VERSION!! I am TIRED OF RESTORING MY PURCHASE!!!! And I’m unable to do it unless I am around WIFI and it is STRESSFUL AND BEYOND INCONVENIENT!!! FIX IT PLEASE!! You already got my money!!!! DANG!!! Subscription Not Working. I just paid for the trial and one month for $4.99 which will renew October 8th, so mY subscription is ACTIVE but everything is locked.. Why? Please advise.

Good Game. Lots of fun games to choose from when you get the full… only thing that’s a little bit much is the amount of times the app asks for a review…. it’s really frustrating for my daughter. other than that, worth the money.

Why the change ??. My toddler is obsessed with dinosaurs so this was the perfect game for her and then it updated and is now a completely different game that doesn’t even have any dinosaurs. I paid for all the levels to be unlocked and now that the game is totally different I would now have to pay again for my kid to be able to use all the games on it. I’m just not sure why it was changed so drastically when it was an amazing game to begin with.

I’m disappointed with change. My granddaughter loved the original game with dinosaurs and splat. It’s enough for the 2 yr old. The change to the game is great if she was older but not right now. How can I get the original balloon popping with dinosaurs back? She keeps asking for it. It’s now an app called Baby World.

Purchased and is now a subscription :(. Purchased this app and now it is subscription based - games that were available as part of the purchased app are now locked. Despicable behavior.

Cute simple game. It’s a cute simple game! I ran into a bug where you click the back arrow to select a new game and the app will crash every time no matter the game. A suggestion of adding the ability to pop more than one at a time. plays on 8th gen iPad

Feed the Dino. My one year old loves playing feed the Dino but we’re having an issue with it. She’s only able to pop 5 foods till it stops showing the floating foods. May I know what I should do to get it working? Thank you

Don’t bother.. I downloaded this app for my two-year-old a couple days ago. She really likes it except that every time she opens it and starts to play within 30 seconds the app has frozen up and I have to restart the iPad. I tried contacting for support and to request a refund and then my message was undeliverable due to an error or something. I would like a refund though please.

I paid, now doesn’t work!. I shouldn’t have paid for this to be ad free! I bought it for my two kiddos and they loved it and played so often! Then updates came and now it won’t let them play without paying again! I have reached out to “the developers” website and still no response! Very sketchy business practices! Toddler approved. My little man loves this game and it is really good for long car rides and the in app purchase is worth it..

Can’t turn off music. The music is so loud that it’s hard to hear the words being said. I looked for the setting but can’t seem to find it. It would be nice to turn the music off

Terrible, stops working day after download. The sound and music stopped working (checked settings multiple times) the day after I downloaded and bought it for my child. Total waste of money.

Language settings lacking. We are unable to access the language settings to change it to French. We wrote to the support email address and got no answer. The fireworks are nice but my son can’t enjoy most or the games because everything is in English. Disappointing.
