Once you are approved for a Lyft Direct business debit account and log into your Lyft Direct app, we'll automatically start sending your payouts to your Lyft Direct business account after every ride and trip. You can update your payout method in your Driver app.

Missing fares - lied to by Payfare reps. When I first called Payfare Sunday night to report a missing fare they promised it would be resolved in 24 hours. Well now it has been well over 48 hours since I first inquired about my missing fare. The rep I spoke with did say they could see that the payment failed and it would correct In 24 hours after investigating, which was now 48 hours ago. What more is there to investigate? This is unacceptable to keep a drivers $ during the holidays. I cannot believe you have not corrected this issue yet. Wow! Way to treat people! I will warn all my fellow drivers not to use your service. By the way all the customer service reps seems to be at a call center in Pakistan because I can barely make out what they are saying. Very hard to communicate with them. Beware fellow drivers, stay far away from Payfare. They will mess up and keep your $ eventually and good luck getting the missing payout in a timely fashion. Been waiting 3 days now for them to fix the issue and put my missing $ in the account.

Very good, but it could use some improvement. I greatly enjoy the cash back on my gas purchases especially, and the grocery purchases as well. Only giving four out of five stars because when I first tried to transfer $1,000 into my checking account at my bank, I was rebuffed. The funds were there - heck, I think I had $,1500 or more on account. Then I tried transferring $1,000 only to find out several days later that the funds were sent back to my card. It was at the beginning of the year and the funds were supposed to be in the account to cover my rent check. I contacted support and was told to try a smaller amount; so I sent $500 and two to three business days later, the funds showed up in my checking account. The system should be improved so any balance can be transferred. Thanks!

Lyft Direct Card. Love the idea behind the Lyft Direct Card. My personal opinion. Easy to access and love that the app keeps track of the fuel expenses when using a fuel station they recommend. Also reimburses a certain amount fuel expenses per gallon with in a few days back onto your Lyft Direct Card. The Direct App also has a variety of discounted fuel stations to choose from based of your location, lots of discounts to restaurants, automotive needs etc. May not seem like much at first. but it all adds up over a period of time. My personal opinion, I am very impressed with how Lyft over all is doing it’s part as an employer with keeping up with innovative ways to not just make it easier and safer for its clients. Also the creativity and effort towards driver retention. They work to help Lyft drivers maximize earnings potential by providing an easy to use Lyft Direct App. That helps Lyft Drivers save money, tutorials to what you need to know… My favorite,they make it i easy for Lyft Drivers to have access to what your earning instantly. I’m a business major, so I have an appreciation when I come across a business/employer doing its part to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Job well done!

Not for everyone. I use this app strictly as an adjunct to my regular checking account at Chase Bank, primarily to avoid the transaction fees a that are levied by Lyft (which apparently feels I should pay for the privilege of accessing my own money). For that purpose, it functions well enough. Interestingly, although the debit card I was issued from Stride quite clearly identifies itself as a “bank”, it’s own representatives deny that is, characterizing it as a mere “financial institution”, which is unable to transfer funds in a timely manner, leaving the user to wonder where in the internet ether their money ended up in the process of the 24-96 hours it took for the transaction to be credited-in sharp contrast to the immediate and simultaneous debiting process this “financial institution” employs when using them for purchasing. So in conclusion, my recommendation to potential users would be to keep your expectations low when using Stride “Bank”, as they seem to behave like a bank only when it suits them.

Lyft. This company is a great opportunity to go out and work as hard as u want no pressure just east going I was very hesitant about it but I took the time to get to know how it worked and decided to give it a shot I’m a single father of 3 and it’s hard time to time to make ends meet but being able to work when I want makes it the best I could ask for I now after a couple weeks have got myself on a regular schedule and I’m working around my children’s schedules so it’s great I would like to think Uber for this opportunity it really has made my life a lot easier. A great alternative to Lyft payouts!. I appreciate having my money available to me instantly, there are no fees for cashing out and I don’t have to send my money to the bank! The cash back on gas and fast food is helpful ( I honestly think cash back on gas percentage should be higher or a partnership with a gasoline company that saves drivers money on gas). Perhaps cash back at auto parts stores would be lovely (Lyft definitely does a number on your vehicle) I like the goal feature! I think it could be more interactive as far as setting a goal and making notes on payments into your goal. Mostly suggestions. Great alternative for Lyft payments!

Poor customer service (read all). Look the card for a driver is definitely a game changer, but if you happen to have a dispute on an unauthorized charge is not as easy as your local bank in the U.S. the customer service agents make it more of a argument with you then help you resolve the issue. When I called back the 3rd time asking how to close my account the rep at that point was willing to help me file the fraud charge without any need for me to go through the steps of going back to the merchant and escalating it with them before they can escalate it for me, even though it’s my money they’re customer care agents that work with the place that I currently “bank with” and I’m saying hey guys I didn’t use my card today. Also the pending transactions are deducted immediately from your available balance so there’s not way your available balance goes down without using the card. The guy told because I gave them my information before I’m pretty much liable for the usage. But please drivers keep waiting for the weekly payouts or just pay the cash out fees so much better to deal with an actual banks that are there to help instead of argue like it comes out their wallet.

I love this card. If you are wondering why this card over others? Then read what I am about to write. I love this card and the benefits that come with it. I love that I got instant rewards that I’m able to turn right back to cash. No STRINGS ATTACHED. Other reward companies could take a lesson from Lyft. What card allows you to instantly have your money sent as soon as you get paid? Automatically after each ride? With no cash out fees? Not even a bank can beat this. None that I have come across. I’ve only had my card for 2 weeks and I have yet to explore all of the benefits. I always think some reviews are fake when I read them. But I’m a regular working person who depends on making extra money and needing it right away. From the bottom of my heart, thanks Lyft, for coming up with such an amazing card.

Where’s my money!!!. Wow, I don’t know how this app gets so many good reviews. I admit, at first I loved it. Especially the cash back! However. Last Thursday January 20th I deposited $150 in my account and still haven’t received it! I’ve received other deposits afterwards but that one transaction has disappeared. The app says they sent the money and my bank says they never received the money. Previously, I had an issue that took over 3 months to resolve where my card got hacked probably from the gas skimmers at the pump. Someone duplicated my card and had to file a police report document store managers where my card was used and it still to long to be reimbursed. The operator helping me explained that fraud is happening so much. I called and was able to speak to someone who escalated my issue to someone who did resolve it within five days. I got my money thank you. The lesson here is technology is great but sometimes there will be a glitch so don’t give up and keep communicating with the individuals that can help you.

Lyft Direct Card. Honestly, I love this card. Forever I had my pay outs go to an external bank and I did it the old way with weekly payments cause I liked that then gas started rising and I thought about getting the Lyft direct card cause it’s garuntee 7% cash back on gas but a different deal thru an app called gridwise at the time helped me to save up to over 60cents for every gallon which was better at the time then that deal with gridwise ended and I scrambled to find a way to still save gas and I remembered the Lyft Direct card and so I ordered it the rest is history. I save money on gas not just gas but everything inside the gas station too is 7-8% cash back so I save a literal boat load of money then you get 4% cash back at a whole bunch of restaurants near you AND 1% on your bills, phone, internet, etc. to top it all off there’s also usually some typa deals too you can find in the app to further get cash back options when you go shopping or to eat that are bigger then just the % guarantee they give and I forgot to mention the biggest thing you obviously get paid after EVERY single ride without having to pay Lyft anything to instantly get your hard earned cash EVERY ride EVERY dollar! Also it has tools to help you manage your money whether it’s for saving or your cash back! 5 stars for now will edit if anything happens!

I was a pioneer driver and I’m back. Then and now makes me proud to have believed in Lyft, I was pioneer driver in Miami Florida when I left was first introduced to the sunshine State and of course I made an incredible amount of money because the pay rates are a lot higher back then eventually I’ll let it go to pursue other things in my life and when those other things didn’t work out quite the way I planned I was able to very easily come right back to Lyft! Although the pay rate has significantly decreased from when I first started with them the freedom and the independence that the opportunity provides is absolutely priceless! I’m proud to be a driver with Lyft!

True freedom. I love the ability to choose to get paid after every ride. It truly gives you the freedom of choice in how you get paid. You can turn it on or off anytime so that if you want to not get paid to your Lyft direct card and rather deposit it elsewhere you can. But then you want to have it pay after each ride for a little while so you can build some gas money on your Lyft direct card, just turn it back on and once you hit the amount you want in your Lyft direct account turn it back off and start sending the money back to your bank. Personally I have turned it on and off a couple times just to deposit in my other account that I still have bills coming out of. But once I get my bills transferred I think I’m just going to have it on all the time.

Work for Lyft? Download and use immediately!!. So I just started working for Lyft again in 2023 and all I can say is that to be able to use a debit card and have money loaded onto it right after each Lyft ride is incredible and super convenient because there’s no fees and because it allows me to refuel my vehicle easily and earn small cash back rewards that I’m guessing will add up eventually. I love that I can go to certain Allpoint ATMs and withdraw cash without any fees and I really truly love that I can use the card on Apple Pay, which saved me a lot of hassle in the beginning when I didn’t have the card before it came in the mail. If you’re working through Lyft, download the app and request the free debit card and have fun that’s what I’m doing.

Breath of fresh air. I was a fleet owner running five black SUVs with 10 drivers for a competing rideshare service in Cleveland Ohio. Myself personally had done over 14,000 rides since I started when they came to Cleveland with a five star rating the whole time I was even interviewed for two magazines because I had the top customer service rating in the country When they close their Cleveland Office I was never able to get another driver cleared because there’s nobody that would do background checks or understand what I wanted I could not get registrations cleared. I could not get insurance papers cleared because nobody knew what they were looking at online there was nobody in Cleveland to help When I moved to lift, I walked in the office and Cleveland the very nice gentleman walk me through everything and it has been such a breath of fresh air. I appreciate you guys so much and you actually pay better and show you’re more transparent with where the money is going thanks again For being great Thanks again lift you’re the best

BEWARE OF THE BANK TRANSFER IF YOU NEED MONEY IMMEDIATELY. I have been using the lyft direct since September of 2019 they have made various improvements of a lot of important things, but they lack bank transfer speed and the ability to see the ach from the Customer service end like a traditional bank. My thing is why does it take 3-5 business days for ach to come in I know every institution handles wires differently but if I get paid Friday I should see the money in my account at least by Saturday morning, if I get paid weekly (every Friday) why do would I want my direct deposit to come in on Tuesday or Wednesday kind of defeats the purpose of direct deposit. Other than that I’d say the app is pretty sturdy all around besides the deposit info and the fact that when you get on the phone with customer service they most likely are not American(mind you it doesn’t matter what there nationally/ethnicity is) I’d just like someone who spoke proper English so it was easy for both parties to communicate

Interesting Card. Overall I enjoy the card for instant payout and the cash back features. However, I do not recommend for use at such places as hotels, beauty salons, and definitely would not use at the gas pump. Recently, I had reservations at a hotel and planned to pay using the card. The transaction was declined because there was not an additional $10 in the account to be held, even though the hotel gave me the exact of the bill. Therefore, I had to go to a gas station to get cash back. After the gas station, I had to locate my regular bank’s atm to deposit money on my local banks debit card so I could pay for my hotel stay. Then today, April 2, 2020, I had some esthetician services done. I paid the tip in cash. The card was declined again even there was more than enough money to pay for the services. The esthetician attempted to run the card 3 times and was declined. Not a great travel card to pay for services! Lastly in this time of crisis, the places where the atm are located closes at 9 pm. Thus, you can’t get money and at the mercy of gas stations or stores/shops open past 9pm.

Your money at your fingertips.. The convenience of this card is awesome, I am a full-time Lyft driver, and I also rent from express drive. once I have covered my rental and I start to make profit, it’s so convenient to have your earnings instantly deposited into your account after a ride. I literally had 30 bucks one day and spent four hours driving happy for you know it that 30 bucks multiplied so quickly and in the fact that I can just go and purchase food or grocery shop and get cash back for every purchase is just awesome way more better then these credit card reward cards you see out here.

MY ONLY MISTAKE IS NOT STARTING SOONER. I’ve been painting for the last 28 years I’m 46 this year. I started doing commercial and residential painting in the summer times with my uncle when I was 15 years old and now that there’s opportunities like a Lyft out there now gave me the opportunity to get away from the physical labor aspect of work, which now I can actually make time for Myself and My family My Life And Really get to the Places I wanna be and Deserve to be in my life. I’ve been clear in $1000 under 40 hours like nothing that’s not even excepting ride after ride after ride after ride after ride the money islegit 100% and I like to see somebody tell me different if it’s not the opportunity of how much you can make is all up to you. Communication lacking. I enjoy driving for Lyft for the most part, but getting answers to app questions is a bit vague. I need to speak to a live agent on app issues to learn my way around with Lyft, I drove for Uber for many years because of their direct communication and troubleshoot. I have lost a few rides due to app issues, with Lyft when I click on accept next ride, while I am finishing a ride in progress, and they don't save they are gone when I try next ride. It is very frustrating. I don't want to miss rides. App needs updates; including to pause rides for restroom break, lunch, gas. Other than communication and difficulty operating the app. Its great, please fix, I don't understand rides not being there, does not show rider canceled, just no ride. Please fix!!?

This is the best app on the market for this sorta thing but co wider the name for the love of hjf. It’s simple, easy to use, you know it’s like, to the point ya know what I mean…uhhh…DIRECT! But if I had to make one note, and even though it’s insignificant and means nothing to anybody, including me by the way, but doesn’t it bother you that ‘Lyft’ is spelled with a ‘y’ but when you got to ‘Direct’ you suddenly don’t like replacing ‘i’s with (y)s anymore? I don’t care which it is either way by the way, but fix it ! It’s aesthetically nauseating and I’m gonna be sick pretty soon here if you don’t change your ways. Or maybe, please, change your name. “Nigerian Prince” of financial services world !!!. Payfare/ Lyft Direct are NOT FDIC !!! Payfare / Lyft Direct are impersonator of Stride Bank... Payfare/ Lyft Direct practices of financial services in USA are ILLEGAL !!! Payfare has most unprofessional and unqualified personal who fall NOT under any US regulations... Nothing and no one holds Payfare/ Lyft Direct reps to collect and sale your personal and financial data on “Bombay Flea Market” ... NO ONE CAN PROVIDE or THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE info if they licensed secured bound or regulated... ‼️UPDATE: no. Stride doesn’t provide services Stride immediately transfers all calls to the same service office who handles Lyft’s drivers and riders customers supports. I just wonder about their qualifications to be half bank service half dispatcher? Is it even legal? According to Stride they don’t even have access to Checking accounts of Lyft Direct ‼️UPDATE: just after previous update ( about 4-6 hours ago) PAYFARE suspended my Lyft Direct account and at this point refusing to communicate. Agents are hanging up on me advising to send them email. Currently I left without access to my account where I have $ at this point ( over $200 which is all available funds I was looking to have at current moment ) No money no gas and account is terminated and no new when I will get my money back if will at all... Why I do what I do. Driving for Lyft is asif the job was Tailored for me! I’m handy caped and can’t stand for long periods of time and I can’t walk long distance! But I can drive safely and get people home safely! My mission is to do my part in getting intoxicated people home safely and not have any wrong way drivers on our highways! It sickens me that some people out there think that they can drive home, then go the wrong way on a highway and kill people! Lyft gives me the opportunity to help do something about this issue! I drive for Lyft because they allow me to work a schedule that I can Taylor to a timeframe that works towards my particular schedule!! THX. Lyft Jimbo D.

Easy, convenient, and secure!. Finally an app for a debit card that actually matters! I’ve always had issues with my income that I received from lyft due to me having a credit union that was bipolar about express pay. Eventually I grew tired of the consistent back and forth of either it being successful and going through or having to wait an inconvenient 1-2 business days. All my earnings go directly into the debit card, and the app works just like your own personal bank account app. Glad I signed up for this form of depositing my hard earned lyft money! Plus with reward points you can earn while you spend. The list goes on.. but point is, if you’re a lyft driver, this is a no brainer. Get this!!!

Convenient!! 🤩. I admit, I was skeptical at first to use the Lyft direct pay due to the fees the pay cards usually have. I always thought using direct deposit to my personal bank was best. Since I’ve decided to give it a try, here are my thoughts…I love that my money is directly deposited into my Lyft pay account and I have complete and immediately access, no waiting for my bank. No hidden fees, that I have come across yet. I even earn cash back for my gas and everyday purchases and this is huge given the rising cost in almost everything these days!! I have found Lyft direct pay to actually be more convenient AND rewarding than using my personal checking account after all 😃😃

Easy Management. I have been using Lyft Direct for over a month now. During the COVID-19 limitations and closures, it has been a credit saver in that it allowed me to pay my bills when the common banks had failed and were unreachable because of service call overload. It has an easy way of tracking income which is more concise than the Lyft Driver App. There’s no need to remember to cash out or wait for Monday morning to see your pay hit the account. Spending is quickly noted, so there is near instantaneous reflection of the expenditures and new balance. I’ve gotten use to the luxury it is and I don’t want to think of it not being there.

Works for me!. This particular app, with Lyft seems to work well. I’ve only been with Lyft, for about a month and this app works for me just fine. But needs to have more attention, is your GPS system. Your GPS system is absolutely terrible. It waste my time your time as well as the customers time it shows wrong routes right in front of the customer, who knows where they’re going. It sends me in circles sometimes, until I have to get out of it myself I have been blamed for late arrivals and late drop offs 90% of it is due to your GPS system giving wrong directions. Please fix this as it is discouraging me from being a Lyft driver.

Great App for Lyft Drivers!. I’ve been a Lyft driver for over two years now. I really enjoy using Lyft Direct and the debit card cause my earnings. Go directly onto the card after each ride. That means my funds never sit in the Lyft app waiting for me to transfer to my bank account. That’s huge because when the funds are in your Lyft direct debit account, they are FDIC insured just like any other bank. This prevents anyone from hacking your Lyft account and stealing your earnings. The only trouble I’m having is linking my bank account to this account. I hope the developers of this app look into why you can’t link your own bank account to this account to transfer funds.

Today is when I can’t official view my available balance. It worked great since I first started using it up til today . All of a sudden I got hungup waiting for Lyft direct support first wait was 50 mins second one was 29 then it said they were unavailable too busy helping other drivers what not then hungup so the support just really isn’t their it’s frustrating as I want to see my available balance and am unable to . It’s been 9 hours . I contacted Lyft directly so not sure why but it happened this morning after I got a rider then all rides after him it posted the payment of their rides but the notification of the rides direct payment after completed stopped along w immediately updating after same goes for w use I even went to the atm it didn’t update yet it showed the withdraw so not sure what to do at the point but I think I’m going to go back to just using my xfer to my debit card for the 50c it was less headache mines the fees vs being able to go to the free atm to pull it n save some fee charges unless their atm didn’t work also note atm receipts don’t print balance nor does the screen when selected to do so

VERY RUDE. I don’t know who is in charge of training but they need to start over from ground 0. Almost every time I call support I get a rude support agent. I was trying to explain my problem and the lady told me “I’m not going to waste anymore time on this have a good day” and hung up on me. Another instance my card was suspended I called to figure out why and was told it’s because my card hasn’t been used in a while, when it’s barely been 2 weeks since my last purchase with it. She then proceeded to tell me “the card is made to use”, I told her how rude she was being and she told me to behave. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me no and hung up. Every time I have a issue and I ask to speak to a supervisor they say their isn’t one available and they’ll have one give me a call back but I never EVER receive a call back. This whole company is a joke

Good tool. This seems like a really useful tool. I haven’t used it for very long. To be honest I don’t get a ton of business from Lyft. The Lyft driver app is kinda squirrley if you ask me. It randomly bumps me out of queue. Also tends to lose my location so that my rides get reassigned. That is so aggravating. And whenever that happens the Lyft support act like a bunch of four-year-olds pretending they didn’t just crap in their pants. Plus Lyft has been terrible about compensating me for damage to my vehicle done by riders. I don’t get it. That seems like a pretty basic thing. Whatevs. But I don’t hate this Lyft direct thingy. It has been useful for paying for gas at least.

World’s WORST support.. I used one of the “free” ATMs they mention to pull out $80 in December. While the amount was deducted from my available balance, the ATM printed a receipt that said Transaction Declined. I contacted the ATM company who opened an case and told me to talk to my bank. My first call with support told me to wait a week and see if the transaction fell off. When it didn’t I called back and was told a case was opened. I even provided the receipt. After waiting days for responses to emails, I finally received an email 7 days later with forms to fill out. I returned them 30 days later they notified me they had accepted my dispute. We’re 45 days from the original incident at this point. The email went on to say they would take an ADDITIONAL 50 business days. While the card has great benefits, this support experience has made me decide this is not worth the reward to deal with this.

🗣Worst Card Evvvvveeeeerrrrrrr. It funny how the company stride bank can take your money for a payment but when it time to get your money these people already refunded me my money the same night & it still showing it’s pending. You call to speak to a supervisor no one is available or one will call you back & I don’t like to answer weird number. I have bills to pay & I just want my money back. Why do I have to wait 30 days is what one of the agent said... I have a receipt the paper said zero balance. Spoke with the manger of the place I made a transaction with said my money was given back as a refund same night it just depends on your bank to release those funds. Imma find how to report & shut you guys down. To many people complain about this card when it comes to transaction & refund. Stick with my real bank Chase to make transactions because when things go left I’m getting a provisional credit until prove otherwise. Customer service stuck you can’t get a person to speak English it just crazy. I like I can get paid quicker & faster but transaction wise not so much.

Lyft Direct. It’s been a great service for me! I’m not sure if there is a transfer charge . but if I use my debit card from my bank there are always fees involved . I have been taking cash out at Walgreens pharmacy , free , no fee, there is a Walgreens in direction NSEW each direction way more than the bank . I’ve started buying gasoline with it , so I spend money I have in account . Not spending cash from checking waiting for my pay from Lyft to hit checking . So I’m always flush with some cash. It actually motivates me to drive and earn more . Im getting some cash back don’t know how to use that yet but I’ll look for a tutorial! So 5 star review for the Lyft direct ! Love the rewards but need improvement.. Cash back reward is great!! I am now using this card everywhere. It took me awhile to get this card because I have been satisfied with my checking account. I now have instant access to my earnings without having to wait or pay a fee for instant payout. I now get double rewards using this card along with the uplift app. There’s room for improvement and expansion. I wish I didn’t have to pay a fee to deposit cash and there were more free atms. Also wish it was more like a checking account and I could use Zelle. I hope it only improves for the better.

My experience with LYFT. Hello 👋🏻, I usually drive more for UBER because of all the trips I am open to, but their Navigation system is not all that accurate, I have been driving a little for LYFT lately and I love it better than UBER, there’s just a few things I am not familiar with on how LYFT operates, like when I accept a ride, I see it says exit and there’s where I don’t understand, it’s new to me so please bear with me I also was wondering if LYFT carpools? I’m just used to pick up passengers 1 at a time,and go on to next passenger, please help me? Above all, I love driving LYFT, it is ABSOLUTE and my passengers are more pleasant than UBER, Thank you 🙏🏻 for all that you do LYFT support ✌🏻☮️🕊

Poor customer service and issues with rewards. In November my rewards dropped on me. I contacted the email support and got an auto reply saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours. A week later I emailed again and the reply was they where closing that request because I had already reported it but still no contact from support. Then in December I get an email that says they corrected the issue and my rewards would be added in early Jan 2020. Now I get my rewards and click redeem so that the cash will be in my account and it does nothing. Contact support and they tell me delete and reinstall app. Did that and still nothing, they ask for a screen shot or my rewards and they will have a higher support call me right back. Well here I am 4 days later and cannot access my money from my rewards. No phone number to contact them at and no one answers emails. Very poor customer support, lyft needs to partner with another bank if this company cannot provide the service.

It’s unbelievable customer service has not received other complaints as every other review in here mentions it. And to their credit customer service did reach out promptly but it took four emails for them to understand this issue. Thanks where it is due for them trying to help at least. Updated rating. FIXED: Support option in the app leads to Lyft support which either never responds to my questions/issues or takes many days to do so. They still have not responded to the issue above and it’s been over a week. ————————— FIXED: App never remembers login email so you have to type it in every time. Customer support is nonexistent and just links to Lyft’s customer support. Avoid.

Love Love Love !. At first I was iffy about it. I love my decision to use lyft a direct pay! My earnings get deposited and are ready for use right away! I get cash back on certain purchases, it’s not much at the moment but let it add up and it amounts. I can pay bills straight from it, don’t have to worry about overdraft or fees, it simply just get declined if insufficient! I made the choice to just use it as my main bank account! However, when it comes to needing the money in my actual bank account I was worried about that and how long it would take but I tried it out and very next business day in my bank account! Now it says 1-2 business days depending on your bank however most banks it’s 2-3 unless you have zelle and get money that way. But I absolutely love lyft direct!! No more worries about if my card is going to work or not nor be over drafted! It’s become my main account and I absolutely love it !

Lyft Direct. Very convenient setup! The only one so far that had the barcode scan activation like my old credit cards! Many benefits that I love! Like the cash back on gas, and I love the rates on the other cash back programs they offer! I took one star away because I haven’t tried their customer service yet in app! No phone number on back of card, everything is in app. I’m old school but will adjust! Also I haven’t tried the partnerships they have with restaurants (in app) on cash back but excited to do both!! And hopefully when I do it, it will be all definitely a 5star experience!! Also I’m glad they have Great deposit & add money options for the card! Love my card ! 🥰Hopefully you will 2😃☺️

Clutch as a mug. You ever been on 45 miles left in the tank when u first crank the car and frustration sits in bc your bank account was just overdrawn but you can’t react bc pressure busts pipes and makes diamonds so you take a deep breath and tell your 2nd grader you have the needed 20 dollars for their field trip they have been talking to you about all week but don’t know this is the last 20 (but for his smile it’s worth it and I’ll figure as any parent would) so that’s what I did I figured it and turned on the Lyft app and in 40 miles left I was able to make three rides happen and the money went straight to my Lyft pay card and I was able to maneuver thru this weeks adulting challenge thru this company staying at the cutting edge of technology and making it so that we all have a chance I love you guys from me and my little man Ps the field trip was epic as a mug

Love it!. I got a Lyft Direct account after I was scammed! Although I am cautious, the scammer just said the right words and tricked me into giving him my express pay earnings. I decided right then and there to get a Lyft Direct account instead. This way my earnings will go right into my account after every ride and I don’t have to cash out. The card came right away, set up was very easy. At first I transferred a weeks Lyft earnings to my regular bank account. This took about a day. Then I thought to myself, why don’t I just use this new Lyft Direct account to pay my bills, buy gas… all that kind of stuff. It works great! I get cash back when I fill up at Arco Gas stations and I know there’s more benefits at grocery stores and who knows what else. I just bought airline tickets with the card and use my new Lyft Direct card at a restaurant. Works great and I don’t have to mix it with my regular bank account. I feel a lot safer.

Good but could improve. I’d like to see an option to withdraw the money to my bank account instantly even if I’m charged a fee as Uber ProCard does. They don’t charge if you send to your bank account and it could take some time to see the money reflected on your bank account but if I want the money right away on my bank, I can choose to pay a fee depending on the amount I’m withdrawing at the moment and the money reflects in my bank account immediately. It’s just inconvenient having to wait several days to receive the money from Lyft on my bank account, I might as well not have a Lyft direct account and just have Lyft deposit my bank account directly and it’ll take the same time, I thought the purpose of them Lyft Direct account was for you to have the money faster but that only happens if I make payments with my debit card or if I withdraw it from an ATM but it’s inconvenient having to go to an ATM to take the money and then deposit it on my bank account to have it sooner.

When gas prices go up, so do my savings. I love how this is orchestrated. It’s like knocking two birds out with one stone. Not only do you have an online bank to where you can manage your money and easily access all of its entities, you can also utilize it’s navigation features that point you to the closest gas station or store in order to reap said benefits for such store. On the map, it shows the lower case I with a darkened circle around it cuing you that it’s the info tab. There you can see how much you’ll get back in, say, gas.... where some places give you back 6%!!! Hey, I’m taking advantage of this when filling up my tank (as an Uber driver need I say more? Haha) and it totals to $65??? Well, if you used the Lyft direct MasterCard then you’ll get $3.85 back!! Bam! I got my money right back to me. So fast and smart. This is a must in times like this!

Long pick-up drives. I would suggest that if people have a choice for long pick up rides, then the drive to pick them should be longer then the actual ride itself. I have driven 15-20 mins out of my way for a 5-10 min ride and it’s a waste of my time and I use up my gas more. I can’t call people all the time to find out how long their ride is all the time cause of coarse I’m driving. Can Lyft figure out how to make it to where the ride to pick them is shorter or equal then the ride itself? It’s very frustrating at times and I want to use my time wisely when I’m on The road. Example: It takes me 20 mins to pick up someone. However the ride only takes 5 mins. I then get very mad about this... Can this not be an option for them at all? It’s just a waste of gas... What I think would be acceptable, is a 15 minute pick up for 40 minute ride- this is a yes!!! I would be very happy if this can be fixed or manipulated in someway. The point is the pick time should always be shorter then the ride for them itself. Thanks for this opportunity to give an input.

Great cash back for gas! No easy withdrawal.. So far I am super happy with my Lyft direct card. Perks: No withdrawal fee! Works on Apple Pay and anywhere cards are taken. No fees, no credit check. GREAT CASH BACK ON GAS!! I am getting 3% now, but am working on getting to platinum where you make 7%. As a Lyft driver that’s 14$ a week, 700$ a year that I wouldn’t have had otherwise, spending the same money I would have before (works at all gas stations, you don’t have to go to specific ones). Negative: Honestly, so far there really only is one, but it’s kind of a big one in my eyes (and it’s why I rated a 4). YOU CANNOT EASILY WITHDRAW TO ANOTHER BANK, or pay people directly. It says it could take 4 days, plus more time on weekends and holidays to get your money. So you need to plan far ahead. Also, there is no zelle or zelle-like feature, so if you wanted to transfer money to someone, you would have to input their bank info etc and the same long send times apply. Hope this was helpful!

Quick deposits. Use this card for my lyft deposits for each ride. It goes in automatically after your ride ends for each ride and if any tip is applied you’ll get it in the card right away. To save money on atm fees you can go cash back or withdraws from CVS store. It saves you money from depositing into other cards because they take 50 cents each time u deposit into your account and that adds up. So if you’re a lyft driver and want your money into your account right away for free use this card. Besides if Lyft is your side hustle you can use this card for other things to separate yourself from using your primary banks that u pay bills with. Good to have. And no they don’t charge u to use your card each time u use it to pay food or whatever.

Awesome. I love the app, quick and easy plus you get your earnings instantly after each ride and their support is very helpful and the app is growing and developing very quickly offering us new features it seems like almost every month to every other month. This card also offers cash back on gas, repairs, and food no matter what up to 2% cash back on gas is awesome and it’s available instantly after purchase and you can either leave it in the cash back account or put it right back into your main checking account balance. Also another cool feature is GOAL/SAVINGS account you can use for free no fees or minimal to transfer money to out of your main checking to save up money which is awesome. i love the app!

Gas card done right. Living as a paycheck-to-paycheck millennial has taught me the art of balancing frugality and practicality; I think the Lyft Direct card and app strikes a good balance. The ability to cash in your earning instantaneously without having to pay money to get your money shows a certain level of respect to us riders I really appreciate, and on top of that, we get the highest cash back rewards from fueling up. This is why I made this my official gas card, filling it up with earnings from Monday through part of Tuesday with enough gas to last me at least the week. The rest, I leave alone to collect and cash in automatically every Tuesday night as a direct deposit into my Chime account. Yes, I’m a proponent for taking advantage of multiple benefits from multiple companies looking out for the little guy; these days, you really do have to consider carefully where your loyalties should lie. Generally speaking, I think Lyft as a whole has made tangible efforts to show they care about their riders. Not perfect by any means, but better than not most certainly.

The best addition to Lyft so far…. I have been driving for Lyft and Uber for three years. And this is hands-down the best addition to the app they have ever made. The old system of doing a cash out up to five times a day and someone making money off of that just didn’t make sense to me. I have never had a problem with getting paid, with the card, or the process at all. It started weird because you could only use ATMs at Walgreens and CVS but now you can get cash back with regular purchases so when I need to pick up something from Walmart I can just get cash back. And no one else makes a dime off of that. I dropped someone off and that money is literally on the car 10 seconds later. I even have other direct deposit things linked to this account now. It works for so many reasons.

Micro stealing from drivers. Don’t download this it’s trap so that Lyft can get even more money from the driver ! By keeping your money on the app ,when you wanna transfer money to your bank they charge 1.7% which is higher than just using your instant pay out ! I can cash out 1400$ and pay 1.75$ when use the card you’re going to pay 23$ to cash out ! There making millions of this scam and the rewards points are trash you get 3$ for every 30$ you spend on gas but you end up spending what earned in transfer fees to your bank ! And don’t get me started on the balance protection! I started today at -60 and made 107$ and it said I was still negative 1$ smh this is the last day unless times are bad will I use there balance protection!

The freedom of purchase. I’m loving the fact that there’s no limits on purchase amounts. I’ve been able to buy things that I never could with my bank because of daily limits and/or not always having the ability to call and have my limit increased prior to the purchase. You would think that $2,500 would be enough but, it isn’t when you’re buying big items such as, flat screens, multiple electronics, bed sets and furniture. There’s a great sense of freedom to be spend the money you earn whenever you feel like it. Thanks to you I was bike to finally get my Peloton bike!

Great and quick!. Fast deposit with Lyft direct and allows you to keep driving and see what you were paid after each ride or you can turn that feature off in the app. Downside there are no FREE atms, unless you use get go or rickers but Lyft has a convenience fee of $2.50. It’s ok if your taking out large amounts of money but man Lyft don’t you get enough from our rides? Thought this would be a great alternative and it could be if you don’t use cash. My only complaint ! Keep doing a great job and we do appreciate the card opposed to .50 cents to deposit to another card.

I was a pioneer driver and I’m back. Then and now makes me proud to have believed in Lyft, I was pioneer driver in Miami Florida when I left was first introduced to the sunshine State and of course I made an incredible amount of money because the pay rates are a lot higher back then eventually I’ll let it go to pursue other things in my life and when those other things didn’t work out quite the way I planned I was able to very easily come right back to Lyft! Although the pay rate has significantly decreased from when I first started with them the freedom and the independence that the opportunity provides is absolutely priceless! I’m proud to be a driver with Lyft!

Payment messed up. I have it as direct pay to my debit card and my balance shows up on my Lyft debit card. Lyft has really messed up all my preferences . There is. I phone number that I can call call directly. No wonder so many drivers have left Lyft and are now driving Uber I left the Lyft platform a year ago and went Uber only. Thought I would give Lyft a try again. Lyft offers no way to get ahold of customer service scepter a bunch of questions that don’t pertain to my topic. I absolutely don’t u defats do what rocker scientist decided Lyft will now only give us the next information for turns instead of drop down directions. No wonder Lyft has lost so many drivers to other platforms. I don’t even k ow how to cash out. And you want drivers to keep driving for you???????????

Good tool. This seems like a really useful tool. I haven’t used it for very long. To be honest I don’t get a ton of business from Lyft. The Lyft driver app is kinda squirrley if you ask me. It randomly bumps me out of queue. Also tends to lose my location so that my rides get reassigned. That is so aggravating. And whenever that happens the Lyft support act like a bunch of four-year-olds pretending they didn’t just crap in their pants. Plus Lyft has been terrible about compensating me for damage to my vehicle done by riders. I don’t get it. That seems like a pretty basic thing. Whatevs. But I don’t hate this Lyft direct thingy. It has been useful for paying for gas at least.

Lyft Direct. I enjoy using the Lyft Direct feature because it allows me to get paid instantly and I love all of the perks/rewards that come with it that help me to save money. The only thing that was a bummer was having to use the digital debit card while waiting for my physical debit card to arrive in the mail. The digital debit card cannot be used for certain transactions and the physical debit card took quite a while to arrive by mail. Greater expediency to get my physical debit card in the mail would’ve been greatly appreciated and made it easier to accept more Lyft riders’ requests for rides had I been able to use the physical debit card to purchase gas.

So far, so good. So far I’m loving this. All pay goes directly to card after each ride/tip....for free! No more $0.50/cash outs! I love the “goal” feature, I transfer all change over, my little way of saving. The cash back is sweet!!! I’m going to get gas every week at least, getting cash back for doing something I already do is great! Even get cash back at grocery stores BONUS!! I can also pay bills and transfer money to my other account at no cost, can’t beat that! I would recommend this, especially for those who cash out a lot and those who want to save and earn while driving for Lyft.

Great App for Lyft Drivers!. I’ve been a Lyft driver for over two years now. I really enjoy using Lyft Direct and the debit card cause my earnings. Go directly onto the card after each ride. That means my funds never sit in the Lyft app waiting for me to transfer to my bank account. That’s huge because when the funds are in your Lyft direct debit account, they are FDIC insured just like any other bank. This prevents anyone from hacking your Lyft account and stealing your earnings. The only trouble I’m having is linking my bank account to this account. I hope the developers of this app look into why you can’t link your own bank account to this account to transfer funds.

I can't believe it!. In August of '21 I moved from CA to FL so had a gap between driving. I had signed up for direct deposit to my credit union when I began driving for Lyft. It appears during my contract I also evidently signed up for a debit card which I misplaced or lost during the move. When I resumed driving I incorrectly assumed my drive income was being directly deposited as was the case prior to the move. Not the case. As I slowly re-entered "drive mode" I completed small short runs which helped me learn more about the neighborhoods I'd be negotiating. In May/June of '22 I began to work more diligently with much more significant income and when I checked my direct deposits and discovered nothing had been transferred since August. Until Mau of this year I wasn't concerned or didn't check my banking statements until I didn't see karger amounts being verified by my banking institution which immediately set a red flag alert for me. I haven't driven for 3 days trying desperately to get answers to the missing money but hit walls and walls of bureaucratic nonsense and frustration with Lyft's help advisors and now Payfare; the 3rd party Lyft uses for administering direct deposit monies.

Good overall, with a few significant flaws. Pros: first and foremost, it is a positive that this option and product exist to help the backbone of Lyft’s workforce. Instant payouts are great and rarely are their issues with prompt payout. Cash back and Goal funds are positives, and offer some nice benefits for users. Cons: unable to link the account to other modern methods of utilizing a bank card and online banking in the first place...the online and easy movement of funds. Cannot link it to ApplePay, SquareCash, and other similar products/services. Hard to move money easily out of the account in digital formats or to transfer just to my own other bank accounts/institutions. Hugely inconveniences result at times as a result. Improvement and additional options are needed here.

One of the standout features is the instant deposit of earnings after each trip. It’s incredibly convenient and ensures I have access to my money right away. Setting up Apple Pay on my phone was also a breeze, making transactions quick and easy. Another great benefit is the cash back on gas purchases. This feature really helps offset some of the costs of driving. Additionally, the goal program is fantastic for saving money. It allows me to set a target and save towards it, which has been a big help in managing my finances. The only drawback I’ve encountered is the time it takes to transfer money to my bank account. It typically takes about 3 business days, which can be a bit slow when I need funds urgently. Overall, Lyft Direct offers some excellent benefits and is a solid choice for drivers.

Best Debit card EVER!!!. Lyft makes receiving your money so easy! Every transaction goes straight to the card for instant payout. No hidden fees! With every swipe of the card transactions post immediately so you never overdraft!! Not to mention the cash back rewards that come from using this debit card. I get cash back from almost every store. This card is truly amazing. It connects to direct deposits, has its own checking and routing number to help pay bills over the internet, local atms everywhere, even a savings account you can set up and fund immediately. I’ve never used such an amazing card. YOU WONT REGRET THIS.

Horrible Experience. I’ve worked for Lyft for 2 yrs but since May 2025 I’ve received at the 8 new Lyft Direct Cards due to strange merchants taking money off my card. Their only solution is to send a new card. I’ve received 1-3 cards in a month’s time. I never get refunded for any unauthorized transaction even after completing their email dispute form. There are no lost prevention nor supervisors to speak with. Their CS Reps are rude & augmentative plus they will hang up on you. I’ve lost over $300 to unauthorized transactions. At first I had no problem until May of this year. The perks are super but the overall how they handle business seems as if this card company is a scam. I decided to cancel my card & just send my money to another debit card bc I’ve lost so much money with Lyft Debit. Please pay attention to your transactions daily.

Getting paid immediately is great but……. Lyft direct is great with pymts after every ride but there should be access to live customer service reps when u run onto a problem . It’s been 7 days I haven’t received my live card yet nor notification if it was mailed or not. I don’t get responses within one y two business days with issues being resolved and that requires room for improvement. Money taking 1:2 business days to transfer to your external acct is very inconvenient as well. Hoping things get better along the way

Lyft. This company is a great opportunity to go out and work as hard as u want no pressure just east going I was very hesitant about it but I took the time to get to know how it worked and decided to give it a shot I’m a single father of 3 and it’s hard time to time to make ends meet but being able to work when I want makes it the best I could ask for I now after a couple weeks have got myself on a regular schedule and I’m working around my children’s schedules so it’s great I would like to think Uber for this opportunity it really has made my life a lot easier. Streamlined my driving. With the lyft direct pay, you don’t have to wait for your money, you don’t have to pay anything to have instant access, and you can keep track of driving expense super easy. Any and all related expenses while I drive lyft, are out right on my direct card. No more “I made ___$, but I gotta take out ___$ for gas and ___$ for food”. Super simple way to manage it all, and the cash back is a huge plus. Drove for two weeks since I set it up, used it on all my food and gas, and already collected 10$ cash back from my expenses. So glad they released this feature.

Get ur $ right away. I had major problems applying for this card (it would not recognize my address). It was long and suffered, but I succeeded on my own. I talked to several support people and they could not help. The last one told me it was a program not available to me (whaaaat?). I think they told me that just cuz they were tired of me and dismissed me. So I tweaked it till I got the application through, then modified my address. Overall it is a GREAT program and get your money right away instead of waiting for the bank to process it. Awesome! Was worth the 3 weeks of attempt and effort to get it.

I’ve been working for you guys for like 2 1/2 months. I’m enjoying it very much but I had to stop after 2 1/2 months later because I was making too much money between you guys and my other job cleaning houses but now it’s slowing down on the house cleaning and I need more money so I’m trying to reset my profile and it’s under the process and waiting for it to pass so I can drive again waiting to hear from you guys at Lyft in order so drive again, but your process is taking so long. World’s WORST support.. I used one of the “free” ATMs they mention to pull out $80 in December. While the amount was deducted from my available balance, the ATM printed a receipt that said Transaction Declined. I contacted the ATM company who opened an case and told me to talk to my bank. My first call with support told me to wait a week and see if the transaction fell off. When it didn’t I called back and was told a case was opened. I even provided the receipt. After waiting days for responses to emails, I finally received an email 7 days later with forms to fill out. I returned them 30 days later they notified me they had accepted my dispute. We’re 45 days from the original incident at this point. The email went on to say they would take an ADDITIONAL 50 business days. While the card has great benefits, this support experience has made me decide this is not worth the reward to deal with this.

Works for me!. This particular app, with Lyft seems to work well. I’ve only been with Lyft, for about a month and this app works for me just fine. But needs to have more attention, is your GPS system. Your GPS system is absolutely terrible. It waste my time your time as well as the customers time it shows wrong routes right in front of the customer, who knows where they’re going. It sends me in circles sometimes, until I have to get out of it myself I have been blamed for late arrivals and late drop offs 90% of it is due to your GPS system giving wrong directions. Please fix this as it is discouraging me from being a Lyft driver.

Lyft Direct. Very convenient setup! The only one so far that had the barcode scan activation like my old credit cards! Many benefits that I love! Like the cash back on gas, and I love the rates on the other cash back programs they offer! I took one star away because I haven’t tried their customer service yet in app! No phone number on back of card, everything is in app. I’m old school but will adjust! Also I haven’t tried the partnerships they have with restaurants (in app) on cash back but excited to do both!! And hopefully when I do it, it will be all definitely a 5star experience!! Also I’m glad they have Great deposit & add money options for the card! Love my card ! 🥰Hopefully you will 2😃☺️

Easy Management. I have been using Lyft Direct for over a month now. During the COVID-19 limitations and closures, it has been a credit saver in that it allowed me to pay my bills when the common banks had failed and were unreachable because of service call overload. It has an easy way of tracking income which is more concise than the Lyft Driver App. There’s no need to remember to cash out or wait for Monday morning to see your pay hit the account. Spending is quickly noted, so there is near instantaneous reflection of the expenditures and new balance. I’ve gotten use to the luxury it is and I don’t want to think of it not being there.

Very convenient. Lyft direct is a great way to get paid for your Lyft rides. The easiness of being able to switch between direct pay and express pay is convenient! When you need instant cash express pay is good and if you have money in your account and switch to direct pay, all that money is transferred from your Lyft driver app to your Lyft direct MasterCard. I enjoy having two debit cards. I also was able to set up my main bank info into the Lyft direct app so I can transfer money between the two debit accounts. Would recommend getting this!

Great app from runner up pro Driver.. the app works overall well, easy to navigate around check status of your tiers, can see what perks you unlock and get info about rewards. a tap would have been. A TAP chip would be nice the physical debit card.(also slicker material) hardly use and edges peeling like ol wall paper in a flooded basement. if you ever switch phone #s and that whole thing, it is a bit to deal with getting Lyft driver back on new phone and lift direct to work, my situation new phone # , new carrier and new email / apple account a lot of ping pong will be played. I thought that the money had already been removed from my Debit Card. I didn’t have any ideal that I had a negative balance until a few hours ago. I’m a 100% Disabled Retired U S Navy Retired Chief. I didn’t work last night and today because of my medical situation from having cancer 6 times. I do plan to work tomorrow and the rest of this week and the weekend so I can repay you all the money that I owe you plus take care of a lot of other responsibilities that I need to take care of ASAP. I wish someone had explained to me about the advantages of having a Lyft Debit Card when I started working for Lyft over a year and 8 months ago. I have had some problems dealing with one of my Banks for not excepting my money that I make working for Lyft. Several times I started to quick working for Lyft because I had to use my money for my bills to buy gas a lot of times. At one time My money was going to one of my Banks and I only got paid once a week which caused me a lot of problems. I had to learn on my own about being a Lyft Driver. No one trained me on being a Lyft Driver and I don’t know any of the other Lyft Drivers. Since I get paid everything I give a Rider a rider has really been a huge Blessing for me. Lyft Driver Review from Sharonda Hickman-Broadway. I like the Lyft App Direct App because the app allows you to obtain your money as needed at any time you make money. As a Lyft Driver; I initially missed the instant Direct Deposit into my main bank at Truist at the beginning; but now all is well. You are allowed to make up to x2 withdrawals up to $300 each transaction; then you have to go to your main bank to make a deposit ; that is an inconvenience. I like that you are able to see your ride earning with each ride you drive for Lyft to tract your money. Having the app does not stop any of your earning even as the week ends. Completely unexpected 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 WOW FACTOR 5 STARS!!!. To my surprise I am over the moon with Lyft ride sharing service. I was a passenger long before I became a driver and I don’t regret it one bit!!! I started driving with Lyft about three days before the Fourth of July weekend and from that point to the Fourth of July holiday I earned triple what I anticipated. But the best part is the HUMAN WOW 🤩 FACTOR!!! Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s geography, maybe it’s people fed up with sadness and conflict, but whatever the case may be I am delighted the universe aligned me with some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met in my life. VERY RUDE. I don’t know who is in charge of training but they need to start over from ground 0. Almost every time I call support I get a rude support agent. I was trying to explain my problem and the lady told me “I’m not going to waste anymore time on this have a good day” and hung up on me. Another instance my card was suspended I called to figure out why and was told it’s because my card hasn’t been used in a while, when it’s barely been 2 weeks since my last purchase with it. She then proceeded to tell me “the card is made to use”, I told her how rude she was being and she told me to behave. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me no and hung up. Every time I have a issue and I ask to speak to a supervisor they say their isn’t one available and they’ll have one give me a call back but I never EVER receive a call back. This whole company is a joke

My opinion. I love what I do but when you pull up to someone house they cancel you get nothing an I don’t understand when you use gas to get there. Also it need to crack down on people getting upset an call on you an make a lie up to get your driver a bad review. When you done all you can. Also penalties us because we don’t want to take that long drive that’s why they have a distance to go. Also when you trying to get off line a ride come up an you don’t accept it then it hones on you not fair. Another thing the GPS does what it wants. It tells you when to turn when you already at the turn

Perfect job for me. I knew right away that this was where I needed to work. I love the freedom of choosing when I work and when I’m ready for a break or end my work day. I have given over 100 rides in the last 3 weeks and every person that got into my car was respectful and pleasant. I also got a $500 bonus immediately after finishing my 100 rides. I bought a new car several months before I started with Lyft and it’s good for this job because it averages 30 mpg. If I were choosing a car to use for Lyft, I would choose something from the extra comfort category. I look forward to driving for Lyft permanently.

Convenient payment method. I find it very convenient to use this card for Lyft purposes only. It helps me keep my expenses for my business separate from my other accounts. All on 1 card, I’m getting my earnings, paying for gas, car payment, car insurance, car wash, and anything else car or work related. 1 problem! Today I went to use the card to get gas and it told me insufficient funds!! I should have almost $200 available as of now in my account… I changed the PIN # and I know I have to call and find out what is going wrong!! Otherwise I’m happy with the card and my job

6 Months Lyft Driver. When it’s crunch time and you’re strapped for cash it could be very frustrating. Luckily, you have Lyfts platform to pull you out of that nasty rut. Simply fill out the information wait a couple days to be approved or denied. If you’re going to set yourself up make sure it’s to win. Instant earnings it’s the best part no more waiting for 1-2 weeks for what’s your$. Have a Wonderful Day and go earn your just due. Nothing will change if you don’t consistently decide to change it. It’s starts from within you.⚖️

It’s great. So it’s actually one of the better cards out of all the other cards on the same level. Now I will say this. One thing you guys don’t offer is an overdraft option. I mean all the money from us driving is coming right back t this card so you guys should try to implement some type of program. I know I do have another card that actually lets you borrow against your future earnings. But they have guidelines set up. I will list them just to see if it’s something you guys will look into. 1. You must have made at least $700 in the previous month of driving. 2. You have to make sure your earnings are set up to go directly to this card. 3. You can not have an outstanding balance. Meaning you can only take the backup plan money if you already did it and still owe money back towards it. Now this is just an idea that I’m sure more drivers would be interested in. I know for a fact with my other driving act. It came in handy a few times. And the greatest benefit for you guys is you will get your money off the top.

Why I do what I do. Driving for Lyft is asif the job was Tailored for me! I’m handy caped and can’t stand for long periods of time and I can’t walk long distance! But I can drive safely and get people home safely! My mission is to do my part in getting intoxicated people home safely and not have any wrong way drivers on our highways! It sickens me that some people out there think that they can drive home, then go the wrong way on a highway and kill people! Lyft gives me the opportunity to help do something about this issue! Your money at your fingertips.. The convenience of this card is awesome, I am a full-time Lyft driver, and I also rent from express drive. once I have covered my rental and I start to make profit, it’s so convenient to have your earnings instantly deposited into your account after a ride. I literally had 30 bucks one day and spent four hours driving happy for you know it that 30 bucks multiplied so quickly and in the fact that I can just go and purchase food or grocery shop and get cash back for every purchase is just awesome way more better then these credit card reward cards you see out here.

This is theft drivers beware.. If I could rate zero stars, I would. This is something really crazy because the spot there being thousands of reviews on this app, saying that they steal your money, they will refuse to acknowledge that they charge you twice for a lot of transactions resulting in your balance to be negative. How can your balance go negative if it’s a prepaid card anyway? If you try to buy something at the register and don’t have enough money, it will not let you buy it. You buy something at the store and it won’t will take the money immediately but later on in the night when you’re at home chilling you’ll send a notification saying your account balance is negative. When you call support, they will call you a liar and a scammer. it’s pretty obvious who’s pulling the scam do not download this app and do not use this for your pay.

My personal take on this Lyft Debit card. I love it!!! Works perfect for me and while I am using it to pay for gas, food etc,. I am also at the same time earning cash back.. all income goes straight to the debit card and i can use it instantly as well. The only thing that I was hoping to have is a faster way to transfer money to an outside bank account which I sometimes need to do in order to pay mortgage, car payment which are normally through ach transfers only. If only the transfer is a little bit faster, this will be a totally game changer.

Easy, convenient, and secure!. Finally an app for a debit card that actually matters! I’ve always had issues with my income that I received from lyft due to me having a credit union that was bipolar about express pay. Eventually I grew tired of the consistent back and forth of either it being successful and going through or having to wait an inconvenient 1-2 business days. All my earnings go directly into the debit card, and the app works just like your own personal bank account app. Glad I signed up for this form of depositing my hard earned lyft money! Plus with reward points you can earn while you spend. The list goes on.. but point is, if you’re a lyft driver, this is a no brainer. Get this!!!

Not bad. I always used to have problems saving money, but I like this feature not for the so called gas savings, which in this era of insane gas prices doesn’t make much of a difference, but mostly just to separate my bank accounts. It’s like having a second source of income and expenses than in my bank that has all sorts of bills and auto pays messing up my balance. So my regular paycheck goes to my bank and my Lyft money is separate. I love having my gig money apart. It’s never really enough to pay for an actual bill, just enough to have fun and pay for my day to day expenses

A great alternative to Lyft payouts!. I appreciate having my money available to me instantly, there are no fees for cashing out and I don’t have to send my money to the bank! The cash back on gas and fast food is helpful ( I honestly think cash back on gas percentage should be higher or a partnership with a gasoline company that saves drivers money on gas). Perhaps cash back at auto parts stores would be lovely (Lyft definitely does a number on your vehicle) I like the goal feature! I think it could be more interactive as far as setting a goal and making notes on payments into your goal. Mostly suggestions. Great alternative for Lyft payments!

Lyft Direct takes forever to return your money. Lyft direct takes forever to return your money to your account when you have pending charges. These pending charges were supposed to be refunded within a day or so but past 7 days are unacceptable. I had an incidental fee charged to my account from a hotel on November 3rd, today is the 14th. They have not cleared my money to return back and this is all Lyft Direct. The hotel already cleared the money to be sent back to my account. you’ve been worn do not use Lyft Direct business debit card. you’ve been one use your personal debit or banking card Lyft Direct customer service will not help. They will give you the runaround and some of them don’t speak proper English, where you can’t even understand them.

One Scare. Truck driver in West Memphis made me very nervous. When I picked him up he stayed the casino, exactly where app had. Then he tried to find a liquor store. I took him to the casino but he was hesitant to get out. So I stated I’m going inside. I had to go to the ladies bathroom bad. He ask weird questions like do I own a gun n do I have money on me. I stated no to the money n for my safety I lied like I had my weapon on me. I just didn’t know how to take that driver who followed to the casino n repeatedly asked me to take him back. I stated I’m a Lyft driver n you have to order rides by Lyft. I just was a little nervous but overall I love greeting riders n helping them in and out the car.

Useful and many more. I love this card. It’s easy to use and to do transfer or receive money and you can get cash back from gas stations or restaurants or shopping from the supermarkets and believe me that amount adds up really good. Most of all, when I drive for Lyft , I don’t have to worry about the ride amount or tip and the great part is ; your money is already in that card every after trip ! You don’t have to hustle with cash out from Lyft app to your bank account or wait 1-2 business day for transfer, etc. Lately I start using this card more then my own bank account card :) . Genius idea , love it, love it.

This is the best app on the market for this sorta thing but co wider the name for the love of hjf. It’s simple, easy to use, you know it’s like, to the point ya know what I mean…uhhh…DIRECT! But if I had to make one note, and even though it’s insignificant and means nothing to anybody, including me by the way, but doesn’t it bother you that ‘Lyft’ is spelled with a ‘y’ but when you got to ‘Direct’ you suddenly don’t like replacing ‘i’s with (y)s anymore? Dispute. I’ve contacted them to dispute a transaction that I didn’t authorize. I called to make a payment on a account and was asked if I wanted to keep card on file and said no and they did anyways and kept charging my card anyways and also my other account . I tried explaining this to Lyft direct and lady basically rushed me off the phone and hung up on me. Her response before hanging up on me was oh I gave them my card number ok 4 months ago that’s doesn’t mean I said reoccurring payments . If there’s a issue with my account your suppose to stop it investigate and Reimburse me. I’m a single mom who need her money back I got injured at work and was doing Lyft to keep my lights on for my kids till I get better now I’m just out of 400$ I never had to deal with this and will be closing my account
