Life changing. This app has created an effective workout routine for me during this chaotic time. It was extremely hard for me to get to the gym and find effective workouts as a beginner. This app not only has workouts that you can complete from your own home but has other guides and give you the opportunity to follow along though while at the gym! Having something like this at your fingertips is worth the purchase and it has made a HUGE impact on my overall fitness journey. I can track my water intake, choose from healthy recipes to create at home and I don’t have to plan out any specific workouts just choose my guide and begin my workouts! I’ve been using the app for a little over 3 months now and I haven’t found anything else more effective and worth my time. Each new addition to the app has made the app 10x better and I can’t wait to see what 2021 has in store for upcoming workouts. I recommend this app to any one out there who is needing that extra help with what to do while working out and how to do it. You will not be disappointed!🥳💙💪🏽

The Absolute Best Workout App there is!. Tone and Sculpt has changed my life in so many ways. Not only is tone and sculpt convenient but it is there to make your life a little easier. It plans your workouts based on what you want to improve on, it is right on schedule so you don’t miss any days, it offers amazing recipes so that you can change your diet around to accommodate your needs, and best of all you can do your gym workouts from home!!! This app has made my journey 10x better and I have never been so proud of the progress I have made. I am a nursing student and ofc my schedule is extremely busy, but when I can’t make it to the gym I have my tone and sculpt schedule ON THE GO. Working out has never been so fun until I found this app. I have recommended it to so many of my friends/family members, I will be with tone and sculpt forever!!! Can’t wait to see what the future has in store for all of us.

Awesome workouts, nutrition section lacking. I really love the structure and presentation of the workout plans. They are challenging but not over doing it. I also enjoy I can log my weights with notes and it keeps a history of what I have done. Workout plan yes, love it. Now, the nutrition portion I HATE how the shopping list is done. “Dark soy sauce 2 tbps” ???? I understand that this is how much I need for the week but this information is useless when shopping. I would prefer if it would tell me 1 bottle of soy sauce, 2 chicken breast, or even a bag of chia seeds. Telling me the grams needed does not work effectively. Also, I hate how all the produce is scattered around. Having to scroll up and done making sure I got all the vegetables I needed is annoying. If the shopping list was organized by sections it would be more user friendly. All the vegetables lump together, all the meats lumped together. That way when I’m in that section in the grocery store it’s easier for me to cross reference what I need and got. Some of the items listed my local grocery stores does not carry it. I enjoy how I can switch meals to accommodate my taste and food options available. Overall, I plan to continue using the app and I look forward to more improvements. Thanks Krissy Cela :)

SO INCREDIBLE. I just finished my first week using the app and let me just say.... I don’t like the gym. But this app makes me want to go! I LOVE having preset workouts so I don’t have to make one. I love the nutrition portion as well, there are so many options and varieties of types of food! The only thing about the nutrition portion I wish was different was being able to add any food in that’s not in the app! Other than that, I absolutely love everything about the app. You can track weights used in the gym, weight loss/maintain/gain progress, calories, and water intake. For some exercises you can choose alternate exercises, and the videos and instructions showing you how to do the exercise are awesome. Krissy herself is just incredible. So personable and receptive to user questions/concerns! I had a question regarding ab exercises and she responded to me PERSONALLY. No one else does that!! Ever! It’s so great to be apart of something where you feel the owner truly cares about each and every user and wants them to get the best out of the app. You will not regret purchasing this app.

Best program. I want to give this a 5 star review, however there is one issue that I simply can’t overlook. The app has a feature where you can “download” the workout for the day, but every time I enter my gym (spotty signal is my guess?) the app completely shuts down. It makes me log in again and then it simply loads forever and gives me an error saying my account is not valid, however when I am at home I can see everything just fine. When I first noticed this i was happy to find out about the “download” feature BUT its useless if I can access my account. Other than that this app is the best way to track all my workouts, love the trainer tips addition. I do wish the “meals” could be summed up in some way so that I can grocery shop for all of them at once instead of each day having to run to the store when im missing an ingredient. Otherwise I recommend this app for beginner, intermidiate or advanced athletes!😌❣️

Training is Great—Nutrition, not so much. I’ll start by saying the app looks great. The demonstrations for the exercises are high quality and clear, and the workouts seem good. I got the 7 Week Trial because I was intrigued by the promise of a “custom” meal plan and thus assumed the macro goals would be in line with my weight loss goal. Unfortunately upon entering my information accurately, I received a calorie goal that was one THOUSAND calories more than I am currently eating.....with a setting of weight loss. The FAQ section of the website says calorie goals could vary by geographical location....???? Not sure how that logic works. Additionally, the cooking instructions are pretty vague, and when the ingredient list doesn’t include things like oil and the steps then call for it, it makes me wary about whether those calories are included in the count for the meal. I feel fortunate I know enough to recognize these drawbacks, but I’d hate to see other women disappointed with their results because the nutrition portion of the app is seriously flawed. I hope this helps future development of the app.

Personal training at fraction of the cost!. This app offers you the guidance, knowledge, and challenge of having a personal trainer but at a far more affordable price and with the freedom to train when you want to. After stepping into a gym for the first time in twelve years, I needed some help to feel confident that I was getting an effective workout (not just hitting the treadmill) and using all the machines and weights correctly. Tone and Sculpt has been my secret weapon to get in the gym and not waste any time trying to figure out what to do or how to do it. Time is of the essence when you have two hours of child care and kids to pick up from school! I’m seeing such quick results with the 3 days a week program and love how easy it is to add little extra workouts to my weekly calendar for the days that I’m not in the gym. Another huge plus is the ability to swap an exercise with something you like better that will still target the same muscle group. Love, love, love this app!

Always something new!!. I love this app!! I first started following Krissy Cela on Instagram because I liked the workouts that she would post. I then decided to take it to the next level and purchase the app and so have to say that I’ve loved it ever since!! This is a great app to use and get your workout on!! It never disappoints!! There’s always something new, new workouts, new challenges, new recipes!! I LOVE IT!! I love that it gives you a workout schedule for the week and that motivates me to actually work out! The community that comes with joining this app is amazing!! This has been the only workout app that I’ve been able to stick to (and believe me I have a lot of workout apps in my phone that I do not use cause they don’t give me the motivation that Tone and Sculpt does) and I can’t say it anymore than I’ve already have but...I LOVE THIS APP!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I started using T& S after Krissy’s FB challenge in August/Sept. I stopped going to the actual gym since the pandemic hit and transitioned to working out at home but I was getting bored with the workouts I was doing so I joined Krissy’s fb group and soon after downloaded this app. I love how easy it is to use! You can pick a guide and it will add the workouts to your weekly planner. There are guides for home and gym 👏🏾. She also demonstrates each exercise and goes over proper form as well. They have other awesome features as well such as tracking your water intake, meals, as well as progress photos. Recently they added audio where you can actually hear your trainer walk your through the workout! So nice. Now they have made the app even BETTER by adding a new trainer Danyele so we get even more variety/options with our workouts and the best part about all of this is that its so CHEAP! I used to pay $149/mo for my gym membership now I pay less than that for the whole year! 💙💙💙 so glad I took a chance to try something new!

Best workout app on the market!!. I’ve spent a good half of my life doing cardio, spin, and attempting ab workouts. I was always reluctant about strength training because I didn’t know where to start, and I didn’t want my body to look like a body builders. Then, I decided I really wanted to learn how to get lean and tone using weights, so I downloaded tone and sculpt after finding Krisy on Instagram. This app is hands down the best workout app out there. I’ve tried many, but this one is the best. You can select “home” or “gym” - I selected gym because I wanted to get familiar with machines, and it has built my confidence with weight training SO MUCH. The app targets exactly the right areas, and has such a variety with workouts. On your days off, you can select the “+” button and search through target workouts, 15 min workouts, etc. if you want to keep working on something specific. It’s very user friendly, and the workouts are challenging but doable and you learn so much all while building strength, and getting better everyday. This app is amazing. I’ve had my on and off cycle with the gym, but this app offers workouts that keep you coming back for more because you feel/see the results. The meal ideas on the app are also very feasible, and attainable in the kitchen. So much ease and variety! I will be a life long member of tone and sculpt. Thank you tone and sculpt team for building the best app out there!

Pretty good. I like how many options there are within this app. I’ve just started using it and I’m still discovering more each time I open it! So far I do have two negative comments: 1. I wish there were more options to change out a workout move that you don’t want to do or don’t have the equipment for. The workouts are not very malleable. There are some moves I just really don’t enjoy (or can’t do because my gym doesn’t have chairs to use??) and the options are really limited on what you can exchange a move for. This has resulted in me skipping a couple moves in various workouts because I’m not sure what to replace them with on my own and I wish there were more suggestions readily available. 2. I also wish there were better options for the meal planning. I have a gluten allergy (so not just a preference for whether I eat meat or not 🙄). It would be cool to use the prefill meal option, but the one time I tried literally half of the prefills were something with bread, which I generally avoid because gluten free bread is kind of meh. I clicked on the double arrows to replace it and found that a huge number of the meals have gluten products as part of the recipe. Sorting through all the meal options would be way easier if they had the option to exclude gluten, which is a very common allergy.

The BEST decision Ive EVER made for my health. I’m still amused every morning by how much I love and need this app in my daily routine. Krissy has changed my idea/way of thinking about what a healthy lifestyle is. She works hard everyday to implement the idea that YOU are the most valuable person in this world. You and only YOU can do at least one thing every day to become a better, happier and healthier version of yourself. Theres no magic spell that will make you “look” and feel healthy. What is truly magical is how showing up and being consistent every day for the rest of your life will do to your physical and mental health. This app will help you thrive and become a individual who is truly content with your life because you know you’re doing what best for you. This makes staying consistent more doable than ever!. I have been using the tone and sculpt app for a month and a half now and the time has flown by! I have made progress and WORKED OUT 4 TIMES/WEEK FOR A MONTH AND A HALF! I’m never that consistent, and it hasn’t even been hard to keep up with. The app breaks down the weeks and days in a way that is easy to stay on top of. There are new moves and goals for me every week and I really love it. The challenges push me every time. I also love that there are rest days, because after a hard workout sometimes I need one—and that’s okay! I always pretend Krissy is there in the room with me working out because it feels like she really is! This app, community, and her story are very inspiring and keep me going even when I feel tired. This whole community and app combined work so well for me to keep on track. I also always listen to krissy’s inspiring message on Instagram for some extra motivation and relatability, to know that we really are all in this together and we can crush it!

No excuses now!!. I don’t really know where to start. I’ve been working out for a year but planning work outs has always been so time consuming. I was previously getting workouts from IG female fitness account but was never 100% if I was doing enough for a warm up or the right combination of exercises for what I wanted to target. There is literally NO GUESSING at what you should do. The short videos as amazing and if you’re still unsure you can review the steps. PLUS there are alternative exercises if you have an injury or don’t have the right equipment. I personally think the app is easy to use and I haven’t experienced the issues that others have mentioned. Also, I find my workout are now shorter by 10-15 minutes because of how streamlined the workouts are. Solid sweaty workout in 50 minutes? YES PLEASE! I just finished week 1 and I know I will keep going. This app just made keeping yourself accountable 500 times easier

Best App Ever!. I’ve tried many apps before the T&S, but none of them really satisfied me. Not to mention how expensive they were, and it wasn’t even worth it the price! One day, looking around Instagram I found Krissy’s profile, and started to try some of her workouts. When I’ve realized that she had an app, I immediately downloaded it and loved it since day 1! The workouts are always so challenging and different, and never boring. The Sculpt It phase is absolutely my favorite program, but also the Home and Gym workouts are great! This app really is really for everyone, no matter at what level you may be in your journey. It also has a great meal plan—easy, affordable and delicious! Another thing that I really love about the app is the forum where everybody can post motivational posts, transformations pics, or simply questions. I love to see how many women, from every part of the world, come all together and support each other! 💙 If you are looking for a great trainer and a good workout program, this is the app for you!

An Update or a Downgrade?. I’m so disappointed. I truly love(d) this app and have had since a month or so after it released. I stuck with it and lost a significant amount of weight following. The thing I enjoyed most was how simple and straightforward it was. This update completely ruined that. For one, I don’t understand how there are more steps than before to get to the app’s core function: workout guides. It’s based around the gym and home versions, yet those two guides are buried at the bottom of the Workouts page titled “Other Guides.” Huh?? Everything seems so clunky now. It used to be easy to pull up in the gym last minute, even if the app wasn’t already open. A couple of clicks and I’d know exactly what to do. Now I have to shuffle through a few pages just to get to the same spots, and everything is so busy that it makes the experience less enjoyable. I know Krissy cares about this app and has put a lot of time into it, but this overhaul just didn’t hit the mark. I love what it was and am willing to stick around for a little while longer for her team to figure out a more user-friendly update. That being said, I really hope it happens quick because for the monthly fee I’d like to be happy with what I’m getting.

Great so far, minor flaws. So far the app is very good. I’m excited that it’s all I’ve ever needed in one app. The exercises, the meals, and trackers. It would be great if we can keep track of our macros and calories the way we can track our water intake. Not sure if I just can’t find that function lol. Another thing, idk if it’s the high volume of traffic and downloading but the app is so slow in loading sometimes and after all the waiting it tells me to close the app and try again. It’s very frustrating and a mood killer when I’m trying to do something at the gym or while cooking and I can’t just start. A final thing would be that my music stops when playing a demonstration. I wouldn’t mind as much if when I closed the demo, my music comes back but it doesn’t do that either. So if the development team could some how keep the music going or at least have it keep playing once demo is closed, that would be great. Thanks. Great app! Looking forward to updates.

Tone & Sculpt. This app has been in constant use for over 6wks now. I loooove the programs available, the diversity, and the community! You can tell the workouts were perfectly thought out by both coaches. I especially enjoy the fact that you can follow a program (home or gym), or just choose a workout that benefits an area you want that day. If I had to suggest a workout app, this would be it! My only complaint keeping it from receiving 5 stars is the fact that not one of the Conditioning workouts will complete without a glitch. Those specific workouts always close out and restart the whole process once you get to the Finisher. It wouldn’t be so bad if there was a way to jump to where you were but, such is not the case. Even if you close the application and bring it back up, the in-process workout will either be in the wrong place, completely gone, or the app itself will shutdown. If you’re able to look past that, I’d say give it a try.

Great app, and keeps getting better!. Finally a fitness app that does (almost) everything! Love the app, and the fact that Krista takes feedback from these reviews and other sources to keep improving. Personally, I mainly use for the workouts and not so much the nutrition, however, if I find myself hitting a wall on the food front her meal plan is great for inspiration! The workouts aren’t quite as intense as what I’ve done while using other programs (I attribute that to fewer exercises, not them being “easy”), but the body blasters and/or target area workouts are great if you feel like you’re needing a little something extra. For those saying there’s not enough variation and/or they don’t enjoy following the same workout for 4/5 weeks at a time, I have never worked with a trainer or purchased a program that didn’t utilize a similar structure for a period of at least three weeks. I’d be concerned if this wasn’t the case. How do you measure your progress if you’re constantly doing different workouts?

Great Variety, Wonderful Tools For Tracking. By far my favorite workout app! A wide variety of workouts to fit all needs, from beginner to advanced, from home-based to full gym guides. With verbal and video cues to ensure you are properly executing the ever air. Everything from weightlifting, stretching, LISS and HIIT cardio, EMOM and AMRAP. And it’s always adding new workouts and challenges you you aren’t repeating the same routine! There are also workouts if you’re short on time so it really is a go anywhere / do anytime option. I also like how you can track your weights on certain exercises - great to track lifting PRs and improvements. There are also alternate exercises for those who need adaptations or alternatives. Will continue to use this app have seen amazing progress helps keep me on track and stay motivated. There is meal tracker portion to the app which is easy to follow and it’s nice to have everything in one place. Five Stars all day!

Honestly the Best all Around!. I have been following Krissy’s journey since pretty early on and she is so inspiring! (Don’t let that think this will bias my review) the app itself is amazing. It provide not only a multitude of plans to follow that fit your needs i.e. a home, gym, and other options that you can fit into your planner to choose from. I like the flexibility, tone and sculpt really give you no excuse. There’s also meal planning and a community that’s all around the best! The environment that the app creates is so warm and welcoming. My experience personally with the app is that I started once gyms closed and was in need of a way to stay motivated from home and It’s been a god send! I got my friends on it and we would do the home program over zoom! I’m currently doing the sculpt program, and it’s a real kicker. I have my boyfriend on it now too since winter is here! Overall I love the app, the community, and the ease of staying accountable. If you are having second thought just try it and I know you will fall in love!

This app gets me excited to workout. Honestly, I have never felt the need to post a review before. But in this case I believe that this app deserves it. I have been fairly healthy for the past few years however I’ve fallen into a bit of a plateau and felt lost in my goals. The Tone and Sculpt app have brought back my motivation and each workout is comprehensive but challenging and IVE already been seeing results despite being on week 7 out of 48!! The availability of so many weeks in advance is such a draw too bc as a competitive person it makes me want to get them all done. If you’re on the fence about this app vs another fitness app then I would ABSOLUTELY choose this one. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is that the cooking directions and the workout reps are sometimes a bit vague (e.g. “cook salmon” with no other directions or “30 reps” without specifying each side or in total) but also the nutrition guide is really helpful and I’ve been using it for suggestions of foods to try or as an idea of how to plan my meal schedule and prep!

Favorite fitness app!!!. I’ve been following Krissy for a few years now and got her app when it launched. I’ve been loving it ever since! I’m so impressed by the features it had initially and the fact that they are constantly adding more and updating the app! Krissy has been one of my main inspirations when starting my fitness journey so I knew her app would be great. I’ve subscribed to a couple different apps before and nothing compares! It’s so easy to use and I love the layout. The nutrition section is so helpful and the recipes I’ve tried have been delicious. I can appreciate all the available workout options to follow as well since quarantine has started! I’m also so excited that there is a new trainer so I’ve been having so much fun trying out new styles of workouts from Danyele. Thank you to the Tone and Sculpt team for creating my favorite fitness and lifestyle app!!! Can’t wait to see what’s to come :)

Love this app!. Honestly, I’ve been following Krissy for a year, I almost got the app when it first came out but her free work outs were doing well enough for em that I thought it’d be a waste of money. Nay Nay ladies, the app is a whole different level it keeps you accountable. It helps you keep track of water, diet, and the voice over while you work out makes transitions so smooth and it effectively makes your body ache in all the good ways. And then!!!! There’s the community which is so amazing, love to see everyone’s transformations and that questions do really get answered by tone and sculpt team My only problem is the diet area, this could use a bit more work, I’ve been using it mainly as a guide but I can’t follow the recipes and a lot of the time it won’t give me all the ingredients I’ll need on the “shopping list” area but it has also given me really nice recipe ideas that I just look up on the web for better directions.

Best app for someone so picky like me!. I will be completely honest, I have bought A LOT of guides, tried a variety of apps for their free trials and I never stuck with any of them because they just weren’t for me. I got gifted the Tone and Sculpt app last year for my birthday and I decided to give it a chance and I am so impressed by it!! I absolutely love that you can track your weight which is HUGE for me because I am always wanting to progress with my lifts. I also love the variety of programs such as gym, home & the sculpt it guide for more quick and effective workouts. Now a new trainer, Danyele Wilson joined the team and her training style is so athletic and intense that I am even more hooked and have started her program. I love that Krissy allowed another athlete on because it does give variety to absolutely everyone who uses this app. For all that it gives, it is definitely worth the cost and more. Krissy pours her heart into this app and she’s unlike the rest of the trainers who are just looking for generic apps to give their followers to gain money and more “fame”. This app is the real deal I am telling you! Give it a try because I am so glad my picky self did ;)

I like it but.... I like the app as a whole and I love what Krissy has done and I also very much appreciate the hard work she has put into this ! I think the workouts are great and there is a lot of variation of workouts and lots to choose from BUT I personally follow the vegan meal plan and I’m saddened by the choices of food one of the options being vegan chicken bought from the store (which some even has egg white so it’s not 100% vegan or available in the US). To me a healthy lifestyle includes not eating processed already made foods so that makes me upset about buying the annual subscription. I more than anything bought this for food guidance but am slightly disappointed. But there’s always room for improvement so I’m hoping she and her team take this into consideration! Update: a week later..really not encouraged to follow the meal plan at all as the food simply isn’t appetizing and it’s SO plain it’s mainly just a vegan burger patty you buy at a store, broccoli, and sweet potato. I could’ve come up with that on my own :/ so every day i end up doing something different than what the app says and I’m upset i spent $100 for an app I don’t open/use except to hope there’s something new

Obsessed. I am in love with this app!! Not only does this app provide endless amounts of workouts for all levels but it also has healthy recipes for each meal and an amazing community to help keep you motivated!! I love how you are able to change what program you want (sculpt it or gym guide) and within each workout, it tells you what muscle group you are working and how to perform the exercise correctly. Also, if you can’t do a certain exercise due to injury or not having certain machines at home, you can switch out exercises that work the same muscle group. It’s hands down one of the best apps out there!! Do yourself a favor and start using it. For those of you that want to build a bigger, rounder booty...this app has soooo many amazing booty workouts!!! The app has workouts that are 15 minutes long if you are in a hurry but want to get a quick burn on. THE BEST. I have never written a review before and felt the need to for this app. I have a very busy schedule and half the battle to get to the gym is knowing what I’m going to do at the gym. This app is it. You select a program (lots to pick from) and it does everything else. Not feeling that workout or couldn’t make it that day, no worries you can rearrange your “planner” by simply swiping the workouts around or even adding a work out you wanted to try not in your program. I have never loved an app more and highly recommend to anyone wanting to workout at all experiences as they have beginner to advance along with home, gym and barre workouts. There is simply something for everyone and keeps expanding and growing, takes suggestions, recommendations and simply i could not be happier! It has grown my confidence in and out of the gym.

Great app. Granted I’ve only been using this app for a week I’m very impressed and love it so far. Signed up with the free trail however I’ll probably pay the subscription! I’ve tried a lot of fitness apps and this is by far the easiest and most appealing to me. I’m very picky about layout and function of fitness apps I use and I have to say I like this a lot! I love the weekly calendar function! It’s so easy to add or remove workouts! I like that you can just drag and drop to the day you want. Also great that you can add multiple workouts for one day! There are many programs to choose from depending on what you are looking for. I like that the app will ask you if you want to pause your program to join a challenge they have going on. Awesome feature! Grateful they have vegan option for the nutrition section. Not a lot of fitness apps are accommodating to this diet! Only con as some people have mentioned is there aren’t many options to swap out some exercises if I’m unable to do due to limited equipment or movements I just don’t like doing. Add a bigger database to choose from and this will be a 5 star app!!

Not so thrilled about this app anymore... At first I really liked this app, super easy to navigate, easy to follow workouts, overall it ran smoothly. But towards the end of my first year using it, it started lagging. Would freeze often during my workout and/or take a long time to load the workout. I meant to cancel my subscription after the year but it renewed automatically so I decided to give it another chance. And now, I cannot wait till the end of this subscription year so I can cancel it.. the bugs have gotten worse, often shutting off and logging me out during workouts which is frustrating because it then takes a long time to log in because it freezes/ stays on the loading screen for a while causing me to stand there waiting.. in fact, as I write this during my workout downtime, it JUST froze and logged me out! Thank god I was smart enough to screen shot the workouts this time, because I knew that eventually it would happen again. I’ve updated this app whenever they came out with a new update but I see little to no improvements.. it seems to get worse.

Familia Forever. Tone and Sculpt has it all! Different trainers with their own programs at all levels, balanced and delicious recipes, and an entire community who has your back. I’ve been a subscriber for a year and just renewed my subscription for another year because I love everything this app has to offer. I love the community challenges that push you to limits you didn’t know you had in you. I love that I’ve met friends for life all over the world. I love that the trainer and coach genuinely care about the women in this community and want us to be the best version of ourselves. I’ve been able to teach myself discipline while gaining confidence and a love for myself all because I’ve been encouraged to do it for me. If you’ve been wondering what the hype is about, then this is your message to download the app and become a part of the familia!

Love it! One change I would make. I love the variety of types of programs in this app, and the customization of whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced! For years I’ve been doing mainly body-building/power building workouts with no cardio but this app is really helping me to transition to functional/endurance training but still maintaining that strength training I love! I also love the workouts you can do outside of the programs and the challenges that range from one day to weeks. The warm-up, recovery and mobility stretches/workouts are a great addition, something I wish other apps would’ve included that I had used before. I don’t use the nutrition feature much but I have saved some recipes I’d like to try in the future. The cons I’d say are the glitches that may take place mid workout that kick you out of the app or the weights you input save for the wrong workout, or they’re not saved from the last time you worked out. One addition I think would be great is potentially an indicator or suggestion of how much weight we can attempt to go up in for the next workout if we hit our weight goal for a particular workout. For example, I hit all prescribed amount of reps with the weight I have for squats (135lbs 3x10), it’d be cool if the app would suggest what percentage we should go up to now (136lb-140lb next time). I hope that makes sense, but overall I really enjoy this app and I'm actually seeing results, and I'm not overly fatigued.

Fantastic app and leaders!. I’ve been using the tone & sculpt app for 2 years and now EvolveYou. The leaders are so active with the members providing additional workout content, mobility, and live recorded sessions that are available through the app or their Instagram accounts. Even with herniating the same cluster of discs twice consecutively over two years, the workouts have been able to help me recovery, stay consistent, and make noticeable improvements in my overall health and mood. The content creators facilitate a growth and grace environment teaching its members how to grow in their own fitness goals, move their bodies, and give themselves grace when our bodies are feeling “off” My only complaint which the team has been incessantly tackling is the app tends to crash without access to the workout, or sign the profile out. However, these technical issues are quickly rectified with a quick email to the team and they get you back up and running fairly quickly.

A Personal Trainer I Can Afford. I am so happy to finally have made the decision to try the free trial and end up subscribing to this app.I am on week three of the workouts and I really started by taking it easy and only doing three workouts a week and then if I was feeling a little bolder or had more energy adding some workouts on throughout my week. Although I am only on week three I have been noticing changes in my body and my progress photos have confirmed that. The video that goes along with the work out really helps me to make sure that I’m getting the right form, the audio lets me know when to continue going, the built-in timers, and 1 million other features that this app has make it amazing. I love that I have the opportunity to now choose between two different trainers if I want a different experience. On top of all of that there is direct contact with this amazing community where all the participants are always so supportive and helping each other out and the customer service is always there to answer or encourage or help. So happy with this 🙌🏼

Please get this app.. Y’all.. I’ve bought so many ebook programs from so many Instagram athletes that I used to follow and love.. and all those programs sucked to say the least. I could not stick to any of them. This app is by far the best thing that I’ve ever spent money on. Krissy and Melissa are my favorite Instagram athletes I follow. I used to work as a personal trainer in a gym long ago, so I’m not a beginner and I can confidently say this app is for ALL levels of fitness. This app is extremely user friendly. You can pick programs based on gym or home, level of experience, etc. the plans are all laid out for you, and each workout is EXTREMELY easy to follow! (When I say easy I mean organization, easy to switch out workouts, and demonstrations for everything- not easy workout lol). It’s like the trainer you chose is right there working out with you. The community is wonderful. The nutrition portion is really great! Everything is just perfect. I cannot think of anything that needs improvement. You can note in your weights, you can pick alternative workouts with a click of a button (without moving from page to page. So no distractions at all!). I’m now just waiting for krissy to add in a pre and post natal program!!! Thank you for this wonderful app; it truly keeps getting better and better. I love the new trainers and the wide variety of workout styles. There is something for everyone. I cannot see myself ever not using it. I’m a subscriber for life y’all!

Room for improvement. I love the concept the app and wanted to support our main girly Krissy, BUT it fell short for me. The workout videos were a nice touch, but the written instructions were full of typos or hard to understand, or in one case was just for the wrong exercise. It’s important to note that Krissy isn’t a certified trainer, nor does the app seem to indicate a certified trainer is doing the programming. The nutrition function was dreadful, despite the fact that Krissy has hired a nutritionist for this. Super basic “meat, carb, side of veg” meals you definitely don’t need inspiration to come up with. The instructions were bare “cook the fish, cook the rice” without any real timelines or instructions, and the measurements don't translate for us U.S. girls, so have fun buying things by the gram. I think for the recipe section to be more user friendly there should be better instructions, more interesting meal ideals, and a “meal prep” option. As it is the “do it for me” meal plan button gives you a total of 21 recipes and a baffling 80+ item shopping list for one week. With some changes I think this app could be really amazing, but there are still too many functional kinks for me to really use at this point. Maybe I’ll try again sometime down the line!

Used to love it. I used to love this app. I never looked at the meal plans, but I loved the workout gym guide. It was easy to follow and straightforward. However, it recently updated, and the new version frustrates me so much, unfortunately I’ll be unsubscribing. It stinks because I used to ADORE this app. But there’s simply too much going on now, it’s complicated to follow and navigate, and I can no longer skip around during my workout- which really stinks if you go to a busy gym and you have to rearrange the exercises a bit to work with free/busy equipment. Another thing I noticed since the upgrade is the app doesn’t work very well. It takes quite a while for it to load, and it frequently freezes, or it takes forever for the little workout demo video to load. This also became very frustrating after the first couple of gym sessions where I found myself just standing around like a dummy waiting for this app to load. I adore Kristen, and this app really has potential. The old version remains the best workout app I’ve ever used. But with how frustrating and complicated to navigate the new update is, it’s simply not worth the monthly subscription price anymore.

Okay soooo me and my sister Soleil just started this app..... So I have commitment issues with purchases and subscriptions so it’s taken me a while to decide to get this app. I’ve been watching Krissy on Instagram for some time now and I have loved her workouts and her personality so much. She always keeps it real and makes everyone feel so included in our journeys with her own! So a couple days ago I decided that I was 100% sure that this was the app for me and Krissy was the trainer for me. I did the intermediate subscription for the year and we did our first workout!! OMG her app is soooo easy to use! I was nervous about having a mobile trainer but it’s perfect! She motivates you with the timer but also has backup workouts if your not quite capable just yet of the workout she’s showing you. I am super sore and feeling so good about my decision! So excited for core night tonight! Thank you Krissy and Tone and Sculpt!

It's Amazing. I'm gonna keep my review simple and to the point. This app is simply amazing. I've been a follower of Krissy Cela since years ago when she. was just beginning to get things started; even bought one of her pdf gym guides. To see her transform and grow is amazing and to see that she came up (and with the help of her great team ofc) this incredible app is mind blowing. The app allows you to be so flexible with fitness and organized. You choose the program plan you want, 3 days or 5 days, add challenges/extra workouts, add stretches, have a full layout planner of your week that you can change even if the day comes and u change your mind on doing that workout. The nutrition has many options to choose from like you will never be bored and the snacks are so good and simple. The community is so welcoming and there is a forum where u can chat amongst other users and motivate one another. Also, a grea feature is being able to hit the button "mark workout complete" if sometimes you don't plan on tracking weights and just wanna glide thru the workout. The app is perfect and budget friendly. I've never kept any workout app i downloaded in the past because i just didn't truly like any; except for the Tone and Sculpt app. I definitely will never be unsubscribing. Thank you to Krissy and the entire team for creating a perfect app that is sooo helpful❤️

Fantastic Workout Guidance. This app is incredible for all levels of fitness, beginner to advanced. One of the main reasons I started using the app was to know in advance, each week, what workouts I needed to do in order to get where I wanted to go. I no longer have to spend hours planning out my workouts, they are done for me. Plus, I can always add challenges or unique workouts each week when I feel I need to be pushed more in certain areas. Really this has given me a relaxed and non-stressful outlook on fitness, to view it more of a lifestyle. The app encourages you to move every day, and in the long run this has helped me mentally and physically with stress, anxiety, my body outlook, endurance, confidence, and more. I would highly recommend this app for anyone really looking to change up your fitness game, or find more structure. Either way, you’ll be gaining a large community and family by taking the plunge and downloading it :)

Good workouts but extremely glitchy. I’ve been using the Sweat app for 7 years which works extremely well and is very intuitive. I tried this app out because I wanted to try makayla’s program which I’ve been enjoying. What I don’t like is a lot of the actual functions of the app. When I start a workout or am in between sections I don’t like that you have a five second countdown - I’ve started the workout so let me go to it. The timers glitch in between stretches. The voiceovers don’t sound on the second round of warm up or cool down. The sound for the end of tests can’t always be heard. You can’t skip a section of the workout if maybe you can’t do the exercise that day for some reason - instead you have to swipe through a million exercises to get to the end. In the sweat app you can choose skip this set OR you can choose to end the workout and it will still make it as complete if you want to. This is important because maybe you had to end your workout early for some unforeseen reason. If I suddenly don’t have time to dot the last excercise I don’t want to have to spend a minute swiping through a million things just to have it marked as complete. Or maybe I want to do my own cool down instead of the one provided. You can’t mark your workout as ended. Overall workouts are good but I hate how the app functions.

Love this app. I LOVE this app. I’ve tried BBG and Madeline Moves and by and large prefer this one. It’s cheaper than Madeline moves but with a ton more options and far more customizable and a significantly better user interface. I had the original BBG pdf (not the sweat app, never tried that). I also tried FBG by anna victoria, but still prefer tone and sculpt. Due to the pandemic I’ve switched to the home guide on T&S and actually think I like it better than the gym guide! It’s not repetitive at all over weeks (unlike bbg) and there’s a huge variety of exercises that change from week to week. I wish there were other options for the warm up (it’s skipping/jogging/incline walking regardless of whether it’s upper or lower body day) but thats the only complaint i have. Love the timer, love that you can change reps or switch exercises and record weights. I don’t really use the meal planning but it’s nice for people who do use it!

Life changing. I’ve been following Krissy since way before Tone&Sculpt and even though I wasn’t even into working out back then, I just loved her energy. She’s such a sincere, genuine person who never has given up on herself or her dreams. You can feel that in every aspect of this app. Her and her team truly care about women and fitness and mental health in way that not many, if any, other fitness trainers can claim. Her transparency about her weaknesses are as inspiring as her showcasing her strengths. She truly makes you feel part of the familia. This community has changed the entire way I view fitness and life in general. I don’t get down on myself if I miss a workout because it’s about the lifestyle and the continued commitment not about killing yourself every single day. I make fitness work for me and my life and that wouldn’t have been possible without Krissy and the app! I recommend Tone and Sculpt to everyone I speak to about fitness. I’ve gotten my best friend, a few work friends and my mom and her boss all using Tone and Sculpt! You all are the best!!

Awesome app for consistency and self motivation. I’ve been following Krissy for years now, she has some awesome free workouts on her IG. With the covid lockdown regulations I had to find a way to motivate myself to continue working out from home. Purchased the app and I have been consistently working out all of quarantine. It’s so easy to track your progress and honestly the app is beyond resourceful, it has targeted workouts, timed workouts, and it even includes recipes and nutrition where you can track macros. You can use the plan given to you or you can custom tailor your workouts on the app planner (hello organization!) by choosing your favorite workouts. The planner has to be my favorite part because I know if I plan ahead and schedule my workouts in to my week I am 99% more likely to keep to it than if I just wing it. I love the variety of the workouts (gym,home,hiit) and ease of use, and to make it better the team works so hard to keep customers happy that inquiries are responded to within a day. Love this app recommend it to all of my girlfriends. Thanks T&S!

New Physique Who Dis. This app has truly changed my physique. Before the app, I went to the gym not knowing how to structure my workouts and didn’t know what I was doing. However, this app changed that. It gives you structured workouts with plenty of guides to choose from, along with other challenges to do as well. The app also customizes your meals and helps you track calories/water intake. I’ve never seen such better results before. I feel SO much stronger and I have been able to push myself SO much more harder when I use this app. And boy oh boy the workouts are challenging. I use the gym guide and I can always see what my heaviest weight was in previous sessions with the weight tracker history. So this allows me to be on track and makes me push myself when I add more weights on each week. This app is remarkable. I’ve been able to successfully progressive overload with this app. 10/10 recommendation!

What You’d Expect From Krissy Cela…. This app is absolutely amazing. Ive been using it for about two years now. I found Krissy on instagram and followed her in 2017. I was a big fan so decided to try her app. It was great when it first launched, and it continues to get better. The price hasn’t changed and they continue to add different exercise groups and instructors: barre, strength training, yoga, hiit, hybrid of gym and running, etc!! Talk about bang for your buck. These days, there are many fitness apps but this one stands out. Love the recipes and the programs. Love that you can track your weights and focus on progressive overload. I love the diversity of the programs and of the coaches. I love the community and the focus on personal growth instead of numbers and toxic fitness culture. They have plenty of home workouts and pre recorded instructed classes within the app so you still have a ton of options even if you're too intimidated to go to the gym. I could never be consistent in working out until I joined this app! I expected nothing less than a stellar fitness app from Krissy Cela and her team and will be a lifelong user.

In love with the app!. I love everything about the app! I do have a few recommendations to make it even better! There is a nutritional tab in the app which has SO many yummy recipes. I think it’d be a nice addition to be able to set certain macro goals! I’d also love to be able to set my rest days for my plan. Yes, you can move everything around but it’d be nice to be able to go in and pick so I don’t have to move things around each week. I’m going the gym guide with Krissy and Mondays are quads and calves but I like doing glutes and hamstrings on Monday. With that being said I think it’d be nice if we could set a day for those as well. Again, you can move everything around but it would be awesome to go in and click on Glutes and Hamstrings then be able to click a day of the week! Obviously these are not necessary fixes but it would just make things a smidge easier. I’m obsessed with the app! The workouts, the challenges, the layout. It’s perfect. Best app I’ve ever seen and used. Okay so I never write reviews... but felt this one deserved it. I am a health and fitness coach myself who also does body building competitions. I am now reversing and have been missing the consistency but still wanting the option to be flexible. I’ve been looking at other apps lately but nothing quite had what I wanted and all the features I needed. I’ve been following Krissy for years now and I never thought to give it a shot until now. Saying this app is amazing is an understatement. They have everything and it’s SO simple. I was tired of using my fitness pal for years and this app is just so easy to switch things out. It makes things fun and interactive. Never giving this app up. Only thing I wish it had more of is trainers and more workout options for advid gym goers. Like more weight training workouts. But I’m sure that’ll come with time. The other thing is I wish they had/ hope they eventually add an overview of all the macros added up for the entire day. Rather than each meal. They put the total calories, but not the total macros. Also that we could add an extra snack if we wanted.

Workouts great. App could use improvements.. I’ve been using the app for about 6 weeks now and I really enjoy every workout I’ve done. The videos and explanations helped me understand quickly what I need to do. I also love how I can track progress with weights week over week. Now, room for improvement: the app takes a while to load sometimes which is annoying. Also, I like timing my workouts but it seems that once it exceeds 60 minutes, it resets. Now for food: it’s a little cumbersome choosing meals for each meal of the week. She gives you the option to automatically set it, but the meals are so different, it doesn’t plan for bulk cooking. Also, the shopping list doesn’t combine items—for example, if two recipes call for almond milk, almond milk shows up twice on the list. So it’s not actually very useful when you are at the super market. But I really enjoy the app and the content produced. I even like the articles—I wish she had more. I’m learning a lot and I feel stronger, which is what’s most important to me!

Workout planner ness to be more user friendly. I’ve absolutely loved this app and the workouts! The workouts are challenging without being too much, and fun and constantly changing. My only problem is that the workout planner is NOT intuitive at all and it is extremely difficult to actually schedule things where you want to, especially if you get off track. I have multiple weeks where I was lazy and only did 2-3 of my scheduled workouts, and I would like to now just go back and start doing those. I did one of them yesterday, and was forced to shift my guide forward because there is no longer a “mark complete” option. Now I don’t have any workouts scheduled until the end of May? Why the heck would I have wanted to shift THAT far forward? It’s ridiculous. Why so complicated? I don’t want to start anything over, just go back and make up the workouts that I missed. The planner function just needs and overhaul, it’s been really frustrating.

Great variety, consistent updates and all round helpful!. If you’re looking for a fitness app that caters to all strength levels from beginner to advanced, variety of work outs whether that be gym or home based and different challenges to keep your fitness journey exciting then this is it! This has been not only a great tool to provide a variety of options to help my fitness but also educate me throughout the whole process. There is always great improvements on the app which is exciting but also allowing you to customise and try new things is a big plus.

Misleading advertising. I tried to sign up for the 7-day trial and got charged immediately for the subscription. I know the app requires users to choose their subscription beforehand, but when you advertise free trial, at least give your customers time to have a try at the app before suddenly charging them without having them known what they’re up for. I tried to look for support information on your website but all was non-existent and tell me to refer back to Google instead. Unhelpful!

The Bomb Dot Com. I LOVE this app, there is so much variety and flexibility in the different workouts and plans. It is easy to swap exercises out that don’t work for you and easy to track progress. One of my favourite features is being able to play my own music throughout my workout and it will just speak over it when it needs to (or you can put it on silent). Would highly recommend especially for those wanting some motivation to workout from home!

My pocket PT 💙. I’ve followed Krissy for years, even when she only had a few thousand followers. To see her grow and make such an amazing app for so many people is amazing and inspiring! It’s so easy to use, I like that you can plan your week and move things around with ease. The recipes are super easy and so cheap to make. There’s multiple guides to choose from depending on your goals so it’s tailored to you! It for me through lockdown earlier this year and still a big part of my fitness journey now. Grateful for you krissy you’re the best!

Easy to follow. I hadn’t had much confidence for the gym and preferred group fitness as you had someone there to show you the routine. When I started this program it was so easy to follow and I just put my head tones on and did my work out. The meals so far have been amazing and after 2 weeks I can already start seeing results!

Gratitude. I'm astounded by my personal success developing a personal program for myself with help from Krissy. I'm hypermobile and cannot do all exercises. If a joint moves outside of a normal range of movement, I don't tend to feel any pain until something pops or tears. I've been in no hurry to go for a gym membership or attempt many suggested programs... Until now. I've made purchases, joined everything I can as a huge thank you to their team and self effort. This is just incredible.. Take it from the laziest person you could ever possibly meet, this app shows you EVERYTHING. It even describes the little things people always talk about at the gym but you low key have no idea what they mean and you’re too embarrassed to ask (what are macros). It was well worth the wait and I’m so amazed by the meal plan too, all the foods I love and really simple foods not crazy absurd dishes that taste gross. Also the little video demonstrations make you feel like Krissy is there with you leading the way! I can’t wait to keep using this!

Exercise notifications. Although the actual exercises are complex and challenging at times, the way the app works isn’t very exercise appropriate- having to stop and work the arrows each time you’re done - also resting time should be set so next exercise start straight away instead of having to lift phone again and press “start”….honestly this makes the whole process complicated and not very efficient

REIGNITING MY PASSION FOR FITNESS. This app truely saved me during quarantine and has helped me so much changing my mindset on fitness. Whether it’s to gain muscle, loose weight or maintenance, this app will help you get there. I’ve been using the app for 4 weeks and have already gained some muscle mass. This app is also very easy to stick to as their are so many options for working out. You can work out at home or at the gym, 5 times a week or 3 times a week. Whatever suits you. Finally, you can customise your meal plans to suit you by planning and choosing from hundreds of meals. What more could you ask for? 💙

I was/am super hyped. Just downloaded it and signed up as I have been planning to since I found out it was being made. Although it looks basic you don’t need anything fancy for it to do its job. Love everything about the app. This app and the diverse amount of challenges and plan makes working out so easy!! I love the UI, the graphics and most (if not all) of the features are functional without making the app clunky/messy. I wish you could add little notes on the calendar for the weights that you’re doing for the workout (I currently do this on my notes, but thought itd be good to have it all in the app).

Absolute Best. By far the best workout app ever created! Krissy Cela you have outdone yourself girl! There is a whole community out there empowering each other to be the best version of themselves. Such great content and so easy to navigate with such a wide variety of different features that makes working out that much better ❤️

T&S is more than an app, it’s a community. Tone and sculpt has quite literally saved me this year. It offers everything from gym to home workouts, nutrition guides and a community page. Even though we’ve been locked down in a pandemic, I’ve never felt more connected to a group of incredible women. The workouts are killer and I have progressed so much mentally and physically over my journey this year. I tell every one I know to download T&S that’s how much I love it!! Amazing!. I’ve trained for over ten years and this app/plan is the most comprehensive platform I’ve used! It takes the tiring decisions away of making your own plan and trying to be constantly creative with workouts and meal plans - it’s all done for you! The workouts have challenged me so much and I’ve fallen in love with training all over again!

So easy to use at home!. I was first attracted to this through Crissy! I love how real she is for her followers, she is honest and open and she appraches health in a realistic, healthy way. I completed my first workout on her at home workout and I am still sweating!! She has made these sessions easy to follow, but a GOOD workout. She also has videos on how to do each exercise! Cant wait to see the end of this!

Would highly recommend. I began the Sculpt It Guide 11 weeks ago and I have been loving it. I have seen amazing results both in weight loss and strength. There are heaps of great challenges as well and I love the workout planner. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

Amazing. This app makes planning your gym sessions a breeze , catered to all fitness levels ! I can't recommend this enough . I've been train for 7 years and since having the app it's made my life less stressful and more motivated to smash out my workouts .

Ticks the box. I’ve paid for so many fitness apps and never follow through. Something about it being all women gives me a since of “my tribe”. The meal plans are easy. No supplement overload where you feel like you have to spend more money and swallow lord only knows to achieve your goals. I’ve been going to the gym for about a year. Not just a work out app but a great community of people. Such a great app for people just starting (like me) or someone continuing their fitness journey. The work outs are so flexible and build able for each persons needs, the food is delicious and my favourite part...the community! All the people on here are so kind and supportive. It’s the best I’ve found. Australian here, small rural farm mum… No gym except what gear I have in my shed. This app is suitable to what gear I’m using, I’m able to swap out moves with ones that suit what equipment I have. The recipes help me when I stuck for meals, the workouts are challenging and it’s keeping record of my progress weight wise! Yeah it’s pricey but I’ve wanted to buy this app for over a year now and I’ve finally had spare money to invest in me! It’s worth it I feel.

Best app!. I have tried a few different apps in my time (1 to be exact) but regardless this is hands down the best fitness app that has ever come out and the only one I would ever pay for. Krissy and her team have thought of everything and have done an amazing job to support women 👏 don’t hesitate, just try it and you will also find it amazing

Love the workouts but needs improvement. Have tried both 5 day and 3 day gym plans and have loved both. There always seems to be bugs and glitches with the app though which is super annoying. The other workouts are great for add ons to do on top of the plans but could be organised way better to make things easier to find

Laggy. Just started using this app a couple days ago and the main thing I’ve noticed is that it can be super laggy… the demo of some exercises don’t show up until a few seconds in. Despite this, I do enjoy the range of plans based on goals available and the range of workouts. Wish it wasn’t so laggy.

Phone locks automatically. This is a great app except in between the circuits when it is counting down 2 mins I have to keep making sure my phone does not lock. Is there a way to change this so I don’t have to keep checking my phone when I’m taking a breather? Otherwise this is a fantastic app!

Tone and sculpt. I’ve been using tone and sculpt for over a year now and it’s safe to say I am obsessed. This app is for everyone and I can’t live without it. Seen so much progress not just physically but mentally. Gym has become my safe place.

Love it but i wish it had more home workout options. I used it a lot when I still had a gym subscription but now that I’ve moved states and no longer have gym access I’m not able to use it as much. Even the home workouts from this app needs dumbbell use. Would be great to see some alternatives with no weight equipment!

Good exercises but weird method. The app has really good choices of exercises but the method is a little bit off, you have to press a button every time you finish an exercise to pass to the next one which in my opinion I feel puts out of the training mode that you are while you are doing the exercises.

Cannot fault this. This app is unlike any other! You can tell that it has been thought out and is inclusive of every level of fitness allowing it to cater for everyone. I’ve been going to the gym for 7 years next year and I would’ve loved to have this app when I first started. Even now I turn to it to ensure my form is perfect! I love the amount of effort krissy and her team have put into this app

Lifestyle Changing. The best thing about this app is that its not a quick fix its a lifestyle changing that promotes your own self growth, confidence and happiness. It is so easy and seamless to use, with so many amazingly guided workouts and options based on your expertise/ fitness abilities. Love love love using tone and sculpt and everything that krissy does for her familia.

The best fitness app out there. I’ve tried all of the apps made by influencers and many other app programs, Tone & Sculpt is 100% the best one, there are so many exercises, this app has really been so thought out and it’s made the gym so fun for me, now I go in and know exactly what I’m doing. I really appreciate how discrete the workout list is too, being a checklist and IF you need to see how the exercise is performed you can click into it. The only thing I would add is being able to swap out one of the days with a more targeted area such as a full glute day. And adding in some glute activators into the warm up of the booty workouts Been following Krissy for a long time and would save her workouts for the gym anyway. Absolutely love it!

Love this app!. I recently decided to join the tone and sculpt familia and it was the best decision I have ever done! The app is so easy to use and navigate, the workouts are awesome and I love the little extra challenges they create! I also love the variety with the recipes and how it’s not the boring, basic healthy meals you’d expect. 10/10 recommend

Love the app but…. It fails to upload my program. Every time. I’ve tried deleting and loading the app, hard shut downs etc. but nothing works. The only way I can see my program is if I add another workout to my routine as it brings up my planner and I then have to delete that workout and work off my program that way. It’s frustrating. I’m still in the trial phase but if it doesn’t get fixed, I won’t be paying.

You need this app!!. Tone and Sculpt has completely transformed my life, not just in regards to fitness but my mental health and the way I view myself. I couldn’t recommend this app enough, if you want to improve your life in any way - download it!!

Great app! A few suggestions:). My best friend download it and use this app for about six months so far and has seen absolutely great results from it! With her influence I downloaded this app and I’ve really been enjoying it! I love how there’s the option for hit workouts or just Strength workouts without cardio.. the fact that you can gain badges and hit goals and achievements is really great, but I wish this part of the app was a little bit more user-friendly and easier to find. I love the fact that you can add on additional workouts, even while you are in the middle of a program! I love that it makes suggestions for you for the add-on workouts however, I wish that I had access to the full library! I have been told by a friend that you can also add in workouts that you’ve done outside of the app and this can also help increase your progress and help you earn badges, etc. however, I can’t seem to find in the app how to do that! I really love this app, and I hope that my suggestions are taken into consideration because it would really be great additions and help me with my progress and continue to use evolve you :)

Extremely disappointed. I signed up for the app on a monthly subscription hoping to use the 7 days free trial, so if I didn’t like the app I would just cancel it. It turns out that the free trial is only for the year subscription and I was charged immediately. What a SCAM! Free trial is a must for a workout app, you have to see if you like the style, the workouts, etc. They just want to get you stuck in a yearly subscription. I despise this type of customer service.

Theft - Charged for free trial. Bottom line this app just stole 22$ from me and will charge me again in 5 days. I signed up for the 1 week trial, the App Store claims I’m on a 1 week trial but as soon as I signed up my account notified me of a charge. I cannot request a refund as the system never recorded it as a purchase.

Worth every penny!. This App is fantastic. I just turned 50, and have worked out my entire adult life in all different types of settings (gym,home, remote areas where no equip was available) and this App has everything in one place. It removes the confusion and the intimidating factors that often times can feel overwhelming. This App is inspirational on every level. So proud to see such an incredible variety of STRONG, HEALTHY women represented. There is something for every woman, at every fitness level, at every age in this product. Well done !! PS. I only gave it four stars because I would love to have a food diary (like MyFitnessPal) so it’s easy for those who track calories and macros. I don’t count calories often, but when I do ….😉 Would love if I could have it all stored in one place 😘

Best app!!. I was with evolve you for approximately 1.5 years. I switched to a different app just to try and save a little money. HUGE MISTAKE. Although I was paying half the price for a different app, it was quite obvious you get what you pay for. After 1 week I switched back to evolve you and I’m never leaving again. Lol your phone stays on while you’re working out so you don’t have to keep opening your phone, there’s clear explanation/videos of exercises so it’s not confusing, automatically moves onto the next exercise , you can switch out exercises if you have limitations, and just the diversity of the app. Yoga, HIIT, strength training, deload weeks, nutrition, meal plans, and community. This app is WORTH IT!!

Barre is the best. Downloaded only for the barre portion car Emily is tje best instructor around ! I just wish she had more programs !

Pointless without Wifi. Super frustrating that you need wifi to watch the videos and they’re not pre downloaded on the app. I live in an area where my wifi connection is not strong and the cellular is weak. So I can’t even use the app. Spent $136+ on this app just to not be able to use it. Very annoyed

Unable to Sign Up. I tried to sign up and I continuously get an error of invalid birth date and I must be 16 years of age and I’m 34. Not sure how to correct this but I tried numerous times and it’s frustrating.

App Keeps Crashing. Love the workouts and would like yo subscribe after trial but app keeps on crashing. A little annoying as I have to restart again and again.

Best Fitness App !!. I’ve been using Evolve You for several years now :) This is hands down the best fitness / wellbeing app out there!! There’s a variety of home & gym workout plans, which I love. Evolve You also has an array of trainers & types of movement (barre, yoga, weightlifting etc.) You may even discover a new way to move your body! Moral of the story - I’ve purchased the annual subscription for three years in a row. This app is the best in its category. It’s a must download! 5 stars!

Not bad but could be much better. I have been using this for 6-7 weeks and while I like the exercises and the sequences, there are some limitations and it’s not always with the user in mind. For example, I do spin class a few times a week and my own yoga/Pilates and can’t add other workouts to my tracker. I was also not able to check back on the weight I lifted the week before. I also find the sequence of workouts a bit strange at times for the gym user. I think I’ll continue for a few more weeks and then potentially use what I have learned to draft my own plan.

Motivating. This app gets me motivated and pushes me to the max limits. I am very thankful, all the trainers and programs are helpful. So many to choose from.

Free Trial isn't free. It says i'm signing up for a free trial but actually charges you. I can't contest it or request a refund because the system doesn't actually see it as a purchase. So bottom line, this app just store 22$ from me.

love it. Love this app!! user friendly! ...i love that we can pick are days and that they have alternate exercise if you cant use a machine or simply want something different! i also love that for each exercise there is a video showing how to do exercise and explanition and will also tell you the target muscle! .... there is a awsome custom meal plan/recipes .... honestly its worth every penny and i am already recommending to everyone!

Evolve you week 7. Just finished a leg day week 7 on Danyele Wilson’s Home program. I truly enjoy these workouts (I don’t know if I ever said that before lol). The entire app is brilliant and has so much more to offer than the workouts. By far the best app I have and worth every penny. Thank you Evolve You and Danyele!

Happy I Signed Up. This is the best fitness app I’ve ever signed up for. The workouts are amazing, they have other nutritional aspects to the app and a variety of trainers to choose from. There are some little bug issues here and there, but overall I love this app and what Evovle You stands for. All the trainers involved really focus on health versus aesthetic and that is appreciated. I constantly tell my friends or others looking for fitness apps to look into this one! Very grateful for this app and will pay for it as long as I am able.

Evolve workouts. Love it ! Love it and love it

Enjoyable. This is a very user friendly and enjoyable app to help switch up your fitness routine or meet your goals. However, I do think the monthly cost is ridiculously expensive. I opted to just pay the yearly as it was $100 cheaper. Some people can’t afford to drop $150 at once for the year so I would highly suggest lowering the monthly rate as it was a huge turn off for me. Especially when their are tons of apps that are free.

Good app - room for improvement. evolve you is a good app! Features are good, functionality is good, community page is good Ongoing issues - -New updates always cause really glitches that take a few days to resolve -New program content has consistently been gym focused - great for folks with access to the gym, not so great for us at-home folks. -New releases have months of drawn out hype. -Lots of teasers without any information about the program, gym or home, program focus, etc. -Support folks are nice but dismissive. For example, if you request something for them to consider (“I really like this app and the guides already here, but I’m looking for more of this”), the response is usually something like “have you tried *mentions guides you already mentioned*” -Would be great to log workouts external to the app - LISS, HITT, etc. Sweat does this and it’s a great feature -Programs that are never updated/having weeks added. Like Barre and yoga! They’ve been out for ages but there were never any new additions made Overall, it’s a good app but room for improvement!

Love it!. After trying this app for a few months, I can confirm that I absolutely love it. As someone who has been going to the gym/weight training for many years now, I felt that I was becoming stagnant and a bit bored. I got the app to switch up my routine and challenge myself and this app has helped me reignite the spark for working out! Not only do I still do weight training, but I have been challenging myself with yoga, barre, jogging/running, and incorporating different workouts and cardio that I normally wouldn’t have done before. I love the different challenges that pop up and the ability to pause my current program to be able to try out a different program/challenge. I will say that I have experienced a few glitches, such as the stretching and cool downs being skipped/not showing up after I complete my workout, but I noticed after a recent update, that has been rectified. Over all, if you are a beginner, or a workout/weight training regular like myself, this app has everything that you are comfortable with and also everything that you have no clue about and are wanting to try. It’s so fun and I love planning out my weeks, and I also love the ability to remove items from my planner if I’m just not feeling a workout that day. Great app, and I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next.

Love love love! - Crashing lately. Love this app soooo much!! Found it through Mak from tik tok. I have taken a break for a couple weeks - life hs been hectic. Everytime I try to login or even just open the app it just constantly loads and nothing happens!!!! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!! I don’t like how I’m paying for something that’s not working 🥲💔

Good program - tired of the glitches. Overall great program. I’ve been using the app for about 2 years now and have seen great progress in terms of strength. However, really tired of the ongoing glitches which result in losing your progress during a workout, the app shutting down mid workout and incorrect set of reps. Hoping the team figures this out soon.

I’ve been following Krissy cello for years and she has grown so much since I’ve known her on YouTube and her team do an excellent job in updating the app. And yeah if you’re ever it does have a 14 day free trial. I suggest you try this app out it’s awesome.

The best fitness app. The interface of EvolveYou is very user friendly. What I love most about it, it’s that there’s always something new, whether it’s a fitness program, new instructor or new meals to try to help us achieve our goals. It’s also nice to have a community that is engaged if you need help or any motivation. 3+ years I’m using this app now. Love it!

Evolve You! Awesome home workouts. I have started Evolve you and it is easy to follow and there is a wide selection of workouts for everyone and ever level. There is even a great water intake calculator.

Nothing great.. Unfortunately this app to me is really basic. The exercise demo is just a loop of the trainer doing the same thing, it does not shift to the next exercise automatically, which should at least be an option. The image itself is low quality, there is no engagement or interactiveness. Additionally, the features say trainer audio and sound effects, but there are none. An enhancement would be having the trainers actually do the workout with you, not just a demo on a loop that is not even time or measured in the same was the set. Giving this 3 stars because the workout themselves are good and there are options. But as far as app delivery, it’s pretty basic.

Good workouts, glitchy app. The trainers have developed good workout programs for you to follow. The app itself is glitchy in terms or trainer audio, weight logging history. There is a lack of appropriate cool downs in some programs.

Personal plan. Can I build my own plan on the app?

The only program I will ever use!. So versatile, easy to navigate and adjust. I appreciate all you do for the fitness gals, Krissy and team!

What you need during covid!. Kayla is the definition of motivation and I look to the app not only for workouts but for when I need some online encouragement!!!

I don’t like the app but the workouts are good. The app is not easy to use while working out. I had to keep pausing my workout to log progress. I prefer an app that has a timer for each exercise set rather than manually adjusting it

LOVE IT. Subscribed for a year and even tho there are options to track food and meal ideas, I only use the workout programs. It’s my 3rd time doing the lower body strength program and I love it.

I can’t download it on my TV’s Google Playstore. I was able to see other fitness apps on my TVs google playstore and access them to work out, but I wasn’t able to get evolve you on there. It’ll be nice to be able to take my barre classes straight on my TV instead of having to connect my phone to the TV. Please enable this feature on your app, I really like my barre classes.

Can’t sign up. Tried to download the app and it won’t let me sign up. It says that my birthday is invalid? Must be 16 years or older, but I’m 30 years old.

I love it. Its a really nice app we can find any type of training we need and the coaches are awesome I really love this app thank you so much it helps me a lot.

Life changing. This app truly changed my life. I never thought I'd learn how to lift weights or be a gym girl despite knowing how important it was to my health. Creating a workout was daunting and I knew was going to be SO much work - plus I wasn’t quite sure I could put one together properly…I tried searching for apps that would help me but couldn’t find one that seemed like the right fit. I don’t know how I even stumbled on Krissy’s Instagram page but OMG am I glad to have found her and this app. While I’ve been inconsistent with working out due to breathing issues over the year I’ve had the app, I still gained IMMENSE confidence in the gym. I feel like I actually know what I’m doing. I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am for workout days. Not to mention the gains I’ve made, like WOW. I had no grip strength whatsoever but now I can actually squeeze things tightly. My arms and legs are so strong now. Touching my thigh and it feels like pure muscle is such an intensely good feeling. I feel like a different person; I feel healthier. My only suggestion at this time would be the ability to add some extra exercises into a workout routine if I wanna do a bit extra. For example, I find myself adding calf raises on some leg days, so it would be nice to record it officially. Thank you for the awesome app! Oh, and their customer service is simply AMAZING. I feel like they hired the nicest and most caring individuals to answer your questions/concerns.

9 months in to using the app. I really have enjoyed using the app for the last 9 months and have completed several programs. However, I am finding there is not enough new content coming out to keep me hooked and I’m starting to get really bored with it. There is new stuff coming out at least once a month typically, however the variety of what is coming out is lacking what I’m interested in. IE. I would love more barre content and more upper body focus. So, I have cancelled my annual subscription and will be going back to using free online resources for my fitness.

Perfection!. I found Krissy Cela years before her app came out. I’ve tried multiple apps and programs but EVOLVE YOU is seriously perfection. I don’t have hours and loads of money to spend on meal prep. I’m a mom and I work so making fancy meals with a million ingredients is unreachable for me. The meal prep program in EVOLVE YOU is very realistic for all groups financially and for a variety of lifestyles. I’m currently on the Strong Lower Body Program and I will say that I’ve seen more results in 4 weeks following this program then I did when I was weight lifting 5 days a week for 1.5 hours each day. I’m only weightlifting 4 days for about 45 minutes and I do 15 minutes of cardio at the end. The app is VERY user friendly and the videos of each warm up and exercise are PERFECT for ALL levels, even beginners. DO THE WARM UP! I was constantly injuring myself prior to this program and the warm ups really do help with preventing injury! The app tutorials have really given me confidence in the gym. Lastly, I love that Krissy changed the name to Evolve You, so that it isn’t focusing on one idea of fitness. You will NOT regret investing in this app! DO IT!

Muscles I didn’t know I had.... I am a newbie, I’ll admit. My friend said she wanted to buff up, asked me to workout with her using these work outs. As the supportive friend I am, I complied. 2 work outs in, I am hurting in places I never knew I could hurt. Almost fell off the toilet trying to stand up after the leg workout. Had to take the day off as I can’t walk right. Trying the arm workout tomorrow, hoping I can do my job Monday without jello arms. This isn’t for the faint of heart, but once you start hurting, you don’t want to go back and be complacent in your workout. 10/10 I feel amazing after the workout and push myself to do things I didn’t think I could do. Oh the app is super useful and easy to follow, I like the built in timers, even if we rest double the amount from exhaustion of the workout. 🥴 will definitely keep using!

Workouts for those who get bored easily!!!. I cannot speak highly enough of this app!! I’ve been on here since the initial launch and it just gets better and better. They’re the most motivating trainers EVER. I usually get bored of guides and often need to switch it up. If you do too, THIS APP IS FOR YOU. An INSANE amount of workouts is available and new ones are CONSTANTLY added and being improved. While sticking to a guide is ideal for progress, I like that there are other workouts I can swap in based on how I feel, and I love the multiple format options including self-paced or on demand videos. EVOLVING is truly the core of the app, such a perfect name. And this constant evolution applies to the recipes and nutrition help as well.

LOVELOVELOVE. This app genuinely has it all! I had been very into fitness & weight training for about 3 years and fell off the last year. I happened to come across Krissy on my explore page 2 years ago and have been a huge supporter of her videos and workout routines ever since, so I was so excited to see she was creating this app! It’s so informative, easy to use and has definitely helped me gain motivation again. The Tone & Sculpt team customer service helped me resolve a technical issue in such a timely and efficient manner, and really made me even more of a fan. I’m so proud of Krissy and all of the team behind the scenes that work hard to have the app live up to the brand’s name and goals. Thank you all so much! Love from San Diego 💙

Used to be great. Based on workouts alone, this is a 5-star app. However, the functionality went steeply downhill with the most recent update. I’m no longer able to toggle through a workout once I’ve started it (you must go in order or else if you Mark it complete, all the sets prior are also marked complete). I’m also not able to pick back up where I left off in the plan. If I miss a week or two, the app skips those workouts entirely instead of picking up at your last workout. Lastly, the app is not the easiest to navigate and now has loads of unnecessary screens and the demo videos never load on the first try. I really hope that there is some improvement before my subscription renews, because the workouts really are great. But I’m so frustrated that I may need to just choose another app.

Recipes need some tweaking. The workout portion of this app is great. The recipe/nutrition portion could use some work. Half of the measurements are in cups, etc, the other in ounces, which requires you to have a scale, and makes the recipes confusing. Why have bacon measured in ounces instead of slices? Some of the recipes should also be tested, as it’s pretty hard to cook half a cup of oatmeal (what kind? Doesn’t say)with 1/3c milk and not have it burn. If you want to substitute some of your own ingredients that’s not a comprehensive list. The recipes look pretty and appetizing, just need some work. Edit: as someone who also hasn’t worked out regularly in a bit, even the beginner workouts are too long/intense. If I can’t get to the next workout because I’m too sore, then I don’t progress. I’d like it better if I could have 30min workouts.

Love Tone and Sculpt but.... I’ve been following Krissy’s workout program since last April and I absolutely love it. I just really am not a fan of the new update. The planner feature is confusing and just not user friendly at all. I wish it was more customizable, I’d like to be able to move around my workouts more easily as my day to day routine doesn’t always go as planned. I also don’t like the whole “start workout” aspect because it doesn’t allow me to do my workout in the order I want to. Sometimes certain machines or equipment at the gym are taken and it just isn’t realistic to perform each exercise one after another in the order they’re in on the app. I really miss the simplicity of the old version. Love the new look, but it isn’t as functional as it used to be. I’m still going to follow the workouts, but the app is currently making it more difficult.

Disorganized.. I’m giving this 3 starts because this app is extremely confusing for a person who’s just starting to use the app. When I look up a workout 500 different things pop up instead of the target workout I’m actually looking for . Also I feel like this is more for people who workout at home . I try to look for more gym equipped workouts but only at home or dumbbell workouts come up. The exercises are actually very effective but this app is very disorganized and confusing which makes me not want to use it anymore . Also I wish we could get the option of doing the same exercises all in one shot instead of having to go into another exercise then going back to the first originally one . I’m more of finishing sets in order . if this app were to improve and be a little more organized I would of give it another shot . But for now it’s just a huge mess .

Lifesaver. During quarantine I gained 15-20 pounds without realizing it. I was consistently eating but it was because I was bored with nothing to do. When I downloaded this app I was so excited because I was gonna start moving my body, eating better, drinking more water, and interacting with people who had the same goals as me. I have lost the quarantine weight and feel so much better not only physically but mentally. This app has helped me changed my whole experience during the pandemic in the best way, I have put my free time to good use. Also the fact that they have a student discount is AMAZING! This app is awesome and like Krissy says it is only going to get better. Thank you to the Tone & Sculpt family for continuing to make this app a safe and healthy place for women around the world.

Pocket Personal Trainer. There not enough wonderful things to say about this app ! You don't just get an app, you get a community, a familia of strong willed women who are driven to be the very best they can for themselves, and the wonderful trainer Krissy Cela and now another knowledgeable athlete Danyele Wilson. This app is only going to get better and better ! I started with the home intermediate guide to build my strength up and am now working on the sculpt it guide as to tone and lean out! Each guide is broken down by strength, resistance, and cardio I believe. The home guide is a 60wk program with each level (beg. Intr. Adv. Exp.) being 24 wks with the exception of beginner and expert. I am absolutely loving smashing my work outs and feeling that much more accomplished !! It's not always easy but there's really no excuse with the variety this app offers. This app comes with a meal plan and water tracker to really help you get that much closer to your goals !! I should also mention the customer support team at Tone and Sculpt is AMAZING! They will go above and beyond to fix the most minor of issue! Anyway. I love this app and the community behind it ! Thank you T&S 💙

Good workouts bad app. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now. First experience was when trying to pick my plan.. I had to subscribe about 12 times before it let me into the app. Extremely glitchy. Hopefully I won’t be charged that many times. I have to leave my phone open the entire time in order for the app to not glitch. If I close my phone once then the entire workout is out of whack and my rests disappear or the workout is totally out of order and all over the place. Four star because I do love the workouts. Tons of options and they challenge you. I do wish there was a personal note section in the planner. Maybe to add in your weight or water for that day. I’ll continue to use it but fingers crossed the glitching gets fixed sometime soon.

Great fitness guide but with many bugs!. This app is everything that I know that I need as of now! It’s structured well to be able to follow along a fitness program and almost have a personal trainer right on your phone. I also really like the nutrition aspect because there are meals and recipes that I can use! I gave the app three stars because of the glitches and bugs and as well as the little customization of the nutrition. The only part is that the meals aren’t that customizable - in my case I chose the standard nutrition but I don’t like fish and many of the recipes are fish. The other thing I’ve noticed is the app crashes a lot. I had to turn my phone on and off for it to work again. There are a lot of bugs that I have noticed and hopefully in time these will be fixed. I definitely think that the app is great regardless of the bugs. It’s a little more difficult to use because of the bugs but I’m still hopeful! I am excited to see results!

Only fitness app you’ll ever need. I can’t say enough about how incredible this app is. It has just about everything you would want from a fitness app. If it doesn’t have something you’re looking for, the team is CONSTANTLY improving the content. Every time I think they’ve done it all, they produce another improvement. Whether it’s meal plans, gym plans, or finding a quick workout to do while you’re on the field, this encompasses everything you will need. Beginner to expert, Krissy and her team (and newest trainer Danyele!) are 1000% dedicated to helping this unified community. My only regret is not signing up sooner. Don’t wait any longer and use the free trial if you’re on the fence. Totally worth it!!!!

Great variety, user friendly. Really love this app. Lots of varieties for workout styles and goals. Really love the calendar and the different challenges you can join. There’s a lot of great options and it’s very motivating when you need to switch up your style. Offers home vs gym options and various time frames in case you are in a crunch.. even the 15 min expresses will make you sweat. The only part I haven’t checked out is the nutrition aspect of this app. And I’ll add I do love that they ask if you will be celebrating Ramadan. Technically doesn’t apply to me but I thought, wow, very helpful and thoughtful gesture as I have many friends that do. Knowledge is power and this app offers a lot of great tools for success.

The best app for all types of workouts!. I originally started going to the gym with lots of confusion and questions. This app has helped me overall track everything I want. The workout levels vary from beginner to intermediate. Every exercise has the option to switch for a different exercise. For example, if I don’t want to do jumping lunges then I can opt for walking dumbbell lunges. There’s stretching, HIIT, challenges, meal planning, a journal to track progress, & so much more. The community is by far the most supportive on the app and Facebook! I truly can’t express how amazing this app is! Challenges are stereotypical apps and exercise regimens claiming that x amount if weight can be lost in x amounts of days. This app mentally and physically challenged you to feel the difference, not watch the difference on a scale.

This App CHANGED MY LIFE. I’ve always struggled with coming up with gym routines and even what to eat and how much. This app has really changed the game for me. It gives me a week of a full days eating with the option of choosing between different entrees and even shows you alternatives if you don’t like something in the meal. The workout routines are awesome because they have them for gym and home workout routines and depending on how often you work out they have different splits as well. I’ve noticed a lot of muscle gain as well as fat lose. Don’t look at the scale ladies because I’ve weighted around the same weight for the past few months but my physic is what changed for the better. Truly love this app and will use it forever !

Amazingly Unique. I’ve tried several workout apps before and none of them motivated me to continue past the free 7 day trial. But this app with its several trainers, each with their own training style won me over. I love finishing a program with one trainer and entering a program by another trainer that focuses on other aspects of fitness. Even though my Goal is mainly strength training and building muscle, I like to change for a month or two to a more functional strength training workout to improve my mobility, aerobic endurance, and stability. All the programs I’ve tried so far are solid. Hands down the ultimate guide for hypertrophy and progressive overload.

Body Freaking Goals!!. I’ve been working out semi-consistently for two+ years now. In the last year I’ve seen major results in my body, dropping roughly 20lbs. But I hit a wall after the summer, haven’t been all that motivated, and have felt like my body just wasn’t responding to my usual workouts. Cue this app. In one week, I already feel stronger and more energized and MOTIVATED to work out. This app makes you accountable and consistent. I love the alternate workout options in each daily set, so if you don’t like elevated sumo squats you can switch to regular sumo squats. Love being able to record my weight history and see myself lifting heavier as time progresses. Getting stronger is my main goal beside being healthy. With this app, it’s easier than ever to achieve these goals. Hot Girl 2020 here we come.

Nicely designed app but better suited if you want to be guided. I got the app and program because I was excited to change up my training and tired of writing my own workouts. The app is really nice and easy to use. My only complaints and the reason I canceled the program were 1) the meals didn’t include any macro information so I couldn’t see how much protein and such I was getting. That’s probably more control than people usually want, or I missed that feature. 2) the workouts are done in a guided form where you have to follow the exact order and click through the workout so you can’t see a summary or what’s coming up while you do it. It would be nice if there was an option for a whiteboard format at least in the advanced/expert modes that gives you more control over your workout. Overall, great app, the program format just wasn’t for me!

Hands down LIFE CHANGING. The Tone and Sculpt is a no brainer. The app has everything built in for you. Recipes , a calendar to plan your week , different trainers to choose from. With everything shutting down again it’s helpful to have an app that allows me to select the “home” version vs “gym”. Once I’ve selected my workout, all of the reps and timers are all set for you. You can even hear Krissy or Danyele in your ear let you know which exercise is next and how many reps are expected of you. What blew me away is when you search for an alternative exercise - recommended alternatives will pop up and that is so helpful. The fact that the T&S app does almost all the work for you - all you have to do is show up. Show up for yourself , put that work in and see how amazing you feel 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Awesome app!. Absolutely love the app and the variety of workouts! Also, the customer service is next level. Only issue I would say is the app glitches on occasion, which can be frustrating in the middle of a workout. But other than that, incredible app and great value for the price! This is by far the best workout app I’ve ever used. Though it does have it’s glitches every now and again, Krissy and the team are always working hard to expand and creat the best app possible! AND their technical support team/ customer service is incredible! The one time I had to contact them, they were so quick to respond and super helpful! If you’re looking for a workout app that, this is the one you need!

Good so far!. I’ve only been using this app for a couple of weeks but I like it so far. I do wish there was more variety in the workouts. I’m using the 5 day program, and each “day” is exactly the same. So every pull day is the same, every glutes and hamstrings is the same, etc. There are other targeted workouts you can add, though. I also wish the app remembered what weights you used the previous time you did that work out. It would be helpful in deciding what weight I wanted to use that day and if I wanted to up my weights. I also find that the app doesn’t always save my workout, and sometimes I don’t notice until the next day. By then it won’t let me move my completed work out to the previous day, so it looks like I skipped a day and did two in one day.

Truly worth it. If the Instagram or Facebook hasn’t triggered you to subscribe. I highly recommend you follow through and subscribe. I have a yearly/annual membership so I save a few bucks and I still am in awe when I tell people I pay 7$/month. 7$!!!! “You get what you pay for” does not apply here. It gives you so much more! A community to motivate and support you and trainers to guide you through intense training sessions ! The nutrition section could use a more open approach to include any and all types of meals and foods. HOWEVER it does provide you the option to meal plan for you! There is little thinking you need to do as your workouts are planned out for you- just add them in to your PLANNER- and your meals are thought out for you- just do the shopping and cooking! What are you waiting for !?

Best fitness app for consistency and flexibility. I can’t say enough how much I love the T&S app! Ive always been so cardio focused and after losing some weight for my wedding I really wanted to gain some strength and muscle back! I started using the app in January and it’s the first time I’ve stuck to any program long term because of how easy and intuitive the workouts are. I was very new to strength training and had never done many of the exercises/movements included in the program but the instructional videos and tracking features make it so much easier to learn and challenge myself on a week to week basis. The consistency of following a structured program has made such a difference for me in terms of seeing results and I’m so happy I found something that is flexible enough to work within my busy schedule!

Give it a try!!. I’ve tried sooooo many different apps on the App Store and there are plenty of good ones out there but this one is d i f f e r e n t. I did my first workout and I was SORE the same and following day, but the good sore. My workout took 40 minutes but I felt like I got my heart rate up, worked hard and finished it feeling accomplished. Not to mention I did it at home! With a couple of ten-pound dumbbells and a yoga mat. Great for beginners and I’m excited to continue this program. Also, did I mention all of the amazing food/recipes on the app? Woah!!! Plus you can meal plan!! 🤯 Serious game changer for me. And the price point isn’t much different than all the other “fancy” apps on the market. Download it and give it a try, there’s definitely something for everyone!!

Fitness app connoisseur. So I am a fitness app connoisseur if you will....meaning I’ve tried loads of them and completed many e-books/PDFs programs. Tone and Sculpt by far has the easiest and most user friendly app lay out I’ve ever come across. I especially appreciate the detailed description of each exercise and most importantly exactly which muscles are being targeted with that particular movement! I love the whole theme of “making this work for you”. Nothing is more frustrating than starting a program that doesn’t fit your lifestyle and just feeling defeated before you even start. Tone and Sculpt has the ability to truly make it work for you and whatever your goals are! I cannot say enough good things! Honestly, I just love Kristy and I am now loving Danyele’s content as well! Thank you for this app 🤍.

Greedy thieves. ME: Hey, I tried your app 2 years ago and didn’t like it so I unsubscribed and let the membership expire. I re-downloaded it the other day to see if it had improved any, and came to the realization that I was somehow still a premium member. I want a refund on the last charge because I did not authorize it, and was not sent any billing notices. EVOLVEYOU: Hey, these auto renewal mistakes happen sometimes, but because you didn’t catch it within 24 hours, we’re gonna keep your money. Sorry not sorry! ME: I was not satisfied with this app and that’s why I abandoned it so long ago. Since you’re not willing to take responsibility for the auto renewal, what about appeasing an unsatisfied customer EVOLVEYOU: Lol, no. We try really hard not to give out any refunds, so unless you had a physical, medical condition— there’s nothing we can do! Hahaha! ME: Great to hear, because my foot was fractured this last year. EVOLVEYOU: . . . ME: Hello? EVOLVEYOU: . . .

BEST Fitness App out there!!!. Of all the fitness apps and programs out there that I’ve tried, Tone & Sculpt is absolutely the best one. For someone like me who has struggled to keep working out as a routine, this app has helped me to organize my workouts and stay motivated! It’s great because there are soooo many workouts to add to your weekly planner, which I like because I’m not one who enjoyed the same thing over and over again. All workouts are explained and accompanied by a video example. It also lets you “start your workouts” and times how long you should be doing one for or how many reps to do. The food recipes on the app are all really great too! This community is definitely the best one around and from anyone who is just a beginner to an expert would love this app for sure! :)

Post update. I love the app before the update! I like the update but I don’t like the flexibility of it. I work 12 hour shifts so on those days I don’t work out. So I really enjoyed it when I was able to just go in and pick what I need to do even if it was 3 days after the last workout because of me working. It’s so great for beginners and people who are starting a healthy lifestyle but I always used it as a guide. This seems to be geared towards that more. I miss it when it didn’t tell me what’s next. I think it has some bugs to it that need to be fixed because I did change the “schedule” but it won’t let me “start” the workout. It’s still a great app and I would recommend it to people who are wanting to start a healthy lifestyle. I wouldn’t for people who are wanting to use it as a guide and get a workout out routine going.

Don’t waste your time on this app. Had high expectations for the app but completely disappointed with it, the interface is so unbelievably clunky and some of the exercise demonstrations are very poor quality, especially the ones with equipment. The worst part however is the nutrition part of the app— some of the recipes are so uninspiring and even though you can substitute some of the ingredients, if you don’t have any of the recommended substitutes/are allergic to anything you’re tough out of luck and can’t track accurate macros. Also the recipe directions are AWFUL. They are so unspecific, some only gave temperatures in Celsius (is it really THAT hard to add Fahrenheit and save me the extra calculation?), didn’t explain any techniques and completely missed some steps in between. There are also so many little typos throughout the app which is just unprofessional and a little amateur in my opinion. So many better workout apps out there. Wouldn’t recommend this one at all.

Disappointed in the new version :(. A year ago this app made me feel comfortable and confident using the equipment at the gym with her pictures and descriptions. Krissy’s workouts changed my body in a few short weeks! My gym closed during the pandemic and I canceled my subscription. I purchased again and was excited to see more work out added. So far there hasn’t been a “gym” work out I couldn’t do at home. You hardly use any equipment outside of dumbbells. I’m not learning anything new. I also find circuits impossible at my gym. Your expected to use 3 separate pieces of equipment for x amount of reps, clean them in between each use and pray someone does come along and use it while doing the next exercise because you have to come back to it 2 more times. I have yet to complete a workout because of this and it’s frustrating. I hope there is another upgrade coming soon. Go back to the way it used to be.

Just what I was searching for. This app is honestly just so well curated and designed, it has all the details you could ever need and then some. Basically, you can tell this was designed by a woman! Only a female could foresee all the smallest most specific needs a user of this app could have and build it into the program. It has everything I wanted in a workout regimen AND nutrition regimen, plus it’s encouraging and uplifting in a way that doesn’t feel like toxic positivity or false praise. I love that this app has a community built in so that we can inspire and uplift eachother if we so desire. I was an NCAA college athlete and this app is the closest thing I have felt to being on a team since I played in my senior game. Thankful to have found it and to be a part of this community.

Overall great app, room for improvement. I’ve been using this app for about 2 years and have learned a lot about training in general from it. Some aspects I like about the about are how easy it is to change out exercises, the variety in class options and the on demand video classes. However, I’m disappointed in the lack of diversity in the trainer and the rebrand has felt bizarre and wasn’t explained in the app and as seems entirely unnecessary. The meal planning is also clearly based on a European or British diet and I find the meal planning part of the app to be entirely useless. Overall, I do enjoy the app but it needs some work. It is missing the smooth transitions and fine tuning that you feel on a larger app.

One suggestion, please please consider. I like the workouts but my only complaint is that I find this app really hard to use in the gym. Especially when it’s crowded. There’s just no way I can do every excercise in order. The way this app automatically starts counting down and skipping to the next exercise makes it hard to use in a busy gym. I know there is a workout overview and pause button but that doesn’t really help. I don’t even log my weights anymore because that along with trying to skip around on the exercises is just too much clicking. & to be clear I do the pre, main, and post stuff in order I’m just talking about within each of those categories. I wish they’d keep the pre vs main vs post workout split but let you start each exercise as it’s own thing.

Absolutely amazing 💗. I started using this app and originally following Krissy on Instagram about a year ago and have loved the app from the beginning This app is very well organized and keeps you accountable. It allows you to have the opportunity to choose when your workouts are that are best suited for you. There is also a community page full of support from so many incredible women and you are NEVER alone. Furthermore, there is a wide selection of nutritious meals for you to choose for every part of the day keeping in mind your goals feeling very custom for you The app continues to grow just as I know anyone who downloads this will not regret it. There is a 14 day free trial as well to test is out and see how you like it personally! 💗 The vibe and energy of this app and community is unreal and something I believe you genuinely need to be a part of! A huge notion that is implemented is “ Do this for YOU” and I have grown so strong mentally and physically. I can’t be grateful enough to the tone and sculpt app and family for helping and building a support system so incredibly strong 💙💙forever my family

Love is app soooo much. My whole idea of fitness used to be so negative and I could never get myself to enjoy working out and always wondered how people did it so effortlessly. After some time I discovered this app, little did I know that this app would change my prospective of fitness forever, all I have to say is “do this for you and no one else”!! Once I realized that this is the only one body I’m going to have for the rest of my life I knew I need to treat my body with love and respect that it deserves with a great and amazing community of people on tone and sculpt the way I view myself now completely changed as well, thank you to an amazing community of people that have the same passion and running this race with you, not against you love you all so much!!!!

Being able to feel good after a workout. After doing these workouts I always feel so good, I never feel in pain. I see it as an reward being able to have access to online workouts at home, since I am nervous to go to the gym. I feel like this a great way to learn different exercises that work out individual parts of the body. Like for example, if you want to workout your back, arms, abs or even quads they have those for you!! I’m honestly so happy to be able to use these programs to benefit me, I also have to learn that results won’t happen over night:( but you will see results over time if you do these workouts!! Best workout app!. I really can’t say enough about this app & it is the best one I’ve ever tried! I LOVE IT!!!!! The workouts are challenging but there is something for every experience level. The one piece of feedback I want to convey is that when completing a workout ahead of schedule (like from the next week), it would be nice if you could actually click through and complete the workout. The way it is now, I can view the workout, but I have to wait until the day I’m scheduled to do the workout to click through and get credit for it. When this happens too I am not able to access the stretching at the end. Thank you for an amazing app!!!

It WILL change your life!. 4 years ago I got my tonsils out and lost 10lbs due to not being able to eat properly for months. I used to be strictly cardio, due to the weight loss I felt awful about myself and that’s when I purchased Krissy’s PDF, she’s the sole reason I started to weight train. Then she created tone and sculpt and I’ve had it since the beginning. TONS of workout options for anyone/ anywhere! Home/ gym 3/5 days, challenges, options to switch out workouts, hundreds of full workouts on top of the guides. A weekly planner! The nutrition guide/ meals are never ending! Krissy and her team did an amazing job to help women all over the world and it only keeps improving it! I can’t see my life without tone and sculpt in it, one of my absolute favorite things and I’ve never felt better about myself!!💙

You need to get this app asap!!!!!!! 😍. So let me tell you my story. I love the gym and I have been on and off for about two years. Tried out different ways, different videos, routines from different trainers, had even a personal trainer and it was way toooo $$$$$$$ and not worth it at all!!!! This app is AMAZING! I feel like I’m going somewhere, that I have a purpose. When you complete the workouts you can feel very powerful. If you’re planning to change your lifestyle this app is for you. And the price is not bad at all! Recommendation for the app: you should add stretches at least at the end of each workout, that would be nice. But overall, this app is wonderful! THANK YOU! ❤️

By far, a great investment.. Before trying out the app, I was that person who walked into the gym and had countless “workouts” that weren’t the best because I had no structure. Obviously that didn’t help me progress, especially on days where I had little to no motivation. Now, I have a guide which helps me feel more focused and confident in the gym. Because I don’t have to worry about creating a plan for my daily workouts, I just show up to the gym, and open the app. I’ve not only seen changes in my body, I’m way more toned, and have opened up to other areas in the gym that used to intimidate me (and no longer do). Thank you Krissy Cela and her team ❤️

Changed my life. I can not tell you all enough how much this app has changed my life. I started my fitness a while ago but nothing really worked for me and I was very inconsistent, but then I found Tone and Sculp! My journey with this app started almost about a year ago after following Krissy for a while and it has been the best year of my life fitness wise. I’ve made so much progress from the first time I used the app and to see how far I’ve come with the help of Krissy and her team is just amazing and I cannot thank them enough! I’ve always been severely insecure about myself and my body but now that I am actually seeing changes thanks to the app, I feel so much more confident in my appearance and I feel like a completely different person. Truly truly changed me for the better.

This app is a game changer!. I just started using this app a week ago, and have actually followed it every day. I’m definitely not the most motivated person so I was shocked when the week ended and I realized that I had stuck with it! That’s a miracle in itself. I also enjoyed it. The workouts are effective! I’m doing the intermediate at home version with Krissy to start and I’ve been super sore the entire week. I love this because I know the work I’m putting in is actually making me stronger. I tried one of Danyelle’s workouts today in addition to my normal one and it was awesome! Super unique. These are some amazingly talented female entrepreneurs and the community is unbelievably supportive. I’m so excited to see how far I can get with them all:)

The best workout app!. I’ve followed Krissy Cela on Instagram for a few years now. I was so excited to download her app because I knew it was going to be extremely helpful and I wasn’t disappointed. The app is great because it caters to your specific needs. You can choose whether you are trying to gain, maintain, or lose weight. From there, workouts for the gym and for home are made accordingly. The best part is that the app also includes a weekly meal plan. To make it even easier, there are cooking instructions for each meal and even a grocery list to help you get started. You can keep track of your water intake as well. If you’re looking for an app that can help you get started on the right path this is it!

I re-fell in love with exercise. I’ve always been very active, have even always lifted weights. I could tell I’d hit a plateau though. I had ran out of exercises, was no longer seeing results, and was bored of exercising. I had fallen out of love with working out. Ever since I gave tone and sculpt a shot, I’ve fallen back in love with exercise. Tone and sculpt allows me to customize my plan, switch an exercise if I don’t have the right equipment or if I can’t do it due to immobility, add things to my daily planner and take away things depending on how much time I have. There’s a community within the Instagram account where I receive daily motivation. There’s challenges that unite women across the world each day or week. The possibilities are really endless. Thank you Tone and Sculpt!

Great workouts, nutrition could improve. The workouts are great, I love that I have a guide for every step of my workout. I love to weight lift but have always shied away from it because I need my workouts structured. It’s too soon to see any changes in my body but I like the consistency of the app, and it’s helping me to fit a workout into my daily routine. The recipes provided are nice, but I wish we had the option to track our own food/ recipes. Maybe this is possible but if it is then it is very tricky as I’ve spent awhile in the app trying to figure it out. I’m not huge on tracking meals but if I’m tracking my workout it’d be nice to track my calorie intake as well. Maybe this could be an improvement for a future update. Overall will definitely be continuing with the app and hope to see some major changes within the next year!

Amazing app for a busy postpartum mama 🤍. This app is incredible. I’m pretty consistent with my workout schedule and my routine , however, lately, my routine has just been a little boring and flat. I didn’t wanna have to do all the research to figure out which workouts pair well together. This app is already taught me so much and basically does it for me. It’s a no-brainer. I love the nutrition section as well for new meal and snack ideas and I especially love that it tracks your weight history for each workout, cause I can’t remember all that by myself lol. I’m 9 months postpartum and am trying to gain muscle so this has definitely been great for me as a busy mom! It’s all planned out for me all I have to do is follow the weekly planner schedule! I love that you can choose an alternate workout. My one and only suggestion to make this app EVEN more inclusive than it already is, is to add alternative ab workouts for women with Diastasis Recti. I have severe diastasis Recti so I have to either skip or sub the ab workouts in the app. I think there are enough postpartum mamas on this app to justify maybe thinking about it! Again I love this app, worth every penny!

Gives me motivation but the app crashes constantly. I love that this app lays out workout plans and meal plans for me as I was always confused on what to do at the gym and I’m not much of a great cook! i’ve swapped on some of the food days, as I don’t have much time in the mornings to cook eggs or other meals. But, the grocery list is missing some things leaving me to go to the store more than once and I live in the US so it’s not easy to figure out how many cups or ounces are in a gram measurement. This leads me to guessing and I may going over the amount. However, this app CONSTANTLY crashes, I mean all the time. It’s extremely frustrating. Each time I’m at the gym and I will click that I’ve completed something I’ll close the app and will have to do it all over again and when it does crash it asks me to sign up AGAIN. it’s really annoying. I know it’s a relatively new app, but I have never had an app that crashes so much in my life.

Legitimately life changing for me. I’ve been using this app since the very beginning of 2020. Granted quarantine was a great opportunity for me to commit to an exercise routine, but I’ve also never had a program that felt so compelling. I started out as a beginner to fitness and out of shape, only ever having done light jogging or light yoga. I’m now about 6 months in of committing to the programs on the app. My body has totally transformed and I have never felt so strong and empowered in my life. This app taught me that sweat and a physical challenge are mental therapy too!! It was extremely easy for me to use and customize to my life and fitness level. I’ve recommended to all of my friends and would recommend it to anyone at any fitness level.

Amazing countability. I’ve been lifting weights for about three years now. I’ve always loved Krissy’s workouts and would try to incorporate them into my own workouts. Once she released the tone and sculpt app, I knew immediately I wanted to try it. Krissy and her team on T&S are absolutely amazing and so passionate!!! Their dedication to this app shows through. I love being able to follow the guide and keep track of my progress throughout. Once I started using the app, I instantly noticed progression in my strength and mental health. I can’t thank this team enough! The December challenge (on top of the app) is such great accountability during a busy time of the year. Now is always a perfect time to start!!! Thank you T&S for changing my lifestyle forever!
