Buggy. So I’ve had this app for a minute and have never been able to have a profile picture or a banner🥴. Every time I try, the app just freezes and crashes. I really don’t understand why that is? I contacted support to no avail. Also, the character limit? TRASH. Please fix these issues or at least respond to my support email. Thanks...

Waiting for What…. I was not really going to leave a review or just say anything but when I’m being charged for things, i do try to be patient to see if anything will be done, said, or noticed. Supposedly I’m on D-14 of subscribing on this app and have yet to receive a message back. Sure the notices are working but if one-sided conversations are going to happen for a $6.99/month subscription, I’ll take my better chances on twitter.

ios version needs dark mode. everything goes well But ios version needs DARK MODE!!!

Malicious Comments. I got this app as I thought it was a safe place for fans and the artists, but in the communities I have seen hateful comments it blows my mind. It doesn’t seem that reporting them does anything and those people make my experience on this app tiresome and unpleasant. Until I see people following the rules and malicious comments removed this place is not comfortable and not a place I will spend my time.

A cute idea. It’s a cute way to interact with artists just find better ways to protect them from hateful comments. Although some things involving the ace subscription is annoying but i already pay for bubble so it’s ok.

Not clear. It’s difficult to use, doesn’t let you get back to your post easily and worst of all does nothing about the thousands of hate posts sent to artists. Antis send terrible pictures and words and they are never taken down. The app gives me a headache scrolling through hundreds of hateful posts. What is the point of a report button if nothing is done?

Notifications always off. Whenever an artist comments on a post, my notifications are always late and I can’t even get a notification when an artist comments under my own post. I had to find out through other fans? Please fix this since i see a lot of people complaining. Be considerate of your users please!

Fix Translations. I have 3 NCT artist bubbles and whenever I receive a text and translate it they translation is honestly horrible and half of the time doesn’t make any sense. Lysn should know that many international fans will subscribe to bubble so why are the translations this bad? And you can’t even copy the text to put it into a translator so I have to search on another app to see what they really said. It’s ridiculous that I have to go find what they’re really saying when I want to just properly read what they sent. Please fix this!!

LYSN allows unchecked bullying & harassment. When I originally joined the LYSN app I expected to have a good time interacting with my fav kpop group, EXO. LYSN CLAIMS that bullying and harassment of artists will not be tolerated on their app, but they are not enforcing their own policies. In the last few months since Kim Jongdae announced his engagement, antis have relentlessly spammed EXO’s community board petitioning for him to leave the group. These toxic people have left violent threats for him and his family members. Yet, LYSN has allowed these people who spew their toxic words on the board to remain for months now. Star chatting with another EXO member, Kai, was recently announced and a person who has been repeatedly posting toxic posts aimed at Chen is now boasting on Twitter that they’ve been approved to be one of the people chatting with Kai. This is absolutely ridiculous. LYSN should be BANNING all of the people who are harassing artists on the app. The majority of those posting toxic content are ‘ACE’ members who have paid for extra content which means y’all know their information.

Honestly…. I see a lot of 5 star reviews of people saying they’re only doing it bc Jisung said to “show love” to the app but if I’m being honest, it’s not very good for international fans. There’s still a character limit for texts (I can’t even type half a sentence before I hit the limit) and obviously the screenshot disabling function is a bit annoying. I understand that all message content from artists are paid content but I mean paying for bubble in general is already a bit ridiculous. The app basically is like free platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Weibo just disguised as a messaging app. Not to mention some community boards are just straight up toxic and sometimes have bullying and harassment comments on there. I mean if we’re gonna rate this app at least be honest about it.

does not uphold its community guidelines. It’s rules clearly state not to disrespect idols however the app itself takes no action to uphold these rules. A countless number of profiles that continually insult, ridicule, spread malicious rumors and even threaten and leak private information of idols are still allowed to still post. One such profile that has done such acts even was allowed to take part of a specula chatting event with an idol. Why should fans pay for something that continuously allows their idols to be ridiculed and threatened on a platform without retaliation or consequences for breaking the community guidelines.

Hateful app. This app is full of hateful people who attack artist daily on a platform they can see. We should know by now how HARMFUL this can be. The people who run the app refuse to do anything about it. So it gets a 1 Star from me. If u could give it a zero I would. Do something now before it’s too late. Stop disregarding artist lives.

Admins get paid for this?. How is it possible to let hate and filth run rampant in the posts, which is clearly against the terms and conditions? Anyone leaving hateful comments should be kicked out and IP banned. We are constantly reporting and nothing is done. It’s really disgusting and harmful to both fans and idols who have to see this kind of harassment. Not to mention international fans don’t truly have any benefit by becoming ace members, but that’s a story for another day. I’m an ace member but I don’t see myself renewing if the moderators and creators of this app do not fix what has become a toxic waste hole.

Not sticking to community guidelines. We have collectively reported posts on lysn from ace members who threatened the life of one of the artists and spread malicious rumors and his/his family’s private information. We kept reporting and emailing the company for weeks but no reponse. The same ace members who violated community guidelines are being rewarded instead of having their privileges revoked which the app has the right to do legally according to the terms and conditions we as ace members sign prior to getting the membership.

Death threats and violent images are now being posted on the app. Chen of Exo has been receiving abuse and harassment on this app since January and absolutely NOTHING has been done. Recently death threats and violent images have been posted and have not been removed. I don’t have words to express my disgust, the community rules say no abuse allowed, yet they have been ignoring it. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS APP.

Toxic & unsafe environment. This app continues to allow targeted harassment & bullying. It hosts a toxic & unsafe environment, without any consequences or actions to correct said behavior. It continues to allow users who engage in such behavior to use its platform & there are no signs of it getting any better. Aside from this, I can never get the app to open & stay open. It’s so slow. It always times out & I'm never able to send any comments or posts in. Absolutely do not recommend the use of Lysn.

Comments - Community Guidelines. While this is a great app for many to interact with their artists and many do use it, I am appalled by how hate comments are still allowed within the community. This should be a safe space for both artists and fans. Yet when it is brought to the forefront nothing is being handled. By doing nothing to stop this it shows me that hate speech, racism, slander, death threats and so much more are allowed within this community and I cannot nor will I stand by that. I deleted the app and will continuing giving bad ratings until something is done about this very serious issue.

yikes. its been glitching alot lately…its normally pretty good and kind of just like a regular social media wld be but recently its been weird? sending community notifs VERY late and often times it says theres a bubble message from an artists in a notification, but then it just isn't there?

Despicable, toxic community for artist and fans. I expected this app to be a good time for me to share with my favorite group EXO and the exols who love them. Instead, it has been used to not only demean the actual EXO members, Kim Jongdae specifically, and to ostracize those in the fandom who are not ace members (which is the majority, since we are international fans and have no need for the ace membership perks). The fact that this app has been a breeding ground for the toxic fans to discuss and carry out their harassment strategies on Kim Jongdae of EXO, even so far as defaming him in his hometown, and those in charge of the app have done nothing to assuage this behavior proves to me this app needs to be taken down. This is a man’s life, the lives of his wife and child are at stake, and it’s unacceptable.

Some of the features are creepy. While I want to see posts from artists I follow, I don’t want or need an app that makes messages appear like a private chat. Or even worse, inserts your screen name into general messages that the artists sends out to give the illusion that they’re responding to you specifically. No wonder sasaengs are such a problem…

Had to reinstall. After many attempts in trying to get into the app and never loading, I had to uninstall and reinstall the whole app, it is working now. Thank you

Toxic communities. At first, I was excited about downloading the app because I support several artists. But I found that one of the communities is being flooded with death threats, racism, bullying, and degrading comments not only towards the artist but to the fans who support the artist. I have personally reported these individuals multiple times, but I have seen no actions taken to prevent them from remaining in the app. The app promised that these behaviors would not be tolerated, but yet I keep seeing the same individuals continuing to leave such awful and corrupted comments. It has been months and no action has been taken to provide a healthy fan community. I had to stop opening the app because it damaged my mental and physical health. Please go through your own policies and deny these individuals from using your app. Actual fans of the artist are unable to connect and communicate because of these individuals.

I Can’t Believe!!. I am truly baffled by the way this app not only promotes threats to the artist but also have personal information leaked that could harm not only them but their whole family. This app is full of toxic people that only want to harm others and this kind of app shouldn’t exist. It’s giving bullies a platform to harass and giving them power to harm a beings life. Im truly disappointed by the lack of management this app has and should be shut down.

Isn’t it a bit inconsiderate?. Well you know, you have English speaking fans of idols too, not just KOR / CHN / JPN. Which means 30 characters doesn’t do sh... for us anglophones. It’s bad enough that any of us can only send 3 messages no matter how long it’s been since the idol texted, but the fact that you haven’t adapted the character limit to account for the fact that 30 characters in an east Asian language is a LOT more than 30 characters in Roman alphabet. Take the time to do the math and increase the character limit to FAIRLY accommodate foreigners by making romanized limit proportionate to what it is for Kfans. Our money is precious too.

Having error not receiving message from Artist!!!. I extended my ticket late. My previous messages are deleted from server. Now I bought the ticket & extended the service. Cannot sent a single message to the artist. The app is saying There is a message that was not sent since it has been deleted from server. The app is not allowing me to send new message. Just keep saying to wait the Artist reply. Please help.

Can barely write anything. I just joined without reading the reviews now I have to keep this for a month too. You can’t really communicate with the artist and it makes it hard to reply too. The English language and Korean language are very different so 30 characters aren’t enough to let out a sentence.

You have guidelines. Please enforce them. An artist on your platform has been receiving death threats, sexual harassment, target of false information, and even has had his personal info leaked on your platform. Last I checked, this platform has rules and guidelines, as well as the personal information of its consumers. Use it. Your consumers are committing a crime every day, yet you have failed to implement your own guidelines by putting them on suspension or even cancelling their account. If I could give this app a truthful rating it would be at a zero for it’s management’s negligence in protecting their consumer’s rights, as well as refusing to take action when faced with actual crimes that violate a private citizen’s privacy (the artist’s fiancée)

Bullying. I thought this app could be a safe place for artists but it doesn't seem like one. I still could see haters' post even after I had reported for hours. Please, take good care of your artists.

LYSN bubble deceives consumers. Lysn bubble automatically charged me 3.99 USD every months since September 2021, however I haven’t gotten any bubble messages from SM artist Lucas Wong since then. There are also no words regarding when he will return. Why this app keeps charging me ? What’s more, Racism, Abuse, Harassment are seen on WayV community page while LYSN & SM entertainment let it all happen. This app was supposed to be a place to communicate with idols and fans, but it's been misused by some against Lucas of WayV

Can't use the app. The app keeps saying that I've rooted/jailbroke my phone then crashes. I'm using iPhone 15 pro max with iOS 17.2.1 stock. I haven't been able to check messages for a month and have lost access to all of my old messages from years ago. Please fix this.

Artist x Fan reply. I love being able to communicate to the idol and I think they feel it’s nice too. Many of our idols have said they wish they could respond to fans individually through bubble so I wish that some sort of arrangement would be done *since the prices for bubble have also risen

Horrible app. This app while a great way to interact with your favorite artists has turned into an app that has become a place of cyber bullying, fanwars, and defamation. SM’s inability to protect their artists clearly is shown here especially with the situation of Jongdae. The best thing to do is delete this app since SM can not fix the inadequate nature of this app to prevent personal information from being spread and prevent harassment such as death threats. FIX OR DELETE!!

enforce community guidelines !!. very slow and can barely handle large traffic, doesn’t adhere to their own rules of safety. Chen from exo has been consistently harassed by supposed “fans” who are leaking his and his family’s personal information and sending death threats and other horrible messages to him. the fact that this has been allowed to continue without their immediate removal does not make the experience of using this app pleasant

the app not that bad. i want to help other fans to see the helpful side for this sh¡t app~ since there’s so much one start’s here ♡ i have this app 4/5 years now, and i only check for two things that good in it 1/ bubbles. 2/ schedule. - I’ve hendery, xiaojun shotaro bubbles for 3 years now~ and yes translate is bad and they actually did try and add another translator you can now chose between google or papago ( But it’s okay I understand they can’t give us 100% cuz we still not in future, you can check fan accounts who help w correct translations. - Lysn calendar is so useful, time & date are always changing when you change your location, this one helps me a lot to follow their schedule easily when im busy.

Targeted themselves an international platform while disrespecting different cultures. Sure people has been noticed that Lysn targeted not only Korean fans but fans from many other countries. They have Ignored the tons of malicious content towards foreigners, women, and including Korean themselves! Besides that, The translation system is poorly designed, “cancel subscription button” is hard to find.

Renewing bug. I don't understand why this keeps happening but when i renew my subscription(automatically) it resets my entire chat. It's happened multiple times where i will be on bubble day 150+ and i check the next day and it says "we will meet again soon" and i have to RESELECT the idol I've used the voucher for the entire time I've used it and it completely resets the bubble days. This has happened to me at least five times. I'll finally make it to a high number and it resets me for reasons i cant figure out. My payments always go through but it just makes me reselect my idol which resets everything. I still have all the previous messages from the days I didn't reselect but it resets the day counter and takes away my characters which is super frustrating. I have no idea how to fix this or how to prevent it because sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. I'm so tired of worrying about the day counter resetting. I should be so much farther but here i am with bubble day1 anniversary again. I use other idols bubble apps and never had this problem. Only Lysn has had this problem for me. I would like to continue to use it but if this happens again I don't know what I'll do. It completely ruins my mood every time i go on the app and see the day counter reset.

I have problem hope to help me. In Lysn app i was trying to purchase a bubble ! When i paid the money I received notification that it said you have successfully... then at least for ten minutes the app was trying to purchasing my bubble but nothing happened hence I closed the app and when i get back to Lysn everything was normal . What should i do ?

Needs to allow more characters when interacting with the idols. We’re paying to talk to our idols but with little characters, it’s hard to talk to them. Adding a few more characters would be beneficial similar to at least a tweet

Update. I love the app!! But I just updated it and it won’t even let me have the app open, it automatically closes the app for some reason?

Filled with toxic and abusive comments. Even though the company’s policy states they will not tolerate offensive comments or bullying— This app is FILLED with harassment of artists, along with toxic and abusive comments. More specifically, harassment targeting EXO’s Chen. In January of this year, he announced he’s getting married to his girlfriend, and they’re having a baby. Most of the EXO-Ls were happy to hear the news! But, the few fans that were not happy started harassing Chen through the Lysn app. Commenting the most disrespectful things: Like how Chen should leave EXO because he’s getting married, how they won’t support EXO as long as Chen’s in the group, or how that he disrespected the other members of EXO and the EXO-L by getting married (um... WHAT...?), etc.. And, despite all this hate, Lysn has done NOTHING to remove those comments or those hateful people from the app... So, me and the rest of the (real) fans are downright confused by this, and disappointed beyond words... Please, listen. Seriously, FIX YOUR APP AND POLICIES.

Unacceptable.. They know they see the hatred that people are putting into their app yet they aren’t taking action. As soon as somebody wanna curse they make sure it doesn’t happen, but if someone is sending obvious death threats and typing disrespectful things they shouldn’t be saying to anyone, they allow it to slide. That’s not cool, all these rules and guidelines but when they are broken no one does anything. 👎🏽

Text limit. I wish there wasn’t such a short text limit. I can’t even finish a full sentence. Then when an artist is on sending messages I’m only able to send 3 messages before it tells me to wait for a message from artist?! But I didn’t get to finish my message because it’s such a short text limit. 😑

Character Limit. The app is wonderful, but it would be even better if the character limit could be increased. I know a lot of fans have a lot to say to their idols, and the character limit given doesn’t really allow for that. Other than that, I give a A+ !

IDOL BULLYING. I use this app to subscribe to artists I care about, but the WayV board and others are filled with toxic fans who spread hatred and bully idols… I have emailed the company many times and I know others have too and they never respond… there is no monitoring of the fan boards and people are allowed to bully as they please. It’s really upsetting… SM LOOK OUT FOR YOUR ARTISTS!!!!

Reply Add-On. when will the reply function be added? i got a ticket for april because they said it was going to be added early in april, now it’s the second half of april and it’s still not here. i’m not rushing or anything of course i just want to know if it’s in the finishing stages or something like that..

Unhealthy community. The app is advertised as a community allowed for people to interact and share their love for artists. However, harassment, threats and slurs are used frequently in the community, when these are reported, no action from the developer is taken. The community is filled with hates and bullying on a daily basis. I really hope the app can be improved to create a better environment for interaction between fans and artists.

Bans the word “gay”. I learned today that this app bans the use of the word “gay” in chats. Even if it’s just the three letters g-a-y in sequence in another word. For example, I found this out when I tried to type “Inkigayo” in a message. I started looking for an explanation in the app’s policies and found in the “youth protection policy” that certain words are banned if they are considered “harmful to youth.” I knew that Korea was homophobic, but banning both artists and fans from even saying “gay” on the basis that it’s harmful to youth? That’s some next level trash reasoning. I don’t intend to continue paying for this app.

Glitchy mess, no moderation. The chat function is glitchy and the app lags whenever an artist sends messages. I have contacted them multiple times but the only replies were that they are aware of the problem. We all know you earn a lot from subscription so please update this app and its function deserving of taking that amount of money from people Additionally they have no moderator on their community pages and let people post abusive disgusting messages freely

Good. Good app but please have a way to clear the cache of the app. This app takes up almost 1gb of storage on my phone.

It is glitchy. People comment that the app is glitchy and does not auto renew their membership. It happened to me as well Edit: Thanks for the response. I contacted then through email from the very beginning but they couldn’t do anything - suggested me to check if the payment was successful - I waited for a few days and then the app finally renewed their membership - but they won’t do anything about the messages I have forever missed due to the glitch - and you guys know that Mark didn’t post often previously - so what did I pay my money for?

4 STARS FOR JISUNG PARK. I'm giving this ridiculous app 4 stars just because I dont want Jisung Park from NCT Dream to be sad anymore. Still salty about the removal of the screenshot function tho.

Annoying. Have been trying to get the verification code text for the past two days but I never receive it. If it’s unavailable in my location then the respective country code shouldn’t be an option when putting in the phone number

Worst APP and an absolute JOKE.. This app is perfect if you are into harassing celebrities/artists and making death threats toward them and their families. It lets you write horrible, disgusting, and incredibly inappropriate messages about artists and their fans. It allows you to easily and effectively spread baseless rumours and false accusations about an artist whenever you please, without anyone holding you accountable. You don’t even have to read the community agreement and policy rules because no one from the LYSN APP or the staff of the celebrity’s company will hold you accountable for your words and actions. You are freely are able to be incredibly racist, rude and use derogatory language at your comfort without having the fear of being reported or having your account taken down. If you happen to have a ACE membership then that’s even better because it allows you to be a bully while gaining benefits at the same time (best of both worlds). By all means download the app if you want easy access to harass someone without having to face any repercussions for your actions unlike the real world. Also the picture setting allows you and your evil minions to spam hate slogans on the page for your artist to see and to also discourage their fans. If you want real proof and testimonials please just take a look at the EXO artist group and there you will see some of the worst malicious attacks on an artist who just wanted to share his happiness with his fans. There you also see those same antis also have access to private chats with artists while true supporters are discouraged and segregated. If you want to witness a study in class disparity, and how horrible the human condition is please download LYSN. Also, I am sure that their are other free apps that just one purpose that are more closely monitored and checked then this rancid app. I totally understand why a company would want to use this app as a way to connect their artists to their fans because they want to make a lot of money while providing the least amount of effort towards the care and protection of their artists and fans, the LYSN APP was made just to do that. I truly hope they are proud with what they accomplished. I hope this company meets their quota and has their employees sleeping soundly knowing how much they have contributed the spreading of a hate agenda against an artist and their fans. I have never encountered an app that you have to pay for that had this bottom of the barrel amount of internal policing. An absolute JOKE of an app. Thank you and good day a very disappointed human.

A place for Hate and Racism. Many people have been posting racist and homophobic comments without repercussions. This is a place where racism and homophobia festers. It can be triggering for people of colour and LgBTQ people.

please read. it's a wonderful app to interact with idols.. get updated every minute, know what they're doing etc etc.. but please do monitor and filter the chats being sent.. they are using this app to send hateful words especially to one artist that's been my bias wrecker for more than a decade.. not because you profit from it, you're disregarding the feelings of the artist who's able to read those kind of chats..

GET A GRIP SM. Please understand that our idols work hard. SM, please treat your artists with the utmost respect. They deserve that the most when they gave up their whole life for this. You protect them, treat them, and listen to them. You might be the biggest entertainment company in South Korea at this moment. But that does not mean you cannot lower your treatment towards your EMPLOYEES (IDOLS). If you expect them to make more content, treat them with everything you have. We all know you’re just about the money. So, advice from a consumer, treat them with RESPECT if you want to rake in more money then you are now. Otherwise, get lost. Don’t take these precious people down with you. Protect them from death threats and help them. Don’t ignore them. There are so many other companies that can treat each and every one of them a billion times better than you. Learn from your past mistakes. That’s unless you want to drown in a reputation that self destructs.

Do not respect their own rules. This app has become a place where hate comments towards the artist are accepted and not filtered. But their rules state that thwse kind of comments will be erased. You don’t need this app.

Birthday issue. I tried to register and I had to enter my birthday. My birthday is on 30th but the app kept changing my birthday to 29th automatically. Plz mix this bug as soon as possible!!!

Not working. I just downloaded it and it won’t send the verification code to sign up. I haven’t even started using it & the app already doesn’t work. Please address this situation as many are having troubles with this as well.

I made a ticket purchase but it never shows on my account. I have made a purchase but it never shows on my account, I updated the app, open and close few times it still doesn’t show. I already have other few subscriptions, they are still there but the new one never appeared. This kind of bugs shouldn’t even made it out of production

Heed. There is nothing technically wrong with the app; however, the code values of the app are terrible. It does not spread a good and right value. Instead of this, it even says that stealing is not a big issue that people should not be shamed of. Like everyone knows that thieves will be charged for their bad behaviour, lysn should pad for what it did.

LISTEN. If you want content from your idol, it’s here. But if you want your idol to not face what mine is facing right now, then, you must do the right thing. SM isn’t doing anything. The constant threats from this app was never heard nor given a slight notice from that company. This app is where stans come up to get updates and talk to their idols. However, this is slowly being used to spread negativity. This is an app for us. It makes us happy. But look at what’s happening now? It’s being used to target an idol. My idol. Now, if, in the future, this happens to yours (idol) and you happen to counteract our movement right now, please know that what’s gonna happen to your idol is beyond what you can imagine. I never expected fans, their own fans to turn their back on the person they’ve come to know, to love so easily as if just throwing something so useless. This can happen to you. Korean New Year is not a thing. Worst App ever. I totally understand that people from other countries celebrate Lunar New Year and I respect that. Racism, Abuse, Harassment. Racism, Abuse, Harassment are seen on WayV community page while LYSN & SM entertainment let it all happen. This app was supposed to be a place to communicate with idols and fans, but it's been misused by some against Lucas of WayV. Stick to your guidelines and rules. Something needs to be done about this.

For Park Jisung and Ningning too. the translations could be better but the youngest triple million seller, Park Jisung of Nct, it what makes this app great for me. Wait I also got the subscription of Ningning from aespa, I love her too <3

Toxic and Abusive. The application takes no action to protect the artists. The posts on it are vile and the same accounts keep being allowed to continue spewing such hateful nonsense. The artists sometimes interact directly with posts, so the lack of action towards hateful accounts is dangerous to their mental health. Leaving the communities like this is neglect at best.

Very bad translates. The translations provided on this app is horrible, doesn’t matter which language. They are mostly inaccurate and can be easily interpreted wrong.

Park Jisung. Only giving lysn 5 stars because jisung noticed it had 2.5 stars and gave a whole encouraging speech

Harassment & Hate. This app is supporting bullying and targeted harassment against an artist even though it’s where we are supposed to spread our love towards the artists, so I don't feel safe in this environment where death threats and hate against said artist are being thrown so carelessly. I therefore do not recommend.

Disgusted.. Does nothing to protect the artists on there. Since January, a member from EXO named Chen has received various hate messages, threats and bashing from antis through this app and absolutely nothing has been done to prevent it. I’m disgusted with how this platform allows for this to continue happening.

HARASSMENT. There needs to be some type of filter because people are sending death threats to idols and there is nothing being done about it. Since this app claimed to not allow bullying maybe you should do something about it.. No hate.

Connection issues. I'm so glad I can use this app to read text but also not respond 😒 there's so many connection issues that it feels like an absolute waste to spend money on.

❕. the app doesn’t have a solid way to get rid of malicious comments/users. instead of banning curse words from being used, why doesn’t the LYSN team ban accounts that violate their rules? allowing your platform to have these people send hate to artists is disgusting.

Translation error. You should upgrade your app’s translation. That auto- translation is so much different from original and can have some misunderstanding between artists and fans .

hateful posts go undisturbed. Nothing gets done to protect the artists from users that consistently post hateful messages; This makes the app users believe that LYSN condones and encourages this negative behavior. So far, nothing has been done to combat the widespread negativity on this app. Would not recommend downloading!

take this app down until it’s issues are resolved. for 4 months now there have been constant death threats and harassment towards a man for getting married and having a child, despite the app’s clear community guidelines that prohibit targeted harassment towards them, the app’s developers have done nothing to filter out the horrible posts being sent. if this app can be taken down, maybe they’ll actually try to do something about it

Learn to respect your customers!. Deleted this app and unsubscribed as you don’t know how to respect Chinese fans and our tradition. I want to repeat 3000 times it’s Chinese New Year which has been around for thousands years. No respect = no business. That’s it👋

Doesn’t take action against bullying. The EXO Community board has been flooded with malicious comments targeting just one person - Chen- since January 13th. But Lysn has not done ANYTHING in response to this bullying, did not even remove hateful posts or suspend hateful users. This app is useless and irresponsible.

Translation. I know jisung told us to send lots of love but honestly it’s not fair that we pay almost 4$ to have bad translations and character limit. Please accommodate character limit to other languages like English or any other romanized language.

iPhone app continues to crash after update. Today, there was maintenance and an update. Yet the app is actually worse off. It keeps crashing as you as you open it. Please, fix this. I’m paying for this app.

Negative Community. Lysn has been one of my favorite apps to use for a long time, but did to the recent increase in hate and disgusting posts, I can safely say that I no longer wish to keep paying for a service which seems to be incapable of upholding its community guidelines. Don't pay to be left on Delivered.. It's automatic messages sent to everyone after being left on delivery for a week a the least—unchecked bullying. Homophobic. You're not building a relationship with them. They only come on to promote their new stuff and leave.

Conversations don’t save. There has been many instances where I would be in a groupchat and whatever and close the app, it deletes all the data in the groupchat and the 1-on-1 conversations. I sent in an inquiry and they answered it as if I was talking about a conversation with an artist in which I wasn’t. Please fix this

App has no racism/violence censors!. The admins do not censor any racism/hate speech/violence! It is full of disgusting language wishing death upon idols, inciting fan wars and racism and hate speeches that are unchecked. This app is supposed to be for fan/idol interaction but it is full of hatred and when I report it to admin they do nothing about it. It is not a safe space!

Implement Strict Rules and Regulations. Since this is like a cafe/chat room rules and regulations must be implied well. Many of the users are violating its rules and regulations by posting harmful and inappropriate contents. Please do something to filter and manage these things for it brings negativity to everyone. How do I unsubscribe?. I tried to delete my account but there’s a message that goes: ”Please make sure to cancel your subscription in the app market.” I’m not sure which app market it is. I looked up the Apple App Store where I originally installed Lysn & there’s no option to cancel. Any suggestion?

Keeps freezing. 1. The app keeps freezing I can’t see content! 2. Can we please get rid of the bubble character limit or at least increase it? English requires many more characters than Korean.

TARGETED HARASSMENT. This app allows cyberbullying, targeted harassment and death threats against their artist and members who have access. The company does not stick to their own terms and conditions established, allowing these types of heinous crimes to spread since January of 2020. I do not recommended downloading this app and they do nothing to protect their artist.

Here for EXO. pretty good, didn’t encounter much problems. using this app only for the EXO community but i wish it wasn’t so slow. other than that it’s an okay app.

Toxic. There’s so much toxicity in this app by people who hate on some of the members in these groups and this app doesn’t take actions on deleting them. I uninstalled it 10 mins after being in it.
