Saddest. Ask video app a part of nonlinear worked great even on older device and was user friendly. This app is not even close and not worth the effort until updated and fixed. Bring back ask video app it actually worked. Very poor rating for app that desperately needs attention. Do not recommend this poor app.

COMPLETE RIP-OFF!. I began by purchasing videos of macprovideo, and then they switched their name to askvideo, and I could no longer use my purchased videos on my iPad. Then I received a bunch more tutorials with some software I had purchased. No sooner had I logged in when they changed their name to non linear education. Now it's completely WORTHLESS. Can't open the app, can't view the videos I've just purchased, can't even login. I wish they put as much effort into creating a working site as they do rebranding themselves. Until then, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Ineffective And irrelevant. After being a customer for more than 10, I would expect a better app from this company. None of the courses offered through this app are current or relevant in anyway, TNT 1..... seriously! I know the company may respond, directing me to the web browser. Honestly, the web browser is clunky with safari. The volumes are unpredictable... it just doesn’t work very smooth on an iPad or iPhone. The old browser was much better, and what ever happened to NED? That worked just fine. disappointed

Whuuut happened here?. This app is legit unusable. Can’t play any of the tutorials, not showing a fraction of those available on the web. I legitimately thought this was a bootleg app. I will be unsubscribing from their service immediately. Unfortunate!

The Worse To Date ! 8^(. Does not work on iPad Air period ! iOS 12.4.5 Has no choice to save downloads or read past downloaded tutorials. I have quite a few ! Who wrote this unworkable BS crap ! 8^(

Works just fine. I hadn’t used this on my new device and was a bit anxious after reading all the very negative reviews. However, I downloaded it, logged on (no problem) and all my purchased courses showed up. I downloaded what I wanted and was using it within minutes. Maybe there was an update after all the bad reviews. I’d recommend the disappointed ones out give it another go.

Won’t. Open.. This app won’t even start up. All you get is a grey screen.

Does not download!!!. What is the point of this App? Purchased video series on MacProVideo. Was sent to this app via a link in their website if I wanted to download course for offline viewing. This App just stalls out and never completes the download. Doesn’t do the one thing it is supposed to do. Yuck.

Lame. Come on, provide service to your subscription holders. Way to kill your user base.

Clunkiest app on my phone. Not sure how this app made it to the App Store, but it is surely the most outdated and clunky app i have. It wouldn’t be too bad if it actually worked. When you try to download the content you paid for, it downloads about 20% and then just stops. That’s it. No content. Buyer beware.

Amateurish. We’re not in quality software land here. Strange for an organisation focused on quality and education to deploy such an app. Disappointed

Even clunkier than nonlinear web apps!. If you thought that was just not possible, try this app! It will surprise you and redefine what “clunky” means! Seriously speaking, have the developers, and I use the term loosely here, ever tried to use this software themselves? Did they define this acceptable? They must have incredibly low standards.

Issues?. Not sure why there is so much hate for this app, simple and easy to use interface and I can take my course on the go which excellent. Works fine on my iPad Pro. Thank you Mac Pro video 😀

Is that the best you can do?. Clunky interface, app logs you out regularly, does not sync course progress with your online account. Best of all, when you watch the courses that you purchased through the iOS browser, your account may get suspended for breach of Terms of Service.

Sweet 3D interface!. Love the 3D interface. Cool to see the last video I watched right on the screens! Downloads tutorials quickly and works great. Nice!

Nothing loads? Blank screen on iOS 12.4.3 iPad. Wow this is really sad. Does not work. Nothing shows up but blank screen? Just go and download the AskVideo App for iOS. At least that works quite well! This is only for purchasing and downloading your Video courses. Not for subscription where you can view all courses online. Once again for that use AskVideo App.
