Worth it!. We are in July of 2022. I am 5’7 and 285lbs. I have been using this app for years. I used to do more yoga on my own and was very flexible but I have had a lot happen to me and gained a lot of weight and haven’t done yoga in a while. This app is perfect for me. I don’t like listening to someone talk or sometimes seeing someone’s face lol. When I do yoga I like to listen to my own music and be in my own mind without distractions. This app is so easy to use and I saw someone say it goes fast but I don’t think so and the thing is you can pause your workout at any time. The app has a beginners introduction telling you that you should go at your own pace and modify if you need to. This app works with Apple Watch too which I love. And it’s my favorite thing to do every night. I think it helps with a structured routine for me. Of course I go beyond this app but it’s a good start. I recommend it to every one ❤️❤️❤️ yes you may have suggestions but that doesn’t mean the app is not good. This is a 5 star app! Thank you for creating this for us 🙏🏽

Great Yoga App. I’m always put off yoga or am uninterested when yoga is suggested. I’m more of a walking/HIIT go to person. However, I opened this app last night to try the bedtime yoga as it was only ten minutes. It really increased my blood flow, clarity and overall feeling of wellness, I was surprised but maybe I was more invested this time. Since, I’ve done a beginner yoga and felt similar. I’d recommend this app especially if you have limited time and interest in yoga as there are a variety of short yoga videos. Also, the music is nice, guided instructions with a 30 second count, rests between poses, and additional instruction and simple clear videos that loads quickly if you need further direction. Five stars from a non yogi! 💛

My go-to app!. This app is amazing, whenever I’m feeling stressed or just need some yoga I come to this app. I love this app so much that I would recommend it which I rarely do with any app. I always look forward to doing these yoga workouts cause their fun in my opinion. I have had lots of yoga apps ( that i deleted ) before that caused money or subscriptions. BUT THIS ONE DOESNT that’s why I love this app so much. Also is their an morning workout? If not I would love a morning workout for yoga and for beginners! Another problem is that sometimes when theirs a number telling me how many seconds left I count how many seconds to go and I don’t like it. And in the settings it doesn’t say to not show the numbers! That’s the only thing I feel stress about doing yoga with ur app.

Great app. This app is one of the best abs that I’ve tried so far I think I’m gonna keep this app because I’ve been looking for stress little relief yoga and this has really helped I like how there’s different options through morning yoga neck yoga bag not yoga tone yoga bedtime yoga morning yoga full body yoga I like how there’s so much options and I like how they don’t let you pause more than a minute which is great for people that need motivation I like how it talks to you and I like how it gives you representations of what to do and the one thing that I love about this app is that it also sets the mood with music and I’ve never had something else that would set your mood towards music with the different ones and I completely love this app and I’ll stick to it no matter what and it has workout plans and weight loss plans that you can connect with your Health app and you can control your Weight I love this app

If a cancer patient can use this you can too!. Best yoga app I’ve ever used. Love the peaceful music. Love that it’s a cartoon showing you the move (way less distracting than a person). Love the poses and workout options. So much variety to choose from. I never ever leave reviews but this app is the absolute best so had to leave my first review! I have stage 4 breast cancer so the beginner options that are 10-15 mins are great for me. I used to be advanced in yoga, so I’ll say it again, this is the best yoga app I’ve ever used. I plan to do the subscription, but I’m super happy even without it. But it’s just so good that I’m gonna buy it just to see how it could possibly even get better.

Simple yet effective. I started using this app a few years ago and didn’t stick to it past a week. I redownloaded this back in March of this year and used it to dip my toes into losing weight. I would do this every day, twice a day for at least a month and a half. (Along with cardio exercises) I haven’t kept up with the cardio but this is the only app I use to kinda keep me moving even if it isn’t absolutely everyday. But this has definitely kept me motivated and doing a lot more than I usually do. I have managed to lose 18 pounds thanks to the fact that this is just a simple, easy to understand way of doing yoga. Plus I love the customizable times and music. This just keeps getting better every time I go on. Love it.

disrespectful & presumptuous. I used this app a handful of times a few months ago and honestly loved it at the time. as a beginner, I found it helpful and informative. however, I recently re-downloaded it and found that when you first enter the app, it asks for a few pieces of data that I don’t remember it asking before. there is absolutely no reason for a yoga app to ask its users what their “goal weight” is, with no option to skip past the prompt. honestly, I don’t think there’s any reason for a yoga app to ask its user for their weight at all, but the assumption that the user has an interest in changing their weight is disrespectful. as someone whose weight has fluctuated quite a bit over the course of my life for a myriad of reasons, it’s exhausting to constantly be expected to be working toward something different from what I have. beyond that, the app uses BMI as a data point, which is an outdated measuring tool that’s been used for decades to label and shame fat people. I enjoy yoga because it’s a relaxing, engaging, and challenging way to move my body, no matter what it looks like or weighs that day, month, or year. it’s disappointing and frustrating to be in search of that feeling, only to be met with outdated measurement tools and assumptions about my weight and body. going forward, i’ll be directing my energy toward creators who more clearly have their users’ true health and happiness in mind when creating their content. peace and love.

Great app!. I had never done yoga before this app, but the instructions were very easy to follow, and now I’ve been using it for almost three years. Within the first six months of me using it consistently, I had lost 15lbs, which wasn’t something I was expecting, but yoga is harder than it looks! Very happy with the results and that I can take it with me wherever I go. I also love that there are different types of yoga programs for different benefits/results. I feel limber and stronger. Very thankful for this app! If you’re someone who hates going to the gym like me, and want something that’s easy to stick with, this is for you.

Great but would prefer more routines. I love this app. It’s great for building a habit of daily yoga and it’s nice to be able to choose to do multiple sets of an routine at once, and to have a lot of routines to pick from. However, after a month, I’ve gotten a little bored of the same ones. I wish new poses and routines could be added regularly — or, preferably, the user could customize and name their own routines using a given list of poses. This would allow for more variety and for the app to be more useful than it is currently. As it is, it’s excellent for beginners, but once you’ve gone through the same thing so many times with little change, one starts wanting to move on to something else.

Routines need work. App functions well, have had no problems setting rest times or voice and music volume. But the routines themselves need work. This app made it super easy for me to start yoga again after a long hiatus but 5 days in and I’m so bored of the app. No matter the routine you choose you’re basically doing the same 5 poses with one or two different ones thrown in. And they need better transitions into new poses and focusing more on the whole body and no just a part of it. Stretching routines are basically just for back and neck and nothing else , while yoga for abs only has one move the different from the stretching and slow flow targeted directly towards abs. While I like the set up of the app especially how it tracks how much you’ve done I’ll be looking for a new one that’s got better routines.

Needs some fixing. This is a good app for beginners yoga, but there are some issues I have with it. It has trouble when you play your own music from a different app, sometimes causing bizarre static noise or the ‘instructor’ not speaking at all. On occasion, the instructor voice will be so quiet, and if I turn up the music, it’s like the instructor voice stays the same level while just the music noise goes up. This causes me to stay too long in poses and get off track. The time the app gives you to get ready for the next pose is 30 seconds, which is way too long, but no matter how low I adjust it in the app settings, it defaults back to 30 seconds in the routines. I also am irritated with the recent updates, in which yoga for abs was removed entirely, and there is now a loud bell ringing sound when a pose is completed, instead of the instructor voice calmly saying “rest”. I find this bell noise to be very jarring and disruptive to my routine, and find I now cannot focus while doing yoga.

Perfect!. This app is fantastic, it keeps me doing yoga with daily reminders and enjoyable workouts. Each workout shows the length, the level, and calories to burn! One small glitch though; when you open a workout it shows you all of the poses you do, with little sketches and names, but a couple times I've noticed that the sketches were different from the name. I hope the creators fix this in the next update, but don't let this stop you from getting the app! The only pose I've seen this glitch effect so far though is "seated side bend (right)"'s sketch become the sketch used for i don't know the name! Still a great app despite the one glitch I found! Recommended for sure!!

I actually enjoy this app. I’ve cycled through multiple exercise, fitness, and yoga apps and this is the only one I’ve actually liked and stuck with. It gives you comprehensive instructions for the poses in multiple formats so that you can read how to do it, but so that you can also see how it’s done. This app doesn’t push you to go at a crazy speed and doesn’t expect things from you. It can track weight and also the days you do a workout. With the weight, it can also help calculate your BMI, something I’ve never been able to figure out. But it’s all easy to use and actually enjoyable. And they’re adding new workouts and programs all the time.

Best app I ever had. I love this app because this app changed my life. I tried yoga many times but it was hard and long for me to commit to it. I have an anxiety disorder. My doctor told me to do yoga even for few minutes at home. So I downloaded this app and I have been using it everyday ever since. It’s easy and each session is super short. It gives you the satisfaction of finishing what you’ve started. On days that I have more time I do more than one session. I told about this to my friends that are very busy or found yoga too hard to follow and they love it too. This is a great app for beginners or busy people who wants to stay healthy while carry on with their busy life.

Best workout’s ever!!!!. A really easy every night & early morning work out for anybody. That is looking for exercise methods that aren’t going to, have any strain or very little of it on your body. Can leave you feeling like a new person and ready to take on the world! It’s a really easy set up with no complications. If you want to feel challenged while working out than this won’t to be the workout app for you. It doesn’t have any diet plans. So if you’re also looking for a combo of both then this isn’t it either. But I think it’s ok for your beginning workouts just to ease you in it. You still can have this app. And a separate app for your meal plans and it still works the same.

Great start to new journey. I will have to say this is my first day using the yoga app. I’m not fond of the advertisements, but I get why I see them. I like that this is free and there is everything from beginner (myself) to advance. This morning I did the morning wake up and it did just that got me moving and really warmed my body up and stretched it before I did my cardio workout. Tonight I did two: the intermediate core training and bedtime yoga. Now there were some poses I just could not do so I modified or did prayer pose until the next transition. I believe with consistency I will be able to master the poses. The music is ok and everything is easy to follow. I am enjoying the app thus far and cannot wait for tomorrow to try it again.

Beyond Expectations. I’ve been looking for some time now for a place that makes yoga easy to find and easy to do. I’ve looked online for free resources and find that they have nice routines and great instructors; but dang, I didn’t expect to have to sit and talk for 5 minutes before every session. This app is smooth, seamless, and gets right down to exactly what I wanted. Easy yoga for beginners, short session, long session, all in an easy to use and beginner friendly way for yoga. The music and the poses are easy to do and super nice if you just want to get into yoga! I find that this is exactly what I’ve been looking for and it actually keeps me interested. If I need that quick 10 minute yoga session in the middle of the work day or a nice 30 minute stretch, this app has me covered.

The ONLY way I’ve gotten myself to FINALLY develop a yoga habit. I can’t say enough good things about this app—I can’t believe it’s free. I LOVE it and for the first time in over 20 years of *wanting* to have a consistent yoga practice, I finally do because of this app. Choose your difficulty level, your desired practice time, your area of focus (stress relief, tension release, flexibility, weight loss, etc), even your music. See ahead of time what poses are included in your selected program, see how to do a pose if it’s something new to you…the app even sends me a reminder on its own at the time I usually practice in the evening if I have forgotten or been delayed. This app is incredible and I now recommend it to anyone who has says the word ‘yoga’ in front of me. So, so good.

A great find!. I have dabbled in yoga a few times before so I know the basics. When I came upon this app I liked the idea of the convenience it offered (quick segments, well organized, great illustration, and it will travel with me) I thought to give it a try. So glad I did! The segments are organize in various areas to work on what is best for you....I have arthritis is several joints and the Twist Detox is helping me stretch them open without pain. It is amazing and in just a few weeks has made a major difference in how I feel. I look forward to the next few months...perhaps I will stop walking a stiff duck! 🤗 Thank you so much! Update: been using for several months and still feel so good. It is the perfect way to start my day

Huge gap between beginner and intermediate. I’ve been really enjoying the free version of this app. After a month of doing beginner workouts I felt confident enough to move to the intermediate level. I can’t do about 3/4 of the exercises; they just require an insane amount of flexibility that looks advanced to me, so much so that I am afraid of what the advanced version looks like. This is why I’ve never been successful at doing yoga long term. I’ve never been able to find a program that doesn’t have this gigantic gap between the most basic of beginner stretches and turning yourself into a complete pretzel. It would help if there was at least some suggestion on how to modify the intermediate moves. So many of these moves I don’t even know how to adjust or practice a simpler version so that I can gradually ease myself into it.

Best yoga app out there. Due to COVID I was looking for a way to start practicing yoga on my own since obviously studios closed. Didn’t want to pay for anything online since it’s nothing like the studio experience, but it was hard to find anything for free. I didn’t want anything fancy, just a simple walkthrough I could do at my own pace. So glad I found this. Truly no subscriptions or trying to sell you anything at all. I miss when apps were around to help instead of to turn a profit. Anyway, not only is it simple and actually free, the app is beautifully designed & so easy to use even for the poses I forgot or hadn’t done before. Very thankful for this app and if they never update it again I would still be pretty happy because it’s that good

Great for beginners!!. This is a very simple yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ app! Ever since COVID started, I would get stressed out. Just recently I found this app and it is really simple but helpful! I love how you have different levels like beginner, intermediate, and advanced! I also love the different sessions, especially the morning and bedtime yoga. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Everything is free, and it shows you very simple but straightforward pictures of how you are supposed to do it, and if you don’t understand it, you can click on the picture and it pops up with a video and instructions of how to do that move!! This is definitely a recommended app, it is just great! The first time I tried to do yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ I tried to do Yoga Booty Ballet. That was a MISTAKE. It is very very hard. I got this app and it really helps! I can even do Yoga Booty Ballet now!!

Fave!. I have a couple different yoga apps we are using for myself and my son (post bone marrow transplant patient) to help with an injury for myself and to strengthen his muscles and flexibility again. This is by far my favorite and we use it daily! They don’t charge you insane fees and seem to genuinely just care about the person’s well being by offering it for free. Very impressed with it and the designers! We do not have the funds to waste and they are truly helping a family in need. You are appreciated and we highly recommend! It’s relaxing, calming (my stress needs it) and strengthening. The workouts are easy to learn the poses with each illustration and you can choose the level you need or just feel up to doing. He cannot do harder levels yet so this is perfect for him and is helping his atrophy and pain. Also helps him relax for better sleep. Thank you from a mother’s heart!

Just what I needed. I didn't buy this app. Yet. So far it's provided several yoga workouts with various experience levels to try and I've been able to create my OWN session with all my favorite poses. That has been my favorite feature so far; being able to try and edit the workouts to achieve the best flow for me. I've enjoyed exploring all they're offering and my custom session so much I've done yoga every day...in the comfort of my own home. Since there are so many more things to try I'll eventually buy this app but for anyone who wants free stuff, this is the best yoga app I've found. I feel amazing.

Love, but new update is not good. This was my favorite app and I’ve recommended it to everyone who wants to get into yoga because it’s perfect for beginners. I highly recommend it. However, the new update has diminished the quality significantly. There’s a weird mix of an automated voice with the original voice during workouts. New names for the poses make it complicated and confusing, and sometimes the name doesn’t match the pose (like head to knee stretch). We no longer get a ten second preview of what the next pose will be. Sometimes you won’t get both left and right versions of a pose so I have to stop the workout and do it myself. This is frustrating because I really do love this app. There are so many pros to this app and I don’t think I’ll change simply because it works for me, but it’s making my yoga workouts harder to get through because I’m more focused on figuring out what I’m supposed to be doing instead of breathing and stretching. Please please please fix.

Great for Getting Started. hi, i have been practicing yoga for a while but took a break from it and this app was a great way to get back into it. the subscription is a great price and i love all the different programs offered. it’s the only yoga app i have found that doesn’t use real people to show the poses, which i appreciate because i start comparing myself and feeling bad with real instructors. it also doesn’t have an irritating/distracting voiceover. i just wish this app would one day add some more challenging workouts. it’s very beginner friendly but isn’t worth it for me anymore as i need something more difficult now. i wish there was an app just like this one with tougher flows!

Great for beginners. I started using this app about a month ago as someone that knew very little about yoga and was also not very physically active or flexible. My goal was to intentionally incorporate physical movement into my daily routine and to become more flexible. So far, I love the app. It’s very easy to use, and perfect for beginners since you can choose your workout based on whatever level you’re already on, you can preview the workouts, and there is a video on how to execute all the poses correctly so you don’t have to wonder if you’re in good form. The app also tracks your progress, and you can choose to add your weight and things like that if you’d like to track weight loss. I like that there are a variety of workouts to choose from, and that it talks to you so you know when to change poses without having to look at the screen, and I like that you can add the workouts you like most to your favorites folder, which makes them even more easily accessible. Before using this app I tried getting into yoga several times but couldn’t stick to it, and now, because of the ease of use and the guidance during sessions, I look forward to doing yoga every day. My flexibility has improved, I feel more energized, and I’m excited about moving on to more difficult workouts. Definitely will continue to use, definitely recommend.

Great app - I had never done yoga. As a complete beginner and someone who is not flexible, this app is working great for me. Here are all the things I love about it. - It’s Free. - It’s easy to use. - The Music selections are good and I can choose which to use. - The instructor’s voice is just right. Normal and calm. Not too plain and not too whispery. (The right, and left, verbal instructions, however, jump out in an awkward way and do not match the tone of the main instructor‘s voice) - It tracks each time I do a routine. - There are a variety of routines to from which to choose and they tell me how long each lasts. - I can browse through the routines and get information on how to do each pose. - It explains each pose with text and can link me to videos with a variety of instructors (which is great because you get to see a variety of styles and approaches). It’s helped me to make yoga my own instead of feeling locked in to one approach/mindset. - Each lesson is short which I love because of time constraints in my life. If I need moe I just do another lesson. Perfect. Thanks for a wonderful app.

Thank you. Thank you for this, I’m retired, and was looking for some kind of exercise while going through this Pandemic Period. Before all this I would go to the gym three times a week. It’s pretty chilly out now, so taking a long walk is out of the question ( I’m out with the dog .5 miles daily) sometimes shorter depending on the weather. I really look forward to my Yoga, I have been continuing this program since October. (Yes I’m still doing the beginner) once I get bored I plan on trying intermediate. So once again I thank you,! Be safe, stay healthy! That was back in October, it is now May and I still continue to enjoy my yoga every morning...M-F.. lol.. I’m just returning from vacation and saw your new update. Can’t wait to check it ALL OUT... Well it is now August, and still enjoying the choices of yoga to start my day, I’ve been off setting yoga with my kettle bell. I really enjoy my yoga choices. Just a few comments but overall very happy. You have started to add different music and offer different sessions which is really nice BUT now I have to pay for them and you are locking me out of others that you have previously offered for free, both exercises and music. The reason I have used your app very consistently over the past 3 years and recommended to many is not just that it is a free app but you allow the opportunity to choose my workout based on my time and mind set on that day and I WANT to do it on a daily basis, it is fun for me and I like how I feel after completing each session. The minute I have to pay for the app then it becomes a chore, something I feel I HAVE to do because money is involved and then it is not enjoyable. I am less likely to do it willingly and certainly less likely to recommend it.

Love it, but could be even better. I am brand new to yoga, and this app has been a great introduction. The teaching videos are great, and there is a good variety of routines to choose from. There are a few things I think could be improved though. The order in which the routines are displayed should be more progressive in difficulty, especially since the app is geared towards beginners. Yes they have the beginner routines grouped first, then the intermediates, then the advanced, but the order within each group is not progressive in difficulty. The first beginner routine listed is the most advanced of the beginner routines, and the first two intermediate routines are the most advanced of the intermediates. When a beginner is trying to learn it is difficult to figure out the best routine to try next. I also think there should be the option for the instructor to give direction during each pose. There is so much to remember when starting out that details like when to breathe or having correct posture are easily forgotten. But overall it's a great app!

Mixed Feelings. I downloaded this app a while ago. First, I was looking for a way to exercise, but in a way that I’m not sweating, and running. So, I checked the App Store to see what they offer for yoga apps. I tried literally every single one of the yoga apps, and this one is the one I liked best. One of the things I was concerned about is this app has an animated person to show you which pose to do, and the animated person doesn’t even have an actual face! Basically all of the other apps out there have real people as your personal trainers. Also, I would enjoy if this app gave you more time to settle down between poses. Like, it gives me 10 seconds to 1., get out of my previous pose, and 2., get into the current pose! I mean, doesn’t that take AT LEAST 10 seconds?! Anyways, now to the positive things. I love how this app shows you how much calories you’re burning (or gaining I’m young so IDK) and it shows you how long it is, and it even has a name for the workout! I just completed another workout today that was intermediate, 30 minutes long, and burns/gains 111 calories! I feel like a strong and healthy girl due to this app, and I will be using it in the future!

Discovering yoga. I’m a newbie to yoga and this app let me choose how long I do it for and it also tells me how many calories I’m burning. I love that it gives visuals of what I’m doing, how to do it and time to prepare to get into the next pose and instruction on how to do before it starts. I’m loving it and my whole body is feeling worked and stretched. I feel wonderful after each session and can also choose to do more if I feel up to it. They speak very calming with a calming musical piece in the background. The great thing about this app is that it’s for beginners, intermediate and advanced and you can decide which you are up and not feel any less if maybe you can’t do that pose yet or you can also feel very confident after you’ve stepped up a level :)

Feeling better. I’m 60yo and have come to terms with a certain amount of pain. I have mild ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis, scoliosis, osteopenia and a collection of motorcycle and car accidents from my younger days. I’m exercising to treat biceps tendinitis and shoulders impingement. I walk my dog at least 2 miles each day. And I deal with a certain amount of pain. It’s only been two weeks since I started the easy beginners routines. I’m amazed at the reduced amount of pain that I experience. I’m sitting in Easy Pose writing this review. I don’t think that would have happened three weeks ago. I can’t twist myself into a pretzel yet- I’m thinking Cow Face Pose. I might get there in a couple of months. Or maybe not. In the meantime I’m feeling better. Thank you.

Quick Start. I really like this app, but especially the way you can set up the quick start to your own liking. For example, the time you can set for each session, depending on the time you might have available in your day. After my first written review, on an issue I was having with the app, I received a response within a day or two. They were already aware of the issue, and worked quickly to fix it. Since then, they have been on top of keeping this app running smoothly. They have also made updates that have improved this app for the better. I wish all the apps on my iPad were this responsive. I have no doubt, that this app is responsible for helping my body to feel better, after all of the sports abuse I put it through in my younger years. Thank you to the people responsible for keeping this app running.

Great on the surface. I love the layout of the app and how the routines are labeled as beginner, intermediate and advanced. I LOVE that there is a video explanation of each pose easily accessible both before the workout and after. My main problem with the couple of routines that I’ve done is a lack of repetition and logical progression/ flow. For example, in the beginner Yoga for Abs, the explanation of cobra pose says you should start in downward facing dog, move through plank, push up to cobra, hold, then reverse the flow back to downward facing dog. However, downward facing dog is not part of the actual routine. Likewise, the extended side angle pose is meant to develop from Warrior 2, but there’s no warrior progression. There were also a couple of occurrences that I went from hands and knees, then to my back, then back to hands and knees. It would flow better to do all the exercises in one position (standing, sitting, hands and knees, laying down) before changing. I would love to see more routines built around specific flows— I haven’t done the sun salutation flow, but it looks a little more like the yoga classes I’ve been to.

Wish you could skip breaks. Great app. Love that it gives a realistic calorie burn and that there decent lengths. Love the music! I just wish you could skip the breaks. They make the videos harder to follow with weird resting periods and when you go to skip them it skips the whole exercise. Still a great app though! I use this as a type of meditation rather than a stretch or workout. The moves are fairly easy so I go into the app thinking about my breathing and trying to clear my mind- it won’t guide you through your breathing however. I think it’s a great substitute for meditation for those of us who can’t stand being still long enough for those videos.

Best calming app ever!!!. I love this app! I’ve been really stressed out lately but this app has been very helpful and calming! I love that it has all the different options of types of yoga you can do. This also has an inner peace yoga that is really helpful with stress! If you just want to do a workout type of yoga it’s there! There is a fat burner, and core blast! Lots of different types of yoga. The yoga they give you is mostly intermediate and beginner yoga. If you really want to challenge yourself then this app is not for you. But for me this was my first experience with yoga. That means I was doing mostly beginners but it got to easy for me so now I do mostly intermediate yoga. This app has a morning yoga and a nighttime yoga. The morning yoga is a little harder than nighttime yoga because in the morning you are trying to wake up at and at night you are getting ready to go to sleep. Overall this app is totally worth it!!! I highly recommend it!

Judy Powers. I have been using this app since I was diagnosed with cancer 1 1/2 years ago. I use it almost every day. I began using it to allow myself an outlet for anxiety and relaxation. It turned into not only using it for those reasons but for strength and flexibility as I began treatment. When going through treatment I would be very painful and stiff. After doing my yoga I felt so much better both physically and mentally. I have recommended it to all my friends and several of them have began using it and recommending it to their friends. My absolute favorite. Before this app I had never done yoga before and it made it so easy and approachable I now have been at it for close to 6 months and couldn’t live without it. I’m very pleased with the newest features to create custom workouts since I’m still learning and practicing certain poses so it makes it easy for me to create a routine that I’m comfortable with. Simple and efficient. In the free list, I did the back version available at toward the bottom. Every time I wished there was a button to do a thing, there was. It’s short. It has you hold for about 30 seconds a pose, and it’s a pretty perfect length in whole and in its parts for someone like me, who typically gets bored out of her skull during yoga. The images are easy to follow, with time to realign yourself between moves, and while I don’t feel pressured to focus on the meditative aspect, the music and very sparse, very calming, and incredibly unobtrusive voice would also allow for meditation on a morning when my puppy isn’t smacking me in the face with his squeaky toy pig or attacking my hair. Nifty app. Zero complaints. Very effective.

Wonderful app!. Had this app now for over 2 years and it’s been nothing but amazing. The content is free and motivating when everything else about weight loss can be exactly the opposite. The workouts are shorter and fit into my schedule or if I just do happen to have ten minutes free, BOOM!, I got some exercise in and I feel better about things that I can’t control like school and work where I sit for long periods of time. Recent updates encouraged me to sit down and write a review (since I rarely do) because of how much they have changed and added to the app for better. I really would recommend this to anyone looking to find some inner peace throughout the day and know that every little bit counts!

Omg!!!. This app is amazing! I am a dancer and I will soon be joining the company of my dance studio. I am both excited and nervous to do so. Before I join I want to be able to do the splits. I tried my best to do stretching routines in the morning and night time but I couldn’t keep it going consistently. I searched around to see if there was anything that could help me. Then I found Mind+Body. It has incredible stretching routines and yoga that actually help! You can even set a timer for yourself on the app, so your routines will always be consistent. I am in LOVE with this app!!. I have heard that yoga has great aspects for flexibility and increased wellbeing but I was skeptical. I have OA and along with a form of myalgia. Both are painful and life limiting. I had become less able to bend my knees and true to OA my back hurt constantly. After just 3 days of doing the 10 min morning yoga I can feel such an improvement!!! I can bend my knees with little discomfort and I can already stand for longer periods of time without my back hurting!! I’m still early in this yoga relationship but I plan to add a 10 min yoga during my lunch. Eventually adding one before bed as well. THANK YOU for this app and the life changes I am already experiencing after only 10 days!!! I am feeling ready to start my day and my body is happy too!!

Great app!. I’m so happy I found this app. It has been such a great tool and motivator! There are lots of different options so you can easily mix up your workout. They have different levels of difficulty, length of workouts, and focus areas. You can easily save your favorites. They also include programs that take you through 2-3 weeks of workouts. I love that it tracks your workouts and it’s easy to see your longest streak. This has pushed me to squeeze in workouts on busy days when I may not have otherwise. I’m on day 75 of my streak, and I’m highly motivated to hit at least 100. I can’t say enough good things about the app!

Life changing. I have chronic pain, arthritis, and scoliosis. Regular chiropractor visits were not enough. I got this app because it offers so much for a free app. I don’t need to be an expert, I just want to manage my pain and have better posture. This app is easy to use, has customizable routines, instructor videos for every pose, and simple work outs from beginners to experts. They have recently added more routines too! Highly recommend to anyone who just wants an easy yoga experience without all the excessively annoying ads or the other apps that basically say “I’m free but you have to buy a subscription to use me!” Not this one, an ad before every work out but so worth it. I love this app. I don’t really right reviews but I’ve been using it for 3 years. It’s honestly my favorite app I don’t pay for it, I just search different areas of my body I want to focus on and select a work out that fits that. I don’t do any of the programs but I’m sure there great to. I’ve learned a lot of new yoga poses and have gained more balance and mental focus from different easy sessions that are mostly meditational. I popped 2 ligaments in my ankle about 6 months ago and I used the app everything after talking to my physical therapist about what I needed to be doing. He was so impressed with my improvement 6weeks later apparently I improved by 135%. It comes down to consistency which I struggle with but when I stay consistent there really is an improvement in my body, balance and mental fortitude.

Love this app!. This app is an easy way to incorporate yoga into daily life. As a busy, homeschooling mom of 8, it’s often had to get down time in. In stressful moments, I can take a 6-10 min break and calm my mind and heart. Even my kids will sit and do the poses with me. I love that it’s simple, calming music, has easy videos or directions for unfamiliar poses, and that is very neutral. There isn’t a lot of eastern influence. It’s a simple, “pose, get ready, start, rest” repeat. I like that there is no chatter during the poses. My only suggestions for the app are that 1. There be an paid version to get rid of the pop up ad before the yoga workout starts. 2. There be a way to link workouts together. I often will combine one of the 6-7 min workouts with one of the longer 10-15 min workouts. If I could link them so that they flowed seamlessly from one into the other, I’d love that!

Just what I was looking for. I’ve been wanting to get into yoga and lighter exercises, but I could never find an app that would break down each pose and how to correctly do them and I can’t stand the videos that are on to the next thing before I’ve had time to figure out and do the pose they started with. This app is so great for that. I has a simple to use list of all the poses offered that you can browse individually at your leisure and there are videos of each individual pose. I like it because I can take my time to understand and learn them so I can do them right. I like that you can customize your own routine with poses you like best, also something I was hoping to find but has never done so before. Fast and simple. This free app is perfect for time poor beginners- a taste of yoga! You can vary the workouts and do several if you have more time to indulge- ideal for me who is a wannabe yogi... New fav app. Omg, I love this app. I have been trying to find an app for yoga where I don't have to pay and I found it. You don't have to pay for anything as far as I can see. The only thing I would change is that there are no one-minute exercises it is only I think 7 minutes up, but overall I love this app and it is pushing me to new limits. I have never done yoga before. Great except for automated music. Overall great app, except that the music within the app was playing even though I had turned it off. I had to turn it off a few times within a workout which really disrupted my mindset. I prefer to listen to music from another app but could hear the automated music playing too. I’m not sure if this is a glitch or if there’s no way to have no automated music playing.

Good Freebie. Although there are paid options, the free version of this app is great! Lots of info about how to do the moves, how long each routine will take, what the routine is for, etc. Very handy for doing in the morning before work. My only complaint is that the “power” routines are very static and do not have a lot of dynamic moves in them.

Great beginners guide. Easy to use and a great guide for beginners! I use it daily for my back and feel better than I have in years! I would love to see a ‘build your own routine’ option added as I need to swap some moves out for others due to my current abilities so be able to modify the workouts would be amazing!

Peace and health. I have a program I do every morning and nights when able .. I’ve stopped the aches and pains and have strengthened and changed the shape of my body. I’m doing this for me and my health, I always feel good after doing my yoga routine.

Beginner to Yoga. Have had this app for years & have hardly used it! Until this week. Some things that have happened lately that has triggered my anxiety quite heavily. I have always wanted to do Yoga to help calm (& for core strength/fitness)but I can’t find the courage to go to classes. Love the animation instructions. Great app easier than others especially for beginners. The animations are the best part naming all different poses is brilliant way to learn. Especially when shown in animation. Helps visual representation of moves without distractions when presented using cameras on demonstrators. Only one problem I tried searching for app on App Store to install on my MacBook but not there. Need to use on a bigger screen not just iPhone or iPad

So thankful to have found this App. I am not flexible at all and know I would greatly benefit from stretching. I also hate going to classes but I’ve always wanted to try yoga. Starting again after a break. I enjoyed the sessions which were super easy to follow with poses held for 30 seconds each. Also there was no talking other than the instructions, which I also liked. I’m hoping the short 10 minute sessions will help me get motivated again and create a new daily habit post COVID lockdowns. The only down side is the background music which I’m not super excited about however the music is relaxing.

Sooooo so good. It’s hard to find a great app that you don’t have to pay for these days but this is it! I was looking for something that was for beginners because I’m a complete newbie and this ticks all the boxes. Clear easy to follow directions, step by step instructions, short and sweet.. the list goes on. Don’t need to log in to have it save my progress and a nice little boost from having an unbeatable streak going! Easy as pie and a nice little variety to ease into learning yoga. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Design on point 👌🏽. The app itself is pretty decent, nice design and easy to follow. One suggestion would be to let people pick their own poses and create their own work outs. As a male using this app, it kind of feels like if I recommend this app to other male friends, I will most likely get weird comments and made fun of. I understand that probably a large majority of people using this app are women but it’s too heavily women orientated in my opinion. Every photo, every pose and everything is women.

Yoga review. I think that this app is amazing!!!! I’m a teenager who was looking for something to help keep my anxiety and stress under control. Yoga. Simple quick free yoga workouts to free your body. Connected to your health app with the option of skipping certain exercises. However you can’t turn off the relaxing music to play your own. But overall it’s a wonderful app that is helping me so much and I would definitely recommend!

Very nice but needs more variety. I do use this app after a workout or on the weekends but I’d like there to be a more varied range of moves and themes. I feel as if it’s very repetitive and the more I do this the more I want to try more challenging stretches. Once this app can provide that I will happily write a brand new review and offer 5 stars and will recommend everyone I know to give it a shot!

Disappointed in updated version. I used to love this app so much until they changed the voice. Now it’s switching between an American accent and a British accent and someone like me with adhd and ocd who’s using this app to relax, it just ruins the whole mood. Not to mention they changed the name to so many poses it’s so annoying. I hope this is fixed soon ☹️

My experience with yoga:. I absolutely LOVE yoga but I never enjoyed it as much as this experience. It is so relaxing, calming, and the stretches really help with neck, back or any other pain. Also, you feel really good after it. I think that they should add a few more advanced routines and also some flexibility stuff in there, for people who LOVE yoga. But over all, I can’t get away from all those fun and relaxing courses. It has every sort of yoga you’d want to do and I 100% recommend that you should try it! It is the funnest thing ever! I love it. Best yoga app I’ve ever used and it’s free. You can see all the poses before you start. The music is relaxing although it would be nice to have different options. If your confused about a pose they have instructional videos for each one. The count down and what’s coming up next prompt is a very useful visual aid.

Simple, Free. Great beginner program. Seems simple, but just enough to allow you in without breaking you. Haven’t tried the intermediate or advanced yet as I’m on Day 2 and am happy with beginner level. Includes pose instructions you can look at before doing the workouts.

Yoga - beginner. Have only just started this but love that each segment is 7-10 minutes making it achievable to get some exercise in each day. You can always do more than one segment according to the time you have available. Already feel better with what I have done each day.

100% recommended. A genuinely really good app. Most of the other yoga/workout apps I’ve tried require a membership before even being able to try the app out. This one is really good, I think there may be an option for in app purchases but the app is great without them and they are not pushed in your face. I would also recommend using their other apps. I use workouts for women after this in the morning and before my yoga at night.

First time trying yoga- love it. So this is my first time getting into yoga. I’m in love. The app is awesome and has multiple workouts I guess you would call them, including a beginners workout which I love. You also have some for before bed, to increase energy and so on. Thank you!

It feels so freaking good and I can really tell the difference it has made in my life. I try to not miss out on my daily practice because I can feel it when I miss a day or two.

The best app ever. I think this is the best yoga app because I have already been getting a lot of exercise the last few days and I am still working really hard and the yoga poses are really easy and feel good on my body and I have to tell I am not flexible and this is making me flexible

My isolation salvation!. This app has been great- I am not much of a routine person, but with the pandemic I needed something to get me out of my home office. I was able to make custom routines that followed my physiotherapist rec, or use one of the in-app routines, and use the reminder to do them. Not tons of adds!! And I can use my YouTube music underneath the ‘instructor’ voice seamlessly. I love the new update- so many more poses, thank you!

Perfect Pocket Yoga. This is a great app to do yoga wherever you go. Pace is good. Would give 5 stars if there was more instruction you can turn on for absolute beginners to coach on things like relaxing the shoulders away from ears in tree pose, tummy in and breathing thru poses, knees over ankles etc. Having been doing yoga for decades, these were all taught in the classes but for home beginners some additional reminders that can be turned on or off (like the music) could be helpful and prevent some injury.

Great app. The free stuff works great to start. I paid for the subscription and it unlocks way more exercises. I was the guy who never stretched. This has changed everything. Especially as you get older flexibility is important. I have recommended it to lots of friends.

Overall it’s a good routine but it would be much better to hear a signal directing you when to change poses because you can’t concentrate on the pose if you are watching the countdown. Update: I didn’t realize that there was a change signal because my phone was having a temporary issue. It system does let you know when to change. The only other feature that would be nice to include would be to actually see real people doing the poses as you do them. Beginners need to see if they are doing the poses correctly as they are doing them. Otherwise, Nice yoga program

Super easy app; great 4 beginners. I am a 100% beginner at yoga and I love this app so far!! For one, the poses are not super complicated.. it is a good balance between super easy ones and ones that are a little more complex. Very easy to follow though, and the perfect amount of time to where I’m not completely exhausted at the end. I think this is a perfect app for a beginner that’s just getting started and doesn’t want to be overwhelmed by how complex yoga can get. It’s great at introducing the basics, and the length of time most of these workouts take is so easy to fit into even the busiest schedule!!

Practical & reliable. Every suggestion for small changes or improvement seem to be acknowledged & heard. Each update has noticeably improved the app & made it even more awesome! I have used this app every, single day— at least once, often more for almost 6 months. I don’t want to break the streak! I lift heavy weights & hate stretching— so I’ve been sneaking in quick yoga sessions before & after workouts as a substitution. I’m more flexible after nearly 40 years of being a stiff immobile rock. Great!. I took a 3 month beginner Vinyasa/Hatha yoga class and was looking for something to keep me committed to yoga afterwards once the class was done. This app really does the trick. The sessions are not too long and not too short, you can combine them, and there is a good variety. I can see myself wanting more choices in the future, but after only using it for about a month now, I am still interested . This app even motivates me to add in poses that I have learned from other yoga classes during the “rest” parts. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for an easy way to keep yoga in your life!

Love this yoga app. I love this app. It has easy to follow work outs and if I’m ever unsure of how to do a pose, there are really helpful little videos to help me figure it out. I do wish there was a little more variety in the workouts, meaning more beginner type, more intermediate, that kind of thing but I’m also using the free version so that may be why I only have a handful of each type of yoga workout. I like how each workout is also only about 10 minutes long, which is great for me because 10 minutes is about all I get before my kids start to need me lol and I can switch up what I’m doing every day to target a variety of muscle groups.

Wondering if it’s worth downloading…. The answer is yes, but let me explain why. I’ve been wanting to commit to yoga for my back pain for several years. I just couldn’t find a resource I enjoyed long enough to stick with it. However, I’ve been using this app at home for free with success & I’m really proud of myself. They do have a membership plan, which I might invest in later on, but for now this app has great videos & motivates me to be consistent with my goal. This one is exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE THIS APP!!!. As a beginner, I was looking for something manageable, enjoyable, and free - in case either of the first two criteria were not met. This app is all three. It has enough variation for me to proceed at my own pace, and I feel better! I was struck down by a drunk driver while walking a long time ago, and 27 years of arthritis from the trauma has made life difficult. I had tried yoga before, with another app, which did not cut it. Now I do two sets in the morning and one at night, and it’s made quite a difference! Thanks, folks, keep up the good work!

Improvement and Calming. In previous years I started using this app then took a pause and forgot about it. When I started exercising more, I thought to start up yoga again. I came back to the app, and so much more improvement and progress has the app made. It turned into something that I was so shocked when I opened the app for the first time in awhile. Now it is what I will use daily and to help keep me healthier and calm. They did a awesome job on the app and still keeping there calming music and style from before. Love it so much 🥰

Love this app!. I just started using the Yoga app and I love it! I really like the built in feature that allows you to set a reminder to complete a workout every day. I do wish the workouts explained the movements of each pose though. If you haven’t done yoga before some poses might be a little confusing on what you’re supposed to be doing. I also personally like to end my workouts in Corpse Pose and I’ve found a lot of workouts actually begin with Corpse Pose (I normally just skip it until the end anyways). Other than that, I think this is a great yoga app!

Great, Free Yoga App!. I am a complete beginner to yoga. I’ve been doing it to get some better sleep. I’ve only done 2 of the programs so far, but I’m already very happy with the app compared to a few others I downloaded. It doesn’t force you to pay for anything, the voice of the instructor is calm, and the background music is soothing. You basically choose what to do, and can even set a reminder on your phone to complete your yoga for the day. I can’t wait to try a longer workout this weekend! Would recommend to anyone looking for an app for yoga. :)

Love this app!. I have done literally every yoga session on this app. But for daily use, I always start with morning stretch and end my night with night stretch. I absolutely love it! It gets my energy flowing and helps my day go by so much smoother. I would recommend this app to any and everyone! It even has the soft music and you can sit your phone down while they call out the poses to you and also time it for you. I become one with the universe when I’m dealing with this app. No glitches, no bugs, absolutely nothing! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Easy. I was looking for a way to ease myself back into yoga. I needed something that would help me stretch muscles that have tightened over the years but one that was less than 15 minutes at a time due to my busy schedule. Also, I began feeling stressed and anxious from my busy lifestyle. This app has been a lifesaver. I can get 10 minutes in while my coffee is brewing which starts my day a bit more peaceful. Also, when I think of it, I’m adding it in just before I crawl under the covers at night. I feel much more focused, less anxious, and more in control of me.

Great for someone with limited time and experience. This app is awesome for anything ranging from a workout to a morning stretch. The app has an avatar that leads you through each exercise and sets a time limit for you to give you the best you can get in a 7-12 minute workout. The short time span and the way the app keeps track of the time for you makes it a perfect thing to do right before work without accidentally losing track of time.

Great for Beginners. I’m new to the whole yoga thing and honestly I was looking for some type of direction when I found this app. It is very informative and shows you how to complete the exercises with steps, pictures, and video if you choose. I honestly feel amazing after every workout I’ve done and think it seriously helps my muscle recovery. As amazing as this app is, I really can only give it four stars since the workouts themselves are limited and it seems to be geared towards women. BUT, that being said, this is free and is amazing for anyone who wants to get into yoga or with tight muscles from weightlifting or running.

I hate yoga. I have always absolutely despised yoga, the instructor was always someone who was ripped and played either extremely aggressive music or something on the line of classical. The instructor is an animation in this which makes me feel better about my progress, and the music makes it wicked easy to get through some really tough poses. This makes yoga fun and a part of my day I look forward too! I couldn’t recommend it more! I’m eighteen and stay at my school from 7am to 9 at night and this gives me the motivation to end my day on an amazing note!

I love this yoga app. This is the perfect yoga and stretching app for me. There’s nothing crazy complicated and I can easily customize it to avoid postures that tweak pre-existing injuries. There are links to plenty of short videos to help you learn the postures before doing the sessions. Most importantly, there’s not an an instructor babbling at you throughout the workouts with New Age instructions (“spin your groin inward” etc. etc.). If you’re an advanced yogi it will probably be too basic for you, but if you’re looking for a nice morning stretch or a pre-workout warmup it’s terrific.

Absolutely love 💚. I was in a wheelchair for 5 years following a car accident. Loved ones were told I wouldn’t live, I was told I’d never walk. Here i am 6 years out of the chair and just now finally cleared for exercise. This app is a wonderful tool for me not only because i can actually do the exercises but also because i can build and grow as my body slowly becomes stronger. :). This app is a pretty good app! It is easy to use and if u don’t knock how to do a pose it gives very good instructions that help a LOT! Also it’s totally FREE!!! I have been trying different workout and yoga apps and it is so annoying when the app only lets you do a few things without having to pay. This one said it was free and for once it actually was free! I love how it plays relaxing music while you are doing yoga! The only thing I would change would be adding more ‘corses’ but that’s not a big problem. It just might be nice to have a few new ones... I totally recommend this app to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful yoga practice without having to pay for it!

A True Beginner learns. I am 66 years old and have wanted to find a way to be able to stretch and extend the comfort of the moving around as an older person. I cannot do group activities so to have this app has made me feel accomplished, and has certainly helped with my move ability at my age. Having the music, the meditation, music and the timer allows me to close my eyes and just enjoy the experience of feeling my body move with these people on this app.

Good app but not as guided as I would like. This app does a fairly good job: it puts together poses, lets you know what is coming next and gives short breaks in between poses. There’s the option to view the particular pose as well. I prefer other apps that actually transition and talk you through the pose and entire workout (or DailyYoga). This is a more personal preference. If you prefer to have less talking in your practice and are a more seasoned yogi (know the poses, can transition to each pose comfortably, know the adjustments in the pose itself-rest shoulders, jaw, etc, and know how to rest between the poses) this app may be a better option for u! Beginner. I downloaded this app sometime ago on my phone. Because today was Yoga day I decided to use it. I absolutely love it. It was easy to follow. The exercises were challenging but I managed to get through all of them. I actually did two sessions. This will definitely be my morning routine. It allows you to set up a daily reminder, that’s a plus because I know me. I will blow it off. It stretched my entire body and I guess I will feel the effects tomorrow, but for a beginner, I rate it an A+.

Amazing!. I was new to Yoga and was considering taking classes but I wanted to try it out first. I went on a search for a free Yoga app where it’s almost like a lesson just not in person. I found many but they all cost money, even if it’s in the app. I came across this app and decided to try it. I ended up loving it and and now I do it daily. I also take classes with my best friend because we do Yoga together. Although I take classes I still keep this app just in case, I also love it too much to delete it. I might not be doing Yoga right now if it weren’t for this app so I highly recommend it!

Excellent!. This is a great app for any level of yoga knowledge you might have. The routines are anywhere from 7 to 14 minutes. You can see the poses that are in each routine before you do them, and if you’re not sure how to do a pose there is an accompanying video to show you how. There is a calendar that keeps track of the routines you have done if you choose to save them. I have thoroughly enjoyed my yoga routines using this app. Edit: new, longer routines have been added, and I am so excited and grateful that this app remains free. Thank you!

I can’t express in words the motivation, the relaxation and mindfulness all just at my finger tips for no cost, has given me. I’m a single mother of an 11 mo old boy at the age of 46. I get a lot of pain. This has helped me tremendously. I have more energy and there are so many options to choose from whatever kind of day I am having there is definitely great variety of yoga, and easy to follow workouts. I start my day with yoga and end my day with yoga and find time for me!

Changed my life!. This app is amazing! I was looking for something that I could fit in to my morning and bedtime routine.. this program makes it easy because it each yoga workout tells you how long it is going to take. So even if I wake up late I can still fit in a shorter one. Plus adding yoga to my morning helps me feel ready to take on the day. I am really not a motivated person that enjoys waking up early to workout or anything like that, and this has helped me to add a little exercise to my day. Thank you!!!

Best app ever!! For introverts.. This is the coolest app ever! It has so many different yoga classes to choose from. You pick one, and it shows a mini display of what to do and give you a countdown. I like to listen to the music & her countdown but you can turn them off. They have different levels to choose from. They keep track of your workouts. If you’ve ever wanted to try yoga but are scared to do it in front of a whole class with a bunch of people this is literally a lifesaver. And honestly now that I know a lot of the poses, I’m a lot less afraid to go to a real class. I love this app and I’ll continue to use it daily.

Great free app, love the workouts!. Workouts are perfect for a beginner! Wanted to find an easy lightweight and free app to begin my yoga journey and this is terrific. Love that the voice guides you through motions and calming music/sounds play in the background, but visual shows you how to do it. Also personally prefer that it’s a cartoon as opposed to a real person. Then the workouts are all fairly short like no more than 20 minutes which I love, I just want something fairly quick and manageable to start the day!

Finally. I used to yoga all the time. Very important to my health regimen. Then marriage, kids, and 60 pounds later, I want to start again. But where and how. No time, no place, no class. My friend recommended this app and after just 1 session I’m so excited. Quick 10 minutes, privacy of my own room, and a little guide to follow, and free! It’s perfect for me. Thank you. Great app!. I really enjoy the convenience of this app. Clean and user friendly. Enjoy the 7-15 minute sessions for morning routines and 15+ minute sessions for afternoon routines. Previews of each stretch are very handy, especially being new to yoga. I really enjoy yoga for my health and my kids are getting really into it as well. Without the app my routine is very inconsistent. The only addition I would make would be the option of in app music. Not a big deal but it’d be nice. I guess I’m just lazy.. For now I’m just playing music from me another app simultaneously. Highly recommend this app!

Best yoga app I’ve tried. This is my favorite yoga app! It’s just the right amount of intensity for a beginner. Also there is a good variety of different yoga routines to try. I love the easy to follow illustrations, calming music, calming voice overs, easy to read and memorize names for poses, and that this app is free. I do wish there were more routines to choose from or to have the ability to create your own routines. However, I think this app is also great the way it is. More routines would make it confusing and more difficult to decide what to do and so would creating your own routines. This app is definitely a keeper for me.

Best free yoga app. I’ve been trying to start yoga for a while now but have been discouraged by all of the apps that have you pay for basic instructions and poses. This is simple to follow and free so far (I’ve been using it for a few weeks now.) The dynamic poses are shown on screen during the workout as well as the static poses being pictured. You can create your own workout as well as suggest workouts for the developers to implement. The soundscapes are perfect as well with soothing music and a calming voice for the instructor. It’s my favorite Yoga app so far!

Quick, easy, convenient!!!. Thanks to this app I was able to establish a regular routine and am feeling better then ever!!! I’ve been using it for a couple months now and find it so convenient for my busy life!!! I look and feel 10x better and I am able to squeeze in a session early in the morning and again before bed since the sessions are only 10 minutes or less!!! I was having regular issues with the female voice disappearing but am hopeful this new update solves that problem! Oh and they have little how to videos and directions if you are unsure how to do a pose!!! Highly recommend for everyone!!!

Great - lets me do yoga calmly. The variety of combinations is great to try different poses and work up to more advanced workouts. Really like how tutorials are available to learn poses you aren’t familiar with. LOVE that the routines just play music and tell you when to change positions, helps me relax while doing the work outs. I am not a fan of listening to an instructor talk the whole time like in some of the tutorials. The length of the routines is great so you feel like you can slip a quick set in without needing to find the time for a long session.

Great short yoga sessions for waking up or going to sleep. I was looking for something that would offer brief sessions and that had very easy poses as I deal with fibromyalgia. This fits my needs very well. There are enough beginner sessions with easy poses that work well for stretching myofascial muscles that I don’t get bored. I really like the feature that keeps track of my days and minutes I’ve done yoga. I do wish it would show that I’ve done both a morning session and an evening session. Not for hard core yoga enthusiasts, but if you are looking to start, or want something simple and basic, this is a good app to use.

I love it, honestly.. I don’t have any background in yoga but this app has motivated me to get up and do yoga every morning at 6AM for 3 weeks now. The music’s relaxing, I like how it guides you to the next pose ( for the most part, sometimes the app doesn’t do it one day but it will do it the next ), and the poses are easy enough to make me feel like I’m making progress every time I work out. I now enjoy doing yoga every day. After standing on my feet all day, I’m excited to come home and choose a few exercises to relieve the stress and tension. I recommend beginner yoga and slow stretch. Those are my favorites. This app truly is a godsend and I recommend it to anyone starting to get into yoga.

Really great. It’s free! This yoga app has absolutely no hidden fees and no subscription everything on it is free. They just added longer sets like 20 to 45 minute ones which burn a ton more calories. I love how I’m inspired and excited to go from workout to the next it’s not boring at all!! Highly recommend To anyone looking for a yoga app. It has really helped me just take a breath after I do hard workouts. It also prevents me from injuring myself because it is basically stretching!! Great app for beginners. I have dabbled in yoga on and off for a few years now but have decided recently to get more serious about it. I was looking into a class in person but with working full-time and going to school full time it just wasn’t gonna happen. A friend of mine recommend this app and I finally decided to give it a try and I must say so far so good. Each session is only a few mins and easily fits into a busy schedule plus they have yoga for different moods and for different experience levels. I’m shooting for twice a day and I also enjoy the alone time

Getting into the flow. I was browsing for some sort of meditation/exercise app to help me start getting into healthier coping habits for the mind and body and I’m glad I came across this app. I’ve only used it about twice so I’m sure there’s still much to learn about the functions of this app but I like it so far and for the two times I’ve used it I’ve broke a sweat so that has to mean something! Looking forward to continuing and hopefully sticking with a yoga/exercise to incorporate into my daily habits. I hope this helps someone else on their journey as well!

I love that you can preview the workout and watch instruction videos for every move to learn, plus there are written instructions and a little avatar to remind you what you’re supposed to do the next time you do it. The music is calming during the workout and the audio instructions are clear so you don’t have to constantly try to watch the app as it goes by. It also syncs with Apple Health, which I appreciate.

Great for Yoga workouts. I’ve always been a little intimidated by Yoga, I am not as familiar with the poses as I am with strength training exercises. So this app is perfect for the novice like myself. I can just choose a workout that aligns with the timeframe I have to complete it, and the relaxing background music from the app and the soothing voice of the instructor helps me to release the tension. I highly recommend this to anyone trying to increase their inner peace or flexibility during the end of their workouts, or even for a workout. The app is well-made with helpful instructional GIFs. It’s a great app, cant say enough good things about it.

Great app. Great app. I’m very impressed with how you can read the instructions on how to do a pose and then actually seeing it. I would also like to see if I could write down the different foods I am eating to compare it to my calories. But overall this app is a good one. Helps me out with balancing my body and motivates me to do more bc the app isn’t time consuming. This app improves every year. Helpful during these scary times. I searched for stretching or yoga apps due to being home for social distancing. I both wanted and needed some time to myself in the morning to set my intentions for the day. It helps center you, gives you the right pep to start your day, a moment of peace and meditation, and it will help if you need to sit for majority of the day to work from home. I was amazed that what I found in this app. A variety of free guided workouts, with rest and stretch timers, a guided voice directing you, and soothing yet uplifting music in the background. These run from I believe 8-10 minutes so it’s not going to take you away from what you need to do for very long. This has truly been one of the reasons I am currently staying sane in uncertain times. I highly recommend it to take some time for yourself to get your mind, body, and soul in check. These are scary times, but we will get through. Wash your hands, stay home, and stop hoarding food and toilet paper 😋

I love this app!. I just got this app 10 minutes ago and the reason why I got this was because my old app got updates that made you have to pay money and today I just decided to delete it. The minute I opened this app all I saw were a bunch of free classes! I don’t know the whole thing yet but I do know that quite a few of them are free! If you are an expert and are looking for something quite difficult then this is probably not the app for you. This app has beginners and intermediates not really expert ones. I would definitely recommend this app for any beginners who don’t want to pay. 😁

At your own pace!. The app has a bunch of different routines designed around goals those practicing decide prior to their session. These range from energy motivators, to before bed unwinds and show you the skill level that’s usually possessed when doing these movements. My favorite part however is that the app does NOT send you a million notifications a day to practice; personally the accountability factor for apps that are utilized as leisurely deters me from wanting to interact with them so I like that this tracks my stats but doesn’t tell me to continue increasing those numbers every chance I get

Wonderful Wellness App !!. Very efficient and user-friendly! The workouts are super challenging but so so good! You will feel accomplished and relaxed and opened from within. Give it a try. I love that it’s free free (there are locked programs and workouts to be unlocked with a subscription) A lot of yoga apps keep the workouts restricted until a subscription is created. I’ve been using this app for two years now, and it’s got something new every few months. I still have workouts I’ve yet to try.

Yoga. I got excited over the ease and accessibility and the free app that I can use as many times as I want. I like the way he plays the music and a promise to the pose will give you with a time to get ready I find that perfect. I don’t like the religious advertisements which go against the yoga principle of the spirituality, but I guess this is the marketing aspect of it if I get tired of it I may stop using it. Thank you for making the yoga accessible and allowing this simply trying to guide me with very nice and perfect music thank you. I wish we had a bit less repetition of the same movements! Love it still!

I love it !. I have a similar app (might be by the same company) called 7M workout where you can use preset workout or customize your own workouts .. I saw this yoga app while I was looking for something to give me structured stretches & I am really enjoying it .. I have not found a feature where you can customize your yoga sequence but there's so many options you really don't need to .. I use it for workouts, relaxation, bedtime, & morning !! I'll come back and review in a few months to tell if I have seen changes in strength and flexibility ..

Life saving!. I can’t believe I found a FREE! This app saved my life! I been looking for a totally free app that introduced me to yoga, and this app has it all. I had to start from the very beginning with yoga due to surgery and other issues and this app have brought me back to life. Also I’ve found so much peace and I’ve learned to calm down because this app is so peaceful. My anxiety have crippled me for so long and this app helped me slow down and calm my anxiety so much. I love this app in every way, thank you for creating this amazing app!

Best Yoga App Ever!!!. I love this app so much! I haven’t gotten any adds and there are so many possibilities, I am just starting to do yoga and this app is perfect for me. They have a ton of already made yoga circuits and even some toning exercises. And if you get bored of the ones they have you can make your own circuit with all the different yoga poses! You can use their relaxing music but what I love is you can turn it off and use your own music from a different app as well. There is a good image of each of the poses and you can click on something to get a better description or even a video demonstration on how to do a pose. Amazing app!
