App lies. The app told me I couldn’t order from the summer waves location as it was closed for the season. The funny thing is that I was in line at the Larry’s location at summer waves AKA not closed. I emailed the support team, didn’t hear back (of course). A fail app, eat elsewhere.

Payment. Just downloaded the app. Says payment processed but didn’t show an amount to purchase the app! What’s up?

Great app. I use the app often to order during my lunch break - order as I am leaving the office and my order is ready once I arrive which is beneficial in avoiding the rush.

Needs critiquing. Nowhere to add a lettuce wrap on the site. Nowhere does it offer your soup choices. It could use some critiquing in other areas as well. It takes too long to place an order. This causes you to lose your time slot. It also did not remember my password and I tried several times, finally I went in as a guest. I’ve done this on several occasions now. Yes, I’ve tried to start over with a new account.

Awesome App!. I love this app! It made ordering so easy and quick. Things such as mobile pay & the simple features are great! I even forgot to add a drink to my order and before checking out it gave me an up-sell option to add a combo to my order! Great app, overall!

App now broken. Since most recent update this app does not work. Freezes up with black screen. Never opens. Happens on both iPad and iPhone with latest OS.

1 star. Love Larry’s, hate the app. Got no further than TRYING to enter a zip code to tell it my location. Using iPhone SE with updated OS. Tied with Micky Ds for worse app but at least Ur food is many times better

When will I learn NOT to update apps?. This app worked great til the last update. Now I can't order a large sub with a gluten free bun. Ok, I'll order in person and scan my rewards QR code per instructions on the app. BZZZZZZT. No scanners! What a scam. I have enough rewards for 2 large subs piled up but can't redeem them. It's not their fault that food prices have gone berserk but breaking your rewards program rn is really bad optics!

Needs a little work.. Can’t look up the large hot dog because it is t there. App needs a search function and a way to leave a tip. I always leave a tip when I go to get orders. Tonight I found that there was an app, so I downloaded it. App also needs a search function. App appears to be at very beginning and not by profession developers. Hopeythey will improve apps look and functionality over time.

Not useful. The location near me hasn’t taken online orders in six months. In fact the app says that store is closed when I know it isn’t! We’re not going drive an extra 15 minutes to get subs!

No military discount option. Seemless app but nowhere to add military discount. I don’t use app and waste valuable time because I have to go inside and order at counter to receive discount!

Ordered chips. You have to put down the type of chip you want to get online but they don’t put them in the bag.

Easy to Customize. This app was very easy to use and made ordering very convenient. I like to customize my subs and was very happy with how easy it was to order exactly what I wanted.

I love their subs. I love their subs, but I hate that they NEVER get my order right! I have to really want there subs and pray for the best... I go in to order... they get it wrong... I go through their drive through.... they get it wrong... I order online & leave notes!!!!... they get it wrong! I write corporate to complain and the store manager wanted to treat me as if it was no big deal! You mr manager (Adam Cribbs) got managing wrong!!! You don’t get combative via email and not respond ever.. my last response was March 11th where you sent me pics of my receipt and for what??? Give those receipts to your staff who keeps GETTING IT WRONG!

Great food terrible app. Easily the worst food app I have and it’s not even close. It’s like it was designed by the owners kid who got the gig because he’s the owners kid. Get a serious app maker to make an app that matches your great food

garbage app with garbage Ui. its almost as trash as the store fronts. they forget your credit card, they force you to pay with card and no option to pay in store. they mess up your order. Best part is when they charged me for a sub when the store was closed and the app didnt even alert me that the store wanted to close an hour before the actual closing time. They literally steal your money. Garbage corporation with halfway decent hot subs. Why do I still eat here and use the app? Food’s decent and only way to order is through their garbage app

Great Cuban. I like mine crispy so I ask for it well done. Now, I pick one up to go and crisp it up in a skillet at home and they’re amazing!

App is frustrating. Could not change payment at checkout. Cannot delete old credit cards.

Kongs Club. The app works great. Just curious why the Kongs Club charges for bacon when it’s suppose to come with bacon. When I order in store, they don’t charge extra.

Ok. I love Larry’s. Sometimes the line is long and slow. But it’s worth the wait. I have the App so I’ve found things to be so much easier. People are friendly and the food is awesome!!!! I will say that they are often understaffed and it sometimes takes forever to get served. Also, Due to the lack of staffing (I believe) order accuracy has suffered. But I still keep coming back. 😇

Update needed. Apparently mustard is a normal condiment on your subs, however, that is not a condiment selected under “comes with”. Because of this, we received a sub that should have been plain with mustard. We took it back to the Larry’s location in Orange Park and the “owner” said it wasn’t his problem and to take it up with corporate. We are out a sandwich and $7.

Love the app!. Love the app and being able to run in and get my favorite sub. The gluten free bread is awesome. I like it even better than the regular bread. Thanks!

Great food great service. This is one of my favorite local sub shops. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, the food is always the same quality and always in a timely manner.

No option to edit condiments. I think it’s just on the specials page but I can’t edit what condiments I want on the subs. Five stars once that is fixed but right now I can’t use the app at all due to this.

Can’t order. I cannot order from the Ap so it’s useless to me.

Lacks functionality. It works, kind of, but it’s klunky and feels dated. The credit card scan did *not* work. No access to Apple Wallet, LastPass or iCloud Keychain, and no Face ID. Have to enter everything manually. Needs a serious update.

Inconsistent. I do really enjoy the flavor of Larry’s.To me the freshness stands out and beats almost all sub shops.The Roosevelt location though is inconsistent on sandwich making.I have ordered three times this week and have had different results on all three occasions.My current Friday night order onMarch 26, 2021 is terrible.Literally no meats and very scarce toppings.Definitely not worth $11.Maybe Publix would be a better bet on Friday nights from now on.
