Why are the reviews not all 5 stars. I’m seeing ppl put reviews of 2 and 3 stars but i cant see why this is for rappers like lil uzi vert and lil nas x they aint complaining idk why im not seeing 5 stars from others

Keeps saying update required. I haven’t been able to use the app in months. It keeps saying update the app. And take me to the App Store where the app just says open. As if it is already updated.

Wrong plays. So I have distrokid an it is shown in Apple Music artist one of my singles I posted I had deleted it because it didn’t get the right amount of numbers I wanted so I deleted it. When I go back on Apple Music it never deleted my plays from that song. Now it always shows the wrong plays. I was hoping yall can fix this so it can be back normal. Thank you again.

Someone with my name comes up as me!. Someone with my name shows up on my music profile. They are a completely different artist! How do I fix this? Their song and photo shows up in my profile and now it looks like there’s 2 different artist with the same name. Ridiculous

FIX THIS PLEASE. As soon as I downloaded this app I was excited to start making my own music but when I opened the app I couldn’t even tap on the email or password buttons to start typing the only button I could tap and would work is the full screen button and apparently when I read through the reviews I only saw one other person have the same problem as me and it worked for everyone else PLEASE FIX THIS I WANNA MAKE MY OWN MUSIC PLEASE FIX THIS

Thanks Apple. I can finally see all of my stats. The app is beautiful and informative. As usual, you sometimes move slowly, but when you finally deliver it’s 🔥! Well worth the wait. My only request is that you add tools to reach and increase my fan base.

Bug. Hey Apple, I am a producer posting on your platform but when I try signing into Apple Music for Artists, it doesn't let me click the password option and actually input my password to sign and and manage my account. Any ideas to why this is happening?

PLZ READ. What the heck?!! I’m not able to even sign in or type in my Apple ID or password. This problem might just be happening to me since nobody else seems to have this problem, but plz try and fix this. I’m going to release an album for my 100 subs on yt special and I really need to be able to release it on Apple Music because that’s one of the most popular music platforms, and I want to reach a wider audience. It’s not even doing anything when I tap the box that says to enter the email or anything. Nothing happens and the keyboard doesn’t show up or anything. PLEASE FIX THIS

I’m not sure where they are getting their screen shots. The app looks nothing like what Apple is showing in screen shots. The app shows me, the number of plays, Shazams, song purchases, avg. daily listeners, and some milestones. There is nothing that shows the impact of playlists or tracking Shazams. It would be nice to have an app that helps artists promote their music on Apple’s platform that seems largely skewed toward big money established artists, and doesn’t seem interested in independent musicians.

Ok But Not Ok. It works well. I love Apple Music. But a couple problems, first of all I would like to be able to add the description and birthdate. Second it would be better if you could further see the listeners and etc. Also after about a month it froze so I signed out. But I couldn’t get back in because it showed my email but I couldn’t enter the password. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it was still frozen please fix the problem.

Just signed up!. I’ve had my music on Apple Music and glad that there is an option to take control of my Artist Page! A cool and amazing feature I would love to see on here is the ability to maybe do a live stream from your artist page via the Apple Music Artist app!

Where is the real time sells report?. In order for this app to be agreeable amongst artists and streaming companies there has to be transparency between the two. It is awesome that artists can see how many listeners and online streams we’ve received but it is much more important for artists to see how many sells we’ve received in any time period in real time. This will especially help artists that are paying money for marketing purposes. In other words, show the sells report in real time so the artists and or record labels know if their marketing dollars are working properly.

Absolute garbage. Need to use this app to claim an artist account because the web system is broken or otherwise non-functional. Now I’m stuck before even being able to log in. Sign in fine, verify email fine, once I enter my credit card CVV for verification, app gets stuck. If I enter incorrect CVV, it says it’s incorrect. If I enter it correct, it shows a spinner for a while and then stops, not progressing further. Pure Apple garbage!

I don’t see the update to see listening now. The Apple updated a week ago and I don’t see an update in the app

Too Minimal. The app is pretty good at showing data of where your getting plays from, but the other information is just too minimalistic. It just shows a bunch of bars with no information on them so you have no idea what you’re looking at.

Life is short. My displeasure with using this app over time is volumes. All the money they made off music and they somehow are unable to give back This app makes me want to die Does not report correct data. I turn lifetime on and look for the lp purchase i made. And it says 0 zero. I bet apple music doesnt present correct data for ANY artist. smDFH. What do you need MORE money. What is your damage is the team leader more troll than human? Why would you not be perfect with the data. Or is it too easy for malicious employees hired on the side to muck data for whatever reason. Makes me wonder. Stupid image submission is evil. Doesnt display what you had just set. Cant correct it till that one is rejected. I couldnt access the desktop website as it would always auto run the app. LP purchases dont count as song purchases. What the #%$@ ever so you going to flash zero purchases on the year end recap when i know ive made album sales. Inept evil whatever. You need a new team leader that is human. You all fail.

Love the new features, but even MORE confusing. I really love the new features that Apple has added for their artists app, but the user interface has just become more convoluted and confusing. The last update was easier to navigate and find/do things. This update has hidden more things in different sections that aren’t immediately clear for someone who is used to using different artist management apps for streaming platforms, they could’ve added the new features on the same page is, they’ve had before, without changing the navigation

It’s a start.. Main issue for me is the graphs presenting data in the app are not labeled at all. It’s just a series of bars with no context other than the height of the ones beside it. The listener data is better, though still scarce. Good for an overview, but I still have to use the desktop site to dig into data.

It could be so much better. Honestly there is so much that this service is lacking. More easily accessible marketing materials that are generated through Apple, More analytics, Access to Bio, Access to put an animated Cover or Profile video I could go on. Good app Apple should really have a dedicated team for this app cuz honestly independent artist like me are left in the shadows

Won’t let me enter in my sign-in information in the sign in screen.. When it brings me to a screen labeled “Apple Music for Artists” and below “Apple ID”, “Password”, “create new account” etc, it won’t let me enter in my details. Tapping the screen doesn’t bring up a keyboard for me to do so or anything

Makes Understanding Easy. Really useful app I cannot stress enough I am happy about having this as an independent artist. The addition of Shazam is vital and also very useful - thank you. Minimalistic - True Apple Fashion. The app is very simple & minimalistic, just as we might expect. LOVE the fact I can see Shazam’s of my songs. Don’t see anything in the way of playlists though, and i know i’m on playlists, which is a pretty big part of being an artist nowadays - especially independent. But this is Day 1, looking forward to having this as an app and future updates - Dré Tamashī ♥ૐ

Needs a lot of work and better communication. I don’t dislike Apple Music as a platform, I think it’s easy to use and it’s a reliable source of streaming. The problem of this app lies in the problems i’ve had with getting support. First off, when i uploaded more music after a few months it created an entirely new artist page, leaving me with one artist page with my EP, and one with 2 singles. I asked them to merge this which took about 2 weeks (mind you it says 5 business days max). Now, you’d think this is where the problem ends but no. Now instead of having access to one page and not the other, i didn’t have access to my artist account at all. i’ve reached out to them and still have yet to get a response. it’s been another 2 weeks. Finally, when i did ever have access to the artist page, it was very stingy about a picture of my full band, square cropped, and fitting into the frame, so i could never even customize my own page. I think it has great potential to be more user friendly but i don’t expect the change any time soon, it was easier when it was just a website.

Real time stats and one day stats please!!. I love finally having the app and seeing my stats on the phone. Saying this I really wish there was one day stats everyday to see how many views you get everyday. Also a real time preview of your new song like would be nice

Essential to have but a underperforming app. This app is essential for anyone who is trying to grow an audience and analyze their musics performance amongst fans. Unfortunately the app is very glitchy, it takes a decade to load for the simplest things. Which their is no reason as to why this app should need anymore than two seconds to load. The interface and maneuverability of the app needs a major overhaul, it is outdated! I would love to fundamental improvement to this platform!

Access is not approved or denied. I Have 17 songs on Apple Music and iTunes. I’ve been trying to gain access to my Apple Music for Artists for several years. I downloaded the Apple Music for artists app and then requested access to my artist profile. It says that I’m waiting for them to review my request but I never get a response. It says on google it shouldn’t take more than 48 hours. It makes no sense. My request will literally just sit there forever and it doesn’t get approved or denied. Over the last couple years I have tried deleting and redownloading the app. I’ve tried canceling the request and sending it again. I’ve sent the request and let it sit for several months and nothing. It still says the same thing. I’ve tried everything. I don’t know what to do at this point.

Unsatisfied. I downloaded this app to go over my artist page and customize it to my liking some how my page was deleted and I had to request my artist again my pic is gone and they are not showing any stats for my artist page at all I know I have some because people are showing me what they are listening to hope Apple can fix this issue

Doesn’t let you see specifics. The Apple Music for artists phone app lacks a lot. Unless I’m missing something, you can see the graphs and the numbers for the week or month, but you can’t click those graphs and see daily numbers or what songs were purchased, etc. The one thing I do like about the app that I haven’t seen elsewhere are the milestones. It helps you see what songs are doing best and makes you feel good about your achievements. The desktop version does let you see the specific numbers. So I am hoping in the future, they improve the phone app so we can see more of the statistics there and not have to go to the desktop to see everything!

Surprisingly poor. This app is surprisingly poor for Apple. The interface gives little useful information. I mean, who designs graphs with no numbers on the axis? That’s just bad. Little, if any, of the information available on the website is viewable in a reasonable and s subtle format. It’s pretty useless.

Love and Hate. I love the idea of getting your numbers right away. I wish there were more information or even being able to click on milestones to read it fully. Also dove deeper into the numbers like radio plays by location. The desktop version is a lot more intuitive. Uploading music videos and descriptions should be implemented. Being able to promote or offer promotions for your page or music would be Amazing. Wil_make_it Wil Make-it

How can I log innn!!!!????. So when I saw this app I was blessed to install it but then when I installed it I got inside the app and then I try to log in but instead of creating a user, picture, naming the user as what I expected I just found just to share my password email and account info that is private! And I can’t see anything that says: “click here to start you’r account. So can you plsssss make and tutorial. PLSSSSSSSSS!!!!! Pls write back

Good but broken at smallest font size on iPhone X. I am very glad that Apple released this app. It is far more convenient than visiting the website. The only issue that ruins the app for me is the fact that if I set the system text size to its smallest setting it cuts off the last word of each “insight.” Fixing that would make the app far more useful.

Suggestion. I don’t care to have credit for this suggestion. But a really good idea for Apple music would be to have a comment section below each song, like audiomack. It would definitely make the social media aspect of music become more popular, and make younger or lesser known artists become more popular.

Doesn’t even let me log in. I tried to log in and I received the message that my iCloud account is locked. I changed my password and updated everything and it’s still locked. When choosing the forgot password option, it will not send a recovery email and it says that my birthday is wrong. When checking my birthday in my iCloud account I noticed that it was the correct date. Somehow Apple Music for artists isn’t communicating with my iCloud whatsoever.

🤌🏾. i know this isn’t a distribution service but it would be cool for more artist features. like bios, description, hometown and birthday etc. I think a cool way to connect to audiences could also be playlist submissions and things like that. Also i love that as an admin i can make an artist playlist but i can literally do nothing with it. doesn’t show up anywhere.

It's alright, but missing some important data. It would be really nice to see statistics of entire albums, a feature that most other "for artists" app already have. Most artists care about the performance of a whole project. Apart from that, timescales should include custom date ranges for statistics. Good apart from these though!

Frustrating. Will change review when I can use it.. So I got this app and saw that I needed to claim my artist page. I thought I had done that already when I uploaded our image via DistroKid, but I did it again. I’ve been in pending status for three days now. When you let me access my artist page I’ll be able to give a proper review of the app.

Great! But the UI needs a little improving. The UI is the only problem. The font for your stats is Helvetica, not SF UI sans. And the UI is a bit clunky, feels a little rushed. But other than this, AMFA keeps me up to date on everything I need to know about my stats! By the way: my artist name is Soundwaiv if you want to listen!

Worst stat app of all time. Apple is notorious for having problematic password requirements. Forcing users to use cumbersome password combinations, logging you out randomly, and not allowing you use past passwords all make this app a nightmare. Also, if you try to enter your iphone password, the app sometimes says its wrong. Zero stars for developers that have failed their users.

Signing in?!. So I typed the right email and password, but it wouldn’t let me in and it keeps saying, “enter email and password”. It won’t even enable Face ID even if it is enabled! Can you please try to fix this? Thanks I’m advance! :))

It takes them a while to authorize access. I had to apply twice for my own band. Finally they granted me access and I was able to upload band images and check my statistics. I’m happy enough that people actually play my content that is on iTunes/Apple Music.

It’s okay app nice to have. Seeing a lot of old reviews from like years ago not being able to sign in I’m using the app in 2023 I can sign in but the app isn’t what u think it is but it does has some nice features it’s really a apple friendly version of United masters promo features

Review for Apple Music. To dearest Apple, Why do you keeping forcing us to purchase Apple Music?? If you can’t provide a service with the purchase of iPhone do not keep pestering us with something for additional money! If i want to create an automation then you give an option to play audio on Apple TV but you say I need Apple Music subscription... doesn’t make any sense!!!! I used to love but this forcing something on users just bug hate it!

Horrible wish I could give 0 stars. Doesn’t let me copy my Apple Music link into the search bar says We’re having trouble searching for artists right now. Try again later. And if I try to put my name it says no result my 2 songs are in both Apple Music and the App Store but I have no way to login to thta account the only account I can login In to is my regular Apple Music

Not impressed. Why would you accept for iOS on iPad when i can’t even type in Apple ID. So bad. Improve, Apple.

So bad it’s an insult to artists. I am truly shocked Apple has put something this bad into the world. That fact that it is supposed to be for artists and continues to be so bad speaks volumes. I try to claim my artist names (already a clunky/broken process) and it wipes everything I have entered, again and again, before I can finish. Either that or it doesn’t work at all because it’s ‘undergoing maintenance’ which, sometimes seconds later it isn’t. Then it is again a few seconds later. It’s really a mess. I’ve been trying for maybe four months now. I can’t comment on what the content is and if it’s any good for artists because I’ve never got in.

Simply doesn’t work. 75% of the time it says “Temporarily Unavailable”, 25% of the time it cannot find whichever search terms are input - including direct Apple Music urls.

Needs a lot more work. Hardly any of the tools available that should be for artists: no detailed stats for songs, don’t even do a yearly artist update like Spotify does. Would be nice to see some similar features across these artist apps but this is easily the worst one out there for one of the biggest companies

can’t sign in. the app has been fine and working great up until about a week ago when it logged me out for some reason. no problem i guess but now when i open the front page and press to enter email or password it does nothing. nothing registers, i can’t even type in my password. i deleted and re-downloaded, shut off my phone and nothing worked apple doesn’t seem to care about these reviews but on the chance one of the devs sees this can u fix it

We need more features. Let’s face it, this app is such an amazing platform. But I think it’s still missing something, like the ability to customize our artist description, home town, etc. I think Apple can still improve this app a lot! Check out my music: David Robitaille

Frozen streams. For 2 days now it has shown i haven’t gotten any new streams despite watching people listen to the entire track multiple times. Very annoying.

Functional but can use improvements. We need to be able to actually put an artist bio/album bio when we upload. Just pictures is not enough to get fans an idea. And updates on streams are two days behind. But otherwise easy to use app, good UI

App Needs Fixing. This app needs to be fix cause I’m trying to login and I can’t. It won’t let me login

It’s fine. The app is okay for its one function: telling you how many plays you get, and where (country/city) those plays originated. Where it lacks is kind of everywhere else. I get a decent amount of plays from apple, and sometimes I see massive spikes in plays but I have no idea why or where they came from. Was I on some playlist? Was I on apple radio? Was I the next song after some other artists album ended? Spotify breaks down your demographics by age and gender, which is also handy. You can also submit songs to playlists on Spotify, whereas Apple I guess is only pay to play. So yeah I can see the plays, but it lacks any kind of information that would actually help me find and grow my audience.

Horrible compared to Spotify for Artists. Lack of features, failure to change my artist name after months of waiting, and crashing constantly.

Every time I upload an artist image it says upload failed. Every time I try to update my artist photo, it said “upload error”. Please fix this.

It is frozen at sign in page. Pls fix this

Was at the start Freezes and Unresponsive. First thoughts: Completely frozen on the image upload part! Also was showing it was temporarily unavailable! Also doesn’t take advantage of features like dark mode! There is not a lot that you can really do with this app yet. Like how about cover photos for example like overall there’s more that needs to be done for artists it’s still a very closed ecosystem in a sense. It’s still slow and no dark mode!

Ok. Took 4 days to let me in my profile. Won’t let me in my other account. The streams like to freeze.

Stealing Streams!!!. WATCH OUT THEY HAVE TAKEN MY STREAMS OFF MULTIPLE SONGS FOR NO APPARENT REASON. WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT APPLE AND GET SUPPORT THEY WOULD NOT EVEN HELP ME. ENDED UP DIRECTING ME TO SOME RANDOM WEBSITE WITH NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM. I HOPE APPLE SEES THIS AND SERIOUSLY FIXES THEIR PROBLEM QUICK! I AM VERY ANGRY.

Streams and Buys. I had 6.2k streams last month never saw a penny from it Even though the statistics are recorded Very faulty platforms are Apple and tidal

Terrible UX. This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. You really need to work on connecting the social media accounts….I’ve been trying for hours and have had no luck. Brutal!

Doesn’t even let me login. The app says my Apple ID is incorrect. Nope, triple checked, signed in online no problem. Tried to reset my password using my iPhone passcode and it says THAT is incorrect. Absolutely not, triple checked again. Worthless app if you can’t even sign in.

Constantly “under maintenance”. I still haven’t been able to access my own music page. This entire time for the past 2 years. Constantly says it’s “under maintenance” This app is utterly useless.

Won’t let me sign in. This is an app for your artist profile on Apple Music, created by Apple, being used on a 14 Pro Max that was manufactured by Apple, and yet the app does not allow me to enter text in the login field. Hello? Apple? How can you not make an app that is a failure on the devices that you make it for?

Omg about time!. Finally the days of hunting down the web address and inputting my password are long gone. Thank goodness there’s a downloadable app now.

Help. i dropped a song on apple music and everytime i try to look up my name it doesn’t pop up and when i press the request artist access it said the app it under maintenance.

Useless. Their competitors app is way better. Why not just make it simple? Analytics, artist page, simple links to promote? Or am I missing something? Other apps are easy to navigate and use. This one however is a waste of date as it stands. I’d suggest Apple starts from scratch and build a new app.

Still can’t login. Finally an update but still can’t login or even interact with anything on the login screen: seemingly completely frozen and untappable. Getting a little old to have this app be unusable.

Not a working app. Yup. iPhone 15 pro max …fairly new… all other apps work perfectly. I downloaded the app. Opened the app. Not working. No response. I’ve even powered down my phone, and, waited a few secs. Turned the phone back on, logged in, went to the app… same results. Also, have deleted the app, and, this is my 2nd attempt.

Not valuable to artists for much. Really half hearted application. Almost worthless other than seeing a couple numbers and some generic promo sharing tools.

I don’t know what I’m looking at. The lack of direct information leaves a lot to be longed for. It feels like I’m being told a gang truth of some sorts. Hopefully apple can learn how not to be so vague. In depth information is what artists need. Not just general song plays.

Can’t log in. I personally haven’t tried this app myself, and just from the reviews and ratings it seems like the real deal, but it just won’t let me log in when I tap the screen it doesn’t work so you need to be connected to WiFi?? I deleted and re-download it but I still won’t even let me put my iCloud so my best guess is it needs WiFi

Locked out. I can’t regain access to my Apple Music artist account and I can prove I’m the artist I no longer have the old phone number associated with the account so I can’t access it from my new phone I’ve tried everything and NOTHING works Apple told me I’m just locked out. I need help w this it’s vital to my career

In theory, this app should be helpful. The mobile app barely gives any detail compared to the desktop site. Mobile app is only useful to see stream/listener counts by song

Apple store is working for a store and then I’llwork tomorrow at work I will have my work. I’m I’m home and then I’m going to bed I’m done now but I have not done it I’m working from apple work done I’m going home tomorrow at home tomorrow then I work at the office

Worst artists app so far.. This app won’t let me even LOG IN! And I know for a fact my music is in Itunes, but as soon as I try to search up my name his the website, nothing shows up. I am very angry, because I will not be able to see any of my apple music statistics. I hope this problem is fixed soon.

It doesn’t work for 6s and below. When u first login it asks for your Apple ID and it’s all grayed out for me even though I do 100% have one. My phone is on the 12.2 update and should work, I love to sing and thought I could sing on this app but it turned into a big disappointment. 💔😭☹️

Profile changes. Every time I upload my artist profile picture it ends up say upload failed can you guys fix this

Overall bad. “Maintenance” is always being done. The one time I can submit a request I never receive the email of approval or next steps. When I go back to resubmit guess what… “maintenance” is being done again.

Love the app idea but... I like the idea for the app it’s just as soon as it tells me to sign in the screen freezes? Please get this fixed!

No Login. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I can’t even log into the app because it doesn’t let the keyboard open up on the login screen. Is there any glitch fixing updates soon?

Verification time. Verification takes a long time . I mean I get that it’s to my benefit in a way BUT Apple has to much money to not have an automatic system for this . This review actually goes for their wait time for just about everything

Doesn’t even let me sign in. I contacted Apple support to fix the issue, but after about a week they just stop responding to my emails. It won’t let me sign in and I cannot access my Apple Music profile.

out of beta? not.. I am the artist, admin, etc., was with Shazam and Apple long before this launch. I sign in and am told I have to contact the admin to make changes. Well, I am the admin. We artists work really hard to get our 10 cents while Apple makes much more. No longer a fan of Apple Music.

Great but.... Thank you Apple for making an app, going to the browser got old. However it would be awesome if a few more features could be added, like bios, a tab for tour dates etc.

App does NOT work. The does not open at all, you can put your username/email in but the section for your password is dormant, after waiting for months now to see if they would get this resolved, they haven’t, so the desktop version is my only option at this point.

Appreciate This App. Glad Apple is taking both artists and their music seriously enough to launch this app.

Great but missing IMPORTANT feature. I really like the app, I just wish I could update my artist bio, genre, etc. It's really annoying that I have to email AllMusic to do this, especially when they NEVER respond to emails. I really need to update my bio.

This is a scam 🥱. This app is not real it haves you put in all your information and when you get in it it doesn’t even allow you to post your music on there this is the worst music app I’ve ever been on you might as well post music on the you made the sing on this app is not the app it says it is

Account Access. I've been locked out of my account for a while now. I've deleted the app and it still is frozen on the login screen won't let me get pass Apple ID

Garbage. This app took a year and a half to verify me as an artist, wouldn’t accept my profile picture EVEN THOUGH I use it literally for all of my music related things, and genuinely is just a trash app. Probably because Apple Music is such trash in general.

Can’t find my artist profile. Really really mad, I can throw my phone at the wall right now, I look my name up on apple for artists, nothing. Remind you, I HAVE a song on apple, why? Why can’t I just push a freaking button and it work? I’ve talked to two Apple Music people for apple and not one of them were able to help me.

I can’t sign in. Every time I reboot the app I tap on the button that says “Apple ID” so that I can sign into my artist account but nothing happens. I’ve restarted my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing seems to work, just the same problem again. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Will not let me change artist photo. I got to manage account and try tapping the blank photo but nothing happens. Idk if you’re supposed to go somewhere else to change the photo but the app just won’t let me put a photo on there.

Poor Authentication connection. Every time I try to connect my Instagram or add my UnitedMasters so I can claim my profile it always says something went wrong and won’t connect them. This is frustrating, I just wanna claim my song.

Help !!. Does not let me create my artist page, says session ID mismatch refresh browser, I’ve tried several things

Literally does not work.. Can not access my artist page because as soon as I open the app I get a blank screen that just says,“Could not load artists. We are undergoing maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience”. Completely unacceptable and useless app

App does not work at all. Most disappointing apple app ever. Once installed, sign in screen is totally non responsive. Can’t get into the app for anything even after multiple installs. I’m on an iPhone 13 mini, not an outdated phone. I’m now stuck with my album cover as my photo on Apple Music with no way to resolve. Infuriating.

Garbage. Every time I request artist access, the page randomly restarts and erases ALL the info I put in. This has happened 5 times in a row and it's so irritating. Apple has way too much money to allow an app to be this buggy. Unbelievable.

Good app. Good app but seems like all my plays have not sync with the app hope they fix this issue real soon

Updates. Really appreciate this app additionally thou the stats needs to be updated more often in the app itself

Under “Maintenance”. Anytime ive tried linking an account, it wont even let me access the app past the sign in screen. It only says “Perfoeming Maintenance” and has said that for a week now.

Artist profile image rejected for no reason. I’ve tried multiple profile pics and for some reason which is not at all included in the guidelines, my image keeps getting rejected. I uploaded multiple high quality illustrations of the face of who represents me. I am disappointed Apple is not allowing me to express myself.

this just ain’t it. Big fat L, got connected to my account but haven’t even been able to personalize anything or even create a bio. I was able to see how many streams I had once but it now won’t load when I click on my artist.

The Bug Fix Made it Worse.. 1. Cannot changed my Artist picture I’m the app. 2. Cannot see my song catalog in the app. I have to use the web browser to do everything.

Updates needed. It takes forever to update how many streams, listeners, etc you’re getting
