Makes Me Proud to be a State Farm Client!. First off- this app is fantastic and is built on a very simple and fantastic idea- reward people for taking their health into their own hands! I can connect this app to my Garmin watch (which already gives me activity tracking and goals) and adds another motivation to reach those goals- tangible rewards in the form of points! You can exchange points for several kinds of gift cards- Amazon seeming to be the most useful! I would love to see visa/MasterCard rewards! For a fairly active person, you can expect to earn the equivalent of $5 a week! Just for doing what I already do every day! If you have a qualifying policy and want to improve your health while earning rewards, absolutely get this app! Would easily rate over five stars if possible!

Something is Glitching!. I have been using this app for years now & loved it. But lately the app has been so glitchy! The loading spinner pops up so often, even if I’m on WiFi. Then the daily challenges or whatever they’re called now won’t log. It’s kind of frustrating!!

Rewards not working?. There is no option in my rewards to get gift cards. My sister has the app and she’s had no problem redeeming her rewards but mine don’t show up. What should I do?

I used to love this app….. Like the title says, I used to really like this app. I often use a treadmill to get in steps and I work in a state park where I don’t get signal at all fairly often. The app used to let me plug in steps for the day to earn rewards. That feature is now gone and you must own a device that reports the steps digitally or you’re out of luck.

Medals in the latest update…horrible. I really liked this app before their most recent update that introduced Medals. It makes it even more difficult and more time to redeem a reward now because of it. It isn’t even clear on how to earn medals.

Medals?. That’s a big stick for the carrot.

New update makes this app very bad. This app sometimes works, but doesn’t sync a lot of the times. You were able to use only points for rewards which was simple, easy, and made me actually get off my rear to get moving, but now you need medals to use with points and it’s extremely difficult to get rewards. Medals sometimes show up but sometimes don’t. I have enough points for gift cards that I would have been able to redeem in the past but now I can’t because I need more medals that rarely show up in the app. All the money I give State Farm for all types of insurance and now they make their reward system even more difficult to help their customers. Figures.

Impossible to get gifts now. App was great until they made an update and added medals. Now it's impossible to save enough coins to get more than a $10 gift card due to you needing to have medals now too.

Keeps crashing.... I LOVE this app! Getting rewards for doing everyday activities is amazing!! But..the last 2 days the app keeps crashing right when I try and open it. I don’t know what to do.

Next to impossible to earn medals. About every six months now, they change this app to make it more and more difficult to earn points. A few months ago, they deactivated the quest portion of the app supposedly to re-vamp it. Now here we are, several months later and the quest portion is still gone. The only way now to earn points is by meeting your daily goals, completing a poll (which is VERY rarely offered, maybe once a week), and completing challenges. Don’t even get me started on the medals which are even more rare than the polls AND they only give you a QUARTER of a medal. Unless of course you want to TRADE in a TON of points for a medal. Ridiculous to say the least. Edited to add: they have once again changed the app so you can no longer manually enter steps, flights, or cycling. The app does not and has never synced with my Apple Watch. Yes, I have the apple health app linked to the app but IT DOES NOT SYNC. Deleting this app now and I’m sure a lot of people will be deleting as well.

New member. I have just started this app, I’m enjoying how it works with the other health apps

Doesn’t work. I have it connected to health and it doesn’t track my steps at all. I’ve had this app for two days and no steps counted. I emailed using the in app support and no reply.

Used to be great. Now not so much.. I’ve been utilizing this app for years. It’s done a fantastic job of encouraging me to stay active by offering some pretty robust rewards. The path to getting those rewards has gotten more difficult over the years and I was fine with that. In the last 3mo, however, they decided to move the goal posts all together. Now you have to get medals and points to redeem for rewards. The only significant way to get medals is to trade in points for medals. Essentially they’ve double, tripled, or quadrupled the points it takes to get the same size gift card. What a convoluted system meant to save them money. They’ve also added too many features that distract from the core functionality of getting you to be active. Really bummed such a great app was ruined so quickly.

Points. I would like to redeem a few medals for points, is that possible? Thanks!

Needs work. This app could use some work. It never picks up my steps I was every day. It’s super slow.

Loved the app before medals. I use to love this app. Helped me stay motivated to move and also earn gift cards. But as each update happened, the points are worth less and less and now they have added this extra medal tier. Nowhere does it tell you how to earn medals. So instead of exchanging points for just gift cards, you need to use points to exchange for medals and then combine points and medals to get a gift card. The value you can redeem have been cut by 1/4. Not really worth it anymore.

Can’t login. Rewards are terrible.. This used be be awesome. Now it’s at least twice as hard to get points and rewards. But that doesn’t matter anyways because I can even login anymore. Thanks State Farm…

Doesn't sync. Steps are not syncing with fitbit. Everything is set up correctly and no sync.

Used to be a great app. Until the most recent patch, I was being rewarded for my daily cycling, walking, and stair-climbing efforts to the fine of one $20 amazon gift card every month. The recent patch has completely changed the reward structure. Daily goals are the same, but weekly challenges have been SEVERELY curtailed. I used to be able to get 1,000 points for climbing 100 flights of stairs in a week but now the largest stair goal is 250 points for climbing 35 stairs. Similarly, 1,000 points for walking 52,000 steps in one week. Now it’s 250 points for walking 35,000 or so. It’s a sad situation, but SF must have been shelling out too many gift cards for their liking up till this point. Sadly, these changes make progress very slow so after my next gift card I will cease tracking my numbers on the app.

Medals ruined app. The introduction of medals have ruined the experience of using the app. People have complained for the last 4 months about medals and still nothing has changed

Doesn’t track. Sometimes the app doesn’t sync with my devices apps and I don’t get credit for activity.

No information on how medals are earned.. It feels like they lure you in with some easy medals and after that, impossible unless you use your points. Feels like there is purposefully no information on how medals are earned.

Great .. but.... I enjoy the great incentive but my challenges aren’t updating an it’s in the wrong dates . An not syncing

Not the greatest app due to earning medals. Before it was easy to use and keeps u motivated to work out n log in ur work outs. There was a benefit, now u need medals and it’s super hard to get any. Not worth my time anymore.

Exercise to a better life!. Great app. It keeps me motivated to push harder and to keep me on track.

Love it more than I thought. I didn’t expect to use this as much as I do. I love that it’s more than just my insurance and the benefit from the health features.

Not worth it with medals added. I was saving my points for higher gift cards amount, but now that medals are added in addition to points to get gift cards I just lost a lot of the value of the value I previously was able to get.

State Farm broke?. Is there a reason why the rewards were decreased so significantly?

Points redemption. I redeemed some points for the first time. I don’t know how to access my gift card. Where did it go?

It’s fine. The rewards are nice for things I am already doing, but overall this is a very frustrating app to use. The app is very slow and doesn’t sync data from third party apps/wearable devices in real time. Also, it doesn’t make sense that you can’t join challenges once they’ve started, even if it’s one you can complete within the time remaining. Given you don’t get a notification when new challenges are available, this causes you to miss out on a lot of them.

Does not track steps. I have an iPhone and Apple watch. This app does not track my steps daily.

It works but not up to par. There are many sections of the app that need improvements. Several items are very slow to update or capture real time data. As an example my steps are never right unless I sit still for an hour or so. That defeats the purpose of its intent. Leader board and donation page are frustrating as it doesn’t make since how they work. I’m sure it does to the developer, but I don’t get it. Some challenges I can’t figure out how to show I did them and there’s not instruction for what the app needs for it. I’ve yet to get a gift card but that’s because I’m building points. I could have gotten one as quick as the first day or two, but the next one will likely take longer.

Don't understand metals. I was saving my points as I turn them in to help with Christmas now with the metals they just lost there value. I used to love this app now it is terrible. They are not straight forward on how to earn metals and now to turn in my points for metals make my points not worth as much. One of the main reasons I have this life insurance instead of through work is this app. Now it just mad it very hard to earn points
