Too complicated and too simple. Very basic features but difficult to find information how to use it!

Misleading. Upon reading the reviews as I was downloading the app I decided not to go forward with purchasing this app. I know some apps will automatically charge an account after a trial period unless you specify otherwise though I did not see where to decline so I decided to write it in an email. To my surprise, even their support email address came back undeliverable due to not existing.

This app is worthless, worthless, and worthless oh did I say worthless - I changed my WiFi then reset the HomePod now all I have is round thing with a blinking light - it was telling me to go to the home app well at least it has jokes but I don’t think it’s funny - my Alexa was so easy didn’t even take a minute but the HomePod well it’s taking an hour and still counting

Useless App, count me out!. This App is useless and makes me think that Vulcan bought reviews to pump up its ratings. The app is slow and takes forever to respond. Using a iPhone XS Max on 4G and a high Mbs Wifi connection. Would give 0 stars

Apple HomePod. I hate this product!! I ask it to play my favorite station or artist and all I get is it’s not in my library. This device is useless! I have the Google nest and it will play anything I ask it to play. Google is discontinuing the best so I thought I would get the HomePod. I thought it would be just like the Goggle nest. It is nothing like Goggle best. I don’t even know what the home pod is supposed to do.

This HomePod is the worst apple product ever. This is the worst apple product out there. Run from it. Not only will it not let me post until I give a full reason why it’s bad. It will Not chime or connect to the WiFi.

Deceptive download. I was trying to download an app for adt and instead got this. The whole experience has been very deceptive. I can’t believe Apple let’s this practice occur.

This is about Siri. We have all Apple products—Siri is the worst, almost useless. Connecting it to Home Pod makes Siri worse. I’m fairly tech-savvy and for years I’ve tried asking Siri for information. Almost never works. Siri can’t seem to do anything. I don’t have the same issues with Alexa. I want to throw Home Pod in the garbage.
