Turns off then cancelled itself. VPN turns off anytime you lose signal and after about a year my “subscription” was canceled even though it was a free download. Nice

Auto off. Keeps turning off every couple of hours! Frustrating to have to always check that it’s on when nobody has turned it off. I’ve been on the phone or it’s just sitting there.

You are not user friendly. Unless you pay money for premium service, it’s not that helpful!

Very poor. Requested a 7 day free trail and was immediately billed a full year subscription without any possibility to cancel. How can a business be allowed to behave like that?

Finding a vpn App. I've been looking forever for a descent vpn that works over school wifi and this app does just that. It even works best than other VPN App I have ever use. Great app and definitely recommend if you need a vpn app

Don’t get it. There is no contact info to get help , my VPN stopped working right after the free trial after I was charged the monthly payment. It is not easy to unsubscribe. I would rate 0/5 but it does not allow that’s why I am rating 1/5

Spam redirects to this app. This is very likely an app that tries to steal your info. A spam ad directs users here. The support page they provide doesn’t seem to be related to this app. Needs to be removed from the App Store.

Don’t waste your MONEY. For 2 days it was working after then, whenever I try connecting it doesn’t.

Scare tactics. I received a warning indicating a virus was threatening my personal information via my iPad. It appeared to be from Apple. It directed me to his app. Being concerned with a security breach, I signed up. After speaking with an Apple technician, I realized I had been suckered into signing up. There is a lack of information regarding canceling the trial subscription. I emailed the company and the response that was returned directed me to cancel the subscription from the app. There is only foreign language written and no other information. The only reason there is one star is because unless rating at least one star, I could not write this review. Attention App developer . . . Cancel whatever I unknowingly signed up for.

This app is fraudulent— they take your money and then you can’t successfully open the VPN afterwards AND they steal your information and you can’t CANCEL this subscription—-unless you contact your payor to report unauthorized payment —-just another wonderful world of criminal acts of injustice to others that are honest and hard working—- those that take will get theirs later in life— lots of suffering!!!!! And pain!!!

Security Breach!. This app is keep asking me to paste something on my MacBook from my iPhone. It’s absolutely unnecessary thing for a normal vpn app. I didn’t allow it. So this app may contain malware or spams. I’m not sure, but highly suspicious.

I need a refund. I downloaded the app and subscribed but then it tells me that it doesn’t work for my region. I tried to ask for a refund through Apple but it doesn’t work and says to contact the developer. There is not contact info for your company. I deleted the app immediately and I won’t be able to use your service so please give my money back.

Unreal!. I received an urgent message indicating that my phone had experienced a breach. This app pops up for a quick fix. I download it and whoa, I need to sign up and the amount will be withdrawn directly from my Apple account. Wouldn’t this be considered a breach! Jerks! Cancel whatever I unintentionally signed up for! And Apple, same on you for allowing this! You criticize FB for same thing and here you are allowing it be done to your customers.
