Awesome App!. I am waiting for Model 3 and looking at supercharger stations and saw this app. I am impress at the app and how smooth and nice this app works. Keep up the good work!

App not up to date.. There are many superchargers that are open that are listed in the app as “planned”. Other chargers that are open don’t appear in the app at all.

No options to plan long trips, waste of $5.99 no adds. This app gives you basic info, address (you cannot copy to maps) and doesn’t have the ability to plan a long trip, suggest route between chargers. I paid $5.99 adds are persistent. They won’t barged. Waste of money for what the app offers. I guess it is a reason why when I downloaded it a while ago, I didn’t use it. I’m planning a off main roads trip and this is not helpful as I cannot calculate distance between points of charging stations or alternatives to Tesla’s. I probably will request my money back out of principal.

Out of date. While it has been great having this app to have supercharger data available to me when I am away from my car or desk, the data has fallen out of date, in some cases by more than a year (e.g. Auburn, AL). If I cannot trust it, the app is little more than a novelty.

It works and that’s what counts. Is the app perfect no but does it do what it should do yes. Shows me where they are at. If more users are able to add notes it would be even better.

No valuable information provided in this app. Nicely design application. Information on open superchargers is correct. Information on planned superchargers and “Opening soon” is incorrect. This application does not provide any valuable information.

Latest update broke this app. I used this app last week on a road trip. It worked great. It updated 2 days ago and no longer works. I was trying to see where the supercharger were and what was best them. The map never loaded the chargers

Love my X. I read call the negatives, here is a positive. I have had my Tesla X for just over five years, I just turned 78,000 miles on the car yesterday. I have been using this app since day one and have appreciated it immensely along the route. My first trip from Southern California to the Seattle area helped a lot. As Tesla has added charging stations along the 5 freeway, it comes in very handy and definitely leaves the range range anxiety behind. Obviously the navigation system is used for superchargers along the way. If I want to change my route I can look at the phone app way in a distance. Bottom line it’s a darn good back up. Even the Tesla app on my screen has changed over the years which includes adding how many charging spots are available at any particular moment.

Really only 2.5. The extra Star is gratitude for comments. The app doesn’t tell you how many stalls are actually open, though guess that’s the purpose of them on the car dashboard. App doesn’t tell you what amenities might be nearby or exactly where the chargers are if in a parking lot. Thank goodness for people’s comments, though no idea how to write my own, separate comment with replying to someone else’s. Frustrating app.

app keeps crashing. Runing iOS 12.3.1 and app won’t even load please fix
