Quit working. Quit working, husband has same phone same settings iOS, and works for him on same network. I need this to work for business. We restarted, reinstalled. I seems to work but closes when it should be printing

PSS: Samsung printers DO NOT work with IOS. Everyone, please: Samsung printers do not work with MacOS or iOS (or they do so intermittently), because that service is no longer supported. It is a crying shame that this app is even available on the App Store.

Ipad app does not find the printer but the ipad does find it.. The app on the ipad ios 14 cant find the printer but when printing from adobe it does find the printer and from photos. Please fix app.

Works Great - Looks Old Lol. Does_what_its_supposed_to - this earns it 5 stars. I don’t care if it looks about 10 or 15 years old - it works. It worked even with my old Samsung CLX-3180 Multifunction Printer (Samsung sold their printer division to HP). EVEN THE SCANNER PART WORKS!!!! Lol - this is now more functional on my iPad Pro than either my or my wifes macbook pro

Very disappointed. This app does not work with Apple products therefore will not let you connect device. Very limiting for someone who is trying to print with their iPhone. Will be returning this printer as it does not meet my needs.

Completely Useless! Outdated!. This app is totally incompatible with iOS 14.6. The last time it was updated was almost a year ago. With iOS 14.5.x it at least worked. There are severe connectivity issues. Error message keeps whining about checking the wi-fi connection. I’ve tried rebooting my iPad to disconnecting my router for a few minutes, a hard reset, unplugging & replugging all connections, and everything in between; all to no avail. HP/Samsung - Please update this app! I have 3 different printers, and all are completely useless to me now. Very disappointing!

Doesn’t connect (It does now). Updated: iPhone 8 Plus now works with the C480FW. I do not know if Samsung updated the app or something just clicked. I’ve tested all the features and works great! Docked a star for the initial connection problems.

PDF scans are 22x17 paper size regardless of options set. This app is a bit buggy. It is prone to crashing. * For some reason makes letter size pdf scans into B size pages or larger when viewed on a computer. It would be really useful if it didn’t do this. The user interface is buggy and slow.

Doesn’t find my Samsung Air Printer from my iPad. This app replaced one that worked fine but wasn’t updated to the current iOS…this app can not locate my air printer ! My Mac Air computer had to download the driver off the web site but I got it working , it can ID the Samsung Air Printer but this mobile app is in need of work before it’s any good.

Works with all iOS. I really don’t know why there’s so much iOS drama. The app has worked perfectly since I purchased the printer almost 1 year ago. I don’t recall a single hiccup along the way.

App no longer functions with iOS 14.x. The app no longer functions with iOS 14.x Up until iOS 13, the app was working. Not the best, but worked. The app under iOS 14.x does not see WiFi. It gives an error that it can’t connect, check to see if WiFi is on. Yes, permissions are set to allow this app to discover divers.

Not work. I seldom write a review. This app makes me mad. Used to work sometime and very slow. Now the new update is totally not working. TV no good, phone no good. Always something wrong. I stay away from Samsung brand product from now on.

Bring back the old app!!. I used to have the Samsung print app and it worked fine. Upgraded phones and downloaded the new mobile print app which crashes every time I try to open the app from a document I want to print. The only way to get the app to work is by either using the web browser to navigate to the page or to save it to my phone and search for it through the app. It used to work, bring back the old app!!

Horrible, constant error msgs, functionality nonexistent. Found printer only with manual ip input, and printed only that one time. Since then, says it’s not connected with network, doesn’t load locally saved files, and won’t connect to the previously saved local printer. Nothing but error msgs. Tried reinstalling, no difference. Not to mention the fact that there is no option whatsoever to print in app, no share functionality. I’ve seen 3rd party apps work with unsupported printers on a smoother and more functional level than this app. Don’t waist your time.

Update this app!!!. This app crashes all the time and can’t access photos anymore. Please fix the bugs.

Constant crashing.... This app is pretty much useless. A have yet to be able to print anything from my iPad. Every time I try, the app crashes. Please fix! I have a 64gb mini running the current version of iOS with plenty of free memory, so I don’t believe it is problem with my iPad.

Crashing Constantly. This is the ONLY way I can print from my phone /iPad and it’s getting increasingly on obnoxious that the bugs aren’t getting fixed. I have to save the file on my phone to get it to prin. I should be able to just hit the “share button” click on the icon for the printer like I used to be able to, but EVERY TIME I do the app just crashes. I can’t even hit the “copy” button and use the “clip board” options and print that way. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!!!

Doesn’t link. It was a great app with the iPhone 5 and 8 but 11 doesn’t work won’t link with the printer at all

It works, easy to use. Listen people, iPhones and iOS in general are garbage. If you don’t understand that, you don’t know jack about computers, period. Any other computer would have no problem printing to any printer. But iOS? Whatever, don’t blame this app for Apple’s joke they played on everyone, this app works well and is extremely easy to use. Five stars. You all should have bought and used Windows Phone, then none of us would be in this mess!

Doesn’t work with colors Xpress C480FW. iPhone XR can’t find printer with wireless or Bluetooth and printer can’t connect with direct wire to front USB port due to unsupported device. Apple needs to get on top of their driver issues. Not only is this an apple failure it’s not easy and it’s not smooth which is all apple has for a reputation. Androids don’t have this issue as everything worked but had to be more manual set up.

Keeps Crashing!!. It seems that the new IOS update and the the app update are noting along with each other!! Keeps crashing on every move you try to make!! Needs a serious makeover and an update

All this App does is crash. It really seems to dislike iPhones and IPads. Oddly, it use to work pretty well until the updates now,,,,crash city. I can’t just print anymore, I have to do all these work arounds. It’s really a bummer

Crashes Every Single Time. I am having the same issue as some other users- every single time I try to print, the app crashes. I have to go through all sorts of machinations to get anything printed, and it’s infuriating. I wish I had never upgraded to this app. PLEASE FIX!!

It worked one time, and one time only. This is abandon-ware at this point. Got this app to print on my Samsung laser printer from my iPhone. It only worked once..

Does not work. Don’t waste time with this. It can’t even locate the printer on the network. Yes, the printer is powered up and is easily located by a computer running Linux. We are to the point where Linux is easier to use, the supposedly user-unfriendly system.

Works with Samsung Xpress M2020. Just downloaded this app and is currently working fine. It has allowed me to print emails as well as documents from the internet.

Good When it Works. Good when it works which is not often. Every time I leave the house the phone looses the printer. Then I have to go all over house pushing buttons (printer & WiFi) so phone can find printer.

Can’t even connect to its own printer. We send satellites to the furthest reaches of outer space but can’t engineer a printer that will connect to wifi or allow printing from a phone. Garbage app.

Won’t print from iPad Air. I have a Samsung C410 WiFi printer, and it shows up in this app. I can also access it via the IP address in Safari. However, printing from Safari or Chrome does not work, as the message appears that claims no device found. I have followed the recommendations for setting up the appropriate protocols to no avail.

App error. In the folders screen if you go to "More" there is no way to get out of that screen you have to force-close app.

Hideously bad app. Hard to believe such a huge company actually produces something this poor

Not useful. It keeps saying that I’m not connected to the WiFi. Turned OFF/ON the Wifi on my mobile, reinstalled the app but nothing helped. Just gave up and deleted the app.

Garbage. Old app connects to printer fine with a direct ad hoc wifi connection. This app wants internet connection just to print locally so it won’t find the printer… and the old app won’t work anymore. Great job, guys. Way to guarantee a different printer brand choice next time.

Doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi?. Can’t seem to print anymore. I can add my printer by IP address, but it says there isn’t a data connection or wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is working otherwise I couldn’t detect and add the printer, so what is going on? Looks like they aren’t updating it anymore either. iOS 14.1

Why need Location?. From the latest update the application fails to detect a printer if not given access to Location services. This has never been needed before and shouldn’t be needed to print. Can you please remove this requirement

Can’t even detect multi function printer on iOS 14!. App is completely useless on iOS 14, why doesn’t Samsung care about its existing customers?

Not as I expected. -You can't add the app to activities list -pictures which you want print directly from another app like telegram or whatsapp print size will be small not cover all A4 on Samsung 2070w !

2022 review: Worked with iphone 13 (Samsung Printer). My in laws gave us an old printer and have been looking for an app that would work with iOS. I am using an iphone 13 pro max. I had to set it up wirelessly with my laptop. 1) downloaded the drivers. 2) connected my laptop & printer wirelessly by tapping on the WPS button on both the printer & the wifi router. It automatically connected. 3) downloaded this app. 4) tested printing by opening a document from my phone, tapped on the share icon and printed it through the app and NOT through airprint. Figuring the first 3 steps required patience but the app configuration was fast enough. Hope this helps!

Worked for me. Almost didn’t download this because of the reviews but it ended up working great. Was having trouble with photos printing only half page from AirPrint and this fixed it.

Loading please wait. It’s been three years just a little longer and it might actually do something. Lost patience worst app ever.

Forced to update and no longer able to print. The older version of Samsung Mobile print was no longer supported so I was forced to install this version. My SCX-4729FW is no longer able to print from iPhone and all I get is a page with PCL6 ERROR.

Seems to work fine for me - C410W. Not sure why others are having issues. This worked fine for me and my Samsung C410W colour printer. I took one star off because the UI is a bit dated (not full resolution on my iPad Pro), but I was able to print a PDF from an e-mail no problem.

App keeps crashing iOS 13. I can share another document from another app like books to print. And when using the browser to print the PDF, it prints tiny copies and gives you no options to full-size it! Ridiculous!

Meh. Most of the time it works even when it shows my printer is not connected. But I don’t see any options for landscape orientation. I have a landscape document image and automatically turns it lengthwise so it only prints on half the page rather than the full page.

Stud with 0% or 8%. I wonder if my Samsung 3300 out of order or about the apps. It can’t work for couple weeks already when I need to print something. It looks like wait forever.

Stopped working. This app worked great until the last update. It shuts down as soon as I initiate it now. Hope it gets a fix soon.

It works well. We've had our clp320 for about 4 years; just downloaded the app, works like a charm. Haven't used all the options (to choose which folder to print from), therefore 4 stars.

Working as expected. I got the printer free from some friends because it been not supported anymore by Samsung ( it’s HP now ) but I am glad to report my positive experience of the printer with this App. in a home environment with 2 iPhone ( 6S and 12 ) with 2 different IOS (12.4 and 14.6 ). Most of the features working more stable if the printer is network connected ( with Rj45 cable ) than on WiFi. Very convenient to print directly ( not Apple air print ) income Tax documents or other from my phone or home computer. We hear more of the Negative than the positive in the Reviews when my experience ( print and Scan ) scan to my iPhone . Thank you

TERRIBLE. It used to work good, now sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. The wifi connection goes on and off, looks like it did not update as iphone software evolved. Waist of time now.

Won't connect to printer. 99% of the time the app can't find my printer. Insanely frustrating.

Cannot save nor email. Does not work with the latest IOS. Scanning works, but cannot save or email scanned documents.

Not reliable to allow my machine to print from my iphone/ pad.. Terrible function as after cannot get the app to find my device. This app needs to be updated as it is pretty much useless. The result being that I cannot use my printer reliably. Update needed.

Was recommended.. BUT. This was recommended from an Apple forum, but it appears to do nothing. There seems to be no instructions on how to use it and the best I can get is “device not found”. From other comments it “used” to work, alas no longer.

Patchwork for apple air print..not really. This app is nothing more than Samsung not putting the proper equipment on the printers they sell and say that they have air print. So I bought a Xerox printer that actually ‘Air Prints’ Also the support for the app Sucks.

Need an update please. I was useing your app on my iphone 11 max pro with ios 14.0.1 but now i cant use the email option in the app it kicks my out is there an update for this if so please let me know if not can there be one done to suppot this app as its very well made app

Broken as of recent update / l’application fonctionne plus. As others have said, the app was great until it suddenly stopped working until a few months ago. It still doesn’t work and immediately crashes when I try to do anything. It’s really a shame because this app was very reliable :/ Comme les autres ont déjà dit, cette application était formidable jusqu'à il y a quelques mois, l’application fonctionne plus. STOPPED WORKING AS OF JAN 2020 !!. You updated it but it doesn’t work anymore. I can’t do “OPEN IN...” from another application. I have PDF open and in the past could do open in Samsung mobile print and now it stopped working after the update the Mobile Print application just crashes and doesn’t receive the document I need to print. Garbage. You haven’t tested it before releasing? iPad 4 mini on iOS 11.. I’m not updating to iOS 12 because it’s too slow on this iPad mini. It was working and you messed it. I need to junk perfectly working printer because of it.
