Register email. Upon completion of loading App it requested my email and password. Was given zero option to register.... App not useful.

Acosta Walmart vender. Still can’t access a way to scan, need iOS to be updated with this option.

BEWARE-Don’t do training certification on computer!!!. I did the certification on my computer not knowing it would ask you to download the app after you’re certified. Big mistake. I did receive an email in Outlook on my phone stating I’m done with training and to download the app, so I downloaded Volt to my phone. The problem is after logging in with the app, under Certifications it’s saying that I haven’t done the training and wanting me to do it again!!! Who does a training module on their IPhone??? I’m really hoping I don’t have to spend another hour taking this because I already took it!!! Very frustrated. Solutions anyone???

Server not found. Cant login due to volt sever not been found even if you restart it and even delete it

No scan feature?. Not being able I scan while overriding a store location seems to defeat a major reason to having this app. The ability to check product levels while not being in store vs just “guessing and hoping” was extremely helpful to avoiding outs. Please bring it back like the “VOLT” did.

Cannot login. The app does not let me login, every time I login it just loops me back to the login screen to ask for my login information again. Even after restarting my phone, deleting the app and retrying it does not work.

Needs Work. Certain aspects of the app are lovely. The “To Do List” is very helpful in my opinion. Unfortunately, I have to continuously remove the app and add it back because of it being “stuck” on the “Sign-In” screen and not doing anything. It’s beyond frustrating when you’re trying to actually get work done.

App won’t open on my phone. Since update app won’t even open

Bad performance. Really bad choice for Walmart to change from Volt app to Scintila. App keeps crashing and printing labels is a nightmare. Hope this guys really work on UX urgently.

Data not linking Overall good app. Volt has stopped linking data such as a back room location and shipment/replenishment information. The app works great otherwise. Allows you to check live inventory, aisle location and recent sales. Has features that allow you to print shelf tags, and add a scanner for inventory audits.

Not working. This app is not working properly with my job

Not working properly. Half of the items that I scan it won’t give me a location and then when I’m working the store it signed me out like every 10 minutes and I have to keep signing back in and it won’t remember my password or my email address so I have to keep putting it back in very inconvenient

POS. Need Volt back! This app is horrible and should have never been released with so many bugs. I’ve had to download and delete, download and delete. Burns up my battery. I’d give it zero stars if I could!

Down more then it up. This app is junk. I use this through my job and it’s the biggest pain!!

Issues. Can’t see case packs or if item is on rollback. Would be a great help especially to see case packs

Why?. Why has this app not been addressed for the mountain of issues that have been reported? It worked well enough for me last week, but was suddenly signed out and unable to sign back in. The button is broken. Fix, please. And consider working out the other issues such as not showing the clock-in button on the main screen, not recognizing completed certifications, and being unable to view information Volt showed before. Why can’t I see delivery history or sales time stamps? Horrible update. Don’t migrate users to an unstable version of this tool without first making the MINIMUM FUNCTIONS usable. 😒

Logging in and Password Fatigue. I’m required to use it but still don’t because of the time it takes to log in. I cannot keep changing passwords. Also, it’s through Walmart so Vendors have no faith in it

—- for a remodel. My app hasn’t worked in two weeks to scan anything. Makes it difficult to mod quickly. I’ve already sent email to tech support days ago and they still haven’t resolved or gotten back to me on the issue.

Just… annoying. This app is… just annoying. When it works, it works fine, but when it doesn’t it’s the most insufferable thing ever. It will sometimes just check me out of stores without my notice, other times it’ll log me out permanently and I have to delete and redownload the app to log in again. The scanner often refuses to show up on the tools page. It’ll tell me I have certifications I need to finish when I’ve already done them all. And just recently it deleted my badge photo and prompted me to take another. Without the badge photo I can’t check in to my stores. Well of course I try and take another, only for it to tell me I already have a badge photo. There are plenty of other gripes I have with this app, but needing this to do my job is not fun at all.

Dont Use This!. This is the worst app I’ve ever used Walmart. You need to go back to the drawing board and try again because this is a complete sale. I will never use it again or recommend it.

Not good!. Scanning takes FOREVER! Why can’t we hit scanning and be able to scan multiple times?? Looking at sales info? Too many things to Click on. Constantly logs me out

Useful in some aspects useless in others. It makes printing tags and other things pretty easy. However, every associate still forces you to check in the back door. This is the way Walmart wants us to check into these stores but their own employees don’t even know of this app.

Team Lead for AB. This app will not work. I’ve been trying to put password in and it won’t log in, try and change password and it won’t send me the link to do that. This app is junk please fix asap!!!

Won’t open. I received a new phone from work the iPhone XR. It is running the most current iOS and the app only brings up the splash screen for about 10 seconds and then closes itself down. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same results.

Sales Representative. Not working correctly all I can do is login to the store I cannot scan any products or see anything other than the store location and the amount of time I am in the store.

Forceful survey and buggy clock out. Buggy clock out because I’m constantly being ask to complete a survey when clocking out. Who has time for that?

Certifications. When I try to check in it say I have pending courses when I completed all of them? What should I do?

Terrible. The app appears to have been designed and created by a junior high Intro to Technology class. It is pretty much worthless.

Volt version was better. I’ve been using volt for so long but now that it changed. This app doesn’t let me print more than one tag and everytime I scan an item to print it I have to scan the printer again and again. It’s adding more time that’s not needed. Please update!!!

Happy to be able to scan but.... Missing features Sparc had, show cross references, previous sales and deliveries. Scanning is very difficult, have to manually enter in most skus. Hoping to see more features added soon.

The new app is terrible. Printing tags has become a much longer task. I have to scan a printer in between each product and I cannot print multiple labels at once anymore. I also ran into an issue where I had to delete the app and redownload it because of a “Failed to print” message that would pop up. I tried to print 2 tags and it took me 10 minutes trying to troubleshoot. Signing in & out did not work, I had to actually delete the app and download it again.

Do not like. Bring volt back, this app is no good

Would leave no stars if could. Ever since the updated to scintilla from volt had nothing but problems

Bare Minimum. Looks like it was a project made by a CS Undergrad. Poor quality of life decisions regarding item search, and even though the update made the app look like it wasn’t made last decade, they moved the search from the bottom bar. It also makes me log back in way too often now, even during my same shift that I clocked into with the app.

Tools. It’s tough to do a job when the employer doesn’t give you the proper tools, it’s hit or miss with locations ? Usually a miss, and soooooo frustrating

App not working. Since I updated it the app want let me sign in it signed me out and when I hit sign in it doesn’t respond anymore just be tapping sign in on the screen no response

This is the best you can do?. Volt is hit-and-miss at best. There are NEVER times when I can do everything needed with Volt that I need to. Sometimes I can’t log in to the store, and sometimes I can’t log out. Then I might be able to scan, or it might not. Volt is not as user friendly as the old system I used, SPARC. Printing from the app is pretty much useless. Basically all that I can see Volt being useful for is the stores, and big brother, knowing when we clock in to the store.

This app doesn’t work. Gotta up date your password but when u do it will be considered wrong now I get email from my boss but I am required to use this app that I CANT USE

I use this app for work and it keeps glitching. Won’t let me in the app.

Missing features. Mostly good app but missing features like unbinning backstock, uom rollback printing option and past sales info. Please update to fix these.

To many issues. App kicked me out while I was dude to app error and now I can’t ever work my shifts because I can’t log in and out and and stuck logged into a shift. I can’t reset my password I’m not getting a limit my email to do so or nothing

Bring back SPARC. Awful. Scanning awful. Logging in awful. Whole thing AWFUL. SPARC was so much better. I get you want to track us , but make the app workable.

Deceptive location services usage. Features work as described. Functionality of bar code scanning is greatly camera dependent. Biggest issue is that in LOCATION SERVICES RUN CONSTANTLY. In location services setting it declares location services are used for clock in and out this is NOT the only time location services is used. If you leave the app open so it’s convenient for its intended purposes location services run constantly. If the app is closed location services still appear to run for about 60 seconds after closing the app. Why do you need location services to scan a bar code or just to have the app open? In the first 2.5 hours of use it racked up 20% of battery usage in the last 24 hours. I heavily use text and phone as well as stream pod casts, music and audio books while I work. Just a couple little bit more time it will eclipse all other battery users.

Pure garbage. As the title indicates...

Login nightmare.. Some stores log in okay, but others never let you log in or crash trying. Scanning items is terrible, you are better off typing in the items code.

Needs to work on IOS. App would be great if everyone could use all features, not just Android users.

Scan Feature is unusable. I can scan a QR code on my camera app just fine... Yet I can't get this app to scan my badge to log into a store and it's awful to check inventory with it. Help me by fixing this so I can help you.

Are you going to update this?. Scanning labels does not work.
