Useless. This app doesn’t work. Actually, let me clarify. The app does work and is a cool idea, but it doesn’t actually measure accurately. It’s just glitchy. It doesn’t start the measurements when you start moving your phone, which makes it useless.

Don’t Buy! Not Accurate!. Now, I didn’t pay for the app because they had it for free for a limited time. I usually look for free apps of the day and this one came up. I usually need to make large measurements at work and when I saw this, I thought this would by my answer to my struggles because tape measures are usually only 25’ long and there are usually items in the way of measuring. After downloading the app I tested it on on small objects like a pencil, book, and my iPad. It performed ok; some measurements were slightly off. However, when I tried measuring larger items like my bed frame and dresser, well those values were all over the place. Unfortunately the results weren’t repeatable/consistent. It was off by 3 inches or so. It always came up short. I tested next to a tape measurer and my results weren’t accurate nor precise. It is a good idea but they definitely have some tweaking to do.

Hard to use. Deleted.. I tried a few times but I can’t figure out how to do the measurement. And, the ads interrupt everything. I got this Pro version expecting no ads at all. Too bad. Nice idea.

Too Many Ads. I really like the app but not the ads. This is the PRO version, and I don’t see any way to stop the ads.

Don’t fall for it. Readings aren’t a little off, they are off by multiple times the actual distance. And they are totally NOT repeatable! Sounds like a viable methodology, but it absolutely does not work on my iPhone X! Now how do I get my $5 back???

Tape measure app. Have not found it to be accurate, sometimes it is way off. Need further instructions as to how one deletes previously saved measurements. Would not purchase at this time.

Garbage...false advertising. I got the pro version of this paid app on September 3 when it was special for FREE. Well a paid version that was free would have no ads right. The stinking ad pops up right when you are measuring. To top it off, after I closed the ad and tried to keep from moving a lot in the process, the measurement was off by 5 inches or more. I calibrated it agian, repeat process and same result. Just more junk bloatware to waste your time testing and deleting.

Horrible. Doesn’t work period and inundated by ads instead. Deleted this junk in a hurry.

Doesn’t Work with iPod touch. It says the app is compatible with the iPod touch 6 gen so I downloaded it. The app crashes each time I try to use it. I then read the description and it says it uses the accelerometer and gyroscope (iPods don’t have a gyroscope) to calculate the measurements so I guess it isn’t compatible with the iPod touch. I’m glad I downloaded for free so I didn’t waste my money.

Want to measure something? No prob, open app, get into position, aaand... here watch an ad first.. Thanks pal. That’s when you want to see an ad the most: right in the middle of trying to do something else.

Very bad. Don’t purchase it

Doesn’t work. I have tried numerous times to measure things and it consistently comes up with the wrong measurement. What I was measuring was clearly over a foot long and the app kept saying 3.45 inches. I tried it a number of times fast or slowly and I either got 3.45 inches a lot or 45 inches long. I am done with this app. I was hoping it would help me to quickly measure my projects but it has simply proven to be aggravatingly frustrating to me.

Wrong reading with iPad. When using iPad for measuring distances the reading was always wrong ,while with iPhone it was almost correct . Please advice

Nope. Doesn’t work.. So I found out this app was free, read some reviews but wanted to try it out anyway, you know, because it’s free at the moment, and man I feel so angry for the people that bought this useless app, it’s $5! And it does nothing for you, so please don’t waste your time like I did with this app.

Still has ads and not easy to use. I downloaded the “pro” version since it was (supposedly) “free” for a day. As soon as the intro ended I was hit with an advertisement. After that, I spent very little time before uninstalling, but it wasn’t intuitive or easy to use.

Ads????. I agree with the many other reviews—the measurements aren’t at all accurate. The interface is hard to understand and the whole of the “help” function is just a promo video. But I have to ask why on EARTH are there ads in a paid app? Admittedly, I got the app free on a promo day, but it’s a “pro” version of a paid app. Yet each time I tried to measure something, it made me view an ad before it would show me my results. Which, of course, were wrong anyway. Deleted.

Completely useless.. Not worth the download. Does function as described and cannot measure any distance with any accuracy. Most of the times it doesn’t work at all when moving the phone as described.

Ads display great.... Ads display great when I’m trying to measure something, but the measurements themselves aren’t accurate. I can understand trying to make some ad revenue but it shouldn’t interrupt the actual function of the app.

Got it for free - worth a whole lot less. I’ve been buying iPhone apps for nearly a decade and this is the worst I have ever seen. It’s not even close to accurate. Even if it did work, It’s constant pop-up ads interfere with its utility. I feel they should pay me for my wasted time.

Not accurate by any means. This is a trash App doesn’t do what it says it does. It can not give you measurements accurately at all I’m using iPhone 8+ so it’s not the device it’s this chineseium junk app

Does not work on iPhone X. I had high expectations for a pro app that were quickly squashed with the poor performance. Even for the intro screen, it does not fit correctly into the window for the iPhone X. Then as I attempted to make my first measurement, and intrusive add comes up. I have immediately deleted the app.

Absolutely HORRIBLE app !!!. Is not even close to being accurate. I deserve my money back.

Not impressed. Glad this went free on imangoss because I would never pay for an app that doesn’t work correctly and has ads which show up in the middle of trying to measure something awful app

Does not work. My app keeps repeating 4.06” even when measuring a 3’ table edge

Must be a gimmick. Measured a cup, my hand and my hand/fingers and every result was 5.27 inches. Downloaded for free and glad I didn’t pay for it. It’s now deleted.

Complete Waste of Time!. I got this app free and it wasn’t worth what it cost! “Measurements” appears to be arbitrary with no correlation to the object being measured (it generally comes up with around 5 inches whether the object is 2” or several feet.

Wow seriously. 5 second video ad for every measurement! For the “Pro” version!

Not worth the time to down load.. I downloaded this app and gave it a shot. I was measuring 14” with a tape measure. I got results between 4” and 22” with this app. I tried multiple times and could not get an accurate measurement. I deleted the app.

Excellent. Workable & Excellent!

Don’t waste your time. This app did not work. Not only were the initial directions not readable because they ran off the screen, but none of the app functions worked upon trying them. I deleted it within two minutes of opening it.

TRASH! w/ads. No good! BAD. Tried three times to get a measurement and got interrupted by ads four times. Never got a measurement. TRASH. Deleted two minutes after purchase and taking the time to warn you not to bother. I got the $3.99 version on a free promo day. TRASH. The app couldn’t even figure out what size screen my phone has. Intro demo didn’t fit on screen. Tried turning screen to portrait mode to see if it would resize and the app won’t turn or resize. TRASH, trash, trash.

Idiot 2. I, too, wish I had read the reviews. If anybody finds out how to get their money back, please post on reviews.

Basically useless. Nice idea and design but so inaccurate.. It’s terribly inaccurate. Up to 20% over in my tests.

Garbage. Paid app that crashes and gives me localized ads, but never asked for permission to my location. Same for their other PRO apps (Tape Measure Pro, Magnifying Glass Pro, Heart Rate Pro Speed Radar Pro and WeCard&business card scanner). All being deleted. Buyer Beware!

The Worst—Don't Buy!. Results when measuring the 7-1/2" edge of a composition book varied from 0.34" to more than 20"! I'm an idiot for not reading the reviews before buying this worthless app :-(

Crap app, don’t waste yer time even if it’s free.. I downloaded the app because it was “free for a limited time” which would imply that typically there’s a cost to it. If that’s the case why would an ad pop up right in the middle of what I’m measuring, why is there an ad on a pay app in the 1st place. If it’s the free version, maybe you don’t advertise it as “free for a limited time” and don’t call it “Pro” just call it “Free”. What a bunch of crap. Next, the intro explains how to use the app for measurement, no matter how long of a measurement I make, it’s always 4.5”. I seem to be relegated to a world where everything is 4.5”. Like I said, don’t waste your time with this crap app, it’s a waste of memory space.

No good. What a joke

Tape measure pro. Readings bear no resemblance to actual measurements. A 40 cm rule gave a reading of 279cm and also some small values. Even incorrect values were not repeatable. Sometimes readings were non zero after start was pressed but phone had not yet been moved. My operating system is iOS 11.4.1 on an iPhone 5s. There is no information on how a saved measurement can be erased.
