Hopefully it will eventually live up to its potential. It provides a fine list of exercises; however, very limited customization. The four provided workouts are ok but it would be great if it allowed to create an actual custom series - it is advertised as it does but actually doesn’t. It allows the user to make a list of “starred” exercises but when selected it begins a random exercise.

Poor total body. This app is terrible and not wort 10$ save it! It progresses through with no verbal ques and then gets stuck at hip hinge with Cossack and just keeps repeating and repeating! Unimpressed and disappointing

TRX. These exercises are low impact but very effective. Love this app.

Disgusting. No video to show his to dd. Only explanation and picture. Plus moves to fast to next picture I haven’t even figured out the first one.

Nothing here. $10 for this app and all it is video of how do a limited number of exercises. There is no workout plan nothing to help you progress

Videos. The exercise videoes don’t work !!! I emailed them and “no response “ to fix the problem ! This app is a rip off and I recommend anyone interested to not purchase this app.

NO VIDEO NO SOUND. There is no video, no sound. And zero trial mode - instantly asks for money. DO NOT GET!

Doesn’t work. You can’t see any of the videos or pictures in the workout area. Just a waste of money.

Bought by mistake. Unfortunately I bought the Upper Body Routine by mistake (fingerprint purchasing). Once I got a look at it I thought the $9.99 was way over priced. What do you get but some simple videos showing the exercise, a pre programmed timer for each exercise, some statistics about the number of workouts you’ve done and that’s really all there is to it. Complete waste of my money.

Disappointed. Open the app, click on an image, ask me $10 than ask me to review. I’m gonna uninstall now. This is a very poor user experience

Bought vs free?. I bought this app believing it will unlock a feature so important: "setting length of workouts". But NO, that feature does NOT exist. And since I find it one of the most important ones, I will give this app, until that has been remedied a 1 star. And if that feature exists, then make it so that it pops right out at you. I am not talking about the individual exercise times that you can set. Also, the count down watch makes absolutely no sense. Seriously, that entire timing thing needs to be adjusted. Sincerely a very frustrated user

Over Eager for $$$. I downloaded this app and scanned down through the list of exercises and clicked on one. Instantly the app wanted $9.99 to unlock some features, I declined. Then this window popped up and asked me to rate. This is all within the first 10 seconds of downloading the app. So far, poor organization of the information thats here, low quality filming of videos, very little information available before being bombarded with request to buy the full version, or some more level of access.
