Bad app don’t waste your money.. First of all the app is a little clunky. If you have multiple pages to fax it and you select camera it should go directly back to camera for subsequent pages unless you select otherwise. Having to reselect the import via camera option is annoying but not worth a one star review. The reason I gave it a one star is because the app requires a subscription, which is usually a red flag as they are hoping you forget to cancel it so that they can continue to charge you. Not many people need to send a ton of faxes. The other reason is because it doesn’t work. Even after paying for the subscription and scanning in the docs it wouldn’t go through after more than an hour of trying. Don’t waste your money this app is a rip off.

Works great!. Was trying to fax some important papers over that were sent 3 different times. Found this app was concerned because it’s a free app but u have to purchase to send faxes, Tried it because I had more to lose if those papers didn’t get there than the 6 bucks it cost me. It worked great. Fax went over fast and legible. Highly recommend for sending faxes. It was easy to use and navigate. Showed u a preview before it sends! Thank you for making something reasonably priced that works like it claims!

Furious!. This App has really changed since it started. In the beginning, I could purchase pages as needed for faxing. Now, I have to purchase “at the very minimum,” one week of “unlimited faxes.” That wouldn't be bad, except the cost is more expensive this way. And I have no fax pages left over to use at a later time. ... The other issue. They now delete faxes older than 90 days! ... What? You should have warned your clientele prior to enacting this policy! ... I literally had just reviewed my “sent faxes” that were over 1 years old on this app about 2 weeks ago. Fast forward, I just signed in to the App again this evening, to discover that all of my faxes over “90 days old,” (which encompassed all but 2 of my faxes), have been deleted! ... What? ... And “Without Warning!” ... I’m sickened! Some of my faxes had critical information to which I still needed access, and need to be able to show “proof” of being sent if the question arises. ... I’m now in a lurch! ... Shame on you for doing that without giving your clientele/me the opportunity to store faxes elsewhere! ... I’m done using this App!

High importance / urgency items - AVOID. The overall fax transmission is INCREDIBLY slow. For a four page fax, I was given an estimated 32 minute time frame. What is not clear in that time frame estimation is that it does not include the queue time. If your pages are queued it takes even longer. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone with the IRS trying to transmit the fax multiple times only to discover on the second transmission nothing could be read on their end (despite my output showing a very clear image). Unfortunately this did not work at all for what I needed it for and I would not recommend for time sensitive/high importance items.

Life at work is a breeze with this. Love how times have changed where you don’t need a big machine to get things done. The fax app comes in extremely handy especially when I’m at work. It’s not difficult to use and anyone can get the hang of it. I was happy to find out that you can upload as many photos as you want and send them to any U.S number. So far I haven’t had any issues with glitching and the app barely takes up any storage on my phone.

So Easy!!!. I had to get some files sent over within and hour and sign them and this app was a two in one! Not only could I sign over the documents so that no one shared them, I could do it all within the app. Also I can text a faxed image to a friend on the go which saves me so much time! Love this app a lot! Me and my business partners will be using it regularly! This is New York! We don’t have time to find printers and fax machines.

I love the pay as you go feature !. In today’s transition from analog to fully digital this service is a great bridge between. As long companies still use traditional fax services this i awesome for consumers that just need a fax capability every once in a while and don’t want to pay monthly fees. Great idea would be implementing this pay as you service also for receiving faxes with a virtual number which is assigned to the user ID. Family Sharing for the use of credits for your family members would be a nice feature too. Regardless easy to use and you only pay when you use it.

Exceptional!. In a world where you have to go to the nearest FedEx to send a fax (which first needs to be printed out) this is a much better solution! I’ve used other apps which were terribly expensive this one charges you buy the fax which is very reasonable. One of the nicest features is that it gives you a fax confirmation end it just like a normal fax machine it will keep trying until it gets through. Very well-designed, And even allows you to Design a cover sheet. Plus you can send a fax anytime of the day. For example the last fax I sent was at 11:32 PM. For someone like myself who sends maybe three faxes a year this is in excellent alternative to going to a store.

Worst app ever. Do not purchase.. I don’t know what’s happening, but I’ve been charged for a yearly subscription twice in a one month period, I’ve had to pay for another weekly subscription, I keep losing my fax numbers, they change every single time, this is stealing my money and I’m not actually getting any kind of service. I’ve reported this to Apple, I’ve requested a refund, I’ve done everything for a quest to help. What is going on? I need to be able to get my fax’s in a reliable way and have a consistent number, and paying over $100 - at this point I’ve paid about 250 - for nothing. Horrible, unreliable and I can’t wait to find a service to replace this. Pretty much anything would be better. What a horrible “fax“ service that steals money. Update: I finally got a response, and they told me to take my issue up with Apple. Apple is not the problem, the service is the problem. Use JotNot. It’s much better and they don’t rip you off, and you get to keep your number.

Perfect Mobile Fax App!!. I was searching for an app that would send faxes while I was on the go. I found a lot of apps but settled on this one when I read the description of the app and saw the positive reviews. I was cautiously optimistic about using this service, and I was definitely not disappointed. I have sent several faxes with this app and have not experienced any problems. I have also been able to upload previous faxes to this app, which was a nice surprise. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone looking to send mobile faxes.

Best app to fax out in the market right now!!!. I had to utilize this app to fax over some documents and it work wonders. No longer do I need to go through the hassle of having to find a location around my neighborhood that will be able to fax it as I'll be able to do quickly through the phone. Is very user friendly as it give you instructions on what to do if you get lost or don't know how to use the app. This app is going to be revolutionary and I wouldn't recommend any other fax app rather than this one as it won't disappoint you. Great app save yourself a trip to staples. So overall the way this app works is that you pay for a certain number of points that you use to fax documents,photos anything you need. You just need to take a picture of the document or cover letter and use in the app via photos. The prices are very reasonable. When i did the price exchange it is much cheaper than doing it at staples or office depot. $50 for 200 pages. The quality of the faxes are clear. No glitches or scam with this app.

Thank you!. I really needed this app to work for me to be reimbursed for mileage driven. At first, I did not think it would work after buying credits......after emailing the developers, it was totally cleared up and I am very satisfied with my 600 credit purchase! Much less per fax than any place faxing for a fee!!! Thank you for your app and the service it provides me multiple times a week I am faxing it works and delivery is verified every single time! Worked great to send sensitive insurance forms. You do have to buy credits (pay to send a fax), but the app works seamlessly from Dropbox. I actually went into Dropbox and then shared/exported to this Fax app. The app has a draft section so you can prepare and check everything before sending and then it has a history of faxes sent. I can verify that the fax actually was sent because the app tells you when it’s delivered, but also in my case I received a response from the insurance company I was faxing immediately. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Needed This!. I live in a very small town and don’t drive due to my vision. The nearest establishment to send a FAX from is a $30 round-trip Taxi ride. I’ve been going through a fight with my insurance company denying coverage for my medicine and have already had to take 2 trips to the FAX place-which also charged me $10 minimum for just 2 pages with my signature. I’m on disability and can’t afford this crap, so I looked for an alternative in the App Store. Of COURSE “there’s an app for that!” Thank You for saving me $40! If I need to use it more regularly, I will gladly pay for credits in advance!

A perfect app !!. One of my colleque suggested me to use this app and I thought to give it a try. Trust me guys, this is really helpful. Means now I can use my device like a fax machine which could work from anywhere, anytime and that too without any hassle of getting error or any kind of delay in my work. Drs offices who still use fax!. I haven’t had to use a fax in forever till now! Didn’t realize drs offices won’t email records to you. But will fax them. What a relief to see an app that faxes! Wow! It was so easy! Snap a picture and it is transformed into a clear document! Absolutely amazing! You have to pay for a fax number for a minimum of a month but easier than driving to Dr office to pick up the records! Convenient!

This is OK with Issues. I don’t expect to use this too often, once I set it up it was pretty easy to use, I was able to access my files fairy easily and intuitively. I thought there would be a cover sheet option, there is not, kind of disappointing, very basic App. My real disappointment was the cost to send a fax, really expensive, I am only using it on rare occasions, so I went for the dollars for Units to send the fax, but this can get real expensive real fast. I opted to send my bank 18 pages via this fax, cost me $8.00, snail mail would have been $1, so I will use this carefully.

Just what you need!. I have been looking for an app that could replicate a fax machine and this app is just the perfect one. It has a very user friendly interface and easy to use. Enter the mobile number of the recipient and the doc or photo and send. Saves you the hustle. I usually work on the go and move around a lot and this app allows me to send docs anywhere. I love the fact that you just buy points which you can use to send pics and docs. Perfect mobile fax!!!

Problems doing what you are suppose to do!. Ok, I used ur product one time a while back, now I get ready to use it again and I am stuck because I am being force to update which it won't do then I 👀 at the subscription prices and it is ridiculous what u are charging just to send a fax. Shame on u! Last time I used ur product, I think I paid maybe 2 or 3 bucks to fax something. I know that might have been a couple years ago, but u guys have double that now. Functional app that lost sight of its selling point. I've had this app for a long time now and have had no issue with the service. The interface is great and it works everytime. The biggest issue is that the developers have lost sight of what made this app great in the first place. With the loss of the fax credits/pay per page, the app is now obsolete. I do fax once in a blue moon and the credits were a great idea. If I wanted a subscription there are definitely cheaper and better options through online service providers that gives unlimited faxes and even give you a fax number to receive faxes for less than what this app charges. You guys basically found a solution to a problem but then ended up becoming part of the problem. Best of luck to you guys, the app was good while it lasted.

Fast N Easy. I needed to send a fax, who has s fax machine anymore? So did a App Store search to see if could do it from my iPhone 7 Plus. Took 30 seconds to download and open app, a few second to adjust gray scale or choose B&W from phone photo of document. Buy credits, in my case I bought credits for 20 pages for $9.99, there where higher and lower options making pages more or less expensive. Typed in fax number and sent. I was notified when delivered. Easier than a trip to a packaging/shipping store or my wife’s office. So fast and easy. Simple, low cost, done. Outstanding, fax app downloaded, opened, fax send, and confirmation received in under 3 minutes. And will be even faster for the next one now that I have ready credits. Outstanding!!!! Bill S. Review. Recently my fax machine that I have had years now broke down on me out of no where. I am very old fashion, so I was really debating on whether to go buy a new machine or just seeking another alternative. I was talking to my sister and she suggested this app to me. I was very hesitant but after giving this app a try, I can say that this app is an excellent one to use for faxing. It is extremely easy to use, and for someone like me who likes their things done nice and quick, this app does that for me. Highly recommended.

The reason I give it 3 stars, is when I hit the refill balance option it only provides subscriptions for a length of time and not individual fax credits or pages for purchase. I’m not using a fax on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis so this makes the app obsolete for me. I don’t want to buy a week subscription and then have to cancel it after sending my one fax- that makes more work for me. Can you just make it simple where we can by fax by the credit or page? I feel like that is how it used to be 🤔If this option is available, it is well hidden. You would think the refill balance wouldn't lead to only sub options, but it does. If you do business with fax on a daily basis this app could definitely benefit you.

Find another way to fax. If you’re like most people in the US, you almost never need to fax something. When you do, you need something very easy and inexpensive. This app was my “go to” fax solution for several years because it was super easy. I bought some credits and slowly used them over time. It felt wonderful to not have to stress out whenever I needed to fax. Now this has switched to a subscription-only model. I’m sure the developers are making much more money as they’ve already said in responses to other reviews that this is the only option they can offer at this time. Obviously they could bring back the credit model (pay per page) if they wanted to. After my credits are used up I’m deleting this and I’ll find another way to fax 🤪

Love the way it works.. Sending a fax via my iPad. I have some important docs that needed to be sent, however, every so often certain offices will still receive these via fax. This app allows for “ credits” to be purchased and this is how the fax is sent, based on page number. The fax images can come from any number of sources, I personally chose to use the camera. What a great idea. No month by month subscription, who faxes THAT much anyway? No, this is the best way to get faxes done on a mobile device.

Great app!. I’ve used this app for quite some time. I like the fact that I can purchase credits when I want and the pricing is very reasonable compared to other apps I have tried. All my faxes have gone through without any problems and the app is very easy to use and understand. Works very well with my I-phone 7 plus, and I even use this app for my business. I like the notifications features that let you know when my fax has been received. I highly recommend this app. It’s simple, no glitches, and it gets the job done.

Easy does it. This app is so easy to use. It really helps when your in a hurry to get a fax sent. I was surprised how easy the steps were to follow. I normally have no luck following instructions & get lost & all messed up but this one is so simple even a child could do it. Fantastic App!. This app was a lifesaver! I needed to get a medical form sent in a timely manner and was unable to get it done from my husbands fax at work due to a constant busy signal. He couldn’t stand at the fax machine all day...everyday trying to get this done for me, so I started researching what I could do and found this app. I was able to use this while working from home and got it done the first try. It definitely was a lifesaver and so worth the purchase.

The only fax app I’ve tried that actually works!. One day I really had to send a fax. I had tried at least 6 other apps and paid for the credits needed to send the fax, and could never get any other one to send. They always failed. This one I still had to buy credits (which is to be expected and is better than driving to staples to also pay to to send a fax). This is the only app that I tried where my fax actually reached its destination and quickly. Very relieved to have found one that works!

Yes, This Is the One You Want. Just sent off a two-page fax without leaving my recliner and got a delivery confirmation immediately. The app is free, but you buy “credits” to use based on number of pages faxed. The least expensive package gives you 75 credits, and this transaction used only 20. So much better than paying a monthly fee when I need to fax maybe twice a year. It cost me less than $5 and I’ve got credits left that won’t expire.

So easy to use! Love it!. I was having a hard time finding a fax app that I could purchase points without having to buy an excessive amount and somehow I stumbled on this app and it was perfect easy to purchase and easy to send a fax! I would suggest to the developer maybe it would be easier to ask how many pages a person is sending and then allow to purchase the points needed instead of having to do it over and over again, other than that I love the easy way of facing through my iPhone.

Please go back to offering a fax credits option. I loved this app and recommended to everyone, and would still be giving it 5 stars had they not switched to subscription-based pricing. This is what made your app stand out and be different from the others and now you’ve changed to being the very thing you used to comment against in responding to past reviewers who loved the fax credit option and you agreed it was better than those fax apps only offering subscriptions. Why not offer both? When I need to send a fax, I don’t need to send unlimited faxes for any time period - and usually it’s months apart from the need to send one fax until I need to send another. Many customers seem to feel the same way and you’ve lost touch with this. Please go back to offering a “fax credits” option for payment per page.

Great App. I love this app. It is great and is easy to use. A few years ago I wrote a bad review and I wanted to delete the bad review because they immediately took care of all of the issues I complained about. I was relieved and extremely grateful. I am hoping they will do the same thing for me now. I’m not sure if it was a problem on my end or theirs. I had the annual subscription and the last 2 1/2 months I continued getting error messages and was unable to send faxes. I tried to contact someone multiple times and no one responded to my emails. So, I did not renew my subscription. It would be nice if I could get some sort of compensation.

Convenient Faxing On The Go. As someone who rarely has to fax anything it becomes a hassle when the moment comes that I have to fax. On point. I was on the phone with the IRS and they was giving me a hard time telling me to receive my records my paperwork needed to be fax or mailed. I stated to the rep I needed this paperwork asap and I didn’t have a fax machine or landline ( it’s 2022 who still has that) anyway I had to think quickly I hurried up and found this app …baby when I tell you this app came through. Love it !! I got my paperwork in 1 minute tops ✌🏻

NOW you have to purchase a subscription. This fax APP has been working great for me for over a year now. I haven’t had any major issues. But I gave this 3 stars instead of 5 stars because now I have to buy a subscription. I don’t know send enough faxes to need a subscription. I wish they still had the option with buying a package. I am not doing the reoccurring costs of a subscription. I send maybe 10 faxes a month. Looking for another Fax APP. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Just tried this. So I had the need to fax something and was going to run up to the corner fedex kinkos when it occurred to me to look for an app. I was hoping for a free one but unless you’re using someone else’s equipment it’s going to cost you. This one is $5.99 for unlimited faxes for 1 week with auto renewal. The process seemed easy and it says my fax was sent. I’ll call the clerk of courts in a couple of hours to make sure. I also found it easy to cancel my subscription and the how to is in the faq. So far I’m satisfied. 3* for now until I confirm my fax was received. Edited to add that the recipient received the fax. This was very easy to use.

FAX APP PERFECTION. I am not one to usually write reviews, but I could not help myself! If you are looking for a fax application look no further. This app is wonderfully because of how user friendly it is. I love that you are able to do everything by the touch of your iPhone. I can access documents, photos, anything I need on the go! That I do a lot! I don’t have time to stop and fax. Technology is so advanced nowadays and people are so busy we don’t have the time of day. Like I said, that is why I love this app! Did I mention the price is pretty much unbeatable? I use it a lot so I buy in bulk and who doesn’t know bulk is always cheaper? If you have the right company, which is this one!

Works well, billing is subscription only. The app works well and is easy enough to use. While the app is free you must purchase a subscription to actually send a fax. Fair enough the company deserves to be paid but I would have preferred a pay per use model. I’d rather pay 99 cents for one time use that $5.99 for an unlimited week. Add this option and I would say four stars. For five stars how about a simple cover sheet that I can edit and add to the fax? I’ve never tried any other faxing apps so I can’t say if this app is better or worse than average.

Truly a fax replacement. I had to send some pages, it was late most places are closed but I really needed to send some important documents over, I didn't mind paying for sending at a decent price, after trying many apps that were either not working or very difficult to use, this app fit the bill and it got my pages accross to where they needed to go. A very big thanks for making it so easy. Now I can fax from anywhere at anytime.

Great way to fax on the go. I am really excited to have found this app as I have tried others and this one is by far the best. It’s is easy to use and has several features. I especially like that I can take a photo of a document and then fax right from my camera roll. I work in the field several hours a day and this app gives me the ability to fax from anywhere. I would recommend this app!!

Works!!!. Wow! I am so happy about this app. I needed to send out a copy of some tax stuff because “THE MAN” sent me an improper tax return. Kinda serious business requiring tons of confidentiality and prompt. So I was kinda nervous to use this app on a whim but I was desperate/lazy. And it’s my money and I NEED IT NOW. Lol anyway I took pics of my stuff and made a cover page all thru the app and it worked! There’s a delivery confirmation after 15 mins but I was still skeptical. I double checked and it went through! I ended up spending like $2 for everything and I’m so happy considering I probably fax like 2x a year. I will definitely use again!! Thanks!!

Great app. I discovered this app before I retired from being an OTR truck driver, and what a discovery. In the old days, if a customer or my company needed to have paperwork sent to them, it would need to wait until I could get to a place that had a fax machine. Now, I can send the requested papers from wherever I am (as long as I have data service). Also, this app has a much better and affordable pay plan than any of the other fax apps that I’m aware of. Do get this app, you will love it’s affordability and its ease of use.

Used to Be a Good App. Pay by the page, buy credits as needed, what a concept! That was a decent plan. Now they’ve changed the payment process to one of the more ridiculous “improvements” I’ve ever seen. Buy a weeks worth of unlimited faxes for an overpriced amount! How stupid. I need a weeks worth of faxes like I need an enema. Who faxes anything but on the very rare occasion because some utterly ancient bank or organization is stuck in the 90’s. I use this only as a last ditch way to communicate or send information to worthless companies that still use AOL and can’t figure out email. Why the hell would I need a weeks worth of unlimited faxes? How stupid. Way to lose your last two users with stupid decisions changing around a perfectly usable app. There’s no one on earth who needs unlimited faxing for a week, year or lifetime. God forbid if I ever have to fax another page in my life.

Fax from your mobile, pay as you go. Every once in a blue moon I need to fax something either for my doctor’s office, or my benefits provider, etc. No landline (who does?) UPS and other places will send for you but they charge a fortune! Plus you have to physically go there. 🤨 This app is awesome! You can spend ~$6 for a week of faxes. And cancel before it renews if you don’t need it anymore. Other amounts for other lengths of service of course. But the app also allows you to import docs, scan, whatever you need. Took 4 minutes to send 5 pages. Problem solved!

Great for millennials with no fax machine. I found that millennials don't use fax very often and our office didn't bother buying one. We would go to Office Depot to send them out on the rare occasion we were asked to, but it was a huge waste of time and money. I'm really glad I found this app and wish I found it much earlier. It's perfect for on the go as well, since all my documents are stored in my email as well. It's super user friendly and the price is definitely worth it.

Doesn’t Work and Unresponsive Customer Service. I've very disappointed with this app. I have been using this app for almost a year with no issues. Then it came up for renewal in March 2023. I renewed and then realized it double charged me for the same subscription on the same phone in June 2023. So, I canceled my March 2023 subscription thinking I had the most recent renewal that I was CHARGED the full annual fee for and is supposed to be good until June 2024, but when I went to use the app this month, it is promoting me to choose a plan. This makes absolutely no sense because my Apple account shows that I've paid for the subscription, and it remains active until June 2024. Thinking maybe it was a glitch because this was the first issue I've had. I tried to reach out to customer service as soon as I recognized the problem when I went to use it the week of 8/1/23, yes, almost two months after the renewal. I use it for occasional work faxes. It doesn't work. I email the app's customer service support and no response. On 8/5, I file a complaint with Apple, and nothing. I wouldn't recommend this app at all. There are more reliable, affordable, and free apps that offer better customer service vs paying almost $100 to be able to use the app, get the issue fixed or get a refund!

WASTE OF MONEY. Doesn't work

Useful but expensive. If my fax was sent successfully (it says it was but I haven’t received confirmation from the recipient yet) then that’s good but their way of charging is deceptive. Every 15 credits gets you one page. If they were being transparent about costs they would just show you cost per page.

massive fee at the end. appaling - no indication of any fee in the app store or when the app is downloaded. Only when you have entered all data and uploaded your file to be faxed you are informed about the minimum charge of $10. Reminds me of the bad tricks air ticket portals use .

Poor attachment. Firstly the $1.49 does not buy you the ability to send faxes worldwide(as stated in their listing)It buys you 15 credits, which can be used to send a one page fax worldwide. However that was not my main problem. I uploaded a word doc from gdrive to fax and it reformatted it and looked ugly. Plus despite it being a one page fax, it added a blank page 2 which would cost an additional 15 credits. I condensed the fax, saved it again to g drive, uploaded it again and still blank page 2 that was not on original document. Won’t use this again. Maybe it’s good for scanning but terrible for word attachment

Fax app review. Saves so much time!

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t work in Australia. Error messages every time I send. I messaged the developers via email and 2 weeks later haven’t received a reply.

Unable to add a (03) … number. Unable to add a (03) … number. Therefore, unable to use this app.

First attempt “appears to work” but costs. Send from and to within AUSTRALIA. First attempt seemed to work but cost a fair bit. Have to phone to check if it arrived correctly. If you only have a rare need be aware of the cost, plus it’s slow, even for faxing. Cover and 1 page, ~10mins.

Wasted effort. Sent a fax and the receiver called to say it was totally illegible. Posted the original instead. Will not use it again.

Simple. Quick easy. Don’t mind having to pay as faxes are used so rarely these days, but inevitably it is a complete hassle to find one when you need one. I also hate having to create an I.D. and remember yet another password. Not required with this app, they just ask you to purchase credits using your Apple details.

Good. If you ever come across the requirement to use a fax machine in your lifetime, then trust me, it’s a lot easier using this app than trying to get the old bats in the post office to handle it for you.

First time an app works and does what it says it’s capable of doing 🥳. 34 pages sent from here where I am in Australia to an Australian fax number, half an hour not even it was sent delivered notification and delivery report, 1 hour later the recipient confirmed they received my fax that was to process an application. 👍🏼👍🏼 conclusion this app won’t disappoint u just to also let you know I was using Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 16

It is a paid app. What about put in your app description that you have to pay to send a fax, that it is not a free app. So we dont waste our time downloading it.

Very convienent. I’m sure my fax has been delivered, at least I’m not plugging in my phone cable to my multiuction printer/fax machine and listening “beeeeem beeeem teeeee sound” while sending is in progress

Not free to try. The app does not allow you to try before you buy, not a single fax is free to try it before paying for it. That’s ok, but unfortunately this is not mentioned before you install and try to send your first FAX, so it is a big time waster. I am happy to pay for a working service, but this is a dodgy approach to lure users into installing the app, setting it up and then pay without knowing whether it will work. No thanks. I immediately deleted the app.

Way too expensive $10/week, get out. Way too expensive. Use only in the case of emergencies.

Never worked. Never worked and when i contacted them there was no way of getting my money back! Don’t buy it!!!! They contacted me 6 months later after my review! Poor customer service as well!

Fax app. Looks good. Credits available 15 for $1.35. Says send faxes worldwide. Yes plural. Challenge is a one page fax consumes 10 credits! Our local business down the street charges $1 for a one page fax including a printed sent report. For these reasons l will support local business. No offer to test app without purchasing credits after prepping to send one page. I also suspect one CAN send a fax worldwide for credits PLUS long distance charges which are insane on a cel phone. Here anyway. At this rate it is very cost effective to pony up for a landline with brand new printer/scanner/fax. This app is not for me.

Not bad but tricky. It is easy to use but they charge for 15 credits for $1.39 even though it only cost 10 credits a page. Suggestion - sell 10/20/40 credits at a time or charge 15 credits a page. Now I will have 5 credits sitting in my app for all time.

Pricing.. No issues with app works great and easy. Is the per page pricing no longer an option? Only see subscription option now when I press the $ icon in the corner. And wondering how my fax sent today with no subscription. Wondering if you had per page in past and I still had credit. But can’t seem to view that anywhere.

Don’t need to buy a lot of credits you don’t need. This was great to send one page the 1 time. Other apps make you buy credits you won’t need if you don’t fax often. It was quick and easy.

Please refund my money. Hi there, Im trying to send my document and i still have 75 credits on my account. When i tried to send it it showing i need to buy more credits and its showing 0 credits on my account. I’am only sending 2 pages which requires 20 credits only. Please refund my money.

Great app. Better than fax from iPhone because it allows you to purchase just one fax credit at a time. I’m probably never going to fax another document in my life, so it was great to just buy one fax.

Hidden charges. Purchased for 10.49 CAD/month as advertise, charged $11.85 CAD on my card. Then in order to actually send a fax after setting up my account I had to pay an additional 5.99/week. Not happy

Great app. I like this app. It’s great if you don’t send regular faxes because you can just pay as you need to use it. I thought that was reasonable and price was reasonable. Great if you are in a pinch and need 1 or 2 pages faxed right away and have no other options. The only thing was there wasn’t a space for you to add a note like attention so and so.

Update. Not good. Used this app in a pinch when I had no option to scan and email. Very happy I didn’t have to run around finding a fax machine. Haven’t confirmed receipt yet but very easy to use. Update-the insurance company told me the fax came out illegible and that the paperwork is useless. While sending the pages looked clear. Neat. Good colour. The company said it was fuzzy. Not clear at all. I asked the company to resend my fax and it refund me the credits so I can retry. No response. Bad service. Their app says to request the refund from Apple. I see all these good reviews and I wonder....my fax was sent to an insurance company so their technology should be up to par. My phone is an XR. It’s definitely the quality of the apps transfer of file. So disappointed.

Good app. This was a great app until you took away the option to purchase 10 or more faxes. I don’t need the unlimited weekly or yearly fax options. For me it worked great with an option to buy 10 or 20 free faxes.

Subscription. I don't agree that you have to pay for a subscription when the App had failed to send the one fax I've tried to put through. We are on attempt number 4 and each has failed to go through. Getting your money back is never an easy process. My suggestion is that the subscription should only start once a successful first fax is delivered. Right now it feels like this app will not work.

Great but no idea how to cancel auto renewal !. I had to send a couple of faxes back and forth for 2 days in a row, it was great not having to leave my house to do it especially with Covid being such a concern these days! I however have no idea how to cancel the subscription for payment because I no longer need it. Can someone help?

Couldn't be happier. This is app makes faxing a breeze. Affordable, straightforward, no learning curve. No ads. It's super helpful how it syncs with your contacts, import photos from your camera roll, take a photo in-app, import from cloud drives and documents from other apps. It also let's you edit photos in-app, which makes the process so simple. Very happy!

Works great!. I usually use PamFax from my computer to fax documents because let’s be real, who owns a fax machine anymore? Well besides the people you need to fax stuff to... I digress. This is a great app for sending faxes from your phone. It’s free to download and then you have to purchase credits to use within the app but that’s pretty standard. PamFax does that too. And as far as i know the credits do not expire. Two thumbs up!

Easiest App to Send Faxes From. So I've tried a lot of different fax apps, as I work from home but feel no need to buy my own fax machine if I can find a way to do it on my phone. This is the first app that ACTUALLY makes things simple, there's no weird buttons or redirections, everything is straightforward and actually works for me. Will definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful app!. I downloaded this app in the hope that I would find an app that would solve my need to send a fax from my iPhone. This app succeeded beyond my expectations. It was very easy to install and configure. It was also very easy to use, which was the most important. I have been using it since I downloaded it and I love it. Thank you to the developers.

Worth it. I only use it when I need it, purchasing for the week, but it still is a huge savings from going to the library or an office supply store. Plus, you can send from anywhere. The auto-crop feature is nice to have. Works fast and well.

Hands down most hassle free fax app. If you’re looking for a hassle free fax app, don’t bother with any other faxing apps — this is the most simple and straight forward UI out of all the apps I’ve tried. Good App, can use a few tweaks.. I don’t like that I have to pay for credits to pay for faxes instead of just paying for the faxes themselves. The app admits it costs about .66 cents per page but the lowest option to purchase is the .99 cent option. That’s nit picky though, I downloaded the app and it did what I needed it to do and also emailed me a confirmation. Very good app, please consider making the credits worth the price of faxes.

Great easy to use. I tried a different fax program but it gave me an error that it wasn't able to send. I tried this after seeing all the reviews. 50 credits were needed to send 5 pages. Bought 75 for $3.99. This fax was worth much more than that so it was a no-brained. Program sent the fax and I got a confirmation. Don't know what else I could ask for.

Convenient app. I don’t send faxes all that often these days, but every now and then, I need to send them for work, and this app has come in handy every time that happens. I work from home and don’t have a fax machine, so I depend on this app. The alternative is going to FedEx/Kinkos and spending a small fortune to send the fax. The price is right for this app, and I love the convenience factor of being able to send faxes from home!

Easy for someone who doesn’t fax often.... The interface is smooth and pretty straight forward. We live in a time where old fashioned ways are slowly becoming obsolete- such as faxing. I rarely fax and when I do I have to go to a kinko’s of fedex. Found this app and it saves not just a trip but amount of time. Would highly recommend!

Do not get this app. I got this app to fax three documents. Only needed to use this one time and at the time of getting the app I was instructed that I need to subscribe and that I could cancel at any time....which is not true!!! I am still paying weekly and it’s going on week 11??? it is virtually impossible to cancel this subscription. On November 19, 2020 I canceled the subscription and it shows me that it’s expired and today at 3:43 PM they charge my iTunes account! Super upset. Do not get this! And I was just emailed by the company that requested the faxed documents saying they still have not received them 😡😡😡

Swift Faxing!. I was a bit skeptical at first when I downloaded the app and paid $.99 cents. Then I thought to myself, if you went to Office Depot you would have to pay as well. So I proceeded. Within the blink of an eye, my fax was delivered. Still skeptical, I called the recipient and they confirmed. This is great service! I will definitely use this in the future.

Amazing. I don’t ever write reviews but this app has been a lifesaver. I am a medical professional and need to fax some things over every so often this allows me to keep things private with the fax cover sheet and was very quick with sending it and even alerted me when it was delivered cost about a dollar per page which saves me so much in gas and in hassle thank you

Great!. I found the interface REALLY easy to figure out. It’s really simple and user friendly. You can pull people up right out of tour contacts! I also really like that it can add a lock on it, especially when I’m watching my niece. I can get work done from my cozy spot. I do wish there were options to personalize the app because Work is boring as it is.

Fax from your phone!. This is pretty nifty! It's great for those of us who don't want to have to go to bank, library, etc to borrow their fax machine to send stuff. I can easily take a photo of whatever I need and have it faxed directly from my phone! Affordable and great and I can get things done in just a few minutes from my phone.

This app is great due to the fact that it allows you to conveniently turn images into a pdf of sorts that can then be faxed to various companies and businesses in a jiffy. Hence why this app is great because as technology advances you may need something to be done whilst on the go and this app embodies that need. Did great. First time I used. Cost me only $3.99 for 75 credits and I only used 40 so can send another fax if needed. Took a few minutes to figure out and if I would have read would have gone faster ( oops my fault ). Seemed to go through as it said. If continues like this time I would recommend to anyone. Thanks

Convenient & Affordable. A better solution to sending paper faxes because you can send files from your phone and the option to capture images/paperwork with camera. The pricing for purchasing credits are affordable in comparison to standard rates. The FAQ section is most helpful with informative articles demonstrating how to effectively use this app. Highly recommended!

Easy way to send faxes from your phone. Great tool, easy User Interface and very simple to use. Love the pay as you go functionality. Really a very helpful application to use when needed in a world where faxing is not common anymore. Great way to use notifications to let you know your fax was sent successfully.

4 minutes per page. Very nice, easy to use interface and very responsive customer service. The show stopper for me is that it takes 4 minutes per page to go through. I received a message that a 16 page fax I wanted send would take 1hr and 40 minutes to go through. The work that I do requires prompt delivery and return of faxes so that just doesn’t work for me. If you rarely send faxes, or only send 1 or 2 page faxes this will meet your needs. Otherwise the service is not up to snuff.

So far so good.. After hearing about sending fax from my iPhone I looked on the App Store and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I only needed to send for pages which if I went to OfficeMax would’ve been $10. It was simple and easy and got notification that it was sent successfully. Would recommend it to anybody.

Amazing app - Must use. I usually don’t take time to write reviews but felt I had to for this app. This app is amazing and very easy to use. It has saved me lots of time both at home and at work. Very user friendly.. I rarely send faxes so I didn’t want an app that required a subscription, so that is why I used this app. The app is very user friendly. The only thing I’m not sure about, maybe I overlooked it, but do the credits you purchase expire? Would definitely recommend to someone who only needs to send a fax occasionally.

Wonderful. So I am a college student and always have papers that need to be saved or faxed and this app has been a lifesaver with all that. And for being on a college student budget, the price for buying in bulk is better than Costco lol. Effective and efficient!. It’s truly unbelievable how easy it is to send a fax through this app. It’s very efficient and reliable and not to mention very easy to use for anyone. It is very simple and not to mention very convenient for someone that’s always on the go. I would recommend the app to anyone since our use it for my own personal business, and it’s helped a lot!

Great app on ios. This app makes sending faxes very simple. I scan a document into my phone using the scan function in the notes app. When done scanning I publish it to the fax app using the rectangle with arrow button, which transfers the document into the app and opens the app. Finally I enter the phone number and hit send. As long as I have enough credits there is nothing else to do.

Simple, easy, convenient. Love how convenient this app makes it for me to send out all my documents via fax straight from my phone when I do not have access to a computer or fax machine. Being in the medical industry, I utilize my work phone 24/7 with incoming and outgoing faxes all the time. I love how fast the transmissions are through the app and how easy it is to utilize! Definitely would recommend!

Liked earlier version. I send 4 or 5 faxes a year. The previous version was a pay by page and it worked great for me. Now with a subscription based payment it’s just not worth the price for me. Sorry to see it go, but once I run out of pages I can send I’ll be removing the app.

Best fax app. I’ve tried plenty of fax apps and none compared to this one. Many other apps require you to pay a monthly fee of up to $15-20 a month. With this app you can simply pay every-time you use it! You don’t have to pay for something you don’t use! Also perfect for last minute situations like in my case, simple & fast.

Hidden fees. I knew I’d have to pay, I expected it. I have one page to send and it HAS to be faxed or mailed. I figured it’d be competitive with the cost of a stamp to get this guy out the door. 15 credits for 99 cents? That’s incredible, if a credit is one page. Turns out this isn’t the case; to send one single solitary page is 10 credits! I’d pay if it were competitive with the cost of a stamp, but it’s not, so I’m thinking I’ll just stick with a stamp or find another app that is more straightforward with their pricing scheme.

Cancel???????. Is there some that can help me canceled this recurring billing app. I have followed all instructions but there is not a cancel button and all it does is keep on billing me weekly and no one to help me kill this dang app. Don’t get me wrong the app works fine. It was easy to use. But the constant billing is a problem. I chose the 1 week..... the billing later I’m still trying to stop the charges.

Loose Prepaid Credits. This app will work as long as you only purchase the amount of pages or credits needed but if you purchase extras to use at a later time forget it, the fax won’t send. Tried to send fax to same number I previously faxed using this app, the Social Security Office and within 1 minute I got an “unknown error” message...that tells you a lot? Tried 3 times before finally downloading a different fax app which successfully sent the fax without issue. Guess my 5 remaining pages are dust in the wind...don’t purchase extra pages or credits you won’t be able to use them!

Easiest fax app to use. This app was recommended to me by a coworker. Whenever I get stuck working from home at night, I have trouble sending certain types of documents. This app solved that problem. It's the easiest to use out there, and it's the first one I haven't had to deal with issues from. Yes it requires a few credits but it's worth it to have my work sent reliably. Well worth it!

Incredibly convenient. Long gone are the days when you have to purchase an old school fax machine, now there's a faxing up for the new age. It helps that the interface is super easy to use, there's really no way you can get caught up. I think the pricing is pretty fair as well. Honestly, there's no way you can go wrong with this app. Good job!

Fax technology done efficiently. Even though fax is a 1970s technology, this application makes it possible to send multiple pages by copying them in a queue to continue sending each page without you standing around an average of 4 minutes a page. It could take a while but it will continue until it’s done got you.

Would recommend. Had time sensitive paperwork that needed to be fax (no emails) had no time to run around to find a business center looked in App Store lots of monthly subscription apps found this and only needed to buy tokens. I was not to sure about it but I tried it and it worked flawlessly. Saved time and saved on gas. Thank you

Makes faxing really easy. This app comes in handy for sending in resumes and other documents to places that require a fax. Like most people I don't have a fax machine and this app is much quicker and easier to use and doesn't require being connected to a phone line. If you need to send a fax, I recommend you try this app.

Crooks, doesn’t work, you can’t cancel. I purchased this to fax a document. It tried 3x, 1.5 hours each time, it never was sent. I messaged asking for a refund since my app purchase was “pending” and I couldn’t request it yet, so they charged me for another week. I’ve requested a refund for both charges now with Apple. I tried to go to manage subscriptions and there is NO option to cancel. I’ve screenshotted everything in case I get blown off by Apple. I need this cancelled immediately! Crooks, one word says it all.

Clean & simple to use. I've been using this app for a while and It shows when there is good developer. I have not had any problems or confusion about using the app, has everything I need and works perfect. I recommend it, much better than the other apps of poor quality as they always fail.

Love this app, but.... ... I am very unhappy that you can no longer buy a set amount of pages. I do not fax all that much. But when I needed to fax, it was nice to be able to purchase the number of pages closest to what I needed to use, and have the remaining pages available for later use. Now I have to pay for unlimited faxing for a week when I only need to fax 2 or 3 pages. This app is great for a business, but not for those of us who are occasional users. Too bad....

Fax still alive!!. I didnt think i would ever had to use fax again! But there are still companies that require them to receive documents... so after looking for a while came up with this app! Which is just great! Super easy to use! Recommend this to everyone! No more using a fax machine, do it from the comfort of your iphone

Pretty Easy to Use. I downloaded this app after the last fax app I had stared having issues. This one is much faster and much simpler (not too many different things going on). Very easy to send to other people and it even allows you to take picture from your phone before hand and fax them out. If you want something fast and simple, I’d say give this a try!
