Really upset. So I started to love this game. I liked it enough to support the creators by making a few purchases. The problems started happening. I purchased a pirate theme parrot habitat that I don’t have access to it’s just sitting in my inventory because the game froze after I bought it. Doesn’t give me the option to take it out and place it. Then I bought a package for 30,000 cash and I didn’t get it! I’ve gone to the website for customer service submitted a ticket and two days have gone by and still no response. They’ve stollen my money and have no customer service help. On top of that there’s A LOT of glitches in the game. I upgrade my beauty and it doesn’t register that I’ve done it so tasks that should earn me cash don’t and the only way I can get rid of them is gold. And gold is very hard to come by they pretty much make it impossible without purchasing the more you play. And you need it to upgrade space and kiosks, etc. don’t play this if you actually expect to be treated well.

Starts fun and easy then hard and almost ridiculous. I am at level 21 and now my game has switched to only able to completing 1 thing at a time. So I have to choose upgrade buildings, raise and get animals, or expand. There is simply never enough resources to try and work on more than 1 at a time. I don’t mind cash to play but I shouldn’t have to pay cash to be able to really play. Every time you need a habitat it costs more, every time you need a plot of land it costs more. But as your level goes up you need more and more land but can’t get it for days. So you spend days getting land. Then days buying habitats, days getting the animals and then finally days breeding them. All for 1 task. This is not including buildings, upgrades, etc. I wish that instead of every purchase the habitat and land value went up, when your zoo level went up the costs went up. Then stayed that level of cost till next zoo level went up.

Love it.....But. I love playing this game but his is the third time something has happened, first time...the next morning I woke up and opened it all of my animals were just gone, I had to get them all over again, then the app wouldn’t open at all so I had to delete it an do everything all over again and now I opened it and all my stats are reset... like back to the beginning. All my animals and buildings are still there but I’m not earning any money, the money and coins I had disappeared and I can’t really do anything, I’m back to level 1 an can’t move cause I don’t have no money! I really like this game but if I have to start over again

LOVE THE GAME…but they could add a few things. Omg love the game The animals are soooooooooooooo cute I am not overreacting soooooooooooo cute🥰 but you need coins to do everything and it’s kind of hard getting coins soo that means you need to spend home money and not everyone has money laying down on the kitchen table😐 to spend so I wish there was an easier way to get coins and also you can’t interact with the pets I wish you could play with the pets and feed the pets that would make the game even better also I wish the pet walked they don’t move all they do is sit there and blink and it’s fun to play in the beginning but then you’re kind of bored of it because you’re like I’ve been playing this game so much and then it gets better again because then you get better pets that look really cool other than that me and my sister love this game it’s such a beautiful game and my sister now wants to be a zookeeper when she grows up

Great game! A lot of glitches!. This game is a lot of fun. I love it but it glitches a little too much. Several times while trying to do the experiment labs it force shuts and then last night i went to build the emporium and it said i needed level 8 when i am level 13. I know all games will have a little lag here and there but it doesn’t even ask to send a crash report or anything. I love this game but hope that these glitches will be taken care of in the future.

Frustrated. ***UPDATED*** I’m thankful the developers corrected the issue with the kiosks. The timers for building or updating the building kept restarting whenever you left the game or even visited another zoo. I love this game. The game offers a rather large variety of animals you can collect. I truly love that you can earn them several different ways. I feel that’s generous and encouraging that perhaps the people we are sending our hard earned money to might actually care that we enjoy the game. I also enjoy the small quizzes. However I would suggest that it would greatly enhance my experience to be able to click on the animal and on the information link in the window, that it would actually have some information (which can also help with those quizzes). Even fantasy and mythical creatures have a mythology or some interesting tidbit that could be shared. Oh, one more bit of advice. There was no tech help option. With so many things that can happen or come up, a link to a manual or tech help would be advisable.

I Love this Game But ..... I Love this Game The graphics the fact that u can grow animals and grow a mate and make a baby is cute and cool it’s definitely addicting where u constantly checking on your animals and also collecting the money from your Stores ... I just wish there was a lil more to it , more ways to get coins , I also think the XP’s towards going on to another level is ridiculous when there’s barely nothing much but up keep your stores and animals, which u don’t receive to many when you’ve already collected the large ones from your stores I wish we could feed the animals and there families and grow food or build factories which provides us food for the animals why does it cost so much to buy a piece of land and pull up weeds or break up boulders the cost it’s ridiculous the price of the land also but I guess that’s why u spend your cash to buy coins which I think it’s unfair when u don’t even offer other ways to obtain a lil bit of free coins and I would like to see better challenges this whole celebrity thing is corny again I understand u have to make ppl buy rubies I hope u guys figure it out to sort of revamp this game I’m on level 27 it took me forever to get here and can u please figure out a way we can also earn more pearls everything in the market is Over priced $50 for 1 tile c’mon guys that’s PETTY 😂😂😂

Crashes and Doesn’t Always Load Properly. So I absolutely love this game. Lots of fun, I don’t have to spend real money to buy pearl, cash, or coins in the game. I like being able to earn them from completing quests, selling baby animals, videos, etc. Probably my favorite game. However, the only two annoying things are that it crashes and sometimes it doesn’t load properly. It used to crash only once every couple days, now it’s doing it multiple times a day. Also, it also tends to not load the game all the way, so certain parts of the game (pathway, kiosks, fence, etc) don’t load completely or at all. So I have to close the app and reopen it so it’ll actually load. Maybe that could be looked into during the next update :) Anyway, thanks for such a fun and exciting game!!

Fix video ads. I really love this game, but I’m about to just be done playing it honestly. 90% of the time when I watch a video ad it’s some real suspect looking, illegitimate game or app. They don’t fit the screen correctly, so you can’t even exit out of the ad once it’s finished playing, so not only do you NOT get the reward you’re trying to earn but you also have to completely restart the game. I will sit down to play this game and this will literally happen over and over again and over again... get it together people! Only agree to play ads that are legit, and figure out why the heck they play so shoddily 😡

Addicting with potential!. Overall a great experience so far playing! I love the scrubbing and watering animal platforms and sending customers to certain locations! It would be awesome to see other activities within the game such as sending off items for orders or some idea close to that. Maybe creating some type of farming system for feeding. I see so much potential but the only thing that really makes things tough is the amount of pearls and coins you get. Bucks are fine but progress is very slow for expanding land and collecting items/ decorations. If I saw improvement in this general direction I would definitely put forth money for the cause to improve the game ;) Edit: Another idea would be an aquarium you could actually enter with different fish you can tend to!

Refreshingly Different. Great game! I love the different levels of playing. There’s mini games, events, and instead of waiting 24 hours to collect rewards and having daily tasks, it refreshes in a matter of hours to keep interest and the game going. My only complaint is currency— especially gold coins— is a little harder to come by and makes the game seem very pay to play oriented. Like the pirate event charges (IMO) an astronomical amount of a resource (gold coins) that is rarely dispensed and when it is, it’s very little for decor. I hardly put a dent in gathering fish and the eggs for the Alice in Wonderland table. Luckily you can purchase those but I don’t recall if you can purchase the ocean kiosk to complete it and make it into an emporium or the axolotl which I’m a little disappointed about. However, I do enjoy this game and love playing it. I wish we could interact more with the animals, but for a game that’s already multifaceted and uniquely different from others in its class, I’m pretty happy with it!

Great start, buttons extremely annoying.. I love most of this game. It’s really cute, there’s some unique things in it, and so far it feels nicely balanced. BUT. These buttons need fixing. I’m on an Ipad, not a phone, but these huge, moving buttons at the edge of the screen make me feel cramped! I’m constantly aware of them, and I hate it. Especially this pulsating red “sale” thing in the upper right. Yes! I saw the sale! I don’t care! No one needs an inch-and-a-half, pulsing red button right there all the time! It’s extremely annoying. Devs- love the game so far, just, please, make these buttons half this size, and for the love of all things entertaining, make them STOP MOVING. No pulsating, no shimmer effect, no motion whatsoever. Just have them turn a different color if I need to be aware of something in there. Maybe an option in the settings window for if you want big, moving buttons or small, still ones would be good.

Have been obsessed but currently very upset. I actually am obsessed with this game. So many positive things that definitely have been outweighing the negatives. The pretty much only negatives have been happening recently so maybe it’s the version? Anyways, lately it hasn’t been speeding up any of my time when I upgrade my kiosks. I upgrade them and it’s been saying it has the same-ish amount of time left for a day now. For multiple kiosks. And then another issue is it sometimes doesn’t let me click on what I want to click on. I have been saving up the coins for DAYS to open up a new slot of land and when I was trying to figure out why my kiosk wasn’t upgrading it made me click on “speed up” to speed up the kiosk upgrade when I wasn’t clicking on that and not only spent the 20 some coins it wanted me to spend to upgrade, but spent over 100 of my coins which was very confusing and this also happened when I finally had 141 and only needed 148 to buy the slot of land I had been saving for for days. I’d like to get my coins back honestly because I really don’t want to continue to play the game while this is an issue. Nothing like this has happened so far in this game so I’ve loved it but it’s pointless right now for me to play when I spend so much time to get what I’ve been earning taken away from me.

Great game. Love this game. Me and my wife are super addicted to it and the two people we have showed it to are as well! I love the game my only two complaints are that I wish it didn’t cost so much to expand. I’ve already spent way to much on this game and I feel like I’m going to eventually quit because I have no more room. I also wish that there was a option to pick up everything you have down on your park so you could re arrange it easier. It took me 2 days to re arrange my place and I know I’ll want to re arrange it again eventually and it will take even longer because I’ll have more stuff. If this game had that option I would 100% give it 5 stars.

Awesome game ♥️. I gave this game I five star. Reason for this is because the game is entertaining and fun. There may be a couple of glitches, but this team is right on it. I would and have suggested this game to others. Thank you, Zcatz That above was written about a month ago. Since then my lovely game has gone to the dump. I have to go in and out so many times just to be able to load the entire game. It seems that when I reached level 30, everything went wrong. I have reported and reported . I was told the update would fix the problemS? No no no, it made it worst. Now I’m being told I should have Facebook in order for them to possibly fix it. Wow...and I gave this a 5 star in the beginning. I don’t have Facebook and don’t want it. And this is my second try at this game. Already lost one. I WONT BE BACK

Fix this please!!!!. I love this game soooo..... there is just a problem. So when I got the game it was working just right... then it started stuttering in the background music.. it did that for a while then it would finally knock the game off.. it made me mad because I love this game so much. So I deleted the game and got it back.. well... it still does it.. the stutters and then it knocks me off. I would really appreciate it if you guys fix this.. I love love love this game and would love this problem to be fixed.. if y’all fix this I would gladly give this game 5 stars!!!! Please please fix this!!!!! Thank you so much.. sorry for asking but I would love this to be fixed!

Too much crashing.. Tried to buy Bag of Money, said purchase was made and I got a thing from PayPal about it. No change in amount of cash. Tried closing app and reopening it. Started crashing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Still crashing. Game crashes instead of loading. I paid for the $4.99 Bag of Cash, but, your game got all whacked out. Fix the problem, NOW, please! Creative Mobile is despicable and deplorable! You make one purchase and the whole game goes all to Hell.

Great but frustrating. Ahhh, capitalism. Pros: Great graphics, but let’s you explore your designer talents, Great to watch your establishment go from nothing to something really spectacular and is addictive. Cons: it’s extremely difficult later in the game when you get your momentum going, to earn pearls and gold coins that you need in order to fulfill missions and quests to advance you in the game. like when you need to spend gold coins on a kiosk, it doesn’t pay you in gold coins as it should. I feel like if you have to spend gold coin’s to get something then you should earn them back. When you spend dollars on something it paid you back in dollars but that’s a lot easier to get in this game. I have been doing nothing but collecting for five days straight now in order to build something. I can do nothing else but just keep turning on the game and collecting and then shutting it down again and it becomes quite frustrating and kind of doesn’t make you want to play anymore. I understand the developers would like to make money on this and I’m sure they certainly do because I could see people getting really frustrated with having to wait as long as they do. Like one of the shady things the developers done with this is they give you special one time things that you can’t normally get in the play of the game that costs an exorbitant amount, but doesn’t give you enough time to earn it or collect it, forcing you to spend real money if you want it.

Love everything except the Bruh dude who flexes in my zoo. By far one of my most played phone games. Love it. It’s cute, and allows you to play indefinitely versus other games that require energy build up to do anything. One suggestion. When we have the option to release a baby animal to a passing guest to earn coins...wish we had an option to say no ASAP versus waiting for them to leave for a few hours. Sometimes, I get attached to a baby and don’t want to give it up, or release to that ‘bruh’ dude who is constantly flexing at my zoo. I’m like, “wth you gonna do with my aardvark, man? No. No you can’t have him.”

Can’t delete or u loose everything!!. These devs don’t save our games!! Don’t make purchases. I made purchases and had to start from beginning of game. I Had to do a hard reboot on my tablet, 1st saved everything to cloud. ZooCraft uninstalled and when you reinstall, you have to restart the game from the beginning. They don’t back up their players games. So, any and all purchases are gone!! Forever!! There may be a time you’ll need to do reboot on your device, if you do, you’ll loose EVERYTHING in this game, and will have to start the game completely over like a brand new player. This virtually unheard of with any app. Apps backup everything, so if you delete a game, which sometimes you have to do, no problem, those other apps have your back. You just reinstall their game and your completely restored!! This is BULL these devs of this game, don’t have our back!! I will never play this game, or any other app they offer! I make a purchase, uninstall, reinstall.... and they took my money! Luckily, many of us have cards that will give us our money back, regardless if iTunes wants to or not! Banks like mine, don’t put up with this crap!

Most recent update. I originally like this game. Very easy to get on throughout the day and play when you have a little down time. The new update isn’t great though. You can’t see when your money is ready at the Kiosks and the cleaning the zoo update is not a great addition. It was much better the way it was before. Before you just had to click 3 times to get an item cleaned or rub your finger over the item if it needed to be washed. Now if it needs washed, all you have to do is rub your finger over it once and it acts like you are continuously doing it when you aren’t. The tree trimming is much harder than before, but still is pretty easy. But the additional worst part of this new update is the sweeping for the decorations or Kiosks. You have to continuously click to clean the item until the bar is full or it the bar will go back to empty. Once you get to the end you have to click really fast in order for it to register that it is full. This update needs some tweaking.

Hear me out. So I love this game. It’s a nice distraction when I have a few minutes to myself. And I just did the tea party event. Except, I had collect close to 3000 eggs, and it didn’t even give me the option to cash them in before ending the event. Which is lame because it really takes time to collect enough coins to buy land. And for some reason, it stopped counting beauty points. You can’t level up if you don’t add the beauty points. So what’s going on here? Other than those two random occurrences, I love the game. The animals are cute and the anticipation of what animal you will create once you start getting mythic animals is enjoyable. So I really hope y’all read these and are able to fix whatever bug is going on here. Thanks.

Fun but not nice!. I do love this game! All the animals and everything that comes with it to build a zoo is down right adorable! It’s so cute and addicting! Which is what the makers of the game counted on to snag you! Everything at first is not to bad. But the longer you play the more expensive this game gets! And I do mean expensive. They want you to chuck out 20-30$ pretty much daily and if you don’t it’s hard to play the game. They say if but you can earn the Coins free! No you can not! You have to scroll three hrs of crap to find a few free coins. Threw adds to add to your email or you have to purchase things which you might as well have just bought the coins for 30$! It gets on my nerves because if this was a game for boys it would be free! But because it’s a girly game nice and pink and has unicorns and cute animals it’s the “Pink Tax” bull crap! Just cos it’s for girls you think you can keep adding more money on top of more money. Every level you pay more and more! It’s absurd! Why? Most games when you go higher things get cheaper not more expensive! Well I’ve had enough and I’m spreading the truth! This game is crap and is robbing people blind! Do not let your kids get ahold of this because before you know it 100$ will be out of your bank in a week!

Mrs dexker. I like this game a lot. I am at level 26. I play about 6 times a day. In order to expand your zoo, it costs gold (which you would have to buy with cash if not earned threw the game.) The problem is that the ONLY way to expand is with gold. It can be earned by selling babies and completing tasks but at almost 200 gold per expansion, even if I were to pay, its outrageous. I understand increasing difficulty and you want to make money, but it’s getting ridiculous. Every add kicks me out and I NEVER get credit. Plus visiting friends is a joke. You tap on a butterfly/dragonfly or water a pearl. I'd say 90% of my time visiting is wasted due to no actions available. Please address... Thank you!

Great game. I really love this game my only wish is that there was a clear all button for when you want to remodel your zoo. It’s really a hassle to have to put everything in the warehouse(animals can’t go in warehouse if they have a baby because it makes you lose the baby) just to try to re design your zoo. Other than this me being an animal lover I love being able to breed and discover new animals. Also love the guiding guests to different locations feature!! Please add a clear all items button for redecorating your zoo and I will be so grateful!! Thank you. UPDATE: Also just wanted to mention a new glitch I started having maybe due to the new update. I am unable to do the special deals that come because it doesn’t allow me to click it instead of words it just shows a blank banner. Just wanted to inform of my issues! Thank you.

Never watching ads. I have been avoiding the man on the hoverboard, since every time I watch an ad, the screen goes white after and I have to reset the game. Since I never get any rewards, I’ve given up on them. I was hoping this would be fixed in the update, but apparently it has not. You should really get on this, since I’m frankly never watching ads and your sponsors aren’t getting any air time. Based on some of the other reviews I’ve read, other people are having the same problem. Does maintenance still work in other zoos after the update? I went to a bunch of different zoos, scared away all of the butterflies and did not get one thing that needed maintenance in around 15 zoos. I know not all of them do, but I used to only skip one or two before I found one. Other than that, the new update is great- thanks for making the koalas not look scary any more.

Love this game!. I remember playing zoo tycoon years ago and that was one of my favorite games. I’ve been looking for a good zoo game ever since then and I finally found one. What sets this apart from the others is that they have a laboratory where are you breed your animals. You never know what exactly you’re going to get so it makes it very exciting. In the beginning it takes a short amount of time to make your animal, and as you progress in the game it does take a while to breed your animals, but you’re given the option to watch an ad to take time off of the breeding process. I simply put my animals in the lab and go off and do something else then come back later. Each person’s zoo is different because of this. No one has the same animals, which I find makes this game different from the others. It’s not boring and cookie cutter. They are periodic mini games and other things that also make this game exciting and refreshingly different.

It’s okay.. I can’t even lie to y’all I spent about a month straight every single day on this game. it is so so so much fun getting all the animals you want and decorating your zoo the way you please. But the only way you can make your zoo bigger is through tokens which are almost impossible to get after about a week. I’m on level 27 and the most tokens I can get a day is about 20-25. And at this point it’s costs about 500 coins to buy another lot to expand your zoo which has left me stuck, not able to experiment any more animals because I have no more room and it’ll take me about a week and half to collect enough coins to buy ONE space. I’ve spent so much real money on this and I honestly haven’t even played it in about a week because there’s literally nothing I can do besides collect cash from my kiosks. The developers definitely need to have more options to earn coins. I understand you have to make money off the game somehow but I am not the only one who just simply quit playing because there’s no way to go forward unless I spend real money or wait a couple weeks. Not to mention the times that your guys servers are just completely down and nobody can get into the game. Fun game, do not download if ur not ready spend about 30 bucks.

Transfer data. Awesome game my girlfriend loves it but I had to get a new phone and I went from gs8+ to an iPhone so now she has to restart. It would be awesome if you could make a sign in through Facebook option so I could save it to my Facebook profile and then transfer to my iPhone. So that we can continue on with our zoo. It would be greatly appreciated if you did this. Other than not willing to start over because of lost progress we truly enjoyed this game would recommend it. We just can’t bring ourselves to starting from scratch.

Cute game, but it crashes!. I really like this game. It doesn’t require real $ to make progress and you level-up quickly. However, it crashes constantly. It wasn’t too bad at first but in the last day or two it crashes every time I try to watch a video or go into the warehouse or lab. This makes it impossible to actually achieve anything. If that was fixed I would give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Update- the game now crashes every couple minutes. This make it impossible to play! I have purchased a coin package in this game and now I want a refund. If I can’t continue to play and complete quests and events, then my purchase is useless. I’ve read in other reviews that people can’t find where to get help from the developer and links they send are broken. This is very disappointing.😖

Entertaining game. Unfortunately it stutters a LOT during certain parts of the background music which gives the game a 50/50 shot of crashing. Others complain about gold coins or having to hunt for butterflies/caterpillars in neighbors zoos, I don’t see either an issue, only the stuttering and crashing. If it was fixed and played more solidly, I’d give the developer(s) money for more gold. But not as it is now. Update; I appreciate the developer commenting on my review but the link they left is a page that couldn’t be found and when I click on “get back to help desk home page”, I have to sift through their games to find this one, typing in “game stutters” only to find OTHER pages for their other games. I’m not fishing around your website trying to find help. With this last update it’s far worse. It crashes multiple times within 7 min, since I updated yesterday. Couple that new fun with the stuttering and occasional crashing I got before, I’m done. This is the only app this happens on, if ANY app should give me this much of a headache it should be Sims Mobile but it plays beautifully 👍🏼

Love the game but..... I love this game but there’s always technical issues and I’m pretty tired of dealing with them. First I had to restart the game because it wouldn’t let me in, because it kept crashing. Then, it won’t allow me to make purchases and when I try it won’t let me click it or anything. I was okay with that because I shouldn’t be spending my money on it anyway. Now, I updated it last night and it’s crashing AGAIN. I’m so tired of it I might just delete it for a final time. It’s something I don’t want to do, but if the game can’t figure it’s crap out I’ll end up doing it.

It’s a good game. Really.. Okay so, not gonna lie, in the beginning this game was addicting. Like, I could never stop being on it because I enjoyed looking at my cute animals and experimenting, along with buying different things for my zoo. However, I noticed as you continue buying land or other things, the prices for the land go up. For example, for 40 coins you can buy land. After you buy it, it goes up to like 70 something and it’s so hard to get a lot of coins! Don’t get me wrong, I’m thankful you give us opportunities to get coins but you’re only giving maybe 3 or 4 at a time. And don’t even get me started on “time”! The time for experiments to be complete is outrageous! I am poor. I don’t have real money to spend on this game or any game for that matter. Can you please make this game easier for people who can’t spend money? This is not a challenging game. This is suppose to be a fun, relaxing game and lately I haven’t been able to play because I have to wait 48 hours for an experiment to be done and hours for other stuff to be complete as well. I’ve lost interest in the game and I’m thinking about deleting it. Please take into consideration what I said. Make this game easier! I understand you need to make money somehow but not everyone has money to spend on an app! Other than that big rant, it is a fun game. But only in the beginning.

Super laggy. This game is super laggy and I can barely do ANYTHING. The pictures the game advertises is so misleading, the actual graphics and animals in the game are not as pretty of the pictures make it seem ( that was the only reason I got the game) it makes the game so much worse because you KNOW they can do better and just chose not to. I got an ad with 2 wolves and a wolf pup and they were pretty realistic and it looked amazing, but in the game, it actually looks nothing at all like it. I’m not trying to be mean, but I just don’t like the graphics that much and it’s so laggy I can’t even play it, I’m sure it could be a great game if some things were fixed

Zoo Craft. This is a really great game. I had some issues and the developer took care and resolved all my issues, explained things I did not understand in the game and was very patient with me. They also gifted me some items after events were over which was very sweet and I enjoy them immensely. I recommend everyone try this game. It is so much fun and if you have any problems the developers are very patient and will work with you until your issues are resolved. This is definitely a 5 star game with 5 star service!

Fun game. I started playing this game about a week ago and I have really enjoyed playing it, but there are a couple things I hope can change. The first one is with the lab. I love doing the animal experiments and seeing what new kind of animal gets created, but the time it takes for some to get done is a bit much. I can handle an hour, maybe two, but when it takes 10 hours, it’s too long. My other issue is with the pearls. I don’t mind using coins to water the shell to get them, but the amount of time it takes just to get a few pearls and then having to use them to get decorations and what not gets frustrating. I personally think it would be easier to have to use coins to get regular stuff, like a bench or a bush and use the pearls for just the elite items, or at least cut down the amount of time it takes to get them. Overall this is a great game 👍

Best zoo tycoon game EVER!!!. I just got this game today and it’s really fun! If you like tycoons on Roblox you’ll love this game! It’s so fun to create different breeds of all sorts of animals, it’s also fun to build your park for other people to like! This game is 100% free, it’s also very easy to make money by giving people tours of the zoo, or by doing all sorts of tasks! Just a hint don’t blow out your coins like I did because you’ll need them to buy land later on🤑😂 there is SO MANY different breeds you can buy, or make! The breeds go from land animals to ocean animals!💖If you don’t know how to play the game of course the game will give you a tutorial! I thought you guys might be interested so I decided to share my view point on this app, this app is so addicting and fun! Definitely 10/10! Lastly this game does need wifi! :)

Hello. Very nice game, but isn’t it illegal to sell animals? Especially baby animals that do not belong in households? Heheheh… am I the only one that thinks this? Animal trafficking exists! But this feature is kinda nice because you get coins. Also you can force your animals to have babies. :-: But anyways love this game! I had it when I was little and got it back when I was older because I kinda missed having a good zoo game! It’s not complicated, you don’t have to actively play, because your kiosks will just keep the money that they earned for when you come back! :D

Doesn’t give you the free coins when you fulfill an action!. I love this game, but it really is rough to play if you don’t want to spend actual money to get coins. You need coins to expand your park and you hardly come across coins. Only way to get them is to buy them with real money. I get that’s the way for the developer to make money, however, they do give the option of getting FREE coins by doing certain actions, like taking a survey or buying a service/product. I have wasted about 2 hours doing surveys and have NEVER received coins for them. It’s ridiculous. Don’t offer the coins if you’re not going to actually give them to the player.

frustrated. i have had this game on my phone for a couple of years now. i got pretty far into it before kind of losing interest, because it takes FOREVER to get enough coins to expand your land. I stopped playing for several months. Opened it back up on a whim and saw all kinds of new little tweaks and additions. I got excited - thought maybe the coin issue would’ve been resolved. But I have been at a standstill for weeks, because my storage is full with all my experiments that have piled up. The only way to get more storage is to spend coins. But i need the coins to expand my zoo, which would allow me to remove some of the animals from storage and it would be a win win. However i’ve been idle for the longest time now bc there aren’t enough opportunities to get coins for how expensive the coin items cost. There should either be more opportunity to receive coins or there should be less expensive prices on the things that require coins to buy. Bc there is literally zero appeal to a game that no matter what you do you are inching by over the course of weeks or months and no progress is really able to be made. This has been something that’s bothered me about the game from the jump and like i said i’ve been playing over the course of a couple of years. Please get it together, yall. I’d like to be able to keep playing but honestly my patience with it is pretty much out. 🥴

Love the game but help. I love playing this game it passes time especially with the covid going on ! However like others said , I know you got to make money but it’s hard to get coins & when you do it’s only a few at a time plus the land expansion is hard to get bc the coin price goes up . Pls consider upping the coins on tasks that we do ! Thank you !! Great but can be frustrating. I love this game. It is amazing and i love the concept is great and so are the graphics. One of the only problems I come across is that you can’t move the decorations once you place it. When I upgrade my zoo I like to move stuff around but I can’t move the decorations. If there is a way I would love to know but if there isn’t then that’s something you can improve on in an update. But other than that and a few other little things this is a great game and I really enjoy playing it.

They have tried to fixed all the issues I had received, it did take a long time but they kept in touch and was very nice and helpful and gave a compensation to the issues they weren’t able to fix. Super happy day!. Update. Sad day again, although I don’t think this is yalls fault I wish I would have known that when I got my new iPhone that my game wouldn’t transfer. I was a few points away from level 32 and getting the dolphin and now I have to start all over. If I would have known before hand I probably would have kept my old phone, that is how much I enjoyed playing your game. Now I just can’t seem to get back in to it as much. Update. Finally after not being able to play for a few weeks the new update worked and I can play again.. thank you! Very addicting. This game is super fun and addicting. My only suggestion would be to be able to accumulate coins faster. I’ve been playing this game for a couple weeks now and I’ve already gotten to the point where it takes forever for me to be able to expand my land. I would have definitely given 5 stars if it wasn’t so difficult to collect. So now I’m just playing to collect and that’s not fun.

Fun but not perfect. Fun to build your zoo- addicting! But VERY glitchy! Even after the latest update it crashes after tapping on something that isn’t appearing right on screen. Often whole sections will be missing in the zoo store or not appear on screen. They still have a lot to work out. I also agree with other reviewers that it’s difficult to progress without spending real money. It can make it so people stop playing if they don’t want to spend money.. if the developers were smart they would reward their loyal players more in the higher levels or they could lose interest!

Great potential. This game would be extremely addicting and I would still be playing it if it wasn’t for the glitches/crashes. At first I thought maybe I didn’t have enough storage on my phone but when that wasn’t the issue, the game crashed equally as much if not more. Extreme lag, randomly crashes, and glitches frequently. HOWEVER: I love the whole game layout and even the purchases aren’t a trap/necessary to continue. Adorable animals, fun quests, tycoon style, pretty addicting layout. I had to delete it though because of the glitches/lag/slowness. If this gets fixed I will certainly download it again and give it more than three stars. Glitches/crashes are just too much.

OMG ITS AMAZING. I love this app you can create and decorate your own zoo , you can even name it , and the best part is you manage it! There are so many interesting animals too! you can take two animals see what it makes! You can also take two animals of the same species and create a baby version!I created and learned about animals I had never even heard of before. You also get to do do manager things like collect money and clean habitats. You can add kiosks benches lamps animals plants decorations and more , and you can go to other people’s zoo’s! You will also have programmed characters who give missions! its awesome!!!!!!

Disappointed 😕. I love playing this game however the new update is very annoying as it’s very hard to earn rubies which what I’m really annoyed.

Need to fix the constant freezing. Love this game gave it a 5* but it does freeze a bit and I find u need to either drop the price of moving them large rocks or give more gold coins out..... yes I have spent my own money on the packs 😊 one of the best games I’ve played

So much fun. It is hard to hold my attention with games, but this one has succeeded. So easy to play and yet there is so much to it and so many animals it gets addictive playing it.

It looks good in the adds but really it is terrible 😡. I don’t like this game it is way to glitchy you need to fix it. Every time I do something in this game it crashes if you don’t fix it then I will delete it. You make it look so fun in the adds but it’s really just terrible. I do not recommend ZooCraft. Love it but god is it buggy. Love love this game, one of the only games that I’ve played consistently for longer than 2 weeks! There’s always been a few little bugs here and there but with the last update I can’t even open the app!

It would be nice to see a contact link or a place to go for help when we have issues other than that I highly recommend this game, the speed in which my troubles were sorted when there were glitches was excellent Thank You.

Zoo craft. I can’t play the game it keeps glitching and kicking me outwhen are you going to fix this game it keeps glitching and then shutting down

This game isn't that great. Let me just say that it is a pretty decent game, but there are many flaws that could be improved. 1. Things cost way too much. Like 10 of those magic dust things for 3 extra energy on your island exploration thing? 2. The island is too big! It took me around four months to complete the first part. 3. Leveling up is too hard. You get xp so slowly and it needs heaps.

Disappointed. I like this game very much and have used real money to advance more quickly in the game. I will not spend another cent until you fix the glitches I cannot visit other zoos without the game freezing I have to log out and then back in. So I can not collet butterflies or mosquitoes. I can not help my neighbours with there pearls. This all so means I cannot receive extra peals. All of these glitches mean I can’t complete the tasks to gain extra coins to expand the zoo. And if by a shear miracle the game lets me help a random zoo water the pearl and I get back to mine ok the extra pearl does not register. And please do not tell me go to the help site I’ve tried that

Love this Game. I use to play paradise bay but they are closing in May and won’t be able to play it anymore, so I had to find another game to play and I found zoo craft I’m at level 21 and love the game thank you zoo craft

Great game but I can not load it. I’ve been playing zoo craft probably since it came to iOS but the last two updates have made it near impossible to load the game. I can enter the game but it glitches me out. Now the new update that came I thought it would fix this problem but it didn’t.

Favourite zoo game. Love this game and decorating the zoo to Whatever style I want! But I just had a glitch where it said I could complete my animal research for free, but when I clicked it, it spent 200 of my coins!! I don’t think that’s fair cause I know normally it costs but it said free so I should have had it free. Especially since it wasn’t something I was even in a rush for and 200 coins takes ages to save up! :( please help!

Not happy lately!. Have been playing the game for a while but lately there have been glitches I am not happy with! Firstly my avatar keeps on disappearing on both my iPad and iPhone so I had to get them again using my rubies. Also the game keeps on freezing and I need to reboot it. I really enjoy this game but if these problems continue I will have to leave it. Please explain!

OVERR IT!. After playing this game for about 3 months I've had to start all over again 3 TIMES! Not by me wanting too but because the game literally restarts without permission! I've spent money on this game for what? Too lose everything, again? This time it's restarted and I've been able to keep my animals and stalls but no money, or coins and back to level 1 from being at 19. This is ridiculous!!

Disappointed. I loved the game but a few minutes ago it glitches out and restarted it. I was on level 26 and I lost everything. I spent over $200 on this game and now it glitched out and restarted from the very start.

Bad warehouse. The game was going great till the update and its pretty bad storage has to be paid for even though there is a warehouse. There should be a higher limit like all game have and not struggle to get the coins for it. Basically need to spend money to play this game. Unlike other games you dont have to spend so much real money like on this one you have to.

Emporiums. Hi, this is a great game however by the time I built up my money stash to upgrade my kiosks, I reached level 5 and it said I require level 4 to upgrade. Now I can’t upgrade my kiosks. Can this please be fixed because unless you buy the money to upgrade it takes a while to earn it and You have to complete tasks. I suggest having level 4 as a minimum to have an emporium but should be able to upgrade at any time.

Great. I love playing zoo craft but since we got the new Iland my game keeps freezing and some functions won’t work I need help

Good example of its genre!. ZooCraft is an example of a farming-style game done rather well. It has cute examples, plenty of things to keep the player occupied, and unlike some other examples of its genre, isn’t just simply gouging players for money. This game has three different premium currencies, which initially made me think it was going to be terrible, but the game actually gives players plenty of opportunities to gain these currencies by playing rather than just by purchasing. I have spent a few dollars on in-app purchase because I don’t mind supporting games I like, but you by no means have to do so to enjoy this game. I do have one complaint, though: the tasks that can earn you rewards often take longer than the ‘guests’ stick around for - eg breeding exotic animals, building emporiums etc. Either extend the time period that those guest quests last for, or issue the reward once the process is started, not when it completes.

My review of zoo craft. It is an amazing game and it doesn’t make you spend real money for it to be good. I think that you watch videos for rewards instead of when you don’t want them to annoy you. There are so many great things to do in the game and the graphics are super cute with cuddly animals. It’s really nice to have an animal and kiosks world building game in one . The app is awesome!!!!!

Adds broken. The adds mechanism is broken. You watch the add but then it just shows white and freezes. Then you need to restart app and lose the rewards you watch the add for in the first place.

Good!. Great game, really addictive and fun. However, i had a minor issue when it came to updating my burger kiosks to the burger emporium. After updating, i had to wait at least 20 hours for the burger emporium to be constructed but the time just froze... the timer counting down just stopped and i had to end up using coins to get my emporium. Please fix this problem ASAP.

Great game, but there’s a tiny problem, PLEASE FIX! Fixed! Yay!. ZooCraft is a great game and I thoroughly enjoy playing, but I have come across a problem. This problem isn’t very important but it is a little annoying, you see currently I am undergoing the event where you have to save the animal in the box. So every time you go to the shop for golden dust or the cupcake things the x is covered by the energy bar meaning you can exit without clicking like a million times, if you could fix this or would be very nice. Rotation of stalls and animal enclosures.. Game is very good and enjoyable. The one thing I would like to see is if you could rotate thing a full 360 degrees. I believe this would allow for better placement of your things. Just a thought.

Crashes. Overall great game but recently I Did the recent update for the moon butterfly challenge and the app keeps crashing and won’t open now, Please fix so I can complete the challenges. Thanks!

Simulator contender. After playing this game for five minutes I can tell it has the potential to contend with DragonVale. It just has a couple glitches so with a few more players and a bit more time it should be great. I like this game but would recommend holding off on large purchases for the time being.

Great game, but ads cause game to crash. Addictive game breeding animals, however every time I watch an ad the game freezes and you are forced to restart the game and lose the benefits after watching the ad. I hope they fix this for a smoother gameplay!

I love ZooCraft!. Hi I absolutely love ZooCraft! I used to have it and I had it for a few months, then earlier this year I downloaded it again and have had it ever since! My only wish is that there could be an edit mode to change the layout of your zoo. Other than that, this is overall a superb app and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! Holy battery drain. I just downloaded the game and so far I’m really enjoying it. But in the half hour I’ve spent in the game it has drained my battery from 78% to 19% which is super excessive.

Love it 💕. Amazing game, animals are really cute. Babies are even cuter 🦎🐳🦄. Lots of decorations and event to keep you busy decorating :) Developers are really attentive to the players requests and bugs are really easy to report through email and quickly fixed.

Nearly unplayable. The game glitches too often to actually be any fun. Pretty annoying game to play. Feels like a waste of time to play something that doesn’t even work

Locking up, lagging and sound crackling. I’d love to give this game 5 stars because the game and gameplay are great, except it’s incredibly buggy. It locks up completely about half the time when ads pop up, then visiting other zoos makes the system lag and the sound crackle horribly. It’s rather intolerable.

Looks good, but crashes a LOT. This game looks super cute, however I can barely get passed the first few objectives without the game crashing. It continued to crash every time I accepted a quest, and once I finally managed to slink passed that reoccurring crash it crashed again when I placed the beaver habitat. I have tried R.E.M. loading the game multiple times and it crashes in the same place every time. I would really like to see what this game has to offer, but right now it does not function enough for me to enjoy it. Good luck bug fixing it if you choose to do so, devs!

Zooper fun. Very fun especially if you love to organize and create things. A few small glitches here and there with gaining money/coins etc. But definitely playable without spending real money and nice to look at!

Freezes. Open the app and it doesn’t even load.

Oh the bugs. I enjoyed the game BUT unless you figure out the bugs it’s not worth playing. It crashed every time I tried to open it until about the third or fourth try. It crashed while I was playing in an event. It didn’t show animals or kiosks that I knew were there. It’s a good game but I deleted it because of the crashing. Maybe fix the crashing before doing fancy events.

Game is not working properly for me.. I’ve been playing this game for a little while already, I managed to reach level 24, and now the game will no longer load all the way. Super cute but crashes ALL the time!. I would definitely give this game 5 stars, but it keeps on crashing, and crashing, and crashing. Today, it wouldn’t even start and crashed right away. And I have the latest iPad with the latest os... so the problem is not on my end. Bought a few deals, but now I am definitely not willing to put another dime when I can’t enjoy the game at all!

Freezes. Game freezes, is really slow and I either can’t get it to fully load and open or it will just boot me out. Would be a fun game if it actually worked.

Ur recent updates sucks. Why is it so laggy now? Also I can’t click on some tiles and all the hitboxs are so much harder to click.

Too many ads. It’s fun enough and graphics are nice. BUT it has more ads than any game I’ve ever played. It also has bugs and the game locks and closes regularly.

Restart. This game would shut off while I was playing it, then restarting the whole game over again.

HELP. I love this game but all of a sudden I get booted off every minute. I timed it, it does not last more than about 60 seconds. Is there something that can be done. I would love to play this game it is great. I would give this 5 stars but not because of this major glitch. I cannot play anymore at all.

Lots of problems. I like this game but there are a lot of problems with the game play. Ever since the last update, the “Watch A Video” guy just drives his segway away without giving me anything after I watch the video and most of the time when I try to speed up the lab it doesn’t work either. I can’t save the sick animal because the game freezes every time I try to go to the island and I have to close the app. Please fix these problems!

Glitchy and buggy. It’s fun, but there are a lot of bugs, and there’s no in-game “report an issue”. So that’s pretty disappointing and frustrating

Glitching. I love this game so much but ever since the new update the app will load and then exit back to my home screen. I can not play the game which sucks because it is my favourite game and I look forward to playing it everyday. Please fix this!

Frozen app. I have been playing this for a while. The app itself is fun. But doing an update on the app and it freezes is not fun. Asked support for what I can do and their response is that the next update “might” fix this issue. I have deleted it from my phone but to download it again just brings back what I had before...which is it doesn’t move past the main screen. My concern is losing the data I have on this game. I’m one of those people that actually spend my own hard earned money to advance the game and I could lose that. If updates can crash your game permanently then this is not the app for me.

Fun but too much waiting. Awesome graphics, great concept. My only issue is that every time you want to expand, it costs more and more. It’s frustrating waiting days to earn enough coins to purchase more land to build more habitats. Especially when I have 8 animals just waiting for a habitat. The longer I have to wait to actually play the game and build more, the quicker I’m going to get bored and move on.

Awesome developers!. I recently got a new iPhone and was really sad that my game did not transfer. However, the developers were awesome enough to restore my purchases from my old game, to my new one. Excellent customer service and I don't mind starting fresh with my gold coin and cash purchases that I had bought on my original game.

REALLY???. I did love and enjoy this game and have spent actual money on it too.... if you going to LOWER the amount being paid out for doing quests (example $100,000 to $400,000 dropped to $1,000- like $9,000) you NEED to drop the amount everything costs!!! Get real here!!!!! When an amazing baby takes $1,000,000 to make and a habitat is up to $12,000,000 a $1,000 quest just doesn’t cut it!! Guess I’ll be getting very bored of this game very quick now.

Gold is hard to obtain. I really enjoy this app and play everyday but it’s so hard to expand. It takes me forever to get enough gold to be able to expand to make room for new animals. Either make it easier to get gold (such as watching ads for gold) or have us met certain requirements (such as have this many shops, this much gold, and this much experience points, etc) so we can expand easier and faster.

Great game. Love this game...I just want to know if you are going to expand the room available...I don’t have all the animals or buildings yet but I will run out of room before then unless I use no decorations what so ever and jam everything together..wouldn’t look like a awesome I have now if I have too....sooo plz tell me you are going to increase the zoo expansions in the near future ...thx 👍

Cute Fun Game!!. This game has been fun to play! It reminds me of Zoo Story that use to be out years ago. I enjoy seeing how everyone gets creative when making their zoo’s. I will say that you do have to spend some real money if you want to expand your zoo and enjoy the expansions by buying the gems and gold coins. Its really all up to you. I’m extra, so I don’t mind spending, lol.

Glitches severely.. I absolutely love this game. It’s the only game that I really play. But this is now the second time that it won’t even open. Every time it goes up to update, I loose all of my progress and have to start all over. If there was a way you could connect it to Facebook it would be so much better. But I have to delete it, and start all the way over. And once you reach level 18 twice, you just don’t want to do it again. So glad I didn’t spend money on this game. I’m sad to have to delete it, but I’m not going to keep trying when I know it’s going to happen again.

Don’t like last update. I was really enjoying playing this game and discovering new animals, but after the last update it has gotten a little frustrating. I lost all my friends, I get kicked back to my zoo while visiting other zoos which means I don’t get the bonus for performing maintenance, and I have lost the videos which means I have lost opportunities to get more coins needed to build things. This makes it take even longer to gather the coins I need.

Update Gone Wrong?!. This would be a 5 star game in my opinion, until the most recent update. There are major glitches, I lost some of my progress (which does take time to make), and it’s just a HUGE difference. If it’s not fixed soon I won’t be playing it at all anymore because like I said it takes time to get to certain things/levels and I don’t have that time to waste if it’s not working correctly. Please fix this!!!

Zoo tokens. I love this game a lot but I really hope there will be easier ways to get zoo tokens or a better amount of them since it takes so long to get more land. Please take this into consideration because I feel like if there were ways to get more zoo tokens without paying or trying to complete a quest for 1 zoo token people would love the game a lot more!

I really enjoyed this game but.... The in-app purchases won’t work. Every time I try to get the coins the loading glass pops up on screen and stays there for about five minutes before causing game to crash. When I reopen it and try again it give me a message saying I already purchased it and it will reload for free but still nothing. I’ve tried well over 15 times. Can we get this issue fixed asap?

Great game. I love playing this game! I had a problem one time with the game and sent in a ticket online they fixed what happened plus more! Love seeing additions of new animals coming, sometimes the waiting for things drives me nuts but in the end the videos help a lot. The game is extremely free to play witch I love! It’d be cool if there was a mini game added in to earn coins or money too or even to spend more time on the game!

Great game. I downloaded this game over 2 years ago when it is available in Chinese iTunes Store and played it a lot. It is a perfect game to spend your tiny pieces of time. But later I found I cannot update it anymore and it is no longer available in the Chinese store. I had a hard time without the animals. Luckily I found it here and I can play it again.

Love this game but...... I love the game and I don’t mind having to work or wait to get more land and stuff. I like the challenge. Easy games are boring and don’t keep me playing. I am not happy that every time I go to another zoo, the game crashes and I have to restart. It just started happening to me. I am at level 15. Please fix this. The home and go to another zoo buttons don’t work when I visit a zoo.

I really liked til then....... I really liked liked it but somehow when I updated it my animals were gone and I worked sooooo hard! 😥 I really felt jealous of my brother and his animals were there! I thought it was some kind of glitch or something. Another thing was that when I was back to the beginning of my zoo level alllll the way to mini zoo. But what I liked is that my money,level,habitats,kiosks, coins stayed the same! The rest it changed..... Your very upset player

Great game!. Love the game! I have recommended it to others! One suggestion is a way to verify if you want to speed things up. The game has lagged and I accidentally spent zoo tokens to speed an experiment up which was only 5 minutes so I would never do that! Maybe a pop up verification? Also, I bought the exclusive decoration and love it! More would be nice! Keep the wonderful new things coming!

What happened?. I’ve been playing for awhile and has been one of my favorite games. However, recently it has been very glitchy. Things are missing, status has been taken away, items I’ve actually purchased have disappeared, and customer service, after an initial response, has been non-responsive. I shouldn’t have to keep restarting my game to make it work. I also won’t purchase anything more in the store, since I don’t trust the game.

Fun game at first. The game was amazing and fun. Until yall updated it and it made me loose all my progress, and before anyone asks, yes I did save my progress. To Facebook and apple… had it all turned on in the game settings, went to bed and got back on it the next day and literally all my progress was gone!! Said it had an update in the middle of the night…. So that needs to be fixed.

Wish I could give 5 stars. I love this game!! The only issue I have is that later in the game upgrading and keeping the game going becomes more difficult. To expand your zoo takes more and more gold coins. Now, I need over 700 to expand and I collect about 20 coins per day. Also, when you upgrade one kiosk, other kiosk prices more than double in price as a result. Unfortunately, I’m getting to the point of just opening the game to collect profit and closing it right away.

Money sucker - what’s the point. Great game to start and entertaining. I love the animals and ability to keep upgrading stalls and animals - but you don’t get enough money to actually play the game without constantly dumping real money into it for coins, pearls or dollars. It cost over $10k for basic animal babies and you barely make $500 back daily. Stalls are the same way, you pay big bucks to upgrade but barely get return from the stall - and let’s not mention the $9000 you have to spend to get rid of one big boulder or tree stump- passed the first few levels and you are doomed.

Used to be fun but. I really enjoyed this game since every 4 hours or so you could go back on and have stuff to do and get rewards and such, but as my zoo grew the salary rewards have been reduced (in terms of gold coins) but are now more frequent which is bad because now I have 12-13 hour lab testing and 6 hour salaries I can't get. Most importantly though, the game is unplayable because it crashes every time I play it for more than 20 seconds or so. It doesn't respond well to dragging the camera around or even just collecting money which has ruined the game.

Love this game, but. This game is great. I seriously love playing this because I’m a huge animal nerd. Everything about this game is great, but I keep having some minor issues. When someone comes in and wants to buy my baby animals I don’t have the option to sell it to them. I can view the offer, but the “sell” option isn’t always available. Ya boy just wants to sell a baby mole for some coins. I could really use those coins.

Fun game but a bit irritating. I enjoy this game, but I get irritated that all the visitor quests I’m getting have to do with settling marine animals even though I’m only level 26 and the aquarium doesn’t unlock until 32. Why not make the quests match what you can actually accomplish at each level or at least give a skip button like employee quests so that it will re-roll and give you another quest? Also, love how you can use rubies to purchase specialized habitats but why are they so expensive???

Can’t transfer between IOS phones. Found the game pretty addicting. The times to raise an animal and experiment on animal were good, just long enough to keep you coming back to check. The addiction of aquatic animals and “cleaning” helped the game stay interesting and gain gems. That being said. Very disappointed about not being able to transfer games from one IOS device to another. I was level 30 and bought a fair amount of gems and when I got my new phone I found out I had to start over from level 1 so not happy about that.

It gets old, new version crashes a lot. The new laboratory is set up poorly. Your animals are all spread out (not grouped my type) and it makes it hard to see what the possibilities of mating are. I prefer the old setup. It also keeps crashing when I try to start experiments. The new graphics are nice, but they added a ton of obstacles to new land you purchase and you can never get enough coins. I like this game, but it is starting to get boring. After a while you just open it to collect cash and perform duties to earn your salary of like 6 coins.

Good game, lousy support. I have been enjoying this game quite a lot. The graphics are cute and you CAN progress without spending money (though not fast & it’s less fun). I can’t spend lots of money but I do try to support good games when I can. However, I would advise people to only spend what they can afford to lose as if there’s a problem you’re unlikely to get it resolved because the support, from the in-game help, is nonexistent.

Game won’t load up. I got really into this game and got to high level. Now it won’t even load the game up on my phone. I have an iPhone 7 and was playing great it doesn’t work when I restart phone or app I even redone loaded it and it gets stuck on loading screen I have tried it on WiFi and without WiFi using lte and nothing it won’t load I am so disappointed cause I really like this game !

Haven’t been able to open my game in 2 days. Whenever I try to open the game my game just crashes before the loading is finished, sometimes closing my ipad entirely to the lock screen. I really enjoy this game and would love to play more but until this is fixed I have to give 1 star. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the cloud bc i heard completely uninstalling will make you lose everything. Edit: Developer claims its a storage issue but I have tons of memory, maybe solve the problem instead of assuming I have no space.

could be a lot better. its a great game and i have been enjoying it but when i complete tasks to level up my zoo, it seems like the percentage meter will go down to 70% after getting so close to 100%! and then the little lag spikes or a few crashes here or there. I also wish i could make coins a bit easier like watching videos, from coin costing booths or helping out friends in more then just filling the clam.

Fun but frustrating. Fun game but takes too long to save up coins to buy new lots which slows down your progress a lot. Of course you have the option of buying coins with real money, but for those of us who don’t want to spend real money, it takes too long to expand your zoo. Update - still playing it but about ready to quit due to it taking too long to build up the zoo coins which you need for purchasing more land. Each one costs more and more and I am not about to spend real money to purchase them.

Funny. This is my favorite game I have played it for 4 hours straight and it is so much better than any other games I’ve seen so far not even 1 problem with this game I will recommend it for you and thank you for your time and reading this post

Great game only if. It would be a really great game only if it didn’t have so many glitches a lot of times when u watch the videos for stuff it never gives u anything and then I have completed several missions but it never shows they are done or give me the reward I have spend many coins to get more land and it takes the coins and never unlocks the land but over all it’s a fun game

Fun but crashes a lot. I just downloaded the game the other day. I am really enjoying it. The one problem I have is it crashes over and over again. Simple functions are difficult to complete when it crashes. I hope this is fixed soon. Part 2: I ended up deleting the app. After 3 days of fun, I got tired of it crashing every time I tried to do certain things. I couldn't visit other zoos without it crashing, add decorations, or help friends out. It would crash a lot. I liked the game but tired of it skipping and crashing. If this gets fixed maybe I will try again.

Lions, Tigers, and Bears, Oh My!. There are even flying monkeys, too. In fact, there are over 150 animals to collect. You can also decorate your zoo with many beautiful and interesting decorations. This game has much better graphics than similar games. New updates keep the game interesting. Just don’t forget to interact with your real pets and members of your own species.

Glitches. Would be 4/5 stars but the glitches and crashing are getting very annoying. Can’t even load the game anymore. The last update felt very unnecessary as it didn’t even add to the game and the constant bugs have been terrible. Will end up deleting game if it’s not fixed very soon. Update: can actually open the game now but can’t complete any quests to get coins because the game closes constantly. This is an issue with every update and takes way too long to get fixed and they offer no compensation (coins, pearls, etc) for the issues.

Minor problem but very enjoyable game. Loveee the game and it is sooo addicting and fun to play,only problem is it kills my phone battery so fast,dont know if theres something in the application that could fix that or what..my phone normally doesnt die that fast but ever sense ive gotten the game my phone dies within an hour.I would be on it for 5 minutes and my phone percentage would go down 15%+

Can’t sign in. I have loved this game for a couple of years, but recently while trying to sign it I get a message that a beaver has gnawed on the wires! What!?! Before this for many weeks I haven’t been able to view a video to acquire points or gifts. When I choose the Cinephile, I am bounced out of the game, have to restart my iPad and then wait about 10 minutes before I can sign in again. Help!

Great a couple updates. I love this game it it so much fun I’m addicted to it but it needs some updates I love it but you should add more animals and I mean way more and we should I more zoo employs to help the customers and for me it is hard to earn tokens please make that easier and some of the quests are hard and even when I delete them they come back! Why? Just make it more fun Please I love the game .

Nice cover with nothing in it. The way I see it - it is nice cover, very enticing looking but is absolute frustration. After playing for several months I learned that game is not transferable. Last update bricked my game, all I see is a splash screen and it stayed in it. If I delete and re-install I will lose all my progress and I will have to start from zero. It is potty I spent few bucks without knowing about this issue. Support avoided my inquiries about backing up and restoring game. Beside that developers of this game are extremely greedy. Every special event requires spending money to get event completed. I regret wasting my time and money on this game.

New update has a few bugs. I love this game so much! It’s a great way to end every night and start each day before work! However the most recent Easter update seems to have caused problems. I can no longer complete challenges even when I’ve met the criteria, and the the symbols don’t appear over my divers head, or my “video guy on his Vespa”. I’ve also not been getting the money, pearls or coins that I’m collecting. Hopefully the bugs get fixed soon:)

In General. I enjoy the game but it’s very frustrating that you can only “buy” certain things with coins. It takes way to long to collect them to use them on something like a spot of land that you can’t put a lot of things on & then have to wait another week or so to collect enough to do that again. You should be able to use the dollars collected for any of the in game purchases. And instead of a pirate, there should be a zoo keeper or something like that walking around. A pirate really has nothing to do with a zoo in reality.

Appsolultly Amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Very fun and easy to understand. If you like breeding and decorating, this is your game! Easy to build up the money,pearls,rubies, you need for everything! Adds to speed things up or get rewards but no pop ups! I love all the different animal and decorations! Many different ways to collect things, you’re not just left with one option! Love love love this game!

Great fun but crashes. I love this game so far - only been playing for a week - but I'm getting frustrated with the game crashing a majority of the time I either try to visit other zoos or watch a video. It wouldn't matter too much except the tasks include catching dragonflies and butterflies. Hard to do when I have to experience crashes multiple times just for me to get the three butterflies. I'm on an iPhone 6 running iOS 10.3.3.

Addictive but crashes a lot. I absolutely love this game but it crashes so much, especially during ads and ends up cheating me out of my reward. And when I do open it back up it says “video unavailable.” I also wish that there was more ways to earn coins and pearls without having to wait so long and would also give you more hints on which animal combinations make which so I’m not wasting so much time and money trying to figure it out myself.

So many bugs. I have enjoyed this game. But there are so many bugs and glitches. I have 4 buildings currently “under construction” that are supposed to take between 10-40 minutes to build. 24 hours later they aren’t built, they reset building time every time I leave the game. It frequently freezes and I have to exit and restart it. Not to mention 5 minutes worth of play drains my battery like 10%. So I can’t exactly sit in the game for 40 minutes waiting for my buildings to finish, my battery would die

Coins. I LOVE this game BUT it needs to be easier to get coins or change expansions to money! The amount of coins gets higher and higher with expansions and the rewards of coins is so little. I end up not playing the game for months because it gets so frustrating to earn the amount of coins you need to expand. A reward of 20 coins when you need 315 is ridiculous.

Used to love it but..... I used to love this game. I played everyday but it is disturbing that you have to pay an arm and a leg for somethings. I understand they need to make money but lower the price of some things. The zoo jewels are extremely expensive and not only that, the items you can get with jewels are beyond high. I don’t know if I will keep playing as it is getting too expensive to play this game. I am still looking for a good game out there that I can build, check in on everyday, have fun and not cost a fortune to go up in the game. Ridiculous!

Wish they didn’t change the celebrity visitor tasks.. I love this game. It satisfies my urge to collect things. I log in about 4 times a day to complete the visitor takes that take about 15 minutes. I was really excited about the celebrity tasks and was getting pretty good at it. It allowed me to change my boring habitats to these really awesome habitats but then they changed it to a point I don’t even bother with them anymore. Oh well, I’m back to logging in 4 times a day.

Good game. The only complaint I have is that I can’t listen to my iHeartRadio music while I am playing and I am not too sure why. I hope this will change in a future update. Besides this the game is doing very well thanks so much! I have tried muting the music and the sound but for some reason it still doesn’t work my music stops playing as soon as I open the app.
