Love the game but now it’s broken for me. I love LOVE THE GAME and I woke up today and went to sign in and it’s stuck on the loading screen saying “verifying credentials” and it’s been like this for the past 6 hours …. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it’s still there , I tried turning off my phone and it’s still there … I’m kind of sad because I feel like I lost a lot of my hard work because I spent money on this game and I put time to earn the things I’ve earned … now I feel like everything is gone . It’s a great game and adorable, but this issue I’m having is quite upsetting, I even missed out on a free gacha ticket because I simply cannot sign in.

I can't play it anymore!!. So overall, it's a rlly cute app. I love deleteing my accounts and going in different themes. The loading times are a lil excessive, maybe put a little mini game there? But one day, I meant to delete the app next to it (whichs cover looks a lot alike sweet day's) and I have 2 brain cells so. I didn't read the little sign and pressed delete. I thought that was fine, I did this before, it saves your account! So downloaded it again and when it was ready, I pressed it and the little thing that says sanrio and cocone came up. Then it was a black screen. 30 seconds pass and a sign asks if I allow it to use notifications. I wait a little more, and nothing is happening! Do I restart my phone and try again, nothing! I delete it and re download it but it still isn't working now 😵‍💫

Fun cute game, but definitely very flawed. To start off, the game glitches out every now and again, especially if you are loading a lot of community posts or wishlist items. Its laggy/glitchy when loading new content, this game could be better optimized. Second, the game is a huge money grab. You end up spending way more money for what the content is worth, I would rather sit there and farm coins then spend a ridiculous amount of money to earn such little amounts of coins. Im not even sure why anyone would spend that much money on this game given how hard it is to win the gachas and use them. Third, it doesnt have enough content, it gets kind of boring after a while just logging on to do tasks instead of actually playing the game for fun. Youre constantly farming for accessories and especially watering peoples plants gets sooo repetitive and lengthy. It ruins the appeal to the game. You should also have more ways to obtain coins or at least obtain them faster than just partying. Conclusion: Game is laggy and has many bugs/glitches, Cost of ingame items is so high you’re better off not even buying it, Not enough content to keep playing it everyday for a long time, needs more ways to farm and maybe easier ways.

LOVE this game BUT the currency is expensive. I attest to the good things written about this game BUT I also agree with the sentiment that the game's currency is WAY to expensive. Even more so the prices in which they compare in-game currency to real currency is insane. $1 for 60 coins that take you approximately 3 hours to achieve in game is unreasonable. The $1, $5, and $10 only gives you 1 extra bonus coin which is not even a bonus. And getting coins through the game takes way to much time, max stamina = 100, 3 stamina = 1 coin. So in 1 hour you COULD possibly get 33 coins? This game just goes to show that it is obviously encouraging you to pay to play as it put in clear signs that gaining coins would take a lot of your time. If they adjust the rates and the ratio to be more fair to players who don't choose to pay, I would update my review.

Kind of grindy but still very fun!. I like this game a lot, but I wish it was easier to earn hearts on days other than the 25th of the month — it feels so slow getting 2 or 3 at a time. Other than that I wish there was a report option for people with inappropriate content or curse words in their bio. I’m tired of seeing those things, like most recently I saw “hey sl*t” (without the asterisk) in someone’s speech bubble. Kids can play this game and that’s not okay — users should be able to report that, which is arguably much more important than the new feature for reporting bots. Why can we report bots but not inappropriate conduct? My last critique is really just on other users — the whole point of this game is to escape reality by going to Smile Town. If I wanted to hear your opinions on Palestine, I wouldn’t be in Smile Town. It’s an important issue but Hello Kitty Dream Village is just not the place to voice that, man. Y’all are out here ruining everyone’s immersion just to virtue-signal. Luckily i can use the block feature, but at least one of these people comes up in my watering/harvesting every day or two and it’s annoying.

Super cute, broken, and expensive. I love Sanrio and this game is super cute but one thing that is making it almost impossible to play is the constant crashing. Anytime I try to interact with a party it crashes. These parties being the most helpful way of gaining coins being broken so that it is unplayable is kind of a dealbreaker. If one of the main focuses of the game is broken and causes it to crash, it needs to be fixed. Not to mention the extremely high paywall that it seems most collectible content is behind. And this resets monthly. Spending $5 on a game once is very different than asking someone to spend much more than $100 each month for a broken game. This game looks like it could be really fun to play, but currently it is only frustrating and feeling like a cash grab. The ratio of effort to reward is completely unbalanced in the worst way.

Addictive. I’ve played gacha games before, but none were as bad as this. As much as I loved this game, it took so much self-control for me to quit playing. It preys on gambling addictions, and leaving will be difficult once you dive in too deep. It’ll be a cycle of not wanting to miss out but also not wanting to spend. Then guilt when you do spend.. This is because it forces you to put so many hours/money into it not to experience FOMO. Even with endless hours every day, it still won’t be enough for the constant limited-time events (some being 24 hours only). There’s a trading aspect as well that makes you want to roll even more to be able to trade with others. Oh and let’s not forget the 100-dollar paywall.. that should say enough. It’s an echo chamber of addictive behavior, both from spending money and dropping all your time into it. The community is terrible too. Stay away.

Amazing game, but has a big problem. I love this game! I was looking into learning more about Sanrio as my friends loved it, and I saw this game this and fell in love with it instantly! I love the characters, the cute aesthetic, the soft pastel colors, and especially collecting items. The happy bags are amazing! I love them so much! But, here is where the flaws start. I can rarely ever afford a happy bag! There are limited ways to get coins, and you don’t get a lot. The happy bags are super overpriced. Please change the ways to get coins, the price of the happy bags, and get gacha tickets easier. This game is hard to stop playing, because it costs money to get coins and tickets. But, the items are very cute that makes the players want get it, and spend money or play constantly. It will eventually become an addiction if you like it too much, which you shouldn’t have a problem with loving a game. Please, please, care about the players and not the money.

Devs Are Money-Hungry. This game is so cute and when I first downloaded it I had a lot of fun. However, this game is 100% pay to play. You get one or two coins each time you water someone’s flower but it takes anywhere from 3-10 energy points to do that so there’s no way to actually make a decent amount of coins doing so. Also, you barely get any hearts or coins for helping Sanrio characters (again, 1-2 of each). This wouldn’t be so bad if each grab bag wasn’t 150 coins each. And the grab bags are ridiculous because you’ll spend either a gatcha ticket (you guessed it, expensive) or 150 coins and since it’s random you will likely end up with something you’ve already gotten. It takes me about two weeks to save coins for a single grab bag and I just keep getting the same thing over and over. It would be cool to gift them to friends but that costs 200 coins to do and there is no recycle feature unless you wait for Tuxedo Sam once a month and then you have to have a minimum of 30 items to recycle to make a single new item. Overall, it’s a fun app but very discouraging for those of us that refuse to spend $100 each month on an app. (Btw, if you want the bonuses for being in the strawberry league that requires you to spend $100, that doesn’t roll over to the next month so you’ve got to pay another $100). Also the devs aren’t really giving us anything we ask for int he updates and boy are they frequent.

Fun but unfair.. It's very fun to play but starts becoming super unfair. For the sweet collections there's so pretty but "only allowed for users strawberry rank and higher" and most of us cannot afford to pay over one hundred dollars to two hundred dollars just to get items. Please make it to like level 15 or higher instead of doing ranks because it's just not fair for everyone else who can't afford to get those items. I'd at least get to see if that would be available. There's also just a lot of bugs in the game and when doing quests for characters it's so hard to get the items they want even if I help the characters that have the item I still can never get it. And it always glitches a bit when I try and water people's flowers. Please fix your game and make it more enjoyable.

Please make this game fairer to the players. Dont get me wrong, I love love love this game. But the price point for these gachas as well as the coins is overpriced. In order to do a 7xpull you need to at least spend 1k coins and getting thise coins is not easy. I have to grind in the game literally all day in order to do a 7x pull. Each quest gives you 2 coins. Watering gets you even less! 1 coin? And to put a 100 earning cap each day is ridiculous. Also, they have a reward tier system in which if you spend a certain amount of money ($100) it brings you to a tier with benefits as well as having access to a Sweets Collection gacha that other users who dont spend money in game, dont have access to. HOWEVER, your tier resets every month. So once the Sweet Collections gacha theme is gone for the month and a new one begins, you have to spend an ADDITIONAL $100 that month in order to be brought back up to the tier again to pull from that special gacha. PLEASE! Lower the prices of coins, make the ability to earn coins easier, get rid of the tier system OR better yet, not reset it every month for your players. It saddens me that this is a big money grab game targeted towards 4+ yr olds who might have access to their parents money. I want this app to be successful but your players will feel better about spending money in game if its made to be more affordable. Players need to play in order for the app to be successful right? Make it more affordable AND fairer for your users

There a problem. So I been playing this game for a 1 year or month and I never experience this happening until now so when ever I want to put a plushie on my furniture it goes on the floor instead of the furniture and at first I was frustrated so I quit trying to put it on the furniture btw it was the teddy autumn scrapbook furniture and it only happen on one of the furniture so I didn’t mind since it was on one furniture then it I was trying to make it look like the showcase room of teddy autumn scarpbook and I deleted the bed of teddy autumn scarpbook to move it and I put it where I want it to be and I want to put plushie on the bed but it keep going on the floor and all the furniture of teddy autumn scarpbook was the same if I want to put a plushie on it goes to the floor and not the furniture so I want this to be fix if you can!

Great game!!!. I love love loveeeeeee this game all the outfits, happy bags, special events, Sanrio characters and i love how active the community is. My only suggestion is to lower the prices a little like just lower the 10x pull by like 100 coins so it’s easier for players to do the 10x pull. And it’s not that fair for players sometimes because they can’t spend money on the game while some people can, and they can’t do the special happy bags that can be much better quality then the regular ones, and the people who spend money on the game get better choices for items and get more coins and have easier access to items. But in all I love this game it’s good quality and cute, colorful and fun.

Good game. It’s a very awesome and stuff, but I wish you guys could add more characters and more houses for all the characters just so we can do more task and also I wish you could have like a cell phone kind of thing for like all all of us for all of us people playing in the game really I love the game and stuff, but you guys should probably like let us do sleepovers and stuff that us and everybody can go into town together doesn’t matter who goes who I mean I have a friend who plays with me and we don’t really get to hang out much so that’s why we became friends too but also we also don’t really get to go anywhere together and also we would like to eat food and stuff and also we could dance on our own time. We can talk on our own time like like stuff that we probably doing in real life. Don’t have to do a lot of stuff. We just wish it was good.

Love this game, but expensive and sometimes confusing or boring. It’s such a cute game and I’m obsessed w/the aesthetics of it. I just wish it was easier to earn more coins/hearts, etc. and be able to get stuff easier. Everything is very expensive and playing the game without spending money you earn very little, plus it’s very time consuming. The quests themselves and walking/watering plants can be VERY boring. I wish there were more actually engaging games in it. Some elements are confusing to me like the events, trading/exchanging, and some of the activities you need to do to get rewards. The instructions are confusing and/or nonexistent for some things. I wish they would have built in tutorials and further explanations for little things. I don’t know how a kid would understand some of the things if I as an educated adult don’t. I love this game so much and want to keep loving it, it just is lacking a lot for people who can’t spend a ton of money, fun engaging activities, and clear easy to understand instructions for everything. Please listen to your users who are commenting on the game.

Cute and fun, but not safe for kids. This app is a really fun app that has the potential to be something wonderful that brings people together and allows for creativity, HOWEVER, due to many issues, will always fall short. Besides being buggy and constantly crashing, the app has little to no moderation which is a major issue for any interface with a chat feature. While most inappropriate words are censored, it is easy to find loopholes and there is absolutely no protection against hate speech or inappropriate discussions and comments. It is down to the players to self moderate, at which point, it is often too late and the damage has already been done. As a game that uses sanrio characters, this drawing in a younger audience, it is one of the most dangerous platforms for children as it is set on an unassuming base with free reign for anyone with nefarious intent. Cocone has done little to improve this.

This is a cute idea. I love Sanrio so I was very excited to play this game.. took some time to figure out tbh. I got it and didn’t play for like a week but when I started I got really into it.. This game should be five stars but it has a lot of features I do not like(unfair). Basically they just want money and do not care about players. Just the fact that you have to pay up to 200 a month to get the sweet collection is ridiculous!! The most to spend is 500 a month to be at the top which is strawberry cake. You don’t have to put money into the game to play but you’d have to play all day to even get a 7x on the happy bags, and then do it again and again because you get A LOT of the same items. Now let’s talk about events they’re basically just to get you to spend money because the prices on the items are just too expensive so you have to as they say in game grind for coins all day all the time. Now the actual game play with the characters are just them asking you to get them ingredients. It is very boring and completing them will only give you 1-5 coins. That is not a lot especially when you have to use cookies to get them the items and you only have five of them. This game just has a lot of work to do also it’s always glitchy!! I hope they listen to players and fix things in the future because I want to enjoy the game.

this game needs A LOT. i don’t even know where to start. first, the chat board is unmoderated and extremely DANGEROUS for young people. this game is rated 4+ but has plenty of dangerous people on it who i especially wouldn’t want anyone under 18 interacting with. the chat board is unmoderated and for the most part, people who do shockingly harmful things in chat are not banned from the game. it seems like actual hate speech, racism, homophobia, etc. is just not going to get you banned. how do you get banned from the game, you ask? well, people who speak out against scammers and people who speak out against harmful chat board posts, people who attempt to get a refund after being scammed by this game, and people who speak out against bullying, all have been banned before in front of my eyes. this game will STEAL real money from you. they don’t care to apologize or refund you either, they just ban you. i don’t even know how to leave a decent review with enough warnings in it, i’m just so angry. this game is completely backwards and they do not care about their supporters or fans. if you haven’t already started playing this game, stay away from it unless you want to get robbed and ignored and see actually traumatizing things on the wildly unmoderated chat board daily.

Wayyyy too expensive. Okay so I think that we can definitely all agree that this game is MAD expensive. It’s actually so bad, not the game but the way it works. I’ve come to realize that this game is more of a trading game than anything, u can trade with other players to get cosmetics and character backgrounds and clothing you want, but it’s definitely not easy. You do the same quests repeatedly, get like 2 coins after mainly every quest and then u can use ur coins to buy a happy bag (150) [1,050 coins to buy 7x] which you can USE for trading or u can accept trades (50 coins). You can throw and join parties to get coins but it takes a few hours to get it. It’s already hard enough to earn coins unless u pay $15 for like 1k coins, WHY do I have to spend 50 to accept a trade?? And on TOP of that you’re telling me I can’t trade every item I don’t want in exchange for something else unless it’s a DUPLICATE????? DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS to save up for a happy bag and try and get the SAME ITEM AGAIN bc your chances are SO RANDOM??? This is actually so bad I’ve been thinking abt uninstalling this. This game is perfect for people who like spending 1k+ dollars on a VIRTUAL PLUSH OR SKIRT 💀💀💀 smh imagine trying to get a duplicate of an SSR to trade u literally CANT Unless you spend over 50 bucks omg Even robux prices are better than your coin prices like stop being so money hungry and listen to why ppl don’t wanna play this ☹️

SADD bc I got to level 15 so excited to text my besties and then I had to read notes before starting so I pressed on notes and there you go it said I couldn’t do it because of my restrictions so I was gonna allow it and it didn’t let me still and I think it’s pretty dumb to read notes just to text our friends like it’s literally safe so why do we need to read anything and because of that I got my hopes up and now I pretty much can’t do anything because most of the stuff we need to go on websites like what? Why there’s no reason for that :/. But anyways if anyone is reading this thank you for doing it but it’s also a pretty fun game to play! If your a Sanrio lover Like me

Unfair to minors and the community. If you want a fun dress up game go some were else. This game completely ignores the community. And is a pay to win you have to spend 100 dollars a month to get access to a happy bag ( a dress up bag with clothes and interior items ) and for players like me and many other we don’t have that type of money ? It’s a pay to win game and it’s super unfair getting coins is hard enough but getting you dream items is harder . I would have thought it would have been better but I guess not . the owners are just money hungry, another thing is the game is super laggy ! After the last update we had the game has been crazy laggy. The game isn’t fun anymore Because you keep releasing one thing after another, smile market ( a thingy that you have to have a lot of coins for ) an event, a happy bag and now a growth event ! This is causing your players to be forced to by coins if you would like to get you desired items, guarantied you can trade for it but that’s a whole other story.

Please make this game more fair. Okay don’t get me wrong downloading this game was probably my best decision I’ve ever made, but I wish this game was more fair. To start, sweet collection shouldn’t even be a thing! What I mean by that is that is should be like a regular happy bag! It can be an exclusive happy bag like instead of the first pull being 45 strawberry coins, it can be 75. Like I know this is how you make your money, but can you think of a different way? Like your rewards system is already GENIUS! Like giving players access to exclusive account frame! (or something like that) But maybe you can make a couple free?(for players who don’t have the money to buy strawberry pass or something like that) And this is another reason: TOO LESS COINS! Like 2 coins for a quest is already insane, but to water? Only 1 coin! Can you make it like 10? That will get you more players and more people active because most of my friends have quit because they said it was impossible to keep collecting coins to complete their happy bag. The fact that people quit because their coin earnings are not enough to complete their happy bag is just sad. To summarize, you should make sweet collections free for people who don’t have the strawberry pass and you should also make quests have more coins. Please consider my ideas!

love this game!! ♡ but needs to be fairer. this game is so cute, i love sanrio and it’s the perfect comfort game for me. the bags are adorable, but I have one complaint. I get that you need to make money, but PLEASE make this game fairer for free to play players. the fact that you have to spend $100 EACH MONTH to get the sweet collection items and other items hidden behind a pay wall is ridiculous. this game obviously wants you to spend money based on how long it takes you to earn coins. at least make it easier, because it’s really annoying to grind all day getting enough coins to do the 7x pull and not even getting a single SR or R. even pulling once is expensive, and frustrating to get a duplicate item. let us be able to sell our duplicate items at least! please listen to your players and make this game fairer to f2p players since not everyone can afford these prices, especially for a game marketed towards children.

ignores the community.. there’s been plenty of times where the devs have blatantly ignored what the community says. it’s also incredibly unfair to free to play players. many items are paywalled and need $40 or more just to have access to get the chance to buy them. things like the sweet collections and the buyer shop + selection shop are proof of this. to have access to the sweet collection , you have to spend $100 just that month if you want to have a chance to get the items in it. to have access to the selection shop , you have to have paid $40 that month. not to mention how most of the players have said they DO NOT want the buyer and selection shop to come back in a recent survey that the devs had us do , yet they still did it again not even a month later. the devs clearly have ignored its player base on multiple occasions and do not care about anything but getting as much money out of us that it can. one last point i want to touch on is how hard it is to get coins if you are a free to play player. most happy bags will cost 150 coins just for one pull. but to get coins you either do quests in smile town ( about 2 coins each ) , go to parties ( 20 coins once it ends , but you need 6 fruit and it takes 3 hours for a party to end ) , and host parties ( 50 coins once it ends , but you need 3 rare fruit and it takes 3 hours to end ). it’s incredibly hard to get coins without having to grind everyday and it has been like this since it came out.

English version is great, BUT it crashes a lot. I’m so glad that there is an English version now so that more people can experience the meeting al the wonderful Sanrio characters they love as well as dressing up and decorating your own home however you like. Besides the minor grammatical errors in some text when there characters are talking to you, the main two problems that persist and the reason I can’t give this a five start rating is the constant crashing. Everything time I launch the app a one point when I go into the town to complete a heart task the loading screen with clouds appears and stays still of a couple of seconds before an error about my connection appears. Mind you that my connection isn’t bad, I don’t have anything problems with it in other games but this one. Another issue I might add is that there have also been a few times when I’m going on a walk to water other players plants and the next person house doesn’t load in, making it look like my characters is just walking in place in an open field of grass. I wish these issues weren’t so constant because I really do love playing the game, it’s just hard to when I keep getting interrupted.

no waiting no pay to play no ads. i love this game because of the title. Yes some of the cuter items you have to either spend a lot of time to get or spend real money on, but this game doesn’t have ads and it’s free to play so they need some kind of revenue to keep the app running. ultimately there are very few things you won’t have access to without paying and they’re not important for gameplay, just extra fashion and decor items. You can also play this game continuously without having to wait for items or pay to speed things up to keep playing. the parties are the only thing that take time and that’s just to give other players the opportunity to join, and you can do other things while your party is happening ! essentially this game is great and it doesn’t have any of the super annoying features that keeps me from playing phone games for more than 2 days.

good game, but a few complaints. i love this game, the community is amazing, and the bags are super cute, but there is many things i hate about it. first off, STOP OVERPRICING THINGS. how do you expect people to spend 500+ dollars every month for a special bag? this app is supposed to be for children, and children obviously don't have that kind of money. you also add paywalls and short deadlines for events and bags, what's up with that? it's hard enough for f2p players to make coins as it is. second, this game is VERY buggy at times. many people including myself have complained about the game crashing. the main problems with crashing is when someone is decorating their house or when multiple pop-up windows occur, restarting the game. it makes the game so hard to play because it could crash at any time. this company only cares about making money instead of making their game actually playable. another thing, there's no moderation. on the chat board, multiple trolls and scammers get away with ruining the game for everyone. there are no admins and they almost never get banned. other than this, the game is okay. i recommend it if you love sanrio, but beware.

i love this game but…♡. i play this game literally every day! it’s so addictive. my favorite thing about the game is collecting plushies & stickers from flowers or events. however, i think for organizational purposes it would be very player friendly to add “completed plushie sets” or “completed stickers” to the filter option while viewing plushie sets & stickers in the collection tab. i would love to go through all of my completed collections instead of being discouraged by seeing all the plushies i don’t have! & sometimes i miss rewards by not seeing what sets i completed right away. a lot of reviews say that this game is money oriented & it’s pay to play, but ive gone a long way collecting items without paying money. sure, it’s more time consuming but it can be a little more rewarding just grinding. however, i have spent a lot of money on this game & would like more organization tools! otherwise this is probably my favorite way to pass time ♡ i love all of the events & happy bags! i always look forward to seeing new designs and color palettes especially focusing on a specific sanrio character ♡ i hope the developers see this & consider adding that feature to the filter option because honestly at least for me, someone who is very organized and loves to collect, it would be very useful! thank you!! ♡

Amazing app!💖✨. This game is amazing, there are so many things to do! One of my favorite things to do are collecting rare fruits to host parties, I like that you can get cute plushies from hosting parties. I also like that you can harvest fruits from other peoples flowers and not just yours, I like having a variety of fruit so I can go to other peoples parties! Since I can collect lots of fruits, I can go to 2 or 3 parties a day! I also like that you can trade duplicates because I have A LOT of them, it makes getting different things easier. The quests are pretty easy to complete most of the time which makes it easy to level up. I LOVE the items in the happy bags so far, I’ve gotten many cute things from the happy bags such as, clothes, furniture, etc. I’ve only had this game for a week and I’ve progressed so much without spending any money, but I would like to get more hearts for the quest that I complete or for the things that cost hearts to go on sale for longer than a week, because I barely have enough time to save up hearts for the items that are on sale for a week. I really hope that I’m encouraging people to download this game, It’s one of the best games in the App Store because it’s not like those other simulator games that get famous for no reason, The creators of this game put thought into this game and made it a fun game for everyone to enjoy, and I’m not planning on deleting it anytime soon.

Hi there 👋🏽 i will say I am amazed by this game it’s hard to find a authentic game of Sanrio and this game is AMAZING but I am asking can you guys PLEASE add new characters , some of the characters there is in the game aren’t our favorite characters so I have some characters you guys can add (if you guys add theme it would make me happy and delightful 🥰) - keroppi (my FAVORITE character EVER)🐸 - Batz - Muro🐧 - Chococat🐱 - Gudetama🥚 Those are the characters that I really hope you guys add in the game because these characters aren’t really popular in Sanrio games so I beg you guys to add them . A few issues, but here are my main 2. So, I have a couple problems with this game. I have no idea what the Japanese version is like and I know the US version is still new so maybe that’s why. Issue 1: Strawberry Club While I understand money has to be made and there are no ads (thank you for that), the pricing for Strawberry Club tiers is ridiculous. I could see it if it was something that accumulated and stayed over time, but paying $500 a month just to have it reset the next month? Insane. While I’m sure there are a few that might, the average person is not going to have that to spend each month. Especially on a game lacking things like a proper way to chat and a decent trade system. I was going to put money into it but not if it’s basically going to waste. Issue 2: Earning coins I really wish there were more ways to earn coins. I’m not afraid to grind, but there’s really no way to do that (unless you want to spend money, of course). I wish there was a game or two to play. Or heck, even an option to watch ads. I don’t know, just /something/ else would be nice. Unless this is meant to be an idle game, I’ve started getting bored because I run out of things to do quickly. Overall, I get it. Money has to be made. But because of these issues (and more that other reviews have covered) I’m kinda starting to lose interest. Please add more things to do :(

Heartless Greedy Cash grab. I’ve officially had it with this game. Cocone is being incredibly greedy and today is the last straw. They do not care about creating a safe space for players, there are no mods, and this game is absolutely NOT free to play friendly. Cocone you have become a horrible company offering absolutely nothing to paying players. The interface is dated. And the strawberry milk “perks” are a joke you’re literally paying 100 to get access to content you still have to pay for. I will no longer be playing HSD and I encourage all that are considering it to not be baited by the cute Sanrio characters because this game will leave you completely broke with their horrible pricing. Not to mention the random 48hr content they shove down your throat to pressure you to spend more. It is cruel and honestly vile considering the state of the world since the pandemic hit. Many people are still struggling to get by and want to find things they can enjoy for a time this game did just that but I soon learned they were just money hungry. DO NOT PLAY

Great game Worst trade system. THIS GAME IS SO FUN. But my longest issue and even biggest hate towards this game is the trading system, you are only able to trade duplicates which is silly there are items I don’t want at all but other people may want but I can’t get rid of them because they are not duplicates. They should make a permanent shop where if someone wants an item they can put up a trade for said item and then put up the items they are willing to trade. Something else super annoying is that it costs 50 coins to do a trade. Why what is the point other than making things cost way more in a game that’s already hard to collect coins. This is such a good game the dress up stuff is super fun and so are the events. But the trading really needs a revamp and needs to also be a little more beginner friendly.

Well..?. So i absolutely love this game, have played for a year. The graphics the outfits, everything about it. HOWEVER. I HAVE COMPLAINTS. It is incredibly buggy, every time you complete a task or whatnot you get a loading screen. The loading screen takes FOREVER. To the point you have to go out of the game, and go back in, and loose the quest rewards. Another thing is how impossible it is to get items in the game, you have to wait hours on end before you can do another quest, or task, not to mention how little you get as a reward.. And finally the gacha, you don’t get much items anyways as a reward from quests, so they make the pulls incredibly high in prices so you have to buy currency. Which is unfair even if you’re trying to boost sales. Please make some changes.

This is a great game!. I love this game so much! I play it everyday because it’s just that good! I love the concept of the game and the sets or whatever you call it are awesome! This is one of the best free games I have ever played! I love how you can play with your friends and throw party’s! Also I think it is so cool that there is a chat where you can take pictures in game and post stuff like real life apps! I love how the “sets” are always changing but you can always find one you will like. and I like that you can help the characters! The only thing that I don’t like is kuromi isn’t there she only comes when you have a party and you use the thing. Overall this is a very fun and cute game to play when you are bored but you do need wifi. :)

Cute but incredibly boring. I love this game so much, I spend money on it because I do find it enjoyable- unfortunately there’s an incredible drawback which is how boring the game gets. The quests are repetitive to the point I never do them, watering and harvesting and joining/throwing parties is so slow and feels like a chore instead. The game needs something else to make it more enjoyable because it’s hard to spend all day grinding as that’s how little coins you make from all that farming- and it’s just not satisfying. I think you should include a few mini games, I don’t think anyone would care how little the rewards were as long as there was just SOMETHING to bring our attention to it. Make it fun for us to grind because you’re going to end up boring players into not playing. Mini games like candy crush or wordscapes would make this game infinitely better and I would have a blast grinding that way. Heck even maybe those cooking games where you have to give characters certain foods would be fun. I’m begging for something else at this point 💀 watering and throwing parties are BORING and it’s going to kill your audience.

Amazing!!! I love it so muchh💝💖💜💖💜💗💓💘💕💞💝💜❤️. This app is so freaking cute! I love it so so much as i just started playing it today. It is not like any other dress up/ story game apps Ive played. Not only can you interact with your cutely favorite Sanrio characters like hello kitty and my melody but you can also decorate your home, your outfits, and meet and trade items with people. I found it very easy to collect items! The in game currency is great and you can continue playing for free without paying a dime or too much money like other apps require. To get items you get mystery bags from something called happy bags which are themed sets to collect from and favorite is mint chocolate! Which has a bunch of cute furniture and outfits! I really love how much freedom there is when it comes to customizing the outfits!!!

Mixing feelings. So it a cute idea for a game. And it gives Disney my little doll vibs. Which I guess your the same company that made that one too. The prices seem worse in this game then that one. And I don’t think I’m gonna spend any money in this game considering what happened with Disney little doll. And how much money I wasted in that game only to lose everything and not even get a refund for the items I can’t even use anymore. Im having a range of issues with the game. Not just it being more complicated then Disney little doll. But also with it being really laggy and not letting me open tabs and giving me errors. But it also the fact that I probably won’t be able to unlock much in this considering the high prices and length time to opening bags in events. And near impossible to get the coins for happy bags. And considering my issues with finding out your the same company with Disney little doll. It’s giving me warning signs not to spend money.

fun but know what you’re getting into. (trying to give my most honest opinion here) i really love this game for the items and the sanrio characters. i’ve been playing for nearly two years and I still have a blast with decorating my avatar and my room. that being said, it is heavily targeted towards paying players (p2p) and getting coins for free is a total grind. there are events that give free items, but the events revolve around a mechanic that takes hours for a pull to be ready (it tries to get you to spend coins so you can pull early). as a f2p, acquiring a lot of stuff isn’t impossible, but it really requires putting in time and energy to learn how best to how to work the game mechanics, how to make good trades, and what to save your coins for. you have to ultimately accept you can’t get everything you want. lastly, be weary of other players. there are a lot of genuine people on there who will help you and answer your questions, but occasionally there are also scammers and creeps. scammers and creeps are usually called out on the main chatboard though, bc majority of the players do look out for each other and try to keep everyone safe. just be careful. I think you can get a lot of enjoyment out of HSD if you’re aware of these factors and keep a realistic perspective.

A lot of problems 😕. The game is cute and entertaining but it takes such a long time to make money. When you do things it pretty much just gives you one coin at a time. This is annoying when most items sell for 100 coins and more. Also it’s a big part of the game because the Game revolves around spending money to buy cute things. It’s not a huge deal but I wish the developers would make it just a littleee easier to make money. ALSO this game preys on those with gambling addictions. Spending fake money to get a fake outfit with the chance of getting a good item the more you spend. This app is also extremely money hungry and will beg you for money a lot. As well at dangle what you could have if you spend 100 real dollars constantly. Also if u even want to trade you have to spend upwards of 50 coins and you have to pay 20 coins just to offer to trade 💀 this is very stupid

Greedy, money grab. This game is so cute, and I’ve had it for over a year. However, if you plan to enjoy the game and be able to get the cute items, you are strongly urged to spend A LOT of money. ALL THE TIME. it costs $100 A MONTH to access certain items. Coins are expensive, they aren’t even $1 per coin, it’s more. Today they had an “emergency maintenance” and shut down the whole app for 7 hours. Their only compensation was one measly ticket and an extension of an event. There are two other timed things going on that they didn’t bother extending. Everything about this game has become about money, money, money. There’s a special club that costs money monthly that goes all the way up to $500 a month. Unacceptable. Everything that is released in the game is done so meticulously to get you to spend all your coins so that you have to buy more. It’s just horrible, horrible greedy behavior.

PLEASE ADD DIFFERENT HAIR TEXSTURES TO THIS GAME. It is a very cute game I just started playing two weeks ago I love the idea of the game. This game never makes me bored. But I don’t like that the avatar doesn’t have a variety of different hair textures. The hair Textures are very limited Its only straight hair for your avatar or wavy. You have to buy new hair styles with coins or with gacha tickets and its random so you can’t choose what you are getting from the happy bag so sometimes you don’t even get a hairstyle and everything is overpriced. I would love it if you guys can add different hair textures like curly hair, Afro hair and other than straight so the avatars can be more including to others playing the games I like that their are variety of skin colors can you please do the same for hair. Thank you

More cute on the outside. This game looks perfect for Kawaii and Sanrio Lovers on the outside but unless you plan on spending a ridiculous amount of money on a regular basis I don’t really recommend it other then a background app you forgot you have and check up on every few months. Most things in this game our pay real money to get and it’s hard to earn in game currency too. Trading in this game is also abysmal and there’s no option to get rid of items you have no one need or want for. They used to have some kind of daily gotcha ticket thing but after that ended there was really no point in playing since I have no intentions on spending literally hundreds of dollars for a virtual dress or stuffed animal when in all reality I collect sanrio in real life and would rather spend that money on collectibles that are going in my actual room! I would recommend you do the same as well.

cute game but…. cute game to play but if you don’t have extra time on your hand, it can be a little time consuming. would love to put it as a 5 star but im gonna have knock off 2 stars. first one is for the shop section, under “sweet collection”, i tried to purchase the collection but every time i click it, i just get a pop up saying “Available for members with a rankings above Strawberry Milk. Please check ‘How to Play for details.” which is totally fine, but here’s the problem. i am a member who’s actually above ‘Strawberry Milk’, and whenever i got to “How to Play”, it shows me information on how to help with watering the plants, harvesting fruits, enjoy the party, special guest, and plushies. absolutely nothing about how to play for the sweet collections. i just don’t get it. please fix this situation.

Good game but a 1 complicated thing. Don’t get my wring I love this game and I’m not the type of person to complain about something, but my only complaint is that the gacha pulls are quite the amount of coins and after you do one pull the price goes up higher?! And for the 7x pulls they are like 1K and it takes you almost two or even three whole days to get that much and watering only gives you one and helping the Sanrio characters only give you two for doing various tasks but asides that’s I rlly like the game and making other houses for ppl who have a lot of stuff because myself dosent have much also it’s just fun to build others people houses and getting a chance to win I also like my imagination flow out while doing so, at the game is very cute! My very have that it also has a English vers if I didn’t I prob would have downloaded it and then undownload it if I’m being honest but I love to play this game once an a while while I’m bored and I actually have a fun time doing so and I don’t think I will stop playing any time soon after this review is made but I really hope for future updates you could make gacha pulls less coins for people who don’t have as much coins

Love this game! Few major issues. This is a very cute idea, I love sanrio and decorating and dressing up. I like all the items that i have and I feel like its not forcing me to spend my money. Theres one major issue however, crashing. This game crashes A LOT. For example, I load in the game and press the quest button. All of a sudden the sound glitches out and just exits the game. I’m pretty sure its not my fault considering other people have experienced this too and none of my other games do this. Its come to a point that I dont even know if its gonna work half the time I open it. Also if I were to put a video on the side of my screen and open the game it just immediately crash. The second major issue is that whenever there is an event and I press on it, It just freezes and gets stuck loading. Meaning I cant participate in any events. Theres also tiny issues like how when visiting houses it takes a long time for them to load in, and how the translation is off. Overall the game is great but I cant keep playing it if it crashes everytime I open it.

Beware of VERY unreachable customer service. NOT 4+ as it promotes gambling in the game with no way to realistically achieve any kind of free to play activity without getting extra frustrated. The language and bullying in the board is extreme too and no way is it even for under 13 years old. On top of that, the developers take your money and run with it. BEWARE. I am not the only one. Others have spent hundreds of dollars of real money too and gotten no service support for game crashes and bugs. The game makes multiple unauthorized charges and the management claims no responsibility. When a player tries to contest the charge ($1k! x2) with the credit card issuer, the game developer suspended her account as retribution. Not a single of their “management team” in the app has bothered to respond properly and take responsibility for all their fails. So yes download and play this app if you wanna encourage gambling in young ones and want them to learn how to be an online bully and be vulgar online. You can also get defrauded too. Wheeee

かわいい!! Very cute!. This game is wonderful and totally caters to my tastes in design and cuteness! As a beginner in Japanese, though, the game's lack of English settings doesn't do it many favors. I hope one day the game gets an English setting! I understand America may not be your biggest demographic for this, and not many Americans play it compared to Japanese, but I think it would do some great favors, and maybe attract more people, since the Japanese may turn a lot of people off. That's all to complain about, though! That and the fact that it's a bit difficult to get currency, but I understand the reason why. Adorable!. The game is beyond adorable I love it sooo much! I can’t figure out the trading thing to save my life though. My only complaint is how long it takes to get coins and hearts with the little amount you receive after doing tasks it would be great if we could get more for doing things because the prices to buy are absolutely crazy. One thing about this game as well is the amount of words they are constantly blocking, like I understand why you do it but why not send out an email or show a section to what words have recently got blocked or something. It’s frustrating sometimes because when I go to make an items list and I’m literally putting the exact same names they put for the items on the game and it always tells me that “characters that cannot be used are in this post” and I can’t post it. Honestly makes me not even want to play the game at all. BUT Other then that it’s a very great game if you like cute characters and dressing up as well as designing your own adorable room.

I do spend at least $15 on it a month, but if I could I would spend more on it 🤣 & yes it can be a little hard to grind for coins. Like it may be intimidating at first or when you spend all your coins, but once you get the hang of it you can make at least 1.2k coins a day. & then only pull on happy bags you absolutely love! That way you can save up more coins and be ahead of the game 💗 that’s how I stay enjoying this game. & then once you have your items you get to keep them forever and come up with endless ideas for outfit ideas and room interior designs! & I love the save function so you can always go back to your previous designs. I love it! But theres some problems.. I love this game! The style is adorable and the entire game was a good idea! Theres some problems in it though. The events don't last thatlong giving us only a bit of time. most of us are free and we rush to the game for the events! Theres another problem but I have no idea if its just me and my friend but whenever we try to go in it says we need to fix our internet when its perfect. I have a feeling that its not mee and i have been having this problem for many weeks.

Hard grinding but love the game!. It's a super fun and cute game with a really lovely community. However coins are hard to earn and very expensive to buy in my currency! Really cute game that could use some diversity. I love this game, its adorable and i love that i can actually play it for free (something other games dont really have going for them) But imo there should be a way for your characters to use mobility aids like wheelchairs and canes. Not everyone playing this will be ablebodied and those people should get to make themselves in game just as much as everyone else. Elaborating on the lack of diversity, i wish there were more protective hairstyles available, im not black but the only option being dreadlocks is a little sad Other than that and a few other minor complaints its really great

My opinion. This game is kinda pay to win and the fact you have to have 2+ items to trade them is really annoying. Like the whole 7x thing is super rude they act like it's free at first then they start asking you to pay money if you want the results and if you day no they ask are you sure like 3 times and then show a sad strawberry king like bruh. It's fun and I like the content and how simple it is but there are issues.

Love it but could be improved 👉🏼👈🏼. The main reason I got the game was because of the Sanrio characters and the adorable design that comes with them, the clothes, the decors and such Honestly, it was all great at the beginning but as the days went by…I did notice something that started to bother me a little…. Which is the money system… Whether it’s ingame money that is starting to get very slow and difficult to accumulate quickly, which makes us easily miss out on quite a bit of very cute stuff you might of wanted… unless you pay real life money.. which I find kind of unfortunate as a college students that can’t afford putting money in virtual clothing… Speaking of which…. The Special Strawberry gacha… Where you need to be a Strawberry Cake rank member to even be able to pull from it… but to be able to be that rank, you need to pay a minimum of 500$USD …. THAT same month… It’s just- way too much tbh.. especially as a canadian… cause to me, it means a minimum of 670$CAD.. which is literally the price of my rent… I love it ! But I honestly wish it wouldn’t require real money and that ingame coins would also be easier to get :(

INCREDIBLE game BUT. This game can be free to play but it’s incredibly difficult to accrue coins without spending many hours a day playing. Also the prices are very expensive for a game rated 4+. There’s no way to justify the prices at all.. this game as many, MANY loyal users, lowering prices would only bring more people in.

Corrupted game. Find another one that won’t WANT to charge you over 100$.. This game used to be fun but now the developers are just more and more money starved. At this point find another game far away from sanrio universe situation, sadly… they are officially corrupted. This game is targeting small children yet wants you to pay 100$+ dollars MINIMUM to get a chance for good items. Only delusional maniacs wants to charge this much from CHILDRENS. Dont do this to yourself. Find-another-game! You’ll thank me for this. This game literally makes their players sad and thats just what I seen. Money hungry company…. It’s cute, and most of the community are lovely, but unless you have hundreds of real life dollars to burn every month I recommend you don’t bother. Everything is pay to win, lots of heavily paywalled content, and very poor drop rates. No real way to earn coins in-game, you can earn a very small amount but not enough to really do anything. Cocone is probably the greediest gacha app company I’ve come across. They prey on people’s addiction to gacha and gambling. On top of all of that, the app is riddled with bugs, crashes often, and is not user-friendly at all. They’ve also started replacing real artist’s work with AI content and it is very poorly done and can’t compare.

Too greedy. I don’t know if I’ll keep playing because this game is really too greedy and has left me with a bad feeling toward this game and Sanrio in general. I’ve put money into the game almost immediately and would have no problem putting small amounts in even as much as every month because it was fun and a good break from life. The past few days they have been extremely greedy though with expecting you to spend a ton of money and I mean you’d need to put so much money into the game to get items to complete the newest happy bag. What’s the point if grinding and spending money isn’t enough and they expect you to spend an insane amount of money to get anything good? Who had hundreds and hundreds of dollars to do these events? Good game, but staff doesn’t listen.. People have been complaining about the prices and about the trading for about two years now and nothing has happened. This game is so expensive. We shouldn’t have to pay to trade with someone else or to gift someone something. Also no body likes getting flowers on a SR pull. Make them rare please. They are more common to get then a wall.

Love the game. I don’t usually write reviews but i’d like to voice out my opinion maybe to improve the gameplay as well since I actually love this game. Maybe it would be better if there would be an option to chat around inside the room during party, that would make people engage to each other and actually become “besties”. For trading, hopefully it would be updated into something more straightforward. Most people are confused on how to use it, even having instructions, it can be very unclear, also with the duplicate needed for the players to trade. Not many people can afford enough gacha to have duplicates but would like to trade that specific item with other players. In general, it’s better if there would be more quests added in the daily gaming, not just watering the plants, helping the characters, having party, or mini quests. It would be so much better if there are more things to do in the daily gameplay to be able for other players to keep moving and not having to wait for a long time in order to get coins. The party takes too long and the side quests only gives out 1-2 coins. Having a few things to do will keep players moving other than watering plants. Overall, the game is catchy, cute and actually really fun on its own. Having a few improvements will make it very very close to perfect! Keep up the great work! (The gacha is extremely exciting too, looking forward for more themes!)

Please read.. Amazing game, I enjoyed it for a month straight playing everyday for many hours a time. Hadn’t spent any money in the game but I had a lot of free time therefore earning items was easy compared to if you are busy. I heard there was a notice going out saying people who are hacking would be banned which is very reasonable as it wouldn’t be fair to other players. I woke up one morning trying to log in because it was Cinna’s birthday and I wanted to see if I could get more items from the event. To my surprise I was left on the start screen with “Verifying Credentials” didn’t think much of it maybe it was a bug or my internet wasn’t working. I waited a couple hours to check back and I was still stuck on this page. I am confused as to why I can no longer play only to finally realize I was banned. I had not hacked the game once as I don’t find enjoyment in getting items from any game that I play. Its not as gratifying to get things without working for them. To this day I am still banned with no access to my account. Its quite sad as I already had chosen it as my new favourite game and I am no longer able to play. I sent an email to the english side of the team explaining my situation and with no response I gave up. I’m not going to fight for an account back as its not my entire life and I have other things to do but it was quite sad. If you have read this long, thank you. I hope one day I will be able to play again and until then I will be patiently waiting. Take care.

cant load... when ever i try to to play this game i always loose connection and it takes forever to load and you might be like well this is your devices fault or the wifis fault but i dont think it is, for starters my phone is a iphone 15 pro max and its really fast with games and other apps.

A little infuriating. I have seen many other player state this in the community board and I have to agree that you should be able to trade things even if you don’t have a dupe. It’s frustrating when I have all this stuff I didn’t want on me and I can’t trade it in for something I do want. You should make it so that you can gift things even if it isn’t a dupe. This would help me a lot because I’m a guy playing this and I don’t need all these dresses whereas I would be happy to trade the dresses for hair from expired happy bags…

Looks amazing, but I can’t even start.. The title should be a dead giveaway on why I’m writing this. I’ve been a Sanrio fan for a LONG time, and this app caught my eye when looking for a hello kitty game to play. I have a lot of dress up games on my ipad (Gacha Club, Vlinder Princess, stuff like that) so I was really excited to play this. I was kinda disappointed when I couldn’t even start the game however. At the part where you select your neighborhood, I can’t pick whether or not I wanna live on Cinnamoroll Street. Which I really do! And there are no help options that I’ve seen, so I can’t get help in game. Like I said, this game looks amazing and adorable, but I can’t even start.

Love but prices are ridiculous. I love this game a lot but it’s very hard to get coins (each quest getting you 1 or 2) and watering flowers gets you one. Both of these things you can only do a limited amount of times in one day, and the gacha pull items for one is 75 coins, for 7 almost 1k. You can also get hearts you can exchange for cards for the gacha pulls but these are even worse priced, 90 for a regular and 480 for a special one, and these hearts are even harder to get. I’d just like the prices of them to be put down just a bit I can’t spend 5 hours a day playing the game just so at the end of the week I can get 5 items

Don’t Download This Game. It’ll ruin your life. It’s a gacha game it’s literally designed to give you gambling addiction. The prices are outrageous for coins and there are items you can’t even get unless you spend over $100 even though the game is marketed towards CHILDREN. There are scammers rampant due to the structure of the trade system that they literally refuse to do nothing about because it makes them more money. It’s an evil money grab and my life has not known peace since I downloaded it it has destroyed my mental health. Sure it’s cute and fun but it’s horrible. Also the app crashes constantly it kills your phone battery nearly instantly and it overheats your phone to the point you can’t touch it. It’s incredibly glitchy.

It’s good, up until the community. The game is good, and I’d like to see more Sanrio characters and possibly more places to move around in, but my biggest issue is the community. It can get really, REALLY, inappropriate… I report people for their actions, but it never really works… I’d like to see a quicker reaction on some people I report from the admins, because I know that the admins do have accounts to interact with people playing. LOVE IT. But money.... Ok, this game is amazing and I love it. I play it everyday. But what I don’t like is how long it takes to grind for coins and hearts. Each quest gives you 2 coins and 1 or 2 hearts. And to get 7x for a happy bag, it’s 1,000 coins. How are you supposed to get that much? Anyway, here’s another thing. When using coins for a happy bag, it’s starts at 45 coins. Not much right? But the more times you use coins for that happy bag, the higher it is. 45 coins to 85 to 105 and so on. Same thing with 7x. 7x starts at 875 I think and the next thing you know it’s 1,005. Sorry for the long review but fix this. Love your game, thanks for reading.

CONSTANT CRASHING PLEASE FIX. I just got this game less than 12 hours ago. I haven’t had any issues until this morning. When I go to do attendance rolls or try to go into town, I get a message from Kiki saying how I have new plushies and to view them at home, then my game crashes. There are things I need to complete in the town but I am unable to do so because of this. The developers need to fix these issues and the coin system as I’ve read in other reviews. I love the game so far and think it’s adorable, but I don’t want it to keep crashing. If it keeps crashing and doesn’t get fixed I might have to put the game down until the developers can get around to fixing their game. Thank you.

I love this game so much, the details that they put into this game is just amazing and the characters are so cute, especially Kiki and Lala my Home Screen is literally Kiki and Lala. This game is also so cute I love how they give you quests to do and I have been playing this game for days it never gets boring. There’s always so much to do like water other peoples plants or go to parties and after maybe receive a plushie that you can put on display, sleep with or play with. Overall this game is very fun.

This game isn’t good anymore.. I’ve been playing since August 2021, and things were fine and steady for a gacha game, but now the company has taken the fact that people are willing to spend hundreds of dollars on this game and ran with it, and now they’re releasing a new gacha every two days or so. It’s ridiculous and they’re still ending them at the same deadlines as before, giving you minimal time to finish them, and don’t even THINK about it if you’re not gonna spend money. It is pay to play. Without paying you can’t keep up and it’s just annoying how often they dangle features and items in front of you and make it impossible to obtain them without maki my at least ONE transaction. The players are walking wallets and they know this, and they use this. But people will keep spending

This is good but bad at the same time. I love sweet days everything is cute and such but my problem is when it loads it tells me to restart the app and just loads over and over it’s also annoying! They even make you buy a whole bunch of stuff just to draw for some things that makes you save up to 1000 coins for a 7 draw which possibly won’t even give you anything good so I really hope you can fix this!

It’s calling people on my phone!!. Most people won’t read all this, so TLDR; DO NOT LET THIS APP MANAGE YOUR PHONE CALLS! At the beginning, the game asks for the permission to make and manage phone calls. I thought this was a bit weird, but they said it was for location services, to know your language. That could make sense, but today i got a bunch of texts letting me know my number was spam calling them. The calls don’t show up in my call history at all, nor do i receive any incoming calls. THEN, i get texts telling me people tried to call me, but there was a scammer guy using my phone number!! This app “requires” these phone permissions to work. Don’t download it. And if you do, don’t do it on a phone with a SIM card.

Please make offline version in case planned for EOS (end of service) in the future. I would like to have an offline version of this game because when this game gets shutdown in the future, all the progress will be gone and all the wonderful stuff will be gone forever and become lost media. What the offline version could do is instead of friends, it could be the people who worked on this game but as cpus and we go water their flowers and harvesting their fruit. And have save data transfer. I would buy an offline version of this game.

i love this game honestly. I’ve been only for almost two months and I love this game like I’m addicted to it LOL. my only issue is that it crashes SO MUCH for me and it’s just been getting worse. I can barely have the app open for more then 5 minutes now on my phone without it crashing but that’s not the same for my ipad so I’ll usually play on my ipad instead. also this game releases happy bags way too often, making it hard to save up so pls slow down on the updates 💀

it is such a cute idea but sadly it’s executed very poorly. i love the idea of this game but it is way to confusing and expensive. The game itself feels very chaotic and makes the player easily confused and overwhelmed. The best feature, in my opinion, is the customization. Unfortunately, it’s extremely hard to do. Everything is very expensive. The in game coins and even the real life currency is unreasonable. There is also many bugs in this game. For example the recycle shop. It will only work it you click it 10 + times. This is my third day of playing and i’m so sad to say i’m probably going to delete it. I love the idea of this game! It could be SOOO good. It truly has potential to be a top mobile game but because of the execution…it sadly is just another tiktok ad scam feeling game :(

Do not spend money on this game. Players have been begging Cocone to fix their glitches for months. They will overcharge you when you spend money, but then either not respond to you or take over a month to respond. Even if they do respond, sometimes they don’t fix the problem. People can be charged anywhere from an extra 10$ to over 100$ and Cocone does not fix this. They’ve even stated in their new TOS that the glitches in game are not their fault and they will not be fixing it. If you get a refund through iTunes or Google, they suspend your account even though they refuse to give people refunds for a glitch in THEIR game. There’s plenty of other issues too. It’s a fun game but please never spend your money on it.

Pretty fun and cute game! But... Okay, firstly I NEVER write reviews. I just read them sometimes. But I absolutely love this game. I was always a big fan of Line Play but haven’t been really digging the new updates. I LOVE this game though. It’s fairly simple but extremely cute- and I love how many other people actually play it. The only downside I can write about it is that it’s fairly difficult to get enough coins to buy anything. And unless you’re purchasing coins with real money on a day that there is a bonus.. you’d be having to spend a decent amount of real money to get a good amount of in game coins.

Fun but Limited. This game is fun especially for Sanrio fans, but there’s only so much you can do before you have to wait for more things to unlock. Along with that, I suggest strawberry club lasts longer than a month because spending that much monthly to maintain status is hard and expensive. I also suggest there be more quests that are easier to complete so that you have a reason to play the game longer. Currently theirs only about 4 quests, most of which you can’t complete at once. Lastly I think you should be able to trade items even if you don’t have duplicates of it. It’s like impossible to get duplicates of the good items that are actually worth trading. Otherwise this game is cute and fun :)

Good but lots of issues. I get why developers include paid content but expecting people to shell out hundreds of dollars EVERY MONTH to have all content available is ridiculous. I spent a little money on the game because I genuinely like the concept only to get a bunch of duplicate items I already had. Between that and the constant never ending server and login issues that are exclusive to this app I have a hard time justifying spending any more. Half the time when I try to login I can’t. I hope in the future the game can become more balanced and that they will add more characters that we can visit.

THIS APP IS MY MOST FAVORITE APP EVER. This app is amazing and I love all the items, characters, and clothing. It is just the cutest game i have ever played. I love the happy bags and how each one is has different items and character themes. Just one suggestion is to make the SC only be $50 instead of the $100. I just hate spending so much on this game every month. Also, can you please allow us to trade items that we only have 1 of. I have so many items I would want to trade but cant as i only have 1 of them. Please take this in to consideration.

Fun, but pretty Unfair Odds. I do enjoy this game and they give you lots of opportunity to get hearts! But that’s far from the truth for coins and the amount of doubles you get even spending money on packages is really, really disheartening. I loved the last moon collection that prevented you from getting too many duplicates before you had the whole collection, I wish that would be a permanent thing as it’s incredibly disheartening to use both SP Gacha tickets and IRL money and end up with 3 of the same “rare” wig…. Kills a lot of the fun and often makes me want to stop playing for a while after getting burned that way especially since it’s so hard to collect coins in the first place.

Love the game but one problem. So I really enjoyed and love this game and have been playing since before the English version BUT you have to be IN the country that speaks that language and I do NOT live in America or any English area and because of that I cannot understand the missions in the past it wasn’t a problem but now that I know English is possible but just isn’t available is just so disappointing so please make it so that you can just go to settings and tap a button and boom everything is in English.

Obsessed but very difficult. I love this game so much! It’s adorable, I love the outfits and I’ve made a lot of friends on there. However, it is extremely time consuming to get enough coins to get items. And even when you do, you end up getting the same ones a lot of the time. It very much wants you to pay to get the better items on events, happy bags and more (it’s optional, but very much encouraged). But It’s like $100 to get those membership benefits and honestly it’s not worth it. While it’s very addicting, I wish that it was a little more player friendly so I wouldn’t have to spend a week trying to get enough coins to pull on one happy bag.

30$ should get you more then one dress in select shop-ridiculous. I do pay to play but the pricing for coins is absolutely ridiculous. & then the devs charge you to trade doubles & your not allowed to sell unless the smile market is open….and then to be in the smile market you must’ve bought so much that month from them, on top of that they’ll take a portion of what you’d make & you can only sell if you have at least 3 of that item. 🙄 it’s clearly a very very greedy app. It’s expensive enough to repeatedly get what you don’t want ….at that price point, the items you get you should be able to do what you please with them.

I’m confused 😐. So basically, I feel like I'm going to cry the game let me do a happy bag which I can get 7 of the bags so I choose Picnic bud under the tree. I ended up getting a item I really wanted but then it said to buy a heart pack for 1 dollar. I was like that’s a steal and bought it thinking I would get my items after I bought it I went to go check my inventory to get changed into the item I wanted which was a hair to see nothing new in their I am very confused so if someone can come and help me to understand this. But right now I’m not in a good mood this game is super fun but this made me dislike the game for the first time please fix this.

2 year player- here’s what I have to say.. The game’s management is horrendous. They will allow pedophiles to roam free in the game, will make up rules last second and ban the wrong people, and overall the money greed is worse than ever. This game went down the gutter and I wish it didn’t but I will not be spending another dollar on this game. They have spies in the server who watch players’ every move, and the management keeps a list of players to “keep an eye on” There’s a “”sweeties ambassador”” program that is essentially useless, and functions only as a popularity contest. It serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever. It does not improve the game, it gave a bunch of under qualified 18-20 somethings egos that they didn’t deserve. Hello kitty games don’t need a hierarchy.

cocone just wants your money. would love to rate this game any higher because it is VERY cute and i do love playing it HOWEVER unless you have an overly abundant disposable income, you will be extremely dissatisfied with this app (as i am, considering i’m a lower class citizen). they just released a set of new hairs and eyes to customize your character BUT you have to have already paid $100 ONLY THIS MONTH (your rank based on how much you pay is determined by a monthly basis so you need to spend $100 a month just for access to special items) and on top of that the combined cost of the items is roughly $100 so in order to get 3 VIRTUAL sets of eyes and hair it would cost over $200 of your own money… not sure why this game says it’s for children when really it is catered for those willing to shell out over $1000 a year on this godforsaken app

Every time you people update this game I never get what I’m supposed to get at the end of the calendar use update this game like every week and then were the ones who lose out I already lost out on two hairs because all you do is update. If ur gonna update every week then gift us the hair fromThe calendar that we sign into every day I’ve lost two because you guys keep updating please stop the updates. A couple suggestions. Could you make a mall to buy furniture, and a boutique and hair salon? I was also hoping you could change the office place where you can hire people and get hired, into Aggretsuko’s office. And we need Kuromi and Kerropi in the game. And can you make it so you can end parties whenever? I really want to design my home sometimes. And I really want less expensive happy boxes, please. And instead of getting 1 ticket for 90 hearts, can you make it 5 tickets? That would make it so much easier to decorate my room. However, this game is a great game.

Fun but a pay to win. I am going to keep this short but the main thing about this game is getting lucky bags, items for your room and avatar. The problem is that there is a ranking based off of how much money you spend and the perks you get from it. It resets every month and some ranks go up to 500$. The coins are extremely difficult to obtain without paying especially if you don't want to play all day for weeks. To pull one lucky bag it is 150 coins and for 10 it is 1,000. Not bad right? Wrong. Watering neighbors plants gives you one coin, talking to characters gives you two and you can go to and host party’s that give you 20 but you need the fruit from neighbors plants and you run out of them pretty quickly. Cute but better gacha games out there.

cute but not that great. I’ve been playing this game since way before they had English servers and I’m really glad I can read everything now but honestly? I just kind of use it as an app to look at the art but I don’t really bother with gacha or events anymore because they are absolutely not free to play player friendly so I just log in to look at cinnamoroll’s newest fit then log out lol Events take a really long time and you can spend like a week on 1 to 12 hour timers and still get the same item over and over 🙄 The happy bags are expensive to roll in, sweet collections are paywalled… like again, it’s cute, but I wouldn’t really recommend it. Love the lineless style though

Cute & Fun But Room For Improvement!. I really enjoy this game and find it very relaxing. I love the little “side quests” and decorating aspects of the game. It’s really fun to dress your character up and design your room. I also enjoy gacha, so it’s been very nostalgic for me. ♡ While I enjoy the majority of the game, I think there are a few improvements to make it more interactive. There should definitely be a chat based element in the game rather than the forums. Whether it be a way to chat while at parties or a direct message system, either would build a sense of community. ♡ Another element that would benefit the activeness of users would be a marketplace. Somewhere players can list and sell any items from their inventory. I have so many duplications but I can’t get anyone to trade with me. ♡ Overall this game is really fun and something I really enjoy. A few improvements could make this game have a wider audience and essentially build a game that’s fun for everyone! Thanks for all you do to make this game cute and exciting.

amazing, but one recent flaw…. this game is my favorite one on my phone! i played it all the time until every time i tried to load in, it told me “The internet connection is unstable. Please restart the app or try again in a location with a better connection.” i have tried playing it in multiple places, including my grandparents house, my best friend’s house, my neighbors house, target wifi, (i know) and ofc, my house’s wifi. this is ridiculous because i used to always play it at all these places, (don’t ask about target) this is a continuous problem, please try to fix it soon…

Okay. Honestly I love the potential of the game because I do think it has great potential. I’ll skip most of what I want to say and just focus on the things I think would benefit user experience: 1. More space in the room - perhaps there could be second or third floors added since the space is so limited. 2. More activities (and preferably fashion based?) The whole “helping characters around Sanrio town” gets very boring and repetitive. I also notice something that draws a lot of us into this game aside from liking hello kitty and various other Sanrio characters would be fashion. Perhaps there can be fashion shows with voting, fashion missions, you get the gist. 3. This one ties in with more activities. It would be nice to see an addition of items outside of happy bags or quests that can be gained through various activities. 4. A public chat room. Filter all you want! But it would be nice to at least chat with each other to some degree That’s all I can think of for now!

Needs A LOT of room for improvement. The game is super cute and fun but there are a lot of QoL improvements that can be done. For example, allowing other people to view your wishlist, better notifications when you get likes/comments on posts, having a shorter period for items to be on the exchange feature post-release instead of waiting two weeks, fixing bugs since the game crashes quite a bit, and perhaps being able to sell items (I don’t need 5 of the same plushie when it’s hard to find someone to trade with). Also if the exchange feature could be a lot better so you can find people who want to exchange would be very neat! Something similar to Old School Runescape’s trade system.

Cash grab in disguise... As a Sanrio and Hello Kitty fan I downloaded this after stumbling across it by mistake. And I kept it for about a month trying to understand how everything works but I’ve noticed with the few events that they want you to actually spend money on the app in order to gain a ticket to participate in said events. I understand the game needs to make money as it should be able to. But forcing people into buying up to 100 dollars in, in game purchases in order to participate in events is honestly asinine and insane when events are basically the main point of the game. This was cute while it lasted but I took the game off my phone after figuring out the actual purpose of it. It’s just a cash grab.

Overall my experience with customer service. I can’t express how impress I am with their service. For example, I had an error for an event and couldn’t receive any rewards due to the error. I tried resetting my phone and redownloading the app and it still showed the error. I had no choice but to contact customer service. So I did thinking it might take a while for them to respond, but it didn’t!! I checked the app the next day and error was gone! This just shows how much value they have for their users. This is the best game I have ever played!

very cute but…... been playing this game for around a week now and i really like it! the visuals are super cute and appealing and i love the variety of gacha bags to choose from. it’s pretty easy to collect lots of items quickly which makes the overall experience more fun. so far the player to player atmosphere has also been really polite and thoughtful which makes for a nice change! overall the game is slightly buggy but the only major problem is one i’ve been having for the past few days - i’m not getting rewards from going to parties anymore. i can still attend the parties just fine and the game tells me i’m going to get rewards by going, but when i check in hours later i haven’t gotten any coins or plushies as promised. this is a pretty big error and makes me not want to play because parties are the easiest and most fun way to get coins and thus play the gacha bags. would appreciate some resolution on this because the game is really so cute otherwise!

Needs a reset progress button and more things to do. This app is very cute and nice I don’t see anything wrong with it the only thing is I would like a reset progress button I feel like this will be good for players who want to refresh their progress The game also needs a better way to get hearts and gacha tickets if you’re going to make gacha tickets 90 hearts then please make it more easier to get hearts sometimes you do all the quest and you still don’t have enough heart I also feel like it will be better if you have more things to do like a trading or Fashion battles or maybe dressing up the characters in the game please consider one of these things

Great but a few issues. Hi i like this game but there are a few issues that make the game less fun. First of, The missions for the sanrio characters in town are kinda boring and follow the same formula. Maybe if you added a park where your could play minigames w/ friends and chill w/ other sanrio characters. Second, THE COINS like they take so much grinding to get 7 packs. Also, theres a whole club exclusive and their SOOO pretty! AND this game is for kids and as for the kids who have access to their parents credit card or something. Make it easier to get coins. NOTE: I had to delete game for reasons i will not say so if these have been added then thank you on behalf of the hsd community 🤗

Fun app that keeps you interested. I like how the game is somewhat geared towards adults as well as to kids and there are pretty much no bugs in this game. There are zero ads, even for free players. Although it takes a while to get coins as a free player, I still feel that I get enough to get a good amount of items. There is always new content and if any bugs do appear, they are usually fixed within a day or less. Theres something for everyone here! Ive been playing for 8 months now

How good this app is…. So this game is great! You can dress up, meet Sanrio characters, and etc! You can also host parties too. In this game, you can also water other people’s plant. This game normally from Japan but it has the English language so it is easier for me to understand. I can read/speak Japanese but I recommend English. Cute app, horrible tactics. This app is dangerous and encourages gambling; the posted rates do not match the actual rates. There is a $100 pay wall to be able to BUY from the premium Gacha, a $300 paywall for a feature that should be included for all, and a $500 pay wall for monthly hair. Even if you spend money, whatever benefits you unlock reset every calendar period — you don’t even get them for thirty days. It’s cute and fun but the increased amount of “24 hour” only periods all overlapping have increased. The game makes me feel bad about the brand. False advertising and sure to encourage your child to develop a gambling problem at an early age. Only play if you can do so without paying them. I am very disappointed in the developer’s decisions regarding use of paywalls , paywall periods, and increased limited periods that don’t favor all time zones equally.

For kittybean420. I completely agree with your statement. This game steals real money i tried to buy something rebooted my tablet refreshed the screen and swiped it and got nothing. They just want money , like these people out here that love this game and have a bit of money will waste it on this stupid game that basically steals real money. After all imagine actually putting a positive review on this. I’d rather watch hello kitty then be scammed by a stupid app. If you see this or kittybean420’s at the front. NEVER PLAY THIS GAME. Dont even look at it to much. This is 4+ and they have vc imagone of your 6 and using vc. Oh god this is replicating roblox as it got vc for everyone, these apps are not safe for kids under 12 i hate this. A LOT. Never download this game if you dont want to get scammed.

Fun, but.... I've only had the game for a few weeks now so I can't say much on the community or the fairness/unfairness of the gacha + coin collecting system, but the biggest issue I have with the game is the fact that it seems to crash all the time. It feels like the second the game needs to load more than the bare minimum it'll just crash. Recently i was in the collections tab searching for a plushie collection I finished and it crashed four times in less than 10 minutes... it's a bit ridiculous. I want to play the game bc it's simple and fun but it feels like the game won't let me properly do that, which makes me not want to open the game at all.

Disappointed money grabbers. I’m new to this app and have already spent a decent amount of money, however they are releasing a new “buyers shop” feature which not only me but everyone in the game feels like it will ruin HKSD completely. It makes it to where you can’t trade/exchange dupes anymore but are forced to have to sell them through the shop where cocone takes 30% of each item. Trading/ exchange was a big part of this game and soon it won’t be available and they will lose me as a player along with many others (INCLUDING THE MONEY WE WERE WILLING TO SPEND BEFORE HAND ON DIGITAL ITEMS) I really hope you read this and take it seriously and don’t go forward with this buyers shop. I’m super disappointed and unhappy along with many others.

Cute game but in game currency needs work. This game has amazing art and I am absolutely in love with all of the gacha options, but the in game currency is extremely difficult (if not just plain repetitive) to get. You are only able to get 1-3 coins per quest and it costs 150 coins to do one gacha roll. The quests are boring and require you to simply go through dialogue (not very immersive or interactive). I think it would make getting coins to use the gacha would be made much easier if the quests gave maybe 5-10 coins instead. Also, it would be nice if there were mini games to earn coins (maybe a puzzle game, tower defense game, fishing game, etc.) to make the game more interactive and less repetitive.

Overpriced. While I do enjoy the game and its cuteness, it is EXTREMELY and unfairly priced. And I know Im not the only person who does not have this opinion. There have been occassion where people are charged twice for what they pay for. I do think the game is cute, don't get me wrong. But not everyone has the money to spend hundreds ( or thousands ) on a game where it basically resets at the end of the month. It's a gacha game, too. So you're not always garaunteed the item you want.

Super Cute and Amazing. This app is probably one of my fav games. Don’t get me wrong, downloading this app was a great disision, but I think you need to make the coin getting thing higher. Like 2 coins for a quest? That’s insane. Other than that this game is pretty cute and amazing. I think you should download it if ur reading this review right now. The graphics are adorbs, and everyone and everything is so sweet! But maybe u should make the coin getting thing like for a quest u only get 2 u should get like ten. Anyway, if u don’t mind completing ur happy bag collection, (A thing in the game u have to spend coins on) then u should download it srry this review is so long luv u guys byeeeeee!

cri. cocone i’ve been playing this game everyday since july and i enjoy SOME parts of it buh the live partis and limit to how many you can go too.. as someone who has not spent any money in this game (have been very tempted but can’t afford) having a limit to how many parties/coins i can EARN is ridiculous!! the giant warning about getting ur account banned for saying the wrong thing when half the english words are banned smacked in the middle of my screen at all times while i host and go to parties which is the main thing you do on the game is so not wuh we want. for once please listen to your players because we truly love and want a amazing future for this game.. aslong as it gets better. and i will not get started on ur crazy prices tonight.
