Great game. Been one of my favorites since I was small

How to solve purchasing issue. I had the same issues at first that I have bought all episodes but the port showed I need to purchase again, then I tried the “restore” button on the purchase page and it worked, if you have the same issue like me, maybe try this button.

Way better than expected.. When I saw Ace Attorney I wasn't expecting it to be that good of a game due to it not being in a courtroom, but was I wrong. It was a better character choice for it to be miles over Phoenix Wright, if they had gone with Phoenix it would be more comedic based and I'd probably have forgotten someone was murdered due to shenanigans. Miles is more sophisticated and serious way better character choice for the job. I've only beaten part one due to the rest costing money and I'll buy them but at this moment it's a very great game. The graphics aren't the best but it's a good thing it's about gameplay and not graphics.

Don’t buy. I keep losing my save files for no reason. Don’t buy, pirate it somewhere else

I purchased the whole game and now it’s trying to make me re-purchase it.. I bought the entire game, $15 in all, and even started playing the ones you have to purchase, but now it won’t allow me to continue to play without purchasing the game again- I’m not spending another $15 on a game I just bought. Please fix this.

Bait and switch. Don’t buy this unless you want to shell out $15 to play it. They don’t mention in the description that your only buying the introduction to the game. You’ll have to shell out once you’ve spent money to actually play the game. Very dishonest!

Rip Off. I have never played an Ace Attorney Game for myself, and wanted to try this one out. I was really happy when I saw that it was available as an app for the iPhone. So, I purchased all the episodes, because... well, it was a good deal for the bundle. Well, I got through the first three episodes and took a break. And then, just a few minutes ago, I went back to load my save file for the fourth episode. However... a window popped up on the game saying that I needed to “purchase this episode in order to play it”. WTH?! Upon further inspection of the title screen... it was the same option. I had to PURCHASE the episodes, after already purchasing the bundle when I first downloaded the app. Either fix this or give me my money back!!

Why tho?. Game is five stars, but it was 0.99¢ on the App Store, yet it still costs money to play the entire game!

Bad Surprise.. The 1 dollar you pay is for the first episode. If you want to unlock all episodes, you have to pay 15 dollars more.

Rip off. If you want to play past the tutorial, you have to pay per chapter. I knew a $0.99 game was too good to be true.

Great Game but one problem. I don’t know if it’s just us IPhone users but all purchases will be lost if we start up the game without Wi-Fi but the HD sprites are all great anyways hope to seeing PWVSPL on the App Store

A New Ace Attorney Experience.... This game is just great, Capcom has made the Ace Attorney series a irresistible series for me, but adding this new play style? 10/10

Great game, bad port. I've been a major fan of the PW series for a while, it's one of my favorite series in general. The investigation games are one of the few games in the series i haven't been able to play very much, so I was excited to see the iOS port. The game itself still seems great, but the game seems to run pretty slow, and the updated sections of the graphics don't look great to me. The lag may be attributed to my iPad 3, but the tablet runs most games just fine. I'm rating it 4 stars because I do love the fat that companies are porting older games, such as the PW series and even some Professor Layton games. I want to encourage these ports, but I also want them to be good quality. Highly recommend this series.

Loved it from start to finish!. To be honest, I was first expecting to unlock the full game by paying only 99 cents, but that only unlocks the first case. For the full series, it’s about $14.99, if I remember correctly, but it was worth it! I enjoyed every minute of it, I would even sometimes stay up playing a case, using logic and deductions to discover the truth. It even gave me more insight into the characters I’ve seen in the Phoenix Wright game and some references. The final case was extremely long, I was locked in the whole time and I was surprised completely by the twists and outcomes that I didn’t even see coming. There were even some funny gags and situations included involving the characters. I am glad to finally place an ace attorney game that takes you beyond the courtroom and onto the crime scene, and I would love to play part 2 except it’s only available in the Japanese App Store. I hope Capcom can one day fully release Ace Attorney Investigations 2 on the AppStore.

Certain corner must be pressed to continue. When playing any ace attorney games I play during anytime I have free time. But when I tried the first case I realized that you must press the right corner instead of any other place

Fell flat with my mind. I can read faster than a snail can move. Honest! You cant put a text heavy game out there with out the ability to tap your way through the text when its too slow. Try again, schmuck

Great Game. This might be my favorite Ace Attorney game, but maybe you could take away the prices of the other episodes. Just a suggestion though. Also, since some questions I can’t figure out, I have walkthroughs on youtube to help me out, and I am most grateful of their presence. (Yes, I like to say things in fancy ways to seem more complicated and mature I guess.) In other words: It’s a good game!

Horrible port of a great game. The port is so bad it froze while saving and deleted my save data twice. And of course each time my save got deleted it was at the end of a case. Ace attorney and the fans deserves a much better port than this garbage. I would give this a one star but the game itself prevents me from doing so. Do better Capcom.

Doesn’t Support Offline Play. This game is very fun, and has a lot of replay value. As such, I like to replay all the Ace Attorney ports on my iPad once in a while. However, I’m not always around wifi, especially when i’m traveling, which means no matter how much i want to play this installment in the series, I have to wait to have internet to play the chapters i’ve purchased. Please fix this problem.

So much fun!. I’ve been playing this game like crazy! I’m currently on the last case of the game and I’m so invested in it. Loving that I’m learning more about Edgeworth through this game. I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone.

It’s FINALLY here!!!. Been waiting for this to come out on iPhone for AGES! By far one of the best story arcs in the ace attorney series (with some pretty sweet easter eggs and nods to the previous games). Love going through this story every once in a while. The last episode is the best. There are also some pretty sweet tie-ins to the previous games.

Great port but one slight downside. While this is a good port, and as a Ace Attorney fan, I adore how they use HD sprites for remasters and not the classic sprites. It’s a good thing they are bringing these to mobile and not exclusive with Nintendo like the past. However, Capcom will have to improve the port a little since you have to be connected to a WiFi connection to play. Overall a great port, but the connection bit is the only flaw

iPhone X?. Great, but NEEDS iPhone X screen support!

This game cheated me out of 20$ DO NOT BUY. I unlocked the full game then loaded it a month later and all the memory was wiped! I contacted support for the game and they never got back to me! This game is fraud. Do not buy.

No DS, No Problem!. Any fan of the Ace Attorney games will love this! I don’t have a physical copy of the game, but this iOS version saved the day! I play on my iPad Air(2020), and I have no issues. It runs smoothy and the graphics are clear. Note: First episode is $0.99. Full Game is $14.99 In my opinion it’s a fair price considering a physical DS copy is going for a lot online.

App refuse to launch after paying for every episode. Purchased the whole game on my iPad which automatically download on my iPhone, tried to open the game on my iPhone which requested I pay again for the game I purchased. Now the app won’t open on my iPad nor my iPhone. Amazing to pay 18$ for a game that won’t open and try to make you pay several time.

Amazing Game!. Ace Attorney Investigations 1 and 2 are my favourite Ace Attorney games! But..... WHEN is Capcom gonna officially release AAI2 in the West? We need it. ;-; They really have a chance to make profit with no physical distribution cost now that mobile gaming is such a huge thing. I’m pretty sure a LOT of fans would pay to have an official translation of that game in some capacity. We need an Ace Attorney Investigations 3 too! I love playing as Miles, and IMO it’s a lot more fun than playing as Phoenix. (Though I do like both characters, Edgeworth has a lot more substance than Phoenix/his chemistry with Kay is very cute, since it’s rare to see him actually open up to someone the way he has with her [and Phoenix loves Maya, but they’re both pretty open people, so that’s more cut and dry than Kay and Edgey, who change each other more radically.]) I also love the peripheral characters like Franziska, Gumshoe, and Agent Lang. We need to have an AAI3 set 10 years later (like Dual Destinies and SoJ), where we see what has become of our beautiful cast. And what has happened with some of the villains/antagonists we’ve met along the way..... Maybe an M rating like DD, since Edgeworth is playing with the big boys now! ^_^ For as much criticism as it received at the time, people look back on Dual Destinies very fondly now (because it was a phenomenal game, and my favourite next to the AAI series), so it would be nice if we could finally get a release of AAI2 (as a mobile exclusive, maybe, or on the Switch?), and an AAI3. Edgeworth and the characters around him are an important part of the AA series too, so I think it is time to revisit dapper boy and see what he gets up to when he isn’t being dragged into another one of Phoenix Wright’s messes — I mean, cases. :P

It would behoove you to download this game. I have never played the ace attorney series, but I decided to try this game because it looked different, and plus it had DS graphics🤩, (childhood nostalgia gets me every time). I am incredibly glad I did, the game is incredibly well done the characters are interesting and memorable, and rewards the player for using their brain Finally the business model is refreshing; this is a PREMIUM game that lets you play the ENTIRE first episode for free, plus no adds! Then it gives you the option to buy the other episodes individually or buy the full game at a discount price. After completing the first episode, (which is worth downloading the game for alone) the full game was an insta-buy for me. This is possibly my favorite iOS game right next to Wayward Souls and IMPLOSION. Now if you’ll excuse me I have a case to attend to🧐

i feel robbed. nowhere did it say it wasn’t the full game. the way its advertised is as a complete game but when i open it i have to pay $14.99 for the full game. this is upsetting…

Is that … blood?!. Edgeworth Investigations is da a bomb of Ace Attorney spin-off mobile investigation games! It is so fun! I am pretty sure it was discovered in the wreckage of a spacecraft crashed from a much superior civilization where prosecutors are the highest form of being and everyone dresses like they are Austrian aristocrats from the 1810s! It is so great to (again) live life as our favorite breakout celebrity prosecutor, this time you don’t even have to wait for Phoenix to run off a burning bridge! This game introduces some great new characters and brings back some of the lockable AA deities such as Gumshoe, Franziska and Manfred VK. Sure there’s no full on crossover with Phoenix and Maya, but there is only so much awesometasticness that can be squeezed in. Maybe a plot line where Edgeworth is stranded on Mars and only Phoenix and Maya can save him by pointing out inconsistencies would be cool, but this game gives Edgey-poo the space he needs to fully blossom as the Olympian prosecutorial super god that he is! I do wish there was a sprite of Edgeworth holding a paper with two fingers like in AA but that was probably technically unachievable! As for people complaining about needing to read too much(?) remember this is a game about lawyers! This is normal for an AA game, if you need less reading try capybara clicker! This game is nuclear level fun! Point at your own forehead superciliously with the best of them, or just run in circles, it is all so great! Miles Edgeworth will live in your phone! This game is like drinking nectar from the hallowed chalice of truth with one hand while j’accusing contradictions into oblivion with the other! Edgeworth 6 star forever #1tastic to the max!

Text is really slow. Dialogue is so slow it’s hard to get into the story.

Keeps asking me to purchase after purchase!. If I'm in Airplane mode it's guaranteed to ask me again to purchase the game when I already have! Keep having to restore every time I play it. I suspect the initial network check is to verify but it's annoying DRM for an iOS game

Love it. I love the game! It’s a very nice addition to the regular Ace Attorney games. The gameplay is different and storylines for each episode are interesting. Only complaint I have about this (and all the other games in the series too tbh) is that you cannot skip or fast forward through texts and just general story scenes. This is really annoying if you’re replaying and don’t want to have to go through the entire story again. But overall it’s a good game and I hope we get Investigations 2 too.

Good port of a classic ds game. Can you make it so that we can skip text not just through the very tiny next button on the bottom right, and why is the organiser and save all placed in one corner while the other corner is empty? (This is playing from a 16:9 iphone). Otherwise this is a great game to play as an acr attorney fan. As a sidenote, if this game is around 400 mb, why is apollo justice 2gb plus? If it is a por optimization please fix this.

Love this game. I absolutely love this game and it’s series. It is a little annoying that you have to be connected to the internet to play it though. I hope they fix this. Other than that I am hoping that the other games in this series are put on iOS port!!!

I like it but.... I was at my final case and it crashed and deleted all my data and I have to start from the beginning of the episode...it doesn’t say “continue” so my save file is gone. Is there a way to get my save data back? But besides that it’s a great game and I love it (not the crashing part tho)

Wished to support. I unfortunately got the DS version of the game and already played it. That is why I can’t show my love and support for the game by paying for the app version. But, I will definitely buy any other Ace Attorney games; whether they are old one who never got translated to English, crossovers, or even upcoming new ones. I am a HUGE fan of the series and wished for more. Sincerely, A major fan.

Episodes. When I bought the game I thought I was getting a full game but u need to buy the episodes, make that more clear when people buy it!!!!

YES. I'm extremely glad that Capcom is acknowledging that Investigations exists. All we need now is for the second to be officially localized.

Problems with chapters. First off let me say this the game is awesome however I’d also like to warn others that despite paying for chapters 2 to 5 you’ll need to have an internet connection to play any chapter other than chapter 1 why this is the case I have no idea, I hope Capcom fixes this problem.

Pretty good port overall. I really like this game but the sound quality is dodo! Please fix the sound, but other then that pretty good. Recommend for anybody

Great. If you love Phoenix Wright you will love this game. Different but still has cross examinations and hype moments.

Excellent Port. This is an excellent port of the NDS game. The visuals look great, the controls work well, and the save system has been reliable so far.

Full game is not free.. 1 chapter free and 5 chapter for 6.99$ . I loved that first free chapter, but i’ll spend that 7 bucks on chips or drinks instead of other chapter in a game i played for like 30 min. I’m sad, tough the game was completely free and full of animations, humor, logic and structure. Guess i can’t have all of them in these ages.

They charge 1.39$ but it’s not for the whole game. On the page it doesn’t say you are paying 1.39$ for only the first chapter. Additional chapters are 6.99$ each or 20.99$ for the whole game so it 22$ That information should be written clearly. I like ace attorney, the game is great but they should just show the cost before you spend 1.39$... luckily it just 1.39 lol
