Super. Always dependable, reliable, efficient

Won’t open. I tried four times to login. It brings me to where I can choose what I want to do and all of a sudden it goes right back to logging in. I did it four times so I gave up.

The VA sometimes RX App. This is a really nice app and works SOMETIMES. And sometimes it does not. After all the things we go through wouldn’t it be nice to just have an app that works. It’s 2023, technology is there, ability should be to.

Mr Thomas. This app is horrible. It’s difficult to change my password and my address and other information does not match what I see when I login to my VA health online. Very confusing.

Quick and easy. So fast in ordering refills…

Login difficulties. With 4 options I have to login 9 different times without the app resetting and making me log in again.

Multiple logins. I get confused by multiple logins and remembering which one to use with which password.

The app look’s convenient and promising but I can’t get the password to take or remain valid.. MFA and 2FA. Already sent complaints to the VA at my hospital business section. RX refills on this app May only work once the proper email has been authenticated! BUT, looks like the IT department did not verify the original email versus the MFA second stage of the 2FA which is the MFA. Meaning someone did not enter the proper email address by a second step authentication during initial verification process for the next stage MFA. Instead we have an email that is in error of the original email address. OR someone changed it to a dyslexic skip of a single letter that the system cannot verify, only reject. Please correct or pass this message to the geniuses that can confirm this message! Not too difficult just look at email address from start to finish or ask for a non circular authentication process to help users change the access! Nelson H

Login. It’s a pain to sign in every time. I log in every couple months for my prescription refills and every time something has changed with login procedures. So I spend 30 minutes or longer reauthenticating, setting new passwords, etc. Do you realize that it’s stuff like this that frustrates veterans the most? This falls into the big category of ways the VA makes it difficult for us. And when you’re talking about people with PTSD and other mental health issues, and then y’all can’t do a simple thing like make it consistent and simple for how to get their prescriptions refilled….Think about that.

VA Prescriptions. The VA prescription app is very easy to use and my meds arrive quickly. I can also have them delivered to different addresses when I spend time at different locations.

GARBAGE! Just like the treatment I get. Constantly asks me to login, verifies my identity, and then immediately return me to Login. Sometimes this will occur for an entire day. It makes medication refills so much fun! But hey!! At least we have “security” in our VA systems. I mean, I can’t login to reorder Rx’s, but my information and ID have been gotten illegally from the VA’s database on no less than 2 occasions!

Great site. Easy work

New and Needs improvements. I found meds to refill. It was hard to read name of medications due to overlapping text. I’m using an iPhone 13 with latest updates.

Automatic Renewal. Need to be able to setup automatic renewal prescriptions.

Awesome starts with your pharmacy and physician’s. Have been using your pharmacy for years now, starting back in the old VA on 9th Ave.. And your new one. I have always gotten great service from all the Staff even on the phone on weekends with it’s your staff working from there homes. Never gotten the wrong medication and have never had to call to ask if my medications are on the way. I get a text letting me know when to expect them and if a physician has to ok them. In other words you people are awesome only starts to say how good at there jobs they are. You all take the best care of veterans I have ever seen. And I worked at a VA in California after I got out of the Navy as a Corpsman. And got my Nursing license. Take care be safe your doing it RIGHT.. Hm1 Retired.

Better. This is better than the way it was done before!!

Impossible website. Trying to login to this website is next to impossible! There has to be a better way. I really have sympathy for those who have anger issues or PTSD who have to try to get in to this site. I am one who has PTSD and I am 100% disabled. I can’t remember when I was this frustrated. With 4 different ways of signing in and each one different and it seems one or another is the “recommended “ way, I get confused. Having to change passwords almost constantly and with other Government organizations that have different rules (Medicare, MyPay and others), not to mention Banks, Investments, etc. each on with different rules and time frames in which to make or change passwords, I am ready to just throw out the whole thing.

Find your Rex. The app is great for seeing your history and current status of you Rx. Allows you to order and see where other orders are in shipment.

Continuously signing in. Would be nice to use the app if I didn’t have to login to DS Connect, Authentication, multiple text messages and then have to do it over and over in a continuous loop. I get a glimpse of the app but that’s it. Make this easier for veterans to login and get the refill they need.

Dependable. They try very hard.

Fast and Easy Request. This is the way is should be for getting medication for veterans. Easy and fast from automatic shipping system.

Not all medication appear on refill menu. Not all my medications appear on the refill menu. Some current and active medications are missing from the list of meds.

Easy. Easy to see active prescriptions and order refills. I’ve been using this for several years and am very happy with how smoothly it works.

prescription services. The VA prescription services RE first class. The refill ordering process is simple and delivery is on time.

Renewal issue. Renewal issue - there’s no easy / or any way to request a renewal of a prescription. If there’s no refills left , the application and or website has no direct/ easy way to request a renewal.

Decent app. This is a decent app I just wish you would set it up for facial recognition

Sign-in. The sign-in process has become a monstrosity. It used to be better, before there were multiple ways to sign in, all leading … … to further confusion. How about making one safe, secure way to sign in for all of the VA, and then porting all the methods into one and be done.

Difficult. This app is difficult to use. It tells you too many times that you have put in the wrong information. Also, when it comes to connecting through, might that help video is very difficult. Need to make this app a little bit simpler, because some of us vets don’t have the patience. It’s frustrating, it’s nerve wrecking, trying to figure it out.

Awesome app. , I’ve been going to the VA for over three decades. I just got this app within the last 8 to 10 years and it is really nice. I can send a message over to anyone, my doctor, my dentist, and physical therapy, etc. I highly recommend this app if you go to the VA!

Easy ordering. Easy ordering refills with this app.

VA Rx Refill app. We were told in September ‘23 that we would HAVE to use this app exclusively to refill all of our prescriptions. It is to laugh. It’s for refills only, yet a complete inventory of current prescriptions does NOT pull up in the app, requiring the veteran to use the old standard “MyHealtheVet” site. MyHealtheVet has enough of its own problems (and isn’t even an app), but this app is about as useless as a third broken leg. I’ll go back and check it out once a month to check for possible improvements, but I’m not expecting anything. The app developer should really consider a hard reboot.

RX. This is an awesome site easy to use and I have it everywhere I go.

Pharmacy. This doesn’t work at all! It doesn’t pull up any prescriptions for me at all! The RX app doesn’t have any of my medication on it that can be refilled. I can’t send and receive messages on the new app and tell someone from there send me a message first. My primary care physician is not even on that app. It is very difficult to look up medical history and to refill medication and to send and receive messages. I can hardly do it at all. The L app was very easy to use. It’s a shame you switched. Please fix this somehow. You have made it so difficult to get my medication and to talk to my doctor that it’s a tragedy.

VA continues to fail Veterans. The VA continues to allow red tape and politics far outweigh any concern they actually have for Veterans. The various apps frequently do not work. People cannot get their prescribed medications, including mental health medication which they rely on for minor things, like not having suicidal ideations. While there are a few VA employees that seem to care about veterans and actually want to help, the VA as an organization fails veterans so consistently, that it is a benchmark of humor and US failed bureaucracy. The VA systematically provides substandard care and poor services to a point that would inspire litigation if they were a private organization that could be held to any amount of accountability. My experience with the VA is the reason I, as a Veteran, highly advise younger generations to stay away from the military, because they will not be cared for and no actual help will be provided, even for service-connected injuries the USG admits responsibility for which will negatively affect the rest of your life. You’re on you’re own because the VA cares more about broken compliance and red tape than they ever have about any serviceman.

Can’t refill my prescriptions. At least 1/2 of my meds I am taking do not show up on your list. Why use this app if I just have to use your messaging option anyway to get the meds I need?

RxRefill app. Excellent, and easy, way to monitor and refill my prescriptions. When I am asked what medications I take, I open the app and show the medical professional asking the question.

Ordering Rx’s online. I find the Online ordering for my prescriptions to be very easy, less that 5-minutes and I done!

Smooth Sailing. Site makes refilling my prescriptions a breeze. Much easier than phone and browser.

On line prescription refills. This program is great. Refills are refilled very quickly usually within just a few days. App is easy to negotiate thru.

Crashed first attempt to log in and now locked up. This app crashed the very first time I attempted to log in and then just locked up. I really seem to have a ton of trouble with the VA apps. I’m sure it’s all of the security they build into things but it doesn’t help me to be so secure I cannot even access any of my information myself.

VA Supporting the Greatest. Great for VA helps us get meds delivered to rural areas. Love how the system works. Hope apps likes these continue to advance and help our nations greatest.

Why the change?. Why change what worked great? Not notifying veterans of this change is about the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. The app is hard to find, it doesn’t look like a government page. Sign in stinks. I used to sign into MYHEALTHEVET and have all my medical information at my fingertips. Now I have 3 apps to search through to find information that was easy to find.

Love the mobility and flexibility. I love that I can do all my VA Needs via my phone. Much more convenient and easier that calling or emailing someone.

Lousy app useless. This app works for requesting refills only. It gives no information regarding if the refill request was received, or, if the Rx is being filled. All the app will give is a refill date, as in, when it’s due for refill. It does not give real time refill status. And, tracking is also useless. Basically, the app lack true refill usefulness.

Great service. If I can get logged in during daytime hours this is so useful. Problem is I usually have to wait for the evening to log in

You’ve come a long way!. Been going to Providence VA Since 1973, it was by far (TERRIBLE!)today some 50 years later ,it’s as good if not one of the best hospitals in the country! (THIS YOU CAN NEVER DISAGREE!)

Review. This website is absolutely horrible. Not user friendly and how do you expect an elderly person to use this if a computer expert can’t even get it to work. It shouldn’t be this difficult to order your medicine. HORRIBLE APP!!!!!! And furthermore you can’t even leave a review because all the nicknames are taken…

Absolutely impossible to use. This app is absolutely impossible to use. We have three generations of people helping to get this app figured out. Two generations highly computer/technology literate. Still impossible. How do they imagine an elderly not-so-computer literate veteran to use this independently? Garbage. Avoid the app at all cost. Stick with the antiquated automated call in system. Save yourself the hours of frustration.

Typical VA App. I tried the app. Simple, clicked the box for the med of interest , hit submit , all good! NOT! Never received medication, tried in my HealtheVet but was not allowed to resubmit. Took 4 more calls of being disconnected for someone finally to say they would contact my provider. 🤷‍♀️ C’mon VA, you should have the state of the art, or at least don’t use us as Guinea Pigs to beta test your sub par processes.

Helps out. Being able to reorder my prescriptions like this, really helps out. It makes it easy to do.

Discontinued meds no options. There is no option for medication I take on a regular basis that goes into discontinued or I cannot refill it for whatever known reason. I cannot ask for it to get refilled through this app. So now I have to go into messenger on my healthy vet and send a message to my provider on prescriptions. I take on a daily basis.

I love it. This does what it’s supposed to AND it works. This is incalculably more easy to use than the phone system. And as long as SOMEBODY doesn’t sabotage the mail system it’ll be far easier & more streamlined to get my refills.

Classic VA trash. Just the absolute worst… Tried to view my Rx and got stuck in a log in loop… just insane amounts of frustration like anything with the VA. Blows my mind how nothing the VA produces to “help make things easier” actually makes things easier. Seems like their goal is to make things as frustrating as possible that way people don’t use the VA… 22 a day…

William M. 8891. The online/pharmacy is the most convenient thing ever!!! It allows us Veterans to not have to travel to pick up prescriptions, whether it’s one RX or 10 RX’s ! We all can appreciate this service, Just as the Government- and people of the US and Abroad, appreciated our service/ time spent on duty and what we did for this country!! Fingerprint Sign-in.. Great app other than having to get texts etc. The VA Sign-in app for messages, appointments, etc. has fingerprint sign-option. Thank you. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Staff does a SUPER JOB. I get my Meds on time and delivery is right to our mail room in our condo building! Just how more relaxing is It not to fight traffic/weather just go to elevator rid down Meds are there!

Too many Bugs. Using an iPhone 12 Mini, my user name is all lowercase and this App keeps changing the first letter to uppercase. Also “Return” to previous screen (arrow at top of page) does nothing at all. There is no way to log out of this App except to terminate the App. I will continue to use the slightly better laptop version.

If this is easier I’d like to see what the VA believes is more difficult!. I can’t believe how long it took me today just to log in to see my prescription list & order refills….I don’t know but 20 minutes seems pretty overly difficult….

Prescription refill app. Excellent, quick, easy to use, saves everyone time.

VA app. Why can you not see the entire list of medications at one time like before to see which ones are actively being refilled and ones that need to be refilled? The process of ordering medications is so much slower having only a tiny part of the screen as a viewing area, viewing one Rx at a time, rather than seeing the entire medication list at once. NOT A FAN!!!!

Cannot log in. I recently downloaded this app to see if can use it but for some reason when I log in it shows error and only gives me the option to dismiss the message then it takes me back to the login screen. Not sure if the app is optimized for iOS 14 or not but man I could really use this app. Ordering refills by phone is tedious at times and this is the perfect shortcut for iOS users. Please fix this.

Easy!. Really easy to use. Has all your prescriptions in one place with all the information about them.

Works okay - login would be easier with FaceID. It’s much easier than having to go to the VA website. But having to authenticate through the VA website each time is still cumbersome. We should just be able to authenticate once and then unlock the app with FaceID.

Fast easy way to track your meds. Keeping track of your supplies, pending orders, and tracking the packages. Great app. Easy to use.

Nice when it works.. When you’re able to authenticate, reordering prescriptions is quite convenient. Unfortunately, about two thirds of the time, that doesn’t actually happen. The app is more frustrating than it probably should be, but you get what you pay for with government healthcare.

Works Great. Not sure what the issue is with everyone else. Worked fine for me. Downloaded. Logged in with my VA ID. Ordered my prescriptions. All in about 5 minutes including the download. I like it.

Online Rx refill. I have spent the last three days unsuccessfully to refill some prescriptions on the new, “Easy to use” refill app. Still unable to. In addition, I’ve had no luck using my Premium MyHealthEVet website! I realize you are busy and things will take longer to process and ship. The patient representative taking my info and and processing my request’s prescription number, Rx name, etc tells me request will be submitted. However, after a week passes with no delivery I have to repeat the process and hope it will be processed and delivered. It’s too bad all of these new features supposed to ease our appt and Refill Requests but I am unimpressed and more frustrated. Thank you in advance for your help.

So Easy & Convenient. I love this app. It is so easy to update and renew my prescriptions. I can’t imagine renewing my prescription being any easier. Thanks.

I love the VA medical system. The optometrist discovered that I have chronic dry eye disease. That has been a life saveri don’t jacket moderate dry eye I have server dry eye and it’s torture when I don’t have eye lubricating drops. Thank you VA! Sincerely, Brian Bodine Garlin

So slow. Too much trouble trying to get info on this app. I was so happy to see this app so I can check on my meds, but it hardly ever works.

Not worth my time. Your security has made my health e vet unable for me. The system cannot verify my cell phone, yet the va calls my cell for appointment reminders. Now the only way i can order prescription refills is by phone. I really hope you haven’t messed that up as well, I just might have to quit using the va health care system.
