Simply does not work. I have downloaded and redownloaded this app and it does not work. I filed a complaint about this app before my June Qatar trip. Here I am now about to depart on Qatar again and wishing to be able to use the reportedly neat features of Orxy One. When I select Profile it just closes out the app or allows you to enter your name and record locator then closes the app. It does not work!

Another great innovation from Qatar Airways!. Love the fact that I can watch trailers to see what options I have on my next flight. And great to be able to download magazines! Easy to use, intuitive navigation.

No worky. Doesnt work as advertised. Im clearly within my seven day flight and my booking code works with the other app.

Rubbish. Title says it all

Unable to log in. The app and service is a great idea. I love that I can easily browse media prior to my flight. However, the best features are unavailable as I’m unable to log in using my Booking Ref No and Surname. ‘Failed to add booking. Unknown error occurred....’. I attempted to contact via the App Store for app support. But it directs you to the Qatar website contact page and there is no option to select App as your query. Whilst I could select one of the other options I can’t imagine I’d get a response prior to my flight tonight. Hopefully something can get sorted for my return flight! :)
