Useless app. Decided to update my flight unfortunately after I selected the new flight , it kept showing an error then asked me to call , I had to make a call to do changes and to wait for more than 90 minutes, why do you spend too much money on apps and websites since we had to call customer service and wait for a long time and whoever answered the phone didn’t have any knowledge instead of changing the flight she decided to do the rebooking again and charging me an extra $1800 . Needs to hire more professional and knowledgeable team members especially World Cup is next year and better be ready. Then I told her I can go to another airline and pay less her answer was it’s up to you so I told her to cancel my tickets .

Worst airlines ever. First of all the web application is so slow. It takes hours to open something on the app. Worst crew members worst management. I was travelling from Los angeles to ahmedabad via doha. At the Los Angeles airport the pilot waited for 8 passengers for 2 hours and the flight attendants told everyone who had a connecting flight that the connecting flights will also be delayed. At the doha airport all the connecting flights departed and didnt wait for anyone. They rescheduled our tickets for the next day without any accommodations at the airport. So we had to stay at the airport for 24 hours without any accommodations and the attendants told us that we cannot do anything about it instead of apologizing to the customers.

The worst app ever. So QA will spend millions on advertisement, for their brand, but their app and website is the worst you can imagine. In 2023 YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO REQUEST FOR ANY CHANGE RELATED TO YOUR BOOKING. Imagine that! It is also part of the service, I fly mostly with business and experience doesn’t start from the flight, it’s from the point of BOOKING - where customer paid. I have no clue how they are still winning awards, it’s impossible to miss that huge part of online booking/managing experience! Did you pay for those award??? they have to get dropped down to the bottom with low coaster where they have better UX. In 2023 not serving customers online means you gonna die soon, good luck Qatar Airways FOR DEVS - always gives me an error when: - managing booking - changing the dates - cancellation issue ( you won’t see your refund you have to follow up with a call) Does QA have even developers? Or thousands of marketeers to bait the customers instead?

Best Airline, Worst App. 1) CONSTANT LOG IN. To view points, one must log in. (Understandable.) To toggle between features (profile--> my preferences) AFTER being logged in, the system has you log in again, then stops at the logo with the "please wait" message. After 90+ seconds of NOTHING, I go back, and suddenly I have to log in again. ENABLE FACE ID/stop making users constantly log in to access their account info. 2) ADJOINING QSUITE. There is no way to select adjoining QSuite in the middle of the plane on the app. One must call. Whom? I don't know: the only 24/7 phone is in Doha, and the U.S. #s are Mon-Fri, during a time frame WITHOUT A SPECIFIED TIME ZONE. ENABLE 24/7 CHAT CAPABILITIES ON THE APP. By far, the WORST app for the "most celebrated airline in the world."

Bad travel. My family and I recently traveled on Qatar Airways between Erbil, Iraq and Washington, DC via Doha, Qatar. We feel we were unfairly treated by local airline staff in Erbil on our return trip date, and as a result were required to purchase an additional return flight for our family of 4. I am writing to request that Qatar Airways listen to my request and consider how to make it right. We purchased 4 round trip tickets between Dulles (IAD) and Erbil (EBL) On August 17, 2021 we arrived at the Erbil International Airport 1 hour 15 minutes prior to our departing flight. Upon arrival, we were told by a Qatar Airlines employee that the flight was already closed and we were not going to be allowed entrance to the flight. This flight was at 4:20AM departure and we arrived QATAR AIRWAYS lobby in Erbil airport with our children at 3:05AM. This is plenty of time to get through baggage and check in for the flight at the Erbil airport and we made sure to check with local residents to confirm our arrival time. With no explanation, this Qatar employee denied us entry to the flight and would give us no further information. We sat at the airport watching as the plane sat on the tarmac. Along with 2 other families, we were not allowed to board the flight. As a result of this unfair treatment, we had no choice but to remain in Erbil, go to the Qatar Airways offices in Erbil, and purchase 4 additional return ticket change vouchers which cost us an additional fee.

Overall its very bad experience. Overall it’s very bad experience from buying tickets to check-in using the app, then meeting the crew on the airport & trying to communicate with customer service through the application. You can’t get help when u need it. They have applications that doesn’t contact you with customer service when you have an emergency. Informations provided not accurate & each employee on the airport has a different opinion. It was a big mistake to choose Qatar airlines. I paid $243 extra for a wrong informations.

Useless App. I downloaded the app as the email I received pointed me to download the app in order to manage my booking. When I entered my booking reference number and surname , it registers but then nothing / no booking appears. So you can’t do anything on the app really. Going to the website , as soon as you click manage booking, it is game over too. Slow unresponsive UX and obviously shows as little effort as possible is put into the customer journey once someone buys a ticket. This is my experience BEFORE even getting on the plane so my expectations are at the lowest possible level. I’m giving the app 1 star as it won’t allow me to give zero , which is what it should get.

App has potential if completely overhauled!. This app has bugs, glitches, and information that is uploaded seems to disappear. I’ve been flying with Qatar airways for many years, and I am sad to make this review about the app because their in-flight service is so great. I ONLY book flights through the app using my privilege club account, and recently when I attempt to reserve seats, request a special meal, or upgrade to business class, the app and the website give me errors such as “incorrect name” or “you did not book the flight through Qatar Airways…” excuse me? Yes I definitely did! I have a traveling partner who needs a business class reclining seat due to a major surgery and there is no option anywhere to upgrade like there usually is. Qatar Airways, You Can Do Better!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!. The service of this company is horrible, the flight was scheduled to depart at 11:06 am, and I arrived at the airport more than one and a half hours before that time. However, your employee at the boarding desk was preoccupied with a video chat with a family member. He refused to check my already online-checked-in ticket and to check in my suitcase, instead suggesting that I book another ticket today while he continued his video chat. As a result, I completely missed my flight. I had a very terrible experience and request a full refund.

Normal airline, terrible customer service. After booking a multi-city trip, I realized that Qatar Airways’ website glitched and booked one of the legs incorrectly. I immediately contacted them to get it changed but they said I must pay a service fee of $15 per person per flight. Their website advertises FREE change of flight - this is deceptive and wrong. I know it’s a small fee, but it’s the principle. I’ve contacted multiple times and they seem to not care at all. They won’t even give a small voucher, upgrade, nothing. The flights themselves are fine - but unfortunately, I won’t use them again because they do not treat me well. 0/5 stars.

Refund not received - waiting for over 2months now. I booked a flight on this Qatar app the beginning of October. Unfortunately I had to cancel the flight the very next day. The flight was for the end of October. Long story short… I received a confirmation email for the cancellation stating I’d have to wait 28 days to receive my full refund. It is now the 11th of December and I still have not received a cent!!! I’ve been trying to reach Qatar airlines literally every week and I’m told to be patient to this day I have totally lost my patience I NEED MY REFUND!!!!!!

Terrible airline. Qatar airlines is possibly the worst airline I’ve ever traveled with. Their customer service is terrible and handled so poorly; they take no ownership of any issues. I had a flight from JFK to Qatar and there was an issue with the ticket number. They couldn’t figure out the issue and continued to say the same automated response and blame the issue on something else. They were truly the worst customer service. If you have any option, stay away from this airline. It’s terrible service, flight is average, the app interface is awful. So bad I wouldn’t give any stars

Worst baggage service ever.. I booked a flight with Qatar airways to Abuja, Nigeria through ASAP tickets, and I regret doing this because as of today which is 4th day after my arrival, my baggages still did not make it to Abuja, Nigeria. My first flight was from MCO to JFK which was scheduled for 7:44pm for my next connecting flight from JFK to Doha, Qatar scheduled for 1:AM depart and my last flight from Doha, Qatar to Abuja, Nigeria scheduled for 2:50AM next day. Due to the delay by JetBlue airlines the connecting flight was missed. And JetBlue gave my a new ticket from JFK to Frankfurt, Germany and then to Abuja, Nigeria. However, my checked-in bags were already sent to Doha, Qatar. Upon arrival, I made a claim with Qatar baggage service and it’s 4days after I’ve still not been able to get my bags from Doha, and all efforts to get the airline has failed. They never pick their calls and you spend endless hours on their answering machine. I won’t recommend this service for anyone except you want to be frustrated. They mode of communication is the worst ever.

Don’t trust the app. The app showed me my flight is rescheduled and I called the contact center and they told me my flight is moved to a day earlier. I couldn’t make it to airport on the new date so they rescheduled it for a day after. Then I checked their website and saw my original flight is still available for reservations. I called the contact center and they said my flight was not changed in the first place. They asked me to pay for changing the ticket to original one as they didn’t trust me claiming about the app. After 2 hours on the phone they gave my original ticket back and guess what, the app again showed my flight is rescheduled to a day earlier. I called them again, they told me you should always check website and not the app and my flight is fine. I wouldn’t trust their app. It cost me half a day on the phone and lots of stress.

Seat selection Glitch. I have to say the app is good, however it needs work and be just discovered a bug with seat selection. Once you select a seat and you try to change the seat number for another one, the app deselect your original seat and fail to select the new seat. I’ve tried this several times. Especially if you’re having a connecting flight view Doha. If you select the seat for the first time, it works great. But if you decide to change your seat for one leg of your trip, it glitches. It selects the new seat, and deselect the other leg that you didn’t make any changes to. Please developers, fix this asap. It’s highly important.

Surprisingly bad for a world-class airline. The app is extremely cumbersome, slow and buggy. Most operations seem to take place in a browser-like atmosphere rather than a self-enclosed app environment. It didn’t automatically link my trips based on my name (I had to manually input my booking reference number even though I was logged in and the app “knew” who I was, something that almost all other airline apps do automatically) and basic operations like checking in take a long time because the app doesn’t store any personal information, requiring the filling out of multiple forms. I finished checking in only to find out that there’s no mobile boarding pass available, and I was emailed a PDF of my boarding pass, only to find out that it’s not even a boarding pass and I’d have to get the pass at the airport anyway. Spirit Airlines should not have a better app than Qatar Airways, and that should definitely be a source of shame. Edit: Now the Privilege Club section is completely non-functional. It logs me in with my Touch ID, spazzes out for a few seconds and then kicks me out. So far there’s not really anything I’ve discovered that this app is actually useful for.

The app still lacks of improvement. I had to reset my password, and when i fixed it the app won’t let me login..Saying “Something went wrong: Please login from our website” Why can’t you keep your app in normal working condition? It also won’t let select my seats when i come back from Armenia..It just doesn’t work from there..idk why..It was always like that ever since i started traveling with Qatar Airways..I always have to contact you via facebook to select my seats from Armenia to Doha and to Los Angeles..

Best airline ever. Qatar airways always be there for you while other airline wasn’t . The beginning of the pandemic while other airliners were stop running but Qatar airways take you where ever you go as long as the border was open.. and don’t forget it service was marvelous ever. Thank you Qatar Airways, I’ll fly with you again soon

Speed and bugs. This app certainly makes it easier comparing the really slow QA website. But during past coupe of days I have noticed a few issues - when booking somehow the page size was not right on iPhone and there was no way to select meals and save. - when clicking on the map of Doha Airport the app shuts down after a few seconds of nothing opening. - there is no place to contact support through a chat or email on the app. What if my phone does not have reception when I am in the airport?

Worst service I could have dreamt of! They are just pathetic. Hello THIEVES! I thought worst part was over after I got the information that my bag was found in Miami and will get delivered soon (this is after Qatar made me miss my flight, did not provide me accommodation, did not deliver my bag for 20 days, did not provide me reimbursement from bag delay or accommodation when they made me miss my connection which was booked together and then my domestic connection booked separately). But NO! Qatar shocked me again by taking things out of my bag before delivering it and I’m not even sure what all did these guys take out. Chocolates were not delivered. Protein was not delivered for sure. Not sure what other things did WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD take out from my bag (which should be deemed as a THIEF but I suppose people don’t report it enough). Not to talk about worst customer service. I don’t expect any support from you THIEVES on this knowing you would not at all help me ever (because I’ve been trying to connect and request support for last 23 days), but still sending this feedback here on App store.

The app doesn’t function when you need it the most. Trying to check in online is a mess! When check-in windows open, it does not allow you to check in. It’s like the app is confused as to when it should let you check in certain time it lets you check in, but you are greeted with “We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” No matter how many times you try 99% of the time you’ll get this message. Either make an app that works or don’t make an app at all! Waste of time and energy!!!!!

Amazing app, but football graphics make it unreliable. It is an amazing app. Has worked perfectly for many years. However, over enthusiastic implementation of football graphics have made this app unreliable. I had to buy an international ticket with another airline, when this app got stuck. I really wanted to travel with Qatar,. I hope they hire some competent SREs to fix this app (and website) reliability issues that arose lately.

The worst customer service. I see the reviews Shows 5 star I try to travel with Qatar Airline there’s no customer service available at lax airport treat customer like the stone ages , this company needs a shakeup in their management and customer relationship to provide faster customer service and a valid phone number in the USA ( if you have an issue you have to wait tell all the passengers Bord & then the customer service person tell you will help you in customer service in the ticket station , you go to their customer service station you will find 300 people in line in front of you with their luggage You have to wait till your term you get to desc for help the manager leaves you and go help other customer with their luggage and never come back you request your luggage you have to wait 3 hours tell they provide it to you and all this you stuck in deferent airport you have to book your ticket back where you start your flight at your own expanses all this and I been trying contact customer service for one hour now and still waiting bad customer service They should be stopped from operating in USA if they don’t provide better customer services to meet the consumer service.

Mrs. Traci King. My family and I flew to Phuket, Thailand using Qatar Airways in April 2022 and we had a wonderful experience there and back. The airline attendants are amazing and very attentive. We each had our own QSUITE and it was a First Class experience of a lifetime. I highly recommend flying with Qatar Airways. It is really hard for me to fly on any other airlines right now after such royal treatment!

Booking with Qatar airways. I had a very bad experience with Qatar airways I was booking from the app a trip and I put all my informations and payment informations I push pay and suddenly page start loading for long time and after that I see error sorry your trip can not be found I did not receive any email about my trip or about travel informations or my trip number… nothing then I thought payment did not go through because something wrong in the app so I try again and again but no way same problem. Next day I found out that they charge me money for ticket I did not book i call them they said you do not have ticket your booking not complete but they took the money!!! Why??? If I did not buy anything from you and in your system I have no ticket how you charge me?? For nothing?? It took almost two week to try to get my money back but finally it is on the way to my card. Still waiting. I will never book with Qatar airways online anymore.

Doha to Jfk. I traveled from Doha to Jfk on march 9 th 2023 . Flight was so big huge. traveled in economy class. They serve food so late & food was not good & not enough . After they serve as a snacks cold pizza the pizza test was horrible. Flight attendant were not helpful at-all . My granddaughters traveled with me 5 & 3 years old. They were hungry throughout the flight. Rest seats were okay enough legroom. Please improve the food quality & & please serve timely manner

So far not impressed. Downloaded the app after I booked a flight and Qatar Airways was part of the route. I’m still unable to book my seats or even find anything to click on for seats. Everything online says “manage bookings” but nothing. Looks like others have the same issue so I tried the site on a desktop computer and it wasn’t any better. Tried contacting them in some of their social media sites and still no response. Tried calling and sat on hold forever until I finally hung up. They do not have a call back function or online chat. Even some of the links within the app cause it to crash repeatedly. It’s sleek and could be very user friendly if it actually worked or if you could get anyone to answer and help. I’ve never flown this airline before but if their app is any indication of their quality of service it’s going to be a long flight.

Garbage app. Qatar Airways app is pure trash, you can only do certain things on the website but you can’t do them on the app and vice versa. On top of that anytime you try to do anything it crashes. Then when you finally get to where you need to it’s taking you 20 minutes longer. Their system is not cohesive at all and dealing with customer service on the phone or via the chat is some of the most frustrating experiences. For an airline that is supposed to be so luxurious, everything about them is in the Stone Age. From their airport terminals to the websites

Very Slow and crashes. Please do something about the god awful slowness and crashes of this app. When the app works, it is absolutely amazing. The UI is very user friendly and fairly easy to navigate. However, even with that being the case, there’s not much utilization when the applications performance itself is subpar. I utilize Qatar Airways on a regular basis and would greatly appreciate it if this matter was rectified. Thank you

This Airline is not the best airlines anymore, be caution when considering it for your travel. I would say Qatar Airways is just one star airline. They exhibited discriminatory behavior. When I mentioned I was heading to Kathmandu, they began questioning me. They informed me that I couldn’t bring my computer bag on top of my hand-carry, as it needed to be under 7 kg, including the computer, while my work computer alone weighs around 5 kg. I also had a book to read and needed extra clothes for a day long transit. After insisting on removing my computer bag, they allowed me to proceed. I was going on vacation, with DFW as my starting point, and I encountered discrimination, ill intentions, and disrespect from Qatar Airways. Please exercise caution when considering Qatar Airways for your travels.

Baggages late on borg elarab. Baggages on your flights to alexandria borg elarab dont come on the same flight..this happens to travellers everyday ..when we complain u said whats the problem it will come next day or after 2 days ..i dont know why this happens its direct flight not transit ..this is not acceptable to me i paid double the price i would pay on another airways to not be put in this problem ...my town is 5 hours travelling from alexandria ..i cant go home then travel again to airport to take baggages then go home again ..this disrespect for people that we would never accept

Truly the worst airline and the worst app. I’m regretting choosing Qatar airways because of how terrible everything is. I have a flight in 20 hours and I literally can’t check in because the app says “it’s not within the 24hr window”. The support chat literally does not load. Every agent on the phone sounds like they are calling on an old timey Edison phone from ye olde 1897, or possibly via a tin can and some string. I have never seen an airline that is so remarkably bad at customer service, even before flying with them.

No room on upgrade mistakes. Terrible and awful customer service. If I wasn’t forced to fly this airline, I never would again but my Company forces it. They offer a $500 upgrade on a 45 minute flight and will not offer a refund or even a voucher for a later flight and it is extremely unclear which leg this upgrade is for. The food is awful and the seats are like cardboard and very cramped. I highly recommend any other airline for this long of a flight even if it costs more.

What Happened - OTP nonsense. Could not purchase on the app, had to use a computer. Did not recognize my frequent flyer number even though I had the card in front of me & was logged in with it. The worst is this new OTP nonsense. One time password- you only have two options, every time you log in or every transaction. Added headache & nonsense. My phone already requires my face & my computer my thumbprint. What a hassle especially if you are at an airport stressed out or worse don't have internet access. You have gone too far. I purchased this time but will look into alternate airlines with less hassle & more operational friendliness.

Always touching the starts. Honestly Qatar airlines is the only airlines that care about the customer give him the best experience of flying best service they have best option of refunding best option of changing your date of traveling. They have many other things I can’t even see it all and the other airlines they don’t have even half of what Qatar Airways do for us. Thank you, Qatar Airways I feel privileged flying with you ❤️

Painful. Painful enough to want to leave a review. Logs you out half the time. During checkin, makes you fill out information you’ve already filled out. Let’s you fill in emergency contact, but won’t let you leave the form until you realize you have to “Edit” your personal info, by tapping Edit. When you come back out of there, your emergency contact info is gone. Session timeout while you’re literally still typing. Then you have to start over on a lot of things. Loses you booking reference info often. Type it in all over again. Seriously? Won’t let you check in even though it says flights to/from the US only open for checkin within 24 hours. It’s less than 24 hours to departure. That goes on all day long. Then, mysteriously, you can checkin. Error messages completely wrong for the context. Don’t match what you are doing. “Connection errors” all the time. There’s no problem with the connection. Google works just fine.

Seat selection glitch on website and app. QR seat selection is a mess. I select my seats through the app or the website. I get a confirmation email and then the next day I check. The seats are unassigned. Tried calling costumer service several times with no use as there is a communication problem with the agents and sometimes misleading info. This application glitch needs to be resolved. This is my first time and last time flying with Qatar as it’s giving me a nightmare especially flying with 2 kids.

I don’t even want to give this app 1 whole star... I am unable to view my trips. Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, power cycle restart, downloaded latest updates, I did everything but nothing works. I tried from my iPhone and iPad, just not possible. This is the annoying message I see every time I attempt to open it “UNFORTUNATELY MY TRIPS CANNOT BE ACCESSED RIGHT NOW. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER”. I have been traveling my whole life but this is my first experience with Qatar airways app and it’s horrendous. I have used apps of almost every airline and none of them have ever given me this issue. This is why this app is completely useless to me, I’ll have to print out my boarding pass like a peasant.

Excellent Update. The app is getting very much better now than before with the new updates, although i only one hope wish they can do is when there are late flight at least they should tell us and notifications from this app better than going there and had to wait 5 hours extra .... but to be honest before it was trash really trash app but they learned and start to get better and better .. bravo 👽✌️

Deceptive voucher Terms and Conditions, Proceed with Caution. I recently had an experience with the qatar app that left me feeling quite disappointed. While the app seemed promising at first, I uncovered a hidden catch in their terms and conditions that left me frustrated. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that qatar only issues vouchers after a lengthy waiting period of 7 to 14 days. This information was not prominently disclosed, and it felt like a sneaky move to delay compensation. Additionally, they attempted to entice users with a seemingly generous 10% voucher offer, which, in reality, doesn’t make up for the inconvenience and delayed resolution. In summary, be cautious when using the qatar app. The hidden terms and conditions can leave you waiting longer than expected for any resolution, and the 10% voucher offer may not be as enticing as it seems. Transparency and user-friendliness are crucial aspects of any app, and qatar falls short in this regard.

Disappointed in Qatar Airlines. We reserved a business class seat months ago from Delhi, Doha, Miami. We had a hotel so that we could enjoy the extended layover in Doha. Then the country closed down completely for anyone that doesn’t have a World Cup ticket and special visa. The hotel canceled us, we have a 20 hour layover in Doha, cannot leave the airport, cannot stay in the lounge, and nobody cares. Qatar airlines will not change the reservation. It looks like we’ll be sharing the airport floor with thousands of others that have similar problems. And this is how the worlds best airline operates?

Not only 6 star. It is super star. My kids are coming from Pakistan first I got Saudia air line but they can not fly until December than I buy ticket from Ethaid he changed my flights 5 times I cancel their tickets with fine. So frustrating. App tells me my flight is changed without a notification through email or of any kind . I go on website and it says it’s the original date . I had to change all my plans ,appointments . Tried calling over and over again say for over an hour waiting on hold . App has no customer service to help you with their mistakes on this stupid app while I’m trying to figure if my flight is Thurs or Fri . After this don’t think I’ll fly Qatar in the future.

Very bad experience in Lebanon airport. We recently traveled from the U.S. to Beirut on Qatar Airways. On our way back to the U.S., the Qatari representative at Beirut international airport informed us we have to take a Covid test even after we told him we are already vaccinated. He insisted we have to take the test, otherwise he will not allow us to board the airplane. He referred us to a lab nearby where they charged us $200 per person. The lab technician took a swap and within few minutes informed us we tested negative. We later met some people traveling on the same flight who told us they didn’t have to do the Covid test. The lab refused to give us a receipt showing what we paid. It seems this was a scam by the Qatari representatives to take our money. This is totally unacceptable, unethical, and illegal.

I tried full website, mobile site and app but the special service and meal preference does not saves for second passenger in the same manage booking, If I try manage booking with second passenger’s last name then it saves for second passenger and removes from first passenger. This is not something you expect from a service at this level.

Always the same problem. Whenever or I should say most of the time that I want to connect with the app, it gives me the same answer that you are not connected to the internet, even though I have my cellular network connection. I do not know what is wrong with this app? I do not have this problem with other apps on my cell phone.

How come Best Airline with bugged app?. It is sad, really sad, to NOT be able to boom a ticket in less than 5 min with Qatar Airways app. It took me around 40 min until i have reached the privilege club assistant on phone who told me to try the website since the app wasn’t working. The website crashed to. In 2022 i should be able to click 3 times a get my ticket. Period. I had to postpone my booking. Thank God i don’t have a plane to catch today and im booking in advance. I guess i will have to go to an agency, like old old times.

It would be ok if it worked :(. It was ok to begin with and then they did an update and suddenly my reservation which was one week ahead was marked as completed, given a different reference number and was made inaccessible. Everything on the website was correct but the app was completely messed up. Reported it twice by phone and via form on their website , they told me to uninstall and wait 24 hours and reinstall. From the time of the guy I knew he had no idea what it was and was just trying to get rid of me , sure enough it did not fix anything. Not impressed with the service.

Worst airline and useless app. Airline customer service is nonexistent! This is the third time I’ve flown with them and will be my last! Flew from Doha to Dallas and had to go to the chiropractor the next day because the seats are like sitting on a board for 16 hours! I had taken shorter flights with them and thought they would have better seats ford international flights, they don’t! Some reason there are more small children on this airline than any I’ve been on. It looks like you been to a frat party as you leave the plane! I tried for two weeks to upgrade my seats prior to flight but could not do it over the app or online. Spoke with customer service and was told they were full. The trip back I couldn’t check in with the app had to check in with gate! While at the gate, another passenger and I asked for an upgrade. She said they had 2 available, we said we wanted them! She said $1450 cash only! I only had a few hundred cash on me! Same with the other guy! I checked with the purser on the plan and he came found me just before take off and said they had 4 upgrades available for $1450 cash! He said they couldn’t take a card on the plane only at the gate😳😳

One of the worse airline apps. I have found that the QR ios airline app is one of the worse that i have used. as a 250k miles+ annual traveler i have used many….. I started looking at Qatar Air as a replacement for much of my long haul. mostly because of reliability and service in the air. i am now having second thought on the airline and it’s hub DOH. the app does not seem to cache flight record data. meaning if you have zero tcp/ip connectivity you cannot see your current flight details in the app. yes they might be stale, but seeing what time your flt is tomorrow is useful. do do anything meaningfully requires IP connectivity. they should change that i have now spent an hour with the app and it still will not show my current flight record. i have had this problem in the past and it magically fixed at some random point in the future. i have restarted the phone, updated to the latest version via app store, logged out and logged back in. added my eticket number. added my PNR. all with zero success why must an app and thus its developers and company create a system that highly frustrating to us. As a revenue biz class customer. It Should Just Work!!! Other airline apps do. then you have the wi-fi problems at OTHH. but that is another saga…..! in the end i pay for reduced friction service and reliability. QR’s app in its current form does not provide that and that is a negative against future purchases.

The worst customer service and check in experience at Istanbul airport. 1-Disrespectful, lack of English basics, and irresponsible team at Istanbul airport.... MISSED the flight as result!!!! 2- unresponsive phone numbers all around the world!! 3- they would charge extremely expensive fare for one seat with up to US $8000 ( one adult $4000+ baby $4000 because it the last seat as he claimed!). “They take your money and leave a woman with her baby stranded in the transit area”.

Super Laggy. Would be a great app as it has many great features and a clean aesthetic. However, it is SUPER slow, and for several weeks now I haven’t been able to manage the ‘access booking’ tab, which I also haven’t been able to access on the website either. Super frustrating.

Completely un-functional. Finally reached the papyment page and now informed the payment is not able to be made for the the booking! Error descriptions are completely non comprehendible. Payment with drawls not calculating Avios deductions. Then not processing the payment. But conveniently was forced to pay an additional fee to hold my booking! Now following the link provided in the confirmation email to pay it online and what a suprise. Link doesn’t work. This company is scamming customers into paying additional fees.

Jonathan. Nothing but problems with their app. First anytime I tried to login, it would keep exiting the app not even allowing me to login. They put out an update a few days later. Finally after I was able to login, my flight details under my trips was showing the incorrect departure time then what was confirmed in the email as well as what would show if I went to manage my bookings. This would just cause confusion for many people. They really need to fix their app so it works properly and not cause so many headaches and frustrations.

Has potential. Personally, the app takes a long time to load. It feels very slow, and this is quite annoying. The interface was easy to use, and was very easy to use. The number of updates prior the flight could be increased, I wish the flight was updated more regularly as it shows on the airport screens.

21 hours transit - no accommodation and 1 meal only. I travelled with Qatar Airways, the experience was not good. I emailed them several times about accomodation and meal and they never replied me. They have lounges in the airport on sale and they want to make money on top of expensive tickets. I will not recommend anyone to fly through Qatar. They don’t care about customers at all.

Flight QR 1367 Packed to capacity Poor service. I flew from Doha to Johannesburg paid for a seat 16 J just behind first class. No space for my one piece hand luggage had to store it at seat 36 A when we landed I could not embark immediately everybody stood up so I could not reach my luggage until everybody was out of the plain!!! Full name when booking. Unfortunately when adding your middle name to the app, it doesn’t show up on your booking, which means the booking doesn’t match your passport. Please fix this ASAP as unable to update my name in the app or the account

App is unstable and often doesn’t work. App only showed half my trip then dissapeared and could not be re entered Like the service on the plane the outward trip was not as expected three minutes plus for an attendant and I’m in business , two salt shakers no wine had to remind for missing food items and other things , just terrible And the wine was simply awful ,

Best airline. The best airline I have ever traveled with. No other airline can beat the comfort and customer service that Qatar provides.

Paid for seat upgrades and did not receive them. So disappointed with Qatar airlines. Arrived at Sydney airport for our flight to Doha and was told at the check-in counter that the seats I had paid and extra $300 “had been sold” to someone else. The same story when we arrived in Doha for our onward flight to Athens. Since returning, after multiples emails, phone calls, I have received no response, no refund, nothing. I even escalated to Fair Trading, the airline did not respond to them either. I have never been treated so appallingly by any business. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!

Best airline. Qatar airways is the best airline by far! They have made every flight feel special even in economy. The flight crew are incredibly friendly and still very professional. This is an 11/10 airline and I would recommend them any day of the week.

Worst airline. From booking a ticket to board the flight, Qatar airways is the worst airline I have ever flown with. I had booked a return flight with Qatar but they cancelled my flight 2 weeks prior to actual flight. Since then, they couldn’t find any alternative flights for us. First, they booked me and my wife on different flights to different cities on different dates. I called customer service and told them my wife is pregnant and I have to accompany her, they asked for medical evidence for her pregnancy and after a week gave us flight. Again to different locations with 20 hours . The customer service is very unfriendly, they don’t even reply to your emails and put you on hold for up to 30 mins. Remind you tickets I booked costed me 3,000 USD each. I believe Emirates and Etihad airways are much better than this third class airline. Never flying with this airline. Booked with Sri Lankan airline. They are much better. Lastly, app is useless too. It crashes a lot.

Best service I have ever experienced!!. Absolutely fabulous and thoughtful staff. Outstanding hospitality. I flew over to Paris on Etihad and was vey disappointed. I can honesty say these two airlines couldn’t be further apart. I will never fly any other airline again. You have me forever.

Useless app. So, I thought I’d leave a review of the actual app which is the point of writing reviews on this site - write your reviews about the airline in a different, more appropriate, forum. I’ve attempted to login several times over a period of days. EVERY time I get an error message “An error occurred during processing” rendering the app useless. So no, I don’t recommend it at all. A waste of time.

Terrible website. QA’s website is beyond bad. I have tried to book a flight 5+ times and I keep getting random errors or a complete reset. I am also trying to use vouchers and when I do some come up with not valid or the fare is less than the voucher and will work for one person one time and not for them when I try to book again after an error.

Come on its the 21st century. Hey guys. Really?? You can't book or get quotes on multi city trips on this app that involves 3 or more flights. So a standard return to a destination where you want a stop over in Doha each way refers you to the desktop website. How old fashioned when your gulf rivals can easily handle it

App kept buffering whilst trying to upgrade. I received a special offer of an upgrade and whilst trying to avail of the upgrade the app kept buffering and would not allow me to complete the transaction. I tried to call the agent today to help me and they advised that I had to do upgrade online. By the time I got through all of this the offer disappeared. Very disappointed.

Business class from Australia to Dublin. Oh my, what a wonderful experience. From the minute we checked in to the time we arrived in Dublin we were treated like royalty. The staff went to a great deal of effort to grant us our every wish! We will travel with Qatar again.

Fantastic app , bug with seat selection. The app is faultless and best in the industry. Only four stars because of bug. Never encountered an issue, except for today - changing reserved seat selection on some legs. After moving through multiple flights booked for around the world , at end of process I’m asked to confirm that I have not reserved seats. Be sure to read the fine print because inadvertently my reservations would have been removed. Please fix developers!

Heartless air lines. I bought tickets for my Wife and two children from Dhaka to melbourne. Qatar airways canceled it 2 times mercilessly. Now, third booking is going on one and half months later from the original date. I am very worried about this booking as well. We have very short timeframe. Within time they have to arrive in Australia. They canceled it because tickets are economy class but there was tickets available for business class. They ask me to buy business class tickets, what i can’t afford.

Reasonable but buggy. App works well on most areas until you try and login to privilege club through your google account. Right after your google login the app send you back to the login page. If this worked I would have given it 5 stars but without access to privilege account it’s useless outside of checking your flight info.

Terrible App and terrible service. I booked a returned flight from Canberra to Rio de Janeiro, with a stop over Melbourne and Doha. Two weeks before my flight was due, I received an email saying that my flight from Canberra to Melbourne was cancelled with no explanation or alternative flight. I had to call to rebook my flight from an alternative company ( Virgin). On my way back, there’s another stop over in Melbourne, however the next flight is not due until the following day and they have not taken the care to book accommodation in Melbourne.

Terribly slow app. App takes so long to load anything at all. Seat selection doesn’t work, me and my partner tried to book seats for an upcoming flight about 8 times over the last 6 months and it never worked until the most recent attempt three weeks ago. Only it said it worked and our seats were confirmed, just to find it never actually worked and we are now stuck with sub par seats.

Why ruin previously a very good app. I don’t know what’s with the developers but 9/10 just have to mess up a perfectly functioning app. Any once great app has had this outcome. Qatar app was great. You could see live status: check in, boarding/boarded, in flight, time remaining on flight, relevant boarding gate number, etc. If you had family members travelling, this was great as you would know exactly where they are at. Now it only has two options “on time” and “in flight”. Well genius! Except that any online flight tracking website can tell me that. Can’t you just leave what works well?

Zero Star Airline. Qatar airline cancelled my both flights and rescheduled with the cheapest option. Customer service is terrible. Not answering emails after first time and when called their Doha office and complained they hung up on me. During flight experience was terrible too. We were sitting at the back row and every time they got to us we were told our preferred meal was not available and we had to choose something else. Do yourself a favour and book with Emirates, Etihad and Singapore airline, not this third class airline.

Best service. Fly from perth to Doha with QR901 on May 20th and had the best experience during my flight. Maria, the stewardess has been looking after me and make sure I was fine as I had been over exhausted and taking care of even to my next destination to Rome with QR131, Maria ensuring the next stewardess to checked if I’m okay and ensure I have a good rest and taking care of. qatar can not solve problems. I have paid my own taxi bills… I have to purchase new items and clothing due to lost luggage. I have been let down by qatar . No solution since October 2022 how long do i have to wait.!!!! I have been very very unhappy with qatar, this is a bundle of mistakes and faults from your side but no solution found to them yet ,am shocked… First my flight canceled qr901 nothing… you have done not a thing so far. Didn’t even offer a glass of water while we waited until 4 am in the morning standing in a queue not knowing what will happen. I had to pay for my own taxi to and from airport and plus the flight was original flight was18 hours it became 2 days and nothing… I have sent you my taxi expenses too…. nothing secondly my luggage lost and arrived 9 days later you have done nothing… not a thing so far…I had to purchase things and you do not even reply to my messages… I sent you my purchase list and expenses due to lost baggage…. nothing All i get a reply from chat help is i should wait my case still under investigation…. Could someone reply why is it taking this long.

Fantastic consistent service all round.. I have flown with Qatar a few times now, and they just improve each time. They have always ran on time, are incredibly organised, very friendly and genuinely attentive. I would definitely continue to fly with them into the future. The flight was half booked once and they separated us all out, so everyone had at least one seat separating them. This was very useful for a good rest and much appreciated by all. The airport is amazing, family friendly and extremely easy to navigate if travelling alone.

The best. Excellent airplane, the world no1 airline, I proud that I’m customer of Qatar airline. I prefer Qatar airline for who want to travel with family because it’s very comfortable airline.

Disappointed. Very disappointed, first time using Qatar and too many issue, first the app didn’t work with my booking reference number, second after staying 20 hours in transit they delayed the flight 3 more hours and third I tried to update to business class and nobody helped me, I tried phone, chat and in the kiosk.

Waste of time. This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Qatar is a great airline with great service, but the app is terrible. The touchID feature does not work. It will not accept your password half the time so you have to go through the process of resetting and even then you may not get in. Very frustrating and not in the least bit user friendly. Please fix this. It is costing you customers 👎👎👎

Changing my seating class. I’m looking for a business class seat with Qatar airline and either changing my seat class to economy or changes the airline to another carrier!! The reason I go to Qatar airline website is I want to book from this airline not others, I know we’ll enough other airlines websites.

Needs work. App is slow and buggy, it doesn’t feel refined. Some issues encountered include not being able to add boarding pass to wallet reliably, not recognizing my flight time, not auto my profile information or asking for same information again. Inability to get to “my trips” from main screen, no option for staying signed in on device, etc. It’s not a horrible app by any means, but certainly needs work.

Worst login experience. This app is not user-friendly at all. I tried to register with my Apple and Gmail accounts, but it didn’t work. The app was lagging when I tried to move from one tab to another.

App has glitches. The date section in the calculator to see how many points it would cost to purchase a reward seat doesn’t work. It won’t let you select or change the date and it’s set to the year 1969. Alternatively you can use the “book” section and choose “book an award flight.” You also can’t add a family member to collect points on their flights because the fields don’t work. You can add them on the QatarAirways website, however. I must say I am disappointed by the app but I do like Qatar Airways as an airline.

Very slow and freezes frequently. The app is really slow and freezes constantly. I had to try atleast 5 times to book my tickets because i had to start over again and again as the app crashed on me.

Flight linking. The ability to link flights to my profile is terrible. Also managing booking is mostly not possible via the app as there is always an error message when attempting to make flight changes

Great job with the App and Website. Wanted to say good job to the Qatar Airways iOS app and website development team. I’ve seen significant improvement with booking online via cash and points. The integration with British Avios points is done well. Keep up the good work!

This is really embarrassing. App is extremely buggy. Without exaggeration, its one of the worst apps I have used from a major a company. The bugs makes the app unusable, the kinds of app is something you would expect from a small developer not a multi million dollar company. What males things worse is that as of the day this review is written even the website has the same bugs. Now I am forces to visit a Qatar Airways office to make a booking.

Worst Service. I I will never recommend this Airways to anyone I am trying to see my brother who's suffering from End stage lungs cancer from July 18 till today July 29 they cancelled my 3 confirmed flights. Very bad service and when I am trying to contact with the office in Pakistan and in America nobody pick up the phone .i am trying my best to stay brother last time I have not seen him from last 10 years but because of Qatar Airways I am not able to make it yet.I was suppose to travel today .

Horrible system for flight change. Qatar is a great airline to travel on. Unfortunately To change a flight is an absolute nightmare with Qatar. The have a automatic system that quotes prices that constantly fluctuates. I accepted a price to change my flight a day earlier and within seconds they quoted me 4x the quoted price which I find absolutely unacceptable. It’s very shocking that a company quotes you a price that you agree then immediately changes the price after giving the quoted price that was agreed. Especially 4x the quoted price. From 440CHF to 2,050CHF. I do not recommend to travel with Qatar airways as it seems more of a scam and a bit of a rip off on its customers and clients. Great airline but just does not feel right to travel with them after this experience.

Best Airlines with mediocre app. Coming from tech background and an avid traveler. I fly with Qatar for their In-flight service and experience. But sadly I cannot day the same thing about the App. The App keeps logging me out and throws Session expired even though I’m in active session. This happens every time I try to modify my flight Also Invest in developing Native screens and API performance

Amazing airline ever I really really wanna try the Q-suite soon the best business class ever more like first class I always fly with u like when I went to Thailand and London even tho I always fly on economy it’s amazing and my dream is to fly with Qatar airways Q-suite

Cannot log into account. This app fails at it’s most basic function, allowing a user to log in to their frequent flyer account. For the past several weeks (perhaps this has been going on for longer than that) attempts to log in have been met with a “An error occurred during processing, please try again after some time” No amount of “trying again after some time” has corrected the issue. Hence the 1-star rating.

Great Airline Garbage app. This app is absolutely atrocious, and the website isnt much better. Tried changing around the meal plans for my sister on the flight we are taking (as she is a vegan) and had accidentally changed my meal instead to the vegan option. Rather than having a simple fix, the app locks me into choosing one of the special dietary restriction meals and prevents me from changing my sister’s meal plan. Meanwhile on the website the meal preference page doesn’t even load. Love Qatar airways but this app is stuck in 2010.

Worst airways. I booked a flight and when i went to check in they told me that my name isnt on the system and i couldnt check in and when i called them before the plain leaves they told me that i would get the whole ammount refundud but only quarter of it was refunded although the agent said that i would get the full amount refunded it is not safe to book with this airways amd i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Unresponsive navigation.. There are many links that are completely unresponsive and had to cancel all the transactions. Even adding family members to the my profile is next to impossible. Most annoying is whatever I’m typing is coming as white text and I can’t see anything. Hope you get these corrections to have better experience and smooth travel purchase.

Best Airline. In my opinion, it is best airline to fly with!! it has comfy seats and big entertainment screen. I recommended it if you can travel with it the flight attendant they are very nice and they have a good customer service.

Doesn’t work for US. This app, in addition to the QA website, doesn’t work for US phone numbers. My booking is available, but when I try to check it, a pop up window appears, requiring me to enter my contact info, which QA already has in my account. My email was pre-populated, but when I scroll to add a US phone number, it says the account is already in use. I can see part of my booking behind the pop up, but can’t enter w/out that annoying pop up & nothing will remove it.

Never Fly Qatar. Myself and my family will never ever fly again with Qatar Airways. The have made my wife and 10 year old son cry at the airport not letting them fly with valid passport and visa to attend my father’s funeral. Next day though they flew with no issues using the same flight, same passport and same visa. And the only explanation was visa issues are not Qatar Airways responsibility. How come you let them fly next day??? I would give them anything less than 1 start if I could.

Qatar airways. For me 1st best airline in the world so cheap compared to emirates and Singapore airlines 😀i always choose Qatar and I even have a flight with you in a week with my mom sister thanks for being such a good airline. And also I am a 10 year old our flight number is qr 599 🖐🏼 bye

The worst airline. The worst airline service in the world. I booked four tickets, one of them for an infant. When he informed me that there was a special seat for the infant, I was surprised when boarding the plane that there was no seat. When asked about the yacht, one of the employees came. He informed me that he wanted to cancel the special tickets, as I carried the infant for 17 hours. They do not have sufficient experience in the field of passenger service. They do not have any humanity, whether collecting money at any cost or not.

Good app, sometimes buggy. I really like this app I can keep track of my points and miles really easily, and I can book flights easily also, however it sometimes suffers from bugs and it is not optimized well for the iPhone X. Otherwise good app.

This app needs an update. This app is not user friendly at all. It never lets me log in, always makes me do it through the website which also isn’t user friendly. If I try to add a flight it will stay, but then when I close the app and go back, my flight is gone. It’s just useless and I cannot check in or anything.

App needs improvement. One of the best airlines but when it comes to using the app for flight management still slow with many problems, and not on same level compared to other airlines apps where its simple and quick to manage flights.

Always gets stuck. Somehow I always get stuck in any store of my booking, and then I end up either with the chat or call center. Why promote the app if it has so many flaws?

All about looks. App is all about looks and is full of bugs. You cannot properly check-in to the app because passenger details confirmation button is greyed out even if you provide complete information. Take ages to load and update even minor stuff. Bad design and integration. Would prefer using desktop website.

Aircraft Engineer …. Awesome QatarAirways, and the best airline in all aspects, no one can beat or challenge or defeat, nor take QatarAirways position in the aviation sector. QatarAirways has booked for themselves a position to set on the top of all airline in the world for long long long period of time 💯✅🥰👍💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Horrible experience. This Qatar app is poorly designed. It has many bugs. It is really slow in responses. If the developers who built this app is reading this review, please consider doing end to end tests with all the possible scenarios. For example when booking a ticket with a voucher, test for all the cases of voucher value. I would never buy a ticket from this Qatar app again. Horrible experience.

No idea why they win awards, absolutely none.. We were forced to wait in a boarding room with no bathroom or water for over 2.5 hours before the flight. No access to bathrooms or water? Before a flight? We were screened 3 different times, even INSIDE the gate, after 2 previous screenings. There are no information boards showing gate information if you come in on a transit flight from Cairo or another country. Upon exiting the last Qatar flight from Cairo, I was literally mowed down by the man behind me, who had an insistence to get in front of me. For no reason. I saw him waiting outside for his friend. I’m a woman, 68 years old, and NONE of this would have happened on Emirates or British or Turkish Airways. Fly them and save yourself the hassle. Terrible service on Qatar. Spend your money elsewhere.

App no longer allows login. Whenever I try to log in, it gives me the following message: Set OTP Preferences To continue using our mobile app, please update your OTP (one-time password) preferences. When I click on Update, it takes me to the login page on the QR website. After logging in to my account, there is no place to set any OTP preferences. Returning to the app to try to login results in the same error message. It remains impossible to login to the mobile app.

Horrible App. A very disappointing app for a very great airline! I am surprised by all the 5 star ratings. Are these people actually using the app? It is horribly slow. It is buggy. It does not work well with Face ID at all. It is not intuitive to use. It does not mesh well with the privilege club (almost like two separate apps rather than one seamless experience). I highly suggest the developers try using some of the other top airlines apps to get a clue as to how it can be done well.

Change currency. App is overall good but there is no way to change the currency. How can this app be used internationally to book tickets when you don’t support USD or Euros!? Please give us the option to change the currency, until then I have no choice but to delete the app and continue to use the website for bookings.

FELIX. Dear Qatar Airways, after I updated your app on my phone, I am no more able to view my upcoming trip that was showing there before your update arrived. I have tried it severally, also I put my phone off and on, and nothing shows till now.

Full of bugs! Junk App management!. Profile keeps your Qsmile number, but when you try to make a reservation with a saved passenger, does not automatically enter Qatar as the club name doesn't allow you to enter manually either! Basically saved passenger information is useless! You keep receiving notifications on the phone, but when you click on them, there are none in the app!

WebApp and phone app quality. As a customer I feel the web app and phone app is lacking a lot of functionalities. Some of the button in web app not working properly. You guys really need software engineers to run app maintenance and QA to run lots of UI testing for several use cases. Come on Qatar aren’t you guys going to host the World Cup in 2022?!!! You gotta deliver a better customer experience than this. You have the money so just make a good investment and hire high quality software engineers.

Won’t let me check in. Tried 4 times to check into my flight. First time, would not let me proceed without inputting my citizenship and country of residence (this is normal) but when I used the dropdown to select the appropriate responses, nothing showed up. Restarted the app and tried again. This time I got all the way through the process but it just said “your request could not be processed at this time”. Got that error 3 times.

Worse app. Not only does the app always have problems but the customer service is as bad as everyone says it is. The upgrade option is also a scam. The upgrades will always more then likely cost more then the fare did if you just bought it outright. Qatar airways is all about money and not about great value to the people. Emirates is way better!!! I think they are paying for good reviews because as you can see the real reviews are giving bad ratings

Difficulty processing credit cards. Not able to purchase tickets using credit cards for journeys originating in another country. I have to call customer service and then they have to update the price.

“My Trip” Section Doesn’t Show Your Trips. The app is difficult to use and very slow to load and respond. The My Trip section didn’t show my flight the day of my trip and completely disappeared. Also did not show a trip I paid for, so I thought the payment did not process through and ended up double booking the same flight for myself. I got the app for ease of use but now I wouldn't recommend the app to anyone. Better off doing things online.

Privilege member claiming Qmiles.. I have trying for the last six months to get my Qmiles through the App, but no avail. The response of my complaints is very poor. Now they are even giving reply to my queries.

Worst service staff. Went to airport checkin counter 45 minutes before the departure time. The staff took 25 mins to “check” my passport/visa. Eventually they said I can’t checkin my luggage because it’s too late. Made me cancel the ticket and charged 40% fee. When I called CS, they said I came to airport 25 mins before which was a lie. No response when asked to show me CC camera proof. Will not deal with this airline in the future

Bad customer service. they issued a voucher which is wrong and not working , I have sent alot of complaints and requests to fix the problem but no body care!!!!!!

Worst App Ever. This has got to be the worst airline app I have ever used. Your check in process is horrible your algorithm for changing seats is horrible. It keeps reverting you to log in once you have selected your seats even though you are logged in. Common, I would think that your services would be better after charging more than $2000 for the most basic ticket.

Best flight. Qatar airway is where everyone needs to fly with on all destinations in the world it has all what it takes with the best stylish planes clean and comfortable. I love traveling with Qatar for all my air travel you should too. Thank you Qatar airways

I got scammed.. I have been only flying Qatar. But this time they scammed me by selling me a so called less expensive ticket which would only allow me only one checked in luggage flying to my country and 2 checked in luggages while flying back. I have never dealt with this kind of situation before with them. I ended up paying $255 at the airport going to my country. I am very disappointed and never booking with them again. The food they provide is worse now.

Booking issues. It is sad to say the only airline I travel disappointed me with wasting my one day booked travel date and had me fly the next day because of their help desk agent did not took care of completing my flight booking.

Pretty slow and UI is very bad.. I have booked a flight and tried to manage my booking, assign seats. The webpage on the website and the app does not refresh and seat selection is stuck with nowhere to go. So far bad experience in booking the ticket. Hopefully journey is smooth with no hiccups. First time trying Qatar and i hope this is a keeper.

Unprofessional employees. Very upset I booked the flight for 24 hrs but when tried to pay it didn’t give me any options how to pay and the screen froze and the booking time expired so we called the airlines talk to so called agents and they told us they reinstated the booking time but when we went back to the paying page same thing happened. We called 3x but no success so frustrated and disappointed we had to rebook the whole flight

Worst airline to fly with, rude. If you are looking for a quality customer airline service like they provide in United States this is definitely not your ideal airline, they never provide you with the food requested, seats are not standard size and they are super uncomfortable, cabin crew wouldn’t accommodate you if there is an issue, they are incapable of manage the seats properly plus they are super rude people. 0 out of 10 from me.

Nice app.. No complaints except that long names provided in the profile does not allow to be altered when a reservation is made. Either name to be printed on the ticket should be warned when the profile is created or automatically alter the name when the reservation is made.

App is glitching or broken. I tried several times to lookup and change the date of my flight but every time I do it keeps giving me some error and asking to try later… I think I need to call them for real help… this app is useless for changing or canceling a flight!

Ease of use. Please note that two times the booking could not be completed even after payment verification. Tried two different credit cards, still can’t complete the booking.

App does not work. They forgot to feed me. App never, as in never ever, provided the boarding pass even thought it tells you that. Never provides vouchers. It even deleted my flight and i used the booking number to try to input manually and app refused. So what is the point of this app.

Scam like customer service - the worst. I can’t believe a state owned airline with all the money in the world is so incredibly shamefully scam like in their customer service. I have an infant travel with me and for the worst service on board, even though it was business class, and then my baggage was delayed and they didn’t compensate me at all. Terrible. I hope karma come around to the people who impose such horrendous training and policies. The worst.

Most horrifying airline app. I have been trying to change a meal and select a special request for a wheel change for last 72 hours and I am unable to complete it. The app is so slow and does not save any changes done. There isn’t a save button or any message to confirm changes are done. It does not indicate if there is a problem with the choice. The problem is not only with the app but also with their website.

Voucher. My husband has more money in a voucher than the ticket. Can we apply that extra money to my ticket. We tried to call your call center but they kept asking us to call back later.
