Swindoll study Bible app. I really enjoy this app. Let’s face it, most study Bibles are large; so having this app on my phone is very convenient to read the Swindoll study Bible on my lunch break at work. I also like the cross reference feature. It’s a great blessing...well done!!!

Amazing! - The Bible Comes To Life!. Everyone should listen to the Breathe Audio Bible! It’s Amazing! I have only listened to Mark and John so far, but they have made the stories so REAL! Such a Blessing!!

Very Easy to use!. I have used the Bible app through Tyndale for quite some time and have been able to access Scripture very quickly on every device I have. This allows me to do a deep dive into God’s Word. I have “Life Application”, “NIV Study Bibles” and Strong’s Concordance w/NASB. The application is easy to switch from different version very easily.

Easy to Navigate!. This version is not only easy to read & understand, but so easy to navigate to chapters, maps, and verse links.

So nice to hear the Bible read well.. The Breathe Bible is well done. It sounds like listening to a movie. I enjoy having it playing in the background while I do other things as a way to soak in the Word. Several times it hasn’t saved my stopping place. Instead, it is in Acts, and also I think sometimes in James, when I reopen the app, which is weird because that wasn’t where I ended. But it has easy navigation. So I’m able to start my next listening time wherever in the Bible that I want. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Beautiful. Very well put together and sounds amazing. It really brings the New Testament to life in all its beauty. I saw some previous comments that it doesn’t save your place which I noticed as well. If you pause it, it will have the option to resume but if you just close the app then come back it could not save but I guess that’s cause I closed the app. Overall it’s well worth it and you can easily select your chapter to play again.

Breathe Audio ( NLT). I love this App. I am so motivated to want to hear the Word. I am emotionally fed by the great readers. When my eyes are tired, I can listen and view the highlighted areas. For those who have never read or have read little in the Bible this is for you too. You will become closer to God and how we are to live before the second coming. ,,

Impressed. This is a great Bible App. The best I've used, and with the free chance to experience all this has to offer, I couldn't help but buy this. I especially like the notes that can be added to each verse as I read it, I use this to capture my thoughts on the verse as read, and often get a reminder when I reread that verse. This has helped me read through the New Testament 6 times since I bought it last August. Thank you.

The audio NLT bible is especially good!. The audio version of the NLT bible is NOT a person with a monotone voice reading into a radio shack mic. Not at all! It is world class actors reading with drama and intrigue in their voice. Sound effects galore like wood crackling in a fireplace, Roman soldiers with horses, shepherds with sheep, angry mobs grumbling immerse you into a world of adventure as Jesus tries to spread the good news while encountering resistance. This is the most captivating audio bible ever! This company allows you to listen to the book of “John” for free!! How great is that! I purchased the app ($25) and use it daily.

Love this app. This app makes reading my bible better than it was before. Not that it was bad at all but it adds an extra bit of excitement. Allows me to really be able to visualize how things were in that time. Really makes the story come alive. I love anything that makes me even more excited about the Good News of my Lord and Savior.

Satisfied. I have had this study Bible app for many years and was very frustrated in those earlier years, as it needed changes and updates, there did not seem to be any administrators. Now it seems to have improved and it functions great. I added the Matthew Henry Bible commentary and have both Living and New Living translations at my fingertips. Thank you. I love it.

The voice of “Jesus “. The voice of “Jesus “ is too mellow it doesn’t sound with authority you need to check all the background some background music it doesn’t match with the scene music could be more traditional on the date place.

Bad business move. Can’t access any of my purchases. I give tech support all the steps I’ve done over email. Tech support response was to repeat the steps I’ve done already. There was nothing wrong with the other app, now I have one more thing on my plate to deal with

What a difference!. When your set in the own ways for many years, it’s hard to “train an old dog new tricks” At first I was very upset that I could not fine my way around this “ new app”. I wrote and Cory Luí help me with an email (that I still keep) with step by step in how to find my way to what I was looking for. I’m still learning how to navigate through out this app, but this “old dog” is not going to give in. I like this app more and more each day . Thank you.

Best footnote design ever!. I absolutely love the way that the footnotes are designed. I can easily maneuver through the cross reference system within the footnotes and return to my starting point with no difficulty at all (and no more wondering where I started, because I forgot). This makes studying particular subjects so much easier.

MY QUICK GO-TO GREAT BIBLE APP!. This is my fastest Bible app by far; powerful search as well. I have bought about two dozen Bibles and study apps in it very reasonable priced. It's the one I go to more often. One reason also is they have many FREE high quality audio Bibles to read to you. The KJV audio is excellent! Some good price premium audio Bibles too but the app will read to you on any others just using the iPhone system voice, works good! Thank You! Thank The LORD! 🙌✝️

Great Study Bible. I’ve enjoyed having the side notes that Tyndale provides in their publishing of the Bible. It’s great having the same access on a phone!

Adjusting to the change. Initially I was really wasn’t Happy with switching over to the new app. I’ve made the adjustment and it work just as good as the previous one.

Partial Verses. Not sure how many verses are not complete but Mark 9:28-29 for the daily verse leaves out the - and fasting part. It wasn't only by prayer.

Love This App!. This is a great Bible App- easy to read and navigate, and to have the Bible at your fingertips every day. I’ve tried others Bibkes, but always go back to this one gir my day to day reading and study.

Totally inaccessible for voice over users. Totally inaccessible for blind users. A blind user will do much better with the word of promise app. If the developer of this app cares about making this app accessible they should look at how the word of promise is designed and use that app as a way to make this app accessible.

5 Stars. I love my Life Application Bible. I was delighted when they made it possible to highlight. The only thing that would complete it would be to make it possible to highlight the commentary on the side…not the whole comment, only the part I want to highlight.

Essential. This app has become my morning partner. Whenever someone suggests a passage for me to read, with this app I can navigate there in less than 3 seconds.

blessed. Love the app. Bought alot of the books that is in it. My only issue is that they don't have a app for mac users. Olive tree bible does, but alot of the stuff I already bought on Tyndale I have to but again on Olive tree. I really wish they would consider getting a app for mac. NOT Impressed!!. I am a BIG Life Application Study Bible fan and have used the digital app in the New American Standard Version for years. I was disappointed to open my app and learn that it was discontinued and had been replaced by this new app. So far, I can’t figure out how to have a dedicated screen in NAS version. Accessing the resources and footnotes for Life Application Bible is cumbersome at best. In the old app I loved having the footnotes on the split screen simultaneously with their corresponding scriptures. Also, I don’t see where/how to flip back and forth between verses. A task that was so easy using the history tab in the old app. From my perspective you’ve taken an amazing product and made a mess of it!! So disappointing!!

It is the best bible out there!. I love the app. It has everything you could want to study God’s Word. I have learned more from this bible than any other.

I devoured the gospel of John in one sitting and had tears streaming down my face throughout the book. These wonderful actors and producers do such a beautiful job of bringing God’s precious Word to life. Thank you so much for creating this work! Great improvement. I have always been a fan of the Life Application Bible and the app. However this is the best. I can see the scriptures and commentary at the same time including the references

Awesome App!. I think this app is designed very well. It is very intuitive and feature rich. The search features are extremely easy to use and make quick searching across the entire breadth of the Bible a breeze to navigate. My only wish is that they would complete the complimentary audio versions of every book of the Bible for the fullest experience.

Love this app. Great way to access the word of God right from my pocket. I love the daily reminders and quotes. The New Living Translation is a great way for me to understand the true meaning of the message written for us by the Lord. Love this Bible!. I love to see the Life Application Bible notes as I’m referring to Bible verses. It gives me context and allows me to go deeper into the Word all from my iPhone.

Disappointed. I was very disappointed with this application. If you want to listen to bible offline you have to download one chapter at a time. It took about an hour to download the book of John. Then when I wanted to go to a different book there was no way that I could see of getting to it. I tried the search bar and when I typed in 1john which is what I wanted to down load it came up with no results. So many other features would have been nice to have but it was quite costly. I’m sorry but this app needs some work. It’s really not free and near impossible to navigate

Frustrated. I also cannot access the commentary and other study helps, even though I transferred my purchase. Not too thrilled with this migration, and cannot use the Life Application Study Bible that I paid a lot of money for.

Love the app, but not sure how the "family sharing" works. I downloaded the app and installed on my phone and wanted to share it with my wife, which the app installed,but I bought the audio and cannot get the purchased audio on my wife's IPad.?? The app is labeled as family shareable.

Misleading. I downloaded this app to read the Tyndale Bible translation but the original tyndale Bible translation is not included in this app. I find that kinda odd seeing how the name of this app is Tyndale Bible. Dissatisfied

Disappointed. I spent a lot of money to have the Life Application footnotes on the other app and now I can’t access them. This is very sad and also aggravating.

Great App! But one thing missing. This app is wonderful, but if you buy it on your phone from Apple Store it doesn't show that you purchased it already, it's ridiculous because you should only have to purchase it once for all your Apple devices! If this is the case I'll put a bad review.

Sad/Melancholy Music 🎶 🧟‍♂️. I would LOVE to use this audio bible, but the music sounds sad and melancholy—an odd choice for a book that brings JOY. The music ruins it for me. :/ Thankfully, I found the Bible Alive! NLT audio Bible—made in 2003 I believe and also by Tyndale.

Privacy problems!!. While it’s a good Bible app, it copies information from my clipboard!!!! My clipboard is not your business!! Fix it!

The best app I have. There is no app more worthwhile for me than the Breathe app. I am able to listen along to a wonderful reading of the Bible that allows me to study and meditate on God's Word. I can listen everyday (and read along too if I want) no matter where I am. There is no more valuable use for my smart phone than for this purpose.

My favorite. I've been waiting a couple years for this to come out and it finally has! Top notch voice acting and production values. Can't wait until they finish the old testament version!

Only 1 John. I paid $7.99 for the NLT full Bible and all I got was one chapter- 1 John 1.

Still Crashing for many days. I haven't been able to listen to this Breathe Bible for days and I really like it. I was surprised that the entire Bible I thought I was purchasing was not in audio version as described. When I went to Haggai, I had to allow my phone text-to-talk to read for me. This is a bit annoying. Feeling jipped/robbed.

Does not support Control Center audio controls. Tried to listen to this using Bluetooth in the car and it did not work well at all. Here are some items that I had issues with. 1. When I started to play the Bible, the audio played on top of the Bluetooth music that I was currently playing and did not stop the music and both played. Obviously a major bug 2. Book, chapter, and verse not displayed on the car stereo so you cannot see with a quick glance where you are in the Bible 3. The audio stopped playing at the end of the chapter 4. No way to keep the screen on when you are listening and reading while at home (have to disable auto lock which of course is very unsecure and not recommended) I wish the audio controls where the same as the Word of Promise NKJV version which has all the features listed above that are working correctly. Please correct these issues and this would be a great audio Bible.

Best Dramatized Bible — Actors Sound Natural and Real. Most of these celebrity-driven audio Bibles suffer from the same problem: They tend to emphasize the wrong words, express emotions that the verses they're reading doesn't convey. It's off. Like a jr. high student who doesn't really understand what he's reading. But the Breathe Bible has their actors get it right. I think it's because Josh Lucas who reads Jesus takes the lead with getting the right inflection, emphases and tone with his earthy voice and measured cadence and enunciation that's crystal clear to hear (especially in the car). But maybe the big contributing factor of the success of this latest take on the dramatized celebrity-driven audio bible is the NLT itself. Its natural English maybe feels more immediately tangible for voice actors to "get" right off the bat and understand what they're reading so that they say it with understanding. This tells me the 2015 update to the NLT was the right move to push the NLT further into so-called translation and away from the so-called paraphrase category so as to position itself as the new leading translation for English speakers as we hurdle torwards the year 2020 and deep into the 21st century.

I’m Torn!. I paid the 25.00 for the app because I absolutely fell in love with it when I listened to John. However, I’m torn and very disappointed because as I’m working my way through the Bible I am coming across a lot of the sections like “Jonah” and (many more) that do not currently have audio for the section. The Bible app was very pricy and when I bought it I was expecting to have the full audiobook. While looking over the reviews I’m surprised their haven’t been other complaints.
