Health Sync for Fitbit App Reviews

Sync of weight. The Sync does not work for weight. In the years I have used the Apt, the weight has always transferred correctly from the digital scale to the iPhone. The Sync then never transfers the correct weight to the “Health” Apt for my record and tracking. How do I fix the problem?

Does not show up in health data. Does not work!

Still waiting for auto sync. My favorite Fitbit sync app but it’s not automatic yet! It’s been over a year!

Fitbit three. when I am wearing my Fitbit, it gives me incentive to walk more, and to exercise more. Thanks, Fitbit, you are fabulous!

1/2. When it works for me it’s GR8. But when it doesn’t work I have to go to my other Fitbit sync application. This is why I give it half grade 2.5 out of 5 stars.

😐 Meh. I work nights and I’m not always in a position to sync before midnight. Unless I do, none of the data between my last sync and midnight gets loaded and has to be manually input. I bought the full version specifically because syncing in the background was listed in the settings but not available on the lite version. Come to find out, it’s also not available in the paid version, either, but will be included in a future upgrade. If I’m going to have to manually enter Fitbit data into Health, I don’t need this app. So, meh.

It works but..... So this app technically works. It transfers info from your FitBit to the iPhone HealthKit. The paid version claims to NOT allow duplicate data but I have found that is not the case. For example, so far today I have taken 4285 steps. The HealthKit shows 8570 steps. It also has inaccurate figures. I have told FitBit I had 48 oz. of water today. The HealthKit shows 1420 oz. of water. Where does that info come from? No one knows. There are other issues but you get the idea.

App does not deliver. I purchased the pro because it promised to do the sync in the background. Months later the feature is still not working as promised. Worse, if you don’t sync that day it does not sync at all so basically the only way to make this app really work is to set a bedtime reminder to sync before you go to sleep. Don’t waste your money or time with this app.

Stopped working. Unable to login to Fitbit. Waste of money

Give this one a pass. I want to give this a better rating but just cannot because it is just a failure. I continuously get sync errors and rarely does it do as it should. I have deleted and re-downloaded with no success. Beyond that, the reason I purchased it was for the advertised feature of background syncing, which is not actually available. If I could get my money back I would demand a refund.

Inaccurate data transfer. Weight synched only 2 digits

Stopped working on my X. It stopped working on my iPhone X but still works on my iPhone 8 and my 7th gen iPod. I paid for this???

Just Don’t. Dude says the app will do all sorts, but it really doesn’t. Steals your money and then doesn’t respond to any support requests. How do you sleep at night???

Can’t log into fit bit. I paid for this and I’m not able to log into my Fitbit no matter what I try using to sign in, it shows a blank screen after sign in. Nothing loads in. Why did I buy this app. This app sucks

The Missing Link. I am frustrated with Fitbit not by default integrating with HealthKit. But like another review said, I bought the deluxe version to help support the development of the App.

Ok so far. Ok so far with one issue. It syncs my nutrition from Fitbit to Health, but when I delete a food item from Fitbit and try to update/sync it on Health, nothing happens. I will try to re-sync at a later time to see if it updates or not.

Doesn’t work. None of my information is syncing even after spending the $5 or whatever to upgrade to pro. The only thing that synced to Apple Health was like 9 steps from 3 in the morning one night and 3 calories. It was so random. I really want my money back.

It works!. I paid for the deluxe version to reward this company for working around Fitbit's ridiculous aversion to making their products sync with Apple Health :) This app cannot yet sync Fitbit to Health in the background, which would be ideal, but it's an easy app to use and will prompt you to sync before the end of the day.

Not good. It doesn’t sync in the background, but it’s advertised. It freezes, I have close and open many times. If I remove the lite version, the pro is not working. Waste of money.
