Login. Login don’t work. Need more instructions

Deleted. App was a waste of them. You have to have a separate login than your usual Regions username and password. I just do the ATM deposits instead.

No stars. App does not open with assigned user ID and password. Local branch cannot assist and no tech-support available.

Deposits Fail at Least Half the Time. Takes a long time and in more than half of the cases it does not work. It is so bad that I am considering changing banks which is colossal undertaking as a business owner.

No thanks to monthly fee. Regions wanted to charge my business a $25 / month maintenance fee plus a $25 set up fee plus $5 / month for each additional user. No thanks.

Horrible. No instructions on how to login, this is terrible!!

Very upsetting. It has been months since I’ve had a consistent working bank app. I love my local bank, but I have multiple accounts and really need the application. It will not be long before I leave if I can’t have mobile banking.

Nonfunctional. Completely non functional. Don’t even bother with it.

Bad information! Fix the app!. Crazy! Woke up nothing works w/app. Called ‘Regions banking app support’ ‘Apple support’, ‘app developer’, nobody can help?!? So not informative to the updates, nor any information for the ‘mess up’ w/the developer. Pretty sad, the bank makes choices that just are not in the best interest the consumers.

Why is this even available. At this point I assume it’s here to collect usernames and passwords. Great, now I gotta change that now.

one of the worst apps i’ve ever used. as someone else wrote, it’s incredible how bad this app is. it can’t even add right. when depositing checks, it will tell you they don’t add up correctly, even when the app is showing you the correct total. finally leaving a review, as a new fun bug, or whatever, is the app and my phone’s camera are not cooperating, making depositing a check impossible. i get a “session interrupted” message (??). i guess there aren’t any programmers in alabama.

Reset. There is no way to reset username or password - terrible app!

Worst app ever. Can’t believe a financial institution that does so many other things correct can fail with such a small task as a deposit app. My personal app works seamlessly but the business side is hideous. SMH? Come on Regions get with the program here.

1999. If they had mobile phones in 1999 this would be the app... sporadic at best. Deposits fine once then next check doesn’t. Keyboard superimposes over the password box. Can’t switch out to other apps and back without a full login which is itself painful. Seriously, what is wrong with Regions commercial services???

Don’t bother.. Why is this even still on the App Store? Its UI looks like it was designed for an iPod Touch and it’s not even functional. Just download the main Regions app, even though that is also spotty at best. 🙄

Very bad. Still junk. It’s laughable how bad this app is. Regions you are clueless. Probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. So hard to navigate. Phones have all types of technology like facial scan and thumbprint but I have to remember a password and security question just to get in. What is Regions afraid off, someone getting my password and ID then depositing money in my account??? Once I use it the log out function does not work so if I have 2 deposits in 1 day I have to restart my phone. I have no clue how Regions could release something like this??? 1 year later and its an even bigger piece of crap.

Avoid at all costs. With the security features on the phones today, there is no reason I should have to type my username, password AND answer the security question every time I login in to the app. And the characters for the passwords are not even visible so you cannot tell if you mistyped. It has been a struggle at best to use, and the bank is directing us to use this because it is a cheaper than using a scanner in the office. I am extremely disappointed that a top tier banking institution would put out such a poor quality product as representation of their business.

Poor app. Why use a separate app.. Don’t recommend. Can’t even login. Regions support trying to figure that out. Banking apps should be rock solid and this is not.
