How can it be this bad. Doesn’t play nice with iPhone. When logging in the app won’t allow auto population of your log in credentials via Face ID. When forcing the info in via keychain it doesn’t recognize the password, so you have to clear it and enter it manually. The app also doesn’t allow you to auto fill saved CC info. Had to grab my physical card and enter each part. Catch up guys. This is lame and embarrassing.

Doesn’t work and now the high school doesn’t accept cash!. I’ve followed my local team but the HS football game isn’t showing up on the app. So now I can’t buy a ticket. I hate this app. There was nothing wrong with using cash or paying at the gate with a card. No wonder this app has such awful reviews!

Horrible Customer Service. Registered, bought tickets...couldn’t pull tickets up within the app before game, tried to reset password with app, didn’t get reset password email, called customer service and they said they would have someone call me back...I wasn’t able to get into the game that I paid for.....it’s now been 22 hours since that call and I still haven’t got a call back. I called customer service again and they’ve said again that they would have to take my phone number and have to call me back.

Awful App. Just downloaded, and it doesn’t allow me to log in. It just freezes.

Basic improvements needed. I shouldn’t have to sign in every time I use the app, please add google login. Also, users should be able to save schools as favorites so they don’t have to search for the school name each time.

won’t save my info. the app keeps signing us out, we use the website since safari saves our login and pw.

Really Really Bad. Our ISD has made us use Ticket Spicket for 3 years. It is the worst. I have been stuck outside stadiums, not allowed in to basketball games, refused entrance into track and field meets all because ticket Spicket has not worked. I have been unable to transfer tickets to anyone and wasted so much money on tickets that wouldn’t load and having to repurchase tickets for events. I long for the good old days when cash worked without this ridiculous app. Last football season we were stuck outside the stadium with hundreds of others when the app crashed. Please go back to cash tickets or find reliable technology.

Doesn't Work thur VPN; Mobile on-site. This has got to work through VPN & on-site mobile. Guess what; Not So Much

App won’t stay logged in. Every time I open this app it has lost my login. Then I have to go find password to re-enter it as it does not work with iPhone passwords to remember them. Super annoying bug/missing feature.

Totally Useless. Can’t even find our school. I’ve been told by multiple people at the school to use Ticket Spicket to order tickets. If someone already has an account, it works. However, I don’t have an account. The app can’t find our school. I’m standing right next to someone who has been using the app and they have our school listed. This app is garbage!

Frustrating. What happened to paying cash at the gate? Why am I paying a 1.50 convenience fee for every ticket when this app is NOT convenient. I can’t even get into my account where I have purchased a punch card for 10 games. It keeps sending me to the login screen again and tells me to update my app. My app is updated! I just want to watch my kids game without the worry of being able to get in. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great App!!!. Exceeded expectations!!! Just a great app overall and made everything quick and easy.

15% service fee. I’m not sure why school districts use this kind of apps for tickets to see out own kids and make us pay a 15% fee. Just ridiculous. Normal schools would just use Venmo or PayPal.

Horrible. This is probably the worst app on my iPhone and I have over 150 of them. This app is a true piece of garbage.

Mobile app won’t take payment. Went to purchase tickets on the mobile app only to get a 400 error. Wouldn’t process and I couldn’t buy tickets. Had to go through the process all over again on their web site. Good thing I was planning ahead and wasn’t already at a venue for a game.

Ticketing Made Easy!. I love Ticket Spicket. I’m able to buy tickets to local high school sports with ease. I also have a mentee who play sports and Ticket Spicket makes it easy to support him.

Stupid app. I cannot do anything on this app. I thought technology was made to make things simpler. This app goes against that point.

Password Problems Galore!. If you use password auto fill (like most of the world), strap in for a load of frustration. This app has a litany of problems. Unless you use the Forgot My Password link, which is a waste of time and effort. Or unless you copy/paste from the password auto fill menu, which is a waste of time and effort. Or unless you use the website, where it works; however, this renders the app useless. Now that the developers know the problems, can you simply fix it?

Buying tickets has been so easy. The app works great, really easy to navigate. I had a question about passes and the customer service was excellent - very knowledgeable. Happy to be using Ticket Spicket!

Let’s face it - you’re using this because you have no choice. UPDATE - inspected the web site and caught the error. “password must be shorter than or equal to 20 characters”. That’s pathetic. So the password reset function accepts a long password but the login page doesn’t. Yikes. Had to try multiple email accounts just to sign up without generic JSON errors. Changing passwords is impossible - the subsequent login will just fail with Bad Request Exception. Filing a ticket is hilarious - enter your email and it immediately submits the form with no fields to describe your problem. I guess I have an empty support case floating around their system now. Why do I need an account to buy tickets, other than to get more email spam? There’s no Apple Pay, and no ability to use Apple to generate email/password because (I assume) the app is just an embedded browser hitting their site. Whatever it is, the experience is terrible. I’m using it because it’s the only option for this HS game. This review isn’t to persuade you not to use this; you probably have no choice either. It’s to persuade venues to consider other options.

Get ticket spicket!!!. This app makes attending school sporting events SO much easier. I love being able to walk into games without having to carry cash and fumble around at the gate trying to get a physical ticket. Everything is just more streamlined, and I love the fact that the whole thing is touchless. Definitely the way of the future! Get ticket spicket if your school or a game you’re going to has them as an option.

Jamochabrew. Nice app. I’m able to purchase and access my pass to games. I just pull up my ticket when I get to the door and I’m in. Favorite feature is the ability to transfer tickets to my kids!

Password entry is a pain. Seriously. Why do I have to enter my password every time I open this app. Why doesn’t this support Face ID.

Login is the worst of any app on Earth. It’s almost like they have never seen or used any other app. If you forget your password, you will be in a doom loop of attempting to change your password. Sometimes it will even say that you had the wrong password and proceed to let you in. Literally every app I have ever used is easier to recover your password.

horrific. if i could give this a 0 i would. this is the worst possible app for ticketing and there’s a reason the reviews are so low. can’t tell you how much money i’ve wasted and got all the way to a game and had to leave bc because the app won’t work. an absolute joke. don’t download.

Terrible. Terrible app- I know my password for app and yet every time I attempt to login, I have to reset it. When I try and check out, it constantly tells me that there are errors with my card. Also, I don’t like storing card info in apps but there is no way to delete the info; just to get into a game to see my kid I had to add a second card because it gives me errors on the original card. The fee PER GAME is ridiculous. I can’t figure out why schools are so obsessed with using this app!

Would not recommend this site to no one. My son had an sports banquet with his school and we had to buy the tickets from here I brought them and the the school canceled the whole event I been trying to get a refund since May of 2023 And I still didn’t get my money yet .

App needs serious updating. This is a new method that the school has made us use. Sometimes my app works other times it does not allow me to log on…stating username/password does not match. BUT when I use my phones browser it miraculously works. It’s ridiculous. I just started using my browser and deleted the app.

Password. App does not work with iCloud Keychain causing me to have to reset password each week. Also, why I am being prompted for an update within the app itself C S Markvs the iOS update feature?

Crashed on football Friday…. Spent an hour to create an account…’loading’….. Another 30 min to find my kiddo’s school…’loading’…. Another 30 min to checkout…‘loading’… Trying to access my tickets…‘loading’….

App Functions. This app provides a click box option to stay signed in, however, it signs me out each week to where I’m constantly having to recall the latest password. The app will also log off when another family member logs in from a difference device. You also can’t search or see away games under home school so you need to know who the opponent is for away games.

Great App & People!!!. The app gets me what I need … I can find my tickets, passes, and I can save my local schools. Plus the customer service was very responsive and great to work with when I had a problem with my tickets.

Awful app. It constantly logs as out ( all three people/three separate accounts) and gives us a temporary password that needs to be changed every time we need to use a ticket. Such a PITA. There is an option to save your password, but that doesn’t work.

Paid but can’t access tickets.. I paid but can’t access tickets. The app worked fine the day I bought tickets but now that I need them, I can’t access them. The app isn’t working and neither is the website. I also needed to purchase an extra ticket but can’t do that either. I hope I don’t miss my sons football game. Probably won’t get a refund either.

Useless. No directions on how to transfer tickets and accept them. One of my “family” members doesn’t have a button for me to transfer tickets to. Everyone else I have called is as confused—including tech savvy teens. My husband is on his way to our son's game and still doesn’t have access to his tickets after messing with the app for 2.5 hours. Very disappointed WI decided to go cashless for high school sports, but allow cash for the concessions—why go cashless at all. Super frustrating.

So Easy!. Purchased my first “ticket” from this app a week ago and I will definitely look here for tickets in the future before buying any other way! So user friendly and was hard to mess anything up. Great experience and looking forward to my next event!

Remember me!. It is really annoying that the app doesn’t remember my credentials and I have to put in my email and password each time I go to purchase tickets!

Password reset!. I use a password app that auto logs me in and this app doesn’t recognize my password about 50% of the time. I’m forced to use the forgot my password tab and reset the password to get access to the app. Super frustrating and an epic fail.

Buyer Beware. This app is not very user friendly and on top of that somehow charged me twice for the same tickets.

Very user friendly. The app is super easy to use and allows me to purchase tickets ahead of time or while I’m in the parking lot.

Can I rate it a Zero?. I hate this app and so wish I had not gone online and paid for high school play off game tickets with it. You can’t print the tickets and if you open them before the gate they are void. I’ve wasted so much time with this awful app in order to save 2 minutes at the gate and for the privilege of paying this developer a $1.50 fee and for total aggravation and wasting my time. Run! Do not use us my humble opinion!

Frustrating app. This is my second review of the app. Not sure why my first review disappeared. Slow and clunky and doesn't save any login info. So I have to go through my email accounts to see which email I used for my User ID.

Remember Me?. Why have the remember me option if you’re not going to remember me? How come sometimes it remembers, but sometimes forgets? Often have to re-enter my info at the gate. Passwords don’t take, waste of time. Please upgrade this app.

Trash scalability. They obviously can’t handle Friday night traffic for football tickets. Everything times out. People can’t get into their events because the technology is ready for prime time apparently.

Terrible app! No school district should choose this one!. Why oh why did they not do usability studies before releasing this app! Everytime I enter my password it’s expired as I only use this garbage when a neighboring district makes us. Then the password reset rarely works! You don’t get the code in a timely manner while trying to get into your kids game to watch them play! Also - why do I need to have an account anyways to buy a ticket?!? Where is the proceed as guest option? Seriously, they need to just need to start over and try again.

QR code. Is a great way to pay but would be better if it gave you the option to scan the QR code within the app to make it easier to find the sport you are buying tickets for
