Contact information. I like the app but it was frustrating when I bought 10 tickets to a theater, it forces you to enter first, last name, email, phone number 10 times…once for each guest. Then it wants your contact information which is the same thing. All of this required just to buy tickets. It would be better to just use the contact information already entered when we signed up for the app…it has my email and everything. Then don’t require individual information unless we want to enter that for someone. Ideally I want to just find my seats, and checkout quickly…hope this gets considered. I have 4 kids in theater, so many more years.

Horrible UI. If you buy multiple tickets you have to put your name in multiple times. And email and phone. Once for sale, once for tickets and once for credit card address. Also you get to the end, choose credit card and you have to scroll up to a section that is now available and put in the credit card company. Who did the QA on this ands thought it was a good idea. It is the only option I have to purchase tickets but my kid could design a better interface.

Easy to purchase tickets. I find that this app is a great way to keep your tickets together. It’s also an easy way to send other people their tickets - via text and/or email.

Tickets. This is easy but I think it’s a bunch of crap you have to order tickets and then they charge you a fee to order them. Why can’t we just pay at the door or buy them from the kids, also, how much of this money does this app take from our kids trying to do these activities?

No customer support? App is updated and glitching. A year ago this app worked great, but this season, something is wrong, even after updating. I can see everything normally until I’ve been on the app for about 30 seconds, and then everything blanks out. I’m so tired of it so I wanted to contact customer service. Unfortunately, there’s no way that I can see to do that! I’ve spent too much time trying to figure it out, so I’m resorting to this review. Please help! I’m running version 4.2.0, it says.

Simple / Game Changer. The HomeTown Ticketing app is a game changer for fans. I recently arrived to a school for an event and cash sales were not an option. I quickly downloaded the app, was able to see the team's entire schedule and purchased my tickets while standing in line. It's a game changer and so simple to use. Thank you.

App needs a MAJOR overhaul!. I work at a venue that uses this app for patrons to purchase tickets. This app is HORRIBLE!!! A few patrons have shown me the hoops they must jump through to purchase tickets. Why ask for more than one person’s info if only one ticket is being purchased? What is the point of making them provide ALL of their contact information twice??? My supervisors want to force all of our patrons to purchase their tickets through this app. Unfortunately, if we do, we will lose A LOT of customers!!!!

Serious design flaws. User experience is just so so. If I’m buying tickets in the app, I expect for my profile information to be stored so that I don’t have to enter in my contact information. Clearly the company doesn’t have security to store credit card info as you need to enter that every time. And somehow if the website picks up a different phone number your tickets aren’t delivered to the app. Needs some updates to be a seamless experience. Aside from storing future tickets or passes if you don’t want to search email or use your phones wallet, using the app provides 0 benefit.

Horribly Frustrating. This is the third ticketing app our high school has used, and it’s the worst. It took months to get our tickets, and to transfer them to someone (like the people you’re attending the game with) requires you to transfer each ticket one at a time, for every game, providing a name, email address, and phone number for each one, every time. The tickets for each game are not presented in any order in the app, and still appear in the app even after being transferred, to make things even more confusing. I finally learned to add all of my tickets to my Wallet and transfer them from there, but today found that solution no longer works. If our school uses this app again next year, I won’t be going to the games…

Good when it works. This app is in need of an update. Some bugs are running rampant. Screens won’t update or populate with searches. One time I had to use a browser to get tickets from the website, and it took hours for the app to update with my recently purchased tickets.

No tracking when buying season pass. I purchased a pass of 10 tickets, but there’s no tracking to show how many I have used or have left. I sent the recommendation after inquiring through ‘contact us’. It seems like an easy thing to add and save a lot of frustration.

Season passes. There were 4 offerings for season passes, but the one I wanted to purchase could not be loaded to my Cart. So I clicked on a different pass, and when I went to my cart, a student Pass was loaded instead of an adult pass. Only by random chance was I ever able to get an Adult Pass into my cart to buy, and even that one wasn’t the specific number of swipes I had wanted to buy. Also, the only sport loaded for my kids school was Volleyball, even though I wanted to purchase a one ticket for tonight’s football game. So I just bought the adult season pass as described above instead of 1 football game ticket. So confusing and not what I wanted. would prefer to buy a real ticket with real cash at the box office window than mess with this badly designed technology.

Fees. Tired of paying a service fee every time I buy tickets to a game. The fees I have paid so far have added up to 2 varsity tickets or 3 tickets to a JV game. This is crazy and there needs to be a better way. I’m sure I’m not the only one not happy about this. We already pay enough for our children to participate in their sport. Bring back cash payments!! Or take away these fees! Or better yet offer season passes for all sports including varsity football. You could offer season passes by the season!

Finally high school is digital!!. My kid went to a high school football game and lost his ticket on the way there. Unfortunately he had to buy another one because our high school used paper tickets. Hometown has the answer and the app works great too.

Flex pass-cannot monitor remaining tickets?!?!. After purchasing a flex pass with 20 tickets- there is no way to track or monitor how many tickets are remaining!!! And customer support also has not been able to find this information for me after 4 attempts to reach out. How can this be so difficult? I’ve now wasted hours trying to get information which should be built in to my pass. Awful!!!

Worst part of my week is having to buy a ticket here. When I say this is the worst part of my week, I mean it. I have to log into this worthless app every week to buy football tickets for my daughters. The Apple Pay function does not work and I end up having to go back-and-forth between the actual website and the app to purchase and transfer tickets. If our school is for us to purchase tickets through this company, please for the love of God at least make the website and app work.

Terrible. The schools in our area used the GoFan app. It’s super easy. You bought a ticket. You could use ApplePay easily and then most importantly you could easily transfer a ticket to anyone as long as they had a phone. This app requires way too many steps with inconsistent functionality. The one star is heavily because the process to transfer a ticket is horrible. A person has to set up an account to use a ticket which is a huge pain for kids and last minute ticket transfers. I’m assuming schools are changing to it because they are getting a better deal but it’s not worth it. Study GoFan and improve your app. They got it right.

Great tool…maybe consider…. I like having this to make single site purchases rather than having to enter my billing information on every school’s website. Is it possible to have the home school’s away meets/competitions on their home site rather than having to locate the other school. There are so many schools with the slightest variation in name, color, etc which can be somewhat confusing in the purchase process. This- finding the school- is also challenging when a team has made it to a post season. You have a really great app here! I appreciate the efforts. Keep tweaking it!

Absolute Hot Garbage. Was forced to use this app for a choir concert my son was performing. Add to Apple Wallet doesn’t function and the customer support never responds to their inquiries. Been waiting two weeks for a response! Update: Still waiting on a reply to the help ticket created on May 7, 2024; it’s the 31st. I’m not hopeful for a reply and at this point - the response is useless as the event has already passed. Take the tickets from your email and use another app that will auto convert them into Apple Wallet format instead of relying on this Hometown app that has busted features.

Please, please, please allow credit card info to be stored in app/profile.. While the app does work very well, one major inconvenience is having to enter the credit card info each time you buy a ticket (vs. having a credit card stored and saved as a default). Please work on adding this capability ASAP!

Good luck getting your ticket. Wow. I e never seen such a terrible app. I mean, it does a good job of finding your event and letting you pay for your event but then nothing shows up in “your tickets” or “your passes”. So then you use the contact us link and describe your problem and never hear back. How this app is being used is beyond me. I mean this app is all about getting tickets which it has spectacularly failed at. If i could rate this negative stars I would.

Waiting for a response. I’m still waiting for a response to a customer support form that didn’t allow me to even ask my question. I’d like to be able to see a history of when my tickets were used. I bought a 10-pack and at the last event I attended, I was told there are none left on it when there should be at least 2 left. I guess I could be wrong…but it’s frustrating not to be able to see when/where my tickets were used to know for sure.

Poor designed app. Difficult to find events, it does not list events by date, but by type of activity, and no way of using apple pay, venmo, paypal or to save credit card information. An app designed to receive payments that makes it difficult to pay. This app should do two things, and it does both things poorly.

Price. We all understand that everyone has increased their prices so that is bad enough but the fact that we have to buy tickets online and to be charged a fee for doing so, which we have no control of, is not well liked at all :(

Needs details in transfer screen. The app works well and it’s nice to have my ticket already when I arrive at the game. But if I buy adult tickets and student tickets and then need to transfer the student tickets to my kids, I can’t tell on the transfer screen which are the student tickets. I can see this information in the use tickets screen so it should be available. This would be a useful update - thanks!

Functional but….. The app works fine, but no matter how many times you enter in your card information, whether you sign in or not….you have to enter in all your card information. That is such a nuisance if almost rather not have to use the app. Unfortunately my sons school uses this app for games and I’m stuck with it for two more years

Processing Fee. When you go in to buy your ticket it total up into your price of ticket then the process fee is adding up the end total. That’s Ridiculous to charge that amount then the ticket.

Buying tickets. I think the process to purchase tickets is made way too difficult. It takes forever to search a school event! I go back-and-forth from my sons school, then the opponents school, and then the location of the school that they are playing at and it’s always something different. Takes way too long to purchase a ticket. It would be much easier if I could just search either school and The event would pop up, but it doesn’t.Very annoying.

Needs Option to Save Payment Info!. Our school district replaced TicketSpicket with this app and it has one major, very annoying flaw—it won’t allow you to save your payment data! I go to 2-3 games per week and having to enter full credit card information EVERY SINGLE TIME is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. It’s infuriating because we have no other options. Fix it please!

Scam. If i could give ZERO stars i would. Make sure you pay attention to how many tickets you’re actually getting. I needed to change the type of ticket i was buying between adult and student. I originally needed 3 adult and 2 students. the bottom of the screen stated it was about $25 for the 5 tickets. I later look at my bank statements and seen the app charged me $86 for 11 adult tickets and 5 student. now i have to contact the school for a refund to give this app permission to refund me the 11 extra tickets i didn’t need. not a great first time experience

Not able to add season pass to Apple wallet this year. I bought a season pass through the school. Last year I was able to add the pass to Apple wallet. I’ve tried the walkthroughs and can’t find anything. I’ve tried sending in a ticket and haven’t received a response. Is this a bug or have you turned off this feature?

I hope your venue doesn’t use this!. The app and web version are broken most of the time, and there is no “fan support” customer service. If you are lucky enough to call when they are taking calls, they will claim to put you in a callback queue that never calls back. Most of the rest of “business hours” the line just hangs up on you. As far as what doesn’t work: app makes you log in every time you open it. If your venue has no wifi there is no way to access your tickets. Transferring tickets is broken and just gives an error instead of transferring - so much for “each ticket can be transferred 3 time.”

Difficult to use. First off, ticket spicket was a great app. Since switching over to hometown, my information will not save. When i try to sign in under my email, and then add my number, i get an error stating that number is already used. If i try to sign in under my number and add my email, it says my email is already used. Neither way of signing in brings up my personal info. Ive tried to call their contact number, and after waiting in the que for 18 minutes and 6 minutes respectively, both of my calls were disconnected (and per their automated system, i did call during their business hours). If someone can help me get the app to function properly, I’d be happy to update my rating.

Awesome. It took me 3 days to buy a ticket couldn’t buy of the FWISD website, I had to download this site to get a ticket. It really needs to be stated to download first to purchase a ticket for individuals that never used this site. Over all it was a fast process Thanks

Needs ability to auto populate account profile information. I updated my profile information, but when I purchased a ticket, I still had to enter information. Should auto populate from profile.

Time consuming. It is so time consuming to get tickets for a high school event. I don’t think I should have to put a name, email and phone number for every ticket and then have to put an email an additional two more times to confirm. And if you accidentally don’t match the email at the end you have to start all over with ALL of the information. Also there are times the location of the game on the app was wrong, if I had not of communicated with my son because I was confused by this I would’ve went to the wrong stadium. Finding tickets can also be a challenge since there are times they are not shown when searching my child’s school, they will only be available under the opposing teams school so you need to know who they are playing. Having multiple children at different schools playing different sports makes this difficult to keep track of making sure you have a ticket for each event.

Tickets NEVER show up in my account. Don’t see how this app is rated so high. Every time I buy tickets (logged into my account) the tickets never show up. Also, I love how when you try to get support these days from just about any app, you have to go through a million FAQs. What happened to “contact us” and just being able to reach out to someone?? Since I can’t reach out to anyone I vent my frustration for the app here in the review.

Use Apple Pay / Wallet. Great app used by most area high schools. Fan app is on my iPhone and I want to check out with Apple Pay but can’t find anything about it on your website except a discussion about Digital Payments. How do I use credit card in the Apple Wallet without doing the Manual Checkout entries?

Poor app. Make the following improvements: Better description on the ticket options before I have to start clicking/tapping each one. I have to go through every option (football icon) before I see the choice I want between student vs adult vs single game vs season, etc.. Make it where we can buy a student and adult on one purchase. We had to pay different process fees because it would not allow it. Some of the functions were not working well (slow or wouldn’t work at all) After having attended many events from baseball to football I should not have to sort through all my past ticket purchases to find my most current. I have clue why schools are going to this. Go back to cash, purchasing direct from district, etc. Anything but this frustrating app!!!!

Worst. App. Ever.. This is literally one of the most poorly designed apps I’ve ever seen. It is complete and utter garbage. There’s no way the positive reviews are real. What is the point of an iOS app for purchasing tickets if you can’t even use Apple Pay or (at a minimum) store the user’s credit card information? The app makes you enter all of your information over and over and over again—and I do mean over and over and *over* again, as every school at which my kids have a sporting event seems to use this piece of trash to sell their tickets. What a complete waste of time. It’s 2021, guys; you can do better. I would give zero stars if I could.

Just Abysmal Customer Support. Don’t bother calling hoping to talk to an “agent”, you’ll never get through. Most likely you’ll just get disconnected… over and over again. Opening up a “Support Case” ticket? Hope you’re not expecting a call or email back. I’m convinced the “Case Number” is just a randomly generated number and doesn’t mean anything at all. My new life’s mission is to get hired as my local school’s athletic director so we can go back to using GoFan, since that app actually worked.

Worst app experience ever. I was forced to transition from Ticket Spicket to this Hometown app. I’m savvy but this is the worst app experience I have ever had. I go to Passes and have 9 passes that show up. All we actually should have is 3: one punch pass with maybe 2 punches left and 2 student passes. Click into any of the 9 and now it then lists 6 passes as options. Most just spin and do nothing if you click into them. Beyond frustrating. I am guessing so might be passed from past years? If so, WHY do they show up? And no way to contact anyone for assistance. This is just in the first 24 hours of use so I’m not looking forward to attempting to use this going forward. And the fact when you log in…no password and instead have to monkey with codes being sent to your email or phone.

Horrible customer care. I had no way to find out how many passes I had left in my 10 pack, so I had to re-up. The school year ended with passes left on my account. I just found out that I lose that money. No roll over and no refund. You should be ashamed of yourselves for making such a poor product. Parents are willing to fork over whatever they have to in order to support their children. You are preying on that.

Trash. This makes it incredibly difficult to buy tickets for games, doesn’t save credit card info, makes you enter EVERYTHING, EVERY TIME. Doesn’t save only the events you’re interested in, it they save the school with ALL of the events. Lastly, they charge a processing fee on every ticket which is straight garbage, because the schools decided to go cashless. I wish all these schools didn’t use this! I would give this ZERO stars!

No support and no consistency. We continue to NOT receive the tickets we purchase on the app. They don’t show up in our tickets. My email and phone are registered but I don’t get notifications via email anymore - I did a couple months ago. We went to and event last night and luckily I bought them at the ticket counter so they saw I paid for them because they never showed up in the app. The contact us link on the app does nothing. Support takes you to a list of unhelpful topics. Ticket spicket worked so much better.

Screen displaying tickets. The screen displaying the tickets to purchase and quantity is confusing because it’s squashed together and it’s confusing because you’re clicking on the four dollar student tickets and the adults options are too close together and you have to go back and clear your cart in order to start all over again or it will keep adding the amount in top of that.

Overcharge impossible to talk to anyone AWFUL app and ZERO service!. System was down last Thursday. Went to Highschool game gate agent said the app was working again. Attempted to purchase 2 tickets. Page said failed. Tried 3 more times. Each time with failure. Minutes later I received 4 emails with 2 tickets each. 4 cc charges. They overcharged me, don’t have proper payment protocol in place to avoid overcharge when their app is showing broken. No customer service. Called once open at 3pm! Who opens at 3pm. No human available. Leave a message. Here is my message: AWFUL APP AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I’m not going to waste my time waiting for you to fix it. I just told Chase to fix the overcharges. You broke Highschool sports.

Don’t buy your tickets until you’re at the gate!!. Our family traveled an hour to go to our daughter’s soccer game. There was a miscommunication with the time of the game. The AD waited until we (the visiting team) got to the stadium and then, canceled the game. Because we had already purchased our tickets through the app, we were not able to receive a refund. The home team was able to keep the hundreds of dollars in tickets for a game that never happened! We never even saw the inside of the stadium. We were told that we could only get a refund for tickets if the game was canceled due to Covid.

Beware “No Tickets Found” Message. Purchased tickets for a football game and after I submitted payment I received a message stating, “No Tickets Found”. I assumed this meant there has been an error in my purchase so I started the process over and again received the same message. I then checked my email and found both times the purchase had indeed gone through despite the message. I sent a message to the support email listed in the email asking for a refund for the extra purchase and was told by them that this event doesn’t offer refunds or exchanges. Apparently that applies even if it was an error on the end of the app. Very disappointed and as of right now out almost $42.

Scammiest app. This app is SOOOO bad. It let’s me buy a ticket, then locks me out and unable to use the ticket. I live in an endless sign-in loop. Back when it did work, you could buy a multi-use pass and never see how many uses are left. If you call, support tries NOT to answer the number of uses left. I suspect it is an attempt to retain funds from the users and from the schools this app supposedly supports. I would not be surprised to learn of shady business by hometown ticketing. Truly despise this app and this company.

Great app. Very functional. This is a great app. This app makes it super easy to purchase tickets for my school. Also having the ability to transfer tickets electronically is a game changer.

Horrible app. Having to log in every time I open it. Can’t get my passes to show up and there is no phone number to call to fix issues. Didn’t think it could be worse than Ticket Spicket , but it is ! Yet I’m forced to try and use it because it’s how we have to get into school sporting events

2nd time using it. I’ve tried like 5 different apps for tickets. It seems every school uses a different app…this app was easy to find the event but I never received my tickets In My email. The ticket taker at the door was able to find my ticket using my name…that’s why I give it 3 stars

Tickets. I like this app to buy tickets and hold my season tickets. However, I wish it would remember my payment info so I didn’t have to enter it with every purchase. Also, it is difficult to search for away events without knowing the exact name of the event.

A real pain. I just purchased three tickets for high school hockey game. Receipt shows I did, but only one ticket shows in my tickets. Every week I have to renewed all payment info. Please update to store the info. Also search function very hot or miss. Many times I have to close the ap and redo the search. All in all this app needs a lot of work.

Tickets Slow to show up. Until today my tickets took over 15 minutes to show up. Hopefully with this new iPhone update things will be smoother.

Doesn’t show all games. When my kids high school plays a game against another school and the game is at the other school, this app can’t find the game. It not shows games at my kids high school.

Transfer Tickets. It would be nice if the app saved information for people you have transferred tickets to. It would also be helpful if you could transfer more than one ticket at a time.

Really poor design. Add to apple wallet doesn’t function. You will get randomly logged out in between purchases. Sometimes you’ll get logged out immediately following your purchase and have to get the tickets from your email. I work for a software company. I couldn’t imagine having this many bugs for a simple ticketing app.

Bill. Very quick and easy to order the tickets!

Not super convenient. It would be much easier to use if it (SAFELY!) stored personal information like our school and credit card information. It’s a hassle to type it in every time. Or even add PayPal as an easier way to pay.

Won’t link tickets. Twice now I ordered tickets IN the app but they aren’t linked to my account and I can’t access them digitally. I keep having to email support to link them. Also need a way to go back to your cart if you leave the screen.

HARD TO FIND EVENT. I dont allow any app to use my location. If you dont allow this you can not find event by typing in the name of the school??! You have to have the zip?? Who knows that for a another school- weird

Question. Wondering why I had to write my email address on four different lines and my phone number twice at least that auto populated the third time. Seems to be a waste of time. Thank you

Worst app ever. I didn’t think ticketspicket could get worse but it did. EVERY time I try to buy tickets I have to enter my information. I’m logged in to the app but still need to give my name, email, phone,etc. Then when I finally do my tickets don’t show up and I have to go to my email and find a link. Ridiculous

Pass transfer issues. A family member has transferred a season pass to my account, but my app won’t load the related tickets. Tried to call technical support, but the line just hangs up on me every call. Hearing many others with the same problem.

Terrible. No way to save credit card, so I have to enter a credit card information every time. If your school has family annual passes it's a pain to deal with that. We used to have Ticket Spicket which is way better. Hometown makes everything so much more difficult. Petitioning our school to drop - it is so bad.

Exhausted. I attend sporting events all year long, through different leagues, & organizations, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had to purchase tickets! The registration process is ridiculous to say the least and none of the staff have a clue as to how they can assist you. On top of that most of the staff is rude and impatient with parents who just want to support their student athletes.

A bit annoying. Like most reviewers I agree it’s dumb that you can’t save your payment info. Instead I buy the tickets on safari (since my card info auto fills) and then the tickets are there in the app for easy access.

Add PayPal. Need to add Pay Pal to payment options. Do not like to provide personal credit card to different sources. Only reason I continue with the purchase because my son plays in the Hopewell High School band.

Passes—Congested App. The passes don’t show how many you have left, nor do they drop off after use. The Passes tab can get pretty congested. I get bogged down at the event gate each time trying to figure out which pass is still valid/has passes remaining. Maybe there’s a trick I don’t know.

Online HS Football Tickets. Like the way to get tickets highly dislike the $1 service fee PER TICKET. We don’t have a choice but to purchase tickets this way. Wrong to charge per ticket

Doesn’t save anything!. What a very frustrating app. Why doesn’t it save your cc info. What a pain to have to enter it every single time! Also, once I misspelled the email, which you have to enter twice and to verify & so it deleted everything. Had to type in cc & other info again! It would be better just to stand in line and pay for a ticket. This is way more inconvenient.

Terrible. Please don’t use.. Our school district is forcing us to use this app. I’ve used it 3 times and had problems twice. Now I’ve paid for tickets but didn’t get an email, have no tickets in the app, and can’t speak to anyone on the phone. Other districts use different apps that work as expected. This app is garbage. I’ll give it one star because it worked once.

Senior Rates Request. It would be nice if you offered Senior tickets. Many of the students have grandparents who want to enjoy seeing their grands play sports but the tickets are a little high for them.

No ticket. Last week I bought a ticket and it did not register for over an hour. It charged me but my ticket was not viewed under this app. I had to purchase another ticket on the website to get access to the game and during halftime the purchase went through but the ticket never appeared.

Save account info??. Wish this app would save my credit card info and make it a simple click to purchase tickets repeatedly.

Cool app. Very easy to use to order tickets. Much easier than buying them in person.

Needs lots of improvements. This app could be so much better if it used FaceID and allowed you to store payment information. Interesting how they charge you a “service” for some tickets and not for others. The time-tested cash/paper ticket was a better solution than this app.

Football tickets. This sight is not user friendly & very difficult to use! I would recommend putting one persons name & info in when purchasing, not for every person that you buy a ticket for!! Info overload!! Waste of time. Terrible…& allow more time to get info out in, expired & I had to redo 3 times

Works great. I use it all the time for my kids games and it’s super easy. Wish more schools used this

Amazing. I love this app so much, I know when ever there is a game, and I don’t have to wait outside to buy my tickets.

Information Requested. Would be nice not having to retype my email address and phone number for the 8 tickets I just bought or the 4 tickets I buy weekly for the games.

Log out. When I am in the app it will just log you out without letting you finish your purchase. Every time I log into the app it will let me start the process to purchase tickets then 1/2 through purchasing log me out. I have to log back in to finish the order.

Lack of info. Would be nice to be able to see how many uses are left on purchases passes - and would also be nice to be able to remove the passes with no uses remaining.

Terrible. Ticket Spicket was iffy at times, but at least they didn’t rip you off. Bought a season pass and got confirmation email but no pass on my account. Customer “service” doesn’t answer the phone or respond to online form. Hometown is either incompetent or fraudulent, I can’t decide.

“Fixed” that which was not broken. Ever since Hometown took over from Ticket Spicket, this app has been a challenge to use. It would have been nice if they had just left it alone. All changes made have made it no longer efficient and a challenge to use.

Cannot Even Use App. I am not sure exactly what the problem is, but I’m stuck on the login screen permanently. Every time I enter my phone number I keep getting the message “Trying again” without anything even happening. It is kind of hard to purchase tickets on the app if I can’t even get past the login screen

Terrible. Logs you kite very 19 seconds. Had to install and uninstall several times before it would alllow me to enter phone number. Not have to use because it holds school tickets. Wallet is much better to access your tickets but oh wait, that function is not working either

Not showing the game. It worked great last week during the first game I went to buy this week, it doesn’t even show the football game for my school OR the school they’re playing against! And I know there’s a game since I watched the school buses of high schoolers drive away. 😒

Suggestion. The biggest problem with the app for me is there is no way to see how many tickets are left if you buy an all sports flex pass. You also can’t delete the used up passes. These two functions would make the app a lot better.

Works as though it was a college students first app. Can’t use Apple Pay, can’t save tickets to apple wallet successfully. Doesn’t have any way to pay other than manually entering credit card number, the scan to text doesn’t work. After you pay, and hit go to my tickets, it says you’ve been logged out and you have to log in again.

Hometown fan review. I’m in the software field and I can confidently say this is the worst designed app I have every seen. It does not respond to screen size. I have a iPhone. It requires you to enter the same information multiple times. It is very nearly unusable on my iPhone. Your software team should be ashamed of this work

Please succeed!. This concept is something every parent/student has been waiting for but so far, needs some improvements 1) I can’t easily add people from my family to the pass. The fix from support was to just send a picture of the pass to them 2) when I tried to “share” the pass , it removed it from my app Recommend to have an easier way to add a family to the family passes first so they can just log in and share the family passes and not allow a sharing of the individual passes

Season pass. For parents that attend every game and other sporting events the fees are ridiculous. It can get pricey. How about offering a season pass to certain schools sporting event. I do like how it keeps track of my purchases.

Convenient. Great app for getting tickets the only issue is it is too picky on the spelling of the school. For example when looking for St. Thomas I cannot write out saint and I have to have the period after the St or it gives me the wrong or no results.

Need to store information. No ability store card information for purchases and have to enter name and email with each purchase even though it is saved in the profile section.
