Harmful. Does not work after most recent update!!!

Crashes. New update 8/10/20 makes the app unable to even open (at least on my iPhone). Come on guys, please fix!!

Horrible. Trash. Not optimized for iPhone X and beyond. Looks terrible. No gesture support. This is the most half-assed implementation. It’s honestly easier just to VMware into my hospitals EMR than to use this app in its current state.

Scroll down needs to be fixed. I can not scroll down with the latest version. Please fix it asap. You guys do not even read the reviews. This is the most basic thing in an app and everyone is screaming in the reviews. Complete trash.

Better than the last version. Needs dark mode. Please add dark mode support.

Agreed with above criticisms. Lab results are blank in dark mode, scrolling on clinical documents is cumbersome (need two fingers to initiate scrolling… why?), and the vital signs graphs are map-aligned. Really does need an urgent refresh of these issues.

Barely usable. Barely usable, result names don’t show, not intuitive, looks amateurish, older Sunrise Mobile MD II at least is functional and helpful at the point of care.

Dark mode not supported. I have the dark theme in my iPhone and the app just won't support it. I can't see anything on it

Needs fixing. Unable to connect to hospital server after latest update

Last update screwed up the app. After the last update I can no longer login by face id. When i try it flashes my username and pw then disappears each time. I have to type it in each time. Also when i look at results the coloring is off and i cant see which labs i am looking at, its like a weird night mode.

Broken. New update unable to scroll documents, everything cut off. Also night mode still doesn’t show text. Who are the coders on this useless app?

Not compatible with ios. Improve compatibility on ios, screens are dark, some orders are impossible to place through app. Needs more user friendliness.

A lot of bugs. Not optimized for iPhone X or higher. The x icon gets trapped behind the clock on left upper side making you force quit the program. Sunrise MD II has same amount of bugs but at least it works on iPhone X. I recommend that instead.

App is a metaphor of our broken healthcare system. Too many glitches to be useful.

Constant crashes. Constantly crashes Face ID doesn’t work

Login glitch. Since the new update the app has a glitch in facial recognition automatic login. It is extremely annoying

needs a lot of work. latest version does not allow basic scrolling down the document. would be nice to allow changing display fonts. app not optimized for IPhone use. needs extensive usability testing before release.

I didn’t think it could get so much worse. Entirely unhelpful, logs out after short periods of time & while still being used. Takes ages to load pages and log in. A massive waste of the taxpayers money

Unusable. Whoever thought using white text on a white background to choose different results or black text on a black backgrounds needs to be given an award for the most stupid programming decision ever made. Congratulations

What rubbish. The latest update takes forever to load, the screen grays out and the wheel of death scrolls on and on.

Clunky Interface, Challenging navigation. The interface requires an overhaul. In a word, it’s clunky. Most importantly, there should be ability to see all documents and all labs tied to a patient’s file for all time easily. Searching for documents by having to enter into every admission is a extremely inefficient.
