Connecteam Team Management App App Reviews

Could be great, but not quite there yet. I'd be willing to raise my rating if you fix these two UI issues: 1. The "My availability" feature needs work. I have recurring times when I'm unavailable, so I toggled the "Repeat availability preferences" button on and set it to repeat until a date one year later. I later needed to edit the time, but there is no way to edit the whole batch of dates. The only way to edit is to go through all 52 dates and change each one individually. This is extremely time consuming and frustrating. 2. The single week view/layout is not intuitive. The "week summary" does not match the dates shown above and below it and there is nothing indicating which month the displayed week is in. This is super confusing.

Gal. I find this app very annoying! The organization started sending very thick reading material through the app which includes diagrams and maps. For some unknown reason the app won’t let me download or print out anything. It makes catching up with the reading almost impossible when the organization decides I have to study a map through it. I need to be able to download stuff(to read in flights e.g.) and to be able to print out reading material. Connecteam please add this features to make your app Truly great.

Would like to be able to quickly generate labor reports. I don’t know if it’s user error or what but I am annoyed by the fact there’s no quick, easy way to see the total hours spend on my crew for a completed week. On the desktop site there is but it’s not intuitive. I feel like there should be a big button that says like “reports” and you can see what hours for a job total are there.

FATASTIC!. We are so so grateful for the app for our non-profit. It’s a blessing that it’s free for us as we only have a few employees. I have been doing paper timesheets for 2 years and finding Connecteam changed everything! Thank you so much! You are so appreciated! This app works like a charm!

Great potential, but it’s missing some basics.. Our company recently ditched WhatsApp for ConnecTeam, and while I’m trying to love it, a few things are seriously holding me back. 1. First off, you can’t drag down to close the keyboard. Having to tap back like it’s 2010 is not great for productivity. 2. Then there's the "reply" feature – cool, except you can't attach a GIF. 3. Oh, and once you send a message, hope you didn’t mess up because there’s no edit option. Typos? Wrong info? Too bad, you’re stuck with it. 4. And while we’re at it, searching for GIFs is frustrating. They show up blurry like it's an internet from 1998, but when you send them, they magically clear up. Why the suspense? Please, make this easier to love. These fixes aren’t much to ask for!

Great but buggy. As an employee using this app it’s a great way to keep up to date with work related news as well as keep track of my PTO and sick leave, however the chat feature is buggy and either crashes my app or the chat function turns to a blank screen when clicked on. As well as reply/react functions not appearing correctly on the screen.

What can’t this app do?. There’s literally been nothing we couldn’t transition to this app! Timeclock, scheduling, receipt tracking, event invitations, group chat.... you name it! We have been able to eliminate several more costly apps and use just this one. If you take the time to build out your workflows, this app is your oyster (if that’s even a thing)! Cannot say enough good things about it. Plus we are saving almost $1,000/yr on other app subscriptions.

Best Small Business App. As a small business owner we wear a lot of hats and anytime you can find a tool that reduces the time spent running the business while improving productivity, that’s a win win. Connecteam not only does that, it also elevates your professionalism to attract the best talent out there while retaining the staff you have. There are so many tools to take your business up a few notches that you’ll be happy you added this awesome platform to your company. I can’t say enough good things about the company and their product. Highly recommended.

Knight Life Security. We started using this app in the earlier stages and were happy to be involved in some of the feedback that makes it great! We jumped onboard because we wanted to eliminate the need to use different platforms. Connecteam is capable of handling about 95% of our day to day work! Definitely recommend it to any field companies and or security companies. It’s so customizable and user friendly! Truly a work of art

Wow.. So coming from paper and pen….we had gotten used to losing a percentage of our business to errors. It was just what happened. Until we found this little app. My friend who’s a contractor had told us about it and was showing off on his phone. I got curious…or jealous, and decided to try. The title doesn’t lie, wow! After a couple of days of playing with the system and a lot of support from conncecteams support team we had designed an automated scheduler, geo-fence for clock, and even “quick tasks” for my employees. Safe to say we don’t lose a percentage of our business now to things we can’t control. Thank you Connecteam for such an amazing tool!

Outstanding with a support team!. We have switched our full operation over to Connecteam and what a great decision is was to do so. The support team isn’t just attentive but they truly listen to what you are trying to accomplish and give you multiple ways to reach that goal. The customization ability is wonderful and not complicated. The software team really thought of the end user and created the ease to implement. The desktop side is very well created with calculated custom icons and colors for labeling. The phone app is completely designed for phone users in mind. Rich in features with the ability to administer what accessibility each user has is well thought out. The chat feature is everything you want and need in a software that has this many features and really ties all the workflows and schedules together. We are constantly finding more ways that Connecteam is being used to simplify our day to day operations. Simply a wonderful software and team behind it! Thanks Connecteam!

Love this app!. I spent numerous hours trying to find something that would work for my small businesses, one being a hotel and the other being apartments, and this app is the best by far! Easy for me to use, but also easy for the employees to use whether they are tech savvy or not. I’m super impressed with this app and I’ve only been using it about a year week. I expect to learn so much more that this app can do for me that I’m beyond excited! I can’t say enough good things about this app and look for are to being able to expand my knowledge using this platform. I’m a tech geek so this app is like tech porn for me :)

This is incredible!. We just started using this so we haven’t really jumped into all of it yet. But there are so many features that will be key in encouraging and enforcing communication, expanding our knowledge base and training as well as some fun ways to reward your employees and incentivize them. Keeping my staff engaged with each other and with me is priceless. And best of all, it is free for up to 10 or fewer employees. That helps me to be able to keep costs down. Thank you Connecteam.

Great App, Some Bugs. I am an admin and don’t personally use the app that much but my employees like it and use it correctly and consistently which is a huge improvement over past time clocks. One complaint is that the “Most used by you” jobs are random and don’t apply to the individual. Would be helpful if these were accurate. Small glitches like that occur but are not detrimental so overall a great app for us.

True small business supporters!. We have a small mobile auto repair business and this app is perfect! Not only is it great, the customer service and the overall support from the company truly shows that their mission is to support small businesses! Thanks so much!

Idea is great. Execution needs work.. We use this throughout the day at my work. Sending messages is sometimes buggy as it simply won’t send when you click send. Notifications don’t always come through to an individuals phone (problematic as I work in healthcare). Would be great to be able to temporarily silence certain chats or all chats for a certain amount of time or on certain days (ie when not at work) - only the the on/off notification setting on each individual chat reliably works. Calendars/schedules only work on certain individuals phones and we haven’t figured out why. Overall needs work but the idea is good.

Great app, fantastic customer service!. I manage an ice rink and this is app has helped a lot. We are able to have a schedule for employees and also have a schedule showing all of our rentals and the break downs for the different events needs. Dylan and the ConnecTeam made understanding the app a breeze. They were there to help customize my trial to best understand how the app can work for us. We have officially signed on for the next year and I am looking forward to relieving the stress of having to manage employee hours and event hours on multiple platforms. The app could use some work. If you are scrolling down a list of jobs available and happen to bump the claim button you can’t cancel the shift especially if it’s within 48 hours. Im a CNA and it even claims shifts for LPN and RN jobs if i hit the button accidentally. I like clipboard health compared to this layout and format. They have map and calendar view and go by points. Theres also a confirmation page when you are trying to book a shift that’s what they need.

Great App so Far! Could be better for remote employees. So I help manage small business where half of our employees work remotely. The app so far has been great with tracking hours, updates, and communication has been super smooth and easy. Overall it’s been great and meets majority of our needs. It would be nice if the app have a video call or feature so we can have our team meetings or 1:1 calls virtually in the app.

Not worth it. We updated to the basic version and before I did that it said that version lets you track and you could make it so you have to get admin approval for stuff but once we paid for it it won’t and it’s pretty much the same as the free version but now we are paying for that. We don’t want to pay more than the basics one price seeing how we don’t have very many employees and it’s not worth it. It was a little bit of false advertising for the basic plan.

Great for scheduling clients!. When I just worked by myself, it was easier to schedule my clients for cleaning. Since hiring my first employee, this has been SO HELPFUL to manage both of our clients and be able to make changes quickly. I love that she can see her whole schedule, notes, clients information etc from her phone app. So easy! I also loved that the site was customizable to what my needs were.

Good App but needs one thing…. We use this app at work as security officers abd it does things well and saves paperwork but it needsvone big option esp with some of us with vision issues but also the graveyard guys is we need to be sble to go to DARKMode euther along with phone settings or as a option in the app settings. Its very tough to look st a bright screen after vision adjusts for darkness then try n be blinded by working on paperwork then having to wait for. vision to adjust to darkness again. Hopefully the Dev’s see this n fixes it soon to help us and others out. Otherwise no complaints really elsewise.

Best time tracking app.. My companies used multiple applications as connecting. This is the best one by far. They are user friendly setup time is super easy. My front office loved it. I own a construction company and the guys pick apart every app we had but this one. We had to cancel because our new platform has a time tracker. Not nearly as easy as this one. Additionally I have to say this company is a class act. They refunded me the month that I didn’t use but I needed for payroll.

Impressive. You don’t need to take my word for it. Check out the free trial. There are no ads to bother you and I have no doubt you will be impressed as much as I have with the features. Yes of course there is a monthly fee but if you look at all the flexibility they built into the programming you will be impressed too. Thumbs up 👍👍

Limited. This app is very limited in its ability. I’m not sure the developer’s understand the business world with all its variables as this software is not as adaptable as needed. It’s more of a cookie cutter template with no means to adapt for bigger or more expanded needs. It might work to a degree, but fails when trying to manage 100 people with 200 tasks to learn each and over a dozen checklists to manage.

Everything You Need In One Place!. My business and I have been using Connectteams for about two months now and we have loved every second of it! We are a small business and it comes in handy, with everything you need in one place. I love the browser version as well! I am beyond ecstatic and grateful for the upgrade they have given us

Best work app. Connecteam is genuinely extremely impressive, and has really streamlined day to day tasks, its not an exaggeration to say this app has been game changer. Creating forms, scheduling, onboarding, team groups, trainings etc, it has been amazing. The only thing that’s missing is a DocuSign feature. This is a must have. Please add a feature like that.

This is not a review but an issue. I’m having issue with the request time off section. When you click on it and go choose the date you would like to take off the last row on every month is blocked by the confirm button. If you try to choose any dates that the confirm button is blocking you can’t. It won’t let you choose. Be warn for people that are not looking twice and choosing wrong dates because of this issue. I’m using an iPhone 11.

Needs improvement.. Make it to where I scroll between months I can still continue to see my schedule instead of having to click back to the month itself. For example. It’s June. When I want to look at my end of June, beginning of July schedule. July shows blank until I click on July. If I can SCROLL to July, I should be able to see my schedule in July without having to backtrack.

Blackdot Media. Hello thanks for such a wonderful app, we use it everyday especially as a small business. We love the ease of the interface and the email notifications. We as a small business will not survive without it! Thanks for all the timely updates and continuous improvements.

Helps our team to be more productive. This software is so great that it comes to the point that it increases the quality of outputs and productivity because of its collaboration tools. Since then, I and my team have been using it on a daily basis to optimize processes.

New to Security and I am beyond impressed. As I was reading about the company and app it all seemed too good to be true because quality is hard to come by. Thank you developers especially for how wonderful the app alone is presented and feels. Complex made simple, thank you Connecteam.

Great app for scheduling employees. We are a large team of computer science educators who teach teachers how to use computer science in their classrooms. Most of our sessions are virtual, and some are face-to-face. We've been using Connecteam since the beginning of summer and have found it to be very helpful in scheduling for all of our varied offerings. One frustrating feature in the app is not having the ability to "accept" shifts. We can "claim" shifts, but once assigned, you are unable to accept within the app. You have to go to the website.

Employee tracking battery drainer. My employer forces us to use this time clock app. Hate every thing about it. Now this god forsaken app is causing SERIOUS battery drain. Before the latest update I didn’t notice any battery issues. Now I go home with 30-40% less battery than I was before the update. I don’t use my phone much during the day. How do I know that it is this app. The battery usage shows in settings. I can’t turn off the always on location because my foreman will freak the F out and think I’m not at work.

So great for scheduling small team. I use this app for a scheduling tool for my small team of 7. It’s awesome that it’s free for less than 10 users but I’ll definitely pay when my business grows. It’s easy to use and has been incredibly helpful for time tracking and scheduling. Thank you Connecteam!

Great App Great Customer Service. We are a civil construction company of 100 employees. We did a lot of research for a platform that would allow us to better engage and communicate with our employees and landed on Connecteam ~1-1/2 years ago for its value and versatility. Our experience with the app and the product support team has been second-to-none. We have about 95% engagement company-wide with nearly 60% regular engagement, which has exceeded our expectations. We don’t even use all of the app features, but it will do everything we hoped it would do and more. As the primary admin and content curator, I can say that the app is relatively easy to use, both on the front and back ends, and is very versatile in its abilities. I have interacted with product support from the beginning as if I was the only customer and they have done nothing but treat me as if that is true. It’s pretty cool to know that your ideas for improvement are heard. I would highly recommend this app!

Horrible worker experience. Made for lazy employers who don’t care about their employees. I hate this app and I hate that employers and managers are able to use it. The app constantly notifies me to “not forget to clock in” early in the morning on my days off. I have to wait to the second it turns whatever o clock for me to clock in or out so I’m sitting in suspension at least 4 times a day. And from what it sounds like with the managers they can’t even remove a shift if they need too. Just a stupid app for a world of idocracy.

Great app and customer service. Super easy to schedule and my employees loved it and the reminders for their shifts. It’s free for small businesses with less than 10 employees now, that’s amazing! We unfortunately no longer needed the scheduler and customer service was super helpful about getting us situated!

Game Changer for My Small Business. As my business grew I found myself juggling balls more often. This end result was that things started being missed. This scheduling app was a game changer. Not only is it wonderful for me, it is extremely easy for my employees to use and understand. And they definitely are not text savvy. Additionally, the support is outstanding. Questions are answered within minutes, and no question is too mundane in for them. I must admit, there are a lot of features that I am not using, but will come in handy at a later date. I would recommend this both for small and larger size businesses.

Exactly what I needed. I manage several gyms in another state, and I really needed a scheduling and timekeeping app that allowed me to do this without my traditional downloading from a clock. I also use the team communication and the daily checklist for opening and closing the gyms. Helps all of us be accountable!

Battery drains bad. My boss makes us use this app. We clean houses and some places don’t have service. It would be amazing if you guys could do an offline mode like some other apps. Also…. This app DRAINS my battery. After the update I get home with my phone close to 10% when before I would get home with at least 50%… half the time I can’t even clock in because my phone dies so I’m screwed on hours trying to figure out what houses I’ve missed.

Best app out there. Supports small businesses!. Part owner of a small construction company. Tried a bunch of different apps out there for tracking time and my crews. I landed on Connecteam because of price and being the best application for my company. I tried the free version and loved it. I purchased the basic level (because I’m a small company and couldn’t afford the higher packages) but was disappointed with some of the features I lost when purchasing. I reached out to the Connecteam team and they hooked me up!! They support small businesses and helped me at every turn. I HIGHLY recommend this app if you are looking around for such app. They recently came out with an update giving all small businesses full access to the entire app (everything they offer) without charging me extra! Beyond amazing. Function and use is super easy. Overall great app. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to purchase. Worth every penny. They connecteam team is great with getting you started. They help you along the way. I’ve have it for about 6 months now and have had nothing but exceptional customer service. This is the best time and scheduling app out there by far!

Delete account. How do I delete my account?!?! I already had one for a company I’m working for but now for some reason my number isn’t associated with ANY account so I made a new one to see if it was just a glitch and my number was still working but it DID NOT so now I’m trying to delete my account and get a new one associated with my company, why is it so difficult to put a delete account option in the settings? you think someone is gonna want to keep their contact info associated with this app forever? c’mon think smarter then that

Great app. I’ve been using the app for about a year and a half now for our small business and we have used just a free version but it has been awesome they are helpful attentive communication is great the app works great both from my phone and computer and tablet thank you love it

A whole new Company. I recently had to find a system or software to help me run my contracting business. My partners chose a different avenue for themselves, leaving me to handle, not only the field and day-to-day operations, but all of the admin stuff as well. This app sincerely made not only everything easier but the employees much more interactive with everything.

You Don’t Always Need My Location. My boss just had us switch to this app for scheduling and clocking in, and there’s a couple issues I have with it. First of all, the app doesn’t need to always have my location. It has worked just fine with only allowing it while using the app, but it’s been pushing me to change it to always allowing my location to be tracked, to the point where I can’t clock in. If it won’t work with “allow while using” then don’t have it be an option. The other issue isn’t as big of a deal, but it might be a nice feature to have. Being able to just give up a shift and allow other people to take it without having to use a group chat can be handy. There’s a few extra steps that come from having to use a group chat that can be eliminated if the person unable to work can post their shift and someone can take it, instead of communicating, posting to the one person, that person accepting, and then the boss approving it. Not a big deal, just an idea that comes from using other clock in apps.

Love the app!. Highly enjoy the app! Easy set up & fun to be able to import pdf’s and other forms my company uses. It would be nice to have a little more control over admin in the app directly. It would be nice if all team members could post in the feed to share success, ideas or post a question to all members in the group rather then through the messenger. Really would like to see the ability to add a background photo in the profile section & change the backgrounds when posting an update to an image rather then a color or wallpaper. This seems to be the only negative thing my team has found. Hope to see that change soon! It would also be nice to be able to create & track reporting in regards to sales without importing/connecting it to PDF or google docs.

Fantastic App. Connecteam has managed to create a seamless common sense app that manages our staff and remove a tremendous burden from HR. Their approach to the functionally of this incredible HR Department in the palm of your hands is so easy to navigate that staff training isn’t necessary. What we though would have been a learning curse is so intuitive. The Support is outstanding, they are truly in your corner desiring you to succeed in meeting all your HR needs. The Developers have constantly improving an app that is head and shoulders above so many that we have tried. The Rewards and Recognition feature for Staff Members is simply brilliant. This is highly recommended.

Loving the app so far but.... This app has far beyond exceeded what I was expecting. I’ve been able to set up everything I would need for my restaurant team but I am experiencing one issue. Whenever you click to add a GIF or click on the submit button, the screen that slides up consistently jumps up and down. I’ve reached out to support and they were very helpful and assured me that this would get escalated to their programmers. I really hope this gets figured out as I can see it getting annoying for my users, and me at some point. Overall, 5 star so far. I can’t see dropping that rating down with my one single issue about the app. I’m hopeful this small issue will be worked out soon.

The best app ever!. From a small business owner stand point this app is truly amazing. Not only do they help and teach you but its so easy to use and learn. Ive been able to do my whole on boarding and new hire training and even keep track all types of documents for both myself and my team. Amazing i love this app you will too!

Life saving app!. I’ve been looking for an app that does it all for years! Connecteam exceeded my expectations x 10! It has everything we need & more on the free plan. Very, very good. We use Connecteam across our three locations to manage rosters, team chat and tasks. Having all staff communication in one place has enabled us to drop 2-3 other software platforms. Prompts to upgrade are a little annoying as the feature list does increase the costs quickly with modular pricing and a long list of features per module, however we’re now looking at other ways we can use Connecteam with our small team.

Job Change/Name for shift doesn’t edit/update. Needs to be looked into as it shows what was originally inputted when downloaded app.

Hopeless. Had to uninstall and reinstall every use to access client names. So frustrating

Useless with poor internet. As field technician who works mainly on remote communications the lack of any offline capability makes it very hard to work with.

Connectcrap. An awkward and frustrating application. The Connecteam app promises a convenient solution for employees to access work information, albeit that's how Connecteam is pitched in our workplace. In reality, you get the impression that those administering the app don't know what their doing. The features of the app do not allow for pinch-finger zoom and to navigate to relevant information the user opens a series of folder upon folder, there is no shortcut between frequently used folders. A solution to employees exchanging shifts, or swapping work is not possible with Connecteam. Communication between employees is no more advanced that a text message and relevant issues degrade to opinions and value judgements. The application lacks of functional calendar and ... It's a crapapp.

A necessity in our business. We run a music school and we use this to do all our scheduling. Our biggest thing is customer support and CT support team are very quick to respond which is amazing! Theres a lot of things that can still be improved but their customer support and their open mindedness to feedback is awesome! Looking forward to see if they make any more improvements with the suggestions we’ve put forward 🫡❤️

Great app. So easy to use unlike the other apps I’ve tried with some many unnecessary features. Very user friendly and our staff is loving it as everything is in one place. No more sending text messages or email. Plus their customer support is readily available when needed.

Up and running in 2 Days. Connecteam app I cannot fault. For my small business I was able to create forms seamlessly and have my staff utilising the app within 2 days. This app ticks all the boxes for my business needs.

Love this app!. I’ve been using Connect Team for a small team for over a year. I love this app and find it the most intuitive one I’ve tried. I’m in construction and I tried at least 15 different apps for my business and found connect team to be hands down the best for us. It’s not bloated with stuff you don’t need but does still have lots of great features. Its really easy onboarding staff and getting them to use it whereas some of the other apps the boys didn’t like and found confusing.

Rating. It’s a great app

Mostly distracting and unnecessary. The app initially didn’t run on my previous phone as the company I work for started trialling its usage late last year (iOS support from the developers wasn’t available for the model). Upon getting a new phone this year and trying to get the app to work again we found success, but the absolute onslaught and assault of notifications and messages flying through from our entire teams main hub and individual groups on day one was incredibly off putting and anxiety inducing. It’s essentially just another messaging app (I don’t have notifications on for those either 😵) that grants the user no additional functions than a standard mobile phone group chat, email list, facebook/instagram messenger, discord etc. | On an ending positive note however, some of my co-workers really seem to like it 🤷🏻‍♂️ so take what I say with a grain of salt against the other reviews. Perhaps I may be able to get one of them to leave a more thorough and pleasant review for the app 🥀.

Photo library request full access. Can't understand why it request full access from my photo library, otherwise it not allow me to select from limited access. What's the APP expecting get photos from my phone?

ConnectTeams is. The ConnectTeam App is exceptional. We utilize it to manage our volunteer staff, and productivity has increased dramatically since implementation.

How do I add a customer or project. How do I add a customer or project so when I select the time clock I can add that customer, currently it has customer 1 and 2 and project A

Privacy. Umm, should everyone in the workplace have ready access to our phone numbers and emails? If we delete the app is our contact information removed from here or can others still see it?

Junk. No mention of trial period, then won’t let you access account until you pay a ridiculous amount. Junk don’t download

Its loading. Very slow network error is coming not working properly

Customer Service Experience Is Great!. The Connect Teams app is a really good piece of software. Visually Impressive and easy to use. But the best part about connect teams is the customer service, the staff are friendly and aim to help you out by customising the experience to your needs. I highly recommend using this platform for your rostering and other business requirements.

Always Finding Solutions. Went looking through reviews of the App that I currently use, “wow love it or hate it.” Such is life For Me, the Director of a Diverse Construction Company in Australia I had searched for nearly a year before I tried Connecteam. To date this app has helped the Company grow from 10 Employees to now Over 50. This App is great if you want a quick and no fuss solution to help track your team and allocate work It IS NOT a complete package like Aroflo or similar but no where as complicated or expensive, plus the mobile app is great and always getting better(unlike some apps that just update) The most customised piece of kit I’ve found for the price. I use this tool along with Trello and currently working on an API to make them communicate. Where Connecteam is Great - Easy to use, Some of my team call it the Tradies Facebook. The app freezes on iOS 15.7. The app does not respond at all, it freezes on iOS 15.7. Would be good to disable Face recognition, not needed.

No bulk scheduling. I wanted to allocate one person to work just weekends for 4 months and the only way to do it is input each day one at a time. So not very useful. Raised this 3 times with their help desk and zero response.

Worst app. Can’t even upload files in this app.

Freezes every time. This would be amongst the worst pieces of software I have had to use in many years. If this was version 1 they could be forgiven! Whenever I attempt to get information my phone freezes... EVERY TIME! Staff further up the food chain cannot help! Data that I require cannot be obtained. USELESS!!

Power. Drains battery life after last update due to the fact that location has to be on always including precise location

Can’t Duplicate Shifts on Mobile App. You cannot duplicate shifts on the mobile app, only desktop - pretty substantial blockage for our team. Means you have to manually put in shifts on mobile for every single week.

Everything I need. So far, so good! This app has everything I need to keep my team connected. User friendly and accessible.

Photo uploading. Very hard to upload photos to a chat. Takes forever and doesn’t even send. Please fix it so we don’t have to spend so much time trying to upload photos.

Horrible app!. This app is really horrible! I made a stinking payment and I still can’t access my information. This app was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. It’s so hard to navigate and find important information that you need and it blocks you out from seeing previous hours worked if you don’t pay.

best scheduling app so far but. no doubt this is my first scheduling application. everything is great but need some bug fixes. very often it happens. when i open a chat and return to main menu, screen becomes white then i have to restart the app. i am using iphone 15pro. my other colleagues using it on their iphones , felt same issue very often. please fix it

Can’t change country on login procedure. Every time I try to switch it to Canada it goes back to default

Only thing holding it back from being a 5 star app!. We. Need. A. Job. View. Option. In. The. Job. Scheduler. Hands down 5 out of 5 app if they had that one function. As of right now, without that function, it is very hard to see what work you have in the pipeline on a monthly time frame.

Easy & practical. I love this app. It’s very easy and user friendly for both admin and the employees. The end of month report saved my time a lot. I travk only the time in and out of employees as well as the group chatting for announcements. Worth to use for small businesses

First time user , so far so good. Just downloaded the app tonight to help update our company and modernize the payroll/time management. Looks like it will save many man hours for myself and employees. It’s 11pm and 2/8 have already signed on within minutes and figured out how to use it.

Helps our team to be more productive. This software is so great that it comes to the point that it increases the quality of outputs and productivity because of its collaboration tools. Since then, I and my team have been using it on a daily basis to optimize processes.

Deceptive. They hook you in with free and it truly is free. But as soon as you need more users and are happy to pay for them, they start ripping you off. After you are already locked into a year long contract paying for extra employees then you have to pay individually for each feature you use to enjoy for free. The worst part is discovering this one as a problem pops up one at a time and you are suckered into paying for each solve one by one until you realize you are way over paying for a time clock app! Great software. Horrific business model. I would advise not even using the free app as you will eventually get burned as your company grows to be dependent on it.

Good tool for small business. One thing I’d like to see if easier reporting features. At the end of a job, we have to manually add up hours worked or each individual…having a total, and a paid/unpaid indicator would be amazing.

Amazing. As far as free content for managing employees and hours, this app is amazing. You can manage way more employees for free than any other app on the market. The time sheet is easy to use and to edit, and once you figure out the app it’s really easy to manage large parts of your business.

Great app for our group. We are a small ski patrol and we use this app for scheduling and communication. It meets are needs very well and is easy to learn.

Almost Perfect. Everything is great! EXCEPT! Every time I try to go into my Timesheet and change the dates, the app freezes and I can’t do anything except close the app. Been happening since I started using the app… 6 months🥲

Location. It’s a good app I just don’t get why it need to know where I am all the time, if you need it when you are at work it can ask for your location every time you are at work and if you don’t share our location then why do we need to hit that “always” bottom on the location. Please change that.

Can’t edit available times. I like the availability tab, I just wish I could put the hours I’m available, instead of unavailable. It just looks bad to have my whole week highlighted in red when I only wanna make sure I don’t work night shifts.

Good Service / Response Time. I had an issue with one version of this app where the job scheduler was buggy. They got back to me pretty quickly with a fix.

Are the servers for this run off of a 90s Mac??. I swear this is by far the worst time card app I’ve ever used, IT NEVER WORKS!!! I’m consistently having issues with the app just not letting me clock in or I just have a blank white screen? I don’t even know why my company bothers with it because I have to manually record my time anyway because the app DOES NOT WORK!!!!

Way Too many privacy issues. Location tracking on my personal phone, too much information available to non-HR personnel. Definitely could be a issue / unsafe for employees with domestic violence issues. Too invasive for my job, it truly makes no sense. And I am not an employee, so clocking in and out makes us one, FSLA anyone? This is a dangerous tool in the hands of unscrupulous employees/bosses. Severely comprises data protection issues.

Makes me want to throw my phone across the room. The app is garbage. The menu navigation is utterly confusing. Nothing is simple. All the defaults set you up to fail. It is constantly hanging, or crashing. I have to track my hours in a spreadsheet because the app is so broken. My job is hard enough, connectteam! Stop making my day worse.

Meh. We're a small company with a variable quantity of employees depending on jobs and contacts for production. We have from 12-46 workers needing to access the time clocks, with jobs and assignments within the jobs changing with our workforce. The app is on the pricey side for basics, to add the stuff we need is priced beyond what is logical for our company.

So close to 5 stars!. I have two jobs, my first started using it and I recommended it to my second employer, they implemented and love it! One feature I would appreciate is if I could get notifications for both jobs. Currently the app only shows whichever I am logged into, so I have to pop back and forth to see if I’ve missed anything. Add a better keyboard with spellcheck and this would be 5 stars for my purposes. Also noticed photo upload in chat can be a little janky, if I want to screencap a training and post it won’t connect to my gallery.

Terrible optimization for iPhone interface. As an employee who has to use this app, I find this rather annoying. When filling out forms you find yourself unable to complete it due the boxes being out of reach and not fitting in the screen, same goes with messages. I have to copy company messages to see the entirety of it, because parts of the sentence would be off screen. Please fix this.

Tracking my precise location always??. I don’t understand why this app needs to know my precise location at all times 24 hours a day seven days a week. I understand the reasons why you need to know my precise location clocking in and clocking out but I don’t trust anyone with that data. How did given you more stars but that seems a little overkill. And a violation of my privacy

Best out there. The customer service team is the best. Answered questions promptly and made sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend them for small or large businesses.

Job Scheduler. Great for daily job view, on the manager side it would be great to be able to view the schedule by month on the app instead of just by day.

Confusing. Currently using for long term care facility and it would be nice to just see the schedule for everyone in our building and not all the buildings together. Even trying to search just our building, it doesn’t pop up so it’s not able to seamlessly filter that out.

Great app minimal issues. This app works great for tracking time & locations. Only complaint is as an employee I’ve noticed times can be changed by the employer without any authorization or notice to the affected employee.

Very user friendly. Powerful and easy to use. Pleasantly surprised on its ability to export to basically any system.

Edit tab on messages. You have to delete the message just to correct a mistake

Major privacy violations. What I despise about using this app is being required to provide full access to my data. I give no apps full access but this app requires that the user give full access for full functionality. As soon as my gig is done I will be deleting it.

A great contemporary work application. This app has a great interface & a very modern layout with the color scheme and graphics. The time clock is my favorite feature because I can clearly see and keep track of all my hours for a specific week.

Bad. I will start by summarizing what happened to me with this application, my company uses it for its daily work day and you can believe that I cannot log in to clock in, I have my phone registered, my email in the application and no step works, very bad, it needs to be optimized from scratch to that they provide good service

50/50. It’s easy to use just sometimes says I’m not at work even though I am or it won’t let me clock back in from break also there should be an alarm when you go to break

Date Stamp the Posts. This app is very very good compared to other scheduling apps. I have only one suggestion: include a date stamp, along with the already provided time stamp of all posts.

Awesome app. As a contractor I use this daily for clocking in & out. It uses gps to track the location of clocking in & out which helps me a lot because the company I work for requires that.

Profile Accessibility.. I put in all my information correctly while creating my account and somehow my name was incorrect. No problem should be an easy fix, right? No. I navigated throughout the apps settings and found out I can’t change my name. The only thing I could change was my profile picture. It’s MY account you would assume I can control MY profile.

Started out great, but….. The app started out great, but now I get a white screen after some use and I’m not sure why. I usually have to uninstall and then reinstall to use the app again

Misleading advertisement. App seems functional and it looks good. But they advertised it was free to use for the first 50 people, which after I signed up, that wording changed to $39/month for the first 50 people. Pretty disappointed that the advertising was misleading, as I would have been happy to pay for it if it brought value to my team. Now, feeling duped, I will find a different platform.

Tracks uninstalled locations. This app has tagged my location places the app has never been on to my phone when uninstalled. As in, I have never had the app installed outside of my jobsite, yet I has logged me in from home address multiple times. It also copies your clipboard mostly if you have a internet link copied. It it does it when you launch the app fast and hard to catch. Very shady and unnecessary. Would never use if my employer didn’t demand it.

Schedule viewing. I am having trouble viewing my schedule as it takes very long to load or doesn’t load at all and continues to spin the loading wheel when everything else in the app loads fine.
