Terrible service. Our company cheaped out and signed up for Elevate Audio as our VoIP. It is a terrible service. I would highly recommend spending the right money to get a better VoIP provider.

Terrible app. My company sells this dog food and we eat it too. It’s so cool how you get disconnected, never connected, calls on speaker phone doesn’t actually go to speaker. Occasionally you just get this multi pitch tone like the system is trying to connect you (it doesn’t). Good luck hope you didn’t get sold this like we did.

Elevate App. Early versions were a little unreliable but the new releases have been fantastic!

Fair. Sometimes the app does not work and I can’t hear the person on the other end.

Buggy. Really hope an update is coming soon. I’m getting really tired of having to reinstall the app simply because it will not let you answer calls half the time.

What happened to Scheduling?. Like app. Like the improvements you’ve been making to the platform lately. Removal of the “Don’t ring my phone during these hours” is KILLING ME. I have to uninstall this app nightly and weekends, and reinstall every morning because my phone rings non stop. Please for the love of my sanity and the rudeness of people who call businesses in the middle of the night just because they thought of something we can deal with next week.. please, please bring back a schedule!

Best Phone App Ever. Sensational

Not reliable. I work remotely and have a desk phone at my home as well as use the app. Oftentimes I am in a different area in my home or in our yard, on excellent WiFi, and can hear the desk phone ring, but the app does not and I have to run to the desk phone to answer it. The app will then kick in after about 4-5 rings or after I’ve already answered or missed the call. I also can’t trust that it will work on just cellular data as I often lose calls or don’t connect when I’m away, so I feel stuck to the house when I’m working. I love that I can answer calls and transfer them to other people in our office, but it just isn’t reliable.

Seamless platform that integrates with so much. From calling externally & internally, to video calls and chats this is a product that does it all! The video and audio quality is great and love using it to meet virtually! Very easy to use and reliable, only wish more companies used it!

Needs improvement. App lags or accelerates phone conversations. In consistent audio quality too. Is almost always delayed when talking. Does not integrate to iPhone operations very well at all and will frequently drop calls when answered.

NEVER works. Texts don’t send because of “account configuration issue” even though we have informed Elevate IT MULTIPLE times of this issue it still happens for myself and my employees. Or worse texts don’t send at all but we don’t even get a notification that it did not send. Calls drop or can’t be heard. Constant weird beeping noises in calls. Can’t make 3-way calls which is apart of doing my job. Completely ineffective. I would rather send info via mail than use this USELESS app another day.

Terrible service. I have to use this app for work, all employees (10+) have issues with calls dropping, messages not going through, calls not wanting to connect or when they do it cuts out and is spotty. Also some of us have issues with getting kicked out and not receiving notifications. Our IT guy is constantly having to try and troubleshoot/resolve our issues. None of us are pleased with this app but we all grit our teeth since it’s our only option.

Great option for phone calls. It functions so nicely and is ment for true business!! You can easily stay focused on this app as there are little options to add time wasting chats and multimedia sharing. I use this app because it helps me focus on the tasks at hand and has so far helped me to get to the goals I have been achieving. They also have a quick support staff!!

Updated app is excellent. Latest version of app fixes all of the reliability issues experienced in the past. Call quality and stability is improved - night and day from before.

Easy to use. I love how in sync the desktop and mobile app are. Being able to swap devices in an instant is amazing.

calling out. I wish when returning a VM call it somehow shows on the VM list that the call was returned, instead of having to go into call history and match up phone numbers to confirm a call back.

Works well when it works. I think this app works well about 20% of the time. I have problems with it all the time and frankly, I’m pretty much fed up!

Crashing on iPad with iOS 17. App used to work perfectly until iOS17 came out. It works fine on an iPhone with iOS17 but on an iPad it instantly crashes on open. Happens on a fresh out of the box iPad as well. Hopefully it will be resolved soon for those that use an iPad as their main soft phone.

This App is Outstanding. This is the best UC app in the business. It’s simple to use and powerful. THe messaging is second to none and the audio & video quality is the best in the business. I’ve used several UC apps and this is the hands down winner!

Crappy software. SMS messages out of sync between PC and iPhone. SMS messages auto delete after 90 days. And you're asked to rate the call quality of every single call. And we're a partner.

A versatile phone system. Elevate started out good but keeps getting better. The developers are constantly improving the app and experience every year. It makes working from home or anywhere with a decent low latency internet connection feasible. Keep improving the platform and listening to your users for suggestions to implement and improve and I’ll be happy to keep using it for my business.

Great system. This has made getting calls, messaging my team and checking voicemails on the go so easy! I use the desktop and email features as well and I love it all!

No way to turn off. Because there is no way to disable this app, I have to delete it every day once I’m off the clock. Really poor design there, but it does work well during the hours I need it to.

Useful but app not always reliable. The Elevate system makes it easy and convenient when you are using the system in the office. However, when using the app when out of the office, you only have about a 50/50 chance of being able to answer a call. About half the time the app doesn’t work when trying to pick up a call and instead there is a series of tones instead of the person on the other end of the line.

Helpful but unreliable. I like being able to use this app in my IPhone so I can be mobile, but this application is so unreliable even on wi-fi it’s ridiculous. Constant dropped called or reconnecting. Not worth it.

Pretty awesome. I love the app and platform since it’s been setup at my office. It’s so convenient and full of features. Love being able to do work calls on the go and to shift a call from desk phone to handset. Using the directory and file share is also great. Here and there are a few kinks - sometimes if I try to answer on my mobile the call stops ringing on the cell but still rings on other devices and yet I can’t connect to the caller. I’m sure that will be fixed in one of the regular updates.

Dropped incoming calls. I’ve recently been experiencing call ins dropping after about 15-20 seconds. Not on every call though.

Very Unreliable. This program is only good for in-office phone calls. If you work from home, plan on not being available by phone. It almost never connects when making or answering phone calls, it has a 10 second delay in responding to button presses, and drops calls randomly all the time. I wish my office never switched to this program.

Crap. 90% of calls don’t even answer from the app. Bugged out crap. All support says is toggle tls etc etc but none of it solves the problem.

Works good. I use it on Wifi and cell and works good, the handoff between the wifi to cell if you walk too far away from you router takes a sec but if you just deactivate your phone wifi then is seamless. Texting from business phone number and Online Meeting are great!!

Elevate. Great tool to chat within office and also take calls on a cell and the caller has no idea you are not at your desk.

Great app for remote work!!. Switched from the Mitel phone system and app to Elevate and we couldn’t be happier!

Horrible. If you are a business, do not waste your money here there is much better apps for the same price. Phone calls are always placed on hold for no reason and you’re on able to take yourself off on top of that I’m consistently blocked from making text for no reason

Mobile app is critical. We rely heavily on this mobile app as remote workers. Having all the business communications tools like presence, IM, phone, and collaboration is key. Very easy to use Call Flip when stepping away from desk in the middle of a call to continue talking from the mobile app!

New version is awesome!!!. The new version of Elevate mobile finally addressed all the beeping and call calling/answering issues. Night and day difference. The update now makes this fully usable.

The app is fine; slow to load. Wish it was snappier to load and click around. App is clean-looking and works fine but just feels slow

Nonstop spam calls and cannot call out. Bad combination. I had to uninstall. Got spam calls 2-3 time a day. Initially I could call out but that’s gone and it just freezes. So, having an app that useless except for spammers to call me is not going to work for me.

Love this. Makes it possible for me to keep work off of my personal number allowing me to have privacy and separation of work and personal.

Mostly great. The app works. My only complaint is no support for Apple Watch. Is there any way to know if the developer is working on the new CallKit that allows VoIP support on Watch?

App crashes after update.. Our office and staff use elevate on all of our devices(phone, pc, tablet). Since the last update we have been unable to use the app on our iPads. Tried restart to delete and reinstall the app and no change.

Not reliable. I use this for work and experience dropped calls and frequent call quality issues. Often me and other coworkers prefer using our own phone number to risking having phone call issues using the app.

customization. can’t delete messages or calls

Help please. My app will close immediately after I try to open it. I have already deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have also check to be sure I had plenty of storage space on my phone and good internet connection.

App won’t open, even after updates run. App tries to open, then automatically quits. I’ve tried running updates, deleting and reinstalling. Nothing works. Definitely not a viable option for working remotely.

Was great until update. This app was great but iOS14 came out and now it doesn’t work. It opens but none of my phone calls come through so not sure of the issue.

Bring back Silent mode/scheduler. Please bring back the schedule option. This is a much needed feature for many of us.

No Landscape/Wide mode?. I need to be able to use this on an iPAD in wide/landscape mode.

Need to fix calls. Our business and a number of others using this system report issues with voice on this app. Often the call recipient can’t hear us, and the app keeps doing its “low-signal” beep even on the same wifi networks that the desk phones work perfectly fine on. Especially bad on cellular connections, even when strong.

Excellent app. As a remote worker, I’m on this app all the time. Works great to have everything I need in one location and I love that I don’t have to use my cell number with clients.

App is useful when running well. Please add WiFi warning. My app keeps closing when I have wifi on, but once off it works as intended. Otherwise this app is really useful in differentiating between personal and work calls.

No quiet mode. Getting rid of the scheduling/quiet mode is the worst thing you could’ve done.

No silent mode, no good. I don’t understand why this feature is gone. I don’t want my cell phone ringing outside of business hours and especially on weekends but also don’t want to logout every day after business hours to log back in the next day. If it isn’t broke, why fix it? Please bring it back soon!

Doesn’t work. This app is not functioning correctly with the newest iPhone software — please update! You can’t login & it closes automatically

Tech issues. It keeps crashing!

App and Desktop App. Can’t find a support or forum anywhere for the desktop app so I’ll just use this... The App is FANTASTIC! Love the flip call option to send it to the desktop and back and forth if I need to leave my desk! Amazing But the app on the computer... WHY, WHY CAN I END THE CALL BY CLICKING on my desktop BUT NOT ANSWER THE CALL WHEN THE PHONE RINGS!???? It is shocking this feature is not here. Would love to be on my computer and a phone call comes in and I just click answer call. Also the click to call is pointless if I still have to use the phone to “answer my desktops call” so that the call can be sent out. That should be automated or at least and option to make it so.

IOS 14 problems. Loved this app before iOS 14 came out. Now it crashes every time I launch it. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn’t work.

Buggy, crashy, garbage app. Conference calling crashes.

App needs work. I don’t understand why you disabled the ringer feature. I have so many clients complaining. Also, the fmfm feature, when forwarding to a mobile, has reduced volume making it worthless. This app is a huge selling feature as a partner and we need silent mode back and to have warnings as partners which changes are coming and when.

Unreliable. Oftentime despite having a strong cellular connection, outbound and inbound calls will fail on the mobile app and I have to use my computer or deskphone (which is on the same network) to place the call.

Not great right now. Can’t see the labels on whether the call was support/customer service/sales. And no silent mode. And can’t end a call and answer one at the same time. It says you can but doesn’t work. Have to hang up and call the customer back

Frustrating to say the least. This app drops calls and is incredibly glitchy. Do not recommend at all. Great concept if it actually worked.

Best UC Phone System yet.. I’ve used every UC system out there. Elevate is by far the most power and easy to use system and the app works great between phone and desktop. The new addition of SPAM filtering calls is amazing and is pissing off India! My iTunes is much less interrupted by telemarketing monkeys.

Cannot use app on wifi with iPhone SE. Unusable on iPhone SE. Up to date and it crashes on wifi and asks to update client even though it is up to date on LTE.. can’t work because of this buggy software.

Silent mode back please. I work at an IT Firm so this app is crucial as for when I am on site with a client but I end up not worrying about since silent mode isn’t in option. Its not worth signing in and out. I don’t want unwanted phone calls when im not onsite or off work. BRING SILENT MODE BACK!

Can’t delete SMS threads. What gives?

What the heck is going on. Every time I open my app it closes. I’ve reinstalled, shut my phone off and on. It’s been like this for weeks. I cannot answer any important business calls. If I can ever get an incoming call which is rarely, I can’t pick it up. Please help!!

App crashes every time upon opening. I am not even able to use the mobile app due to the constant crashing every time I try to open it. No matter how many times I delete and reinstall. Hopeful for a serious update to resolve this issue.

Unable to use app/ won’t connect for 30 mins. This app never loads. It took my twenty five minutes as the very least, send someone a messsage because the server wouldn’t connect. I had full service and WiFi, still won’t work. This app is not good, and very frustrating

Does Open. Everytime I open it crashes. Useless.

App Keeps Crashing - Unusable. With the recent IOS update the app keeps crashing. I can’t even open it.

DON’T UPDATE. Is Do Not Disturb the response to you taking away Silent Mode? If so you failed again with the app. We don’t always want to hear this app ring. That doesn’t mean we want our calls automatically routed to Voice mail Bring back Silent Mode The recent update eliminated Silent Mode. I found the ability to keep Elevate open, yet silent very useful. Putting my phone on silent is not the same Unfortunately I didn’t read about the update and allowed this update along with all my other updates If you found Silent Mode useful then don’t make the same mistake I did

No Silent Mode. I had the app installed on my desktop computer and my cellphone in case I’m working off a different computer one day, client calls during lunch, etc. Now that silent mode has been removed the phone app is no longer of use to me. Please bring this feature back.
