La actualización no funciona. La nueva actualización hace que la app se quede congelada . No carga, no abre nada . Me desespera mucho . Por favor arréglenlo !

App buenísima! Ayuda con el update!. El último update ha causado que no pueda abrir la info de los aceites y he estado recomendando muchísimo el app últimamente. Espero que se solucione lo antes posible !

Log in difficult after update. I like the app an use it regularly but I really don’t like to have to log in every time that you come back. It is driving me crazy and I’m considering changing to another similar app just to avoid the burden of entering email address and password every time. Because it doesn’t even remember your info so you have to actually type it 😡. Before the update one stayed login and could search quickly. Very disappointed. I hope it can be fixed.

Quiero mi dinero!!!!/ I want my money back!. Es la app de una tienda! Los productos que ellos venden etc! No veo por que pagar por algo que es gratis!!!, tiene la descripción de los aceites y ya! Cero recetas y cero padecimientos! No gasten su dinero en esto no vale la pena. Mejor entren al portal de YL y revisen la descripción de cada aceite, sin costo alguno! Ugh quiero mi dinero!!! I want my money back so bad! This is only a store app, the products they sell etc, yes it has the description of the oils and some uses but that same information is provided by YL for free!!! Just check their portal or the product description booklet that arrives with your initial kit and all set! This app does not have any tips in how to mix your oils or anything useful...so upset! It’s like paying for any store app like Best Buy or Walmart! just because it has description of the items they sell! Ridiculous!

Login. Me gusta la aplicación mucho, pero es muy molesto cada que la voy a utilizar me dice que la aplicación se uso en otro dispositivo cosa que no es cierto solo la utilizo en lo celular y nadie tiene mi información , además tengo que restablecer mi contraseña siempre me dice que es incorrecta .

DO NOT BUY. I bought it and paid $9.99 for an app that was a one time purchase. They updated the app and now we can’t log in. No one will respond... so basically they take your money and that’s it.

Última actualización. Napurolia es una muy buena app y de mucha ayuda,pero con esta última actualización,no deja entrar,se friza,cada que entras te vuelven a aparecer las 5 páginas de bienvenida,lo haces y como quiera que vuelves a entrar te hace lo mismo,te pide crear cuenta,lo haces e igual,te vuelve a pedir crear cuenta ...

Muy decepcionada con su actualización!. La verdad es bastante molesto que cada vez que necesito entrar me pida mis datos y para colmo que me salga un aviso de que alguien más usa mi cuenta, que es eso? Acaso ustedes comparten mi información? En ninguna otra aplicación me sucede; ojalá pronto le den solución a estás fallas 😡

Aplicación muy sosa. Información muy mal clasificada, app no amigable, podrían haber hecho algo mucho mejor. No es de consulta rápida y da muy mala imagen a tan maravillosos aceites.

Actualización no funciona. La app es buenísima! Lamentablemente con la nueva actualización no funciona, no carga y ahora no puedo ver nada de información la pantalla se queda en blanco! Espero lo puedan solucionar pronto!
