Fantastic App. I was able to book a lesson and get fitted quickly. Highly recommended.

Doesn’t work. App doesn’t work. Won’t let you register or login. Just gives you an error message

Bugged app. Can’t login in this app has no use. I don’t think they even work on it anymore.

Doesn’t work. Log in appears to be completely broken, just like the other reviews are saying.

The Reviews were Right. Just downloaded the app 2 minutes ago and I already deleted it. I read the reviews saying you couldn’t log in with your rewards ID, but those are two years old! I thought they would have it fixed having two years to work on it. NOPE. App is broken and it don’t see it ever being able to work. Thank you, peace.

Can’t sign in. App doesn’t work. Can’t sign in. Says username and password are incorrect. Signed in with no problem via multiple web browsers.

Excellent customer service. I went to the new Golf Galaxy in Framingham, MA. Nick was very friendly and super insightful with his knowledge of golf. A true Pro’s Pro. I found my go-to golf spot for sure!

Search bar glitching!. I’ve had this app for about 3 months now and they’ve yet to fix the glitched out search bar. Unable to search items

Simply doesn’t work. This app is pointless and frankly doesn’t work.

Lesson-related content only.... This app is great if you want to book a lesson and do all the follow-up, but in order to shop it just launches in Safari... I can do that without eating up valuable memory space. Kind of disappointing, seeing as their other entities (and competitors) have all-inclusive apps. Guess I'll wait & see if any new update will combine the two. This does not reflect my absolute love of the physical stores however. Still one of my favorite places to go!

Second App Needed. Hmm, I just want to shop. I don’t want or need fittings and lessons. You can’t even browse merchandise without logging in. Apps and the internet are supposed to be easy, this one is ridiculously dumb.

Not a good app at all. Had four lessons only one of them will play on the video. Thanks

Deleting. Why have a app if you can’t even register.

Different login from website. I have an account that I created through the website but that login info doesn’t work on the app. No idea why, but I don’t care enough to have two separate logins. This should be fixed before the app has value.

Still terrible. Two years of reviews on this app, all below two stars. I just tried it again now in July 2020, still could not sign on. I tried it on a phone and on an iPad. I’m out.

Doesn’t work. Keeps saying an error occurred tried uninstalling and reinstalling still says error occurred

Server always unreachable. Every time I try to sign it it says my password is incorrect. When I try to reset my password the app without fail every single time responds with a window stating the server is not reachable. Such a waste of time. I’ve tried to delete the app and download it again multiple times.

Quit working. Was using the app until recently. Had to sign in again. Stated there was a problem. Signed in on the website, no problem. Deleted app. Horrible.

App doesn’t work. Just installed. Have been using the mobile app for a while. Tried to log in using app. States that me username/password are incorrect. Tried on mobile site, everything working fine. Reset my password, and tried on mobile site. Works fine, go to the app, Continues to states password is incorrect. I give up.

Not working. I keep getting a error message when I try to sign in. I even tried to change my password and still getting error message. I have been using this app for 3 years to make lessons appointments.

No Customer Service. To be honest I could never log on so as far as I am concerned this is a horrible app. There is a option to request a forgotten password but it only sends you to a page to reset your password and you need your old password to do that. I guess the do not understand forgot. If they can not manage that I am sure the rest is utterly useless. One last thing you can call after 30 minutes I gave up and decided to get fitted and buy my clubs at my local golf course.

Waste of time. Unless you want to book a lesson, fitting or find a store, this app is of little use. And it doesn’t do that well.

Not much you can do. You can book a lesson, and that's about it. Even if you want to shop, it's just a redirect to the website. Not sure there's any value in downloading this app,
