Edge pro custom identity inaccurate and doesn’t send pictures. Seems the searching this thing does for service is not good first off. Second, the custom identity is WRONG half the time, and it doesn’t send pictures half the time even with updates. I bought two of these at $180 a pop. I am highly un satisfied. The only pro to all this is the battery life hasn’t dropped past 98% in months. I don’t recommend and I will be switching to a more reliable trail camera that doesn’t show ROMES MAP as a glitch before finally registering to PA where I live. To add to it all I’m being billed for services they don’t 100% hold up too and seem they can not provide. But hey, buy their product. Also, it doesn’t have built in GPS like their older model. Sham. These will be sold by end of the season or prior and my subscription will be deleted. Also, when requesting a video you have to request more than once on occasion which eats up your subscription status until you actually get the video you requested.

Cool features but the app is shhhiiiitttteee. Never loads pictures, constantly needs to be reset, burns through batteries, develops leaks at the cameras, app is constantly crashing, customer service is a pain, geez if I could give less than 1 star I would. I can keep going on and on. For the price, I EXPECTED far more than this and will be moving on to better cellular camera providers next season. For us hunters who use the intel provided by our cameras to set stand locations and determine deer movements, only be able to hunt a couple times a week, having no pictures and constantly having to go back out to the cameras to replace batteries, it’s just simply not worth it. I would rather go back to a “dumb” camera for 1/3 of the cost of these Moultrie cameras if I’m gonna have to trot back into the woods to get the pictures anyways. Get you act together moultrie. I’ve spent a lot of money on you (annual fees, 5 cameras) for you to have this kind of p*** poor service and I’m disappointed.

Great app that complements their cameras. I’ve been using the moultrie mobile system for about a month now and so far no complaints. Like any cellular system, phones included, it all depends on your signal strength at your particular location. I consistently have 3 bars, sometimes 2 bars, and everything seems to work just fine. I am using the app/modem with a W-40i, M-8000i, and in a few days an M-50i. I have changed settings on the cameras several times through the app with no issues. So far I am liking the Moultrie Mobile system much better than the Spypoint system I tried before. I get pics more consistently and everything seems operate faster. I am primarily using this is as a driveway monitor so I want a pic every time a car or person comes in. I’ve also got a lot of animal pics including dogs, cats, deer, and coyotes.

Below Parr. Delta & EXO worked flawlessly last year. Bought 2 Edges this year. Don’t like the no SD card. I started having issues with connection at end of October. I’ve had to make multiple trips to reboot cameras due to lost signal(keep in mind no issues last year). Have been online with support a couple times. So when edge loses signal the no SD card renders them useless until you reboot them. At least the Delta & EXO store pics on an SD card I can retrieve. I have a total of 6 data cameras. 2 are another brand. Side by side with Moultrie cams the others have a lot stronger signal. Last year I gave them 5 stars which takes a lot for me to do. This year I really give 2. But the 3 star rating is an average for 2 years. This year has been very disappointing to say the least. If they don’t get better I’ll find the cameras a new home and go with more of the other brand next year.

Saying the best is an understatement. I am currently running 2 cell cams the MoultrieMobile Edge and also 1 Tactacam Reveal X Pro and both cams are Great but, the MoultrieMobile Edge Cell Camera is by far the best in terms of image quality. Also the ease of getting cellular service on the Edge is effortless. I will be buying MoultrieMobile from here on out. Tactacam is great cameras too but the picture quality is lacking bad, and their just not worth the price your honestly just buying a name with Tactacam. Best advice I can give anyone looking to buy a new cellular trail camera is to go for it buy the MoultrieMobile Edge it is truly the best camera I’ve ever had and the only cameras I’ll ever buy again. I am sold on MoultrieMobile and their cheaper than most. Also their built to last as well the folding antenna makes this camera worth buying in itself. Don’t think that MoultrieMobile cameras are cheap quality because I’m here to tell you their built as good or even better than any other brand camera on the market to date. Thanks MoultrieMobile for the affordable cameras and other great products you produce keep up the good work. With the prices of everything today it is hard for an honest hard working outdoorsman to be able to enjoy the sport of hunting and the outdoors, but with the prices of your products it makes it a little easier to still enjoy the privileges of hunting and being outdoors…

Moultrie Delta. Love the cameras, some of the bad reviews they have my guess is cause of batteries. USE THE BATTERIES THAT THEY RECOMMEND yes little more expensive but make the world of a difference tried different kinds just to see and you can get poor picture quality out of the wrong batteries and when batteries are close to being dead cause it trying to make sure it gets every picture, they talk about batteries in manual but no one reads that, as for the app, I think it is awesome everything i use to keep track of the app does it for me and really easy to use, love that I can change the camera setting whenever, I put a lot of research into these kind of camera and for price and plan this is by far the best not like others they have things hidden make there plans look better but they have all these other catches, Moultries is straight forward and simple

Great features, excellent functionality. I use this app to manage two Delta cams on a property 200 miles from where I live. I plan to add more but wanted to see how it worked with two cams to start. Activation/setup of the cameras could not have been easier. Everything can be done from within the app, and there’s clear instructions in both the app and inside the camera door if you ever need to reference them. Even the cell plan purchase is done inside the app. I *really* liked not having to go out to a website to do all of this. The app’s interface is easy to navigate and it has several really cool features. You can customize just about every setting imaginable so the experience is exactly what you want - no more, no less. When I first set the cams up I wanted to see every update, in real time, as notifications pushed to my phone. I’ve since dialed that back to 2X a day updates to conserve batteries — but I love that if I wanted to change the setting back, all I need to do is change the setting in the app and it’ll update the cam(s) accordingly. Even the “Smart Tag” feature seems to work well - though the app doesn’t know what to do with a moose. I’ll be interested to see if it’s eventually smart enough to ID black bears, grouse, rabbits and all the other critters that sometimes trip the sensor. All in all, this app far exceeded my expectations and it has made cell cam implementation on my property an easy and exciting project!

App works great after bugs worked out.. When I first got the app, I could. It for the life of me get the notifications to come through on the push notifications. I followed the troubleshooting suggestions several times with no success. I called MoultrieMobile and they told me to continue to try and do the troubleshooting steps after they looked at my settings and confirmed everything was correct. I turned off the email notifications and left only the Push notifications Onondaga after 24 hours I started to get them. Since then, the app works great. Every once in a while the app will not ding, but the notification will come through on your lock screen. I restart my phone and that seems to fix this issue

Great concept, buggy app. I have used this for 2 seasons and over all, had liked the cameras and the app. Pictures come thru in bad quality but, I get it, data usage... so when you get the card out of the camera there are good pictures in there just waiting for you and you know basically what you have caught on it. Have had arguments with with my hunting buddy over if a buck was a shooter or a spike on app picture but then clearly see what it is on the card. 2020 scouting season is not as good. App is glitchy and service down a lot. Open app and it closes, pictures won’t load like they did last year. Hoping that they get it figured out because I have quite a few cameras and they are worthless to me without app working correctly.

It’s ok but there’s one issue. Ok app overall but I payed ten dollars to get 10 videos and it won’t let me turn even one of those ones into videos and it is kind of ripping me off Edit: To the company I saw your response and yes I know how to use the app i have it all set up but I finally got the video 4 days later after requesting it so yea taking way too long to get the video I forgot how often it makes a connection I think it was every 30 minutes and it’s spoused to upload it when it connects from what I remember so it’s still an issue oh and if you would like to contact me and have a full explanation then just let me know

Alright. The camera is great, the app seems to lag sometimes and I have to reset phone to get it to work. Mean while, cameras still taking pictures and not showing up on this. A great idea also would to be able to control a camera shot. Randomly be able to manually take a picture, so you can ensure your camera is connected, would be helpful in low battery situations and connectivity problems. Also I’m unable to play back videos on here, that’s not cool. Would also suggest being able to modify pir sensitivity to be sensitive at night and less during the day instead of manually having to do so. Give it a 2 star because it frustrates me to have to wait for ever to load sometimes with only a few pictures. Also a 2 because everytime I format an SD which seems even if you formatted it prior you still need to do it again and again. Many times I’m forced to do it manually and it won’t take pictures till you do.

Mobile App Terrible with IPhone 12 max pro. The camera is great pic and video are good and the app features are great if you’re able to use them. The app has a lot of glitches it freezes every time I open the pics and shuts down when scrolling through. They should have better customer service I reached out to call them yesterday and at first I had to call back several times because they had too many calls — they wouldn’t even put you on hold. When I finally got through I waited on hold for 15min then pressed 2 to have them call me back. We then proceeded to play phone tag and if you miss their call you have to call the 800 number again and run through the whole process… the person calling doesn’t have a special quick service line.

Great Camera.. I am more impressed with this Camera everyday. We also own a Bushnell Aggressor Cellular Camera. The Bushnell works well when the temperature is above freezing, but will not send pictures when it’s too cold. So far, the Moultrie Camera has transmitted images flawlessly, down to 2 Degrees Fahrenheit. I can purchase two Moultrie Cameras for the price of one Bushnell, in fact, we are doing just that. We have just ok Cell Service with AT&T at our Cabin. In some places on the property there is no service. The Camera has had no issues transmitting pictures. I highly recommend.

Login/ Account creation. I just bought the delta base camera a few hours ago, got home, downloaded the app, entered all my info to create an account, verified my email, went to login and I am now on my 8th password reset because it continues to tell me my password and email don’t match. My phone is updated, I have restarted my phone, I have deleted and re downloaded the app (multiple times), I have tried on the internet literally just will not let me log in. This is a huge inconvenience being as the whole point of me buying the camera was for convenience being as I don’t have the time to drive to my lease daily and pull a card and check it. Hopefully someone gets back with me and has an answer. If not I will most definitely be returning the camera.

Too many app issues. Numerous issues with the app. 1) Throughout each day, I get notifications stating something is currently in front of my camera, and when I open the app to see what it is, it’s pictures from the night before. 2) I have a camera with AT&T cell service and a camera with Verizon service, and they both get terrible signal. This is something you would think the developer would consider when creating CELL cameras. 3) The app will randomly log you out. 4) I have not been able to open my app for two days. I am still getting notifications, but when I try to open the app it closes itself out before it even opens. Pros: the camera takes great pictures, has a very long range in which it can sense motion, and takes great night time photos.

Wasted investment. I purchased these cameras before the season last year and they never worked properly. They said they would replace them and the did with the same kind and in mid December you know, at the end of the season so they were of no use. Started earlier this year had the same problems they replaced 2 of 3 with a different model got 1 in time to use the other came right in the middle of the rut so never got a chance to use it. Just put it in the box with the other one that doesn’t work that the lady I spoke to said she was going to send a replacement for. These people just are waiting for the warranty to run on on these defective cameras so they don’t have to loose any more money. I stated to one of the reps. That y’all are just replacing a bad product with the same bad product till the warranty runs out. At least she didn’t lie to me, I could tell she was embarrassed but she didn’t deny it. I also contacted the Consumer Protection Agency at the federal government they were no help. They said I need to contact the Consumer Protection Administration in Alabama to file so guess I will need to contact them tomorrow. I waisted a lot of time and money on these pieces of crap. Moultrie Mobile - Game Changer. Moultrie Mobile is exactly what I was looking for to step up the scouting game. The app and hardware are easy to set up and operate. I have to drive 2.5 hours to get to my property. This allows me to put a lot time back into scouting new areas on foot in stead of running back and forth to swap SD cards. The batteries last for months which allows me to have very little traffic in an area I don’t wish to disturb. It’s also exciting to get my pictures sent right to my phone immediately when taken. The operation and effectiveness of this game management system is superb and a healthy tool to add to any outdoor arsenal! Great job Moultrie!

Moultrie Delta. I’m a land manager and the farm I manage uses 50 of the Spartan cameras , and I’ve used the spypoint and about every other type of regular game cameras as well. The pros for the Moultrie delta. Price point, easy set up, clear images, up to 32 mp, 15 second videos, the app itself is awesome! I love the charts and you can brake down deer movement by, time of day, temperature, and moon phase, and even the number of buck, doe, and turkey. This is a game changer in my opinion. The cons, the only con I have is when you first set up your game camera it can take awhile to get your first pictures to load, And this is an easy fix. Just set up your cameras at home or wherever you have good service and just have a little patience. So if you’re looking for a reasonable priced game camera look no farther. This is why my personal properties I’ve gone with Moultrie Mobile!

The truth can hurt. I’m currently running two tac cams along side two moultrie both on Verizon service. I always receive pictures from tac cam and one moultrie cam. But not the other. I do have them sitting side by side in the field. I went as far as putting both moultrie cameras side by side in the field with the same firmware update, same signal strength, same SD card size, both on external batteries yet would only receive pictures from one. this is after we had cancelled service on 6 other moultrie cameras for the same reason. All had signal, battery strength, suggested SD card size as per Moultrie suggests yet would randomly if ever receive pictures from the app. Customer Service is less then desired with comments such as “we can view the pictures” “signal strength is insufficient” when you have two of the exact same camera set up in same tree and only receive pictures from one. Does no me no good if you can see pictures and I can’t. Great idea from a good company with extremely poor execution. Please do not waste money on these as my family did! Buy one and try but please do your research. Total number of moultrie cameras purchased for my hunting property was approximately 15. To date 13 have been cancelled and switches to other brands. Just waiting for subscription on last two to expire.

Gets the Job Done. Some Tweaks Needed.. These cameras are really good, but having to request videos one by one is really annoying. You should be able to select as many videos as you want and hit the request video button at one time instead of having to go through them individually one by one, which is very time consuming. I really like these cameras overall and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cellular wireless motion activated trail cam. The options are really limitless but the app does need some improvements to make the user interface, more user-friendly, and less time-consuming. With that being said, I will say that the company has continually made upgrades bug fixes and improvements over the last year or two, since I have been using them so good job for that.

Glitches and design need work. Trying to change the setting of the camera via my iPhone causes a crash every time. Boots you out of the app. Works perfectly on my iPad so not all bad. Also, the info bar on the pics are impossible to see unless you open the pic full size. I have another brands cell cam and you can read the info - date/time stamp - as a thumbnail. Otherwise the Delta seems to be a pretty good cam. Decent quality base level pics. I don’t want to pay the extra $ for high def. If they can tweak the image format and fix the bugs on the app - these seem to be total winner cams, especially for the price.

Terrible app. The cameras themselves are ok, but the app is the worst, most un-userfriendly app that I’ve had for trail cam monitoring. I’m pretty tech savvy and the way the all is setup it’s almost like a 75 year old guy made it. There are options that would be very convenient that aren’t even offered. You have to look at your pictures from all your cameras in one library. They are not separated by date, you have to open the picture and see what date it was taken. I’ve had many times where a “new” picture pops up from the past that wasn’t originally shown that day, but other pics from that day sent already. Pictures also disappear from the library so you better screenshot them. The most maddening thing was when my camera went over the pic number for the plan I was paying for and didn’t reset after the 30 days. It tells you how much longer you have on your 30 days, and mine said 0 for 2 weeks. The customer service rep I dealt with had no knowledge of their product or their service plans. It took about 6 emails for her to realize they were in the wrong. I have cancelled my yearlong subscription for the 2 cameras and have to wait until Oct to stop paying for their “service” It’s not the camera and app setup you are looking for. There are several others in the market that are 10 times better. I’d steer WAY clear of Moultrie.

Very disappointing in this apps performance also with the cameras. Are used to love the old Xv6000s,7000s but lately the app has tons of bugs, and doesn’t even notify you when you get new pictures uploaded. Yes I have updated the firmware and the app and everything else needed, but I talked to Support and they confirmed the app has a lot of problems. I bought two of the newer cameras and the three burst doesn’t even work on any of them which was also confirmed by Support. The battery life is supposed to be 50% better when it is way worse. and I also had to send one of the newer cameras back for it to be replaced because it literally just stopped uploading pictures after three weeks. What a downhill turn for this company and I have found reliable performances with stealth.

Great buy!!!!!. I have owned game and trail cams since the original deer cam came out with the rolls of film in them! Saying that I have been through a lot of different brands and styles of cameras! This Moultrie Mobile camera takes the cake! The days of loading up and going to the woods to pull cards once a week are over. This camera gets a 5 star rating in every single area that I can give it one! Quality of pictures are near perfect, trigger speed is unmatched, and the app is simple enough for a young child to figure out!!!!! I love how you can go into your settings from the app and change them at any time, all from home without having to disturb your hunting areas! I have owned several different brands of the mobile type cameras and the quality of pictures are terrible. The cameras data plan is a little more expensive than some of the others... but absolutely worth every penny! I own 3 Moultrie Mobile cameras now and plan to buy more!

Cell cam. I got the base cell cam back in February , some folks said bud get a spartin or reconix, I said every cam I’ve ever bought was a Moultrie ! I was skeptical about how the battery life with as many batteries would be , I don’t member how many hit holds but it’s a bunch , long story short , it’s only used 1 light on battery power and since March I’ve got prob close to 1000 pics , and it’s dead on when a deer comes out , I can be sitting in the recliner and the alert goes off , I can get up and look out the kitchen window and it’s there and then I can watch the rest come out and feed , i don’t see how the high dollar camera ‘s can beat that , cause it’s instant! I wouldn’t have any other cell cam unless I was giving one , but I’m more than happy with this base cam , I’ve been buying Moultrie’s since the film days ! Take the film to Walmart and wait on them to be developed , I felt like a kid in a candy store being exited to see the pics from the film

Great tool that could be even better. I’ve used Moultrie Mobile on multiple devices for a year now and overall am happy with the experience. There is no alert that comes in on my phone that gets me more excited than a Moultrie Mobile alert. Year round scouting keeps me more interested than ever before in hunting. The Smart Tags auto tag your images with what it thinks is in the frame (“deer” “human” “buck”) and are pretty accurate. That allows you to quickly filter out all the images of squirrels that you don’t want to see anyway. Sometimes the app takes a while to refresh new images but if you wait a couple of minutes it typically works itself out. The biggest downside to the Moultrie Mobile service is that I lost the ability to capture video. The Moultrie Mobile Modems will only send pictures. I understand that to send video over cellular data would require more data than is in the Moultrie Mobile data plans, however, it seems like you could still have the camera capture video to the SD card but upload a thumbnail image of the video to Moultrie Mobile. My current remedy is to have two cameras at each scouting location; one for Moultrie Mobile and one to capture video to the SD card.

Great concept. The set up of the app is awesome. There’s a lot of ways to sort through your photos and view them. I can’t complain about that part, however there are draw backs. The app will not open properly or at all lately. This is a review of the app and my experience, what those downloading it want to see. I would assume the server is being overworked, but all the other name brand cell cams I’m using do not have this trouble. It’s hard to justify paying for something and investing all the time and money getting it setup, just to have it constantly fail when it sends a push notification. I just want to see my photos. Figure this out Moultrie, you guys make great products and these cell cams are the way of the future. When working, it’s great. I also wish there was a way to make it 4g since Verizon is getting rid of all 3g towers in December 2019, but that’s not Moultrie’s fault.

Check data plans/costs before buying. Moultrie has always produced quality products in my opinion. However with the new 7000i series, images viewed through the native app are extremely poor quality and the data plans are the largest “catch” from what I have seen to date. I purchased 5 of these cameras and like any outdoorsman wanting to learn what is on their property along with patterns, would like to have more than a few images per camera per day. Running these cameras have cost me more than $80/month and I still reach “plan capacity” and images quit coming to the app. They do still store on the local SD card but the point of having a camera that will send images to your phone is to send images to your phone. After turkey season this year these camera will either be sold or used like the cheap camera models Moultrie produces and I’ll go back to using my Spartan cameras (which send high quality videos and images to my phone with no volume cap nor reduced quality). Hope they are able to correct this data issue but if I knew more about what I was buying before I bought them I would have simply purchased more Spartan cameras.

Horrific problems. MOULTRIE has numerous admitted issues with their Delta cameras and apps. To maintain connectivity to the wireless service and app be prepared to delete/re-install the app daily. They’ve told me it’s a app flaw with no estimate as to when it will be resolved. Many Delta cameras are incapable of taking night photos (their techs are aware of the issues and have been working on it for months). Deltas have no capability of taking multiple photos..one photo then it buffers so subsequent pics fail to send…the “0” second photo feature is useless. Their customer service call center is overwhelmed so also be prepared to wait days to receive a call back. Don’t know if their baseline conventional trail cams are good, but their wireless Deltas are a mess with no functional consistency.

Delta and Battery. I had a Moultrie camera that worked great then stopped working. Moultrie replaced it with the Delta. It too worked great, at first. Even the battery life was good. The developmental updates are what drained the new batteries and left my camera not functioning for weeks at a time. Yes the updates. FACT: It’s a company’s way of forcing customers to keep purchasing newer products. I bought a battery box last August. It took days to charge. After 4 months it got to where it didn’t keep a charge. I contacted Moultrie. It’s under warranty so they said ship it to them. It’s not worth paying the price you pay to ship it. So now I purchased a dual solar battery box. I have been with Moultrie since 2020. They have charged my credit card 3 times for unlimited which comes to roughly $500. This does not include the cost of accessories. Keep it up Moultrie. I am only one customer but I will drop you and move on if this doesn’t take care of the problem.

Plan. My camera says that I have 4 videos left this month to use. However, it won’t let me use any more videos. So, I actually bought more videos and it still won’t let me get any videos. Not to happy with the app. So, it says that I have used 6 out of 10 videos. But, if won’t let me convert the remaining 4 to any videos. So, I went ahead and bought more (I think it was 50 more videos). But, all the 50 videos have to be used this month. In other words they don’t carry over if not used. But, they would be happy to sell me a new more expensive plan. No thank you the plan I have doesn’t work. Do you think I want to spend more money on plans that may not work any better than the one I have now?

Moultrie Mobile. I have used Moultrie product exclusively, for 30 years!! I find your products are the best of quality and easy to use! And have had great success, using the cameras! But recently I have been logging onto my hunting partners account and viewing pics jointly under his password , which has worked perfectly till recently. I just opened my own account to start using my own Moultrie mobile and cannot seem to get things to work properly at the moment my hunting partner system has also shut down and is not sending him pictures so now we are both not able to use our service through Moultrie Mobile! Of course it could be some other problem,we can’t see but,I think Moultrie mobile needs to revamp their system because like last year at this time it seems to have stopped working and it’s probably overloaded, with all of the users???? thank you

Terrible. I purchased 3 of the xa6000 when they were first available ,the first season they work ok. I used those models until the newer delta model was available and figured they would preform better. I purchased 4 , needless to say all 7 cameras are terrible, I spent countless hours sending emails , phone calls and online chats trying to correct the “glitch’s”. Moultrie’s customer service is just as bad as there cameras and after spending almost $800 on just the years service and another $800 plus on the cameras I’m very disappointed. The app to access the pics is constantly acting up and lags that’s a whole separate story . So if anyone is looking for a good deal the camera will be on Facebook market place at the end of this year. Back to covert I go ……. 🤬

It’s… functional. So this App requires the cameras, and it’s fine. All the core stuff is here and the latest update with “Device Health” is a MASSIVE improvement over being prompted every day. A couple of more things it needs: 1) PLEASE come up with a way to tag and filter time-lapse photos vs triggered photos. I really do want a photo every 3 hours for comparison, but I also want to be able to just click a button to filter out all the non-triggered photos 2) it wouldn’t be too hard to detect having the detection turned up today. Some sort of shadow situation caused 40+ extra photos today. If the photos are triggered and they look basically the same, why not flag them as potentially not useful 3) the AI animal detection is laughably bad. Cow elk are tagged as deer. Deer heads are tagged as turkeys. Cows are tagged as bobcats, deer, and bucks. Combined with the fact that you can’t alert on a generic “motion detected”, it makes the cameras somewhat less useful. 4) it really needs a UI overhaul. It’d be nice if it supported landscape mode on an iPad and most of the UI elements look like junior web dev did it or it’s using a cross-platform framework that doesn’t know how iOS is supposed to work. Again, it’s baseline functional and it works. The new device health check absolutely shows promise compared to what was there before. Take some of that same design thinking and make filtering more intuitive and the Ui more natural, and it could easily be a 5 star app.

Miss the text messages. I’ll probably drop my plan now that y’all quit sending new image texts because that was the main reason I bought this expensive setup with y’all. I use it for security n my rv on my property and it’s set to pick up game movement as well where my rv sits. It’s now useless because like most people I get a gazillion emails every min of the day and I will not set my iPhone to notify me every time I get an email, so I’d have to literally sit around and check my email all day. Most guys like me who purchase this setup do not sit a a desk all day staring at there computer..:we’re out actively working...so I’ll probably end up dropping my plan and trying to sell my camera and modem and find a newer camera that has everything built in that will still send me a text when I have a new image. Most people now have unlimited data so I’m not buying the pitch on all the email nonsense!

Mixed Feelings. Similar to other people’s experiences I have mixed feelings about this product line. I feel the cameras/modem setups themselves function well and I get alerts quickly, however, the app itself has a mind of its own. Sometimes (1oo10 times) it’s opens right away and pictures load/open quickly. The rest of the times I find myself frustrated and fighting the app by opening/closing it. After numerous times of opening/closing the app the pictures will finally load. If they get this functionality fixed I will buy many more of these setups, but not as of right now. I’ll be cancelling this subscription at the send of the month. Hoping for an update that fixes this to improve speed and reliability.

Bad service. I have 5 cameras in Missouri down to one that still works We been out there for 6 days with photos coming But no sooner I get back to NJ I don’t get any photos signal was strong great battery life with solar. I’m told I need to do hard reset. I explained that I’m in NJ and the cameras are out in Missouri. So I set the farmer out and he did a hard reset and still nothing. So the next thing I’m told to replace the SD cards. I told them they are brand new from your company. Now I have 2 cameras I need to remove from plan and the app and desktop web page keeps kicking me out crashing We spend all this money on the cameras and service and get nothing but excuses every time it’s the card it the signal it’s the app I been with this company when the modem was out 7 or 8 years ago I wouldn’t spend the money again or use this even if it was free So if your planing to get these cameras and data plans. I wouldn’t waste your time or money. You’ll get more frustrated with the cameras and service on top of running out to the cameras And NO I will not reach out to your services guys to try to solve the issues

Extremely glitchy. I love the ease of use and all the features the app has to offer. But it is extremely glitchy which makes using the app a very frustrating experience the majority of the time. I don’t think I’ve used the app one time for more than about a minute before it completely closes all on its own. It’s especially frustrating when scrolling and trying to locate certain images and losing your place every time it does that. Also, while watching videos and scrolling, the previous videos audio will continue to play while watching the next video. Aside from those two issues it is a very useful tool for scouting purposes.

Great App. I have been using this app for two years. It does a great job on various generations of moultrie cameras. The old 900 works great with the modem. It might be my favorite as I can mount the modem higher and get reliable signal. Also have the V600’s. Great control and manages to get pictures delivered with nearly no signal. My delta (1) is the newest. The app control of the camera is great. Wish the camera lived up to its Billings. I get better picture, especially at night on the older cameras. Two features I’d like to see added. 1) ability to turn off taking pictures from the app. We had some windy days that shook the trees enough I have 100’s of tree sway shots on one or two really windy days(45-60mph) 2) I’d like to be able to tell the camera to restart. Had one get messed up and had to drive 120 miles to turn the camera off and on to get it taking pictures again.

A giant mistake in my choice of trail cameras.. My camera takes 15-30 pictures per night 85% are nothing but a set of eyes, dark And unidentifiable images, multiple Pictures of the night, I have spoken with 3 different Moultrie team members for Help and they all tell me to change to Lithium batteries, so I did, absolutely no Difference, the help line is nothing short of A bad joke, my mistake was not checking The reviews on these useless cameras. I purchased a one year contract for pictures and videos. I have requested one picture eight different times to be a video and it has not happened yet. When you call the helpdesk, no one answers you get an option to hold or they will call you back when they do call you back it’s from a different number and they only let it rain one time so you don’t have a chance to talk to anybody then they leave you a message telling you that you Missed their call, I have literally been waiting on a callback for more than two weeks. I would like a replacement camera that works properly that is all I want, anybody thinking about purchasing a trail camera might want to look at a different brand I am not satisfied with my camera with my pictures and with their service as far as technical support they don’t have any.

Moultrie is Garbage. Their app is Garbage.. Garbage. Use any other company and app than Moultrie. I’ve been fighting with Moultrie for three months over the poor performance of their app and absolutely awful customer service. The app constantly crashes, it often won’t take credit card info, images magically appear from months ago and take up the limited number of shots paid for, and did I mention crashing? Half the time the camera doesn’t capture anything, or maybe it does as the app sure isn’t capable of displaying the images. The only thing Moultrie customer service knows is how to send unhelpful template email responses - they make zero attempt to actually read and resolve the issue. This is my second Moultrie after the first stopped working in less than a year. There won’t be a third. It is rare to find a company in the Outdoor Industry who willingly puts out garbage and has such awful customer service - as Moultrie. Go anywhere else.

Great company and excellent customer service. I’m very pleased with not only Moultrie products but also your customer service, I have about 20 Moultrie cameras, 8 of them cellular and I’m very happy. However if I could make one small improvement it would be to have the option on Moultrie mobile to look at one cameras pictures at a time, I hunt in Alabama and Mississippi and it’s frustrating to not be able to look at the camera I want vs having to scroll through all of them. Maybe have some type of photo album to save pics in as well

Works when it wants to…. I bought a new Moultrie EDGE camera this year. When I first set the camera up it worked perfectly. I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase and actually ordered two more. But then just all of the sudden the camera completely stopped send me pictures. I called tech support and they were very nice but didn’t/couldn’t help with the problem. I left a bad survey about the camera and next thing I knew it was working perfectly again. Then all of the sudden it stopped working and will only send the test picture each day. I know they’re all junk that is made in China I’m sure, but the thing should work for at least one season; mine didn’t last one month. I couldn’t be more disappointed…

Too many problems to elaborate on all!!. For starters, I realized very shortly after using the app that I needed to upgrade from large to unlimited. This can not be accomplished until the next month so I had to buy extra pics at $5 for 500. I also noticed most of my night pictures were coons so I set a schedule to not take pics from 8pm until 6am. This worked a couple of days but now, on it’s own, it’s taking 200 pics of coons every night. I’ve reset the schedule time after time and I’m about ready to delete the app and reinstall it. These are the main problems I have found. Coincidentally, they both pertain to the amount of money I’m spending for downloads. If I had the upgrade to unlimited I wouldn’t worry about the coon pics but since I apparently have to wait a month, I guess I’ll be buying a lot of $5 packages for the next 24 days.

Exo trail cam. I have had so many issues with this camera. Multiple times I would just start getting solid black night shots which meant I’d have to go get it bring it home and reset the IR and go put it back up in the woods only for it to happen again a couple weeks later. Moultrie finally replaced it with a new one. Now after reaching my limit of pictures for the month I waited for the next billing cycle for it to reset only to be told I still had to purchase more images to see the pictures the camera was still taking after I reached my limit (WHAT?). Now when I select a picture to view the picture just goes black until I go back to gallery view. Too many problems with this camera

XV 6000. Very disappointed with my camera. Less than a year old and it’s already giving me problems. I ran a 32GB card in it for a long time with no issues. Now all of a sudden, I’m being told to run a 4, 8, or 16 at the largest. Now I have to format the card every day and then it only sends 20 or so pictures then dies again. Formatting it from the app doesn’t work either. Ya must visit the site which defeats the purpose of having the cell camera. My camera has a new 4 GB card in it and it’s not sending pictures. But the SPYPOINT camera below it on the same tree, never misses. I was hoping MoultrieMobile would offer to replace it and keep a customer. But evidently I was wrong. My last email (over a week) hasn’t been replied to yet. I’m seriously considering throwing it away and buying a competitor brand.

Great when it works.. I have been using this App for almost two years. On a good stretch, it works for about two months then it always has some issue. It will randomly not open up, forget your information and cause you to keep using your E-mail and password to log in (sometimes tell you the information is wrong and a day later enter the same name/password and now it works). That being said. This is one of the first companies to offer this technology with trail cameras. It is a great concept and I have received many (thousands) great pictures while traveling all over the state via this app. But with numerous companies now offering the same technology, my next purchase will be one of theirs. I have had too many issues and paid too much money for a monthly service that doesn’t work more than it works.

Decent. I have used almost every cell cam and app. I have 5 installed at the time of writing this. This app is functional. I like the smart tagging and ability to get notified of whatever you’d like. Unfortunately I’m getting some force-closes right now both on my iPhone and iPad. I’ll be looking at a picture and the app just closes itself and needs to be re-opened. An area of improvement would be an option to keep the statistics for activity even if the photo is deleted. I always delete photos of does, for example, but would be interested in still seeing those stats down the road. Deer movement is deer movement. This might cross into the camera functionality as well… but a GIF for a video preview would be a huge improvement. Spypoint does the first, middle, and final frame so that you can decide if it’s a video you want to pull down. Keep up the good work!

Best Camera System I Ever Used. This camera system is the best !! You set it up on your phone which is super simple. After that just relax and let the pictures arrive you don’t need to go to the site until you want to!! All the information is on the display right on the phone !! You can change the settings anytime and still no need to go near the camera, just save the changes and it’s done !!! A super easy to use, efficient product !!!! Will not be without one!!!! If you love deer hunting and getting pictures delivered right to you this is for you!!! The batteries last for months even when taking high amounts of pictures!!!

MoultrieMobile. This is my second season using this app and the associated cameras in the MoultrieMobile ecosystem. In general I am pleased with the utility I am getting from my cameras and managing them with the app. I do not have any other cell camera app experience to compare it against so I do not know how to make a valid comparison. When everything works I don’t have any complaints. However I do feel that I have to exercise a lot of patience to get the app to function correctly. It crashes often and I have to close it and start over. In addition sometimes pictures that I know are there disappear for no apparent reason. I assumed I had a filter setting incorrect initially, but even resetting filters doesn’t work. But if I search by the specific camera I can usually find the image eventually. I am currently running 5 cameras.

Why is this on the Canadian App Store ??. What’s the Point of having this on the Canadian App Store If Canadians can’t even use it. To sign up you need a us log in. It’s ridiculous n

All Good in Canada. I have 4 of these cameras and they all work flawlessly in Canada. In fact they work better than any of my other cellular brand cameras. The customer service is phenomenal and I always get a response to any requests for support

Canadians be ware. After trying to to set the camera up through the App and not getting a reply to my questions as to how to set up my camera from Moultrie ,I’ll be returning my camera and will not buy their cameras for use in Canada.

Glitchy. Constantly freezes, glitches, and crashes.

Great camera, small complaints. I love this camera and how it has helped me scout and see what my deer population is like from year to year. I like how easy the app is to set the camera for different areas or seasons. I like being able to get high res photos without having to pull the sd card from the cameras. What I dislike is that when I hit my photo limited and purchase more photos, it never starts sending pictures again. It sends them all once my service plan renews. I dislike that they don’t have plan bundles for multiple cameras or better price for pricing on service plans with multiple cameras.

Garbage. App won’t even open right. I deleted and reinstalled, restarted my phone. I have 75% Sevice most of the time with the camera, and it’ll send decent enough pics. The motion sensor (PIR settings) if on high the grass sets it off, drop to medium or low camera won’t take pics. Every now and then for no reason it’ll just stop taking pics. I have to drive out there and reset it. At this point might as well have a SD camera again. This happens weekly. Camera goes through 12 AA batteries every 2 weeks!!!! If it wasn’t for the pic quality I’d give it a 1 star. Garbage motion camera by far. My SPYpoints work way better, they are cheaper, and they are solar powered. Do yourself a favor and save money, buy something else.

Review. Nothing really too bad about the camera system as a whole. The only thing that I do not like is the fact that on the lowest setting possible it takes way too many pictures especially of nothing which therefore if you have a service plan eats up your images. I set a standard Moultrie above my cellular Moultrie. My cellular Moultrie took 300 pictures in one day with it looking at my feeder. My other Moultry only took pictures of larger animals such as deer and or coons and I only had 20 images that day. I called and ask what I could do about the sensitivity and it taking so many pictures and customer service told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Delta Mobile. I have been using Moultrie products seems like since they’ve been in business, but this camera is just the worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with. I tried the batteries they recommend and still my pictures are of BAD quality. I love the app and all of it’s great settings. Now I went and bought the MoultrieMobile solar powered charger and my camera stays on 100%, but still night pictures are so dark you can’t really see what’s on them.

User friendly but full of bugs. It’ll log me out for no reason and then tell me my password is incorrect. I’ll reset it and the app STILL tells me it’s wrong. Eventually it’ll let me in after two or three more resets or it’ll just open up already logged in, very frustrating. I wish their app performance could match how user friendly it is.... I’ve contacted the service department and it seems I’m just getting the standard answers or run around. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times, turned my phone on and off and even downloaded the latest IOS. Still a garbage performing app. Maybe they will come out with a new version that works.

Camera and modem. Overall I love this camera and modem most of the time it consistently works great however today in particular every time I try to open up the app it crashes and I have no idea what to do about this,, or how to fix it one thing I would really like you to work on is being able to tag more than one picture at a time with the same tag if I have five pictures of a deer I want to be able to tag them all at once this shouldn’t be too difficult a task for you to accomplish to make this great camera perfect

Good investment. I use these cameras to monitor my property when I’m gone. These have been worth every penny. I will say that if you are at all disappointed, change your setup! Proper setup is absolutely essential, as I’ve gotten poor performance from a poor setup and stellar performance from a proper setup. The only feature I would like to see added is the ability to take a test picture on demand from the app.

Settings are useless.. I own two mobile Edge cameras with good batteries and cell service. Settings are identical on both cameras, which is 3 burst with a 0 second delay. I should be flooded with pictures but I’m not. Settings doesn’t matter because the cameras will do what they want when they want. It’s completely random on what pictures that take and send to my phone. For example I walked in front of both cameras for 5 minutes and received 4 pictures from random times during that 5 minutes. The only good thing I observed it will take a picture soon as it senses motion but after that settings are useless. I would say it was a faulty camera but both do it.

App is glitchy. I’m just about over this set-up. The cameras and the app are glitchy, especially as of late. On iPhone iOS 14.1 and the most recent app update my app sometimes loads, sometimes doesn’t. Sometimes I have to sign in even after selecting “remember me”, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes the pictures load the most recent photos, sometimes it’s picture from days, weeks, even a year ago. I have no idea where to go from here with it after installing, removing, reinstalling, new S.D. cards, new hot moultrie batteries, I’ve done it all. It sure would be nice to have well over a thousand bucks worth of equipment working remotely reliably. There has to be an answer guys, please step it up and find it before I have to bail out and go with a different brand. Justin Arkansas

Garbage. Don’t waste your money. The app constantly needs to be deleted and reinstalled in order to sign in. When that happens you lose all the pictures that have been sent and they are only stored on the card. Oh and be prepared for pictures. I get hundreds of pictures a day of nothing but sunlight. This is on multiple cameras facing north to east to avoid the sun glare from south facing cameras. Cheap camera and a horrible app experience. I also have exodus and tactacam cell cams. Exodus is far superior to MoultrieMobile and for the same price point tactacam blows MoultrieMobile out of the water. Tactacam will be receiving all of my business going forward. MoultrieMobile is garbage and I can’t get rid of the cameras I have soon enough.

App Crashes. Not overly impressed with the response of these cameras. I have two and one seems to respond better than the other. The one that does work consistently plays a click with the video which I’ll have to check if it’s audible next time I’m at farm. However, when playing videos in portrait mode it plays fine but if you turn phone horizontal to landscape viewing for a larger video it crashes, freezes and/or continues to play sound and just stays as a black screen. When I do get to view video and go back to portrait viewing the app crashes every single time. Quality of videos are pretty darn good

Cool idea but flawed. I have only had these cameras a little over a week so my opinion of them may change but as of now, I can walk in front of the cameras and never receive a picture from them. And just now I walked back in front of the camera and received three new pictures but they are blank on my phone. Getting frustrating. On the other hand, I’ll get a picture of a cat in the middle of the night so they do work. Just inconsistent. These are my only issues but they pretty much defeat the purpose therefore a two star rating is justified. Could easily give it a five star rating if my unlimited plan truly gave me unlimited pictures

User-friendly, but big flaws. The app is super intuitive and easy to use. Setting up cameras is dangerously simple as you might go absolutely wild like I did. The convenience of these can't be overemphasized: they are nice. Big glaring error: the app doesn't allow you to have separate views for the cameras. The photos are in one continuous stream. I don't see the option to see it as a single camera without going in and filtering it each time. I wish there were other features like that to make it customizable. Would be a 5 star if those features were added.

Rip-off. Bought two cameras. Was told I could use them WITHOUT the payed subscription app. That’s impossible you have to control the camera from the app. The app is a JOKE. Terrible user interface & crashes every 2 seconds. Videos don’t upload from the gallery either. Every time I set it up I wonder if it’s even connected. Can’t believe they want me to pay monthly for this experience. All I wanted was a user friendly decent trail camera.. instead I got a freaking Bluetooth Wi-Fi Silicon Valley crappy camera with a even worse app. If the app was fixed up or you could use the camera without the app it would be awesome.

Easiest game camera I have used. This is by far the easiest and best game camera I have used. The internal SIM card and and ability to use multiple carriers with no work on my part is great. Navigating the app is very easy I really like the way they are basically integrating the hunting apps that we use into the app. Anytime I can open one app and have my camera information, weather, forecast and map information in one place winner winner chicken dinner!

Login issues. The app constantly logs me out and won’t let me log back in. I’ve reset my password three times in two days and it still doesn’t recognize it. I’ve clicked on the remember me when I have been able to login and I’ve set up for the fingerprint recognition. Nothing will allow me to log back in to see my pictures. I was literally looking at new pictures, set my phone down, 2 minutes later was notified I had more pictures, turned my phone back on and was logged out. Now I can’t get back in. This is the third time it’s done this to me and every time I have to figure out a new way to get back into my account. This is ridiculous

App is horrible. I can’t tell you how many times the app has crashed. I have had to delete the app completely and reload it constantly. And that still doesn’t fix the frustrating issues. And when it has comes to crunch time (hunting season) it has failed me. When I need it the most, it fails to notify me of activity. Or, it will notify me yet fail to download pics. I sit there starring at blank boxes where pics should be. It’s more frustrating than it’s worth. When it works, it works well, but completely unreliable. I will be searching for a replacement.

Could be better. I’ve been using MoultrieMobile for about 2 months now and it has its ups and down. Excited to see pics “when” they come in but it appears that when you adjust camera settings you lose some connectivity. You would figure that after being around for a few years they would have perfected options such as on demand downloads and videos. Having to request high resolution photos is also a lame brain idea that with today’s technology it should be automatic. I bought another camera and modem but may have to consider another vendor unless moultrie decides to catch up with the technology available.

Good so far!. It’s been a little over a week since I purchased a modem and set it up, but so far I love the app and the way to navigate the app. Took a little while to get the feel for it, but overall enjoying the experience of being able to see deer 30 miles away from my stand. I’m quite happy to keep a monitor of the herd and gauge when bucks are moving from my living room. I’ve even seen a couple of turkey. And the small data plan seems like enough for the price of a good lunch meal a month is not bad at all.

Almost perfect. Great quality, Great service, Great Pictures. The reception is good. Getting a lot of great pics delivered relatively quickly. But Moultrie needs to add an instant photo button to the app. So that you could make the camera take a picture if you wanted it to. There could be deer there just out of range of the motion sensors. Would also be a great way to check the Weather and activity before your hunt especially for those that have a long great distance to travel. Thanks

Reliable and affordable!!. These are some great affordable cameras and they really take great pictures and also video And you can choose your own plan. I love how when you set it to video capture it takes a picture first then can request your video from there, saving battery life and giving you complete control over your video limit! The smart tags could use a little work but overall a great system and I will continue to use to add on

Good app. We purchased 2 Moultrie cell cameras and really enjoy the experience with this app. Being able to control the camera and delete pictures without having to go to the camera is really nice. If I could change or add one feature, it would be to add a “live” look to the app so you could see what is in the field of view at any time or even to be able to snap a photo from the app would work too.

On the edge. I have two cameras and my comply with them is the amount of time it takes for them to send out photos. I have great cell service but it seems that all photos are hours after the fact. They should send just like a txt message instantly. There would be nothing better than to have instant photos and video of the shot while you are in the field. It would help eliminate the need of having a camera for recording.

Trail cameras. Not very good cameras , they work one minute and not the next , you try to change the settings and it takes for ever if at all for the new settings to take affect , very frustrating to try and figure out why , i have 100% battery, 100% cell bars everything says its good but wont even take a picture when your standing right in front of it , been trying for a while but never enough time to spend on trying to get this camera figured out !! I guess it is what it is !! Not worth the money i spent on it or the cell plan because its not functional !! Thanks Tom

First Year. After trying other brands of trail cameras over the years I was happy to give Moultrie Mobile a try. I am happy with the quality of photos day and night and the trigger speed. The battery life is very poor and I’ve had to start switching my cameras over to 12 volt batteries. The app itself is ok but the there’s a couple things that I’d love to see. #1 an option to view photos from each camera separate besides just the current feed. #2 A “real time” photo option where you can request a Live Photo to the camera. #3 to be able to switch from photo to video...I am not sure I’ve been able to view a video on the app. Overall I am happy and will buy more cameras and I’m sure things will improve. Thanks

App design. Evidently the developers of this app do not want an elderly gentleman to be able to see the settings. I worked in the printing industry for 35 years and it is proven that a white background with BLACK type is easy to read and easy on your eyes. This black background with white or gray type is almost impossible to see. I have used this app for 4 years now and love everything else about it. I am sure this is just the way the 7000i is designed but I wish it would send high res pictures to my phone so I didn’t have to choose high res to see if it’s a buck or doe which uses up another image from my limit.

Additional device overcharge. Good camera but big issue with billing on app. I noticed last year when I added an additional camera it charged me for and additional full fee instead of just the $8 fee per additional device. I thought maybe I selected the wrong plan but I have tried to set up my cameras again this year for the premium plan that allows you to add devices and it wants to still charge you for the premium amount for each camera versus the $8 per device. I will not pay $300 per 6 cameras that I have and will be switching to a different brand if it’s not fixed. Will be calling them to rectify the problem or canceling.

First time for MoultrieMobile edge. Cameras are awesome bought one to try it out and have since bought more, pictures are awesome videos are awesome…wish I would have bought these sooner only complaints I have are in the app I think they’re minor fixes but need to be looked at for instance the back button in the gallery only works 50 % of the time and badge number for app notifications has never worked other then that everything is awesome

Payment on non working service. My service did not work late October through mid December. I finally gave upon the MoultrieMobile app & began checking my cameras manually. I made 2 different calls to the tech line. Sat on hold over 45 minutes the first call & had to hang up because my job I work to help pay for the service MoultrieMobile is supposed to provide required I gave up on that call. Now MoultrieMobile is going to give a cut rate on a modem for a service that may or may not work ,seems like throwing good money at bad. To whom it may concern if anybody,I can’t decide if I will continue to try to use your service or look elsewhere. Thanks for offering the platform to voice my aggravation. I would appreciate a response. Thank you

Awesome. This camera is Awesome. I only had it send me pictures every 24 hours from January to date. My lithium batteries stayed full batteries until this month. August 2023. I had Two problems with my cameras. One was the SIM card that Moultrie quickly helped me diagnose and it fixed the problem. The second was another camera that wouldn’t work. Moultrie sent me a new camera within five days no questions asked. I will only use Moultrie camera from here on out.

Fix the loading issues. Functionality of camera works great. The app constantly crashes. Sometimes after refreshing the photos it will actually remove weeks or days worth of photos and refresh back to a later date, in which you have to close the app reopen it and refresh it then wha-lah the recent photos pop up again. Frustrating to open an app and it freezes or crashes, makes me feel like every time I open the app I could be missing photos, so I log into the computer when I can to feel at ease that I have not missed any photos. Also would be nice to have a separate page of photos for each camera and not have all the photos put into one area then have to filter out the photos based on the camera name.

Works flawlessly. This camera works great. I actually use it to watch the cows at the farm and occasionally I catch deer as well. Fast trigger speed and sends pictures quickly. I love the video with sound. I can hear the peace and quiet at the farm day or night. The only one issue I have right now is the app closing while I’m in it. It just completely closes. I think an update can cure that. Other folks I know on Moultrie have had the same issue. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Pics. Have been using Moultrie mobile for two years now I had more cameras up too four cams love the app and everything about it One thing I wish they would do is make it where if your running multiple cams the pics are not all jumbled up together be nice to have to click on each camera to view the photos But I would recommend this system to anyone and will be adding more in the future

Awesome. Really like the app and everything it offers. Very User friendly. Just wish It would let me have the option to take a picture manually, or have a way to turn camera off or some kind of sleep mode from app. And for some reason (it’s probably me not knowing how ) I can’t seem to get notifications when a camera goes off. It’s all set up in the app and on my phone settings. All and all awesome app and product

Delta cameras junk. I have several cameras the best was the 7000i best built and work great. But you stopped making those. Then the delta just junk. Nothing but problems with this camera. Some just stop working others just send black pics back . I have 4 in the box still and really don’t know what to do with them? I wish you would at least give me my money back or trade them back for the edge. I do have 2 of them. They are better then the delta’s. Seems to be built better and so far works better then the delta’s. Frustrating! Paul

Disappointed in mobile app. I love the Moultrie cameras and cellular connectivity. The app disappoints. My camera takes videos. It shouldn’t take more than 24 hours to make the video available when I’ve paid for that service and have strong cell signals and followed the procedure for downloading a video. In addition, the app takes forever to load and crashes/closes unexpectedly, sometimes without ever actually finishing the startup process. I’m on a stable but new mobile device. I’m an IT professional. This should be far more functional, stable, and feature rich for the price of the equipment and services.

Camera works great, but this app is garbage.. I’ve been in a fight with this app this entire hunting season. I’m using the iPhone X so it’s definitely new enough to not have any issues, but every time the app gets an “update” I spend 4 days deleting the app, reinstalling, and repeating the process until finally it decides to work again. (This was supports suggestion after emailing for assistance after the first issue.) Surely with how much me and my friends spend on the data plans for these cameras Moultrie could afford a few decent app developers. I’ll give it one more season before I try something else.

App shutdown lock up. I have had the app on my iPhone for 2weeks and have had it lockup just about every time I open it. I have uninstalled and installed 6 to 8 times now to get it work and see my two cameras. I called tech support several times about issues and every time I call there internet is down or doing updates. What real company does updates in the middle of the day or at the busy time of the year for users of there product. My back ground is networking/programming. Sounds like company is cheap on paying its development/server admins. No body does updates in the middle of the day leading to there busy season for product sells, new customer sign up or retaining current customers.

Crap. This is the junkiest camera I have ever used, I would have been better off using a 10 year old tasco. Everytime I open the app the previously deleted pictures appear and new pictures will not load. The absolute worst camera I have ever operated, I hope that your cameras and apps are a lot better than the experience I am having. Your company is charging me 18$ a month for this crock of crap, I will never recommend your product to anyone nor will I ever purchase anything made, produced, carried, or promoted by Moultrie / Mobile. Your company prospers off selling snake oil and pipe dreams I doubt I will ever get a response but it is worth a try if I can just shield 1 person from the ridiculous products y’all are selling.

5 star review!!!!!. The new update needs more work. My camera will take pics . Has new batteries and app shows dead power but have signal. Can pull Sd card and view pics on laptop. My cam my be defective or app is the cause of problems. Camera ran fine last year and one week this year. If it’s the camera then shame on MoultrieMobile, no one can afford to spend several hundred dollars on a camera and then pay for service for cam that doesn’t help with hunting.

App problems. For 2 to 3 weeks now every time you go on the app and try to delete photos it adds those photos back so you end up with double the photos instead of deleting them. And if you go through the delete process again, it triples the number of photos. You sign out of the app, close it and sign back in and sometimes the photos have been deleted and other times they have not. Sometimes it requires signing out and back in multiple times. Moultrie has updated the app a few times recently but it has not fixed the problem

Best ever!!. I purchased and returned several other brands because of how complicated and difficult to operate also very bad customer relations!!! I got this brand recommended by a hunting body and trust me when I say I love them!!! Super easy to use and very reliable plus they don’t leak water inside ever!!! I have two for almost a year now I have a i6000. And the i7000 not bad on battery use but also have them with solar panel too. Very good quality pics and more. Thanks

Low battery.. Get a text usually twice a week sometimes less saying batteries are dead Either in motem or camera when they are bothe on solar and the batteries are 100 percent. Also don’t get pics every 12 like it is set to do. Sometimes goes 48 hrs without any pics. 😡😡MoultrieMobile needs to get these things lined out or I will be leaving them. I’m not the only one having these problems come to find out. A lot of people seem to have the same issues. It’s one week until muzzle loading season opens here when I really want my cameras to work and no pics for 48. 🤬😡

Great Service.. My son introduced me to Moultrie. He told me that the customer service was outstanding. After having issue from a Canadian company with their Cell cam and not being able to get any help or speak to someone. I made the switch. My son was Right. The customer service is outstanding everyone from Technical Support to help with a problem they are there to help and the most friendly service I have ever had to work with.. 5 Start Plus in my book Thank you. Guy

Won’t connect / trying for two days. I’m 26 years old and can’t figure this thing out - pretty tech savvy but this thing is seriously flawed… I can’t find anywhere why my camera won’t connect. The only thing I thought would be the connection because it’s weak.. after driving around my area for a few hours trying all higher end service areas I am coming to believe this thing doesn’t work? It’s a bummer they collect your payment then let you struggle for the next few days wondering why it just won’t connect.. if this company is wondering why people cancel subscription first month I have your answer.
