Four out of Five.. Fun and relaxing, but I think you should be able to make multiple tracks. I have a track that I really like but want to make a new one. Other than that it is very relaxing and enjoyable. If you went the extra mile, you could have Creativity mode, and Campaign mode. In the Creativity mode, you can build whatever you want like how it is now. And in Campaign mode you would have to complete challenges and traffic management.

I love it. I’ll start by saying I am 10 yrs old. I love this game and my whole family plays this. I noticed there was a car kit, so I thought that you should make a city kit. Some people say this glitches and crashes, but I experience no problems. I also think you should add a Story mode where you complete challenges.

Love This Game. Both myself and my seven year old neighbors love this game. It's relaxing and loads of fun. I know it's in earlier stages, so I can't wait to see what future updates bring! The thing that I would put at the top of my list is having the ability to save tracks. Though I've only had it for a few days, I've already built a few that I would love to save. Even having 3 or 5 spaces would be great. Oh! And another type of 4 way intersection. The hill is the only thing that provides that (and make a vertical hill).Thanks for an amazing game.😃

oh no the bullet trains are missing their tailing engines. good game overall but one thing... DONT THE BULLET TRAINS HAVE ENDING ENGINES? this includes the French TGV and the Japanese “Dr. Yellow”, but the game is nice overall and I really enjoy it. P.S. maybe add a more variety of trains?

Great little app. This is a great little app. It is fun and simple to play. Almost like having one of those small wooden train sets. Easy assembly of the tracks and just drag objects to the water boundary to remove. This is a good game for little kids because there are no in app purchases, settings, feedback, connect Facebook, etc. just map selection and the play button. I hope they keep it like this and just make updates and/or other apps instead of adding in app purchases. The a few things that would make it better... 1. the ability to rotate objects 2. scrolling instead of a button on larger maps 3. be able to fine tune objects between sets of tracks 4. slower train speed for when in the view mode 5. a longer over pass like three squares wide 6. A way to lock the pieces when just watching the trains because sometimes the pieces move when you toggle the track switches

Just awesome!!. The game is just fun, simple, and satisfying game. Watching your train go around the track that you built is just cool. I wish there would be more trains to choose from and if you are in the build mode you can pan around in like a 360 view. Also add stations too. I love the game and it is just one of my favorite games that I have

Relaxing fun but needs a few tweaks. It's nice n simple and relaxing great job there - 3 things I'd love to see added - more land to build on, the ability to save and reload past awesome layouts and I'd love a slower speed for when I'm riding - it would be very relaxing to move through the world at a little slower pace so I can really take it in - I'd even leave that mode on to play like a soothing lava lamp type ambiance. Great work!

Cute! But you can't save.. This app is actually a very cute little train building set! The option to see what any of your 3 possible trains sees in a first person 3D trip around the track is really neat. Unfortunately, like many other reviewers have said (and I didn't see before I bought the app), there is no way to save progress between launches. Kinda. Sometimes if you quit, either with a single home button press or letting it close in the background, the next time you launch the app you're met with an isometric view of your last table, and you can continue playing with it where you left off. Then sometimes, for no discernible reason, your progress is wiped, and your kid discovers next launch that everything they've done is gone. I feel like both things shouldn't be true; it should either honestly wipe progress every time, meaning not show your last table ever ever at launch and pop-up warn "You'll lose all progress! Are you sure?" on exit, or go ahead and save on exit/periodically. As it is now, it's pretty dishonest and has a high incidence of disappointing users (my son).

Great for Kids. My "son" loves this game - fun, simple balance between train simulator and city builder. And by "son", I am definately not talking about myself, a 50-year old lawyer and partner in a law firm. I mean, why would you even think that? Sheeesh.

Great for kids. I downloaded this for myself because, well, trains! When visiting friends, this game was a huge hit with their three year old. He learned new phrases like "go backwards!" There are no in-app purchases, no ads, no data usage. I was comfortable letting him play with the app and it was a fun easy train kit to make together without any messes. Bonus points for Spinners (the young man's word for windmills)!

AWESOME. This game is just so great! I love how the trains and everything look! One bug I have found is that sometimes I accidentally lift a track tile and then I place it back the buffers come up and I can’t get them to come down it doesn’t bother me too much it’s just I have found this. Otherwise amazing game can’t wait to see the next app!

Kinda buggy unless there’s a fix or reason for it?. My son has been enjoying this game and “bought it himself.” But it gets kinda buggy sometimes. The pieces are kinda slanted and not flushed at the bottom of the screen, the touch point is off( idk how else to say it but if i touch a piece and move it, my finger isnt on the piece as it moves. Any fix? Or an j missing an update?

Son loves it. My four-year-old loves this game… The controls are easy enough that it’s easy to let him go with the game and even do some building with his grandparents… We also have the car track game👏🏻

This game has some humor. I like how you can just make the trains go on a endless circle and they will just be like “oh there’s a exit but I’m not gonna take it lol” and also I like how you can make tight turns and the long trains are just fine with it, very fun(ny) game!

I love this!. This is a great game, and it is so fun! It’s free, fun, and for all ages! I love it! Definitely recommend for anyone! I also love how the trains in it are real! The blue train is a British Rail Inter City 125, the orange train is a French TGV, and the yellow one is the Japanese Shinkansen N700 testing train Dr. Yellow!

Awesome, but needs its one little fix.. Train Kit is an amazing, basic game that always allows you to unleash your best creativity to building your railways with decorations as well. However, there is just one recommendation to those to try their best to fix the game. On my iPad, most of the time, the game easily crashes for multiple reasons, most of which I already predict before the game crashes. Try and do as much as possible to fix this so that you may at least reduce the amount of crashing that will occur in the game. Thank you for making such a wonderful, creative game!

Great game -but-. Great game but needs work like you can add people cars and streets! You should be able to expand your world infinitely. You should be able to save your work and then make a different one. You should be able to turn your decorations left right and up. You should be able to make more train pieces. And maybe even be able to make your own pieces! Then it would be a 5 star game!!

Here are things add. I like the game but I thing they should add a few things to the game like a platform piece,unlimited engines/train cars and more space to build on bet the devs of this game will never these things

Too many bugs. I’m always telling my kids that games asking for your money usually is better in quality than those free ones because the target audience is different. However this one is really challenging my philosophy. There are simply too many bugs: the train flying out of the screen you cannot find any more, the road cannot be placed on the tile, etc. Both myself and my kids are pretty frustrated with these bugs. This game has good idea but poor execution. If the developers are checking the comment here, please fix the bugs.

Not worth the money. However.... I love the app. But the fact that there is no save feature kinda ruins all the effort I put into some of these tracks. There should also be things to put on the water, instead of it being a delete option (when one already exists). Overall, this game is not worth however much I paid (somewhere between $3-$4?), but it does kill time.

Almost Great. The ease of use can be appealing to people of all ages. I was disappointed though, to find out you cannot save your world; every time you launch the app you have to start from scratch. I do wish the maps were a bit larger too.

No save?. I like the game because I can't find anything else where I can build my own train set and decorate it. However anytime I close the app my track is deleted. Also like many have said there needs to be an expansion. This game has a lot of potential but just needs a little more. As is, it's not worth $2.99. Especially if it doesn't save what I've built.

Playing with trains!. While recommended for ages 6-8, this kid-at-heart loves playing with Train Kit. The simple to use touch controls make it a joy to create train lines and diorama, then watch the trains run through your custom worlds, even in first person view. Thanks, devs, for the last update that allows for more worlds. You guys are awesome.

Good but.... I loved this game a lot. It had great graphics, amazingly easy controls and set up, everything was great. Until I realized you could only goon a tiny board that is given to you. Although you can reuse it, I think it would make it worth my 3 bucks if you could extend the land, allowing you to add to the creativity. Please fix this! Thanks.

It's awesome yet.... It's an amazing game... It's all I could ask for in a train game... But when I took 30 mins making an amazing track with multiple double tracks, and many decorations... I was bummed when I could erm SAVE the track... Please make it so you can save certain tracks :D and awesome game btw

Needs more. I love the game and so does my dad but, it needs more islands and the ability to save your tracks. They also need underground tunnels and tunnels with turns. Crashes.... It's pretty fun but very frustrating. The creations don't save and the app crashes randomly. Also it's somewhat hard to place things on iPhones and iPods. Either than that it's kinda fun

Fun for my 3 year old. We love playing this train set building app together. Then he can play by himself for a while. It's relaxing and a good first approach to using the iPad. I Looked but couldn't find for another game as good as this one. It's better now that we can save our track.

Crashes. Bought today for my son and it's crashed after building trains several times. We downloaded on three different iPhones -- same crashing. Very frustrating. I can't recommend until this is fixed.

Amazing... But!.... It is define toy addictive but when I start getting my trains and town going, it crashes out of nowhere and I have to start all over. This doesn't just happen once, but EVERYTIME. It's still an amazing game and the pros wipe ugh out the cons by a lot ;)

Ugh!. This game has a good concept. But I read the description and it sounded like and endless world, but no, you are stuck on a TINY island! I wish more reviews came out so I could've known! Save on Close?. It's very enjoyable, but really needs the ability to save after leaving. Having a bigger map and being able to build more each time you play would be astounding. Other than than, the simplistic visuals and easy-to-use nature makes it relaxing and fun.
