Can't see my info. My info express gives an error. It is almost pointless without that feature.

DOES NOT WORK. I can’t access anything but the home page. It repeatedly asks for my login and password when I click on any link, even after I’ve had to put it that info to open the app. And when I input my login and password AGAIN, it says it logged me out due to inactivity although it’s been less than 10 seconds since I input my info. Also, the app still includes the option for a fingerprint login although iPhone X has not had that feature for over a year. Clunky and completely useless. I have never been able to access any of the things I need to: email, Kronos, or My Info Express with this app. I was hoping with a new update that would change but NOPE. Still completely and utterly unfunctional. My 13 yo could build a better app at home using knowledge from his junior high CTE class. It’s a joke. There’s no excuse for this crappy of UX in this day and age for such a large company with so many resources. FIX IT OR GET RID OF IT.

Antiquated AF. They clearly quit updating this app YEARS ago. Upon login, it prompts me to scan my fingerprint... BUT my iPhone 11 doesn’t have one.... but when I try to manually enter my password, it immediately asks for my fingerprint... the cycle continues 47 more times until it eventually allows me to manually enter my password. The rest of the app functions ok.

Needs lots of work. Homepage is only thing that works. Email button doesn’t work. KronosMobile doesn’t open. Basically worthless.

Needs a workup. Not user friendly

Mediocre at best. App is terrible. So many issues. Very frustrating.

Never Works. It will let me login and access the Home Screen. If I click on anything, such as email, it opens a new window and begins to load, but never loads completely just freezes. I’ve tried multiple times over the past 2 years, it has never worked for email or any other option on the home page.

Fix this app. Someone needs to fix this app ASAP. People can’t always access their laptop or desk top to get to their emails or other information they need. Why have a phone app if it doesn’t work?

Great start!. I surprisingly use this app often. I can check my calendar, email, paycheck ect quickly, and with ease. I haven't had any problems with it. look forward to future versions.

Useless. Since requiring DIGIPASS-ES, I can’t get past the sign in screen, so app is useless

Good start. Touch ID would be nice. Seems redundant to login to the app and again when you click email.
