It’s a pain to link tickets. It’s a pain to link tickets

Glorified map. Everything is all about QR codes in HK. You’d think it would be the same at HK Disneyland but it really isn’t. This app is just a glorified map and nothing else. Can’t link tickets/passes to it. Can’t order food. Can’t link a DAS pass. They’ll give you a piece of paper that they sometimes stamp. Can’t link photos to it. They have a separate app for that and it is not intuitive at all. Nearly every option/link in this app will exit the app and open your web browser that directs you to the main website. The Disneyland (Anaheim) app is so intuitive and really ahead of its time that it completely blows my mind how absolutely frustrating, useless, and behind on technology the HK Disneyland app is. Especially given how everything is so QR reliant in Hong Kong. A paper map is less frustrating and easier to navigate than this app.

if you’re just gonna open everything in a browser, why make an app. This is BY FAR, the worst Disney App of all the Disneylands in the world… BY. FAR.

Map not loading. Currently the map isn’t loading. Even after reinstalling the app.

Wait times are completely off !. Serves basic purpose of providing a map and some attraction details, but the wait times are completely useless. During our trip in Dec 2017, we noticed the actual wait times were consistently at least double of the stated wait times in the app. Ocean Park app was quite accurate with wait times, also their wifi was superb !

bugs. The "map" doesn't show the map. it only shows the pins.

Ticket reference number works for kids tickets, not adults. I am trying to reserve admission and our ticket reference numbers work for the kids tickets but not for the adult tickets. This is frustrating.

Rides closed for presumably bad weather. Most of the rides were closed in the afternoon even though the sun was shining! Staff didn't speak English and couldn't offer any explanation

Hopeless out of sync with waiting times. This app is absolutely useless as the waiting times displayed are hopelessly behind the waiting time displayed at the rides.

Need more info on restaurants and details on sign up events like Jedi training. The app works pretty well for what it has on it, Ride info, show times, etc. but it could use more details on its descriptions about the shows and restaurants including how early you need to get to a show, parade/event route/locations and restaurant menus, etc. descriptions are very general so it's hard to tell what to expect. App works well for ride wait times, etc though.

Doesn't Work. Though the map is beautiful, the pins do not show current wait times and is thusly useless. It's just a map. I want more than a map of HKDL. Would love to see it as effective and helpful as the app for SHDR.

Useless other than park ride times. App acts like you can book hotel and tickets but it just sends you back to the website in a circle Terrible

Tokyo app. Please make a Disneyland Tokyo app. All the others are great!

Excellent planning too. My second trip to Hong Kong Disneyland and this app has helped out with planning. Unlike the US where our travel planner assists with the plans, tourist is left to their own device. Major improvements from the original set up 👍🏽👍🏽

Too crowded during Chinese New Year!. Long lines for everything, including food. Very accommodating server in Clopin’s Festival of Foods, found me a paper bag although they don’t usually supply them.

China Disney hates Americans. They do everything possible to not be helpful. They do not link external tickets. Do not take us credit cards. Do not let you in without passport (not normal for a us person to carry a passport). Phone battery rental is only for Chinese persons. They exclude Americans. It is insane how poorly Americans are treated at Disneyland in China!

Love, but.... As said before it would be better if wait times were added and menus of whats being served at restaurants and food carts

Can’t connect to US Disney account. HK Disney app doesn’t allow to connect to US Disney app account. The Disney app should all link with one email or mobile login!

Wrong wait times. Wait times are totally wrong with no relation to reality.

Garbage Map. It takes ages to update the map after the World of Frozen is open to public. Why don’t you just close the park forever if the app is that useless?

What a pointless app. Honestly - it just redirects you to the website or a phone call. Why even bother to write this?

Basic. App with a map. Would be great if it did other things - like let you plan your path, showed the menu of cafes/restaurants. Annoying and slow links back to the Disney website for pretty much anything useful that you actually want to do - like buy tickets, restaurants, hotels!

Awesome day out better then ocean park. What a great fun day out. We seen so much and still could of seen more. Our family really enjoyed it. 3 adults and one 13 year old. We are an Australian family and we are overweight and every ride except for one was perfect and comfy to ride

Slow clunky and no filters for any of the differential information.. Simple features are lacking. No offline ability to see maps loads each time. Timings are static and not with any info. No warning or communication given. No planning available. Nothing that you would expect but a lot of other stuff that has potential if someone paid for feedback.

M. It sucks that I booked premium access on the wrong date but there is no way to change it!

Very unfriendly. The ticket system is very complicated and confusing. I just need a one day ticket. I don’t see why I have to buy a ticket for that day and I also have to reserve the date. I have spent more than an hour trying to “Reserve” our tickets. One of the tickets couldn’t be reserved manually.

Standby pass reservation portal not good. Very not user friendly

Their website further redirects to a 3rd-party payment processing site which looks outdated and lacks secure Apple Pay/Google Pay options for Visa/Master/Amex cards but only allows the user to enter credit card number + name + security code to authorize. Unfortunately, modern banks distrust such unsecured/outdated payment processing website but only keeps declining transactions. I couldn’t buy my tickets!

页面保留时间太短. 每次出来App再从新回来都要再从头来一次，有很多东西出来一会儿就找不到了
