Cuz I only have two days with this app and just in second they froze my gift for no reason at all and I been trying to contact you guys and no show at all telling me the same thing wait until three business day which they banned one of my account the biggest one the second one they frozed my account my gift account now this one too o wow I love the app but you guys be freezen account with out doing nothing I’m so tired of doing more account so i could get my gift frozen nah this is the last time I wish you guys could help me out and unfreeze my gift account just now I recharge and took my payment but won’t unfreeze it I love the app but if I have to leave from the app I would cuz I think if I’m doing it with a prepaid card obviously I put money in I don’t think that’s a fraud at all cuz I’m putting my money in the card I hope I get a response back

NOT SAFE. Bigo used to be my main streaming app and I used to enjoy it. You used to be able to make friends, chat about life, live stream hobbies, etc. It was a safe fun environment and the rules they placed were supposed to help. However recently Bigo is over looking many things I just can’t keep quiet about because I’m about to the leave the app for good. The rules clearly state “no alcohol, no smoking, no drugs, and NO ONE UNDER 18.” Within this last week, there as so many accounts of children posing as adults and Bigo is not doing anything to protect these children. There are old men messaging little girls and women showing their parts to little boys and instead of removing both the inappropriate adult and the obvious child account getting removed, all accounts are being allowed to do whatever they please. My reports are rarely taken seriously and this has become a dangerous app. PARENTS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD DOES NOT HAVE THIS APP. And if you’re an adult on this breaking the rules…shame on you…

Extremely disappointed.. I spent the last 4 days building up a following, making friends, auditioning & getting approved for a paid host position. Then today my account was permanently banned for posting a photo that got flagged as “pornography” when I did nothing of the sort. There was no way to appeal the decision. I would never post pornography. This app wants you to put all kinds of money into it to send “gifts” then they swipe your account with a faulty algorithm. No wonder they are literally paying people to use the platform, their users are dropping like flies while their reputation & credibility pays the price. So many literal “bot” accounts too, more than I have ever seen on any platform EVER. Why don’t you remove the ACTUAL pornographic content that people post on Bigo??

Probably amazing for many.. So, I’m impressed with how relentlessly this app diversely seeks to cultivate engagement and interaction. I’ve never seen anything like it. In the few times I’ve tried using it..man...there was SO MUCH going on..like..personally I found this app to be, by FAR, the most annoying app I’ve ever used or seen. This app sent me notifications WAY too often, interfering with games I was playing - I HATED that!!! Like, LEAVE ME ALONE!! Obviously, I can adjust my notifications and did. When using the app, it’s like, here, try this, try this, do you want to do this, do this, do this, here are some free whatevers - use them like this, do you want to use some whatevers now?, here are some more things, follow this person, this person says hello - do you want to follow them or send them something, etc, etc, etc!!! WOW - WAY too much!! To be fair, this app/service is probably a dream come true for certain tastes. I’d prefer to not leave any stars, because I don’t want to affect their rating. 3 stars is more than I really feel, but I might feel differently if I was accustomed to its carnival of stimuli and, as I said, I don’t think they really DESERVE a low score for being so over the top with engagement fodder. So, there’s my perspective. Not for me, but I’m impressed.

Bigo Live is a terrible app.. I’ve been reporting this app for years. Bigo Live literally allows women and children to act inappropriately for money. I’ve reported it for as long as I can remember. I was literally told by Bigo Live that “it depends on the region you’re in wether or not kids can stream” which is absurd. A kid is a kid is a kid, doesn’t matter what part of the world you’re from. It was actually removed from the App Store not long ago for a short period of time. Then, for whatever reason, it was brought back again. I don’t know if and how much an app can pay the App Store to remain there even though it’s a horrible app, but apparently that might be the case. Any person in their right mind would know that Bigo Live shouldn’t exist. Even though we can’t really do anything about that, the App Store could take some responsibility and remove the app indefinitely. I don’t see that ever happening because everyone is getting paid. I will continue to report this app as long as it’s available in the App Store. Something has to be done.

Big mistake not allowing screen shots or recording. While allowing broadcasters to protect their privacy is admirable by not allowing screen recording or screen shots; this actually does more harm than good, it removes the ability to obtain the required evidence to report a broadcasters wrong doing on the platform. Now girls can do what ever they want and never get caught. This type of feature is normally used on adult websites selling adult content to prevent copyright infringement. Unless BIGO is now an XXX adult app, this feature serves no purpose. Furthermore, if left in place, it should be something that is earned for example by broadcasting more or recharging a certain amount. I wrote this message because I saw a broadcaster doing something sexual in nature and I was unable to take screenshots to report them. You have effectively removed moderation and support from the community itself.

Account scam. I think it’s bs they don’t have an option to delete your account if you sign up. I curiously went through an app link and installed the app it creepily automatically made an account for me and then before I new it I was overwhelmed with other followers and bots before I could even show a bio of my individuality! It was too much for me so I tried to find out how to delete the account I started but the system said they don’t have that option from the feedback, but I could clear the account info and just leave it....which is unsettling! Considering how easily it is to get hacked on this app so I just changed the information instead and then deleted the app off my phone. Still though feels violating that I have a floating account that links to my google account and I can’t delete it. This is the only way I can actually hopefully get the service to delete my account link. Especially without any consent knowing I got into it without knowing I can’t delete it after making an account seems like a way to scam the number of members into their system. Please assist me with this I feel uncomfortable with this app!

I wish I could give 0 stars. First things first, Bots are NOT NECESSARY! It’s extremely frustrating that y’all use them, why can’t you just give an accurate room count of THE REAL PEOPLE in your room? Secondly, y’all are very discriminatory towards certain body types, I would literally get kicked constantly for no other reason than I had cleavage and I was a bigger girl which is ironic considering you literally allow thinner women to dance provocatively in scantily clad costumes. You’re customer service is complete garbage and to add insult to injury after just trying to get my hours in YOU BAN ME FOR A YEAR CITING DRUG USE WHILE I WAS LITERALLY JUST DOING MY MAKEUP. LiveMe/Bigo/uplive are literally just the same concept just different branding. You have to watch what you say even when talking about your social media. I literally would get kicked for no reason sometimes and it became very clear to me that y’all only favor certain body types which is extended discriminatory. Periscope had its flaws but at least I got to interact with REAL PEOPLE IN REAL TIME.

We miss the old Bigo. I did broadcast in Bigo from 2017 to 2020, it was such a cool app, so many nice people and I made so many friends. Even when I always was rejected to be official broadcaster (because my account was too old) I was there for the nice people. Bigo was a respectful app and people liked that. Nowadays there is just naked girls, shaking it and they don’t care at all because they are getting more money from it, many bots and not really a system to stop them, they just do to people that isn’t as famous (sometimes). Bigo stop being a respectful app and all the time I ask somebody now about this app the just laugh and say that is p*rn. I feel sad. As I said I was in this app for such a long time and there was so many good memories, but I leave it because from 2019 to this days the app went from an amazing broadcasting app to a low level one. Many downloads and beans doesn’t mean is doing something good. I leave some stars because of the old good stuff.

Fun and a great way to meet new friends. Bigo live is a live streaming app that allows you to go live and meet new people, also you have a opportunity to make money from gifts that people give you which is pretty awesome, I love bigo live because there are multiple things to do on the app to earn money, the app may be a little confusing at first but once you get the hang of it it’s fun and easy to go live, complete tasks, and earn beans(which can be exchanged for money) and meet new people to be friends and maybe even do business with, there are multiple ways of opportunity on bigo live especially when it comes to meeting new people hi are fun and cool to hang out with, not to mention there are events that are pretty fun and easy to earn beans and diamonds with, I find the app very entertaining and very useful for me, you just got to be willing to learn a new app, and how to use it and what to do with it.

Very Discriminatory. This app blocks and bans people giving them no reason at all as to why they are ban. People that are spending money get ban some girls get ban for no reason or showing a little cleavage, I’ve also noticed that girls who are half naked from other countries don’t get ban (white) but a black females usually get ban I have recordings of females naked showing they’re private or with legs open with crotch to the camera which bigo considers pornografic content but they never ban those girls or block them? Also many black host get ban just for talking or doing any type of movement. Also bigo feedback is trash there is never a real person answering the messages it’s always an automated message so there is never no real way to get unban from the app they are thieves racist and scammers, rules should apply to EVERYONE ON BIGO JUST LIKE BLACK AMERICAN HOST GET BAN FOR SHOWING A LITTLE THAILAND AND RUSSIA HOST ALSO SHOULD ABIDE RULES. Bigo pleaseee responde to this matter or you are looking to many LAWSUITS FOR DISCRIMINATION OF BLACK HOST.

One stars. I gave this app zero stars but it won’t let me do it so I’ll give it one. This app it is not what it says it is. I got banned for live for no reason. I was just sitting and reading the comments when the live stopped and they said it was violation in their rules but they couldn’t tell me what rule I was violating. I’ve seen their rule list and I didn’t do anything to get banned. I did see that some of their rules include: drugs and pornography. I saw a few lives with people doing drugs and a few with half naked women. But they did nothing about those. Instead they decided to ban a live that was peaceful and just having normal conversations. Nothing bad or harmful. This happened with a few of my friends and a couple of them also got hacked by the app and lost a lot of money. The app is a fraud and I do not recommend it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! People use you! They send bad pictures of themselves to trick you into doing the same then send the out to other people!! They steal money! Do not get this app! This is a warning!!

The number 1 social broadcast/live streaming app. So who wouldn’t love an app that allows you from the comfort of your home to interact with people. I have so many friends abroad it makes me feel like a world traveler. Great things about the app is you have the ability to translate real time a foreign language. The audio live allows you to feel like you are in a live podcast/radio station that is interactive. The community is unique in a way where there are many demographics of people from all walks of life . There is literally a space/place for everyone. Want to see people cooking ,they have it ! Want to hear an undiscovered singer/songwriter ? They have it ! The list goes on . Or just meet people around the world and make friends / network and enjoy! The world of bigo ! UNFAIRLY BAN DECISION. so if been using this app since 2016 i believe or 2017 and i stopped using it for 1year or less right, long story short i got banned for showing my gun collection.. i mean when you guys have rules of pornography and there’s alot of girls that are very vulgar you guys didnt banned them and that lead to thread and hate speech so unfair.. i shared my passion without even asking for diamonds as a matter of fact i bought alot of diamonds to support most people or Officials and yet i got banned for showing my gun collection SMH ! Super unfair 😒😒 talk to me when you guys unbanned my account.. ohhh also i didnt know about the updated rule.. 😒😒so talk to me if guys unbanned my account cus i still have 3000 diamonds i would like to have !😒😒

I’ve had the same issue for months. Was greatly enjoying the app but have had problems with many messages in lives randomly not appearing for anybody but me, rendering me unable to interact with hosts. I get zero feedback from the app itself when this happens. I contacted representatives of the app through their built in feedback system, email, and through their svip troubleshooting chat, and have gotten either no response at all or have been dismissed out of hand. The customer service is atrocious and has caused me to stop recharging entirely and I would also encourage everybody to not put any money into an app where nobody seems to have any interest in fixing issues for somebody that has a level 45 account and has been using the app for over a year. Edit: Thanks, developers of bigo, for telling me to contact an email that I haven’t received any response from in over a month of emailing them about my issue. Amazing customer service there. Edit 2: been over a month and a half since the last response I’ve gotten from anybody in customer service. This is ridiculous

Social Media App. I really enjoy Bigo. The platform is unique because you can go live and you can enter others. You can play music and meet real people within your country, or local even if you’re lucky. Also people from all over the world. You can also receive gifts and send gifts that make cool animations on the screen. You can join a family and if you become a host do events that genuinely pay you. This app is so much fun! I’m always learning something new. Also you can get banned for a certain amount of time. When people do in appropriate stuff on camera. I have been surprised on occasion. There is an option to kick them out. Also you can directly message people. If you follow each other you can privately video chat them. There are so many features and different ways to connect and make fans. Have fun and be yourself!

Horrible not recommended!. Hi my user name was Anne Boleyn. The app is amazing and fun to be on you get to watch people go live and such but there are people who bully people disabilities and how they look and tons of other things and then there are so many perverts on the app. Men and women. I have had men send me videos and pics. And they would want you to send pics as well which I never did. And they would send rewards as well. So many people will act nice at first then start being a pervet and try to get you to send things. I had to delete the app due to how bad it was. I had so many men and I will say what they said to me “what color are your panties” or “hey do you want to see my big d” or “please send pics”. And it was not a safe environment I know that people have gotten banned for being positive about stuff. I also know that whenever I have blocked or reported. some of the perverted men That texted me those things they don’t get band or blocked from the app and they find out how to contact me through the same Account though I blocked them.

No respect for talent or itself. Bigo recruited me to be a contracted broadcaster for the app. I’m a musician and singer and put on quality broadcasts on the app. In my second month working with them I hit the targeted 30hrs according to the time log within the app. They pay contracted broadcasters a base salary plus bonuses depending how many gifts you receive. Well, when it came time to pay me for the 2nd month they only paid me 1/2 the salary saying that I hadn’t met my hours. The agent I was working with went in to check and found out that I was 17 seconds short of a full 30hrs. I want to mention here that anytime you go over 2hrs in a broadcast day it doesn’t count. And on numerous occasions that month I had broadcasted for longer than the 2hrs. My agent agreed with me that Bigo should still pay me in full especially since it still said on their time log that I had fulfilled the requirement and that’s what any normal person would go off of. Bigo refused and I think it’s terrible business to treat your talented broadcasters/employees like that. I worked hard to put on a quality broadcast - none of the cam girl bs that this app is now known for. It’s almost a year later since I wasn’t paid but this still sits so wrong with me that I had to share my experience and warn other talented content creators to stay away from Bigo. They don’t respect you or even their own platform and it’s data.

Just another Live Streaming app😒. You will meet different types of people on here. The fakes are easy to spot for me. I got a message from Bigo saying one of my pictures was reported for some class A violation. Idk who reads all the rules and guidelines these days because they’re always so long but I’ve never heard of it. I just like to join Live’s and support the real people who entertain me or appear pretty chill; if that makes sense. If you want to join a family, make sure you meet the requirements such as location. I found out around two weeks ago that if you live outside the US then you can’t join an American family. However, there is something on Bigo called VIP points that you can use to pay Bigo to let someone in from outside the region. I recently downloaded LiveMe but there’s so many users who don’t even speak English on there. I have yet to figure out if there’s a way to change that. If I could go back to Bigo; I would hope that the people whom I’ve blocked don’t try to start drama with me because it’s a waste of their life to try and ruin mine.

Visitor. I have witnessed the good stuff and the negative stuff. Which includes visitors. What I mean by that is the BIGO live app allows people to log in and log out. I have noticed that users who are experienced with the app Will take advantage of it to spy on others which causes constant confrontation between user's. That includes threatening to harm other users. Thank goodness for the privacy in settings. I have witnessed this throughout Cambodia. Where there has been threats to physically harm each other as far as death. I have been threaten to give my address because she said she knows someone from America that will hire someone to take My life. But I will not ever put an address on any social media apps. I hope that others will read this and think twice about their personal information including height, weight and your income. The new update on the app has let intruder's the opportunity to take a bigger advantage on good honest user's. I personally think that BIGO needs to take away the part where if you don't login with an id and can be traced back to you then you can't get in to go and l Listen or watch anything period.

Just another hyper surveillance app. After watching the 2024 Gala, I will no longer support Bigo Live app! I will not “recharge”. No Americans won any awards! I’m convinced our USDs are just conversions for international currencies. I also heard half the budget for American Bigo hosts was given to Dubai for next years Gala. Everything you post on the app will eventually get flagged as “provocative”, “politics”, “violence” or some other obscure reasoning. An account I had for 3 years got a 10 year ban for reposting content Bigo hosts live-streamed through the Bigo app itself…Especially when the main page is flooded with White, Asian & Arabic women doing soft-core p0rngraphy, but I guess Bigo admin don’t see that. The fact that the Bigo team has yet to integrate pop American culture into the app is just insulting. I wish their was an American version of Bigo. Also Bigo admin & “agency owners” is just a MLM scheme. They either take a portion or your entire check before you even see it! If you’re thinking of becoming a host on this Godless app, DO NOT JOIN AN AGENCY UNLESS YOU WANT TO TRADE QUOTAS. Just rough it out & your “supporters” will eventually come.

My bigo rating from host Paigelove. I absolutely love bigo! I’ve been a host for two and a half years now and I personally joined because I heard that you can make good money on this app but I ended up meeting a ton of great friends. Bigo has definitely come a long way and made things easier and added really cool things to the app. Once you figure out how to network and make money then your on your way to making good money on this app. But not only that you also get to meet people from all over the world and talk to a lot of different people. Also if you don’t want to host and do the money/agency side then you do not have too. You can just come and go as you please and chat with people. I love this appBecause it’s a place for me to go live and perform. So I get to sing and dance and have my own mini show! It’s a lot of fun. Just make sure you stick with the right people and your golden.

Important. I am offended by my few LIVES are being labeled explicit or against BIGO guidelines etc. and I know that most of the times on this individual channel of mine I am just displaying my voice or my environment outings.. never my skin or my body … Not even my Face but yet the past 3 times are being CUT OFF and I’m banned for 10 minutes for Violating BIGO… I won’t play games and if I cannot use my voice but other channels show vulgar and Explicit content…. Disgusting Application. Filled with perverted people. Every time a women goes live there are people sexually harassment her through the comments. WAY too toxic. The feed looks like an adult dating app filled with old men and women shaking off their body. I’m not the first one to notice this. Several others have commented the same thing. The fact that BIGO isn’t doing anything to prevent this shows that they are supporting this behavior. This app should be 18+ not 17+ due to how vulgar it is. If you want people to treat this app with respect then stop making the formatting applicable to elderly men who make sexual comments on literal minors. You don’t even have a word filter or an option to turn off chat for the live. The screen is wayyyyy too busy. Moral of the story? Don’t get it. It’s literally such a pain to work with and you can’t have a private account. So unless you want to be harassed and have a headache don’t download it. If I could I’d give y’all -1 stars.

on the fence. i haven’t been on the app too long still going to different lives an seeing how it works checking different types of content but right now im stuck on 2 stars because ive seen nothing but hate amongst host an broadcasters people taking the drama on the app and taking it to peoples door step when i first got on everything seemed great they way people gift how the families an agency’s work an as i got a little deeper in i’m just very shocked at how everything is going so far broadcasters saying they want to hurt themselves online people sending CPS to peoples houses people meeting to fight off the app i was thinking about doing some content with my brothers but as of right now i don’t want them anyway near this app i’ll continue to watch an gift as i can i’m sure it’s not all bad maybe i’m just not looking at the right people will update soon maybe in about 3 months

This scamming app. I put a lot of money and time into this app so that I’m making my quotas and excelling there expectations and I’m supposed to get paid for it . The year is almost over and all I had was a hard time first it was my live data button for the entire first two months of starting as a host . Then it was my pay ….. never got cleared to my bank now it’s that I’m going to get my beans in full returned and I have to wait 20-30 days again when where are they? Right now ? While I have already put money in and supposed to get paid and I can’t keep up I’m discouraged I’m getting depressed I feel personally attacked with this app. I’m always in the feedback and I’m loosing my focus and my right as a United States of America working for anyone in this country should never be a scam . I have avoiding going live just to make sure I don’t get banned and never EVER get paid because this app does not make sure they pay you for your time like America is supposed to fired or not …. Not that I am I’m just saying I have been careful and still no pay and other people on this app say that my situation is very weird !

They don’t pay you back your earnings on time. I have been a Bigo host since 2021, the only way to make money in this app is by investing and getting a % back throughout their events and what they call “Rebates” I participated in one of these rebate events back in 2022 in which i had won a rebate of around $2000. It is still until this day that they still haven’t pay me for the full amount, last payment i received was on March 2024 for $123 They don’t have any real reason of why they haven’t pay me and they don’t seem to wanting to pay me anytime soon. If u are planning on re investing with your returns, please don’t do. I had to stopped hosting because they took my investment and didn’t give my returns back for me to keep working with them. They only benefit agency owners and women solicitors and they make it super hard for those host with a hope to make an exta income with this app. If you want to make money, do not invest on apps like this, look for a newer one that doesn’t owe money to their hosts, they keep promoting new events to get funds to pay old debts, they don’t really have any cashflow.

The real BIGO. Listen I was excited to be a host at first. Then as time went bye I seen the most negative stuff I could see. Not only do people get bullied , we get extorted . I seen people in jail get privileges more than a person who is free on this app. When it come to black women we get discrimination we can wear a simple top but other races can wear what ever they want even bathing suits with out getting banned . But when you black especially a women we get disrespected banned for no reason and lose out on money as host . Another thing is when you do pks they don’t pay us then have us use a hard earned dollars to recharge at a shameful price where there is no benefits , keep in Mind we only was getting paid once a week I can go on and on people giving out people real address and etc parents has lost they kids do to the system due to false reports and BIGO monitor this stuff and does nothing just to keep them selves rich it’s so bad but I guess every dog gets there day be very careful guys a lot of stress and depression comes with this app

High risk app. Bigo has many risks that overshadow it’s benefits. A few reasons to not host on this app: - They do not take any meaningful steps to ban users that stalk or endanger their hosts. If you are considering hosting on this app, please realize that if you encounter stalkers or threatening users, Bigo will not take this seriously. Banned users can just make a new account on the same phone and come back repeatedly. That’s assuming Bigo even bans them. - Even though Bigo is slow to help with banning abusive users, they will randomly ban you with no timely support. This impacts your ability to meet their minimum hour requirements to get a full payout, so they can pocket the extra money. The only practical way to get unbanned in time to get paid is to use something called svip points which are extremely expensive. - They have gambling games which are extremely rigged and misrepresent themselves. I am not sure how the App Store allows this or how it’s even legal. - There is no proper verification for people in leadership positions such as family leaders. So, there are pedos and high risk users on this app targeting young girls. Overall, Bigo needs to take safety and support seriously, and actually provide support to their svip users. They always respond with some nice sounding message, request more info, or request an email, but never actually do anything.

BIGO. This is a true review: it’s a cool app to chat and meet people I met cool people. People complain cause rudeness or being belittled cause I don’t have enough beans. Or sexual promotion or bullying. That’s happens on every social media platform and in real life. I don’t like people downplaying the app and social media developers because people in this world. They can’t control everyone words and actions. People gone be people. Use the app and meet people u fit with everyone not a bad person. Your experience ain’t gone be someone else experience. And stop using money as the reason. Everything in the world cost money. You got to have money to enjoy life now a days. People only gravity around people who has money. Sorry that’s just how the world is and u can’t change that. Just mingle with people that think like you. Everyone not all about money some people are genuine people. 4 stars cause it can be better on rules and things you can do on the app.

This is pretty much an adult app. The app is great! 90% of the people on here are horrible! You pretty much have people showing body parts and not getting banned, people trying to get people to send money then they kick and block you as soon as you talk again! This app could be great if they didn’t promote half naked girls with there body parts falling out to make money! It also seems like they let things slide when the person makes them money! Apple should probably remove this app if not for the material then for the streaming of copyrighted PPV’s that the mods just let happen! I have meant a few really awesome people that really enjoy conversations but they dont make the developers money because they refuse to dress in less and shake their body parts around! This app is attracting the wrong crowd of people that are viewing and are only there to ask people to show them things! No matter how many times you report them they are still there asking for things!! Bigo needs to start steering away from half naked people and put more effort into helping the true streamers that want meaningful conversations succeed!

Scammer app!. This app is the worst app ever! They keep banning people for no apparent reason with an intention to get people to pay to get unbanned! They won’t respond to emails or anything. You can’t even communicate with them without actually paying for it. I believe the moderators for the app are all Singaporeans who don’t speak/understand English making it so much more difficult to communicate with them. Today I was just listening to some music by Rihanna with my friends on the app and suddenly got banned for “inappropriate clothing” when clearly I was wearing my blue linen pajamas from Uniqlo! I was fully covered! I first experienced this scam operation by this app in 2021 when I was hosting as a paid host! They banned me on 5 different occasions where they claimed I was “moaning” and made me pay over $200 each time to get unbanned! On the other hand, when I reported a user who constantly harassed, stalked, bullied where I actually felt so scared and threatened for my life, the app or the moderator said they were only gonna keep an eye on the user and let him continue to harass me. Banned with no appeal process. I play Paintball there is a huge community surrounding playing paintball. my profile pic shows me holding a marker and in the uniform for my team. I follow the prompts and post a pic, holding a marker and in uniform. There were no problems. Following the prompt again to post a video I sent a video of me running past some aired up bunkers. It was banned for violence. 10 years!!! I click the submit an appeal. The response came back with you can appeal for violent actions. I’m playing a sport one that is streamed across multiple social platforms, one that has a a professional and a semi pro league among others. if you want to find a community topic or people talking about those topics, you can’t search for it you can only put in players profile names or ID and search for them directly. i’ll go back to TikTok and save up memory space on my phone by deleting this app. UPDATE: developer reached out to let me know to go back to the app and submit an appeal which I’ve already done three times. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to use an app that they want me to use. thank you but no thanks app is deleted.

PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. Okay, don't get me wrong, BIGO is literally one of my favorite apps. It's my absolute favorite broadcasting app and ever since I became an official host I've only loved it more. But there's one issue that is driving me crazy. So, when I became a host I went onto my profile and for my career I put "Official BIGO Host" and it worked. Then I noticed about a week later it was gone. So I filled it in again but it said my input had "inappropriate content". I put "Official Host" instead and it said the same thing. I put "Host" and it still said the same thing. I see broadcasters/hosts all over the app and their career says the exact same thing. I figured it must just be a bug/glitch in the app. I recently updated it but I'm still having the issue and it's driving me mad. I'd really appreciate it if you could look into it.

BIGO will quickly ban you if you not doxing. I have been on this app for 6 months and I wanted it be a host. Not even a full day I got banned. This app is full of men who has openly admitted to rwording women and allow people to fix your information while calling the cops and BIGO has yet to ban any of them. But if you have two accounts they will do a full report about that and take quick action. They allow people to bully you and block you from even trying to enjoy the app without getting the full truth or hearing your side. But the cops being called, people doing explicit activities, others are caught snorting drugs fighting and spreading diseases on the app and they get away with it all the time. BIGO only shows african Americans in a negative light but if you are one who is trying to broadcast in a positive light they will do anything in their power to get you off the app. As a black woman im so sick of these negative stereotypes and this has to stop. Very misleading!!. So im trying to find a streaming app for yt after omlet arcade was shut down and i find this and i look at the description and it says people can livestream games and stuff so basically another version of omelet arcade i thought so I downloaded it and it turns out its a nsfw dating app and it instantly shared basically everything it got out of me to the public, my age my nearby location etc to a bunch of bots so i instantly deleted my acc ofc but i thought this was gonna be some live streaming app for gaming but its not.. very big privacy issue aswell as just overall being creepy, i mean like only after a second 8 bots followed me i mean ik a lot of big apps like this might have some issues with botted accounts but i’ve never seen anything this bad.. its like their not even trying to get rid of them i also saw theres this matchup thing like tinder which wasnt even in the description of the app so this is clearly an 18+ app but it doesnt say that anywhere where when your downloading it..

Love of bigo. About 3 years ago I met this lady on bigo. I was just a gifter at the time and she was a host so I would watch her every day and support. We would end up talking every day and eventually I flew out to meet her. Earlier last year we decided that we love being around each other and help each other out so much that I would move with her. So two months ago I officially moved in with her and she is like a mother to me. I have a whole new family in my life and I couldn’t be more joyed. This story is very special to me because I never had a mother figure in my life and now I do. She’s treats me just like a daughter and I love it. She’s also a great mentor in my life and keeping me on the right track to be successful 🤍

It’s an app that has a lot of active and social people.. I have had this app for years and let me tell you, it’s your choice to spend money or not. Don’t think you get any special treatment because you spend money. The app is always active and busy. There really is a streamer on bigo for everyone, you just have to find one you like! As far as hacking, yeah, it happens on all apps. Bigo has to many hosts and visitors to monitor who is hacking your information. If you get scammed money, just report it to your bank. What I love: The app dose well to have thousands of streams always on to entertain you. It’s a 24/7 site that is there if you get bored. People can sometimes be rude but nothing crazy. It’s a welcoming community full of life. I always find someone new to watch and see what they are up to. What I don’t like: Hosts always trying to PK or ask for gifts. It’s how bigo makes money sure, and the hosts… but there is always a push to gift or donate. That can be a turn off because you feel you can’t enjoy the all without gifting (beans/diamonds). While I love the app, the push for gifting from hosts is a bit of a turn off. Overall: If you get past the demand for gifts and just enjoying people steaming, you will have a wonderful time. 5 out of 5 because I’m a big fan! Try it out and see who you can find. You never know, there might be someone out here for you!

Unfair app. The higher up account managers are for sale! Certain hosts are able to get PERMANENTLY banned pages unbanned by paying admins and account managers. They are also paying those same admins and account managers to ban other pages. The hosts that are getting constant 10 minutes bans while not breaking any rules or regulations are suffering at the hands of those that are paying Bigo staff behind the scenes. This app is a playground for extortion and bullying for those that are willing to grease the palms of the top tier management staff. I have witnessed death threats, homes being shot up, and peoples personal information being exposed all the while, the hosts that are doing it will get a PERMANENT 10 year ban but are back live within days. There is always an excuse from Bigo even when we the people submit VIDEO proof to bigofeedback. I will be reporting this app to the Trevor act and the fcc since Bigo will not take appropriate action against broadcasters who blatantly break the rules.

WORST APP EVER!!!. Nobody is monitoring the reports!!! Anyone can report anyone for anything and everything and get you kicked off or banned out of jealousy or just for the fun of it. Not made for blind people. Wow… I am so amazed at this point! Where is the voiceover functionality when it comes to visually impaired people who would like to utilize this app?! This is my third or fourth time asking for the feature to be updated so that I can include myself in normal society, realms! I as well as people who are like myself, would like to enjoy the festivities of this app, but cannot because it seems to me that there is some type of censorship when it comes to this functionality, being engaged, I have lots of money and diamonds to spend on whomever I choose to entering different live situations… But I cannot message people who I would like to talk to properly because the voiceover functionality is not updated properly for me to even hold a conversation and try to spend money which I would love to do so oh so much! This is my final attempt at trying to get things resolved in the expediently fashion, but at this point, I believe the developers just do not care about tightening up this feature for disabled people! Let’s get it together fellas or gals because at this point in 2023 going into 2024 not having this feature is a mistake as well as an insult to people in the blind and disabled community!

Absolutely Zero Moderation. So, I like this app, it gives people a chance to have conversation, make friends and be a part of a community. But lately I have been seeing more and more accounts pop up from scrolling livestreams that are being broadcasted by minors. I’m not talking about the required age of 17 type of minor either. I am talking about kids, CHILDREN that are openly admitting their age on their livestreams. And in their chats are people that are saying extremely vulgar and crude things to them on a live broadcast. I try to do my due diligence by 1: Reporting the broadcaster for an option in the drop down menu for being underage. Then bigo takes about three minutes to respond and usually sends a message saying “we have confirmed that [so-and-so] is an adult” because they lied about their age when signing up for the app and no further moderation is done to prevent CHILDREN from live streaming on an app that is FILLED with pedophiles. I also do my due diligence by 2. Reporting the users that have decided to send vulgar and suggestive messages to the underage broadcaster but I have no option of reporting their chats in a live. THIS APP NEEDS BETTER MODERATION FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BEFORE IT TURNS INTO A SAFE PLACE FOR PEDOPHILES TO SPEAK WITH MINORS WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS. Maybe some form of verification of age should be put into place to avoid CHILDREN live-streaming to PEDOPHILES.

They buy the reviews from people. Lately I came across some small companies trying to pay money to person who can do reviews on their website . I have gone through all replies and one professional reply was to do the reviews so no one can notice that they are fraudulent by posting those reviews every second day and am taking about 100 reviews plus and when tried to discover Bigo live I think they say make friends do this do that but the reality is not true in fact this company all about money it’s a Chinese company from Singapore and you have to choose to become either a supporter and pay money vis purchasing those 3 d stuff like horses or airplanes but the other person who gets the support only get half of that money and the second half goes to china and yes Bigo promoting sexuality and adult features and they must not allow anyone under 18 to enter this place , I have seen kids and underage / teenagers under 15 and 12 years old trying to interact with adults without any supervision. Really good app. Bigo Live is a fun, enjoyable, entertaining broadcasting app. It's obviously incredibly faithful to the story, to the point that it is pretty much an exact retelling (minus a few minor parts and with a couple of additional/alternate lines). As such a fan of the story, have always wanted to see a visual retelling, but l'd have liked for these moments to breathe more. I wanted to see the circus acts, the effort and consideration put into blinding Khan, I wanted the tension of seeing Henry use his disguises, I wanted to feel the lengths he had to go to to acquire the powers. With this style of retelling, it was literally like being told the story with some pictures.

Best Livestreaming app. I gotta say, at first I was very skeptical of this app but once a friend introduced me on how to use it, I have been on it almost everyday. All the host and alot of people you meet on there are all very friendly and it is a great format to make new friends from all walks of life and around the world. Great but a few problems. BIGO is a great app to go on and meet new people, make friends and whatnot but we put so much into the app and once pay day come we don’t even get half the amount. Makes money from Lonely weirdos!. - This app is based on gifting economy from lonely men mostly. - App is based in Asia and has an Asian style of management. -Rules are applied arbitrarily and fairness is least of their priorities. There don’t have an universal law that you can refer to .The laws and policies are created on the spot and they apply the policies randomly. The policies that they have published are not clear . They made that unclear on purpose so they can be tyrannical and fully control the users. You could get banned for the the same reason while other won’t . So you are basically at their mercy. If they don’t like you , you get banned . When you send them an email they will reply in bad English with no proper explanation. - 2 stars because the videos are clear and on the tech side of things it’s not too bad. - good to make friends but overtime you get bored as it’s not real and can never replace real life socialising. You feel and look more miserable when using this app.

Good app. It's obviously incredibly faithful to the story, to the point that it is pretty much an exact retelling (minus a few minor parts and with a couple of additional/alternate lines). As such a fan of the story, I have always wanted to see a visual retelling, but I'd have liked for these moments to breathe more. I wanted to see the circus acts, the effort and consideration put into blinding Khan, I wanted the tension of seeing Henry use his disguises, I wanted to feel the lengths he had to go to to acquire the powers. With this style of retelling, it was literally like being told the story with some pictures.

Best streaming app 2024. I’ve streamed on other platforms before Bigo and I’m blown away! WOW to the features, incentives and rewards, they just keep updating and getting better! I’m really impressed with the number of go live options from multi room lives to gaming to virtual lives even audio room lives. It’s a lively place to be with a good mixture of people from all walks of life. It’s been almost a month and still getting used to all the different areas of the app cause it is a lot but once you get your head around it all, you can appreciate the work and effort the Bigo team put into making this the best social streaming app.

Fraud. This app has been making in app purchases without my consent I am being charged unauthorized charges for beans that never show up in my account. These charges are multiple charges per month. The new salaries are communicated almost with no advance notice and have heavy impact across the platform. Official Hosts in the Nigerian region bear a very heavy burden to provide premium content and entertainment to the application, but are constantly shorted on the receiving end. Additionally, the 20% cross-region support has been an additional strain on many hosts that also seems unfair as our recharge currencies are the same. Mixed feelings. I was brought onto this app by a good friend online. I’ve easily got addicted to this and enjoyed it. I’ve met some wonderful people on here and it was well worth the download. However, there are a bunch of people who are just diamond and gift hungry and give so much attitude and disrespect to those who can’t or choose not to gift. Some won’t even talk to you until you gift even if you just want to chat and are respectful. I’ve been kicked or blocked by those people because I didn’t want to or couldn’t gift and some of those streamers really don’t deserve it. I reported and posted about them but no action. So my rating is average. Some great people who will be kind no matter what and then some not so great people who are just bad for the app.

Great App For Watching Live Streams. BIGO is great because it allows you to watch a variety of people stream interesting content and connect with people around the world. I downloaded BIGO because my friend became an official host and was streaming. What started as logging on to show support for my friend turned into BIGO becoming one of my new fave apps. It’s awesome because you can discover so many talented and interesting everyday people who stream. Sure there are some hosts there just for gifting and being a pretty face. But there are also a lot of entertaining people to watch who sing, dance, talk current events etc. Especially with quarantine it’s great being able to connect to a whole world through this app.

This app is trash. This app is horrible . For one it’s sooo easy to get banned most times for NOTHING .. there’s nobody to contact when Or to reach like EVER … the rules are sooo strict .. u can’t even show your elbow you’ll get banned . You could be cutting fruit and get banned . Oh because the knife !! Come on .. but then u have the ratchets acting a fool , half naked in the mills barely if ever getting banned . This app isn’t worth the time or energy ! Sooo many negative people on the app and the sad part is someone higher up in SVIP can get your page taken which I believe is crazy … the app needs better rules and to not be as strict !!! Either that or just delete the app for the US because in countries they get less restrictions and I know this is an out country app but it’s just soooo horrible with everything . The most offensive app i ever downloaded.. I’ve never been so offended and disappointed by an application until now. When first discovered this app I was excited to try it I thought it seemed cool. I was wrong. I started a live one time and LITERALLY 5 seconds later i got kicked out from my own account and got PERMANENTLY BANNED ! I was sooo confused. I was dressed normally and I didn’t break any restrictions, I couldn’t have anyways it was only 5 SECONDS ! I really appreciate an app that is strict with its policies and restrictions and cares protecting it users. But THIS is outrageous, to get for “pornagraphic or inappropriate content” after only 5 SECOND of live streaming ( and i repeat i was dressed normally in my pjs, wasn’t revealing) doesn’t make sense and it is VERY offensive and INJUSTICE. I am very disappointed, i shall delete my account and never try this one again and i do not recommend it. Be careful of even smiling it could be inappropriate and gets you banned lol

UNFAIRLY BAN DECISION. so if been using this app since 2016 i believe or 2017 and i stopped using it for 1year or less right, long story short i got banned for showing my gun collection.. i mean when you guys have rules of pornography and there’s alot of girls that are very vulgar you guys didnt banned them and that lead to thread and hate speech so unfair.. i shared my passion without even asking for diamonds as a matter of fact i bought alot of diamonds to support most people or Officials and yet i got banned for showing my gun collection SMH ! Porn hub 2.0. More porn than you can imagine for a website that tells you that it is clean and wholesome. I received a response from the bogo live team asking me to report any specific issues that I experience. What a joke! It is their responsibility to monitor the activities on their platform and it only takes walking through one or two of their live rooms to find numerous violations of their guidelines. The also sell ways to protect yourself from getting banned for violations and the allow you to buy your way out of being banned. So to them it still is about a new revenue stream.

Brandon Keyz steals money. BIGO the app could be a great app but they have people like Brandon keyzz stealing people money and not releasing people from agency! I have so many people that would like to become a host on this app but I tell them not to because the app allows people like Brandon keyzz for stealing people money. He also get pages like Ebbimay ID joshnebb back after she talked about chyna504 cancer. He illegally switched the ID names using hackers so that joshnebb would be switched over to a fufu page and therealebbimay ID would be moved to her host page so she could continue to host and get paid and not be suspended for 10 years per her ban! BIGO does nothing about this guy and I will never put another penny onto this app! Please people whatever you do, do not Download this app until this person is removed and the proper steps are followed through for host under his agency that does not follow the rules!

Don’t you ever download or use any of these live chatting apps anymore. I have been getting too many fake scams and fake people that who keeps stealing current photos from the actual person to act like they’re real. But they’re not. I bought diamonds NEVER RECEIVED them rip off. Complete RIP OFF I’ve been a gifter on this app fir a few months now I’ve added money to buy gifts normally without any issues until a few days ago I purchased diamonds through the website and my account was drafted yet my diamonds were never added to my account I’ve reached out to bigo feedback 3 TIMES now and they continue to give me the run around for information they should be able to see also along with multiple screenshots I’ve already provided and instead of reaching out or keeping the ticket open they’ve closed it I PROVIDED MULTIPLE SCREENSHOTS of my bank account transaction my wallet history in the app yet I haven’t been refunded my money back nor have they added the diamonds I PAID FOR to my account. Unban my account. Dear bigo , I have joined bigo less than 1 month and have already spent 2000$ supporting my favorite broadcaster . But some people with BiG ID’s when I defeat them in PK against my favorite broadcaster . They don’t like it and my ID keeps getting banned for no reason . I got banned this time for 72 hours I wasn’t even online . How is this fair ? If this was a American company and treated people such way . There was gonna be lots of law suits. I got banned for no reason. . Pretty cool app you can see a lot of people are going live I had almost 1000 followers but then it said my account got permanently banned and hat I don’t know how and I just installed it and it said it’s sorry your account has been permanently banned for an understanding terms of bingo live so pretty much that means that they think that I was doing inappropriate stuff when I just downloaded the app I went live two times and I already almost got 1000 followers and then it just kicked me out and said that I was doing some inappropriate stuff which I wasn’t I was actually just making a video of the filters just trying up at filters and I just said I’m sorry there’s any appropriate things and like the terms of use like I broke the rules but I didn’t so I will not buy this app it’s just a waste your time and you could get hacked so don’t try it

UNFAIR BIGO. I used BIGO app for almost 4 years now. I have never been ban. But I don’t one day, I was just talking to my friend and I did not even do anything like; showing my body or what. Nothing but then they still banned me. I thought I was banned for only 10 minutes but no. After 3 seconds they logged me out and said I am permanently banned. You guys are so unfair, for almost 4 years of using BIGO, I have never been ban. You guys did not even give me warning if I did something wrong, you guys did not even tell what did I do to deserve a permanent banned. I keep on contacting you guys until now but no response. It turned the screen green when I was in the app, and when I got done editing a video, my phone said I had a text and made the sound like someone was texting me, but it wouldn’t let me read it! I immediately deleted the app and then reset my phone. (After which I was able to read the text.) Nothing like that has happened since I deleted the app, so I am almost 100% positive that it was this app. Only download this app if you’re ok with your phone crashing and possibly being hacked! unnecessary bans. Im a fan of bigo don’t get me wrong y’all’s security system is great just not in the best way all the time. I get that there are some kids on this app that are here and should not be, but there needs to be a better system that distinguishes under age children from us younger people that are 17+ like YOUR apps age rating is at. I turn 18 in a couple months so I have no issue forgetting about this app until then, but it’s very frustrating when you’ve been on the app and have went live multiple times before just to get your account banned for being “underage”. Like I said I 100% understand why yall do some of the things yall do, but as far as banning me for something that isn’t even half as bad as some of the things i’ve witnessed on this app is crazy.

Banned first day for making broccoli. I have heard good things , I thought maybe it would be a good thing to try out . I was live for 45 seconds putting broccoli “food” in a pot . They said I violated terms and permanently banned me from the app , ignored all of my appeals . Now listen , of course I saw the absolute violations taking place all over bigo . Every room was pornographic talk of sexual inter course , racism and hatred spewed almost everywhere . Women dressed super provocative which is not an issue , but BIGO can literally terminate you if they don’t like your face and say you “violated” guidelines . That is what happened to me in 45 seconds , a permanent ban , for cooking broccoli. The most innocent stream , meanwhile you hear super charged sexually abusive language in every room and none of them get a ban . Yes bigo is super discriminatory, maybe borderline racist . Got the L❤️ve of Bigo!. I love Bigo! It has brought more of both joy and happiness to my love story! I met my husband on Facebook dating. We married 2 months after and celebrated our first year anniversary on this past January 1st! Since joining BIGO less than a month ago, my husband has invested in my success on the app. His support has enhanced my intrigue to win! Our supportive love balances the time away while I’m online. We both enjoy the flexibility of me being able to hop on live whenever I please..it turns him on to see me score with beans and gifts! Speaking from my own experience. I have been using this app for not too long because I don’t get on it very often only get on it because out of boredom. My experience being on this app I would have to say it’s not ideal. Pretty much every panel that you possibly go onto has drama involved into it. And say if you do want to have a conversation with other people it’s bare minimum.. mostly people who are on there are for work purposes.. I’m aware that you can get paid and receive benefits but seems to me it’s a lot to go into it. (If you have a lot of time). 90% of people on the app are very sensitive. Mostly some people do take a joke some do have a personality depends on the day. I honestly see this app as an downgraded version of Instagram.. everybody and their moms, dads, uncle, granddaddy or grandma is on this app. So don’t be surprised when you see something. Take this app with a gran- of salt.. it sounds like it has potential but once you get on you get bored out of it easily. Js. Maybe for help with beginners it would be nice to have a tutorial on how to work most functions on the app I mean of course common sense is given but it’s very overwhelming especially something I never used before.

Bigo Ban System and Loss of Your Money. It’s happened multiple times, the Bigo community buzzing about how the system is unfair. You’ll see in their community guidelines that there is no pornographic material allowed, yet you see half naked women all over the app. The theory is, because these broadcasters make so much money for Bigo, the company lets these bc’s slide by. I have had first-hand experience with this, so I have to agree that it is correct. Bigo has banned many of my broadcaster friends for less than these exposed bc’s, and they never received a refund for the money that they have earned or the purchased diamonds they never gifted. So this is a scam if anything. If you want a platform that isn’t biased based on personal feelings of what breaks their standards, please look elsewhere. This isn’t a good platform to depend on for earning a content creator living. There are alternatives that won’t steal your money and judge you solely on their personal feelings for that day when and/if you are banned. Trust me, it’s only a matter of time before they hijack your account. Then all your hard work will be washed away and you’ll be left with nothing on this platform except an account that floats on their servers. They refuse to delete banned accounts based on security reasons. Does that even make sense?

Very Discriminatory. This app blocks and bans people giving them no reason at all as to why they are ban. People that are spending money get ban some girls get ban for no reason or showing a little cleavage, I’ve also noticed that girls who are half naked from other countries don’t get ban (white) but a black females usually get ban I have recordings of females naked showing they’re private or with legs open with crotch to the camera which bigo considers pornografic content but they never ban those girls or block them? Also many black host get ban just for talking or doing any type of movement. Also bigo feedback is trash there is never a real person answering the messages it’s always an automated message so there is never no real way to get unban from the app they are thieves racist and scammers, rules should apply to EVERYONE ON BIGO JUST LIKE BLACK AMERICAN HOST GET BAN FOR SHOWING A LITTLE THAILAND AND RUSSIA HOST ALSO SHOULD ABIDE RULES. Bigo pleaseee responde to this matter or you are looking to many LAWSUITS FOR DISCRIMINATION OF BLACK HOST.

Fix it. Please fix the issue with getting banned for no reason, for example I was live streaming me gaming and it says someone who makes inappropriate content came in ur live therefore ur band . Like? What?! It’s not my fault that he joined my live and that’s the content he created like it’s not my problem why did I get banned he should have got banned!!! But overall I think the app is good if u feel like u wanna record something also is my situation happend to you u may understand that it’s impossible to get back ur acc I tried the unbanning service SO MANY TIMES! When u tell u it didn’t work that thing did not even wanna believe that I owned my own google acc like what? I got so mad I deleted the app. But if ur not in a situation like mine then I suggest not to delete the app I will be making another review.

Favoritism/racism. I am new to bingo and one thing I have noticed about the app as for as rules and regulations. I noticed that they show more favoritism towards females revealing and doing things. But when it comes down to males doing basically the same thing. They have a zero tolerance and a quick to ban or terminate a membership. I enjoy the communication with other people all over the world. But I do not enjoy the double standards that The administrators use charge people of color or the LBGQT community. I’m sorry to say that I will be looking for a new platform to be able to communicate with there’s no biased or double standards.

REPORT THIS APP TO THE APP STORE. Do NOT sign on to be a host with them. They take advantage of girls by convincing the to sign a host contract with them and then steal money from them while they have their hosts promote their scam app. Bigolive has recently implemented new guidelines that are blatant discrimination and sexism against the females that livestream on the app. The new rules states that, SPECIFICALLY ONLY WOMEN, are not allowed to wear: high wasted bottoms that accentuate their hips, bottoms that are low waisted, tops that reveal bra straps or cleavage at all, leggings that are solid skin colored, etc. They literally are demanding that the females on the app cover every single inch of their skin or they will ban them and keep all their earnings. The ONLY rule regarding attire for men is that they cannot be bare chested. Every new rule is specifically aimed towards women and is blatantly discriminatory and sexist.

Thieves. I would not recommend this app to anyone. I was in someone else live when I got banned. First and foremost I was on mute, I was sitting down, and I was fully covered. I believe that banned me so that they would not have to pay me my money. I have invested into this app for them to rob me like I am nothing. What I classify BIGO as is a scan and they hate to pay people that are doing right by the app. ( I completely my hours and my Tier to get paid) I have did numerous feedback and apps and they have it still say something about three days but no respond. I sent a actual picture of what I was wearing. This app is not fair and they rob you for your money. They were also taking my beans from my live data and wallet. I might have to see about suing this company. You y’all knew better y’all would do better. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. They are THIEVES.

High risk app. Bigo has many risks that overshadow it’s benefits. A few reasons to not host on this app: - They do not take any meaningful steps to ban users that stalk or endanger their hosts. If you are considering hosting on this app, please realize that if you encounter stalkers or threatening users, Bigo will not take this seriously. Banned users can just make a new account on the same phone and come back repeatedly. That’s assuming Bigo even bans them. - Even though Bigo is slow to help with banning abusive users, they will randomly ban you with no timely support. This impacts your ability to meet their minimum hour requirements to get a full payout, so they can pocket the extra money. The only practical way to get unbanned in time to get paid is to use something called svip points which are extremely expensive. - They have gambling games which are extremely rigged and misrepresent themselves. I am not sure how the App Store allows this or how it’s even legal. - There is no proper verification for people in leadership positions such as family leaders. So, there are pedos and high risk users on this app targeting young girls. Overall, Bigo needs to take safety and support seriously, and actually provide support to their svip users. They always respond with some nice sounding message, request more info, or request an email, but never actually do anything.

Sheikh Hridoy. I've tried alot of similar apps for Live Streaming, but so far none have been able to keep me interested in the service and events available. BIGO Live gives its users a fresh experience and take on Live Streaming and streamer to audience interaction. There's also alot of features the users can enjoy, from single events to group events where people can create a "family" or a "clan" and compete with others to see who wins and becomes the TOP1 in the exclusive ranking list. I would advise everyone to give it a shot. Download it, create your profile, customize it, win virtual rewards, meet new people and much more.

I just seen on your app a little girl who was being inappropriate for all wrong reasons your app is very shady & consist of many different adult context especially in your “hot” section. This is very unexpected especially marketing to children which are on YOUR app as you allow this behavior. It’s sick to know you advertise this as a app for live streaming / some type of hook up with the look for people in your area especially the way your direction alone has been nothing but 18+ it’s one thing to have a 18 plus app it’s another when kids are on your app taking inappropriate pictures / videos for pedophiles to linger on your app and is absolutely sickening. I couldn’t denounce BIGO more then ever now. I thought it’ll be a cool app for streaming to compete with TikTok Live but it only consists of these situations so as a parent please watch out for your kids on this app specifically!

Probably amazing for many.. So, I’m impressed with how relentlessly this app diversely seeks to cultivate engagement and interaction. I’ve never seen anything like it. In the few times I’ve tried using it..man...there was SO MUCH going on..like..personally I found this app to be, by FAR, the most annoying app I’ve ever used or seen. This app sent me notifications WAY too often, interfering with games I was playing - I HATED that!!! Like, LEAVE ME ALONE!! Obviously, I can adjust my notifications and did. When using the app, it’s like, here, try this, try this, do you want to do this, do this, do this, here are some free whatevers - use them like this, do you want to use some whatevers now?, here are some more things, follow this person, this person says hello - do you want to follow them or send them something, etc, etc, etc!!! WOW - WAY too much!! To be fair, this app/service is probably a dream come true for certain tastes. I’d prefer to not leave any stars, because I don’t want to affect their rating. 3 stars is more than I really feel, but I might feel differently if I was accustomed to its carnival of stimuli and, as I said, I don’t think they really DESERVE a low score for being so over the top with engagement fodder. So, there’s my perspective. Not for me, but I’m impressed.

Really Bigo?. I gave the app three stars because you can meet some great people on here, and have some fun. However, the constant display of favoritism and lack of accountability on Bigo’s side is ridiculous. I got banned for eating essentially. And then they banned me permanently and then they gave me my account back. Bigo will cater to girls who make them money, to people who will make them money. So if you are a smaller account, they can block you and not think twice about it. Bigo always says that they will pay more attention but they don’t. This App is Amazing. I have been on this app for close to a year. And i absolutely enjoy every aspect of it. It’s a good way to meet people and everyone i meet is super nice and chill. This app is a good way to pass time and I love the people i’ve met. I have never had a bond the way i have with some people on here. My family is super supportive and I wouldn’t change much on here. People complain about the app becasue they don’t understand how the app works. they get on for ONE day and then hate it. get to know the people and actually be chill. some people come in and start complaining then get kicked. So all in all, this app is super amazing. And i love everything about it.

It's such a good way to build a following and connect with different people around the world. The community of people on there are all so nice and fun to talk with. You can send your favorite live streamers super cool looking gifts to support them! The gifts are really awesome looking and their is a huge variety of different artistic looking gifts on Bigo. It's the best way to build a big following fast and there's so many different people to have conversations with there! I love Bigo live and will continue to use the app.

No likes. beans . u send people beans. this equate to dollars. this app is the closest the net has gotten to real life. app is so solid that its pointless to speak on technology. it just feels like you outside meeting people. its has all the features of facebook, fans only, clubhouse. ig all in one app. plus its faster. people on this app refer to it as bigo streets literally feells like walking n running into people. its super addictive. people are nicer to you on there because of the beans u give instead of likes. beans can be converted into real money. the app also pays you for using the app. if u have charisma u can loD this app Nd become a bean-ionlaire . a few members have earn 6 figures.

Trash. I have had bigo now for some years and it has definitely changed more than a normal person changing draws. At one point in time I was on bigo and then I ended up taking a break from bigo. When one day I re-download the app and tried to log in and it says that j have been permanently banned! How could I have been banned if I wasnt even on the app? Then I go to make not ONE, not TWO, but SEVERAL APPEALS and Ihaven’t gotten a response in over a year🤬at this point I am upset that not one person that works for bigo has saw my appeal or even cared enough to reach out and say, “hey , this was a reason for why you got banned or if there was a mistake on our end” ! And also for those who are “host” on the app in different countries get away with more stuff then a person who could have more curves than the person next to em! But it’s okay bigo y’all gone count y’all days💔

Salary reduce. Dear Bigo, I am writing as a concerned user of your platform. There have been many recent developments to pay scale of official hosts in the Nigerian region that are now unfair wages. The amounts to recharge and achieve targets become more difficult, while the pay scale continually lowers and this is not fair. The new salaries are communicated almost with no advance notice and have heavy impact across the platform. Official Hosts in the Nigerian region bear a very heavy burden to provide premium content and entertainment to the application, but are constantly shorted on the receiving end. Additionally, the 20% cross-region support has been an additional strain on many hosts that also seems unfair as our recharge currencies are the same. As these concerns become increasingly more impactful and concerning, I am challenged to seek alternative measures of the Bigo Platform until the pay scale and recent policy changes have been reviewed and made fair

Unhappy with app!. This app contradicts a lot that is in their community center. I accidentally selected the wrong pic to post to my bar a few days ago and before I could go to remove it BIGO removed the post and banned me from posting and commenting for 10 yrs!!! I have sent multiple feedbacks and have gotten no help. It was an honest mistake. Then I’m scrolling through my bar and I see other users who have posted half naked pics and I guess it’s ok because they are a Host. I have had the app since august but after almost dying in a car accident at the end of August I just now was able to get back on the app in November and I would like to become a host but I’m very disappointed is how they banned me for a mistake but allow others to do the same thing. Guess I’ll try another live streaming app because this one is not it!

Why the need to collect sensitive info like health issue.. Don’t believe that collecting health record or other type of personal information is necessary to collect, it is not like those informal will be a risk factor for the app. I probably understand better if it was such as payment cause people do faulty thing with this but on the other hand I also believe it is not necessarily. There is other factor I don’t agree with but me trying to explain them will take me a bit of time. So to conclude this review in my humble opinion I don’t believe the necessity to collect such info unless is for Ellie purposes.

They will steal your money. I had this app downloaded on my phone. I stopped using it and have not used it in a couple months now. I randomly got all of these charges over $400 on my account within a 5 minute time frame and when I contacted customer service their only response was we don’t authorize charges to your account. I told them I would just file a police report since they can’t help me and asked them if they can help me delete my account. They have not responded since then. Apple told me they can’t refund me. I tried to re download the app so I can try to delete the account myself and now all of a sudden I can’t download it. My boyfriend asked someone on the app about it and they believe they’re scrubbing it off my phone and that’s why I can’t download it. I’m not having trouble downloading any other app. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Disgusting Application. Filled with perverted people. Every time a women goes live there are people sexually harassment her through the comments. WAY too toxic. The feed looks like an adult dating app filled with old men and women shaking off their body. I’m not the first one to notice this. Several others have commented the same thing. The fact that BIGO isn’t doing anything to prevent this shows that they are supporting this behavior. This app should be 18+ not 17+ due to how vulgar it is. If you want people to treat this app with respect then stop making the formatting applicable to elderly men who make sexual comments on literal minors. You don’t even have a word filter or an option to turn off chat for the live. The screen is wayyyyy too busy. Moral of the story? Don’t get it. It’s literally such a pain to work with and you can’t have a private account. So unless you want to be harassed and have a headache don’t download it. If I could I’d give y’all -1 stars.

THE PLACE!. BIGO is absolutely the place to come and socialize for Adults. This is a great place to stream. The way BIGO is setup is amazing. The PK’s the panels, it’s all here. I applaud BIGO for its no tolerance on certain things. I have met so many amazing people from all over the world. If you want to host, it’s here. If you want to socialize, it’s here. Now you do have to be careful of people trying to take advantage but BIGO is very good with what they allow and warning you beforehand. Like anything, use your judgment. BIGO is the PLACE to be. Great Platform to build your brand or business. Bigo Live streaming is a great application for influencers business owners and artist who would like to grow and earn an income. I learned about the Bigo application in March of 2019 and since then I’ve been an active OFFICIAL BIGO since then. I use this platform to market my makeup artistry content etc.. all while being able to be myself & earn extra money. The Bigo Application has added so many new features such as creating your own community so your fans or anyone who watches your live stream can join. All i can say is if you are interested in joining becoming a host please choose FLAUNT ENTERTAINMENT.
