Great App but would be beneficial with more exercises such as assault bike workout and a plug-in into MFP. Otherwise It is great.
The app currently doesn’t allow you to trial the first 3 workouts; it prompts you to buy the subscription straight up with no way of bypassing this.

Hands down the best fitness app I’ve come across. Paid around $69 AUD for full access for a year. Money worth spending. I struggled a bit at first trying to figure out how it works. Now I use it every day that I workout. If you’re like me, can’t workout without a program or a routine to follow, then get this app and you’re good to go🙂
I’ve been happy with the whole app, though the personal best records is inaccurate. And the apple watch app sometimes resets after exiting to use another app.
Freezes quite often where I need to close and restart the application. It would be good if I could skip a type of work out. My app signed me out for some reason and when I signed back in I had to do the same work out again. I don’t want to do leg day twice in a row and I shouldn’t need to manually change the muscle groups. Unfortunately better applications out there.
I have tried many fitness apps and Fitbod is the best out of them all! I love that it chooses your workout by muscle repair % Highly recommend it
First of all. Great app. It’s just the little things that let it down. Sometimes you lose workouts. Sometimes it says you worked out for 2.5hrs instead of an hour because that’s how long it takes to update.
Love using the app when it’s going well. Sometimes I have a few bugs with it going to pounds instead of kilograms which is a pain. Does work well with the Apple Watch. Just keep fixing those bugs and I’ll keep using.
Was a fully functioning app with good features then as soon as I subscribe there are loads of crashes, bugs and made it unusable. Not happy I’m locked in for a year to this garbage!
Wish I could see calorie intake but otherwise loving the app
I’m new to weight bearing workouts. I like this app not only for its ability to create workouts based on my equipment but also to vary the muscle groups that are worked. My main issue is with the written instructions which often do not match what is happening in the video.
As a personal trainer I think this app is amazing to keep me performing different workouts. It pulls you out of what you think you should do. Changing the workouts keeps our muscles growing and this app does all the work for you. All you have to do is pick up the weight and put it down.
My aesthetic has changed so much since I started using this app, I love it! Still get the occasional freeze and I would REALLY like to view a workout gif from my watch without my phone having to be nearby.
If you plan a workout and then jump into the Apple Watch app. The app will reset the entire workout you planned and try to suggest other exercises. This is very frustrating and detrimental to your workout since now you have to stop and replan. I hope they fix that so I can give them another star. It also like to randomly “sign out” causing you to have to sign in and wait minutes before it gathers your data. Otherwise the app is decent . Has nice videos and explanation on how to perform most workouts. It is a tad limited in exercises though.
It keeps logging me out and not saving my workouts.
I like the app because I don’t need to use my brain as much, thinking of new exercises each day to keep things fresh. One thing that’s interesting is that there will be circuits where one exercise has 4 sets, another has 2, then the last one has 3. If it’s a circuit, shouldn’t they all be the same number of sets??
I wish they would add a 5 min stretch before starting the workout and after the workout.
if there's an update to the app, it almost always throws off my previous settings - which is pretty distressing when you're in the middle of a workout. updates have logged me out multiple times, and today it changed the notification and timer settings. I love the app otherwise; PLEASE WATCH FOR THIS!
I got this app after trying the free sections for a while. It honestly helped me change up my lifting routines. I was falling into this repetitive pattern where I would go to the gym and do the same exercises over and over again. It’s interactive as hell and you can customize your workouts, fitness goals, and plenty of other things. This app is so far great I like it and would recommend it to anyone else looking to fall out of the same old routine and change things up. Plus 45 dollars a year for this app isn’t bad at all.
