Great!. Love the ability to track my day! Great features!

Update 8/3/2022: stopped working - no response from customer service. Loved this app so much I paid $49.95 for annual subscription for Pro version. And now doesn’t work and get no response despite multiple attempts from customer service. (My former 5 Star review: used to be: Terrific Travel Diary App with Delightful Stats Summary Very impressed with import from TripIt! Terrific summary of miles, countries and delightful graphical representations. And with the syncing of map to photos. Only done a few trips from history and one from future to try out. Impressed! Terrific communication and response to question.)

Confusing. Nice concept and design. But it added more photos than I selected. Also adds all photos to diary. Would better if there is setting on what gets created as diary. Also dislike the Facebook sync all. I don't want all my posts to show up under diary.

Terrible support. After setting up my account I started receiving a lot of emails. This is not uncommon however theirs specifically asked for a reply with any questions. That is also fine however they never responded to any of my questions. I would have rated them higher if they responded.

Love this app but...... I love this app just wish we could share videos and download and share pic from other sources. That would make it a five star app in my opinion.

Great job!!!!. I love using Esplorio so that way I can keep a travel journal about all the places that I’ve been here in the USA and I really love traveling during the summer and I would strongly recommend this app to anyone who likes to travel during the summer and keep a travel journal. WAY TO GO AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!

Pictures don’t load and it just says sorry. An apology is nice but I would rather see the pictures. The map functionality is nice but without pictures displaying the app isn’t any good for its intended purpose. Update, I traded emails with the developer and they researched and said that the photos need to sync and that is why the pics could not display. Seems very reasonable.

Best Travel Journal App I Tried By Far!. I have been impressed! I downloaded about 5 travel journals to test which one I will use for my upcoming trip. I chose Esplorio for many reasons, but what sold me was that it automatically pulls the location from the photo! After I decided I would use it, I realized it pulled that data from my Facebook and instagram pictures dating back to when I started adding location to pictures--this blew me away! Now I can track everywhere I've been since 2012! I'm getting my whole family on this app.

Keeps getting better!. This app should be favorited by Apple. It's that good. The developers are responsive and active. Updates just keep making Esplorio better, with new features added regularly. I love this app. See my earlier review for details, but in short it's snappy, user friendly, doesn't drain my battery, and does more, better, than any other app like it.

Invasive app. Good for nothing!!!. Terrible app. From the get go it invades your privacy by deciding fir you who you should follow because “they are great travelers”. According to who they are travelers? Have they won medals? Awards? The Nobel Prize for Traveling? Hello and GOODBYE!!!!

Issues Fixed - Great App. Working really well on my 6s now. Without destroying my battery (somehow) it makes nice little daily tracks, destination tracks, and I can make customized trip timelines. Permanent collection from now on.

Great for journaling adventures. Love this app! I probably use it at its bare minimum but I have it linked to Instagram and Facebook and love seeing the map of the places I've traveled and the posts from each place. Had an issue with uploading once and contacted support and they responded within a day and fixed all my issues.

Great travel/journaling app!. This is a fantastic app. Runs in background even when closed. Minimal battery usage, but accurate tracking. Developers very invested in their app and provide great support via in app messaging.

Simple, but good. Been using this to share my adventures with family. Pro tip: While people don't need the app to view your trips, the trips look much better on the app 😃

No support when needed. I used Esplorio to journal a month long trip. When I had a question I got a “short answer” with a promise for a more complete answer later, then nothing. Now I get no response and I cannot edit my trip. I decided to settle with what I have and print a book and that’s proving to be impossible now too.

Amazing App. After several years of using it I still love it!! I log all my trips to share with family and friends. It’s also a great way fir them to know we are moving along and where we’ve been in case something happens. I just wish they give the option to add short videos as well. Maybe one day but still love it!!

Love this app. The improvements just keep making this a more indispensable travel and diary app. The ability to auto track one’s daily travel route and add notes is terrific. I especially love the map tracking feature and the marker that shows where photos were taken.

Great app for a travel diary. Everything is really organized and I like the way how it includes recent photo's you've taken on your trip right into the app.

Downhill. Not sure what happened, used to have fantastic customer service and now can’t get anyone to respond. Was going to purchase the pro but not sure it’s worth it if I can’t get the app to connect with others, even when they’re turned on. Shame I really liked this app.

Amazing app. I first started using Tripcast as a travel journal, but I switched to Esplorio because I enjoyed the mapping a lot more. Don’t get me wrong, I think Tripcast is a good app, it’s just that I prefer Esplorio. I have been using Esplorio for 2 years now and the new version takes it to another level! Easy to use and great support when you need it, what more could you want. Definitely worth 6 stars after the upgrade!

Best app for tracking and auto blogging your travels. This app has come a long way in one year and having directly liaised with the developers I know how passionate they are about making this app even better! Esplorio makes remembering your trips so easy by tracking where you’ve been automatically, adding photos and posts is automatic also, the only thing you have to do is write your thoughts. Especially good for road trips!

Awesome and fun. So simple, such fun and an absolute fantastic way to record simply, quickly and instantly, the many small memories that can get lost when travelling and can experience ‘awe’ overload. Just loving it. Thanks so much for it.

Cheated. Unless you buy their $80+ Pro version you are now limited in photos per trip and photos per account. That means I am now locked out unless I pay their ransom. Even prior to going Pro, there were problems with the App that still have not been addressed. I don’t trust Esplorio. I received an email from the developer that tells me nothing I already don’t know. Unfortunately I have not seen my review posted in the App Store yet.

Fantastic App. This is a fantastic app... Just what I was looking for.. Can't wait for my next trip away to test it properly... There are still a few minor glitches but whenever I submit feedback it is attended to straight away... Very impressed...Good work guys!

Possibly No More. Looks like this app is no longer developed. But they happily continue to take your subscription fees! No response on Twitter. Integrations don’t work. Sad to see a truly wonderful app fall apart.

Really dissatisfied. The developers of this app seem to have disappeared. Was a good app, but no support or development for a year. Wish I didn’t have to dump this app but it looks like I have no choice .

Why not not on iPad??. I’ve got this app on my iPhone but why isn’t there a version for iPad please?! It’s such a great travel app.

Really enjoy using it, I especially like the GPS tracking being displayed on the map and being able to add photos with the location automatically marked. Very close to giving 5 stars, but a few improvements to the app would be much appreciated. Keep up the good work! - been having some trouble syncing. I’ve been connected to wifi a number of times over the duration of my trip, but it has not automatically synced when connected to wifi and this has caused a backlog and I think this is slowing the app down. - if one caption could be added to multiple photos in a similar style to instagram that would be great. I would prefer to group photos permanently together in this format rather than have the “expand collage” function. - when reviewing photos, after the photos from a day have been added, it would be great if the top bar showing ‘done’ could appear after a short scroll without having to scroll all the way to the top. This would be helpful for long trips. - sometimes too many irrelevant places are added to a trip automatically; but it is obviously difficult to balance locations I want versus locations I find irrelevant.
