Waste of an app. Crashes on login.

Can’t even log in. All the frustration and apathy I expect from the VA, all in one convenient app!

Unusable. App closes out at login attempts. I have tried all manual restart methods.

Doesn’t connect - Broken app. Keeps refreshing accept page.

Unusable App. Cannot use this app. As others stated, the page keeps refreshing over and over and it won’t let you accept terms of use and then it kicks you out. Deleted the app within 10 min of downloading. Please fix this.

Great service. Thank you for this innovative app. This is an excellent way to share data with my provider so we can discuss lifestyle changes personalized to my lifestyle!

Refreshing. This app will not stop refreshing.

Works great 08/17/23. Works great with both of my paired Bluetooth devices and my Fitbit and Garmin connected devices. Great!

Does not allow login to work at all. This app would have been great if it works however whenever you try to log in all you see or a white screen and pops ups are not blocked on my phone. They need to fix this asap.

No option to enable Face ID. The app never provided the popup giving the option to use Face ID. Tapping Profile closes the app and results in having to sign in again.

This app does not work.. Accept screen continue to refresh without command. Cannot move past that step. Please fix

Fix it!!!!!!. Can’t even use page keeps refreshing making It unusable

Loop it. After you log in with IDme it goes into a never ending loop for the accept/decline agreement and you can never get past it. This app must have been developed by the same internet company that designed the flawed Obamacare website.

Can’t log in. Keeps looking teens and conditions page. Is no one reading the reviews?

Terrible. It won’t let me accept terms, it keeps refreshing/scrolling to the left.

Updates Appreciated. Creating an account is much easier with the new app and updates. Particularly appreciate the changes to allow staying signed in longer and use Face ID. Convenient option for logging blood sugar data to share with VA providers.

Great potential but bad instructions to help us access the app. You guys need to add step by step process as to how to acquire a participation code. You only ask us to ask a staff member in the VA to get access to the event. What event are we participating? I thought this is an application to easily get access to our VA medical records just in case of emergencies or just review information from our visit with the doctor. If this is a video type zoom application, you guys are misleading us veterans with the notion that we are able to view our medical records through this application. So sad.

Unable to login. I downloaded the app and logged in via both MyHealt e vet and ID.me and once I was logged in the terms and conditions page just keeps reloading itself. I can’t get past that page. Unable to use this app at all

Unable to login. I'm sure this app could have great benefits. However, when you try to login a screen pops up goes white and nothing happens. Developers need to fix this as soon as possible!

Do Not Download. Sadly the app does not work as specified. I could only get to main page and that was it. IDme does not work nor does any other effort to log in. I’m sure that it could be an Awesome app, but it’s clearly not ready for release at this point in time.

Somewhat works, but it could be better. After getting over the sign in process, there’s no clear prompt to add the participation code to allow data to sync. There’s a tab called “Events” where we place the participation code. I found it after I became frustrated for a month of my data not syncing. “Events” is not an obvious spot to add a participation code, so it should be renamed. To mediate some confusion, when signing up, there should be prompts that guides us to sync our device first and then direct us to add a participation code to allow data to sync to My Healthy Vet.

Can’t login. Like everyone else...app simply doesn’t work!

Can’t get passed wanting a code. We signed up years ago for my husbands MHV it wants a code that a vet rep gave us to sigh up with. We do not have this and no one at the va has any idea how to help. They simply said not to use app it’s garbage More money va wasted

PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!!. As a veteran in the IT field I can see the immense potential here but it’s so badly tested and deployed.... this could be a game changer and it literally just refreshes over and over again.

Not working. The update did not resolve the bug issue that is causing a loop at login.

Unable to use. I logged in with user ID and password. Then NOTHING. Please fix this could be a useful tool to not having to physically go to the clinic.
