Slooowww and no calendar export. My place of work shifted to WorkJam about a year and a half ago, almost two years ago. It can take literally minutes to load the schedule, haven’t ever had it take less than 20 seconds. Also we used to have a way to download the shift data to a calendar with our old system (super helpful to download to a shared calendar with family) this feature has been requested since we moved over and hasn’t been implemented. Not a great app, would not recommend - especially when there are so many other options available out there to employers for less money, more features and the data will load in a couple of seconds. Also have no idea what is meant by “feature enhancements” in the update notes.. this app hasn’t improved in the two years I’ve been using it.

Horrible. I genuinely do not understand how this app has such good ratings, because it’s the worst scheduling app I’ve ever had to use. Half the time, if there are schedule changes, they do not post leave team members confused about their scheduled times. It takes forever to load your schedule to see when you even work, and some times it won’t even load. I’ve resorted to writing down my scheduled shifts into my notes app from the posted paper copies at work because this app is such a head ache. WorkJam needs some serious updates….. 0/10 do not recommend.

Was terrible to start and has only gotten worse. The app was already unuseably slow and lacked basic features, but in the past couple of weeks, it will now consistently sign me out and then time out every single time I try to sign back in, meaning I literally can’t use it for several days at a time despite all my credentials being correct. Furthermore, functionality that used to work, such as muted channels, have stopped working for no apparent reason. We get updates every few weeks saying the app has been improved, but it’s literally only gotten worse. An absolute embarrassment for both the company that makes this and any corporation that made the bone-headed decision to adopt Workjam as their official app. Using this app is the worst part of my job by a long mile.

Occasionally glitches, but still good app. My work uses WorkJam as it’s only way to schedule and get in contact with coworkers. (besides having personal contacts) WorkJam has worked pretty well for me, except on my phone once in a while it will randomly log me out and not let me log back in. It says that some data is missing, which doesn’t make sense because I put in all the correct information and it works perfectly fine after a few days. This is really annoying, especially when I need to see when I work the next day. Like I said, besides this occasional glitch it is a great app.

Calendar Sync?. This App is useful but I’d love to receive and email/text notification. I’d love to see if I could receive an automatic sync with my maps to tell me my route to work. I’d love to see it sync with the calendar in order to have it on my calendar app. It would also be useful to customize the app face a little more than dark/light mode. Tbh I’d like to be able to put custom backgrounds in the app interface and custom tones for the shift alert. I don’t want work to sound so regal and corporate. I

Difficult!!. Terrible. Yea it’s nice to see ur schedule on ur phone (when it works). They make you change your password ALL THE TIME! Eventually if u forget to write it down or whatever; you forget the password then you have to go to your employer and have them reset it for you. It’s insanity, it’s easier to log into my bank account than the view my schedule. I couldn’t imagine if I was a person that didn’t have a clue of technology, this app makes me so freakin frustrated I want to through my phone across the room.

Incredibly Slow and Annoying to Use. I genuinely hate that the company I work for switched almost completely to using this app. Because they removed the scheduled from our company website, I can only check my schedule on WorkJam and it takes forever to load. It takes around one full minute to load my next shift, which has to load before I can even check the entire week. It has the potential to be great if they would put the work in to fix the app. From the reviews, the developers only seem to respond to positive reviews. A lot of the five star reviews seem fake or are of topic. However, all of the critical reviews mention the same problems over and over again. I’m literally BEGGING for the responsiveness of the app to be fixed.

Annoying and outdated.. I have zero idea how this has 4+ stars. The navigation to horrendous especially the message system and a thousand other things but the worst part for me is YOU CANT EXPORT TO YOUR CALENDAR. The developers obviously don’t use this app themselves because that’s the number one QoL setting any scheduling app should have. But that’s not even the worst of it, I finally decided to try to do it myself but they go out of their way to prevent you from adding it to your calendar yourself. The moment the app loses “focus” (like opening Siri, the app switcher, running a shortcut, tapping a notification even just to respond to a message from the notification etc) it has a privacy shield or something and it blocks all content and only shows a blue screen with the logo until you ONLY have WorkJam open and being used. No it’s not my employer asking for the feature because if I go onto my hr website I can export to my calendar there. Not having a basic feature? Fine you’re lazy or have your priorities mess up, whatever. But going out of your way to prevent you from keeping your schedule on your calendar is just evil. Oh and every other comment about how horrible the interaction with the app is true too. I hate using it and could rant about that for hours too but the calendar is what really pushed me over the edge. .

No. This app is the bane of my existence at work. It’s buggy, never loads correctly (don’t even get me started trying to navigate it on a desktop). I have quite literally never had so many issues with an app, and one that my job makes us have. It doesn’t communicate with our main scheduling system correctly so shifts are wrong often, you cannot approve your time card from the app, and you cannot request days off. The “task” feature is a nightmare and tedious for no reason. In theory having my schedule on my phone is great, but what is the point when I have to delete the app/reinstall it, reset all settings at least once a week and it still won’t work.

Only have it because I have to. I have this app for a retail job, and anyone higher up who will stop to listen I have told that we need a different one asap. It’s extremely slow, very glitchy, and over half of the features don’t actually work. If you’re a company looking for an app to use for your employees, look somewhere else. As soon as I don’t have to have this app, it will no longer be taking up valuable space on my phone or in my life.

Horrible loading.. This app has always been basic and medicine, but this year, it’s taken a complete nosedive. Nothing loads, regardless of your wifi or connection. It glitches constantly and shuts down for no reason. Using it for work is unreliable, so I hardly ever rely on them app for anything. Is rather clock in and out from there work computer to avoid any mishaps. Developers, please fix this app with your next update; your last ten were unsuccessful.

Not Impressed. Every review about the slow loading speeds, limited features, and pointless improvements are accurate. If you are an employer looking for a new resource for your team. Move along to the next option. The idea is great. One place for work schedule and seeing times. And when it works, it’s okay. However, the execution is poor. There are times that it takes me 5 min just to get the app to load the data, even with a known good network and phone, this is the slowest app on my phone and it’s frustrating. Each coworker I have, had the same experience. I’ve spoken to my management team and they agree that moving to this app was a mistake. There is also no way to merge the calendar of my work on WorkJam and slide the work times over to my iOS calendar application, so I cannot share my schedule with my wife without manually typing every date and time. The schedule is also off at times. I will check at 2 am and the schedule for yesterday is still showing and not the new current day, this has caused me to be late to work. Likewise, if it won’t connect with the server and log in, which is often, then I cannot get my schedule. This means that I don’t know when I go to work, and I have to guess. Essentially making the app pointless.

Loading times out of this world.. 11 “major” updates in 2022 and this app still cannot perform basic tasks in a timely manner. The latest version at the time of writing takes a full 15 seconds to show anything other than a loading icon. Another full 15 seconds to few something as basic and essential as a schedule. This is the main function of this app and it struggles to be displayed. What’s most frustrating is that this feedback isn’t new. Reviews from a year ago have developer responses blaming the users network. Yet of the 80 coworkers and myself that use this app, it works the same for all of us: slowly. It’s on you WorkJam. Fix your app. It’s long overdue.

Room For Improvement. Overall great app… but, it could be better. For example, when clocking out a screen is prompted asking if your hours look correct for that shift worked, the screen comes up but your hours don’t actually show so you can’t validate it

Bad at every turn. Where to start? I have to use this app for my retail job and I dread opening it every time I need it. The app is slow to load. The messages section has a hard time loading attachments. I often have to force quit the app and reopen it multiple times before a new message even appears and will load properly. Time card editing is hellish as well. On my current time card it keeps trying to record three clock outs instead of the obvious in/out/in/out pattern that a series of four punches should show. Every time I try to edit a time card it has to load and will scroll back to the top between each change. The only reliable part of the app is the ability to see a schedule. Absolutely every other feature is borderline unusable. If you are considering forcing this app on your employees: don’t.

OK app. The app, about once a week, will sign me out and then when i try to sign back in, it gives me an error for hours and hours then miraculously works again. I think the app is decent but the ability to export the schedule to a calendar app or have a widget for the home screen to see upcoming shifts would be a really nice and easy feature.

S-Lowwwww. I work at one of the best tech companies and we use this app. It’s terribly slow (20 seconds to load available open shifts for the week). And this app still doesn’t support loading your work schedule to iOS calendar!!! It also send notifications randomly 2 am or so. Also it slow loads messages but my notifications get them instantly but when I want to read the full message I’ll go do my laundry come back to this and it will finally load. Coming devs fix this on going issue!!

Slow and missing key features. I use this as part of my job. Only way to get my schedule outside of the store. While it feels clunky and slow, my biggest pet peeve is I can’t export my schedule. I used to put my schedule into iCal, but it does not have the option to do so. Frustrating since I have to share my work schedule with my wife. I can’t give her my login for obvious reasons, so I have to manually add events into the calendar…. Frustrating! Ugh

Speeds Increased but Missing Something. A recent update came out and speeds have increased dramatically. The app is much better to use now. Something I wish they would add is an import to calendar button. For example, my school’s assignment website has the ability to subscribe to a calendar that updates anytime a professor adds an assignment. I would like to be able to subscribe to my schedule and have it update anytime a day is added.

Buggy and always down. Work jam is fine when it’s working. But it tends to have bugs like not being able to open up messages or a notification that won’t go away. There’s been several times where the app is completely down as well. Not sure if it’s due to it not being optimized for iOS15 yet

Where are these updates mentioned in reviews a year ago??. The convenience to have schedules, messaging and shift swaps, etc available all in an app vs logging into a webpage with two factor (for work) is all very nice. However, the app loads incredibly slow (which I see hasn’t improved per a review last year). Whether you are on work Wi-Fi, home high-speed Wi-Fi, Lte, 5G or 5G UW. It is all very delayed. The shift swap feature is roll of the nice whether or not it works. And unfortunately several co-workers have experienced their schedule not being accurate. Resulting in showing up when not scheduled or not showing up at all because the app shows no shift on their schedule when in fact they are supposed to be at work. It would be even better if there was an option to sync shifts directly from the app to your local phone calendar (another thing I see from a year ago that hasn’t happened). Overall not happy with the user experience or app support.

Great App. Been using this for a while now and it works well. Could really use a watch complication or the ability to either subscribe to a calendar or export the schedule to a calendar so shifts show up on the watch. My zoning updates sometimes daily so having it auto update upon changes in a watch complication would be super helpful!!

Some convenience but BUGGY and SLOW. It’s more convenient to have your schedule on hand in app rather than website (for shift swaps and pick-ups too). However, this app is also extremely slow, and sometimes doesn’t load information altogether. The schedule portion is fairly consistent and works most of the time. The rest is not good at all. Messages section often loads to an error, white screen, or fails to load newest messages. Takes forever to load most things regardless of what it is. And there is no way to connect to your iPhone calendar!! Why?? Great I can look up my schedule, but still have to manually add it. All of these issues have been consistent across multiple devices, OS versions, and app updates.

Good, but slow and not as intuitive.. Despite having a very good stable 5G+ signal, it still takes a very long time to load. Sometimes I miss a punch in by a minute or so and lose than minute on my time sheet. Also wish there was a way to punch in/out from the home screen itself. Also if there was a way to display in detail my next shift. Where it’s at, the times including lunch breaks, the date, etc. Just go in depth at a glance. And why is there no way to delete a message thread? I have a whole bunch I have accidentally started by accidentally clicking names that’s all empty.

So bad it feels intentional. Where are the good reviews coming from? The navigation is barebones, but not in a nice simplistic way. It feels decades old. When looking at a full schedule, there’s no button to return to todays date and it often opens weeks in the future for some reason. The worst part is that there’s no way to export your schedule to your calendar. How on earth is this not a feature? Certain features are so convoluted to use that I feel like the UI designers are just flat out trolling. Like, I genuinely don’t think I could make simple tasks (such as adding availability) so complicated if I tried. For an app that is getting so much traction from some really huge companies, it should be way better. They must have a killer sales team.

Terrible. The update did not fix any bugs or add new features. I can’t see my schedule. I have to look at my entire store’s daily schedule and find myself on the list each day. The jump to dates calendar function is no longer working to I have to keep sliding to different days which takes forever because this app doesn’t load. I can’t clock in or out because I keep getting an error that I’m out of range when I’m standing in my store. This app is trash. I wish my company would find something else.

Review. The store managers, assistant managers, and key holders. I work with are nice, polite, and respect all the employees. The employees work together as a team and are always cleaning up to make sure our store looks amazingly clean. Customer tell me at te register that we do a good job keeping the store clean, and they drive from other surrounding area to shop at our Marshall’s. And that our customer service is very good. I tell them Thank you and that we work together to try to keep it clean for them.😍

Employers use this app to sabotage you.. Its great to have an easy way to punch in or out on your phone. However, this apps utility and optimization is absolutely pitiful. For starters, this app takes an insane amount of time to load, and that is no exaggeration. And my job has a policy now where you can punch in only *one minute* before your shift. That’s it, only a minute. So when I go to open the app, I’m almost always late, because it’s takes so long to load, nearly 30 seconds. That’s not even counting the time it takes to actually COMPLETE that punch too. So I’ve now resorted to opening the app upwards of 10 minutes before my shift so I won’t have to deal with this tomfoolery. Sometimes as well, it just signs me out for no reason. Then there’s other times where it just won’t let me punch in due to some error or a bug or whatever the case may be. I mean, how do you make an app this bad? The concept should be simple. I punch in, I punch out. Don’t even get me started on applying for time off or changing your schedule. Nothing in this app works consistently. Why would an employer want to use this for their employees? All of my coworkers deal with these issues. The one pro gets far outweighed by the sea of cons.

Update removed next day schedule. The recent update seems to have removed the “up next” schedule on the main page, meaning that you can’t see your next work day and schedule until you actually open the schedule portion of the app. Also, very slow to load any information on schedule, open shifts, etc. This has been an ongoing issue and these issues really need to be resolved.

Not sure why this has as many stars as it does. I don’t even know where to start. Any time I get a message saying I have a update to my schedule I don’t even see one and it’s always really slow, there’s so many minor details that are messed up and are annoying, it signs you out once a week, and It wanted to change my password but where I put my old password at it says password already taken and so I thought maybe it just says that right there and I tried to change my pass again and make it more complex and it still said that in the area where my current password goes so I will be going in my work and asking my manager about that and at the moment I can’t see my shifts. It’s like developers don’t ever go on this app and haven’t for a long time.

Logging back in!. There have been several times, when it kicks me out. Then when trying to log back in having to go back and forth from Authenticator and work jam is a huge pain! I do like being able to see my schedule. The request off doesn’t work!! I will give it one more chance, otherwise I’ll delete it, until they figure it out!!!

Please please allow downloads to calendar. The app works fine and it’s easy to see my schedule but my work just switched from a system where we could download the week’s schedule with one button and I loved that. If the app every doesn’t work or I don’t have service I want my schedule on my phone. I also share my calendar with my spouse. As it is now I have to manually enter every day which is slow and frustrating.

Notifications. Would be better if this app had watch and iPhone notifications for if parts of a shift change segments. I work somewhere where we have multiple segments connected to roles, and having the notifications for change of segments/functions helps our whole store and general employees.

Just stopped working. I’ve been using this for my job and while it was slow, it works for the most part. Until last week when it wouldn’t even let me login, it was just buffering for a full day no matter what I did and then the day after that it loaded but it won’t even let me login. It just takes me straight to an error page and it’s been like that all week and I had check my schedule or messages from my work It’s absolutely unacceptable and I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and nothing works. I just need it to do the most basic of its functions I’m desperate atp

Troubleshooting. The app is great! Helps for work schedules however I’m constantly having to reinstall and trouble shoot my phone because some feature won’t load. Not sure if it’s my service or WiFi because I move around diff areas often.

HORRID. This app is terrible, from the beginning I’ve always had issues but I swear the app has gotten worse. It’s led to me not showing up to work because my shift didn’t load and it’s happened to numerous coworkers. The app is painfully slow to load and navigate anywhere. What’s probably the most frustrating thing for me is that you can’t sync your schedule to your calendar. My previous scheduling app had this and I loved it. Truthfully I can’t believe my company, as large as it is, uses this for their employees. I know every one of my coworkers agree. Fix your app before employees start boycotting it and forcing companies to find new options.

Buggy. Main functional issues are: Persistent notifications for surveys that won’t go away after completed; and most critically my notifications are not arriving correctly, mainly notifying me on the wrong day for upcoming shifts. Consistently wrong, saying I have a shift coming up today when it’s coming tomorrow. Tried setting to hours before or one day and getting erratic results no matter the choices. Just full of nonsense so far… I’ve tried logging out, I’ve reinstalled, and then I also see no available update.

Using for a year, losing features slow buggy performance. This app is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to performance as a time management application. No push to iOS calendars, slow load times, and they continue to remove what little features they have. Zero support, and zoning updates cause confusion and make it a job in itself to figure out my schedule. Export to iOS cal, every login is a negative experience.

Poor Overall App Performance & Support is nonexistent. We use this app to check our schedules & communication & nothing ever loads, app will quit unexpectedly, or app will sign us out of our work credentials & all these issues occur consistently on both cellular data & wifi. If you’re using this App, be prepared to constantly delete & redownload app. Even after you update it. If you try reaching out to their support, you’ll be met with a response somewhere along the lines of “it’s your network connection” even when you’re running a wireless network with gigabit speeds. We’ve tried updating app, reinstalling app & reaching out to support, but all issues occur no matter which iPhone you’re using, & no matter which iOS you’re running.

Mediocre but Could Be Better. I have to use this app for my retail job and it’s honestly so frustrating to use a lot of the time because it’s super slow, nothing loads quickly, and half the time when I get a notification that something has changed on my schedule, I never actually see a change on the app and so I have to rely on calling my store to know my actual hours or wait until I have a shift to see the paper schedule. And don’t even get me started on time card approvals because it doesn’t actually work in the app so at the end of the pay period, I have to approve the time card in a different way because WorkJam’s doesn’t work correctly.

Hate to have to use. Really sorry my company switched to this app. Much harder to enter time than before. The iPad version seems to be exactly the same as the iPhone version, just spread out without taking advantage of more screen real estate to show data in context. For instance, when entering a second punch the edit window covers the previous window so if I’m not sure what date or time I’m entering I have to cancel the action, confirm the date/time, and then do the edit again. If I could see all the punches for even that day at the same time as creating a new one I would make fewer mistakes. The app offers very little help in entering time or ensuring time is entered correctly. It does show me I’v missed a punch for a day and allows me to click on that text and go to an edit window but there is so much more it could be doing to help me enter data, especially data that does not really change. My schedule is the same pretty much every day but I have to put the same 4 punches per day in the system and when it says “Error - at least one punch create edit failed” all I can do is delete them all and do them one by one since I have indication of what the problem is.

WorkJam Does Not Work. WorkJam is perhaps the worst timesheet software that I’ve ever used. It routinely forgets punches, inserts phantom punches, assigns entered punches to the wrong day, inexplicably logs more than 24 hours in a single day, fails to send up-to-date timesheets to your manager, and makes you wait for hours or even days to edit erroneous punches. I suppose that, at the very least, its name is accurate, though: it does indeed jam your work by forcing you to spend time fighting it instead of being productive.

The most frustrating thing ever. I rely on this app for many things including knowing my schedule and swapping/ picking up shifts. This app takes FOREVER to load anything ever at all and is constantly logging me out even though i have the stay logged in option on. Afterwards it takes about 200 different tries to actually get in. Don't even get me started on trying to swap or give someone a shift. I never works and I end up having to contact my job anyways. This app is a complete headache and if I didn’t have to use it I would avoid it completely.

More than a little disappointed. As an employee of a company that uses this app. I have to say that I currently cannot sign in to check my schedule. It only will notify me of upcoming shifts sometimes. Constantly logs me out of the system requiring me to log back. Most of all the app seems to be at a standstill. I’ve been trying to log in with no luck for 30 min and all other apps on my device are working just fine with connection to internet. Point is that it’s inconsistent and unreliable to keep track of my work info because it logs me out and refuses to allow me to log back in.

Unable to use. Trying to use this app has been very frustrating. Initially I was able to see my schedule and other information needed for my work. I used the stay logged in feature and unfortunately one day could only see a blank screen. I logged out and tried to log back in with no success. Now I get an error message that states the data couldn’t be read because it’s missing. Also, more times than not, it doesn’t give the option to put in a password. I hope you can correct this issue! I would really like to see my schedule. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

won’t even open half of the time. seriously. this app is the bane of my existence. we primarily clock in at my job using this app, and it will take so long to load that more often than not i end up being late. that’s if it even opens. i keep trying to check my schedule and it will be stuck on the log in page and it just keeps going back to it over and over again. like please let me in!! i gotta work! it’s just so annoying. there’s so many little bugs that just make working even harder than it needs to be and it takes soooo long to load anything (regardless of the wifi, so that is not a valid excuse) and the interface could use an easier update. all in all it’s probably not the worst app but it’s far from the best.

I’m literally begging you. PLEASE fix the loading issues. We have SO many problems with our associates clocking in on time or even clocking in AT ALL because this app takes literal MINUTES to load just the landing page. I have an associate who hasn’t been able to clock in for years because she uses the google version, and the last time she tried to reinstall the app she couldn’t use it for months. This is such an absolute headache. I’m a manager for a giant corporation and the bugs are so massive and consistent I’m hoping we switch to a different provider but for now, PLEASE MAKE THIS APP FUNCTIONAL!!!

MOST USELESS APP. Seriously useless app. It never works. Will log you out ALL THE TIME, takes forever to load so you’ll be late in clocking in/out, features offered never load, and overall is just a terrible application. Don’t offer a mobile app if the app is continuously failing! The so-called “updates” on this app do NOT do anything. Don’t understand how this app has such a high rating (probably bought ratings) as this app literally does not work. Just take this off the App Store and reupload once you’re sure this app won’t continue to fail its users.

The worst app I’ve ever used. I have debated writing this review for weeks in hopes that something would get better with this app. I’ve used this app for years through my retail job and as my job adds additional aspects of our work to be completed through WorkJam, this app leaves me frustrated and with my time wasted repeatedly. I haven’t even been able to see my work schedule for months because there is a “bad gateway” or it times out while loading. There is no excuse for having to spend THIRTY minutes trying to see my schedule for it to never load. This is not a one-off experience; this is every time I use the app. I can’t express the unproductive nature of this app and would not recommend it to anybody.

Makes me care more about my job. Working in retail isn’t easy and is sometimes just drudgery. I feel like with this app I can manage my schedule in a way that works for me and can improve my chances of earning more with more access to extra shifts and certifications and training that give me a chance to get promoted.

Difficult interface. The application is great for communication with team and all but when setting availability and counting the hours i have worked, its hell of a difficult to do i think it can be more user friendly.

App widget idea. Just an idea for the app, u should make a widget that shows the next upcoming shift so that it’s viewable from the Home Screen and also having it already viewable from application. You could also make a “clock on and off” widget aswell. If you need more please reach out to me

No Location Services?!?. Why, given location services is a requirement for WorkJam for anyone to be able to sign in has the latest update completely remove location services? This renders the application completely useless!

BROKEN APP!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!. Last Thursday (7/1/21) it took me 45 minutes to log in which included reinstalling the app 3 times, restarting my phone, testing my internet connection and trying logging in on mobile and wifi connections. It’s Thursday again and it seems like this app has something against working on Thursdays. I’m over 2 hours in and it wont let me log in AGAIN so I’m reinstalling this piece of garbage for the 4th time in 8 days. This app is absolute trash. I wish my employer would use something more stable like a website a student threw together when they were drunk. This time instead of replying to my complaint FIX YOUR BROKEN USELESS GARBAGE APP OR SHUT IT DOWN SO WE CAN ALL MOVE ON!!!

Piece of Trash. Does not work on at least 10% of occasions I need to clock on. Since I am paid by the minute I am losing money every time I am fumbling around with this piece of trash app. I then need to run to the back of the building to the biometric scanner. I have calculated my losses and they are around $200-$300 in wages per year plus much more in company time. Nobody is going to be ever reimbursed for the losses caused by this extremely unreliable app so companies better think twice before choosing this system.

Calling this app terrible is being kind. By far one of the most unstable apps out there. Honestly, how a multi million dollar company like Woolworths can use this is beyond me. Messages don’t load, frustratingly slow and let’s not even mention the scheduling feature. This while app needs to redesign for the ground up.

The most unproductive productivity app. After so many years of using this I finally decided to write a review because of so many frustrating issues. Sending and editing shifts for a couple of people shouldn’t take more than ten minutes but with this app it can take that long or even more with all the errors and time-outs. Clocking in or out sometimes is stuck in the loading screen so I had to use the finger scanner at work instead. There are many other issues like lags etc. that I regret not writing a note each time I feel like it’s much easier to not use the app. In short, I think productivity decreases with this app. I wish I can come back here one day and change my review but I highly doubt it.

Putting your unavailability is a nightmare. Even if an app developer tried to purposefully make putting your unavailability so confusing and hard it wouldn’t reach workjam’s super confusing system. I don’t understand how something as easy as putting your unavailability is so hard.

Working fine until…. The app itself is working fine, but you recently got rid of a very important feature in that I cannot have two accounts signed in at the same time. (I use workjam for two jobs) This has lead to me missing out on updates to my schedule meaning I have no idea my shift has been changed until my manager rings me and asks where I am and why I haven’t come into work. A VERY important feature I need you to put back ASAP!!! I have also emailed you regarding this issue a while back but have not received a reply…

Slow!. Used to be pretty good! I work at woolies and use this to clock in and out. When I first used it the app was fast. As more people have started using it load times have become unbearable. They need to upgrade server capacity or something...

It’s fine.. This is a very useful app, don’t get me wrong. It’s very very hand to have my schedule, team messages, training, and punch clock in one spot. But it still needs a lot of work. The interface is a bit slow, it doesn’t seem to remember that it has access to my location for the punch clock, and it has a nasty habit of repeatedly signing me out thought the day. These may be issues that affect only me though, as I’ve heard many other people have both much more positive and much more negative experiences with WorkJam. TLDR: Useful app with well thought out features, but your mileage may vary in terms of functionality.

Smart watch clock in / clock out. We need clock in / clock out option for smart watch , i want to be phone free at work.

So for a year a bit now I’ve been using this app for work and it is good but not great as someone who is a casual I need to always be ready for a shift offer HOWEVER I’m having all these issues with the app so can I kindly ask that you do weekly checks on this app to insure that we can have it for work at all times that’s all I ask. Improvements needed. 1. Seeing your hrs working for the week within the schedule page would be great for casuals to know if and how much time they have left 2. Being able to do your tasks within WorkJam would be more convenient then using a computer and having to go thought successfactors 3. Removing the availability being shown within the schedule page on each day would make it look neater if you do need to see it click on that day 4. As a supervisor being able to see the roster for the store and team members times would also be a great help when finding replacements much like what the managers are able to do with the department people can or can’t work as you’ll probably say it’s for the managers to arrange replacement but some just don’t get the time and get supervisors or fitting rooms to call 5. To make a shift anyone should be able to however if they are not a manager or line manager that offer needs to be sent to a manager or line manager for approval so they are also in the loop so to speak Just to name a few

Worst app. This app is one of the slowest apps out to load. I’ll sit on the main menu while it loads just for barely any of it to actually load. Fix the app. And don’t tell me to email whatever email you tel everyone else to. I’ll say this once so listen properly. IT IS THE APPS FAULT. Address the problem properly and fix YOUR app

New store. WorkJam is good but it is annoying me that it keeps putting me in my old store not my current one that I have been at for 5 weeks now. As a department manager this makes using the app difficult especially when completing shift offers and adjustments

Needs more attention. This WorkJam app for my iPhone does have a tea break button for tea break on and off

Time and attendance. Dear developers, Where is the time and attendance feature? With the help of this I was able to see my punch in/out in real time. I was able to see how many hrs did I do on the particular shift. If something wrong, would have given alert with the yellow and red action required information. I email this 4 days ago. They reply with, will keep in touch. But not. I think they are on holiday. 😆😆😆 Thank you.

Facing Problem to open payslip. I can not see my payslip properly in the app. All the time I have payslip for two pages but I am able to scroll only one page in the workjam app. To see my full payslip I have to use my computer and login to my account.

Good app but needs Calendar functionality. Would love to be able to make a apple calendar that automatically adds schedule.

Widgets?. I’m an employee at Woolworths and I use this app all the time and it is great and makes life so much easier. However, One thing that would be super useful would be to enable a widget function for iOS and an app for Apple Watch. I think that by doing those two things, the app would instantly become more user friendly and intuitive to use.

Three out of five. Would like to see a feature which allows me to see my shift without going to the app. Widget will go a long way. Also, it always take a couple second to login. Would like to see a better process. 3/5

Horrendous. This may be the worst app of all time. The amount of times I will attempt to open it and it just sits on the loading screen. Or it will open the main page but I select another and it stays loading. I have never had a more buggy and unusable app on my phone than WorkJam. It is quite literally the worst functioning app I have ever used. The functions when it does work are fine but it is so rare for it work as it should that I can’t give this a rating other than one. Woeful.

Punch in times.. Whenever you punch in or out it’ll pop up “go to settings to turn on location” meanwhile my location is already on and so you have to use the provided tablet at the store to punch in instead. This is time consuming when if I’m elsewhere in the store ready to punch in on my phone WorkJam app and then having to go to the tablet instead because sometimes it’ll be work sometimes it won’t.

Needs more work. Longtime user. Still have issue with the app loading properly so makes it hard to sign in at times. It’s been a long standing issue that needs to be fixed

Terrible. After updates crashes. Job shift offers don’t pop up. Add sound to that or something at least. Would be great if supervisors and managers could call like a wifi call. Just to avoid the two issues I listed above. Availability changes for a set roster would be great if we could modify instead of redoing the whole thing. That’s it for now. Frustrated. If I could give this app a lower rating I would. It is rubbish. Have updated the app, have deleted and reinstalled it but I still cannot log in. I am not the only one in my workplace who is having the same problem. This is NOT the first time I have had trouble with it 😤😖😤🤯😤

App server issues. When sending shift offers to multiple people we receive a server issue time out. This is frustrating when having to send shift offers to multiple people to fill many hours.

Dislike of the dislike button. While WorkJam is a pretty good app to use for work, I’m not a fan of the dislike button. People bring up some interesting questions, or there’ll be newbies who will be asking for help, just to be hit with the dislike button. It can affect people’s self esteem. Maybe it would better if it was removed, swapped for a more positive button, or showed who disliked it. People are less likely to do it if there’s no anonymity. There could also be some improvements re reliability, but other than that, the app is pretty simple to navigate.

Can’t clock off. I started having this issue a few months ago and at first I couldn’t clock on or off, after uninstalling etc I could clock on again but not out, it gives me the following error: ALLOW ACCESS Your location is required with your punch. Please ensure that location services is enabled and retry your punch. All of my location services are on (I’ve tried resetting them as well) And as I said, when the problem started I couldn’t clock in or out, but after trying some tricks it now just won’t let me clock out PLEASE FIX THIS

Great idea poorly executed. The app is so slow. The problem solving you get is uninstall and reinstall. Having to try that daily and still slow. Taking me over 10 minutes to clock off. In the end you give up. Which is a shame as the idea is brilliant.

Decent app but could give us API. I believe this app has a heap going for it, I do however believe that this app should give developers the tools necessary to build tools off it, in my opinion all shifts should be able to be exported to iCloud Files as a .csv or .json automatically and or manually so people can make use of the shortcuts app and parse data into the calendar app, I believe that if you guys can convert the dates to a UNIX time stamp that would suffice, and whatever you guys could bring to the table to make use of the widget system, like upcoming shift times dates, I guess if you just do the first thing with exporting the shift data to files someone else could just make a widget off it easily using a 3rd party app. I would give this app a 5 star rating if you could give us more control of the data :)

Not worth the hassle.. This app has the most updates out of ANY other app on my phone. A few months back I had to update once again and since then it lets me clock on but won't let me clock off saying I need to turn my location on. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Reset my network settings. Updated my phone and still doesn't let me clock out. I think the idea of the app is good but the reality is it's appalling and causes more stress. STILL HAVING ISSUES WEEKS LATER. Direct messages aren't showing and all messages aren't showing in the app. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED NOW THIS IS WHAT I NEED FOR MY JOB.

Awfull. Desperately needs more servers if you’re to continue our contact, so often I have to wait five or more minutes to sign in … and even longer to sign out it’s not connection issues on my behalf and it is not the device I use it’s your awful infrastructure or a lack there of any. Do your part and pay for more servers it’s not hard no I don’t want to be contacted or elaborate YOU must do better by the workers

Approved letters. Can’t access the approved letters. You need to go to the computer to access the letter. And not connected to Kronos when it comes to approval of leave. The WJ says approved but but Kronos will not locked in that approval of leave, so you are still rostered when you meant to be locked in for leave. And because internet instore is very slow, we need to use our data to punch in/out.

Doesn’t work half the time. Will not let me even login to the app half the time. Despite pressing save my details it has made me re-enter them every single day this week. I have tried multiple times today to login to see my shifts with zero luck. And it’s now decided I’ve tried to login too many times. I’ve had to do shift adjustments at work since I can’t clock in or clock out. It’s a great app when and if it works.

Randomly logs you out and forces you to go through loops of repeated login screens. Works decently enough when it actually functions - it is convenient to be able to clock in and out in an app. Though, it will decide to randomly log you out and force you to go through a frustrating loop of unsuccessful login attempts (lost connection to the server, errors) before you can log back in - and this can happen mid-shift too, making you unable to clock off on-app because the thing refuses to log you back in. (For instance - I learned I had been logged out today at roughly 7pm, it is now 11:30pm and I am still unable to log back in) The unavailability submittal form is a little unfriendly in how it’s lain out too - but at least it works, unlike the app’s login screen half the time.

Absolute trash, stay away. You can only upload new users once per week which is ridiculous, it takes forever to load anything, both the app and desktop version are slow, it’s clunky and not user friendly. I can’t comment on the support from the WorkJam team because so far there’s been none. The two people who did the training were incompetent and just rushed through everything, it was lacklustre and unprofessional representing the product accurately. There’s so many free apps out there that are better than this absolute piece of trash.

Rubbish.. Extremely slow, and now not properly on the Apple platform. No alerts to shift offers or notifications. Have reloaded it several times and makes no difference. Training data won’t load either.

Feedback form?. Is there a feedback form in the app somewhere that i can send in feature requests and what not as they come to mind? Speaking of: it would be nice to be able to save filter presets for the schedule so i dont have to search and tick/untick a bunch of different roles every time i want to look at who is on in my department/managers/whole store/after 5pm/etc etc. Thanks

Adding calendar export function to Apple and google calendar. How about adding the function to add your roster to the Apple calendar or export it automatically into the calendar or even to google calendar so I don’t have to open the app and can plan my day better.

Full of bugs, unintuitive and frustrating. This app has so many bugs and is very frustrating to use. It is unintuitive and users therefore always ask the same questions. There are principal features that are dysfunctional and the repeated explanations received within our organization never seem to solve the issues.

Workjam messages. Would be great to be able to upload multiple photos at once in group chats Instead of one at a time. I’m also finding I’m not get notifications even tho it’s on. Only way I can fix this is by deleting the app. This becomes really annoying as I’m miss out on important information. It’s getting to the point I’m going to move to whats app for team communication.

FILTHY SPYING APP. Disgusting app. Tracks your data across apps and across devices if you have a phone connected to your other devices. Seems to be developed almost exclusively for woolworths employees and woolworths previously used google data to track their employees. Now they just hack everything you have using the data service of your device. Disgusting.

So Far So Good. I just wish we had a way to queue messages/posts in channels and chat rooms to post at the relevant time - that way I could queue a weeks worth of updates in one sitting and the team would receive them as required instead of all at once.

How can I access to Payslip from WorkJam?. I would like to have some advice. I have tried to access into Payslip from WorkJam. But, the error sign came up. It looks like that we need to download another App to access into it.

If possible, ZERO stars for review. This is the most frustrating, buggy app I’ve encountered. There are so many errors I can’t even punch in or out on a daily basis. Did the suggested, uninstall and reinstall, turn off phone and restart. I have had to use it for over 4 yrs and over 3 different mobiles and it’s still buggy

App barley works. This app barely works, it’s a good concept but when I open it, it almost never loads properly. I get new messages or shift offers and most of the time I can’t even load them despite seeing them as notifications on my home page. Now my manager just messages me directly as we know this at least works. It’s got nothing to do with internet either, everyone at work has the same issues.

Exporting Schedule/Notifications. I wish I could export my work schedule to my calendar, so that I could share it with my family. It’ll make family stuff planning a lot easier. I also wish I could only get notifications in one language. I keep getting it twice in both English and French, which is quite annoying. For each of these, you’re losing a star. Other than that, it’s really good.

So slow and buggy. I used to use WorkJam for my work but, damn, it’s always too slow to load and messages doesn’t appear correctly sometimes. Please do a major changing of this app ! It’s really unprofessional…

This app is a joke. Having to use an authentication app to even allow me to access my schedule is absolutely ridiculous, it times out after a few minutes so you have to go through the whole process all over again and now the stupid “Authenticator” app now requires an authentication code from work jam to get onto that app to get my authentication code to even get into work jam. And if you think I misspoke I’m not even joking. This isn’t classified CIA information! Hopefully they do better or our company takes the complaints seriously and we can just stop using this terrible app all together

Messages. It’s about the messages on top, it’s showing I have 26 messages, but when I klick it, there’s nothing on it, why is like that.? I can’t clear it.

Feels dated. Very slow loading and still no calendar export. Feels like an app from 10 years ago.

Slowest app. I don’t have time to wait for this thing to load. I start it, do something else, and check back to see if it has loaded the messages list or schedule. It is barely usable and always tedious and time-consuming.

Love it. WorkJam is an amazing tool. I get to see my schedule, exchange shifts with coworkers and through these Covid times I have appreciated getting daily communications from my employer letting me know what is happening. I feel empowered and connected to my employer.

Slow and can’t add to my calendar. Been using this app for work for awhile and it’s crazy how slow it is when opening to check my schedule can take literally 5 mins to open and the even more time to manoeuvre around it. Also should be a feature where my schedule can be ported to my calendar instead of manually

By far the worst!. No calendar synchronization integration, takes forever to load a single task, often signs you for no reason, the list goes on!

Great tool to engage with our site staff. We have been using the app for over 2 years and it enabled us to communicate with our front line staff. From training, to communications, critical messaging and exciting contests to improve engagements with our business and our customers. Teams are using the app as their team communication platform. Great for the digitally savvy, but easy to use for those unfamiliar with digital communications.

Needs critical emergency work done. Please?. This app needs some MAJOR bandwidth / network / traffic / performance / capacity handling work done ASAP. Most people have fast smartphones that they love to use all day long. When they have to interact with this app, it temporarily chips away at that love. Everything loads extremely slow no matter what speed of network you are on. Pages time out or wont load 98.6% of the time. Searching for employee names hasn't worked in months - just times out. I know every company has different traffic / capacity needs, but it is 2022 and these ongoing issues should not be a thing. Thank you for continuing to work hard in making this app easier to use and making it an app we can look forward to interacting with.

Make Calendar export an option. Beside the app being slow and glitchy there is no way to export my work schedule into my Calendar. Please step out of the stone age and into the 21st century. It’s sad because my work makes me use this app, it’s not by choice

Another useless work app. More than half the time, the app fails to load or is very slow. Also, after you punch in, there’s no punch card to indicate as such but rather a notification bar at the top that quickly goes away. Cannot tell if it’s any better or worse than Kronos/UKG WorkForce, which is horrendous 😂 be prepared to waste a good ten mins if you need to get on here for something!

Worst App Experience. How is that I can’t get rid of 3 notifications from the app and i can’t see anything when i’m in it? It just can’t load content smoothly everything is a disaster with this app and so unbearable to use. Why is it so hard for it to work? also why do i get 5 reminders that i’m working in under an hour. The list goes on and on …

WorkJam helps keep me organized.. I always have my schedule on hand and updated in real time.

Incorrect shifts, multiple notifications, no control. Reports shifts incorrectly, often notifying me of an upcoming shift that doesn’t exist. No means of controlling what notifications I do and don’t receive - only all on or all off. Extremely slow to load.

What’s the new environment?. We got notifications saying the app is moving to a new environment and to log out and to talk to our management team. Now the app is not working, we can’t log in, and we don’t know any info on where the app is moving or when it will be running again.

Absolute Crap. It's painful to login. The authenticator doesn't work. Even with face ID the app asks again for the password after few days. If anyone from the developer team is reading this please fix this app. There is no need to ask for the password. No one ha a time for this. One can miss shifts.

Ridiculously Slow. like seriously, people need to check their work schedule DAILY and at times MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY and this garbage app can barely even load, even on the newest iphone. Not only is it super slow, but 95% of the time a request will just time out because of how long it took to load. how hard is it to fix this?

Do better. Extremely long to open Chats keep crashing Randomly signs you out and you cant sign back in without unchecking “remember me”

WorstJam. I am forced to use this application for my work , and yeah, the internal nickname of the app has become worstJam. I am sorry , I appreciate the work of everyone but this application is just purely bad , to every aspect . It takes our to open, something it stays with blue screens , sometimes black screen , sometimes I see the label “unable to load chat” , it is every time a surprise but it never actually works for the way it meant to work . And pay attention, it was bad at the begin and it is still horribly bad which let me wonder how little WorkJam actually really care at the quality of this product . Pay good developers, destroy to the ground what you have now and build from 0, or just be honest with the companies you have agreement with and just say to them “we can’t handle it” .

Authentification. Nice app in general, but there is a lot of little thing that are not working well! I want to stay connect so I don’t have to authentify every time à I want to check my schedule, but if I choose « stay connected » I can not enter the app, it says error! Si I have to authentify every single time! That is very annoying!

Terrible app. There’s not enough space to enumerate all the deficiencies in this app. But it can be summed up in the word Suuuuuuuuuuuucks.

Time off request. I love the app and everything it does except that I can’t seem to find a time off request button, you have the page for pending and confirmed requests but none to actually submit a time off request, would love to hear back

Annoying. This app leaves too many notifications on your phone. It’s annoying and when I’m off the clock I don’t want a million notifications from this annoying work app on my phone.

Very slow to load. Home page and especially messages page are so slow to refresh

Life saver. During these interesting times. WorkJam has been amazing. Getting information from my manager and head office is amazing. No questions about where the right information is. It’s right at your fingertips.

Review. This app is so useful and makes life easier

Slow, if it works. My company forced us to switch to this app for our schedule but it doesn’t support downloading the schedule to your ical, there’s no offline storage (so if you have no internet, too bad) and for some reason mine stopped loading. After months of using it it now “can’t read the data in that format” whenever I log in. When it did work, it was slow as molasses and had a schedule layout that doesn’t make any sense. Would not recommend.

Not satisfied. It’s very complicated app most of the time it hard to log in.

Horrible App. This app is anything but user friendly. It will not let me sign on. It just keeps asking for my password for WorkJam and the Authenticator app I had to get for it too. It just bounces back and forth between the apps asking for my password but never letting me onto the app. Absolute waste of time and space on my phone.

Until these things change, I’ll continue to wonder why our well-resourced company went with WorkJam for employee schedule management.

Awful. Now we can’t see the associates scheduled by name Just if they’re task or selling etc???? How are we supposed to zone them on our daily schedule???Slow, it times out & I can’t look up my schedule, and what happened to the feature where you could click on the calendar to see a particular day? And why on Earth would you have the week start on Monday instead of Sunday??? Zero stars

Not very user friendly. The app constantly logs me out and when I try to get back onto it, it takes me through a loop from WorkJam to Authenticator and back. I have many apps on my phone and none require as much effort to get opened up. Once I get into it, I don’t feel that it adds any value to my life. I look at my schedule when I’m on the job and keep up with it that way.

App is terrible. There’s no way to contact support for issues related to the app. I’ve been trying to use the express pay option they have for a month now and it continues to not load at all, but tells me how much is available to pull out. My company uses that resource and I’ve used the express pay previously , so that is not the issue. It’s a great idea, but if you cannot use what they are offering , then it is pointless to have.

Room For Improvement. Overall great app… but, it could be better. For example, when clocking out a screen is prompted asking if your hours look correct for that shift worked, the screen comes up but your hours don’t actually show so you can’t validate it

Slow, cant sync the schedule to calendar. Takes forever to load, and always have problem when you trying to change the shift. And the most ridiculous part is this “flash” app cannot sync the schedule to iOS calendar! Every company should be avoid using this app as the main schedule for their employees. Work jam. I love this app it makes doing my job so much easier. I can easily clock in from my phone , view store lay out and much more. Great app!

Buggy; No Dark Mode. In addition to the sluggish performance overall, there is STILL no dark mode support three years on from its introduction in iOS 13. It kills me to leave my shift at work and open WorkJam to check my schedule for the next day and end up being blinded because the developers have not implemented any form of dark mode. Of all the sins this app commits, this one sticks out most.

Just NO. It forces employees to download extra apps to verify their identity EVERY time they want to log in. Cannot just use this app alone and log in easily, they make you jump through hoops to use it. You cannot use until you sign up for a Microsoft account and use up space on your phone to download extra apps. Way too much for a schedule app.

Schedule is always broken. The schedule part of this app never works it only tells u when u work next. And I gave it 3 stars because the schedule should show work schedule for the next week to show your hours. Catherine Dipersio

iPhones can’t stay logged in. It’s a great app and good for work so much access to your work stuff like scheduling and all that but I would love just to be able to stay logged in. One it logs me out I can’t log back in with the remember me on unless I deleted and re download the app

If your a business don’t use.. At my work we use WorkJam and everything it’s supposed to do we still do by paper. It doesn't work. It’s supper unuser friendly. The app doesn’t remove notifications even when I view company communications. This needs to be shut downed. It is so full of bugs it’s not worth saving. Did I mention it doesn’t work for anything it’s supposed to do.

The concept is great, the execution not so much. A Dark/Black mode for AMOLED!!. The app is pretty good. It’s what our employer uses to send out schedules, messages and if you want to pick up shifts. I’m just here to request a dark/black theme for AMOLED devices. That would be awesome for this app since i use it quite a bit.

Using for a year, losing features slow buggy performance. This app is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to performance as a time management application. No push to iOS calendars, slow load times, and they continue to remove what little features they have. Zero support, and zoning updates cause confusion and make it a job in itself to figure out my schedule. Export to iOS cal, every login is a negative experience.

SLOWEST APP EVER. This app takes forever to load. Trying to clock in and out on it is spotty at best. Half the time it doesn’t even allow my to load my work schedule so I still have to take a picture of the printed schedule at work each week to know what I work. And then if any changes are made to the schedule I don’t get the updates! Fix it!!!

Why isn’t there an option to download the schedule?. The app is fine but struggles mightily with simple navigation, also the biggest missing functionality is being able to export your work schedule into the calendar app. Like it’s a simple feature that other apps or websites have and is really the biggest thing holding it back.

Slow and no export. This app is very slow. I will get a notification that someone has sent me a message and then I’ll open it up and the message isn’t there. I’ll have to wait a few minutes and go back in to see it after the rest of the app catches up. Also, a SUPER big flaw is that you can’t export your schedule. Very inconvenient.

Mellow yellow. It could be a wonderful app, but it takes a while to load sometimes it logs you up and it’s on. Sometimes it won’t let you login and it’s very slow. It needs some work in major updates and sometimes doesn’t even let you puncheon or punch out. It just causes a lot of miscommunications for the system itself. You

Scheduling. Wish there was an option to share my schedule with my iPhone calendar so it’s easier to schedule around that, I used to have the hot schedules app and that allowed me

Watch schedule option. My employer uses this app for our schedules. It’s fine. I often need to check where I will be zoned and an Apple Watch option to check the schedule would be very helpful.

Troubleshooting. The app is great! Helps for work schedules however I’m constantly having to reinstall and trouble shoot my phone because some feature won’t load. Not sure if it’s my service or WiFi because I move around diff areas often.

Cosmetologist. WorkJam allows me to get some knowledge about products sold within the store so that I can better help customers find what they need and to offer them more in the process!

WORK JAM DELETING REVIEWS. Last time I checked this app had around the same 1 star and 5 star reviews. This app literally never works. You put in your hours and it just randomizes it for no reason, and you must wait like 30 minuets to edit because it’s processing. It never works! My employer just started to use this service but it looks like this problem has been happening for a very long time now.

Part timer. I worked at Marshall’s prior to this app and this app is awesome. Much easier keeping up with my schedule plus if you want to pick up extra hours it’s at your fingertips

Poor Overall App Performance & Support is nonexistent. We use this app to check our schedules & communication & nothing ever loads, app will quit unexpectedly, or app will sign us out of our work credentials & all these issues occur consistently on both cellular data & wifi. If you’re using this App, be prepared to constantly delete & redownload app. Even after you update it. If you try reaching out to their support, you’ll be met with a response somewhere along the lines of “it’s your network connection” even when you’re running a wireless network with gigabit speeds. We’ve tried updating app, reinstalling app & reaching out to support, but all issues occur no matter which iPhone you’re using, & no matter which iOS you’re running.

Integration to calendar. This app would be even better if there was a way to import my schedule to out local calendar app on our devices. Instead of having to look it up over and over again.

Not a bad app, just could be better. We use this app for work and recently it has become slow to open. Like really slow; slow enough that I dread opening it each time. In addition to being slow, the info can be outdated since my schedule can be quickly be changed by the boss but the info doesn’t update here fast enough. Ways to improve the app: Figure out how to make it open faster. Add an “add to calendar” feature. Make the app update changes faster. Make an Apple Watch version so I can quickly see my schedule for that particular day.

Fix the calendar and sign in please. This would be a good app if I could see the entire calendar of peoples shifts, so in case I need someone to cover I can be able to see whose working what day. I can only see the days that I work and it doesn’t even show the complete list of people that’s working on that day. The sign in is also not good either it only works half the time.

Only have it because I have to. I have this app for a retail job, and anyone higher up who will stop to listen I have told that we need a different one asap. It’s extremely slow, very glitchy, and over half of the features don’t actually work. If you’re a company looking for an app to use for your employees, look somewhere else. As soon as I don’t have to have this app, it will no longer be taking up valuable space on my phone or in my life.

Logging in every other day. This app would be great if it didn’t automatically log me out after opening it maybe 3-5 times. Between using this and the Authenticator app is such a waste of time going back and forth. The most difficult app I’ve had to deal with. I’m sticking with paper schedules over this inconvenience!

A mess of a UI and worse UX. We switched to this at work. What a pile of garbage. First, who wants to spin dials to choose numbers to fill in the times you punched in and out when you have a KEYBOARD in front of you?! If you put a punch on the wrong day, it’s typically processing for hours and cannot be edited. You have to set reminders to check back and hope processing is done by the time time cards are processed. Avoid this at all costs.

Dreadful App. Super slow, always logs me out even if I turn it on to leave me logged into the same device I always use. Always crashes as in it doesn’t load to log me in so every-time I need the app to see any changes made to my schedule I cant until the day after. Needs a lot of work, wish my job used a different software.

Notifications of schedule reminders. I love how I receive consistent reminders of my up coming shifts, with juggling so much in my daily life it’s so easy to lose track of things. With work jam I’m reminded and reassured!

It’s fine. Work makes us use it. It’s convenient and easy enough to use. But I’d like to be able to sync my work schedule to my calendar that I share with my wife. Otherwise I have to manually enter it one by one. Please add a sync schedule to calendar button please and thank you.

WorkJam is great when it works. My experience with the app is excellent when it works properly. Some days it does, others it does not which is very frustrating.

Bad UI and glitchy. Time consuming timecard entry process. Too many clicks. No option to choose clock in or clock out and the app messes it up and thinks there’s 2 clock-ins in a row instead of using basic logic to determine the second time is clock out. Should have a calendar drag or easy multiple entry. Should have option to manually override punch in or out or update logic!

Never loads and shifts disappear. Sometimes schedule and messages never load. Shifts disappear. Sadly there’s no other way to release shifts to other coworkers or update availability outside this app. An app being used by multi million dollar companies should be better than this. Update did not fix the issues that have always existed

Buggy and always down. Work jam is fine when it’s working. But it tends to have bugs like not being able to open up messages or a notification that won’t go away. There’s been several times where the app is completely down as well. Not sure if it’s due to it not being optimized for iOS15 yet

Barely functional. I hate to leave a bad review for something, I really do, but this app is nearly useless. Besides the extremely poor loading speed, notifications are nearly useless. I have missed numerous important messages due to the message simply not loading despite receiving a notification informing me of something I needed to attend. This appears to be a common complaint and I hope it can be addressed soon.

Forced to use because work made the switch. Our old way of viewing our schedule allowed for the export of our schedule to our calendar app. How are you a scheduling app in 2022 that doesn’t allow the exporting of your schedule? Our work forcing us to make this switch to your product has definitely been a downgrade.

Solid, could use improvements. I like the in-app pop-down notifications (for availability for open shifts). However, tapping on them doesn't currently do anything, which seems like an opportunity for improvement.

Work Jam. I enjoy the app - yet almost every week I have to resign in again - it would be nice if work jam wouldn’t do that - it’s a work out when you have to do it every week or every other week

Enhancement Request. I love the app and it’s improved my experience working with my schedule. I would love to see the addition of Widgets. It could be simple to show next upcoming shift similar to the tile when you first open the app or a larger widget that shows next upcoming 5 days.

Nothing about this app deserves more than a 1 star. The app is extremely slow to load, keeps logging me out and now it won’t even let me log back in. I have a brand new iPhone and I need this app to work to keep track of my work schedule. I wish my company would just make their own time keeping app because work jam is a dumpster fire!

Great but…. I work in retail, the app is easy to follow and love the notifications when there’s an update to my schedule. What really bothers me that when you have the Face ID enabled to sign in and it doesn’t catch your face it makes you sign in from the beginning. Basically as if you barely got the app.

Sync with iPhone calendar. I would love for the app to sync with the calendar so I don’t have to open the app everyone except to update the calendar

Logging back in!. There have been several times, when it kicks me out. Then when trying to log back in having to go back and forth from Authenticator and work jam is a huge pain! I do like being able to see my schedule. The request off doesn’t work!! I will give it one more chance, otherwise I’ll delete it, until they figure it out!!!

Subpar experience. After the last few updates the app loads slower than before and can sometimes take up to a minute to load even on known good Wi-Fi. I would like the option to add my work schedule from within the WorkJam app to my phone’s calendar without the use of a Shortcut.

Feature request. The app is fine. It gets the job done, but it would be nice to have the possibility to continuously import my work shifts into my personal calendar.
